The Canadian beauty has been dubbed the "world's sexiest hockey player".

Mikayla, who has 3.2 million adoring followers on Instagram, left little to the imagination in black underwear.

The 24-year-old put on a busty display in the bikini and accompanied her eye-catching look with high heels and glasses.

Mikayla cheekily captioned the post: "Bringing a slice of heaven to Earth."

Isabelle Mathers knows how to stay fit and glowing, whether she's posing for a camera or tackling her morning routine. In a recent Instagram post, she showcased her toned physique in workout attire, promoting the latest in her "im x @csb lineup." Her approach to health isn't just about fitness – it's about finding balance in diet, exercise, and self-care. She starts her days with a few yoga-inspired stretches, followed by a cup of coffee for a quick pick-me-up before her morning strength training session.

Isabelle understands the importance of stretch. "I love to start my days by stretching for 5-10 mins after I wake up, " she tells Women Fitness. "For stretching, I love a downward dog, froggy stretch on the floor & anything yoga related, following a yoga flow in the morning is something I love to do." "Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints," says Harvard Health. "Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage."

After she stretches, Isabelle enjoys a cup of coffee before hitting the gym. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Isabelle does "an hour training session in the early morning," she tells Women Fitness. "For me, I only incorporate about 10 minutes of cardio at the beginning of my work out as a warm up, I really like skipping," she says. "I love weighted hip thrusts, squats, lunges & core exercises." According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

Isabelle divulged details about ehr diet to Women Fitness. "I prefer to train of a morning on a empty stomach, although I do have my coffee before working out to wake me up. After training, I love a big meal, 2 pieces of avocado toast with eggs & a protein shake. Definitely don't have any secrets to maintaining a slim torso. Eat well, exercise regularly & your body will love you for it!" she said. "My favorite meal of the day would definitely be dinner, yummmm. My top 3 healthy snacks would be: 2 handfuls of baby tomatoes, some brown rice crackers with dip & carrot with hummus! Something I love to follow with my diet is eating healthy throughout the week & on the weekend eats whatever you want whenever you want! 80-20 rule is great!"

How does Isabelle prep for a big shoot? "Oooo, definitely a slight change in diet for the 2 days before the shoot, sticking to low calorie/low carb meals. I like to make sure I work out at least 4 times in the week before a swim shoot. Taking care of your skin & drinking plenty of water!" she says. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Kylie Jenner sets pulses racing in bejewelled bikini

Kylie Jenner looked incredible as she slipped into a black bejewelled bikini to recreate Demi Moore's famous Striptease look for Halloween.

The reality star, 27, displayed her jaw-dropping figure in the look as she recreated a scene from the 1996 film where Demi's character performs at a strip club.

Just like Demi, Kylie wore her brunette locks in a poker straight style and swung a white shirt in the air.

The makeup mogul had dollar bills stuffed into the side of her underwear as she struck a pose for the camera.

Kylie also went completely nude to recreate the film's famous theatrical release poster.

Thee star wore her long black hair straight and down over her naked body as she looked tanned and toned with beige makeup on.

Above the 27-year-old it said Kylie Jenner in white and Striptease in red.

Striptease was a movie about a single mom striptease artist.

When her ex-husband gets custody of their daughter, former FBI office assistant Erin Grant (Demi Moore) needs money to fight the legal case to get her child back.

In a new social media post the model and influencer flaunts her famous figure in a variety of looks from her new collection with Israeli clothing line TFS. "Come dress with me in my new capsule," she captioned the Instagram video, driving her followers wild. "She is beautiful," commented one of them. "?❤️?," added another.

Maja loves to dance and even competed on Dancing with the Stars. "Half a year of intensive work training for this moment. When the heart is on 200 and doesn't believe it's over in a moment. Maja enjoys doing yoga. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Ashley enjoys pickleball. "I'm in search for a pickleball partner!" she captioned a post. According to the Cleveland Clinic, the racquet sport helps improve heart health, enhances muscle and bone strength, increases balance and coordination, boosts brain health, and lengthens lifespan.

When it comes to her diet, Ashley makes sure to fuel up with healthy food. "Models eat! We eat a lot and often that's how to keep your metabolism fast. I don't want young girls watching my videos and thinking you need to starve yourselves to be skinny or a model. Everyone's body is different, but we all need food to survive. Find your balance, but promise me you will never not eat because food is too delicious," she captioned a video.

In her recent post, Ashley shows off her body in tennis clothes while on the court. According to ACE Fitness it blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. Josie Canseco is heating things up this autumn – and doing it in style. "I grew up playing sports and being very active," Josie told Us Weekly, adding, "It's kind of a routine thing that just helps me feel better about myself, about my life, and my confidence." From boxing to spin classes, Josie embraces a variety of workouts, while balancing it all with a pescatarian diet and a healthy dose of self-care. Here's how she keeps it all in check.

Josie understands the mental health benefits of exercise. "I grew up playing sports and being very active," Josie told Us. "So for me, it's kind of a routine thing that just helps me feel better about myself, about my life and my confidence. And I feel like that shines through when you feel good about what you've done."

Josie also takes "Rumble classes" and boxes. "Boxing training one-on-one, like really focused and in my zone," she added to Us. According to Harvard Health, boxing is a great way to build strength, improve balance, posture, hand-eye coordination, boost mood and endurance, and helps increase alertness.

When Josie is on vacation, you can find her staying active by snorkeling. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. Josie takes spin classes. "I love cycling, I do it all the time. It's a good cardio mix. I'm all about cardio and high intensity music," Canseco told Us Weekly. Josie feels her best "when I've really been on a good routine of eating right and eating a lot of vegetables and good proteins and balancing my diet — and it's not all about going full-in and being, like, cold-turkey, cutting things out and being like a health freak. It's all about balance for me," she told Us. "I've been slowly transitioning to be pescatarian. "I just kind of have a soft spot for animals and down the line, I'd like to work with them and have my own nonprofit one day. So not eating red meats and chicken obviously, and slowly transitioning into [not eating fish]," she continued. "It's just balance. It's OK to have pizza and stuff like that, but [weight loss] should be hard work, it shouldn't be easy."

Recently, Amy walked down the aisle with Sam Rason in an outdoor ceremony at Casa de la Era, a farm near Málaga, Spain. Despite her stunning dress, she admitted she was scared of tripping while walking to the altar.

“I wasn’t emotional walking to the altar because even though I knew I had to go down the steps of the amphitheater, I realized that in that dress and heels, it wouldn’t be easy,” she said in an interview with OK! Magazine. Amy walked toward her fiancé while being escorted by her father, Ian.

“The heels weren’t aligned, and I started laughing at one point because I had one that was really huge, and my dad said, ‘Oh, we almost fell there,’ so I was really focusing on where I was walking!” Amy joked. Fortunately, she managed to walk to the altar to the tune of You’re Already There by Alison Jiear, without tripping.
