Laura Escanes shows off her gorgeous figure

Model and influencer Laura Escanes is elevating her swimsuit shots into something very artistic. Known as the Spanish Gigi Hadid, Escanes, 27, shared pictures of herself posing in a bikini and bandana, with ocean and rocks in the background. "2 Black and White Postcards," she captioned the post.

Escanes loves oatmeal with apple and cinnamon as a satiating, any-time-of-the-day snack. Candace O'Neill RD, LDN, says adding cinnamon to oatmeal "can provide that delicious sweetness and really make a meal satisfying and flavorful… It's a good addition to your diet, and it can really be a helpful way to cut back on your intake of added sugars. You can use the sweetness it brings to a recipe to cut the bitterness — or just add a little something to a meal."

Escanes loves strength training and cardio sessions at the gym. "Lifting weights consistently can help improve your bone density and fight osteoporosis," according to Intermountain Healthcare. "Women who strength train often experience less pain in their joints, less bone loss, and decreased lower back pain."

Escanes loves swimming and snorkeling, even getting into the water with sharks on a trip to the Maldives. "Crossed off my list of things to do before I die… and I'm already looking forward to doing it again," she captioned a video. "When they told me that this was addicting, they were absolutely right… I cannot explain it, it is wonderful. Discovering all the life in the ocean makes me happy. Very grateful to life for being able to live this."

Escanes has experienced harsh treatment and judgment in the past as a young model, and says she will never allow it to affect her health and self esteem again. "I really like to eat out, a lot, it is one of the best pleasures," she says. "I enjoy it very much. I would eat at all hours."

Escanes embraces even difficult experiences as a period of mental and emotional growth. "The most difficult situations lead you to change your life and a separation is a turning point," she says. "I had plans for the future and an idea of how my life was going to be. All of that breaks and you have to adapt. With distance you learn to relativize things, although in my case it is still recent. You learn from everything."

It's constant, but it's a lifestyle change. It's a hard thing and I don't think I'll ever come to terms with it. It's a battle."

Emilia Mernes looking so good

Emilia Mernes has become one of the most popular Latin singers in the past few years. She has also acquired a strong following on Instagram. Mernes recently posted a stunning new set of photos. In it, she posed in a green swimsuit top with jeweled straps and a pink skirt, as well as a sheer pink top, swimsuit top, and denim skirt. She captioned the post, "Behind the smoke you can't see."

Mernes spends a lot of time outside. One thing she likes to do is go to the beach and go swimming. She shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself by the water. In a set of photos she posted, Mernes is seen on a boat and on a paddleboard. She captioned the post, "Made in Argentina."

Mernes opened up about her wellness routine in an interview. She says that she lives a pretty active life. "If I am skinnier it is because I am a thousand. But like everything, I eat well. The people around me know that I eat, it's not that I'm skinny, it's because I'm active, I dance a lot, I rehearse a lot, I'm doing things every day and I don't train, I should. Now I'm going to start swimming, but well the thing is that I never have a day off."

In the same interview, Mernes opened up about her past insecurities and spoke out about unfair beauty standards. "I didn't wear muscle or short sleeves because I said 'I have fatter arms' and people are going to judge me for that. I mean, imagine how my head was, really bad. And well, I had a really bad time at that moment and then I understood that it is not like that and that nothing is wrong. But you know what happens? It's that people put me in that place of the Argentine woman, that you have to fulfill a stereotype, that you have to wear these clothes, that you have to say or do this. And she broke my head that she felt that she had to comply with things that society imposes on her that are stupid."

She grew up admiring Thalia, Rihanna and Beyoncé. "I would watch them on TV and I couldn't believe it. I'd say: 'I hope one day I can see myself like them!' Because whenever I listened to them, they instilled a message of power and confidence in me," she told Billboard.

"One of the best (and easiest) ways to get vitamin D is by being outside. Our bodies produce vitamin D when exposed to sunlight—about 15 minutes in the sun a day is adequate if you're fair skinned. And since Vitamin D helps your body maintain calcium and prevents brittle, thin, or misshapen bones, soaking in sun may be just what the doctor ordered," says Select Health.

You can also find Paulina standup paddleboarding. "Grateful for the sun after many cloudy days," she captioned a photo of herself on the water. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and also a great form of cardio. Paulina claims that she doesn't diet. "I have never been able. Not even during the Miss Universe competition. I eat whatever provokes me, I just try to make it balanced. I know a lot about nutrition and I have done well implementing some tips."

Paulina hits the gym where she does strengthtraining. An average workout for her involves moves like leg lifts, squats, sled pushes, and pull-ups. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

Bike riding is another healthy habit of Paulina's. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

Paulina's physical trainer Juan Ubaque once revealed that his client consumes a lot of lean protein. "A Paulina breakfast can be scrambled eggs and orange juice; at mid-morning a slice or portion of mozzarella or peasant cheese, at lunch time chicken or fish with some salad; later some almonds and at night something similar to lunch," he said.
