Issa Vegas shows off her covetable curves

Issa Vegas is thanking her followers in her workout gear. In a new social media post the stunning fitness influencer shows off her covetable curves in a two-piece exercise set, sharing gratitude as the one-year anniversary of her protein powder approaches. "Thank you everyone," she writes in the caption of the Instagram post.

Issa shared all of her top diet and fitness secrets with Entrena! Her first recommendation? Targeted exercises. "To tone and increase volume in your glutes, you cannot miss squats, lunges, and deadlifts. I love to include variations like sumo squats or lateral lunges to work different areas of the glutes and legs. And don't forget hip thrusts! They are my favorites for deep glute work," she says.

She also recommends smart cardio. "While cardio is great for overall health, to focus on toning, I prefer low-intensity cardio like long walks or using the elliptical. This helps burn fat without sacrificing the muscle mass we're working on building," she writes.

When it comes to diet, focus on nourishing food, recommends Issa. "A protein-rich diet is key to help rebuild and tone muscles after a workout. I make sure to include protein sources like chicken, fish, eggs, and of course my beloved whey protein. And let's not forget about healthy carbs and fats; our bodies need them for energy and recovery!" she says.

Next up, she encourages hydration and less salt. "Drinking enough water and maintaining a low-sodium diet helps reduce fluid retention, which can influence the appearance of cellulite. So let's keep those water bottles full!" she says.

Stretching and massage is also key. "After my workout, I spend time stretching and sometimes use a foam roller. Not only does this help with muscle recovery, but it can also improve circulation and reduce the appearance of cellulite," she writes.

And finally, consistency is key. "Consistency in your workout and nutrition routine is crucial. It's not about one-week changes, it's about a lifestyle," she writes.

Elizabeth Hurley left fans swooning on Thursday when she brushed away the winter blues with a sultry summer snap.

The 59-year-old actress donned only a straw hat and a plunging white bikini as she beamed for a series of stunning snaps, soaking in the sunshine. In a second image, she added a pair of ultra-glam oversized sunglasses.

Captioning the post, the model penned: "Hello, glorious memories of summer [pink love heart emoji] @elizabethhurleybeach."

Friends and fans of the actress couldn't wait to weigh in on the glamorous post. "How could someone on this earth be so perfect!!!" one follower replied. A second added: "You don’t age." Meanwhile, a third penned: "WHOA!!!"

The white two-piece was a far cry from the glittering gown the Gossip Girl star donned earlier this week for the Black Women Rising UK's inaugural fundraising gala at The Waldorf Hilton Hotel in London.

For the dazzling evening, Elizabeth was nothing short of dazzling herself, opting for a floor-length gown embellished from head to toe with hundreds of sequins.

Alongside a series of photos from the night, Elizabeth wrote: "I was truly honoured to introduce @leanneperoofficial at the @blackwomenrisinguk gala.

"Leanne is one of the most inspirational women I have been lucky enough to meet. As well as founding Black Women Rising, she is a fellow ambassador of the @esteelaudercompanies Breast Cancer Campaign. I am in awe of all her achievements [pink love heart emojis]."

As for her hair and makeup, Elizabeth swapped her au-natural face for smoky eyeshadow, pretty pink cheeks, and ultra-glossy lips and beamed for the camera as she posed for photos with the founder of Black Women Rising, Leanne Pero, singer Emeli Sandé, and her lookalike son Damian.

Alexis Ren is doing yoga – in her workout clothes. In a new social media post the influencer shows off her amazing body in a two-piece exercise set during a RVCA yoga session. "Been so excited for this," she captioned the Instagram stories, loving the Costa Mesa, California–based clothing company owned by Authentic Brands Group.

Alexis loves to dance. "Ballet has been so many things for me. It's been heaven and an escape. Hell and a prison. Through hours of pouring sweat and soul onto the dance floor, I have found a work ethic and a determination I wouldn't trade for the world. The ability to look resistance square in the eyes and keep going," she says. Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

Alexis is a fan of tennis tennis – and the cardio-meets-aerobic workout is great for your health, says ACE Fitness. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

Alexis prioritizes her mental health and self-care. "In the mornings, I journal," Alexis told Grazia. "I think journaling is one of the most important things to build into your morning routine. Journaling is an important tool because the days and years pass by so quickly, but journaling stays forever. Looking back, you get to see yourself grow in your writing. When I look back on my journals from even five years ago, it makes me proud to see how much I've grown and evolved."

Alexis makes sure to get plenty of sleep. "My bedtime varies, although lately, it's been around 11:30 pm," she told Grazia. "The time I wake up varies by the day, but if I have a few days off, I try to let myself sleep in (which means 9 am latest). I like to listen to my body and tune in to what it's telling me, even if that means waking up at 6 am daily, or 9 am from time to time. As of lately, I feel more creative towards the evening, so I have been staying up a little later to work on projects and brainstorm." What are the health benefits of sleep? According to the Sleep Foundation, getting enough z's is a mood booster, promotes heart health, regulates blood sugar, improves mental function, restores your immune system, helps relieve stress, and aids in weight loss.

"I love surfing," Alexis told Grazia. "Lots and lots of practice," she captioned a recent post. According to the Australian government's Better Health, surfing provides many health benefits including cardiovascular fitness from paddling, shoulder and back strength, which also strengthens from the paddling, and leg and core strength. "Once you're standing up on the board, strong legs and a strong core will keep you up," they say.

Alexis enjoys pilates, which "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health," says the Mayo Clinic. It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Kim Kardashian rocks sexy silver bikini to celebrate 44th birthday

Kim Kardashian showed off her age-defying physique as she kicked off her 44th birthday celebrations over the weekend.

The SKIMS founder hit the beach with her closest family and friends on Saturday afternoon in sunny Malibu — one day before her actual birthday on October 21.

Kim — who recently had a slumber part with Pete Davidson's ex — looked incredible as she waltzed around in a skimpy silver bikini that showed off her famous curves.

Kim's sisters Khloe Kardashian, 40, Kourtney Kardashian, 45, Kendall Jenner, 28, and mom Kris Jenner, 68, took time out of their busy schedules to attend the beach bash held at a luxury oceanside property.

The youngest of Kim's four kids with ex-husband Kanye West — Chicago, six, and Pslam, four — were also present.

The Kardashian-Jenner clan appeared to be filming scenes for their hit Hulu reality TV series, The Kardashians, as they were joined by a camera crew.

Missing from the action was Kim's younger half-sister Kylie Jenner, 27, and her reclusive younger Rob Kardashian, 37.

Kim's sexy silver swimwear look also featured a sheer, floor-length sarong that hung off her hips as she climbed a set of outdoor stairs.

Her long raven hair fell to her waist in wavy strands and she wore full glam makeup.

At one point, Kim decided to cover up by placing a white beach towel around her waist during a break between filming.

She looked be in a happy mood as she was caught flashing smiles at her family and crew members throughout the beach hangout.

Chicago and Psalm were seen running around the beach with one of their nannies in close proximity.

Kim's daughter North, 11, and son Saint, eight, were not present for the family gathering in Malibu.

However, Psalm and Chicago did have the company of their cousin True Thompson, who is Khloe's eldest child with ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson.

The young cousins had a blast while their moms taped an intimate sit-down convo with Kendall and Kris at an outdoor table.

Khloe looked ultra glam rocking a silky black robe over a bikini and a head of long brunette curls.

The Good American founder kept a watchful eye on True, often checking on the six-year-old when cameras weren't rolling.

She and Tristan — who split in 2021 following his paternity scandal and most recent cheating incident — also share two-year-old son Tatum, who was born via surrogate.

Later, Khloe stripped off her robe to unveil a busty black one-piece suit. She layered up with the look with sheer, colorful sarong.

Kendall looked runway-ready in a slinky black dress that hung off her slender figure.

The runway maven wore it over a classic black string bikini that included cheeky thong bottoms.

Kendall continued to rock her new blonde hair, which was worn in an effortless half up, half down style.

The eldest Kardashian sister, Kourtney, kept a low-profile in a black sweatshirt and sunglasses as she spoke to her sisters under a shady tree.

Lisa Snowdon sizzled as she slipped into a racy bikini for a steamy Instagram post on Friday.

The TV presenter and model, 52, who is enjoying a half term holiday with her family, looked incredible in the skimpy two piece as she enjoyed a dip in the pool.

Alongside the video where she posed in the khaki number and jumped into the pool, she wrote: 'Body confidence on holiday for me always starts with good swimwear- the fit is crucial.

'My advice - Invest in good swimwear - a great bikini that supports your bust and fits your bottom as we are all shaped uniquely - and/or a swimsuit, that fits you so well you feel so confident on the beach or by the pool. Look after them- rinse them out each day- hang dry and they’ll last for years and years.'

The TV presenter went on to say: 'Get in touch with @bytaramatthews look on her website, so many styles to choose from - everything can be adapted and colours can be changed/ also a brilliant swimwear brand for anyone who’s had a mastectomy'.

Katherine McNamara is scuba diving – and posing in her exercise gear. In a new social media post the Shadowhunters stars flaunts her amazing figure in a swimsuit and workout gear during a scuba diving trip in the tropics. "We've got the right #PADI-tude and are feeling fin-tastic today! ? Shore can't wait for you to sea @thequeensjewelsmovie. ?‍☠️? So, water you wading for, let's get kraken and dive in, shall we? ? ? ?," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps.

As an actress, Katherine is no stranger to shaping up fast for a role, which takes discipline. She had less than four weeks to transform her body from "this ballerina, lithe-limbed body to a marine—and then on top of that, be ready to do all of this fighting and stunt work this film required," she told Women's Health about how she got in shape for Air Force One Down. "I just dove in headfirst into all different kinds of training and really worked hard. But it paid off in the end."

Katherine is no stranger to twice a days – exercising once in the morning and another round in the evening) prior to filming. "When you're doing a day of stunts on set, it's like being a dancer," she says. "It's over and over and over again in these 30 to 60-second spurts of super intense, maximum-effort fighting," she said. When the movie started filming she would wake up at 4 a.m., do an hour on the treadmill or bike for an hour, and then another hour of weight training. After a 13-hour work day she would return to the gym for another round of strength training.

"I think the most important thing I learned is: It's just get yourself there," Katherine recommends. "There were days when I was tired. There were days when the last thing I wanted to do was pick up a weight…but I just had to physically get myself there—to take a deep breath and remember why I was doing it and why I was there. I think that can go for any kind of physical goal that someone has—half the battle is the mental battle."

Katherine keeps her body fueled with health food, like chicken, vegetables, and scrambled eggs, and sometimes a potato, for carbs. "I just tried to stay pretty clean and get as much protein and fat as possible, to keep my body going but without having to work through anything processed," she says.

According to Katherine, to prep for her role as Clary Fray on Shadowhunters, she trained for intense fight scenes with HIIT workouts. "In order to do the fight scenes, I needed a lot of upper body strength because I would be holding weapons all day," she told Women's Health. "High intensity interval training turned out to be the perfect thing for me. I was able to keep up my cardio stamina and build upon that so I could do the fight scenes, which are basically just sprints." There is lots of research backing up the benefits of HIIT workouts, including body fat reduction, improved cardiovascular function, and mental health. It is also time effective.

Boxing also helped her get in fighting form. "It builds the shape of muscles I needed to look like a fighter, and it's just plain fun," she says. "I know most people hate leg day, but I kinda love it. It's what makes me feel strongest." Harvard Health maintains that boxing is a great way to build strength, improve balance, posture, hand-eye coordination, boost mood and endurance, and helps increase alertness.

"Working out makes me unload, stress, anger, fear, all the negative energies I unload at the Gym, I swear it works," she revealed in the 2021 post. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

"Everything we do repeatedly is what will cause effects. That's why when they ask me how I take care of myself, I always answer that it's not about just one thing. There's not much of a secret," Catherine said. "Focus on your habits, your training, your diet, your rest and consult with your doctor so that he can guide you and add a supplement if you need it or you think it can enhance your training."

Catherine maintains a healthy diet. "Physical activity is fundamental to sustain myself healthy, I consider it it's 40% and the other 60% has to do with our diet," she said in a post. "I try to eat healthy and never stop taking my detox juice in the morning and my AMPK Protein Smoothie."

Earlier that day Holly revealed she had landed back in the UK as she took to her Instagram Story to share that she had started wedding dress shopping.

Holly shared a snap of Browns Bridals - a luxurious designer wedding dress store, which most recently dressed Faye Harris, the daughter of Iron Maiden bassist Steve Harris as she wed Rolling Stones guitarist Ron Wood's son Tyrone.

Anita Herbert is working her glutes in her exercise gear. In a new social media post the fitness influencer and Hungarian model shows off her amazing body during an intense workout session, wearing shorts and a sports bra. "Your next GLUTE workout is sorted & it's a tough one, so prepare your cheeks," she writes, revealing the set. "Let's get crush it!!"

"About three years ago, my husband encouraged me to go to the gym for the very first time in my life. At that time, we started training together. It took some time, but he eventually turned me on to eating healthy and weightlifting. As I began to educate myself about clean eating and training, I became very interested in this new lifestyle.

I loved the way training made me feel, and I also loved seeing how my body was changing day by day. People at the gym started to take notice of how my body was changing too, and they told me that I should compete in a show. At first, I thought it was silly to even consider competing, but then I decided that I should give it a try! Before I knew it, I had five NPC overall wins in a row, and now I'm an IFBB Pro. I just got invited to the Arnold Classic for the first time, and I'm going to be on the Olympia stage in September," she told Simply Shredded.

"My biggest motivation is the mirror. I like to see how my body changes on a daily basis. To me, there is nothing more exciting than discovering a new striation or a new vein popping out on my body!" she told Simply Shredded. "I'm sure some might say that I am crazy, but this has become a lifestyle to me, and I love it! Of course, I have to admit that I like to eat yummy food too, but for me feeling healthy and looking 'fit' is far more satisfying than eating a slice of pizza. My life is all about balance, and I can still have a slice of pizza every now and then if I want too, but it just doesn't interest me as much as it used to."

Anita mixes up her routine. "I switch up my training every once in a while, so it doesn't get boring. I also like to do aerobic classes and outdoor boot camps too! And on Sunday which is my rest day, I still like to do some form of cardio," she says.

Squats: "Squats are great because my booty can never be big enough," she says.

Hanging Leg Raises: "I love abs and hanging leg raises seem to work the best for me. Plus living in Miami, Florida, I always have to be bikini ready!" she jokes.

Lateral Raises: "I love training my shoulders with lateral raises because I love to feel the burn in my shoulders," she explains.

Anita has two diets that she stays "very consistent with," she tells Simply Shredded. "One diet I use for my off season and the other diet I use for preparing for a competition. When I'm prepping for a competition, my diet is very strict. I consume six meals a day; I measure everything, and I absolutely have no cheats! My protein sources primarily come from chicken, fish and eggs. My carbs consist of oats, quinoa, brown rice and sweet potato. I also love all kinds of vegetables, and I incorporate them into my diet as well. During my prep, I also limit my sodium intake, and I drink one to two gallons of water per day. Off season my diet is more flexible, but I still try to eat five to six meals a day. But in off season, I am able to include one to two cheat meals a week."
