Sofía Vergara shares throwback bikini photo after saying she is ‘kind of single’

Sofía Vergara shared a throwback bikini photo from the ’90s after saying she is “kind of single.”

In the Instagram pic, the “Modern Family” alum stunned in a green bikini decorated with black rings on the front as she posed between palm trees in Miami.

Her honey-blond locks were styled in waves and blew gracefully behind her. She wore a natural makeup look with a nude lip gloss.

“tbt Miami,” Vergara, 52, simply captioned Thursday’s post.

The Emmy nominated actress shared the eye-catching snapshot after giving her vague relationship status update in an interview with Us Weekly published Thursday.

“I was talking yesterday about [dating] because now I’m single so … kind of single,” she said.

She did not comment further on her relationship status but said she thinks New York City has a “a more diverse group of people” to date than Los Angeles.

Vergara was linked to orthopedic surgeon Justin Saliman in October 2023 when they were spotted grabbing dinner at Funke restaurant in Los Angeles.

Though the pair kept their romance relatively quiet, the “Griselda” star publicly professed her love for the “handsome” doctor after she underwent knee surgery in April.

“If u ever get a mayor [sic] knee surgery make sure u Get a handsome doctor who will sleep with u that night!!!!” she captioned a photo of a smiling Saliman, who was standing next to her while wearing blue scrubs.

“Luv u Dr @jdsaliman,” she added with a heart emoji.

Vergara and Saliman began dating publicly about two months after she and her husband of seven years, Joe Manganiello, announced their divorce.

She later claimed they ended their relationship because she was done having children, but Manganiello saw kids in his future.

However, the “True Blood” star, 47, told Men’s Journal in August that the explanation was not true.

He has since moved on with 35-year-old actress and TV reporter Caitlin O’Connor.

The pair made their red carpet debut in December 2023 and went Instagram-official in February.

It’s unclear if “kind of single” Vergara plans to date in the near future, but she previously discussed her philosophy when it comes to dating and love.

“I mean, it’s already hard for a fifty-something-year-old woman to find someone. I’m not going to be now picky about, ‘Oh, he can only be a doctor. Oh, he can only be an astronaut,” she told People in May.

She added, “You need to always give the best that you can, be the best person to the other person.”

Cobra Kai Stunner Rayna Vallandinghamv shows off her amazing body

Rayna Vallandingham is celebrating the final drop of this season's Cobra Kai episodes in her workout gear. In a new social media post the actress, who plays the scene-stealing antagonist/influencer Zara Malik, shows off her amazing body in a two-piece martial arts set. "today is the dayyyy ?," she captioned the Instagram snaps and video.

Rayna has been doing taekwondo since she was 2 years old and earned her first black belt at 6. "In the very beginning, my parents put me in the sport because I was just really shy, and I think they could tell that I needed something," says Vallandingham, who lives and trains in Los Angeles. "Immediately, I just loved it. I felt at home, and every single day, instead of watching Dora, I wanted to go to the dojo," she told Well + Good.

Rayna maintains that consistency – at the gym and the martial arts studio – is the key to success. "It is a way of life," she says. "It's not only teaching your body movements and being in synchronicity with your body, but also just like the mental aspect of it."

According to Rayna strength, flexibility, and power are key. "Of the three, I think strength and flexibility are the top two," Vallandingham says. "We used to have people stand on my legs and force my knees to come down in butterfly stretch," she says. "I have permanent damage to my body—I have tendonitis [because of this]."

Vallandingham strength trains, focusing on supersets, doing two moves back-to-back that target the same muscle groups in order to double down on their gains. One of her favorite exercises s is a goblet squat. She stands with her feet shoulder-width apart, fold forward until she can slide her palms underneath her soles (you could also hold your ankles or calves), then bends her knees, lowering her butt toward the floor while lifting her chest, coming into a deep squat. She'll bend and extend her legs several times in this position. Then, it's on to the main event, holding a weight in her hands while bending down into a deep squat. "I love utilizing a Bosu ball—they're pretty much in every single gym," she adds.

Rayna also does a stretch, starting by lying on the floor with her legs up the wall and then allowing them to open out into a side split. "I let gravity do its work because that's my body telling me, okay, this is where we're at," she says. "My hips are opening on their own, and I'm not having to force anything."

‘Selling Sunset’ alum Christine Quinn ditches bikini top on Mexican vacation

Sun’s out, buns out!

An unbothered Christine Quinn ditched her swimsuit top while vacationing at the luxurious VidantaWorld resort in Mexico.

On Monday, the “Selling Sunset” alum shared a video compilation documenting her relaxing getaway, which included sunbathing in a thong bikini bottom.

“You call me a like it’s a bad thing..,” she cheekily wrote in the caption.

She gave more glimpses into her vacay on Tuesday by sharing a carousel of picturesque snaps.

In one photo, the former reality star, 36, posed in a gold thong sans her top while lounging on the beach and showing off her golden tan.

Quinn also left little to the imagination as she covered her face with a book and covered her chest with her arm.

Later, the “How to Be a Boss B*tch” author posed in a green bikini while standing on a swing set over a shallow swimming pool at the resort.

Quinn — who is currently going through a divorce from Christian Richard — also enjoyed her tropical vacation by taking a walk on the beach, soaking in the hot tub and sipping a beverage at the bar.

It’s unclear who the mother of one was on the getaway with since she was solo in all of her posts.

Her trip to Mexico comes three months after she shaded her ex — whom she married in December 2019 — during a summer vacation.

“Remember ladies, while you’re healing he’s balding,” she captioned a reel of herself posing in a bikini on a yacht in August.

In March, Richard was arrested for domestic violence for allegedly throwing a bag of glass at Quinn.

The former Cisco software engineer then filed for divorce from Quinn in April and cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split.

The docs obtained by Page Six also revealed that Richard is seeking sole legal and physical custody of their son, whom they welcomed in 2021.

Shortly after, Quinn — who is also seeking full custody — claimed Richard has “perpetrated acts of domestic violence and child abuse against [her] son and [her].”

“I reported these acts of abuse to law enforcement because they were true and because I feared for our safety,” she said in court documents filed in April.

It includes your pelvis, lower back, hips and stomach. The stomach muscles sometimes are called abs. Core exercises train the muscles in your core to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and steadiness, also called stability."

In the previous TikTok, Mackenzie is seen holding a plank. Exercise physiologist, Katie Lawton MEd, tells The Cleveland Clinic that planks are very beneficial. "Plank exercises generally strengthen your ability to brace your abdominals," notes Lawton. "Planks can also activate other related muscles, such as your glutes (muscles in your buttocks), hamstrings (muscles in the backs of your thighs) and lower back."

Mackenzie is seen doing stretches for her legs in the previous TikTok. Stretching is very important. Harvard Health reports, "Stretching keeps the muscles flexible and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints. Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage."

Mackenzie shared this TikTok of herself biking in the mountains. Biking is a great workout to do. A Healthier Michigan states, "Biking strengthens your muscles. This one, you can feel. When you're pedaling, you can feel it working your calves, your quads and your glutes. These are all big muscles and working these out regularly can have big benefits not only for calorie counting, but also for stronger, leaner legs."

Tammy relies on strength training workouts. "I used to work out a lot more before having my kids but currently, I work out 3-4 times a week," Tammy told Women's Best. "I find this is enough for me right now because I've been working out consistently for years and I know my body and when to increase or decrease my calories to help with my goals." What motivates her to exercise isn't just her body. "I honestly feel better when I get my workout in, less sluggish and I find it easier to keep up with my kids," she told New Idea about one of her motivations to sweat. The oldest Kansas City Chiefs heiress Gracie Hunt took a nice little mid-week vacation to warm Mexico before the team plays in frigid Buffalo this weekend.

The 25-year-old Miss Kansas first showed off a dramatic makeover with new a hairdo in a colorful dress, as well as some of the beautiful scenery Cabo San Lucas has to offer.

Now, the viral daughter of team owner Clark Hunt and Tavia Hunt stripped down to hit the water in a boat, wearing short shorts and a sheer bikini top while revealing some insane abs.

Jenneke shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Body & Soul. In it, she shared what her training sessions on the track look like. Jenneke makes sure to do her training on a regular basis. "I do three track sessions a week, and they can be from 2-3 hours each, which can be full on. You do some warm up, a hurdle session, and then a sprint session after that."

Jenneke also shared what her gym days look like in her Body & Soul interview. She says that she does a lot of different things to stay fit. "It's a lot of heavy weights there, plus full body exercises and quite a bit of plyometric [exercises]. I start with heavy weights, and then I'll do some lighter functional circuit, towards the end. All up, that takes an hour and a half to two hours… and sometimes when I finish a session I just lie on the ground. I think to myself, 'it's just gym, why is it so hard?"

Jenneke shared her diet in her Body & Soul interview. "I actually eat a lot," she said. "I talk to my sister, and she says she has three meals a day – sometimes two if she's busy – and I'm like 'I have to eat six times a day! "It really depends on what my training day looks like, but if I've got training in the morning (which I often do at the moment) I'll have cereal generally before I go out and train. Then, I actually love having a Milo after a hard session – it's got good levels of protein and iron in it – and then I make myself a second breakfast, which could be muesli with yoghurt or bacon and eggs. Lunch is pretty basic – usually I just have a sandwich – and then for dinner I like to keep it simple. I have either some pasta or some rice with meat and veggies."

Jenneke makes sure to push herself when she trains, and that means having the right mindset and attitude toward it. She talked about the approach she takes in an interview with Kate Conklin. "I fall a lot in practice. Like, every training session. I'm always trying to push myself to go faster and do better and get as close the hurtle as I can, and when you do that, you hit them… I really like it when I fall over in training…It shows me that I'm doing the right thing."

Jenneke doesn't like to let her sport take over her life, and she makes sure to still enjoy it. "I think it is quite a big commitment, but if you think about it like that it's really going to wear you down and you're going to think about it being a big commitment and how it's taking over your life and that's not the way I like to look at it," Jenneke said on the Big Sports Breakfast. "I like to look at it as the fact that I compete in the hurdles and I train all this time because I love it so I go into all those sessions just thinking, 'It's not the hard work, I'm just going out and doing what I love.' I don't really let that weigh on me, I just try to enjoy myself."

Golf Influencer Karin Hart shows off stunning body

Kelly Ripa shows off her amazing body

Kelly Ripa is resistance running in honor of the New York City Marathon – in her two-piece workout gear. In a new social media post the talk show host shows off her amazing body in a sports bra and leggings during a workout session with her trainer. "Congratulations to all the @nycmarathon runners today! Here we are all individually practicing because hey, you never know ??‍♂️," she captioned the Instagram clip.

Kelly works with nutritionist, Dr. Daryl Gioffre, he designed a healthy, nurturing, and sustainable diet for his star client. She starts with a morning cocktail – a scoop of his Acid-Kicking Green powder (dehydrated greens) from his brand Alkamind with a glass of water. "You have to eat your greens," he tells E! News. Ripa also makes sure to eat enough protein. Her dinner is usually another salad with steamed vegetables or some sauteed vegetables or some grilled greens, he says. "And she likes to have the vegetables in season because they're just better for you. And then she'll have a protein and that could be grilled tofu or tahini or some fish protein."

Kelly doesn't neglect her sweet tooth. However, she choose healthy options. One of her go-to desserts is a avocado chocolate mousse, made with avocados, pure vanilla extract, raw cacao, dates and sea salt. She also likes chocolate chia pudding for fiber.

Hailey Rae Ostrom flaunts her amazing figure

Hailey Rae Ostrom is out on the range in her workout gear. In a new social media post the golf influencer flaunts her amazing figure in a two-piece exercise set while playing a game. "Still chasing that eagle #golf #eaglewatch," she captioned the Instagram clip.

In a video on her YouTube channel Hailey reveals that one of her go-to workouts is an interval cardio circuit. "I'm going to do my 20 minute interval, three miles per hour, four miles per hour, alternating for 40 seconds, 40 seconds, 15 times through on 15% incline, which equals 20 minutes," she says. Walking on an incline burns more calories than walking fast or even running on a flat surface, which is why many experts suggest upping your incline. A 2013 study even found that walkin on a 2 to 7 percent incline increased heart rate by almost 10 percent when compared with running on a flat surface.

Hailey understands the importance of protein. "Postworkout, you have to get your protein," she says. One of her go-tos? Hard boiled eggs. She also admits that she eats turkey meatballs "every single night" with broccoli or sweet potatoes. She makes them with gluten-free panko, the "leanest" turkey she can find, one egg, and "a little bit of cheese. "You make them into one and a half to two inch little balls. You bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes."

She also drinks "water with apple cider vinegar and lemon and honey," she says. "I have my water bottle, it's one liter bottle." She fills it with water and adds a "lemon and a half," one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, and two tablespoons of honey "and then you're gonna shake it up and you drink one of one liter of this a day."

Hailey enjoys cycling on her NordicTrack s27i bike. "Strong thighs means long drives, right!?" she says about her "new favorite workout." The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

Her trip comes after Ashley revealed to MailOnline that she endured 'disastrous' online dates and was even catfished before meeting boyfriend George Rollinson 'the old fashioned way'.

She has been dating the hunky artist, 25, since November 2023 ahead of them making their first official appearance as a couple earlier this year.

Ashley gushed that she was in a 'happy place' and said: 'It's really nice to be in a relationship that's kind and thoughtful and supportive and we have fun'.

She explained to MailOnline in August, that while online dating works for a lot of people she and George met through mutual friends and their relationship 'came about naturally'.

'It was an unexpected thing, we met, and I was having a good time and living my best life, enjoying it and I was like "this is someone quite special" - I'm in a happy place'.

Ashley, who reportedly signed up to celeb dating app Raya in 2022, recalled one bad date, laughing: 'I turned up and necessarily didn't recognise the person sat in front of me from [their profile] images'.

The 22-year-old WNBA star has been announced as the latest new face joining the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit 2025 issue.

Brink’s photo from her stunning SI Swimsuit shoot was shared on Instagram on Tuesday, Nov. 12. The image, shot by Ben Horton in Boca Raton, Fla., shows Brink posing in a white string bikini while showing off her abs, standing by the ocean with the sunlight beaming on her.

“Known for her undeniable skill and towering presence on the court, the 22-year-old brings her fierce energy to her SI Swimsuit debut,” SI Swimsuit wrote in the caption. Brink replied to the photo, writing, "Dream come true."

I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! star, Tulisa Contostavlos, has shown off her incredible body transformation as she gears up for her stint in the jungle.

The N Dubz star, 36, arrived in Brisbane Airport today and looks sensational in promo shots for the ITV show in which she flashes her taut tummy in a crop top, red trousers and a striped bandana.

Before the series, which also stars Coleen Rooney kicks off, some fans thought Tulisa may be hopping into the jungle shower, rocking a white bikini, à la Myleene Klass.

The Hear'Say star's iconic shower scene in which she sported a saucy white two-piece has gone down in jungle folklore. However, Tulisa says she'll be the "polar opposite" of the mum-of-three, revealing she's only packed black swimwear.

Opening up about her I'm A Celeb debut, she said: "I am wearing black. I'm packing three plain bikinis as I don't want to draw attention to myself. I'm not going to step out in white, it's going to be the polar opposite and if someone can hold up a towel then I will ask them."

Tulisa recently gave a health update in which she revealed that she's going to get a 'fat transfer' to help with bruising in her face which left her feeling 'paranoid'.

The singer and former X Factor judge spoke to her fans on Instagram on Saturday and pointed out some bruising on her right cheek which she claimed has appeared after years of having steroid injections to control chronic cysts.

Over the last few months, the singer has had 10 cysts removed from inside her mouth after she said that had suffered with the feeling that ants were crawling in her face, leaving her feeling like her "cheek was on fire".

Tulisa has been suffering for 12 years with this condition, which she's controlled by having steroid injections. However, this has left permanent bruising on her face, which she said has left her considering a "fat transfer".

Speaking on her Instagram Story, the singer said: "Hi guys, some of you may know I recently opened up in an Olivia Attwood interview 'So Wrong It's Right', talking about my face and the experiences I've had with the chronic infection that I was unaware of and Bells Palsy attacks [Tulisa was diagnosed with Bells Palsy in 2020].

"I had my first operation a few months back, that was before interview, where they opened up the ear and went in here [pointing to her jaw] and they took about five cysts that I had in the lower part of the face. And then three weeks ago, I had my latest and final operation where they removed the five last cysts.

Megan Marx shows off jaw-dropping body in a bikini

Former Bachelor star Megan Marx flaunted her jaw-dropping bikini body in a gallery of photos she shared to her social media on Tuesday.

The 33-year-old brunette looked amazing in a barely there two-piece that showed off her ample assets and long legs.

Currently enjoying a getaway on K'gari, formerly Fraser Island, Megan is seen posing in a bush setting as she took a dip in a pristine lake.

The model looked gorgeous in a under boob top and high cut bikini bottoms.

She left her dark locks free for her swim and accessorised with a beaded necklace and a chain with a gold pendant.

She also wore a band on her right wrist.

One picture featured the former TV star smiling broadly as she covered her bikini bottoms with one hand.

'Bucket list item ticked off today in K’gari - Lake McKenzie (Boorangoora),' Megan announced to her 157K Instagram followers.

It comes after Megan revealed earlier this year the reason why she decided to become a Playboy model.

The bubbly celebrity told Fox News creating content for Playboy helped her cope after she was diagnosed with a rare degenerative neurological disease called Spinocerebellar ataxia (SCA6).

Megan, who shot to fame on Ritchie Strahan's season of The Bachelor in 2016, admitted it's been 'a stressful period of time,' but modelling has given her something to look forward to.

'My confidence has been quite low trying to figure out your place in the world,' she said.

'I'm young and healthy, and I'm confident now but eventually, that's not always going to be there for me. I just want to embrace life right now and part of having freedom and enjoying your body is making money.'

Megan shared her heartbreaking diagnosis in an Instagram post back in January, while assuring fans she's remaining optimistic.

Spinocerebellar ataxia type 6 (SCA6) is a neurological condition characterised by late onset, slowly progressive problems with movement.

Symptoms of SCA6 can include struggling with coordination, stumbling, imbalance and in some cases, slurred speech.

The rare disorder, which affects 1 in 100,000, is not curable and there is no specific treatment to delay or halt its progression.

However, there are various therapies that can help to manage symptoms.
