Gia Giudice displayed her flawless physique while enjoying a vacation in the Bahamas

Gia Giudice, 22, loves nothing more than rocking bikinis on vacation, and in a new set of Instagram photos, she did so yet again — this time, in the Bahamas! In photos you can view below, the reality TV star rocked the strapless red bikini and a pair of devastating shades as she held her hair up and posed on the beach at sundown.

A third pic in the January 10 carousel showed her walking away from the camera, showing off the thong design on her scarlet red bikini bottoms. Gia also shared an image of the breezy interior of a resort overlooking the shimmering waters. “Bahamas photos loading…” she captioned the photo collection on Wednesday.

Sister Milania Giudice was among the first to react to the gorgeous pics. “Purrrr,” she gushed, alongside a row of flame emojis. Gia has nearly one million fans on the platform, and many rushed to the comments thread to swoon over the photos.

“Queen,” wrote one, while another remarked, “hot mama.” “That body tho,” gushed a third, with a fourth noticing her resemblance to her mother, Real Housewives of New Jersey‘s Teresa Giudice.

“Like I have said before Gia looks just like her mom, from head to toe in every way,” they observed. “The third picture just proves she is built like her mama.”

Gia, who was HollywoodLife’s cover star in December, opened up about what message she hopes to convey to young women as an influencer and entrepreneur. “I want to inspire young women to speak up and advocate for themselves,” she said in part. “After receiving backlash for speaking up for myself and my family, it made it so much more important for me to share this message with other young women.

No matter the opinion of others, you have a right to speak up and use your voice. Finding your voice can be a tough journey for young women at times and I want them to know they aren’t alone. “

Gia Giudice is having what looks like a beautiful summer

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Gia Giudice is having what looks like a beautiful summer with boyfriend Christian Carmichael. Giudice, 22, shared pictures from a recent beach trip with Carmichael, including shots of herself in a red and blue print bikini, posing on the sand with the real estate agent. "Summer with you??," she captioned the post.

Giudice loves seafood, especially sushi and shellfish such as crab and lobster (which are an excellent source of zinc). "Women of reproductive age are most likely moderately zinc-deficient due to menstruation and not eating the right foods," says Shannon L. Kelleher, PhD. "Symptoms of too little zinc include dry and itchy skin, loss of hair, reduced ability to taste food and a compromised immune system that leads to more colds."

Giudice will never turn down a slice of pizza, but experts say it can absolutely be a healthy choice. Giudice loves to hike, especially when she's traveling to beautiful spots such as Malibu, Los Angeles. "Research shows that hiking has a positive impact on combating the symptoms of stress and anxiety," says Gregory A. Miller, PhD, president of the American Hiking Society. "Being in nature is ingrained in our DNA, and we sometimes forget that."

Giudice enjoys yoga sessions with mom Teresa Giudice. "One of the wonderful things about yoga is accepting yourself and your body just as you are today," says Dr. Corinna Keenmon, Houston Methodist's medical director of psychiatry and telepsychiatry. "This is the mindfulness aspect of yoga — simply appreciating your body for the things that it can do right now in the present moment."

Giudice enjoys regular family dinners with her mother and sisters. "There have been more than 20 years of dozens of studies that document that family dinners are great for the body, the physical health, the brains and academic performance, and the spirit or the mental health, and in terms of nutrition, cardiovascular health is better in teens," says family therapist Anne Fishel.""There's lower fat and sugar and salt in home cooked meals even if you don't try that hard, there's more fruit, and fiber, and vegetables, and protein in home cooked meals, and lower calories. Kids who grow up having family dinners, when they're on their own tend to eat more healthily and to have lower rates of obesity."

Gia Giudice likes hanging out at the beach

Gia Giudice has been in the public eye since she was young. She's the daughter of Real Housewives of New Jersey star, Teresa Giudice. She's also a clothing designer and has become a social media influencer. Giudice recently spent time by the beach, and shared some highlights on Instagram. In them, she sat on the rocks by the ocean. Giudice captioned the post, "Baha."

Giudice opened up about her and her family's approach to the new RHONJ season to Page Six. She says that she is taking a more mature approach to handling things this season. "Me, my sisters and my mom, we definitely evolved more this season," she explains. "We all wanted to take a more mature route and just really evaluate what was going on instead of [reacting] because we also felt like this whole 'Teresa and her brother' saga is just so old."

Giudice and her family have dealt with a lot of drama, especially in these recent years. However, she tells Page Six that she is working on moving on from the past. "I think in general, we realized — especially around the time of my mom's wedding — we were just like, 'I think it's time to just let bygones be bygones, put it in the past and just focus on our family and focus on us.'"

Being on a reality show, Giudice has to deal with how the season is edited. She tells In The Know that she doesn't care about what fans think or how things are edited. "Every season has its villain and every season has the person that they're attacking or targeting and every season they also have their favorite," she explains. "So it's like the villain, the person they're attacking, the person that looks the best on the show. So, I've seen that formation where it's been like my mom, the one that everyone is against, or the next season she's the one that looks great. Or like this season they're making her cuts not what they really were. So I just feel like that was like the hardest thing to struggle with. It's like 'well that's actually not how it went down' or 'that's actually not how that even happened.' So, I've learned to just embrace it and also just say exactly what I want to say when I'm being filmed because otherwise like you're not gonna get your point across and the viewers also are just gonna have a different perception on."

Giudice works with dermatologist, Tara Adashev, APRN, to help with her skin. "Gia comes to me to treat her skin," Nurse Adashev tells HollywoodLife. "The Lutronic ULTRA Laser is great because there is no downtime. She returned to her college classes and normal life immediately, and she sees really great results as soon as one treatment."

Giudice is about to graduate from college. Her next step? Law school. Guidice wants to become a lawyer to help people. In 2021, she said on Watch What Happens Live that her parents' struggles inspired her to help other people not experience this. "Their whole experience influenced me, honestly, for the better," Giuidice explained. "I just want to help families and be able to be there for families and help children, honestly, especially."

Weeks after showing how she does “pool time” in a teeny black bikini during a December 2022 trip to California, The Real Housewives of New York City cabaret singer recently hit the beach in one of her sexiest swimsuits yet. In a January 12 Instagram post, Luann shared two smoldering photos as she posed in a vibrant two-piece suit.

The royal blue string bikini featured chain-like detailing on its bottom and gold hardware on its strappy top.

Luann, who will star alongside Sonja Morgan in the forthcoming series Luann and Sonja: Welcome to Crappie Lake, completed her look with black sunglasses, a wide-brimmed fedora, and an eye-catching dangling necklace.

Crystal Kung Minkoff commented on the post with multiple fire emojis, and Marysol Patton declared that Luann looked “fabulous.”

Gia Giudice rocked a black two-piece while at the beach

Gia Giudice is living it up in the Bahamas, where she’s vacationing with dad Joe Giudice and sisters, Gabriella, 16, Milania, 15, and Audriana, 11.

Gia, who was pictured sitting on a swing that dangled over white sand, rocked a black and white bikini.

Joe and Teresa Giudice‘s eldest daughter held a pair of sunglasses in one hand while she balanced on the white swing. The sunny snaps also displayed Gia’s rib tattoo, on her right side.

The reality star, who’s a college student at Rutgers University in New Jersey, showed her sitting on another beach swing. She had her brown and blonde high-lighted hair pulled back in a bun and accessorized with circular sunnies and a black, sheer skirt.
