Stefanie Williams dazzles on the beach

Stefanie Williams is an influencer and fitness expert. She is the founder of Sefi Fit and the We Glow app. Williams is known for her Pilates workouts. She recently shared a carousel post on Instagram. In it, she is seen enjoying a night out, watching a tennis game, going to the beach, and cloud watching. Williams is seen wearing workout clothes in the post, showing off her figure.

Pilates is the main thing that Williams does to keep herself in shape. The Cleveland Clinic states that it has a lot of benefits. “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength…Having a strong, aligned core makes it easier to have good posture — a seemingly small change that can positively impact many areas of your life.”

Williams is all about practicing gratitude in life. In the previous Instagram video, Williams shared highlights of a ski trip she took with her friends. In a new social media post, showing off her gorgeous body in a variety of bathing suits and exercise clothes, the country singer reflects on 2024 and gets real about her struggles. “i spent majority of this year wildly uncomfortable. part of it intentional, knowing real growth and creativity (maybe even freedom) comes from pushing myself out of my comfort zone. i took the most time off the road that i have in 10 years, and had to rewire my brain to not operate from a place of scarcity from that. then sat in the space to try new things, then actually made the jump and did them. shaking in my boots then learning im more capable than i give myself credit for. and checking a few things off the bucket list along the way,” she writes, sharing a few thing she was “uncomfortable” about and how she found a “deeper gratitude for friendships and therapy. and good skincare. and sleep.” She continues:

“uncomfortable in challenging myself to chill with the death grip on fear and settle into a new pace and level of steady love. not dashing during dust storms and enjoying the view even more when it settles. taking a magnifying glass to past patterns, and valuing, even protecting its place in my life. uncomfortable in the juggle of wanting more and wanting less, being the girl on stage and a dog mom, some days feeling new still and others spent precautionary plotting when the glitter won’t be as glittery.

So i guess my goal for the year ahead is to try to find some comfort? in the loud and quiet, public and private moments to still push and seek and want, but find comfort in being uncomfortable. don’t get me wrong, i love a little chaos. i just wonder how it pairs with a little more peace.” How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Kelsea also learned she wasn’t getting enough salt and protein in her diet. “I didn’t realize that you had to have salt to absorb water,” she said, revealing that she drinks electrolytes and water in the morning. She also eats more protein. “Chomps, cottage cheese, a good steak—that’s my trifecta right now,” she says. For breakfast she usually has a couple of scrambled eggs with chimichurri on top, a side of cottage cheese, and blueberries. For lunch, she makes her version of a turkey sandwich. “I do layers of turkey and cheese, with sprouts and tomato,” she says. “On one side, I put a little avocado. On the other, aioli.” Dinner might be salmon with zucchini or a skirt steak with asparagus.

Kelsea has shifted her approach to fitness. She recently explained to Women’s Health that she used to work out with a high-profile trainer, who “trained a lot of the really hot country girls,” doing four or five strength-training sessions a week. But after five years, she needed something different. “It almost felt like I was punishing myself to become what I thought I was supposed to be, visually, in my industry,” she said.

She took a little break and then added gentle exercise into her life. One of the workout she did was SoulCycle, which she still attends from time to time. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

However, it was the Lagree Method—a high-intensity, low-impact workout that incorporates a Megaformer – that she fell in love with and does three to four times a a week. “I do it as much as I can,” she said. “I love how it makes me feel doing it—I feel strong. Having a good relationship with how I’m moving my body has changed everything for me.” She adds that it also gave her a booty. “I’m proud of that ass!”

She also walks her dogs, including a nine-year-old labradoodle named Dibs, “the love of my life,” she says. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Jordana Brewster shows off beach body

Jordana Brewster is an extremely successful actress. She is best known for her role in the Fast & Furious film series. Brewster recently announced an upcoming project on her Instagram. She revealed she will be appearing in the film Heart Eyes in February. In the post, Brewster sported heart-shaped 2025 sunglasses. She captioned it, “New year…new killer. Brewster has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared some of her secrets in an interview with FORBES. “My skincare routine is very straightforward. I cleanse and moisturize twice a day and use a gentle facial exfoliator a couple of times a week. I always keep POND’S Towelettes in my car or purse as I tend to do a lot of mini touch-ups throughout the day.”

Brewster shared her hair care routine with ELLE. “I only wash my hair about two to three times a week. If I sweat, and my hair gets a little gross, it's really by my hairline that I get really annoying curls. So I just iron it. I iron my sweaty hair. It sounds really gross, but that's what I do. That's my quick fix. I don't color it anymore. My hair got super dry. I really wanted to look like Giselle. It ended up looking kind of ashy on me.”

Brewster shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with ELLE. She says that she makes sure to eat healthy. “When I look at women like Jennifer Lopez, where it's all about their skin—the glow—it's about what you're putting in your body,” Brewster said. “I drink a ton of water. I think natural fats are really important, too, especially as you get older. Like eating avocados and eggs. When I'm dehydrated and stressed, I just notice it on my skin immediately. I really love Kreation. They make it so easy to just pick up healthy things. They have these wraps—they make tuna with yogurt and mayonnaise, and they wrap it in collard greens. Those are really good. They have a salmon version of that too. They also have chicken salads that are just really simple and clean.”

Brewster tells ELLE that she likes using a foam roller. “In the last couple months, I started this thing called foam rolling. I love it. After I get out of a session, I literally feel high. I do it on my own, too. I really like Lauren Roxburgh, for the fascia and rolling. At night if I'm watching TV, I just get on the foam roller. It's just another way to sort of de-stress and work on my posture.”

She Doesn't Believe In Oversexualization

In an interview with Health, Brewster talked about how the industry has sexualized women, and how it impacted her body image. She says that she is grateful that actresses are in an industry that is focusing on other things than their appearance. “Even with a movie like Fast & Furious, it’s awesome that we’re all wearing pants,” she said. “Of course, there were the booty-dancing scenes around the car, but those are gone. Now it’s about strength and loyalty to one another. I almost wish I was born 20 years later so I could really thrive in what’s happening right now in the industry.”

Zegler shared some of her skincare secrets in an interview with InStyle. “After I cleanse to take off my makeup, I use my Dior Prestige serum,” she says. “Then, I use a vitamin C serum, which is very important for me to keep everything in check. I use a hyaluronic acid, moisturizer, and the Dior under-eye cream as well.”

Zegler also tells InStyle that she likes to keep her skincare routine simple. “I try not to do too much. Zegler revealed to InStyle that she likes to do Pilates to keep herself in shape. “I do Pilates, and I also do a bedtime yoga routine at the end of the day. I just love doing that; it's the best part of my day, and it really helps me sleep so much better.” The Cleveland Clinic states that Pilates has a lot of health benefits. “Pilates is a form of strength training, but it doesn’t look like some of the other strength training exercises you might be familiar with. Pilates focuses more on improving muscle tone than building muscles, but the result is similar: greater stability and endurance. Pilates isn’t going to bulk you up — if anything, it’s designed to cultivate a longer, leaner look. Still, it can lay a strong physical foundation for muscle-building activities — and may even reduce your likelihood of injury.”

According to Harvard Health, yoga has a lot of benefits. “Surveys have found that those who practiced yoga were more aware of their bodies than people who didn't practice yoga. They were also more satisfied with and less critical of their bodies. For these reasons, yoga has become an integral part in the treatment of eating disorders and programs that promote positive body image and self-esteem.”

Myleene Klass looked incredible in a red bikini while on a family holiday in Thailand with her lookalike sister.

The I'm A Celeb champ and Popstars alumni, 46, is no stranger to a bikini snap.

The Cinderella actress completed the set of holiday photos with another shot of her legs as she soaked in the sun on a golden sandy beach.

Last month, the English actress was seen leaving London celebrity hangout Chiltern Firehouse with American billionaire Brian Chesky – who is chief executive of Airbnb.

Despite the late hour, Lily looked elegant in a black faux fur coat, leather trousers and slingback stiletto heel.

But US entrepreneur Chesky – said to be worth £6.2billion - seemed keen not to be spotted with the Downton Abbey star, leaving the nightspot via a back entrance and attempting to hide his face as they climbed into a waiting Range Rover together.

It is not clear how the pair know each other.

Chesky, 43, who co-founded the short-term-rental app in 2007, is the 355th richest person in the world, according to Forbes, and was in a long-term relationship with artist Elissa Patel until their split in 2022.

He has more recently been linked with Sports Illustrated model Brooks Nader.

Lily has previously dated Queens Of The Stone Age bassist Michael Shuma, but it is unclear if they are still together.

Lily was also linked to married actor Dominic West while they filmed The Pursuit of Love together. And she had a five-year relationship with former Doctor Who Matt Smith.

The actress will be back on the big screen next year in a reboot of 1993 thriller Cliffhanger.

She is also set to appear in Swiped, a film based on the life of Whitney Wolfe Herd, who founded online dating platform Bumble, so maybe Chesky can offer her some insight into the life of a tech tycoon.

And this time she wowed fans in red as she lapped up all that Thailand had to offer.

Myleene was seen enjoying time with her three children, as well as in the pool and on the back of a boat in Thailand.

She looked incredible as she flashed her very toned physique and abs while videoing herself in the sun-drenched destination.

“Take me to the beach. Our family reunion in #Thailand. So much to celebrate together,” Myleene wrote.

She also delighted fans with a string of bikini snaps in the red number, while rocking a Skechers hat and barefaced look.

The star also posted a photo with her sister who is Myleene’s double, writing: “With my baby sister and her family, an unforgettable reunion in Thailand. (My sis lives in Oz so we met ‘half way’ as we all miss her so much).

Biking is naturally the main way that Moonen stays in shape. According to A Healthier Michigan, biking has a lot of benefits. “All that work your body is doing by pedaling and balancing not only works muscles in your arms and core, but it counts as serious cardio exercise and burns calories with every spin of the wheels. Moonen talked about her journey to finding acceptance in her body in the caption of this Instagram post. “Am I fat? Obviously, no. And it's not a question I ask myself either. Not anymore, at least. But plenty of (young) athletes still do. And heck, it's not even just athletes. It is baffling how much bodyshaming is a thing in sports. Especially for female athletes, and for men it's a huge taboo. Cycling is a sport where everyone obsesses over W/kg and numbers on the scale often get wrongfully judged, even within professional teams (putting young athletes on a scale and telling them they need to lose 3kg is... scary!). She says that she believes in a balanced diet. “I've put my unhealthy relationship with food behind me only a few years ago. Restricting and then binging and feeling guilty is not the way. It's not like I am never insecure; but overall I'm doing alright compared. I enjoy food. I eat about 80-90% healthy and fresh, the rest is comfortfood and snacks (which I now enjoy a lot more than before!). It's called balance and it's a pretty damn nice thing to have!”

Moonen makes sure to eat enough when she’s training. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “If I could tell my younger self one thing about nutrition... it would be to stop underfueling during my riding. A habit that was fuelled by insecurity about my weight and obsession with w/kg on one side and lack of variety in foods I could have because of boring flavours and gross structures (*autism has entered the chat*) Sometimes I still feel turned off by the idea of having to eat during riding and eating has been a struggle since I last raced for a pro team (big shock: developed some anxiety then?). Now, when I really don't feel like eating I'll just take a few different options with me on my ride to make sure there's always something I can eat and there's always a flavour I feel like having. Usually I end up with gummy bars because they are an all round winner? But I don't miss feeling faint and I also don't miss the binge eating at night??”

Moonen talked about taking care of her mental health in the caption of this Instagram post. “Slowly settling back into more of a rhythm at home. Coffee, work, training, doing bits around the house, cuddling the cats?Much of how I used to behave around training flowed out of fear. Fear of doing less than others, fear of failure, fear of not burning the calories I just ate to do said training. During all the time I was racing for pro-teams, I never had a healthy relationship with food or training and only started becoming fully aware and changing my behaviour well after. Looking back it wasn't a very happy time and putting my mental health first over the last year has answered a lot of why's on why things weren't working out, or only temporarily. I've been thinking about it a lot recently and how I can use my experience to positively impact others and learn more about myself in the process to build back better☺️”

Why isn't Travis Kelce in the photos?

Travis Kelce, Swift's boyfriend, didn't appear in any of the photos but that isn't too much of a shock. The Kansas City Chiefs' tight end has been busy with his own NFL career, and he wasn't involved in the production of the Eras Tour.

He did manage to make a cameo on stage in London, however, when he wore a tuxedo at Wembley Stadium and carried his partner across to change costumes as fans cheered ecstatically.

Kelce was also spotted attending her shows throughout the tour across the Americas, Eurasia and Oceania, even convincing the Chiefs' Patrick Mahomes and his wife to join him in the Netherlands.

In return, Swift has paid her man back by attending his football games when she's found the time to do so but has elected against making trips on the road. Most recently skipping the game against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The pair's relationship is going so well, at least publicly, that Kelly Stafford, the wife of the Los Angeles Rams' quarterback Matt, predicts they will get engaged around the summer of 2025.

Nelly Furtado said goodbye to 2024 with a positive outlook on the new year, sharing a lengthy personal message alongside new swimsuit photos.

Admitting that she hadn't worn a bikini in seven years, Amy detailed how she 'completely changed' her body over the past few months.

'I’ve got to be honest, after years of searching for the next ‘quick fix’… it is such a nice change to be on holiday with my family and know I will look back on these photos and love them.'

Addressing Instagram followers during a question and answer session on Thursday, she wrote: 'I have been really focusing on eating healthy, being in a calorie deficit and training 4/5 times a week!'

She added: 'I still enjoy my Prosecco on a weekend but just really watching what I'm eating. I was the biggest I have ever been after having the twins!

'I didn't want to diet as I was in a complete baby bubble and the last thing I wanted to do was to be on a diet and train!

'Fast forward... Twins are now 19-months old and it's the best I have ever felt! I still need to do more toning up.

'I have also had some really horrible messages about my weight loss, it's sad the world we live in sometimes, so much negativity. If you haven't got anything nice to say don't say it at all.'

Hollywood icon Jennifer Aniston has opened up about her self-love journey, stressing the importance of being kinder to our bodies for their unwavering support over the years.

It may seem insignificant, but I haven’t been able to jump on my right leg like that for many, many years. Today I am SO much stronger than I was before! I literally had to take a moment and regroup… I got very emotional and I was so so happy. This is an incredible journey after surgery that I did not expect. Just another reminder to NEVER GIVE UP on yourself!!”

Vonn broke down her diet in an interview with Bon Appetit. She says that she makes sure to get enough carbs, protein, and fat in her diet. “I’m training probably nine months out of the year. I eat foods that I like, but they’re more portioned, and the carb-to-protein-to-fat ratio is calculated in each meal. Now I’m eating like 50-50 protein-to-carbs at breakfast. Lunch is maybe 60-40, and dinner is usually no carbs. I eat a lot of fat in my diet—avocado, almond butter, olive oil, even bacon.

Vonn talked about the importance of having cheat days in her Bon Appetit interview. “You’ll drive yourself insane if you only eat what you’re supposed to eat every single day for the whole summer, so after a heavy workout I’ll splurge sometimes. Usually it’s on frozen yogurt, but banana bread is always a nice comfort food…I think it’s just good for everyone to find a balance of being healthy but also enjoying food. Everything in moderation. You shouldn’t take away completely the things you really enjoy eating.”

Jennifer Lopez has posed up a storm once again, with the iconic starlet rocking just a bikini and a cowboy hat for the occasion.

The 55-year-old took to social media on Thursday to share the sizzling new shoot.

Posing in the bathroom where she was staying in Aspen, JLo rocked a teeny tiny string bikini while displaying her famous curves effortlessly.

Looking down with her eyes covered by the cowboy hat atop her head, Jennifer showed off her hourglass curves and svelte figure.

The star's chest, tummy and thighs were all in full view for her followers to marvel at.

JLo stood with her legs slightly crossed and one arm across her body clutching onto the other.

A slightly more zoomed out snap then revealed that the singer and actress added yet another accessory to finish off the look.

Rocking some fluffy snow boots, JLo's choice of footwear contrasted against her skimpy bikini look.

JLo's post showed off her figure amid her divorce from Ben Affleck, with her also sharing other glimpses from her lavish trip to Aspen.

She spent New Year with her mother Guadalupe, sister Lynda, manager Benn Medina, and various music producers and stylists in Aspen.

Kelly Gale shows off amazing body during "slow mornings by the pool"

Swedish model, Kelly Gale, is recognized through her work with big names in the industry like Sports Illustrated and Victoria’s Secret. Showing off her poolside fashion, she said “slow mornings by the pool☀️?,” on a series of photos on Instagram. Here’s how Kelly stays in such great shape.

She focuses on making healthy choices. “I eat very healthy all year round,” Kelly said to Vogue referring to her diet leading up to the 2017 Victoria's Secret show. “Cooking healthy, nutritious and delicious meals is one of my biggest passions so eating “healthy” for me isn’t 'eating healthy', it's just eating.” She continues on, saying “I’ve never actually known anything other than nutritious foods.

I’ve grown up with a mother who is a doctor, dentist and cancer researcher who also happens to be an amazing cook. While I was growing up she always made me and my brothers healthy meals similar to what I eat today.”

When she needs to, she becomes strict with her diet. “Four weeks before the show I like to kick it in high gear, which for me means cutting out sodium. I try to stay away from all kinds of sugars except for the sugars I get from the berries in my breakfast and coconut sugar from the occasional raw vegan chocolate bar that I eat,” she said to Vogue.

She stays hydrated, beginning her day with a concoction before she exercises. The “morning tonic is cold water mixed with 2 tablespoons [of] apple cider vinegar, juice of 1 lemon, cayenne and cinnamon.

Then I’ll go for my workout,” she said to Vogue. “After that I’ll have my daily green juice as well with some fresh berries for breakfast.”

She prioritizes getting plenty of protein into her diet. “My lunch and dinner meals before the show include lots of vegetables and lean protein such as shrimps, scallops, egg whites, turkey breast and white fish,” she said to Vogue. “Dinner might be raw vegan Pad Thai. I make a great oil free cauliflower stir fry as well.” According to Piedmont, there are quite a few reasons why you should prioritize factoring enough protein into your diet, including digestion. “About half the dietary protein you consume each day is used to make enzymes, which aid in digesting food and making new cells and body chemicals.”

Both mental and physical health is important to her. “Resistance bands, gliders, ankle weights and jump rope. Using the jump rope for cardio intervals during a session of pilates is my favourite,” she said to Vogue. She also takes the time needed to improve her mental well being. “I meditate every morning, every evening and basically any time of the day when I feel like I need it. If I’m out walking I might do a 30 minute walking meditation.”
