Eva Murati is making a splash at the beach

Eva Murati is making a splash at the beach in her swimsuit. In one of her latest social media posts the Albanian actress shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit. "Inner kid happy in his element," she captioned the Instagram photos.

Eva maintains a healthy diet. One of her favorite nutritious snacks is a smoothie. "POV your wifey made you smoothie and she's waiting the good morning kiss," she captioned a post of herself showing off her concoction.

Eva hits the gym. "Monday = Gymday," she captioned a post of herself working out. In it, she runs on a treadmill, climbs on an elliptical, and cycles on a stationary bike. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

On the weekend, Eva kicks back and drinks a glass of white wine. While red wine is slightly healthier than white, the lighter shade of vino generally has fewer calories than the darker shade.

Eva has a method of self-care: She gets outside and meditates. "Time in nature," she captioned a post of herself getting her zen on. "When you meditate, you may clear away the information overload that builds up every day and contributes to your stress," says the Mayo Clinic. Benefits include:

Gaining a new perspective on stressful situations

Building skills to manage your stress

Increasing self-awareness

Focusing on the present

Reducing negative emotions

Increasing imagination and creativity

Increasing patience and tolerance

Lowering resting heart rate

Lowering resting blood pressure

Improving sleep quality.

Eva also stays in shape by walking her dog. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Kelly Brook is enjoying a sun-soaked vacation by the ocean

Kelly Brook is back in bella Italy a year after getting married to husband Jeremy Parisi. The British model is enjoying a sun-soaked vacation by the ocean, happily feeding the fish and posting highlights on social media. Brook, 43, shared a picture of herself wearing a beautiful print-pattern bikini that emphasized her hourglass figure while relaxing on a luxurious yacht, her hair up in a matching hair band. "You look unreal Kelly!" a fan commented.

Brook works out for her mental health as well as physical. "I do exercise a lot, I think that's really good for not only your body but also your headspace," she says. "If I'm feeling a bit down or have had too many glasses of wine, a quick run around the park leaves you feeling happier and clearer headed, like you've done something kind for yourself."

Brook does weight training, Pilates, and yoga classes. "In terms of what exercise I do apart from running, I'm going to start doing a bit more stuff in the gym in terms of weight training," she says. "I went to see one of our producers when she was in one of the Miami Pro Building competitions, and she has completely transformed her body. And I think I could definitely do with a bit more toning around my bum. I looked at her bum, and I was like gosh that's goals. I like trying all kinds of different exercise; Pilates, yoga or even just walking and do it whenever I can fit it in really."

Brook starts the day with a long walk. "I walk my dog for two hours every morning," she says. "This has replaced the gym and I'm a lot happier for it – it's funny how having a dog has made me healthier and happier. I try to avoid my phone in the morning, if I can. I'm very disciplined in my exercise, food and screen time. Mornings are for the family and myself, and I work every afternoon on Heart radio. It's a good balance."

Brook is only growing more confident with age. "I like getting older," she says. "I travel more, I am happier, more confident and way more resilient when things don't work out. I bounce back quicker. In my 20s, I was desperate to work and prove myself. Now I can relax and not care so much what people think. I was made to feel guilty in my 20s because of things not working out well. I now realize it's all been for the best."

Brook is at peace with her body and her unique look. "Throughout my life I've been lots of different sizes, and I never quite knew what my perfect size was," she says. "I think with most women finding the right size for them is a process you go through. Maybe your body shape isn't fashionable at the time or maybe if relationships don't work out you think you're not sexy or beautiful enough.

We can be so hard on ourselves… But when you get to a certain age and a certain level of happiness, you realize it's actually it's nice to be kind to yourself and just accept your body shape and what works for you. This has definitely what's happened for me and has helped the relationship with my body."

In August 2022 she went to fellow costar Angela Deem's plastic surgeon, Michael K. Obeng for to get more work done. "I got a breast lift and implants because as you know guys, I breastfed for 17 months — straight, no water, no formula, nothing. Tallia Storm is feeling great in Marbella, Spain

Tallia Storm is feeling hot hot hot in Marbella, Spain, soaking up the sun during the current heatwave. The Scottish singer-songwriter, 24, shared some sultry snaps from her vacation, including ones of her posing by a private pool in a comic-print bikini. "Chill sis ?," she captioned the post. "So beautiful and so talented," a fan commented.

Storm has a tendency to lose or gain weight when she's stressed, but she's making an effort to focus on healthy habits. "For the last few years I've started looking after myself properly, being kinder to myself, drinking more water and by walking 25,000 steps a day I lost two stone [28 pounds]," she says. "I'm now in the best shape of my life, which I'm super proud of, and there's nothing I'd change about my body. I put on weight so easily, so I just want to stay exactly as I am."

Storm cut back on carbs and sugar and says it made her feel great. "I've been in the gym a lot recently!" she says. "I'm just about to announce my first headline show so I've been getting fit for that and cutting out the carbs! I tried JLO's 10-day sugar free diet and it was mega. I've been performing here in Dubai, testing all my new material and it went really well so I'm super pleased."

Storm is not someone who is effortlessly fit—like most people, she works out and is mindful of her diet in order to feel her best self. "I'm not naturally skinny," she says. "I hang out with all my London friends and they all eat their burgers and I'm here eating a salad. I have to work for it."

Storm wants younger fans to be inspired by her. "I want to be a role model for girls, I want them to come across my page and see positivity, creativity and show that I'm not afraid of my big hair, being super girly, and then be really moody and wear all black," she says. "I think I am truer to myself now, I think if you can do that, you don't mind too much what gets thrown your way because you then think 'this was exactly my plan'. It's weird because I feel like I've dreamt of these moments for so long, and just having everything together, you know?"

Storm says she wouldn't be where she is without the right attitude and mindset. "Take a chance, take a risk, especially when you are young," she says. "I would not be here if I didn't knock on every single door. I'm so lucky to have my mum and dad. They are very hard-working; my mum was in branding and marketing. I'm not going to take that away from it, I'm very fortunate to have had parents in the creative industry. But I think she is the one that taught me to knock on every single door, and who cares about rejection. It's not even rejection, because everything is a lesson in life. Also, I feel like you get away with it when you're young, like just asking people."

Melissa Wood-Tepperberg is having the time of her life on vacation in Ibiza

Wellness influencer Melissa Wood-Tepperberg is having the time of her life on vacation in Ibiza, Spain. Wood-Tepperberg shared highlights from her fabulous trip to the famed island, posing on a boat in a brown bikini and straw sun hat, complete with a sarong skirt. Another snap showed her taking a selfie in a cheetah-print swimsuit. "Ibiza brings out the yin to my yang," she captioned the post.

Wood-Tepperberg combines yoga and Pilates for workout sessions that go from 30-45 minutes. "I believe that we do not have to torture ourselves with hour-plus long workouts that we despise to see lasting results internally and externally," she says. "My philosophy is that when you move in a slow, controlled way, mostly using your own body weight—all while connecting very deeply to your breath—you not only see such a transformational difference through your entire body but most importantly, your mind."

Wood-Tepperberg enjoys a plant-based diet, starting her day with an oat milk latte. "Every individual is different and thrives on incorporating different foods into their regimen," she says. "Removing labels for me has been a big thing this year and intuitively focusing on the foods that make me feel best is what I keep coming back to… Spirulina is a great plant-based protein option that gives you a real boost."

Wood-Tepperberg focuses on smaller, controlled movements in her workouts. "One thing you will see in almost all of my workouts is a small movement in which I make tiny little circles with my arms or legs respectively," she says. "I always find a way to work those in. Don't be fooled by the tiny movements. Tiny movement, big effect. You truly do not have to kill yourself to see the most insane results. I believe when you slow things down and intuitively listen to what your body needs, that's where the long lasting transition takes place."

Wood-Tepperberg's self-care is all about nurturing her inner health. "Daily meditation, reading my lesson of the day in 'A Course in Miracles,' going for a walk outside," she says. "Taking my son to the park and getting a lymphatic drainage massage."

Wood-Tepperberg believes in cultivating healthy habits step by step. "To me, you have to first take a step back," she says. "Look at your food choices, movement method, thoughts you're thinking, and the people you're surrounding yourself with. When you do the work and actually look through the lens of the life you're living and ask yourself if you truly want to change, I believe that is where the transformation takes place."

Speed Skater Jutta Leerdam had lots of fun on vacation with her sister

Dutch speed skater Jutta Leerdam is showing off some highlights from a vacation she shared with sister Merel Leerdam last year. Leerdam, 24, shared pictures of herself in crystal-clear waters, posing in a black one-piece swimsuit. "Some of my favorite pictures I didn't share of our sister trip last year ?," Jake Paul's girlfriend captioned a social media post.

Leerdam grew up playing sports, and treats it as a lifestyle. "I did a lot of different sports as a child," she says. "I played field hockey for eight years and did gymnastics. I had so much energy. My parents were like, 'just do your sports, we can't handle all your energy, then come home and be a little quieter!' I started speed skating because my dad really liked the sport. He wanted his children to be able to skate so we could all skate together in the winter. I really liked to see myself get better every time I went. That was the fun part for me. I enjoyed seeing my dad happy and proud of me, too."

Leerdam fuels her body with nutritious food, focusing on building her strength. "I have to be strong," she says. "I need to work on conditioning, flexibility and strength to be fast and explosive on the ice. This sport is a combination of every aspect of physical fitness. Flexibility, endurance, power. If all of those things are in balance, I feel fit. I used to struggle with being skinny. I wanted to LOOK fit. I was a perfectionist. I saw fat on me and I didn't want it. I didn't eat much and everything was super healthy. Now, I'm eating way more to perform. I use food to improve myself as an athlete, not just for looks."

Leerdam enjoys hitting the gym to build muscle. "I like weight training in the gym," she says. "I like lifting and seeing the progression every week. My least favorite training is inline skating. It is not comparable to long track ice skating. I don't like it, but I still do it. Everything I dislike makes me better as well… I played hockey for eight years. I enjoyed it, but I have never been a team player. I regularly had to sit on the reserve bench. The individual aspect of skating appeals to me."

Leerdam thrives under pressure, and uses it to push herself to the limit. "I always put a lot of pressure on myself, because I know that I perform very well through pressure," she says. "I'm used to it. For me, pressure or tension is not negative. Of course, I'm going for gold. I'm well on my way. It's going very well, and the upward trend is there."

Leerdam's mental approach to racing is that she is competing against herself, not others. "Every race I want to be the best," she says. "It doesn't matter who my competitors are. I'm always focused on getting better, improving my technique and getting stronger. That's the key thing. I don't focus on my competitor. I just focus on skating fast for myself. I end up in first place. That's just how it works. If I focused on other people, I wouldn't have come this far."

Emily in Paris star Ashley Park likes hanging out in swimwear

Ashley Park is heating up Europe. The Emily in Paris star flaunts her incredible figure in some of her latest social media photos, taken while vacationing with friends. "Burrata cosplaying as a tomato, chocolate as a feather, and some other petite noms and europe cuties this week," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps.

"I'm a huge skin care person now, and I love FaceGym [a facial exercise studio and line of skin-care products]," Ashley told Shape. "I have a face massager from them. The face is full of muscles and we never think to work them out. So, now I use a gua sha tool to massage them. It makes your face feel so much more relaxed."

Park exercises daily. "I have to move every day," she told Shape. "That can be hard with my filming schedule, so I've learned that to stay motivated, I have to adjust what type of physical activity can fit into my life at any given moment."

Park mixes up workouts. "I've done everything — I had a big yoga phase, a big cycling phase, a big running phase," she lists. "And I've always loved dancing," she told Shape.

Park is a big fan of pilates, which she recently started doing. "It feels very athletic, but it's low impact," she told Shape. "I sweat a ton and feel much stronger when I am done with it. Similar to dance, you use a lot of different muscles and there's a real mind-body connection that happens with it."

Park prefers training alone over a group setting. "When I'm in group class situations, I feel like it's easier to cheat," she told Shape. "You can hide behind other people." She says that one-on-one sessions with her trainer Brandon Perry, make her "held accountable."

At 15 Park was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia, a type of cancer of the blood and bone marrow, which has impacted her dietary choices. While she generally maintains a plant-based diet, she does eat meat on occasion. "I am highly anemic because of what I went through with my cancer," she told Shape. "So, I do like a nice steak every once in a while." As for dairy and gluten, it all depends on where she's eating these foods. "When I'm in America, those things don't sit that well with me," she says. "But, for some reason, when I am in Europe, I can eat an entire bread basket and so much cheese, and it's fine."

50-year-old Alyssa Milano knows how to take care of her body

Alyssa Milano is soaking up the sun with some family pool time over the weekend. Milano, 50, shared pictures of herself looking stunning in a dark green swimsuit and straw hat, enjoying the water on a bright pink pool float. "Floating into the weekend like…" she captioned the post. "So crazy how you keep getting prettier!" a fan commented.

Milano once started the day with coffee and protein bars. "The kids wake me up and then I can't even think about it," she says. "I have to just dive into getting them ready for school, which is different with two than it was with one. I eat the Atkins lifestyle, so I [cut back on] carbs. In the morning, I'll do a cup of coffee and then on the way to the gym, I'll do an Atkins shake or one of their protein bars, or something else that's fast, so I'm not going to eat the pancakes I make for the kids. It's all a balancing act."

Milano enjoys getting the most bang for her buck timewise when it comes to workouts. "I love spinning [at Peloton]," she says. "I also love Pilates and yoga. Occasionally I'll take a dance class or a Zumba class. But I really like to spin because I feel like it's a full-body workout: 45 minutes, you're in and you're out. I don't really have time for much more than that. I used to do a lot of yoga, but I just don't have time for a 90-minute class anymore… I always say, 'Eat less, move more.' It's about eating less carbs and moving more; that could mean anything that you enjoy doing that is actually active. It doesn't have to be working out; it could be gardening or hiking or taking the kids out for a walk in the stroller."

Milano makes an effort to take time for herself every day. "That is a learning process that I am continuing to try and figure out," she says. "There are no tips that I can give because every day is something different, you know? It's a very hard balance for sure. But I do find that the most important thing in being a working mother is to just try, no matter how hard it is to find time for yourself and to do the things that make you happy. And do whatever it takes to help yourself relax."

Milano tries to focus on healthy sleep habits for her health. "Every sleep expert that I spoke to about trying to get my baby to sleep through the night said how important a bedtime routine is for the baby," she says. "And it just may be that as adults, we have not made time for ourselves in that same way anymore. So I really started to try to pay more attention to my own sleep habits and I just really think that the product really puts you in a place of comfort and allows you to sleep better. I don't really feel guilty about this, but I do need to have some dark chocolate every night before I go to sleep."

Milano grows her own vegetables in the family garden. "We have an organic vegetable garden in the backyard," she says. "So my kids from a very young age would be in the garden with me and pick tomatoes or peppers off the vine and eat it there. And I think that's so important. Kids love to see vegetables grow, and get to see that that's where their food is from. To this day, both my kids, if there's French fries on the plate and broccoli, they will go for the broccoli."

Brooke relies on diets to lose weight. "I feel great at this weight, but I've started sticking to a diet again," she told OK! Magazine. "I'm trying hard to get down even more. You need to keep to the old-school bodybuilder diet of eggs, fish, chicken, meat and broccoli."

Mabel McVey is having a fun-filled holiday in hot and sunny Ibiza

Singer Mabel McVey is having a fun-filled holiday in hot and sunny Ibiza, Spain. The 27-year-old daughter of Swedish singer-songwriter Neneh Cherry shared some pictures of herself having the time of her life on the island, including snaps where she's posing on a beach towel in a brown bikini, holding a giant lobster. "Ur my lobster ?❤️," she captioned the post.

Mabel has occasional insomnia, and finds exercise is an incredibly effective way of dealing with it. "Exercise is actually the best thing for me," she says. "Not going crazy and doing like an hour and a half of cardio, but just moving and getting going. The endorphins will make me feel more awake than sleeping an extra hour in the morning. If I just got for a run. But yeah the sleeping thing is so frustrating."

Mabel gave up on a vegan diet when she realized it just wasn't working for her. "I tried it and it gets really hard when you're traveling," she says. "I found that I was eating more unhealthy this year when we started traveling and being vegan. Because you kind of just end up eating loads of carbs. Then I realized that actually it's really important to be feeding yourself and get the right amount of protein, especially when you're not sleeping. Your diet is really important and I realized I could eat healthier if I occasionally ate some fish. It had just been another one of those things where I was just so determined to not quit."

Mabel is passionate about being a good role model. "I try to lift up as many other women as I can because I know how powerful that has been for me," she says. "I am also trying to have as many females in the room as possible. I try to just see [race or gender] as not being things that define me or my journey. I get up every day and get on with it. And I enter every room as powerfully as I can."

Mabel credits her dogs and horse with encouraging her to develop healthy outdoor habits. "I was like, OK, I need a bit of emotional support, so I got her [a greyhound called Tahini] to come on my last tour with me. She was amazing," she says. "It was a nice reminder like, cool – she needs to go outside for a walk, so let's go outside and get some air. It gave me a good sense of routine. Some of my favorite memories of this year have been riding my horse. I'll ride my horse and take my dogs, and they'll run next to the horse, and after that we'll go to the studio – and I go in with this super calm mindset, which has been so life-altering."

Mabel may not be a vegan anymore, but she still cares deeply about the environment. "Now I'm in a place where I'm conscious, and that's the most important thing," she says. "So I guess if you spread more awareness of that, you don't have to be vegan or vegetarian, but even if you just do meatless Mondays, have less dairy or know where the meat you're buying is from – just be more conscious."

Brylie St. Claire shows off her famous figure

Brylie St. Claire is heating up Miami in her swimsuit. The softball sensation shows off her famous figure in a bathing suit while enjoying a vacay in the sunny spot in one of her latest social media posts. "Wannabe local," she captioned the Instagram post.

Brylie is an experienced equestrian, regularly sharing photos of her horses. "Everyone meet boots," she captioned a recent snap. According to the American Heart Association, riding horses is great for your health. Not only does it boost cardiovascular health, but builds core strength, burns calories, and lowers blood pressure. It is also great for your mental health as it helps relax you.

Brylie loves animals, including dogs. Dog walking is one of the many ways she burns calories. "Labs are the best," she captioned this photo.

When Brylie isn't on the field, you can find her on the lake. Two of her favorite water activities? Wakeboarding and jet skiing. According to Health Fitness Revolution, the average 150-pound rider will burn a surprising 238 calories during a half-hour ride. The sport is also great for cardiovascular endurance.

Brylie confesses that her flat abs aren't just the result of healthy eating and dieting. She recently shared a photo of herself getting an EmSculpt Neo treatment, a non-invasive treatment that contours the body using radio frequency and high-intensity electromagnetic energies to provide simultaneous fat elimination and muscle toning in a combined 30-minute session. According to the company, in just 30 minutes, it stimulates over 24,000 supramaximal muscle contractions, achieving the equivalent of 12-16 weeks of HIIT training in just four sessions.

Brylie also golfs, regularly sharing clips of her swing via Instagram Stories. A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.

Rose Bertram flaunts her incredible figure

Rose Bertram is showing off her tiger stripes in her swimsuit. The mother-of-two flaunts her incredible figure, stretch marks included, in one of her latest social media posts. In it, she lounges by the pool. "Perfect imperfections," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps.

Rose is devoted to exercise. "I work out at least 3 times a week, I do a combination of cardio and weight training," she told Pretty Little Thing. How does she motivate herself when she isn't feeling it? "I always imagine myself on a beach, taking pictures and give myself the motivation to keep that beach body!"

Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

Rose understands the importance of consuming healthy fats. One food she always has in her kitchen? "Avocado!" she enthusiastically told Pretty Little Thing about the omega-3 rich produce item.

Rose is "#Nevernotmealprepping," she told Pretty Little Thing. She even has her own food company, Chubby In Shape. "I put a lot of work in it as I love being healthy and cook healthy meals for other people that want to eat healthy as well!" she said.

Bertram loves coconut oil. "I also use coconut oil a lot, for my teeth, hair, skin, everything!" she told IntoTheGloss. "They say that it bleaches your teeth and apparently, if you eat one spoonful of it a day, it burns fat. I don't do that, but I do have very dry skin so it helps moisturize, and I cook with it a lot. Then, if I have a shoot, I just put it in my hair the night before and when I wash it the next day, it feels alive again."

Abbie Quinnen has clearly been working hard to be fit and toned for the summer

British dancer Abbie Quinnen has clearly been working hard to be fit and toned for the summer, judging by her recent social media updates. Quinnen shared some pictures of herself posing in front of her bathroom mirror, wearing a black bikini that showcased her incredible physique to perfection. "Absolute figure goals," a fan commented. "Stunning," said another.

Quinnen loves swimming and paddle boarding in the open ocean. "Exercising in natural environments has been shown to have greater benefits for mental health than exercising elsewhere," says Sergio Diez Alvarez, Director Of Medicine, The Maitland and Kurri Kurri Hospital, University of Newcastle. "This is because it combines the benefits of exercise with the restorative effects of being in nature. Swimming in the ocean is no less the case. It can be relaxing, meditative and reduce stress."

Quinnen now takes extra-special care of her skin after suffering a serious burn in 2022. "I began moisturizing four times a day, then I'd apply a silicone gel four times a day, followed by silicone scar sheets and a compression vest on top," she says. "It was a never-ending routine and became a full-time job. My scars were so tight, I had to keep them hydrated to be able to move. I've been lucky in that my face recovered quite quickly. It took a few months and I had to wipe my scars every day with Hibiscrub but it healed quicker than my body."

Quinnen was back running months after getting surgery for her accident. "I ran a half-marathon just five months after surgery, raising money for the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital trust's charity," she says. "We have to allow ourselves to make mistakes. Nobody's perfect and I'm just going to take really good care of my health and my body. I'm still so young and have been through such a horrible thing that has left me with obvious scars. Any normal 24-year-old can go to the beach in a bikini and have no scars — whereas at the moment, I can't really sit on the beach and be in the sun because my scars will get worse. It's been a hard experience to get over but it just takes time."

Quinnen loves sipping on coffee while she's out and about. "Antioxidants help prevent and repair damage to cells and genetic material around your body," says Caroline Thomason, RD, CDCES. "Research has shown that coffee is a significant source of polyphenols, a type of antioxidant, in many people's diets. Polyphenols also help fuel your 'good' gut bacteria."

Quinnen works out at the gym using machines and weights. "As you get older, your joints are more likely to experience wear and tear," says Emma Mitchell, physiotherapist at Bupa UK. "Sometimes this can cause pain and discomfort when moving. But, strength exercise can support the muscles around your joints, which helps to keep them stable and strong. Studies also show that regular strength training can reduce your risk of sports injuries."

Abbie Chatfield works hard to have a toned body

Abbie Chatfield is treating her followers to some swimsuit selfies. In a new social media video and photo, the Aussie celeb flaunts her flaming hot body in a gold bathing suit. "Honestly I just found these hot photos I took of myself in Perth so I thought I would share. Ur welcome," she captioned the Instagram post.

Exercise is a priority for Abbie. "I work out six days a week with a mix of HIIT, yoga, Pilates and just going for a run," she told Body + Soul. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

Abbie maintains a healthy diet. She starts off with a breakfast of yogurt with some frozen berries or pieces of fruit. Later in the morning she munches on corn thins with avocado spread. Lunch might be canned salmon with vegetables and a dash of rice. Dinner is usually a vegetarian patty or falafel wrap. If she has a sweet tooth she will have peanut butter with dates for dinner.

Abbie loves cycling. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

Abbie, who battled "definitely disordered eating" and had "definite like, fatphobic thoughts that were ingrained in me by society and especially being a young woman in the early 2000's," stressed the importance of self-love on her podcast. "I've worked so hard to not have those thoughts and I think I'm really proud of myself for genuinely not working out for how I look, not eating for how I look, genuinely enjoying food and genuinely being able to enjoy exercise and be more worried about whether I'm eating enough and what I'm eating and making sure I have the right nutrients."

Abbie listens to her body and exercises when she feels like it. "I wake up and I would be like 'I feel like doing yoga right now' so I'll do yoga," she told Yahoo Lifestyle. "Or I'm feeling a bit anxious, so I feel like going for a run – rather than 'I should run, to lose weight, to look better, to be more fit'."

Sommer Ray is enjoying a trip to Colorado

Fitness model Sommer Ray is enjoying summer fun and activities on a trip to Colorado. Ray, 26, shared pictures of herself posing next to two inner tubes in a black and white cheetah-print bikini, against a background of mountains and trees. She completed the look with a hat, sunglasses, and tank top over her swimsuit. "Tuuubin'," she captioned the post.

Ray keeps her protein intake high to fuel her workouts. "I try to eat 70 grams of protein a day to maintain my glute muscle mass by starting most mornings with a protein shake, my first of six small meals throughout the day," she says. "Sometimes I'll prepare grilled chicken, veggies and steamed white rice for each of these meals, but more often I'll eat out. I love In-and-Out Burger! I take my burger without the bun. Then I get my starch later from starchy veggies and whole grains."

Ray works out five times a week for 90 minutes at a time. Two of those workout sessions are focused on her glutes. "If my glutes are sore, I tell myself, 'I probably shouldn't work them today,'" she says. "I just listen to my body. There's not a certain exercise or specific workout that's beneficial. I switch it up every day and try to make it fun, because as soon as it feels like a job, you don't want to do it."

Ray doesn't believe in working out for short-term benefits, instead emphasizing how important it is to have a healthy lifestyle. "I feel that people lose motivation when they get motivated for the wrong reasons," she says. "Girls may want to workout for that summer bod, or after going through a bad breakup. But I always make sure my motivation comes from the intent of my wanting to better myself."

Ray says she only competes with herself these days. "I started competing in the NPC [National Physique Committee] when I was 16 years old," she says. "I stood next to girls in their 20s/30s and was being compared to them, yet nothing was comparable—we were simply at different stages of life (muscle doesn't mature until you're in your 20s). So believe me, I know what that feeling is like. But honestly, I never compared myself, so it didn't matter that the judges did. I was confident in the hard work and the dedication I put in for myself. So at the end of the day, I know myself and I'm content in the woman I am. And when you are, you are incomparable. My only competition is myself and wanting to better myself everyday."

Ray works hard and knows how important it is to relax and reset. "On the weekends, and on some weekdays, too, I also like to have a drink — typically, tequila — and whatever else I'm craving," she says. "If I want a slice of pizza, I have a slice of pizza. I want to look good, but I also want to enjoy life."

Devon Windsor shows off her amazing body

Devon Windsor is heating up the tropics in her swimsuit. Just two months after giving birth to her second child, the supermodel shows off her body in a two-piece while vacationing on an island. "Beached," she captioned the set of Instagram snaps.

Devon is living, breathing proof that supermodels don't starve themselves. "If I'm not working, my typical day starts off with a huge breakfast. I like to incorporate eggs, toast, bacon or a smoothie with Greek yogurt," she told Women Fitness. "I'll most likely workout after breakfast and then join friends for lunch. Following lunch, I run errands and organize myself before my next job or travel day. I like to finish my day with a cozy dinner with friends or I cook for myself at home. If I'm working, I wake up and get a smoothie and head to set and work all day. Depending on when I get off, I either go home and order dinner or meet up with friends."

Exercise is a big part of Devon's life. "I'm a huge fan of Pilates – I like to do that a couple times a week as well as see my trainer. My trainer is always able to push me harder than I would myself. I also like to incorporate boxing for cardio purposes since I don't love to run. I always workout in the mornings as well. I would say I workout maybe 3-5 times a week," she told Women Fitness.

Because she trains so hard, Devon makes sure to stay hydrated. "Drink a lot of water while you workout," she suggested to Women Fitness. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Megan Roup's dance-inspired workouts are a favorite of Devon's. "I am so terrible at cardio but this class is amazing because it's dance cardio… which means I really don't notice how exhausted I am while jumping around! She mixes the dance cardio with light weights, leg weights and sliders which are good for the booty as well as the abs! After the class I head over to this place called Lymbr to go get a quick 30 minute stretch. It is super important to stretch before and after workouts so that you don't injure yourself!" she revealed to Hollywood Life.

Devon also does Pvolve workouts, which you can do at home with a few workout tools. "I really love this workout because it is full of small, slow movements that burn like crazy! This is the best workout for building super long and lean muscle! We use a lot of ankle weights and bands which are two keys for staying strong and slim! After my workout I get a 90 minute medical massage! This massage isn't just for relaxing because the masseuse gets very deep in your muscles and stretches you at the same time. It is almost a bit painful at times but when you're working out so much it is a necessity!" she told Hollywood Life.

Devon told Elle she likes to "mix cardio with bodyweight exercises," she said. She trains at the celebrity gym mecca The Dogpound. "I am training with my girlfriend and my trainer, Kirk! I love working out with friends because one, it's more fun, two, it's hard to get out of it, and three, it's more motivating and pushes me to try harder! We did a bunch of body weight exercises, some abs, booty, legs and light arms," she added to Hollywood Life.

Danica Taylor shares a lot of gorgeous photos showing off her beautiful body

Danica Taylor is best known for being a contestant on Love Island. However, she's also made waves as an Instagram influencer. Taylor shares a lot of gorgeous photos on her page. She just posted one of herself in a red swimsuit, her figure on display. Taylor captioned the post, "On my worst behavior."

Taylor is all about self-love. She opened up about this and a recent experience she had in the caption of this Instagram post. "Love yourself first always," she writes. "It's ok to be confident!! I walked past a girl today who used to be SO nasty to me when I was about 13, was always vile towards me. Laughing at me, always making snide comments like 'go on Beyoncé give us a dance' when all I ever did was be ME. Now she's sat doing the bare minimum, still bitter and I'm achieving every thing I've ever wanted so thanks to me for always loving and choosing me! This is your sign to do the same girl. Do it for the younger you who might have doubted."

Taylor shares some of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is dance-based fitness. Taylor posted a video of herself doing a workout. She captioned the post, "Umm this is my kinda cardio baby, if this didn't make you want to get up and join in I'll be very disappointed."

Taylor makes sure to stretch. She even shares some stretching videos on Instagram. In one, she is seen stretching on the beach.

Taylor captioned the post, "With holidays on my mind and needing a little motivation, here's a little stretching montage I made In Mauritius before doing some dance fitness because who wants to run on a treadmill?? SO LAST YEAR!! I said I'd recreate my stretching from in the villa too so I guess your welcome. This is your reminder from Danica to stretch, some of you be looking hella stiff haha love ya x."

"When it comes to finding snacks that can help keep you full, fiber is an important quality. This is because fiber can help to suppress your appetite by slowing down your body's rate of digestion, making you feel full longer. If you're looking for a fruit or vegetable that fits this bill, blackberries are an easy and delicious option," says our sister site Eat This, Not That!

Vitamin D, often referred to as the "sunshine vitamin," plays a vital role in maintaining overall health and well-being. When our skin is exposed to sunlight, it triggers the production of vitamin D in our bodies. This essential nutrient is crucial for the proper absorption of calcium and phosphorus, promoting strong and healthy bones. Moreover, vitamin D has been linked to improved immune function, which helps defend the body against infections and diseases. Adequate levels of vitamin D have also shown to positively impact mood and mental health, reducing the risk of depression and anxiety.

Additionally, this sunshine vitamin supports cardiovascular health by assisting in the regulation of blood pressure and preventing heart-related issues. While moderate sun exposure is beneficial for vitamin D synthesis, it is essential to strike a balance and protect the skin from excessive sunlight to avoid harmful UV radiation. Incorporating vitamin D-rich foods and supplements, when necessary, into one's diet can further contribute to reaping the full health benefits of this sunshine vitamin.

Singer Olivia Rodrigo shows off her incredible body

Olivia Rodrigo is celebrating the success of her new hit single Vampire by going on a Hawaiian vacation in her swimsuit. In one of her latest social media posts, the Grammy award-winning star shows off her incredible body in a bathing suit while vacationing at the Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea. "Vacay dumpppp," she captioned a series of Instagram photos.

During an interview with Teen Vogue Olivia revealed that she runs. "I am a terrible runner but it's the thought that counts," she said. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.

One of Olivia's healthy habits? "I try to read every night before I go to bed," the singer told Teen Vogue. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

If you want flat and strong abs like Olivia, you are going to have to crunch for it. The star told Teen Vogue that working on her midsection also helps destress her, saying that she had done "an ab workout to help release some energy."

During an interview with Vogue, Olivia revealed that bacon is part of her self-care routine. "I wake up and make my little matcha and I make bacon for myself, and then I sit at the piano and try to write something, even if it's s**t," she told the magazine. What else does she eat? She says that "almost every night before a show" she has a turkey sandwich. She also loves cooking. Two of her go-to's are banana bread and Cacio e Pepe. And her fast food orders? "I love a good McDonald's oatmeal. I also love an in-N-Out double-double cheeseburger with a Neapolitan shake," she said.

Olivia trains with Kirsty Godso, a New Zealand-born personal trainer who also works out with Kaia Gerber and Maddie Ziegler. Hiring a personal trainer can be a game-changer on the journey to achieving your health and fitness goals. The benefits of having a personal trainer extend far beyond just having someone to guide you through workouts. They offer personalized and tailored workout plans that suit your specific needs, ensuring maximum efficiency and results. Personal trainers provide valuable expertise, correcting your form and technique to prevent injuries and optimize performance.

Moreover, they act as motivators, keeping you accountable and pushing you to surpass your limits. With their vast knowledge of nutrition and exercise science, personal trainers are the key to unlocking your full potential, making your fitness aspirations a reality. Invest in a personal trainer and witness the transformation of not just your body but also your overall well-being.

During an interview with CBS Sunday Morning for Mental Illness Awareness Week, Olivia explained how therapy has been "life-changing" for her. "I hadn't really started going till I was like, 16," she said. "That was a really big, life-changing moment. I've learned so much about myself." She continued: "Sometimes people are like, 'Oh, you don't need that. You have so much. Your life is so great. What are your problems?'" Olivia said. "I think that's definitely a thing that sometimes older people can do to younger people, too — kind of trivialize what they're going through just because, you know, 'Ah, they're fine, they're just kids. They'll get through it.' But it feels so real when you're in it. It's so valid."

Olivia has another self-care health habit. "I love a bubble bath," she confessed during Vogue's 73 Questions. How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Olivia also blasts calories by dancing, which she has been doing since she was a little kid. "I did a lot of ballet when I was younger, but that didn't pan out," she told Vogue. Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

"I love criticism, honestly," Rodrigo told Variety. "I think I can grow so much from people being like, 'Oh, I wish it was more like this,' and I'm like, 'Oh cool, this is my first album; I'm learning.'"

Olivia's BFF Madison Hu that the two sweat through Pilates classes together. Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health. It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

In her latest Instagram post, Olivia hikes in Hawaii. "Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between," says the National Parks Service. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.

WNBA player Lexie Brown shows off her incredible body

Lexie Brown is taking a break from basketball. In one of her latest social media posts, the WNBA Los Angeles Sparks player shows off her incredible body in a bathing suit. "My other summer uniform," she joked in the Instagram caption.

Lexie trains hard in the gym, doing a variety of weight and strength training exercises. She even sells her workout programs on her website. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

Lexie gets her stretch on with yoga. She told The Athletic that she loves a sunrise or sunset yoga class. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

Lexie also gets outside and goes for walks and hikes.

Basketball isn't the only game Lexie excels at – she loves golfing. A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.

Lexie's primary sweat method is obviously basketball. "Basketball promotes speed, agility, strength, power and endurance. It [has] also been shown to increase flexibility and motor coordination. As a result, basketball is uniquely oriented to improve fundamental motor skills that are shown to be beneficial in promoting general health," Koco Eaton, M.D., orthopedic surgeon, founder of Eaton Orthopaedics and a former basketball player, tells Nike.
