Maddie Lymburner Shares Upper Body Workout

Maddie Lymburner, also known as MadFit, is a highly successful fitness trainer with a huge following on Instagram and YouTube. Recently, she shared an upper body workout using dumbbells on her YouTube channel, which she promoted on Instagram. Lymburner captioned the post, "A total upper body session in just 15 MINUTES and using only ONE SET OF DUMBBELLS? ? sign me up! ??‍♀️ Full class is now live on YouTube: MadFit ??" With her focus on enjoyable and accessible fitness, Maddie continues to inspire others to stay active and healthy through her engaging workout routines.

Lymburner likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. In her recent workout video, she is seen using dumbbells. The Mayo Clinic states that strength training is very beneficial. "Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age."

Lymburner makes sure to do some cardio workouts. One of her favorites is jumping rope. Lymburner shared this video on Instagram of herself jumping rope. She captioned it, "Need a switch up for cardio day? ?‍? try my newest ALL STANDING JUMPROPE HIIT workout in @themadfitapp ! ? Since it's all standing, this one can be done absolutely anywhere. All you need is yourself and 20 mins ??"

One of Lymburner's favorite forms of cardio are dance workouts. She shares a lot of them on her Instagram account. Lymburner captioned this video, "I will say this until I'm blue in the face…. You have to ENJOY what you're doing to be consistent with it in the long run ??? If these 'silly' little dance workouts make you FEEL GOOD and they get you up and MOVING… they've done their job ? Lymburner shared this glute workout on her Instagram. In it, she is seen doing things like standing back leg lifts and side leg lifts with a resistance band. You'll be surprised at how well we can target those glutes without a single squat or lunge!!"

Lymburner makes sure to do some stretches, which prevent her from getting injured. She shared some of her favorites in this Instagram video. Fitness Model Whitney Johns flauts her incredible shape

Fitness model, coach, and entrepreneur, Whitney Johns, focuses on her health and wellness, prioritizing hormones and gut health. "Back & Booty Upper Body Workout ?This workout is one of my favorites from my Find Your Fit with Whit programs! Whether you're hitting the gym or working out from home, you can make it happen with moves like these," she said on Instagram. She shares her health process with her community of people along the way on social media to inspire others to care about their fitness goals, as well.

She puts in the work to continuously grow and improve her mental strength. "The right doors won't open for you until you've become the version of yourself that's meant to walk through them ???," she said on Instagram. I'm going to make a point of doing something that challenges me, betters me or scares me… every day for the rest of the year," she said on Instagram on a video of her jumping into a cold tub.

She's powerful and proud of how far she's come in her health journey. Fitness Trainer Jessica Olie shares how she stays grounded and healthy

Jessica Olie is a renowned fitness trainer with a massive following on Instagram, where she shares not only workouts but also personal reflections. Recently, Olie revealed the story behind one of her tattoos, explaining it was inspired by something her swimming coach once said: "The idea of the tattoo came from something my swimming coach used to say to me years ago, that our choices ultimately shape who we become, that we are always one choice away from a different outcome." Olie believes in showing up fully in every moment, even when choices are limited.

It's hard, really hard so don't beat yourself up if you can't do them just yet, it takes time! 2. This skill requires strength AND flexibility, you have to have both or it won't work! ? METHOD + EXERCISES ?? WARM UP — these are a few of my favorites to do to prep, you'll need to warm up your ankles nicely and open up your hamstrings! ? BENCH MODIFIED PISTOL SQUAT — my favorite intro to a pistol squat, this drill focuses on developing uni-lateral or single side strength and balance. As you get stronger, the box can be lower! ? ASSISTED PISTOL SQUAT — once you have the hang of the box, you can now add these into your routine, the goal is to mimic the movement pathway with a little bit of support, so only use the wall/pole as much as you need to. ? NEGATIVE PISTOL SQUATS — the final progression is away from the wall, focusing on the lowering part of the movement only! This is how you will build the most strength. The hardest part is to get the depth, so make sure you lower ALL the way down — even if you fall back onto your butt."

Olie likes to do pull-ups to stay in shape. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing them. Olie captioned it, "The only way to improve your grip strength is by gradually doing more of the movements that CHALLENGE your grip strength. You cannot expect something to go from hard to easier if you aren't doing it. You have to do it for it to get easier. Also it's hard. Pull ups ARE hard. The hardest actually. They don't get easier but you get stronger — Just not overnight. Hanging from a bar if you've never done it before is hard. So you start small and you build up. Hold it for as LONG as YOU can. Maybe that starts off as a few seconds. Every week, hold it longer. Then 5 seconds becomes 10, into 15 into 20 etc…"

Olie loves to swim to stay in shape. She shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself in the water. Olie shared these photos of herself swimming, captioning them, "Happiest when I'm in the sea." Kayla Richart in Bathing Suit is "So Beautiful"

Kayla Richart is reminiscing about her vacation in her swimsuit. The Too Hot to Handle star is dreaming about warmer days, sharing flashback photos of herself in a swimsuit on the beach. "Take me back," she captioned on her her recent Instagram posts. "So beautiful," commented one of her followers. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Kayla Richart stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

Kayla is a vegan and maintains a plant-based diet. She loves vegan sushi, protein shakes, smoothie bowls with granola and fruit, plant-based fast food, vegan Pho, and even vegan pizza from Domino's Pizza.

Kayla is all about crystals and meditation. "Today was such an amazing day✨ My friends and I visited the vortexes of Sedona, they are believed to be spiritual locations where the energy is right to facilitate prayer, meditation, and healing. Along the way we picked up some crystals. When we got there I sat as the sun was setting and had the most surreal meditation ever, I also cleansed and charged my new crystals. The vibes were immaculate," she captioned an Instagram post.

Kayla also enjoys hiking, which she did in Sedona. "Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between," says the National Parks Service. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.

Kayla spends a lot of time at the beach and loves going swimming. Swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity, according to the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.

Kayla also spends a lot of time walking on the beach. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

The best cardio to assist with this goal would include sprint training and lower body HIIT or met-con training. The worst type of cardio would include long-duration, over 60 minutes of steady-state cardio, for example, long-distance runs," she writes.

Lyzabeth also enjoys boxing. In a recent post she demonstrates she has a lot of pack to her punch. Harvard Health maintains that boxing is a great way to build strength, improve balance, posture, hand-eye coordination, boost mood and endurance, and helps increase alertness.

In a new social media post the fitness influencer shares some words of wisdom with her followers while showing off her amazing figure in a two-piece exercise set. Once September 2025 rolls around she will kick off her tour of North America in Toronto, Canada, which will take her to the U.S. four days later in Chicago.

The tour will go through until October 16, 2025 ending with a couples of gigs in Seattle, Washington.

The tour is in support of her third studio album, Radical Optimism, which dropped back in early May, featuring the singles Houdini, Training Session, and Illusion, all of which peaked within the top ten of the UK Singles Chart.

For her first show in Austin last week, Dua delivered a 17-song set full of hits that included Don't Start Now, Houdini, New Rules, Levitating, One Kiss, and Electricity to name a few.

Her stunning appearance comes after she criticised musicians who 'use their private life to attract attention' and fans think it's a thinly-veiled dig at Taylor Swift.

Taylor, 34, is known to reference her past relationships in her lyrics, most recently appearing to elude to her breakup with ex boyfriend Joe Alwyn on her album The Tortured Poets Department.

Her fans went wild predicting digs at her famous exes after the track list was revealed back in February, with the record following in April.

Speaking in a new interview on on 60 Minutes, Dua addressed why she avoids singing about her private life.

The musician explained: 'Some people are just so ruthless with their own private life that they decide to put it all out in a song because they know that it’s going to attract people’s attention.'

She will also make stops in Indonesia, Philippines, Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand, India, and South Korea, until December 5.

The Foolish singer looked incredible in a fire engine red bikini in a shoot she did for DailyMail.com in 2023.

The singer, whose single Foolish was released on Apple Music, said in her caption that she was already missing the hot months of summer.

This comes after Nikki lost 20lbs when she went back to doing what she loves: yoga.

She had put some weight on when she welcomed her son Hendrix in 2018 but didn't get serious about getting back her pre baby body until 2022.

And now the singer has finally gotten to the weight she loves.

Camila Mendes flaunts her flat abs and amazing body

Camila Mendes is giving her followers a glimpse into her Rise Movement workout routine – in her two-piece workout gear. In a new social media post the Riverdale star flaunts her flat abs in an exercise set during an intense session at the gym. "My MOTU training journey begins ? @risemovement," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps and videos.

Camila maintains that "creating a routine in the morning" is key for her mental health. "My current routine is very soothing in the morning, and it gets me excited to start my day. Once I've done that routine, I feel like I can do anything. Usually, I wake up, I make my coffee, I write in my five-minute journal," she tells SELF.

Camila also gets her zen on. "I've been trying to meditate whenever I feel like I need it," she told SELF. Whenever I feel like my heart rate's kind of high, and I'm a little anxious and on edge and unable to focus, I try to set out 10 minutes to meditate in that moment and reset and ground myself again. I use an app, Balance. I think that's really what it is—just learning the tools that you need and moments when you need them.

"My relationship with food was very weird for a while—I had an eating disorder," she told Health. "I got through it by seeing [my] therapist and working with a nutritionist who was very adamant about me overcoming my fear of carbs. I used to not eat carbs—but that would just lead me to binge on them after avoiding them for a while. I tried all the diets—I was always on a diet. But I eventually learned they weren't helping me at all."

Camila nourishes her body with food. "As soon as I started listening to my body and eating what my body needed—which sometimes is eating the things I used to think were bad, like sugar and bread—I noticed a big change," she dished to Health. "The crazy lesson was that your body tells you what it wants and needs; you just have to learn how to listen to it. It takes a while to learn that—it's hard. And what one woman needs isn't going to be the same as what another woman needs. We're all different."

"I strive to be super consistent — as consistent as I can be. Whenever I have a day off, I will make a point to work out in the morning," she added to Shape. Even when she can't get a full workout in, she makes sure to stay active, "I definitely move my body every day," she added Health. "I go through phases when it comes to what I like to do—I've taken lots of different classes and all that," she said. She also works with a trainer and during their workouts "does a lot of circuit training, she added to Shape. She also plays tennis.

"I love sports. I'm never on a diet regimen. I love food. When I'm not on the show, I eat a lot of protein and carbs."

Strength training workouts are also a key part of Elisabetta's approach to fitness. She recently shared a video to social media showing off her routine. It involved a lot of combination exercises, working multiple muscle groups at once as well as small weights. Bartel said to WHO that she believes in moderation when it comes to her diet. "I am pretty relaxed with my diet, as I am a big foodie and love eating out at restaurants. I do try to stick to a diet filled with lots of vegetables and protein. I eat a lot of fish and I love tuna. I also live on nuts, eggs and cheese. I also love my carbs and have pasta a couple of nights a week. I really believe in everything in moderation, so you don't crave anything and binge. I also have a bit of a sweet tooth – soft lollies like Chicos or anything sour is my weakness."

Bartel likes to give back to charities. She tells Women's Health that breast cancer is a passion for her. "I am so passionate about raising awareness for breast cancer. I have also done some ambassador work with Pink Hope in the past, which do great work in this space. I think we all know of someone that has been affected by breast cancer- it is such a huge issue in Australia and is the second leading cause of cancer related deaths in Australian women."

Bartel revealed to Women's Health that she likes to practice meditation. "It is so important to remove negative thoughts, stress, worries and anxiety. It has been such a huge difference to my mental health and wellbeing once I started doing it regularly. It can be hard to start, but there are so many apps around like Calm or Headspace which can help."

Joy documented her medical journey on September 5, revealing she 'was terrified to go into surgery' but 'as soon as it was done their was a huge sense of relief and freedom, I instantly knew that I made the right choice.'

Corrigan has been an outspoken advocate of breast implant illness which has a long list of symptoms including joint and muscle pain, adrenal fatigue, brain fog, unexplained skin rashes, dry eyes, and gastrointestinal problems.

Bybel likes to do Russian twists to stay fit. She is seen doing them in her YouTube video. Gymless reports that Russian twists are very beneficial. "Russian Twists are a great exercise that develops all parts of your core, especially the obliques, it also targets the shoulders and hips. This exercise involves rotating your torso from side-to-side while maintaining a sit up position with your feet off the ground. Love Island star Gabby Allen set pulses racing as she flaunted her incredibly toned physique and posed in a tiny bikini on Wednesday.

The stunner, 32, who appeared on the ITV2 show in 2017, put on a jaw-dropping display that left almost nothing to the imagination.

She looked sensational as she flashed her cleavage in a busty green bikini, sharing a series of poolside snaps with her one million followers on Instagram.

Gabby, who runs a fitness lifestyle and retreat company, wore her long blonde locks in loose beachy waves falling over her shoulders and opted for a glowing palette of makeup to elevate her natural beauty.

She wrote in the caption: 'Aura glowing, energy flowing,' alongside a sparkle emoji and a sunset emoji.

One photo saw the blonde beauty pose on top of a sunbed to show off her amazing figure, with other snaps being included from other angles.

It comes after the reality TV star set temperatures soaring as she hit the red carpet at the It Ends With Us premiere in London back in August.

One month before, the former Islander also showed off her toned physique as she shared racy bikini snaps while holidaying in Ibiza.

She jetted off to Beach Club San Miguel last week for a girly getaway and took to Instagram to share some stunning snaps sporting a tiny gold bikini.

Gabby's swimwear displayed her incredible figure - which is thanks to her dedicated fitness lifestyle and retreat company.

Her bikini was a tie-dye gold and brown pattern with tiny black straps and her golden locks were tied back into three french braids.

Gabby shot to fame in the summer of 2017 when she reached the final of Love Island with her ex-boyfriend Marcel Somerville, finishing in fourth place.

Her trip came after Gabby sparked fears she had split from her boyfriend Brandon Myers in May after almost four years together.

She deleted all snaps of her and the reality star on her social media and the pair have also unfollowed each other, as they appear to cut all ties.

The couple first went public with their relationship while on holiday in Ibiza back in the summer of 2020.

Harley Brash, star of the reality show Love Island, enjoyed a few days of vacation in Greece and took the opportunity to showcase her enviable physique on a sunny day.

At the end of September, the 25-year-old influencer posted some snapshots enjoying a sunny day at the five-star resort D’Andrea Lagoon on the Greek island of Kos. “Don’t make me go home,” she joked in the caption.

In the comments, fans didn’t hold back on compliments for the muse’s perfect body. “So beautiful,” commented one follower. “An angel,” said another. “The most beautiful human,” asserted a third fan. “Literally a mermaid,” wrote another.
