Love Island star Cally Jane Beech is soaking up the desert sun in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Beech shared pictures of herself wearing a tiny bathing suit as she walked hand in hand with boyfriend DJ O'Neal. "A cute stroll on the beach with a side of acrobatics ?," she captioned the post.

Beech takes collagen supplements as part of her health, wellness, and beauty regimen. Beech is a big fan of using at-home spray tans to get a golden glow. "When you expose your skin to the sun, your skin experiences damage, which leads to cellular changes that can turn malignant or cancerous," says Sarah Beer, MD. "Sunless tanners are a safer option because they tint the top layer of the skin that sloughs off in two to three weeks."

Beech loves swimming and snorkeling in the sea. "Many people say that by simply being in the water they feel more relaxed and less stressed," says swimming instructor Emily Morrissey. "Regular exercise helps reduce anxiety and depression, as it releases 'feel good' hormones and keeps our brains working in a healthy way. Learning to swim can allow you the opportunity to swim in beautiful places outdoors which many people find to be memories they cherish."

Beech never skips her yoga sessions, even on vacation. "The purpose of yoga is to build strength, awareness and harmony in both the mind and body," says board-certified osteopathic family physician and certified Kundalini Yoga instructor Natalie Nevins, DO. "As an osteopathic physician, I focus a lot of my efforts on preventive medicine and practices, and in the body's ability to heal itself. Yoga is a great tool for staying healthy because it's based on similar principles."

Former Towie star Lucy Mecklenburgh has been showing off her baby bump while on holiday at an Abu Dhabi waterpark

The 30-year-old is currently on holiday with her fiancé Ryan Thomas and their son Roman.

Just last month the pair revealed that they were expecting their second baby together as Lucy posted: "Here we go again."

Lucy Mecklenburgh showed off her growing baby bump in a chic blue bikini while posing alongside her eldest. The family is staying at the St Regis Hotel on Saadiyat Island as they enjoy the winter sun.

They also paid a visit to the Emirates Park zoo where they fed giraffes.

Gushing about the break, Rylan said traveling long distance with a toddler had been fine until Lucy made parenting fail in the hotel room.

The former Jason Grimshaw actor said his wife-to-be accidentally turned on every light in their suite saying: "Roman started screaming!"

Lucy gave birth to Roman, who is now 19 months old, last year. She recently opened up about terrifying health care that saw her son end up in hospital. The mum found her baby boy blue in her cot back in September.

Little Roman was taken to Basildon Hospital near their Essex home and was then transferred to London's St Mary’s Hospital where he was then put on a ventilator. They found that the illness was viral and he is now doing well but has to now use an inhaler twice a day to help his breathing.

As well as caring for son Roman and gearing up for baby number two, Lucy and Roman have also been in talks surrounding their upcoming wedding.

The pair have decided to put the big day on hold to have both their children with them. A source told a magazine: "Lucy isn't too concerned about wedding plans but would like to get her figure back after her second child is born."

They went on to say that a summer 2022 wedding is off the cards because Lucy would like to wait until her children can be more involved in the wedding.

They added: "Lucy is really glad the babies will be close in age and loves that if she has a girl she'll have an older brother in Roman to watch over her."

Marta Kostyuk has taken a fantastic vacation in Seychelles with some of her friends.

The Ukrainian player ended the season ranked the number 50 that is also her higher rank after playing 18 tournaments.

Therefore, she got a nice break before getting ready for the typically grueling pre-season. Marta didn’t miss the chance to update her followers on Instagram with some nice pictures in a bikini at the beach.

It’s not clear if Marta enjoyed her vacation also with her boyfriend. A couple of years ago, she was dating Alex Zakharov, but their picture was removed from Instagram and therefore, it is plausible that she now has a new boyfriend.

Indeed, Marta posted a picture on Instagram holding hands with a “mystery guy.”

At the moment ranked no.50 (career-high), Kostyuk played her last match on the 30th of October when she was overcome by world no.20 Simona Halep 6-0 6-1 in the semifinal in Cluj.

This season Kostyuk has an overall 25-17 match record. Marta Kostyuk’s most significant achievement of this season was reaching the semifinal in Abu Dhabi, Istanbul and Napoca.

Aryna Sabalenka ended pretty early her run in Tokyo during the Olympic Games
