Jessica Alba has been enjoying her summer in Greece with her family after doing the Charli XCX Brat Girl Summer dance from her song Apple.

The 43-year-old Fantastic Four actress was spotted modeling a skimpy string bikini while near the shores of the picturesque island of Mykonos.

The dark-haired Hollywood staple was working on her tan in the popular location as she was seen with a book by her side and a drink in her hand.

Also with the Honest Company founder was her husband of 16 years, Cash Warren. They were seen talking on the deck of a yacht.

Later the Camp Nowhere child star added a long white dress as she snacked on grapes while checking out the scenic view the yacht afforded.

Jessica was in a paisley print two piece that had a pale pink string accent.

The diva did not drop her glam, however, as she wore large, round sunglasses that matched her oversized hoop Jenny From The Block earrings. Later, she slipped on Tory Burch sunglasses.

She also flashed her wedding ring from Cash as well as a beaded bracelet while laying on a chocolate brown towel.

The TV star had a crystal glass in her hand that contained a pink beverage as she flashed white nails.

Cash was dressed in a white polo shirt with black striped shorts. Warren seemed to hover near his lady love, and, later he planted a kiss on her.

They are on vacation with their three children; together they have Honor, Haven and Hayes.

Before the family was in Greece, they spent time in Provence, France, where the artist wrote about her time there.

The two have been wed since May 19, 2008. This year they celebrated their 16th wedding anniversary and 20 years together with Instagram posts.

'Happy Anniversary @cash_warren. I’m proud of us for making it this far,' she said.

'There is no real set of rules or guidance that can ever prepare you for what it means to commit to another person and choose to be family.

'Through thick and thin we have continually found our way back to each other and have chosen one another. Cheers to us, I love you,' finished the Machete actress.

She shared the secret to her 16-year marriage to Warren with People: 'It's something you really have to make a choice to do. You have to really find time to make time for each other.'

Alba met Warren, 45, when both were working on the set of 2005's The Fantastic Four and wed in a simple courthouse ceremony in May 2008, one month before they welcomed their oldest child, Honor, 16 into their family.

They have since added Haven, almost 13, and Hayes, six, who help keep their parents busy.

'Going through the motions of the day to day is what it is, but it's important to just know that we have to be a priority, and taking those moments to see each other and have a giggle and not be on the phone and just actually connect,' she explained.

She captioned the post: "#hotpotato." But Ulrika was not the only one to bask in the sunshine, showing off the hard work of their training regimes. Christine McGuiness took on a modelling pose, while sat on her sun lounger wearing a beautiful turquoise bikini. Ulrika's candid snap comes after she revealed that she was the first choice to co-host Strictly Come Dancing alongside the late Bruce Forsyth, but had to decline the offer as she was pregnant at the time.

In her column in The Sun, she wrote: "I had no choice but to turn it down, which was heartbreaking." The mum of four became a household name when she hosted Gladiators between 1992 and 2000 but claims she had to "fight tooth and nail" to keep her job, as she was pregnant.

She said that producers felt a pregnant woman was "too high risk." She wrote: "They refused to let me host the last two weeks of international shows and they employed a midwife to follow me around with a chair so I could sit down between takes. I wasn't ill. I was just six months pregnant." She also claimed that there is never a perfect time for a woman to put their job on ice to have a baby.

She said: "As women if we take any extended time 'off work', we risk falling behind on promotions or being considered for other roles. That is, if your employer hasn't already written you off and cleared your desk by the time you go back." This comes in the back of former glamour model Jodie Marsh speaking out about Ulrika's treatment of her as she claimed she felt bullied by the star. Speaking to MailOnline, Jodie who now owns an animal sanctuary, said she was struggling to cope at the time with online trolls who mocked her appearance, and Ulrika jumped on that bandwagon.

Remembering Ulrika's comments, she said: "It was the nastiest thing I've ever read about my physical appearance. She was joking that she and her husband at the time couldn't work out if my nose was a trunk because it was so big and ugly. I was suicidal from being trolled, and I remember crying for days over it. It was the nastiest thing. I'd never met the woman and it was so uncalled for it. It was just out and out bullying." Willing to confront Ulrika, Jodie wrote the star a letter but did not receive a response at the time.

Romee Strijd is getting a facial massage in her workout gear. In a new social media post the Dutch model shows off her flat abs in a green crop top while getting her face rubbed by a professional. She shared the image via her Instagram Stories.

Romee maintains a healthy diet, staying away from red meat. "It's been something I've been trying to do—I think it has certain health benefits for me," she told Elle Australia. What does she eat in a day? "I love oatmeal in the morning; you can find the recipe on my YouTube channel. For lunch, she will eat a bowl of grains, salad, and vegetables, and for dinner, she enjoys eating out at a nice restaurant with her boyfriend or friends. "There are so many restaurants to go to on a cheat day. I love bread, with dips, sushi, burgers, pasta…" she said. "But my real cheat meal is dessert. I have a sweet tooth so this is the area where I like to cheat. Ice cream, with chocolate, caramel, etc… That's what gets me excited!"

Romee recommends food prep. "I think the most important thing for women on-the-go is to be prepared," she told Glamour. "I really like to prepare my day the night before if I know the next day is going to be hectic. Brussels sprouts and butternut roasted in the oven, paired with chicken and hummus is my favorite! I'll also make sure to bring healthy snacks or make a lunch/dinner box if I am getting on a plane. (I'm not a huge fan of airline food.)"

"My boyfriend and I workout together. We never really do the same training, but we go to the gym together and then we say, 'Okay, one hour from now we're leaving.' So, it helps. We get competitive. We always do a planking challenge. I think it's really motivating [to work out with your partner], because whenever I don't feel like it, he's like, 'Oh, come on. Let's do it! Let's get it over with!'" she told Harper's Bazaar Singapore. "[The Angels and I] always try to work out together and then plan a nice brunch or lunch after. It's really motivating. Jasmine [Tookes] is the most hardcore. She's strong. She can do a lot of weights!"

Romee tries to get a workout in, even when she has little to no time. "I'm not always motivated, but you just have to go do it because afterwards you feel so great and you enjoy the day more because you've done it. So, just start somewhere. Just do something. Say to yourself that you only have 15 minutes or something and then it comes from there," she told Harper's Bazaar.

Romee does a lot of work to keep her abs flat. "For abs, I like a little circuit on the mat. With every [exercise], you should always be using your abs—even when you do squats. Try to feel them [with every movement]. I've been doing everything myself with ankle weights and resistance bands, and I bring my jump rope when I travel. You can even do it in a hotel room if you have a mat," she told Harper's Bazaar.

In a new social media post the fitness influencer shows off her famous figure in a variety of fits, ranging from sports bras and tiny shorts to one-pieces. According to Chloe, starting out "can be very overwhelming as there are things to consider such as your diet, your form, your consistency, etc. The one thing you need to focus on as a beginner is your mindset," she tells Her World. "You need to be committed to this and be able to identify what is possible for you today and what is your limit. Some people go cold turkey and jump on a diet or start intense exercises, and there's no sustainability with that. Start small, make incremental changes, and build strength over time and it's all a gradual process."

Chloe maintains that exercise is essential for the body, mind, and gut. "I've been working out for about six years now, and my journey started because I wasn't in a good place mentally. I suffered from panic attacks and anxiety, and also had a history of being bullied at work so I ended up taking a break from work," she told Her World. "With more time to spend on self-care, I gained an interest in fitness and I was just drawn to getting myself physically stronger. This then had a huge positive impact on my mental health. Besides that, I've also suffered from gut-related health issues, which have impacted my quality of life, but thankfully I'm in a better place now, both mentally and physically, and using my platform to spread positivity and self-love."

Slip in exercise when you can, says Chloe. "It's become a routine for me to work out in the morning, and checking that off early in the day makes me feel accomplished as I move on to my next task of the day," Chloe adds. "I think everyone's strategy to stay motivated is a little different. You have to identify what would work for you and give yourself time to build up that familiarity in your schedule so that it becomes a natural routine."

Chloe is a reader. Sitting down with a good book is a great form of self-care. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

Chloe eats healthy – most of the time. What is her guilty pleasure? "Definitely chocolates and it's not something I'll ever get sick of!" she told Her World.

In a recent video, she shared her favorite lower and upper body exercises. As you can see in her Instagram post, Smith likes to work her lower body. Piedmont reports that these workouts have a lot of benefits. "Having strong glutes, quadriceps, hamstrings and calf muscles gives your body a strong foundation and can: Tone your lower body muscles. Boost your metabolism as you increase muscle mass. Give you a higher calorie burn as you train larger muscle groups. Improve your balance. Strengthen your bones. Reduce joint pain."

In an Instagram video, Smith is seen using weights for strength training exercises. The Mayo Clinic states that strength training has a lot of benefits. "Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age."

Smith is seen doing chin-ups. ACE Fitness states that this exercise has a lot of benefits. "Chin-ups can help improve grip strength, posture and appearance, while also helping to strengthen muscles that stabilize the spine. This, in turn, can help reduce one's risk of back pain and injury. Even if a client is only able to do one or two chin-ups at a time, this exercise offers tremendous benefits, especially for the back, shoulders, forearms and biceps."

Smith makes sure to work out on a regular basis. However, she revealed in the caption of this Instagram post that she doesn't push herself too hard when she works out. "REMINDER: a workout doesn't have to feel like death to 'count.' The point is, you're making time for you. Doesn't matter if that's a walk to the coffee shop and back, yoga, Pilates, running, HIIT, strength, dancing…WHATEVER. Moving your body is important and EVERYTHING 'counts' if it's making you feel good. ❤️"

Smith revealed in the caption of this Instagram post that she likes to do HIIT training to stay fit. "HIIT training used to be absolute hell for me… and whilst it's still challenging, and not my FAVOURITE type of workout, it was 'hell' because of my mindset," she wrote. "I used to hate every second of it because I'd use those sessions as punishment – wanting to burn as much as I could purely because I wanted to change my body. I can now challenge myself in a workout and enjoy the challenge because I'm doing it for a completely different reason. And I LOVE @laura.henshaw 's NEW HIIT classes in the app because there is so much mindfulness pulled into the classes, she continuously reminds you that you're in charge of your own body and to listen to it throughout the sessions and you honestly finish them feeling on top of the world. Cat Deeley was clearly enjoying a break from the norm as she basked in the French sunshine.

The TV presenter announced she was taking a break from This Morning duties earlier this month and confirmed she isn't due back until September. She appears to be making the most of the downtime alongside her kids and TV star husband, Patrick Kielty.

Cat and fellow presenter, Irish comedian Patrick, share two sons together - Milo, eight, and James, five - and tied the knot in 2012.

The quartet were sunning it up on the sandy beaches of St Tropez. They 47-year-old former SMTV Live star showed her toned physique as she smiled while appearing to set up camp for the family.

She opted for a two piece black strapless bikini and paired it with a cream panama hat with a gold trim. She accessorised with a pari of chunky black sunglasses.

Cat was stood beside a blue tent with a number of beach bags scattered nearby. She appeared to summon hubby Patrick from his dip in the sea in a bid to get the family dried off. Patrick wore navy swimwear and was seen to add a white polo shirt.

Later, Cat was seen putting on a plain navy maxi dress to go for a walk after drying and dressing one of her kids. For her jaunt, Cat wore open-toed sandals and she was spotted carrying one of her youngsters' shoes.

While the length of their holiday is unclear, they were basking under the glorious European sunshine while England is battered by rain and colder weather last week too. Cat took to Instagram to share a rare glimpse of her kids climbing onto a wall, with a luxury Chanel store in the background.

She captioned her upload: "C'est si bon!" which translates to: "It is so good!" She also shared footage of the brothers on their way to a local beach while carrying an inflatable boat.

The trip is the latest luxury getaway for the star, who also opted for a trip to Cabo during the Easter break.

Cat's latest break from presenting duties comes a month after she apologised for insensitive comments on air. The presenter had caused a storm online, when she was seen dancing in the ITV studio alongside co-star Ben Shephard before introducing singer Meghan Trainor as one of her guests for the day.

Playfully chatting as the cameras rolled, she joked: "I'm just having a seizure." Her words prompted an angry backlash on Twitter/X: "Wow @catdeeley @thismorning choose your words more wisely!! You really think seizures are funny!? What a stupid thing to say and then snigger at!," one user fumed.

The backlash continued to grow online, leading to Cat issuing an apology a day later.

When it comes to her diet, Jamillette fills her plate with protein. "I'm a healthy eater," she says, adding that she focuses on "high protein meals." However, she does indulge in the occasional cheat meal. "I do like to splurge every now and then. A great desert is my treat." According to clinical trials, consuming more protein than the recommended dietary allowance not only reduces body weight (BW), but also enhances body composition by decreasing fat mass while preserving fat-free mass (FFM) in both low-calorie and standard-calorie diets.

Jamillette makes sure to hydrate. "I drink plenty of water," she told Women Fitness. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

"I'm a little [casual] with exercise. I love working out with friends, because it makes me feel like I'm not working out," Sabrina told Marie Claire about her go-to sweat method. Why is pilates a good workout? Sabrina understands the importance of rest. "I love to pass out without distractions. I can't remember the last time I watched a TV show. By the end of the day, I feel like I've used up everything I have, so I just love sleep and getting to sleep as quickly as I can. [My bedtime] definitely changes. She also works on her own BBC renovation show, Amanda & Alan's Italian Job, which had its second series air this year.

Olivia Flowers is best known for being a cast member on the Bravo reality series, Southern Charm. She loves to hit the gym. Flowers recently shared a gym photo on her Instagram story. In it, she posed with her friend, Issac Boots. Flowers wore a white shirt and black shorts.

Flowers broke down her daily routine in an interview with Us Weekly. She says that she makes sure to make time for herself each day. The way Flowers does so? By planning her schedule. "My days can be all over the place," she explains. "So I enjoy this time because it gives structure to my week and keeps me organized, which is a job in itself."

Working out is a big part of Flowers' life. And she has some staple exercises that she goes back to on a regular basis. "I appreciate a structured plan when it comes to working out," Flowers said in an interview with Greenville News. "My schedule can be a little all over the place, so I find comfort in having consistency in fitness."

Flowers also told Us Weekly that she likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She is also seen doing these exercises in this video on her Instagram. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength training has a lot of benefits. "Strength training can reduce the signs and symptoms of many chronic conditions, such as arthritis, back pain, obesity, heart disease, depression and diabetes."

In her Instagram video, Flowers is seen doing mountain climbers. According to Gymless, this workout has a lot of benefits. "The mountain climbers work on several muscles groups at once, targeting both the upper body and lower body muscles which enables you to have a full-body workout. The primary muscles worked are the abdominals, glutes, and hip flexors. The secondary muscles worked are the anterior deltoids, quadriceps, hamstrings, triceps, and calves."

In her Us Weekly interview, Flowers shared some of her workout secrets. She says that she likes to work with a personal trainer. "I grew up playing basketball and tennis," she revealed. "So working one-on-one with my trainer, Eric, gives me that coach [and] athlete discipline I've missed from playing sports."
