Amelia Hamlin is grabbing attention in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post the model flaunts her fit figure in a deep red bathing suit. "Hi," she captioned the sexy modeling pic. "Hi my youngest child," her mother, Lisa Rinna commented. "Beautiful angel," added another.
Amelia opened up about her eating disorder to Glamour. "When I first started struggling with anorexia, I loved when friends would comment on my weight. I have a distinct memory of running into a friend at the mall, right outside Victoria's Secret. She put her hand on my waist and was like, 'Oh, my God, Amelia, you're so skinny, you need to stop!" I loved those comments. They felt amazing, as psycho as that sounds. It was this feeling that fed my eating disorder," she said.
Amelia also has to treat an autoimmune disorder. "In the wake of my anorexia, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's disease, an autoimmune disease that screws with your thyroid," she also told Glamour. "My body was reacting to being starved for so long. With Hashimoto's I'm going to have to take two pills every single morning as soon as I wake up, maybe for the rest of my life. Obviously that's not the worst thing in the world, but it's hard knowing I did this to myself."
"All of this has made it so important to me to nourish my body. I used to hear all the time, 'Your body is a temple!' but I really didn't care. I didn't care how many nutrients my body was getting," she told Glamour. "Learning about how to nourish my body and how to fuel my body with the foods that make my body happy and energized makes me feel good. Despite all the bullshit and the hard parts of recovery, that's been a really fascinating part of this journey: I've come out of it with such a different passion for health."
"She's the reason I am who I am. I am so lucky that that is the woman that raised me," Amelia told People about how her famous mom has influenced her. "To be exposed at such a young age to unapologetically love yourself with zero shame has just made me who I am today."
Amelia trains at The Dogpound, a bicoastal gym boasting strength training and HIIT style workouts. There is lots of research backing up the benefits of HIIT workouts, including body fat reduction, improved cardiovascular function, and mental health. It is also time effective.

Taking to Instagram on Wednesday, the former Made in Chelsea star, 34, flaunted her incredible physique as she posed for a mirror selfie before hitting the beach.
The star donned a white halterneck two-piece and threw on a floor-length white beach cover up over her shoulders.
Plaiting her hair in two braids, Millie completed the look with a straw cowboy style beach hat as she pouted for the snap.
Not short of swimwear for the holiday, in another picture she changed into an alternative white bikini while donning her YSL shades.
Millie also shared a number of fashionable looks from the holiday as she posed in a sensational selection of dresses.
She captioned the snap: 'A few of my favourite looks from our trip to Mauritius. Let me know which one is your favourite in the comments'.
Millie put on a leggy display as she wowed in a one shoulder Alexandra Miro £485 summer dress.
The television personality cut a chic figure in the white floaty number which was aptly pattered with embroidered gold palm trees.
In another snap, she wore the brand's stunning white lace jumpsuit which costs just shy of £600.
Millie posed with her daughters Sienna, three, and Aurelia, two, as she enjoyed a family holiday with her two girls and husband Hugo Taylor, 37.
The family are staying at the lavish £340-a-night Heritage Le Telfair Golf & Wellness Resort.
Taking to her story the star also shared a sweet selfie of her and Hugo as she walked: 'Beach walks with @hugotaylorlondon'.
She also shared a picture of Hugo in the pool with the couple's youngest daughter Aurelia.
It comes after Millie shared a New Year's post detailing her 'ins and outs' for the new year, a trend that has seen celebrities state habits they wish to introduce into their lives for 2024 - as well as those they hope to give up.
'OUT with the old and IN with the new', she penned in a caption on Instagram.
'Here’s to healing, growing and having fun in 2024.'
Millie hopes to practise 'confidence and self-love' over the coming 12 months, as well as introducing weekly date nights with her Made In Chelsea star husband Hugo, reading more books and trying new things
She hopes to give up 'endless scrolling' on social media as well as negative thoughts such as comparisons, pressures and doubts.
Millie has been keeping her Instagram followers up-to-date during their luxury getaway.
The family saw in the New Year in style at a beach party. The socialite teamed her sizzling swimwear with a matching sheer gold kaftan, white cat-eye sunglasses and a straw cowboy hat as she posed for a mirror selfie.
She has also posed in a slew of different sizzling swimsuits, including a patterned bikini and colourful one-piece.
Millie and Hugo briefly dated during their Made In Chelsea days back in 2011, with their relationship coming to an end during a dramatic reality TV showdown which saw Millie accuse Hugo of cheating on her with her best friend Rosie Fortescue.
The pair reunited in May 2016 shortly after Millie's split from her first husband, rapper Professor Green, 40.
The former TV personality was married to the musician, real name Stephen Manderson, for two-and-a-half years before they announced their split in February 2016.
Millie and Hugo tied the knot in June 2018 at Whithurst Park, West Sussex, one year after he proposed during a holiday to the Greek island of Mykonos.

more...Australian model Elyse Taylor kicked off 2024 with some pool time (after all it's summer Down Under!) and shared the pictures on her social media. Taylor, 37, posted a snap of herself floating in the water, wearing an Adidas top and football (soccer) shorts. "Footy shorts forever," she captioned the upbeat post. "Good for ducking behind cars ?," a friend joked, to which Taylor responded "My go to."
For Taylor, a good wellness routine is all about making her feel confident in her skin. "For me, how I eat and exercise is based on feeling comfortable at work in lingerie and swimsuits, (and being able to keep up with my kid)!" she tells Beauticate. "Modeling is more competitive than ever. I'm constantly on set with 18 year-olds, and I need clients to see us side by side and not think twice about my age. To make sure of this, I follow an eating style that works for me – the blood type diet – unless I'm on vacation or date night.
I work out every single day unless I'm spending the day with my daughter. I do genuinely enjoy exercising, and find it really clears my mind and definitely helps get my body moving when I travel so much. I used to work with a trainer, but now I like to do my own thing, including skiing, climbing, swimming… really whatever works with my schedule. I'm pretty active and so is Lila, and I want to encourage that for her."
Taylor follows the Blood Type Diet, giving up coffee, dairy, and alcohol. "So basically you find out what blood type you are and there's an app and a book you can read and it tells you what foods are good for your blood type," she tells Vogue Australia. "Some categories that are great, some medium, and some obviously don't eat. If you want to be really hard core you just eat the good ones, and it [the weight] literally just falls off. Like your skin, your hair, everything looks better. You know, it's your blood, it makes sense. Everyone I've put on [the diet] has always done those juice fads or all that… and it's either bloated them or they couldn't stay on it. At least with this you can eat, but you're not starving yourself. I found it really great, especially after having a baby."
Taylor enjoys healthy habits throughout the day. "I work out five days a week at the gym in my building or wherever I can on the road," she tells Women's Health Australia." I do 60 minutes of cardio, like fast walking, and then 30 minutes of floor work, with a focus on my stomach, butt and legs. I also love to swim, it's great for strengthening and toning. I have coffee at 5am when I wake. Breakfast is usually around 6am, which is a green juice and a banana. I eat lunch between 12-1pm and have a chicken salad or egg whites and spinach. Dinner depends where I am in the world, but it's usually fish and greens. I try to drink lots of water throughout the day but could definitely drink more."
Taylor is the face of natural makeup line Nude by Nature. "For day-to-day, I don't like to use a lot of makeup in my down time so I'll use the BB cream," she tells Vogue Australia. "I've had this Nude by Nature one for a couple of months now, which is one of the perks of being the face," she says, laughing. "So I've gotten to know the products perfectly. Then the [Nude by Nature] rose highlighter just on my cheeks if I'm going to a casting. I try to keep it as minimal as possible."
Taylor admits her job is literally to look good, and that is simply not realistic for the average person. "Remember that it is my job as a model to be taking care of how I look all the time," she tells Beauticate. "An average woman doesn't have the time, the energy or the finances to do that. Even the Victoria's Secret girls don't always look how they look in those shows – they prepare full time for months to look like that for one night. You need to focus on yourself and do what makes you feel good. Instagram really can be the worst. My best advice (and something I definitely do myself) is to unfollow anyone that makes you feel awful. Models or not, we are all women. We all carry our own baggage even when we try to put our head down and stay in our own lanes. So don't make it harder for yourself than it already is."

Hough, 35, shared an Instagram reel featuring highlights of her happiest moments, including stills of her relaxing in very cute swimsuits. "Setting my intentions for the new year, and I can't help but pause at the overwhelming sense of gratitude I hold for the moments of the year before and the moments ahead. It is easy to get caught up in the thief that is comparison, but when you pause and take a moment to reflect on the beauty found in the small moments, the art of life reveals itself. Sending light, love, and positive intentions to all✨?," she captioned the post.
Hough focuses on a holistic approach to wellness and beauty. "Skin is my number one priority in all of my wellness rituals," she tells Bustle. "Everything that I do is all about a holistic approach and sensory experience, because your senses are so important and that's what you create your memories with. It's so important to me to indulge in the pleasures, in the sensuality, and in the experience of what it feels like to take care of yourself. We rush throughout life and sometimes don't savor the moments. Something like [shaving] that can feel like a have to, now feels like a get to."
Hough feels complete after a good sweat session. "On the physical side, skin is my go-to for everything," she tells Bustle. "Whether that's hydrating with water, what I'm putting in my body, what I'm putting on my body — it's all the same for me. I am a big believer in [the idea] that you need to sweat to release those toxins. Whether that's Pilates or dance or yoga or cycling — I love variety, so it not only helps with my physical self, but it also helps clear my mind."
Hough is an expert at doing her own makeup. "I darken my eyebrows with a pencil. I used to wax the arches, but now I'm letting them grow in. When I feel really makeup-artist-y, I actually get a paint palette and I draw on the eyebrow; it looks like natural hair coming out of my skin."
Hough launched a clean wine company with actress Nina Dobrev, and says the experience has been wonderful. "We work with our winemaker, Jamey Whetstone, to create thoughtfully crafted wines—we pay close attention to every gram of sugar, calorie, and carb that goes into the process!" she tells New Beauty. "Nina and I both live such active lifestyles, so we created this wine with the intention of being able to enjoy these shared experiences and the work we put in, without the sacrifice. When you have great communication and a foundation of respect for one another, you get two different perspectives and are able to challenge each other in a way that just helps you be your best self. And that is what's been incredible about working with Nina."
Hough prefers mornings over evenings for self-care rituals. "I usually wake up with anxiety [thinking] of all the things I need to do — so I'll write my morning pages so I can have a 'brain dump' of all the chatter that happens, and all of a sudden I have all of this space in my head and I can come from a place of creativity," she tells Bustle. "Energetically and emotionally, that's one of my biggest [rituals]. I usually find [that I enjoy] energizing things in the morning, and then the regulating [habits] at night — like breathwork, meditation, drinking really soothing teas, or taking a bath and just [rinsing off the day]."

"The perfect family getaway," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps, including one of herself in a hot tub clinking glasses with her sister, Jacqui.
"I live a healthy lifestyle and I crave healthy food," Jessica dished to Cosmo UK. "I love porridge, I have bizarre cravings for it. I love it with brown sugar and bananas, and I'm a huge fan of cinnamon – I put cinnamon on everything." Jessica revealed that she has "a sweet tooth" and "I don't like to deprive myself," she continued. "I think everything in moderation is the key." For dinner she loves salmon and beetroot salads, "but any kind of grilled fish with veggies is amazing," she says.
"A lot of the time" Jessica is "on location or living out of a suitcase," so she doesn't have time to go to the gym. "So basically all I do is sit-ups, push-ups and jumping jacks (or star-jumps as you call them!) lunges and the plank, and you repeat it five times," she told Cosmo UK. "I love circuit training where you can do five exercises, 15-20 reps of each exercise, and I do it five times in a row – it only takes twenty minutes, and you can do it anywhere. You feel instantly better."
Jessica also makes sure to hydrate. "I drink a lot of water – it speeds up your metabolism, makes everything run smoothly, and it makes your skin glow," she told Cosmo. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.
Jessica, who describes herself as "a pretty active person" that is "always on the go," has a workout that calms her down. "I love yoga," she said. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."
Jessica relies on professionals to help her with her routine. "If I'm in LA and have time, I love going to the gym and I work with different trainers, so it's something I've just picked up," she said.

In a recent social media post, the influencer and model revealed that she was living her best life in Byron Bay, flaunting her fabulous figure in a swimsuit selfie. "Happy to be back in my favourite place on earth!!!" she captioned a series of snaps, wearing an army green swim top.
Cartia has lost over 60 pounds since her youth. "Not many people actually know but I was very overweight," Cartia told Girlfriend. "I've lost almost 30kg since I was really young so I struggled so much with self-confidence. I felt like I could never live my life properly because I was so self-conscious and I was bullied."
Cartia explains that she blew up on social media when her "content changed" and she started opening up about personal experiences, she told W Magazine. "I posted a lot about self-help and self-love and my own personal journey. I like being very vulnerable online," she explains. The response was "amazing" from her followers. "That's when I was like, 'There are not enough people speaking honestly about their struggles.' It can be toxic to just be like, 'Look at my life, it's perfect.' It's not. I struggle just like everyone else. And it's amazing that people relate to that.
Cartia has an inclusive approach to mental and physical health. "I try to stay on track with exercising, meditation, and yoga. If my body is exhausted, I'm exhausted and in a shit mood and I can't provide help to anyone else. My mental state is the most important thing for me," she told the publication.
Cartia loves a good soak in the tub, declaring in an Instagram post, "bath > shower any day I don't wanna hear any debates." How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.
Cartia knows when to take a break and indulge in self-care. "Right now my main focus has been set to just simply looking after me. it's nice to be home in london & rest my little brain for a while. my past few weeks have been an emotional roller coaster so lately I've been taking some extra time to just slow the fffffff down, feel my feelings, release them, spend proper time alone (which I find I'm terrible at prioritising) looking for beauty in small simple things – going to the park, sitting in the sun ? since coming home from travels I got serious with myself where I've not been looking after my mental health & highlighted the areas where I could be helping myself more… mediating & journaling again every day has been added back into the routine.
What a silly girl to ever stop doing them, I feel slowly so much more calmness & presence and it feels nice to be taking proper care of myself again," she wrote in a 2023 Instagram post.

Bauer shared a reel made up of her top moments of the year, with plenty of videos of the athlete wearing swimsuits in beautiful locations. "It sure has been tough but perspective is everything and so I am grateful for all the lessons learned. I'll keep growing, working hard, dreaming big, grateful for where I am and so excited for where I'm headed. Thank you so much for your continued support, to my new followers and the close ones that know ?Much love ??," she captioned the post.
Bauer works hard to get her incredible abs. "You can train your abs three hours a day and still not see results if you're not eating the right things," she tells Best Health. "Before abs can become visible, you need to burn fat by doing cardio. In addition to your normal workout, always add 10-minutes of a variation of ab exercises. Do this every day and you will see results!"
Bauer always starts her day with a bowl of healthy oats for energy. "When I am in a show contract like the CNE where we have shows every day, I tend to use the show, the warm up and the cool down as my workout," she tells Best Health. "Other than that, I listen to what my body needs—and mostly it screams: give me some yoga and stretching. On a typical day, I'll wake up at 9 am and have a big glass of water before I go into a stretching and meditation session. After breakfast, depending on what I have on my agenda, I do some work. Then, in the evening, I'll go to the gym for a half-hour of cardio and an hour of body weight and resistance training. And usually, I'll finish with a cool down of stretching for 20 minutes."
Bauer learned to roller skate during the pandemic lockdowns. "I am not usually a very emotional person, but at the start of lockdown I was crying a lot," she tells The Telegraph. "Ice rinks everywhere had closed and I usually skate every single day because I am so passionate about it. I headed home to Berlin and I was very depressed for at least the first two weeks or so of the lockdown. But then I got sent my new roller boots that mimic ice-skating even off the ice. They feel so much like ice skating. It was such a cool side hobby to learn during this lockdown and now my off-ice skating looks just as graceful as my ice skating. I can do most of the things I would do on the ice outside on the street."
Bauer recommends roller skating to all her ice skating peers. "I think any other ice-skaters missing their sport should get a pair of off-ice skates, they are great fun. To be ready to get back on the ice after lockdown, skaters have to do a lot," she tells The Telegraph. "You have to do home workouts and go running, because until you go back on the ice you do not realize how much of a workout ice skating is. The minute you are not skating, you realize an hour on the ice just burns so much energy. I'm also a personal trainer and yoga teacher, so I do a lot of home workouts."
Bauer's job is a workout in itself. "Ice skating is an activity where you work almost every major muscle group with an emphasis on the lower body and core (abdominal) muscles," says M. Kathryn Steiner, MD, for the New England Baptist Hospital. "Maintaining your balance as you work yourself across the ice is a great challenge that engages your core and builds stability through the legs. Skating is a low impact activity, which causes less stress on the joints, in comparison to other exercises like running. However, once you begin jumping and spinning, skating can become high impact."

She encouraged her Instagram followers to "write a caption… ?" adding hashtags #justrememberyourebeautiful and #shesmorethanlove. "GORGEOUS," commented one of her followers. "Pretty," added another.
Madison is an avid reader. She often shares photos of her books on Instagram. Why should you pick up a book? One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.
Madison loves playing tennis. In this Instagram video she hits the court and makes a racket with a friend. According to ACE Fitness, tennis is a great workout as it combines cardio and aerobic exercise and is also great for hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.
Madison sticks to a healthy eating plan by meal prepping. She fills plastic containers with carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, and celery, adding a little ranch dressing in the center. However, she doesn't deprive herself and indulges in cheat meals on occasion. Some of her favorites include cookies, Oreos, hamburgers, banana pancakes, and tacos.
Madison understands the importance of getting her steps in, going on lots of walks with her dog. Going for a daily walk, especially at a brisk speed, boasts many benefits. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
Madison trains with her friends and fellow influencers at The Dogpound, doing strength and weight training workouts. She runs on the treadmill and uses the elliptical. Her go-to workout involves weight training moves, using kettlebells, free weights, and exercise bands.
Madison also loves to hike. Here she is on a trek with her boyfriend. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:
Building stronger muscles and bones
Improving your sense of balance
Improving your heart health
Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems

Liukin, 33, shared an Instagram reel of herself getting into the right mood for the spooky season, even taking a dip in a cold bath while wearing a pink bikini. "Happy September! Always been a Monday + first day of the month girlie! Anyone else? Always just feels like a fresh start! The best season is almost here!!! ??☕️?," she captioned the post.
Liukin starts the day with a brisk walk before enjoying a healthy breakfast. "I've been into overnight oats, eggs with avocado and everything but the bagel seasoning, or a smoothie," she says. "This is when I've been having my coffee lately, too. It's made such a difference to push it to a bit later in the morning… Around 9:00 AM, I'll head into my office, but before I open my laptop or my phone, I'll get out my journal and just write. Free flowing, whatever comes to the mind. Something I'm grateful for, any mantras that come to mind, any dreams that I'm working toward, or crazy ideas I dreamt up the night before. After that, it's time to begin the day!"
Liukin's mother Anna Liukin is also a gymnastics champion and helped train her daughter. "We eat lots of vegetables and fruits and drink a lot of water," Anna said. "We love fresh juice, and we squeeze it ourselves at home. I always tell Nastia: 'Your body is like a car. The fuel you put in is the performance you will get.' When she was small, we used to Rollerblade at the park a few times a week as a family. We also try to set a good example by doing our own individual exercises. My husband, he loves fly fishing. I enjoy jogging and Pilates and yoga."
Liukin likes mixing up her exercise routine to help prevent complacency and boredom. "Some days that's just getting in 20 minutes of some kind of workout, maybe it's in my hotel room or my apartment or going for a quick jog," she says. "But for the most part I love changing it up. I also think that my body responds to that best. When you do the same thing over and over your body just gets used to it. I love boxing with my trainer. I love barre classes and hot yoga. I love Pilates. That really elongates you, but it's also important to do some kind of cardio and now that the weather's nice I love running along the West Side. It's a beautiful view. I take spinning classes, too."
Liukin knows the importance of taking time to recuperate from training and/or injuries. "I'm loving this new wave of recovery-focused training," she says. "Being intuitive and listening to your body will get you far. There's no doubt that a healthy dose of 'pushing yourself' is imperative to achieve a certain level of greatness, but not to the extent of injury."
Liukin swears by an evening routine for optimum health and wellness. "My days are long, so a consistent evening routine is super helpful for winding down," she says. "I like to do no phones in the evening—especially past 8:00 PM—to distance my brain from the energizing effects of blue light. I've also been cooking a lot, especially when I'm in Detroit, which I find cathartic for the evenings. I'll sip on some sleepy tea (the main ingredient being valerian root) or make a Pink Moon Milk Latte with the Poosh x Vital Proteins collab (so delicious and calming)."

In a new social media post the Married at First Sight stunner shows off her incredible body in a bright pink bathing suit, posing from the shoreline while vacationing in Puerto Rico. "Island girl," she captioned the Instagram Stories image.
Alessandra underwent a gastric bypass in 2008 after trying to lose weight on her own. "It was such a transformation both physically and mentally. I did it for my health, and at the time I was married and I was thinking about having kids and I had learned about the complications of trying for a baby with that extra weight, so I made a decision," she told Woman's Day Magazine in 2021. "I tried a lot of different things before it, but [the surgery] really allowed me to get my weight under control."
Alessandra is a water baby and loves getting exercise via swimming, a great workout according to the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.
Alessandra looks at exercise as a way to "physically unload," she wrote in a post, documenting her "post-workout bliss." Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.
Alessandra loves hiking. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:
Building stronger muscles and bones
Improving your sense of balance
Improving your heart health
Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems
Alessandra is a yogi and regularly shares about her workouts, like in this photo.

In a social media snap shared over the holidays, the television personality flaunts her slender legs in a t-shirt and swimsuit bottoms while rocking a festive t-shirt with her husband, Mark Consuelos. "Big Nick Energy ? Christmas 2023," she captioned the hilarious Instagram snap.
Kelly exercises every day that ends in Y. "I work out seven days a week. And I try to workout an hour and a half a day, no matter what — whether I'm working or not," she told Yahoo's In the Know. "If I'm working, maybe I'll start it a little bit later or a little bit earlier, depending on what day of the week it is. But I am very religious about my fitness."
Kelly's workout of choice is dance-inspired. "I think that energy begets energy," she told ITK. "There are people that say, 'You must hate working out!' It's going to be so hard to push your way through [with that attitude], and I love working out. But it's like developing a love for anything: You have to really practice it to love it. And, so, I found that years ago I really figured out that the more energy I put into the gym or left on the dance floor, the more energy came back to me." In one of her most recent posts she shared her dance workout moves from one of her favorite workouts, AKT. "Dancing through 2022," she captioned it.
Kelly quit drinking in 2017, maintaining that it contributes to her "healthy lifestyle." "We did both quit drinking almost three years ago. Not that we were sitting around drinking day and night, but I think that there is something about like clean living—maybe that's what did it. Maybe that's the difference," she told Parade about her and Mark's joint decision to put down the bottle.
Kelly follows a high-alkaline diet, telling People that the low-acid meal plan is "responsible for [her] not being in pain" as it is anti-inflammatory. "I actually eat much more on this cleanse than I do in my actual life, but it's what you eat and how you eat it."
In addition to dancing four times a week Kelly also does SoulCycle twice, she told People. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.
While Kelly isn't strictly plant-based when it comes to her diet, she keeps animal products to a minimum. "I like to drink coffee. I occasionally will have fish. The alkaline diet is primarily a vegan diet, but I like cream in my coffee. I like to have a glass of wine. So I don't adhere to it strictly, but when I do a cleanse, it will be seven days, and then I go back to my normal life. But my normal life, like I said, is not that different than the alkaline cleanse," she told People.

more...Brooke Burke is revealing the secret to her abs – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the television personality-slash-exercise queen looks incredible in a rainbow two-piece as she gives her followers a tutorial on a key exercise. "Morning moves ??? @brookeburkebody #stretch #yoga," she captioned the post with her followers.
In the video, Brooke lays on her side, propping herself up on her arm with her legs bent and does "what is essentially a variation of a side crunch," says Philadelphia-based trainer Kendra Gamble of HIT Fitness. The low impact exercise is a great way to strengthen the entire tummy.
"So here's what it is going to look like," Brooke says in the clip. "You are going to crunch and straighten and crunch," she says, recommending "15 on each leg." She adds: "Point your toes and reach, make sure you are engaging your core."
What muscles does it work? "The way she's doing it specifically works the internal and external obliques, which are core muscles," says Gamble. She does note that side crunches aren't going to be the miracle move to get rid of love handles. "Only diet does that," she reminds. "You can't spot reduce fat."
Gamble says it is a great exercise for beginners, "who don't work out much," because it can help them learn how to activate their core to get stronger core muscles and help them understand what's really working. However, she wouldn't recommend side crunches to a person with a spinal injury like a herniated disc.
As for the early morning workout, Brooke is definitely onto something. A 2023 study published in the journal Obesity found that early morning sweat sessions — between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. — could help with weight loss. According to their research, people who did moderate to vigorous exercise in the morning had lower body mass indexes than people who exercised at midday or in the evening. "Working out in the morning is beneficial because you are rested and refreshed and your body is full of energy," Gamble adds. "If you work out in the morning it sets the tone for the day giving you more energy." And, "most people when they save a workout for after work they end up not doing it because they are tired."

Riley is all about self-care. "If I'm filming and I have a day off, I'll just sit at home, read, take baths, chill out, and not go anywhere," she told Elle. How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.
Riley enjoys a quick pick-me-up. "I'll drink coffee; I'll drink matcha green tea. I can't have too much because I'm like already anxious in general so if I have a bunch of coffee I'll tweak and then like, have anxiety. And then I'll crash. So if I have a long day I actually won't drink caffeine," she told Elle. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.
Yoga is the only workout Riley enjoys. "It's the only thing I enjoy that's active, I absolutely hate working out," she told The Blonde and the Brunette.
The "best diet trick" or advice Riley has ever received is not overthinking it. "Not putting too much attention on that kind of thing," she told The Blonde and the Brunette. "I feel like people who put too much attention end up unhappy. Everything in moderation I suppose."
Riley considers herself a spiritual person, describing her pull towards her career path as "a deeper kind of sense of knowingness," and a "kind of a spiritual thing," she explained to InStyle. She doesn't identify as a Buddhist, but studies the religion and considers it being a "participant of this world and whatever we're doing here." She added to Mr. Porter: "It's really important for me to be connected, somehow, spiritually," she says. "I spend a lot of time doing things that are grounding. My body is really important to me because I have Lyme disease, so I'm trying to take care of myself."
Riley approaches everything with moderation, "not be an anything-oholic," she explained to InStyle. "I'm really consciously trying to be present, and not use anything as any kind of escape, and be cognizant of when I'm doing that."
"I'm just generally trying to be grateful for everything at the moment, trying to operate in love, and keep my heart open, and give and receive love. And not in a woo-woo way, because I definitely have hard days, and all kinds of pain and suffering and all that. But I think when you realize that's part of it, and your expectation isn't to just be feeling joy, that's been a real shift for me in finding those moments and things to smile about," Riley told InStyle.

more...Jennifer Garner, 51, shows off her box-jumping skills in a recent video she posted on Instagram. The 13 Going on 30 star wears a maroon sports bra, black pants, and a headband as she hops over several boxes while her friend cheers her on in the background. She repeated the exercise several times, even dancing on top of a box after completing a round, and looked refreshed and happy as she moved close to the camera and said hi to fans.
In a video interview with Harper's BAZAAR, Garner shared she eats the same thing for breakfast most days. "My regular breakfast is coffee and more coffee," Garner says at the start of the video, adding that she'll have a black coffee and sometimes an almond milk cappuccino to start the day. "Usually these days, I'll have one breakfast that I get really fixated on for a few years. Right now it is a full-fat yogurt and berries and nuts."
Garner grows apples in her garden and told Harper's BAZAAR she loves them for a healthy snack. "I always have an apple. If I'm going to be out, I prefer to have it cut up. Otherwise, if you have lipstick on, it's a disaster."
Garner's go-to lunch is salad. "A typical lunch is a big arugula salad, some dark greens, chopped-up veggies, whatever is fresh in the garden–broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, sugar snap peas, peppers, anything, cheese, nuts, sweet potato, or a little bit of brown rice."
Although she posts about what she's cooking semi-regularly, Garner doesn't think she's a great cook. "A typical dinner would be mom food most nights of the week," Garner said with a laugh. "I don't consider myself a good cook or baker, and I do not have the gift of making anything cute, that's why I always say I'm not a pretty baker. But I do like to cook and bake for people I love, especially for my kids."
Food Network's famed chef Ina Garten has countless fans, including Garner. "I lean heavily on Barefoot Contessa, I love her recipes," she said, adding that you can count on recipes like Garten's Honey White Bread, Roast Chicken, and Beef Bourguignon. She added, "The way that she's taught me to roast vegetables, the way she makes salmon, I mean anything I do well, it's because of Ina."
Garten isn't the only celebrity chef Garner follows. "I'm a big Pizzana person," she shared, adding that she's a big fan of the Los Angeles location, often going for a Brussels sprout salad on the menu. "I've been friends with Daniele forever so I'm so happy for him." Garner then revealed the unique way she eats pizza. "What I love is to take a piece of my kid's pizza and to take that salad, and I love salad on top of pizza. Do you think that's weird?" Garner asked. "I put on as much as I possibly can and then I fold it up. That is my favorite."
Garner shared at the end of the interview that she has a sweet and salty tooth, and hates olives, but loves everything else. "The thing I can't resist if it's in my house, so it can't be in my house is I learned how to make homemade magic shell. You know the chocolate that hardens over ice cream, and when you make it yourself you can titrate how much milk chocolate you want versus dark chocolate." Putting in her hand to her face she said, "I can't handle it. If it's in the house, I'm having a bowl of ice cream with magic shell."

In a new social media post the soccer star honors his former Spice Girl wife by showing her off in a blue cutout swimsuit. "Merry Christmas to my amazing family & feeling very thankful for everything they do for me , love you all," he captioned the series of Instagram snaps, starting with a photo of his wife giving him a hug while showing off her washboard abs.
Victoria told The Guardian's Weekend magazine that exercise is a daily habit, and "a really positive thing for me," she added. "It's part of who I am now, and I really enjoy it. That was a big part of why I wanted to work with Reebok – I had very specific ideas about the workout clothes that I wanted to wear and couldn't find."
Victoria added to The Guardian that she works out a whopping two hours every day, breaking her exercise time up. She starts the day by running a 7k on the treadmill at 6am, "a mix of uphill fast walking, jogging, running," followed by a training session with a personal trainer, "30 minutes legs, 30 minutes arms, toning and conditioning, then loads of planks and that kind of thing for my core."
Victoria has a trick to make her 45-minute cardio session go by faster: She watches TV. "That's the only time I watch TV – boxsets, documentaries – so I look forward to that," she revealed to The Guardian.
It is no secret that Victoria is incredibly strict with her diet. "I am very, very disciplined in the way that I work out, in what I eat. That's how I'm happiest," she told The Guardian. "I expect a lot from my body – I'm 44, I've got four kids, I work a lot, I travel. For me to do all that, I have to eat healthily and work out."
Victoria is one of many celebrities who are obsessed with the Tracy Anderson Method, a dance inspired workout available in her studios and also online. She has also shared a video of her ab workout, which includes standing sequences and more traditional, crunch-inspired compound moves.

Victoria sticks to one of the most popular diets in the world. "First of all I love to eat. I am not your green juices 24/7 kind of girl," she told Arabian Moda. "I must have a dessert everyday and especially chocolate. And what is a night like without a glass of wine? However, I try to avoid eating carbs and especially before a photo-shoot. I also try to limit my amount of red meat intake. I guess you can describe my diet as a Mediterranean, wholesome and vegetable-based diet."
Victoria makes sure to get all the nutrients she needs with the help of supplements. "So many people ask me how I stay healthy and in shape…my secret is taking this cell-enhancing anti-again total balance women's Premium for 10 years," she revealed in a recent Instagram post.
Victoria is all about exercise. "I love working out outdoors like doing some yoga and pilates every now and then. I prefer to go running outside rather than to workout at the gym," she confessed to Arabian Moda. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.
Victoria understands the importance of rest. "Good sleep is the best," she told Fans Share. "Also when I wake up I drink a glass of warm water with squeezed lemon and a little later I eat a good breakfast of fruit, yogurt, muesli," she added. According to the Sleep Foundation, getting enough z's is a mood booster, promotes heart health, regulates blood sugar, improves mental function, restores your immune system, helps relieve stress, and aids in weight loss.
Victoria loves skiing! "Thankful for this amazing fun ski weekend in Courchevel under the sun," she captioned this post with photos of her ski trip. Research has linked downhill skiing to a number of health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Victoria gets her cardio in with the help of biking. During a recent trip to Miami she went for a bike ride on the boardwalk. "Over the years, sport has become my escape valve; it is my time to disconnect and focus solely on myself. I like everything that encompasses the universe of sport; also the fact that sportswear has become a street style trend is wonderful," Antonela told Elle Spain.
Antonela is a big fan of cycling. "Honestly, I didn't train much with the bike, but what I liked most about this model is the possibility of training and doing classes with other users. You really feel like you are in a live class sharing the experience with more people. It's incredible the feeling of being able to do a spinning class while at home," she told Elle. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.
"I try to take care of my diet by following a balanced diet; eating everything and allowing myself to indulge from time to time. In my case, if the diet is very restrictive or eliminates certain foods, I will not be able to maintain it over time, " Antonela told Elle.
According to Antonela, it's not just what you eat but the habits surrounding eating. "I am not a fitness expert; but over time I have acquired certain habits that I believe are important; eating before and after each workout," she told Elle. Another one is "always hydrating, but especially when I am doing physical activity," she added.
Another exercise habit that Antonela encourages? She says to "stretch before and after; maintain good posture, do not push your body to the limit or to excessive workouts." "Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints," says Harvard Health. "Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage."

Money too long but make I enter naija and resume work, I wan buy private plane," she captioned the photo of herself, eliciting lots of fire emojis from her followers.
Tiwa, a self-described "chocolate girl," admits that she struggled with the European beauty standards of colorism when she was younger. "I actually did try to bleach my skin when I was about, I think, 14, 15," she told Allure. "Even now, on my back I have patches… My mom, she was cleaning my room and saw the cream that I used to mix with lemons. She wasn't even angry. It was more her disappointment. So I stopped, but I was always insecure about being dark."
Savage tries to be "as natural as I am in real life," and avoids editing her flaws out of photos. "I have a platform and I'm digging more into my responsibility for younger people," she told Allure. "And I feel like there's so much pressure now and it's going to get even worse with social media and there needs to be a balance. There needs to be some people that are not too perfect. I know we want to look good. I don't want to be out there looking jacked up, but I also want to look relatable."
Tiwa is an avid reader. She told Allure that her favorite book is the bible. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.
Tiwa also meditates, she told Allure. "When you meditate, you may clear away the information overload that builds up every day and contributes to your stress," says the Mayo Clinic. Benefits include:
Gaining a new perspective on stressful situations
Building skills to manage your stress
Increasing self-awareness
Focusing on the present
Reducing negative emotions
Increasing imagination and creativity
Increasing patience and tolerance
Lowering resting heart rate
Lowering resting blood pressure
Improving sleep quality
Tiwa is all about self-care. Her favorite treatment is a Middle Eastern-based practice that generally includes a skin- and mood-transforming combination of a steam bath, full-body exfoliation, and light massage.
Tiwa doesn't skip the most important meal of the day. "I love English breakfasts, I love EastEnders, I love baked beans," she dished to Vogue.
