Lorena Castell is living it up on vacation at the beach

Spanish TV presenter Lorena Castell is living it up on vacation at the beach, having fun with her friends and family. Castell, 42, shared pictures of herself posing on a yacht with a group of besties, wearing a pink bikini and patterned sun hat. "The pink panther ?," she captioned the post. "The prettiest and nicest," a fan commented.

Castell follows a low-carb diet with plenty of green, leafy vegetables. "The diet that has worked the most for me and that has been the best for me is the ketogenic diet," she says. "It consists of reducing carbohydrates, you have to eat more protein and then be satisfied. What you eat the most are vegetables, especially vegetables from above the ground. Those from below the ground, no, because they have a lot of sugar, they have more starch."

Castell enjoys specific fruit on her low-carb diet—mainly strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries. "One cup of strawberries (or about eight medium strawberries) has only 45 calories, 3 grams of dietary fiber (12 percent of your daily value) and more vitamin C than an orange," says Allyn Wergin, RDN. "Vitamin C is a known antioxidant that helps protect the body against oxidative stress. Strawberries are also naturally low in sugar and contain only 7 grams of natural sugar per 1-cup serving."

Castell enjoys plenty of cheese and eggs with her meals, and 85% cocoa chocolate. "Most dark chocolate is rich in plant chemicals called flavanols," says registered dietitian Cathy Deimeke. "Flavanols are antioxidants linked to a lower risk of heart disease. In theory, dark chocolate will contain higher flavanol content (greater health benefit). Milk chocolate contains much less, and white chocolate contains none. Dark chocolate is also a good source of soluble fiber, vitamins, and minerals (like iron, zinc, magnesium, etc.)."

Castell uses resistance bands for her workouts. "Research shows that strength gains from using elastic resistance bands are similar to training with dumbbells or weight machines, benefitting not only the average person but also athletes," says Lindsay Bottoms, PhD. "Resistance-band training can even increase the stabilizer muscles to a greater extent than weight training."

Castell refuses to obsess about her weight, focusing on being the best version of herself. "You don't have to be obsessed, you don't have to be thin as a stick, you have to be at your weight that you consider good," she says. "It's being objectively well, with a good ratio between muscle and fat. Give yourself a realistic goal and a long-term goal."

Jenna Dewan Flaunts Her Insane Physique

We will never get tired of Jenna Dewan‘s swimsuit pictures – even if it means always having a fresh wave of jealousy over her insanely toned figure! The 42-year-old Step Up actress made fans green with envy yet again when she posted a four-image carousel of herself posing on the beach while rocking a teeny tiny green bikini on Instagram on July 11th.

The Rookie star captioned the post: “Forever reenacting the wicked game music vid in my mind.” Helena Christensen, the model who appeared in the iconic “Wicked Game” music video with Chris Isaak in the 90s, even commented: “And doing it perfectly.” What a compliment!

Jenna Dewan Poses On The Beach In Green Swimwear

In one picture, the Wedding Year actress is kneeling down on the sand and smiling while looking away from the camera; in another she was lying down on the sand and showing off her incredibly sculpted figure!

In another looks like it was taken straight from a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue, as the dancer and actress is posing seductively by the water, while the fourth picture is a close-up of her makeup-free face and wet hair, which appears to be styled in some utterly perfect, and probably coincidental, beach waves.

Fan Comments

Jenna's fans wasted no time in sharing their thoughts on the beach photoshoot in the comments section. "So beautiful and looking great," praised one fan, as another exclaimed, "Absolutely breathtaking!" followed by the fire emoji and the heart eyes emoji, and another said she was "so fine!" "Absolutely stunning lady," someone else commented followed by two black heart emojis.

"That look! Those eyes!" commented another, followed by an abundance of fire and red heart emojis. "Very very beautiful," gushed another fan, followed by the red rose emoji and the red heart emoji, as another said, "Shouldn’t be allowed to be that beautiful," followed by three fire emojis and the heart eyes emoji. "You are just so very beautiful," another fan complimented, followed by the black heart emoji and the fire emoji.

Olivia Holt shows off her amazing body

Olivia Holt is on a girl's trip – in her swimsuit. In one of her latest social media posts the Cruel Summer star shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while vacationing with a group of friends, including Madison Eisman. "Brb," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. "Little fishy," commented Eisman. "Floating angel," added another follower.

Olivia has a workout buddy – her dog Roger. The two regularly go for walks together. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Olivia deals with overcoming body image issues head-on. "I've struggled with figuring out exactly what my body type is and going back and forth between feeling too skinny or too thick or too this or too that," she told StyleCaster. "Being a gymnast, I had a lot of issues with feeling too broad in my shoulders or too thick in my thighs. It's heartbreaking that we have to feel this way, especially as women in a world where we already feel put down by so many others. I've been told by many producers, 'You need to lose X amount of pounds if you're going to be a part of this project' or 'You need to gain this amount of pounds if you want to be a part of this project.' That really messes, not just your headspace, but your heart."

Olivia also goes hiking with Roger. "Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between," says the National Parks Service. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.

While Olivia told Girls Life that she loves swimming, hiking, and tumbling with her friends, her favorite workout is fighting. Parkour. "I love it," she said. "It teaches you how to do all sorts of stunts, and it challenges me."

Olivia has a few guilty pleasures. "Popcorn. I like Smart Food White Cheddar Popcorn, but I do just like plain movie theater popcorn too. [On set] I got everyone hooked on popcorn dipped in Nutella. It's soooo good. But it is very messy," she dished to She Knows. She also revealed that she has a favorite condiment. "I eat everything with ketchup. I smother everything with ketchup. I cannot eat a meal without ketchup. I carry ketchup in my purse."

Kaz Crossley having fun on her trip to Thailand

Love Island star Kaz Crossley is celebrating becoming an official Thai citizen by sharing pictures on social media. Crossley is currently in Bangkok, Thailand, soaking up the warm weather in a black swimsuit as she poses by a sparkling pool. Her happy emotions are evident by the big smile on her face. "My first photo as a Thai citizen ????," she captioned the post.

Crossley enjoys a protein and healthy fat-packed breakfast. "My fav meal is breakfast, it starts my day off and I would never skip it," she says. "It normally consists of egg, avocado and toast! In many differentiations. [my favorite snack is] Greek yogurt 0 percent fat with blueberries, apple slices with peanut butter. And of course edamame!"

Crossley mixes up her workouts, going from martial arts to resistance bands training. "I love training Muay Thai," she says. "I stretch mostly my legs and back each morning to start off the day: Backbends, forward fold, forward fold in straddle, lunges, downward dog." When she's working out at home Crossley swears by bands and weights by b_nd and the Shreddy app.

Crossley enjoys eating protein and plant-based foods as much as possible. "[I eat] as much protein as possible," she says. "I love eating boiled eggs as a snack. After I love to keep it clean with a chicken salad. I eat clean. I love eating at my vegan restaurant at the top of my road where I normally get a salad and quinoa with vegetable curry. I don't usually tend to eat after 6pm.

Crossley works out for the mental as well as physical benefits. "I exercise at least three times a week, even if it's just a 20-minute jog if I'm really busy, to make myself feel better," she says. "I exercise to feel good mentally, not just to stay fit. I prefer the mornings – but in the summer I exercise a lot in the evening because I'm enjoying my day. I consider my Thai kick-boxing a sport. I'm not training to fight or anything, but in the past year I've been doing it a lot more regularly and going to training camps."

Crossley enjoys vegan and vegetarian foods but isn't strict about it. "I enjoy eating healthy food, but I don't restrict myself or have a set diet," she says. I prefer soya and oat milk in my coffee because I drink a lot of it and they make me less bloated, but I'm not lactose in-tolerant. I love going out after the gym and having poached eggs, avocado and smoked salmon."

JoAnna Garcia Swisher Shares Photos From Cabo

JoAnna Garcia Swisher is keeping things hot south of the border in her bathing suit. The Sweet Magnolias star makes a splash in one of her latest social media posts, vacationing in with a group of friends. In one of the photos the actress, Stacy Keibler, Jamie Lynn Sigler, Tess Sanchez, and Odette Annable pose in their swimsuits while in the jacuzzi. "Greetings from Cabo… xx, Jo," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps.

JoAnna prioritizes exercise. She told Women's Health she "sneaks in a workout" a few times a week. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

One of Garcia's go-to workouts? Yoga. She told Happily Eva After that "taking part in some sort of yoga or meditation" is how she makes sure to "recharge" her batteries. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

JoAnna revealed to E! News that she also does pilates on a reformer."I always try to carve out thirty minutes for pilates with Andrea Rodgers," she revealed. Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health. It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

JoAnna is an experienced equestrian, passing the tradition on to her children. According to a 2015 study, riding a horse for 45 minutes at a walk, trot and canter can burn up to 200 calories. Cutting or reining, more strenuous moves, can burn an additional seven calories per minute.

Joanna also enjoys playing tennis. According to ACE Fitness it blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

Alix Earle is flaunting her fit figure on the beach

Alix Earle is playing Uno on the beach in her bathing suit. The mega-influencer steams up the shoreline in one of her latest social media posts, playing the classic card game in an Agua Bendita swimsuit. "A game I didn't know I missed: Uno," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps.

Alix drinks lots of water, keeping a plastic water bottle filled with H2O whenever she is exercising. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Alix maintains a healthy diet. One of her favorite restaurants is Pura Vida in Miami. "This was the best spot to get food on campus. Everyone was obsessed with it. The line was at least an hour long, and you'd see everyone there. I got all of my meals from there because they let you put it on your card swipes for school, so I abused that. Then they closed on campus, but started opening up everywhere. They were literally popping up like McDonald's and it's everyone's favorite spot. I'll go there either for food or a smoothie. It's so good," she recently told Interview. For breakfast she might eat boiled eggs with avocado toast. She also loves meat, bagels, pasta, tacos, and sushi. Her "go to meal everyday" is an egg omelet, avocado slices, and tomatoes.

Alix enjoys the perk of caffeine in the morning. "You know I love my iced coffee," she told PopSugar. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Alix makes healthy eating fun. "Farmer's Market Wednesday," is a regular part of her week, when she stocks up on healthy fruits and veggies to make her antioxidant-rich acai bowls.

You can usually find Alix riding her bike around Miami. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

Alix is open about her struggles. "Sharing my acne journey was definitely one of my main catapults to getting my strong community of followers," she tells Rolling Stone. "It gave people something to relate to." She continues, "It was definitely really scary at first: I did not want to post my acne all over my face and my neck and then go to school and know that probably everyone I'm sitting next to me saw this on the internet, but it honestly was so overwhelmingly positive."

Alysha Newman shows off her fit figure

Alysha Newman is sending good vibes in her swimsuit. The track and field star shows off her fit figure in a black bathing suit while lounging in a pool in Germany via one of her latest social media posts. "Manifesting a good day, week and life," she captioned the Instagram post.

Alysha has her priorities in order. "If I were going to put it on a scale, my mentality is priority number one, nutrition is number two, and practice is number three," Alysha told Bodybuilding.com. "I put my nutrition before practice because I have to fuel my body with the best nutrients to get the best results."

Newman follows a (mostly) clean eating diet. "It's extremely important to put the proper nutrients in your body, especially during long, hard, and critical practices," she told Bodybuilding.com. "If you don't eat right, it's like putting cheap gas in your car. Yeah, it'll drive, but not as well as it should. Our bodies are the same way."

You won't find Alysha on a trendy diet. "I've experimented over the years to understand which foods work best for me personally. Everyone's body reacts differently to food so you can't just pull a pre-made diet off the shelf. You need to learn what's right for you," she told Bodybuilding.com.

"During the week I stick to a specific schedule," Alysha told Bodybuilding.com about her approach to fitness. "I usually have two technical days comprised of pole vaulting, gymnastics, and plyometrics. On Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, I run—anything from tempo runs to quick 60-meter sprints. I finish those running days with weight training. Whenever my competition schedule allows it, I take off Saturdays and Sundays to rest."

Alysha only eats until she is full. "My diet is gluten-free and dairy-free but will occasionally have my ice-cream on cheat days," she told The Brunching Mama. "Growing up I was always told that I had to finish my plate and that I needed to have protein, carbs and veggies each time I ate. It was hard to break habits especially since 'eating everything on my plate' was all I knew until two years ago when I decided to try something new. Now I only eat until I'm full and I change up my plates and meals everyday. I try to never eat the same thing in the week and this has been working amazingly for me!"

Alysha has a hobby that doubles as a workout: Golf, which boasts some serious health benefits according to a comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.

Alysha is also a fan of pilates. "Off-season but never really off, you feel me? Doctors orders were no high-heels for 6 weeks and no impact in my workouts so I'm challenging my body this off-season with Pilates," she captioned a video of herself doing pilates on a reformer.

Anna Woolhousе is looking back on a beautiful sun-soaked vacation

British sports presenter Anna Woolhousе is looking back on a beautiful sun-soaked vacation, complete with swimming pools, blue skies, and bikinis. Woolhousе, 39, shared pictures from her trip, including one of her posing in a lilac swimsuit that showed off her incredibly toned and strong physique to perfection. "Little bit of June ?," she captioned the post.

Woolhousе loves going on long walks with her beloved Dachshund Chip, both at home in London and in the Norfolk, UK, countryside. Walking a dog is not only a great way to stay active and healthy, it has many social benefits. "Honestly, I can't imagine not having Chip now," she says. "I think in London if you go for a walk on your own, no one will say 'hello' to you, but if you go to the park with your dog people will stop and talk because you'll find yourself asking questions about their dog, they ask about yours and the dogs play together. My life's better for having him in it, 100%."

Woolhousе loves boxing classes, and thinks more women should do it. "I love boxing training, it's definitely my favorite session," she says. "It's the only training where I don't think about anything else other than the task at hand. I'm so focused on what punch or combination I'm throwing that my mind can't wander or allow for distractions. I try and get down to Darren Barker's boxing gym 12 x 3 in Paddington whenever I can. It's mentally and physically so different from any other training I've done. I have the utmost respect for anyone who steps into the ring be it professional, amateur or for fun."

Woolhousе enjoys the many benefits of strength training and HIIT workouts. "I train the way I think everyone should train, incorporating strength sessions along with HIIT and boxing into my regime," she says. "I've only really taken strength training seriously over the last couple of years since my gym Evolve in Fulham educated me on the importance of it. I honestly love it, I'm totally behind this strong not skinny movement going on right now. I think a lot of women are afraid to lift weights for fear of getting bulky, but that's simply not the case. All it does is make you strong, mentally and physically and the same can be said for my boxing training."

Woolhousе does TRX (total resistance exercises) sessions with a personal trainer. "I'm a huge fan of TRX training/ There are so many ways you can incorporate it into your workout. It's such an easy portable piece of kit, you can literally take it anywhere – my TRX is usually found flung around a tree in a park," she says. "My trainer also likes mixing things up and often brings new equipment to work out with, such as bungee sprints, which are basically a giant piece of elastic tied around your waist which another person holds on to you while you run as fast as you can. It's a lung buster."

Woolhousе also enjoys yoga, Pilates, and golf. "I try and do a Pilates or yoga session at least once a week as I find it helps stretch muscles that are often pounded in my other sessions," she says. "I mainly do reformer pilates mixed up with HIIT, the combo is awesome. I wish I could say I was better than I am at golf, but I definitely have a long way to go until I can say I'm any good. Some days I feel like I'm hitting the ball well and making progress, others it's disastrous! I've started having lessons as I want to improve."

Lele Pons shows off her amazing body

Lele Pons is steaming up social media in her swimsuit. The Venezuelan YouTube star shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while posing with her husband, Guaynaa, and Juanpa Zurita. "Zuripons?" she hilariously captioned the Instagram post.

Lele's secret weapon? her personal fitness trainer, Diana Maux. Lele lost 10 pounds in two months by following her health program. She revealed in one post that "exercises 6 times a week." Her go-to moves include plank with knee tucks to jumps and squats, and other body-weight exercises.

Before transforming her body, Lele confessed she had terrible eating habits, "Coca-Cola every single day, chocolate every single night with milk. That's what I used to do every single day," Lele revealed in a post. Now, she follows a "strict meal plan," she revealed in another post, adding that she eats "3 healthy meals per day." For example, she substituted the milk for cashew or oat milk, celery and almonds for snacks and avoids meat and cheese.

Lele revealed via her Instagram Stories that she drinks "one gallon of water per day." According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Another way Lele takes care of herself? She revealed that a "cellulite massage," is a part of her routine. A cellulite massage is a specialized massage technique that aims to reduce the appearance of cellulite, which is the dimpled, lumpy texture often found on the skin, especially in the thighs and buttocks. The massage typically involves applying firm pressure and kneading motions to stimulate blood flow, lymphatic drainage, and collagen production in the affected areas.

By doing so, it is believed to break down fat deposits, improve skin elasticity, and help smooth out the appearance of cellulite over time. However, it is essential to note that while cellulite massages may provide temporary improvements, they are not a permanent solution, and multiple sessions are often recommended for optimal results.

Lele also prioritizes "rest" and getting enough sleep. "Its about maintaining a healthy life style!" she says. What are the health benefits of sleep? According to the Sleep Foundation, getting enough z's is a mood booster, promotes heart health, regulates blood sugar, improves mental function, restores your immune system, helps relieve stress, and aids in weight loss.
