Brielle Biermann is making a splash in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the reality star shows off her amazing body while spending the afternoon at the pool. "Splashing the day away," she captioned the Instagram post. "So beautiful ???" commented her mom, Kim Zolciak. "Hottieeeee ?" added another follower.

Brielle does intermittent fasting. "I only eat between 3-8 every day!" the star in a 2020 Q&A session on Instagram. She eats her breakfast/lunch around and dinner later in the day. Intermittent fasting works by "prolonging the period when your body has burned through the calories consumed during your last meal and begins burning fat," explains Johns Hopkins Medicine.

When it's time to break her fast, she heads to the drive-thru for some fast food. "I go to [Chick-fil-A] EVERY DAY (except Sunday) around 3 for my breakfast/lunch," she revealed."Every day I have to have a cheeseburger or chicken tenders at some point throughout my day, and if I don't have a little something sweet—whether it's a peanut butter cup, a small brownie or anything chocolate—after dinner, I don't feel like I ate," she added People in 2017.

Brielle follows the "everything in moderation" approach to diet. Unlike her mom, Kim Zolciak-Biermann, she's "not a fan" of salads. "I love to eat, and I eat anything and everything I want, just in moderation."

Brielle keeps her body toned by working out with a trainer and cycling. "I love spin class," she told People. "I'm addicted to it." The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

Brielle also surfs. "Swerve, surfing all in this good, good," she captioned a post. According to the Australian government's Better Health, surfing provides many health benefits including cardiovascular fitness from paddling, shoulder and back strength, which also strengthens from the paddling, and leg and core strength. "Once you're standing up on the board, strong legs and a strong core will keep you up," they say.

You can also find Brielle on the tennis court. ACE Fitness explains that tennis is a mixture of cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

When on vacation, Brielle enjoys standup paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and also a great form of cardio. The water sport can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140 pound male and 436 for a female the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

Brielle Biermann is hanging ten in her swimsuit! The reality star shows off her famous curves in one of her latest social media posts, enjoying a day of water sports at the beach. "She captioned the Instagram post, "swerve, surfing all in this good, good."

"My weight fluctuates a lot so I'm trying really hard to get better at eating right, going to the gym and taking care of myself. I've always been insecure about my body, I [sic] think most women are! Push yourself. Set a goal and work towards it … Thank you to my trainer @abmatthews_fit for pushing me!!"

Brielle also stays in shape with the help of outdoor activities. One of her go-tos? Tennis. In September Brielle told fans she'd undergone a double jaw surgery to correct her 'TMJ and 9mm overjet overbite.'

As she recovered she updated fans on her progress and detailed the strain it put on her everyday life.

'Honestly... not eating solid foods, never knowing WHAT to eat, never feeling satisfied or full, not being able to go to dinners with friends (which really cut my social life in half) has been the hardest part of this surgery journey,' she admitted in October.

Biermann says she's been using supplements to help her shed the pounds. That's not the only way Biermann shakes up her diet when she's looking to slim down.

In a 2020 Q&A session, Brielle revealed that time-restricted eating and allowing for a few indulgences had been essential for keeping in her great shape.

But Brielle experienced a ton of commotion just trying to get off the ground five days ago.

After a six-week trip away from home with pit stops in Missouri, Tennessee, Ohio, Texas and Los Angeles, the Biermann clan were ready to fly back to the East Coast on July 20. But Brielle claimed they were kicked off a flight after her adoptive dad Kroy Biermann, got held up because of his service dog! “Tommy at gate 27 delta LAX just kicked my WHOLE FAMILY OFF the flight to ATL bc we were waiting on my dad with our service dog to finish going thru security & kJ & kash started crying bc they thought we left him and Kaia was literally S—-ING AND HE KICKED US OFF!!!!! WTF,” Brielle tweeted, and later deleted the message. Kim also slammed the airline and claimed police got “involved.”

Alas, the delay meant Brielle could fit in a hangout session with Sylvester Stallone’s daughters Sistine, and Scarlet, at Delilah before boarding a flight the next day. Delta also revealed in a statement that “Mrs. Zolciak Biermann and family elected to deplane their flight after her husband remained behind to provide proper paperwork for an emotional support animal,” because Kroy “arrived at the gate after the aircraft door was shut.”
