Morena Beltrán in Bikini is "Absolutely Stunning"

Morena Beltrán is getting lots of attention for her latest swimsuit photos on social media. The ESPN personality shows off her incredible figure in a bathing suit via one of her latest Instagram posts. "Absolutely stunning," commented one of her followers, while many others added fire and heart emojis.

Morena keeps her body fit with the help of regular high intensity interval training (HIIT) mostly focusing on strength and weight training exercises. "Training that will take you to the stars," she captioned a photo. There is lots of Research backing up the benefits of HIIT workouts, including body fat reduction, improved cardiovascular function, and mental health. It is also time effective.

Morena also prioritizes hydration. "Training is my cable to ground. My little place to escape the routine, unload and continue the day with better energy. And always well accompanied with original Gatorade to rehydrate and replenish the sodium I lose. This is my formula. Which one is yours?" she captained a post. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.

Morena also goes for runs. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.

You can often find Morena going for a swim, a great way to get regular aerobic physical activity, according to the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.

Morena, who regularly covers soccer, can be found kicking the ball around, like in this Instagram reel. Not only are there physical benefits to engaging in team sports, but it can also help you "fend off depression," says the Mayo Clinic.

Tennis Stunner Camila Giorgi flaunts her amazing figure

Camila Giorgi is getting her zen on – in her exercise clothes. In a new social media post the tennis star flaunts her amazing figure in a two-piece yoga set during a yoga session. "Time for #yoga #studio ?," she captioned the Instagram photo. "?SUBLIME ?," commented one of her followers, while several others added fire emojis.

Camila has been playing tennis since she was a kid. In 2021 she competed in the Tokyo Olympics. According to ACE Fitness it blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

She is also an experienced equestrian, and rides horses whenever she can. "#nature ??," she captioned one post. "My Passion #horses," she wrote in another. According to the American Heart Association, riding horses is great for your health. Not only does it boost cardiovascular health, but builds core strength, burns calories, and lowers blood pressure. It is also great for your mental health as it helps relax you.

Camila enjoys strength training, which helps get her body ready for competition. "My favorite place to be #gym ?," she captioned a video of her workout. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

"People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

The model, 36, who sizzled in a gold bikini, kept the heat turned to high in a new look from her Tropic of C swimwear collection.

For this look, the South African beauty showcased her taut tummy and toned limbs in a black, gold and white striped two-piece.

Josie Canseco is heating things up this autumn

Josie Canseco is heating things up this autumn – and doing it in style. Josie understands the mental health benefits of exercise. "I grew up playing sports and being very active," Josie told Us. Josie also takes "Rumble classes" and boxes. "Boxing training one-on-one, like really focused and in my zone," she added to Us. Josie takes spin classes. "I love cycling, I do it all the time. It's a good cardio mix. I'm all about cardio and high intensity music," Canseco told Us Weekly. It's all about balance for me," she told Us. "I've been slowly transitioning to be pescatarian. "I just kind of have a soft spot for animals and down the line, I'd like to work with them and have my own nonprofit one day. So not eating red meats and chicken obviously, and slowly transitioning into [not eating fish]," she continued. "It's just balance. It's OK to have pizza and stuff like that, but [weight loss] should be hard work, it shouldn't be easy."

Amy Hart, star of the reality show Love Island, left followers impressed after showing up in a pink bikini in a snap posted to her stories last Sunday.

The 31-year-old star showcased her stunning figure in a two-toned bikini in a mirror selfie taken in her bathroom. Because of the green details, she added a watermelon emoji to the caption and thanked her friend Amber, the owner of the brand selling the piece.

Recently, Amy walked down the aisle with Sam Rason in an outdoor ceremony at Casa de la Era, a farm near Málaga, Spain. Despite her stunning dress, she admitted she was scared of tripping while walking to the altar.

“I wasn’t emotional walking to the altar because even though I knew I had to go down the steps of the amphitheater, I realized that in that dress and heels, it wouldn’t be easy,” she said in an interview with OK! Magazine. Amy walked toward her fiancé while being escorted by her father, Ian.

Sofia Resing is slipping in some exercise in the Western Sahara. In a new social media post the Brazilian model shows off her fantastic physique in a two-piece exercise set while stretching. Eat well, exercise regularly & your body will love you for it!" she said. "My favorite meal of the day would definitely be dinner, yummmm. My top 3 healthy snacks would be: 2 handfuls of baby tomatoes, some brown rice crackers with dip & carrot with hummus! Something I love to follow with my diet is eating healthy throughout the week & on the weekend eats whatever you want whenever you want! 80-20 rule is great!"

How does Isabelle prep for a big shoot? "Oooo, definitely a slight change in diet for the 2 days before the shoot, sticking to low calorie/low carb meals. I like to make sure I work out at least 4 times in the week before a swim shoot. Taking care of your skin & drinking plenty of water!" she says. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

'He was incredibly sexy and he could charm anyone,' Jane told PeopleTV in 2018. 'I mean, before me it was Brigitte Bardot, Catherine Deneuve, Annette Stroyberg and so forth. And I was young and I wanted him to teach me how to be a woman - so he taught me to be a female impersonator.'

Anfisa Nava shows off her fit figure

Anfisa Nava is launching a sculpting program in her workout gear. In a new social media post the 90 Day Fiancé star shows off her fit figure in a two-piece exercise set while announcing a 6 week fitness challenge. "I'm so excited to announce that sign ups for my 6 Week Body Sculpting Program 2.0 are officially open! ? You all loved the first version of the program that I launched in January so I decided to make it even better!" she writes in the post.

Anfisa enjoys hiking, a great workout per the National Parks Service. Physical benefits of hiking include:

When it comes to diet, she follows a single rule. "I just reduced my portion size," Anfisa told E! News. In Russia, I would eat home-cooked meals but here I would go out to eat a lot. And I wasn't really controlling it, I was eating everything."

Anfisa enjoys jet skiing, a surprisingly effective form of fitness. Health Fitness Revolution maintains that the average 150-pound rider will burn a surprising 238 calories during a half-hour ride. The sport is also great for cardiovascular endurance.

Anfisa's main form of fitness is strength training. She is a certified personal trainer and is now competing in bodybuilding competitions. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

Christine Quinn shows off her amazing body

Christine Quinn is doing Pilates – in her workout gear. In a new social media post the former Selling Sunset star shows off her amazing body and impressive moves while executing a sweat session on a Cadillac reformer. "Never trying to be Demure & Mindful. I'm always in my Town Tramp Era," she captioned the Instagram video.

Christine is a yogi. "Christine's workout plan," she captioned a video of herself striking a pose in front of the Eiffel Tower. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

Christine is a coffee drinker. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Christine is extremely active. She was "quite a tomboy" growing up, she revealed to Us Weekly. "I grew up playing sports," she said. "I was really athletic growing up," she added. One of her favorite leisure activities is tennis. According to ACE Fitness it blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

Christine dished to Us Weekly that her approach to eating changed during pregnancy. "My biggest cravings so far are definitely pizza [and] chocolate sweets. I mean, a lot of the stuff that I already loved before, but now it's amped up and I'm like, 'I must have this now. I'm a big soda drinker now, which I know isn't the best, but I love Dr. Pepper and I love pineapple juice and orange juice. So, definitely a lot of sugar cravings for sure," she said. Normally she loves eggs and steak, but during pregnancy she couldn't even smell eggs without getting sick.

Christine does Pilates in her recent post. Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health." It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

TV presenter Cat Deeley gave fans a peek into her holiday as she was noticeably missing from This Morning.

This week, Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard were noticeably missing from their usual This Morning slot.

Jazmin Pineda is heating up Sin City – in her workout gear. In a new social media post the fitness influencer and 90 Day Fiancé star shows off her famous figure in a two-piece exercise set. "VEGAS DUMP ?," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. "Beautyyy ???," commented one of her followers. "Loves itt ?" added another.

Jazmin enjoys running. "It's been a minute since I've felt like running. Running 60 miles per week while prepping for the half marathon really burned me out and took a toll on my body. It's been nice to just get back into running bc I love it," she writes in a recent post. "Running is a big form of self care for me and if you haven't tried it (literally just run for 5 min) you need to. It brings out a different side of you while helping release stress/anxiety!"

Jazmin's main form of fitness is strength training. "Feeling strong & powerful," she captioned a recent workout post. "This was a great workout for you girlies to try!!" Here are the exercises she did:

"My new favorite training method, I call it GYMLATES. A mixture of gym/weightlifting and Pilates movements," Jazmine reveals in a recent post. "I found it challenging trying to balance weightlifting and Pilates as a whole. (Plus having multiple memberships was just too much). So now I'm incorporating Pilates style movements into my workouts, especially my upper body days! The goal: to focus on smaller movements, core, and tension instead of heavy lifting. Rep range is minimum of 15 or timed for (30-45 sec)."

"I love animals. For ethical reasons, I became vegan more than 10 years ago," she said. "I wanted a high-quality protein that was powered by plants and free of artificial chemicals. It's the perfect blend of pea protein isolate, brown rice, and quinoa, providing 20 grams of protein and [it's] low in calories," she told Distractify about why she decided to launch her own protein powder.

"This is an average day of eating in my life. I don't count calories. I don't fast (except for the hours I'm sleeping) and I don't plan my meals at the moment. I eat in an intuitive way and trying to make healthy choices but also being flexible. I don't drink sugary drinks and/or alcohol but I do drink enough water and my vegan protein shake after my workout routine. Since I'm vegan, I follow a plant based diet but I include the main food groups in it: carbs, good fats, protein, veggies and fruits," she revealed in a post.

"My biggest motivation is the mirror. I like to see how my body changes on a daily basis. To me, there is nothing more exciting than discovering a new striation or a new vein popping out on my body!" she told Simply Shredded. "I'm sure some might say that I am crazy, but this has become a lifestyle to me, and I love it! Of course, I have to admit that I like to eat yummy food too, but for me feeling healthy and looking 'fit' is far more satisfying than eating a slice of pizza. My life is all about balance, and I can still have a slice of pizza every now and then if I want too, but it just doesn't interest me as much as it used to."

Anita mixes up her routine. "I switch up my training every once in a while, so it doesn't get boring. I also like to do aerobic classes and outdoor boot camps too! And on Sunday which is my rest day, I still like to do some form of cardio," she says.

Here are Anita's top 3 exercises:

Squats: "Squats are great because my booty can never be big enough," she says.

Hanging Leg Raises: "I love abs and hanging leg raises seem to work the best for me. Plus living in Miami, Florida, I always have to be bikini ready!" she jokes.

Lateral Raises: "I love training my shoulders with lateral raises because I love to feel the burn in my shoulders," she explains.

Anita has two diets that she stays "very consistent with," she tells Simply Shredded. "One diet I use for my off season and the other diet I use for preparing for a competition. When I'm prepping for a competition, my diet is very strict. I consume six meals a day; I measure everything, and I absolutely have no cheats! My protein sources primarily come from chicken, fish and eggs. My carbs consist of oats, quinoa, brown rice and sweet potato. I also love all kinds of vegetables, and I incorporate them into my diet as well. During my prep, I also limit my sodium intake, and I drink one to two gallons of water per day. Off season my diet is more flexible, but I still try to eat five to six meals a day. But in off season, I am able to include one to two cheat meals a week."
