Escanes loves oatmeal with apple and cinnamon as a satiating, any-time-of-the-day snack. Escanes loves swimming and snorkeling, even getting into the water with sharks on a trip to the Maldives. "Crossed off my list of things to do before I die… and I'm already looking forward to doing it again," she captioned a video. "When they told me that this was addicting, they were absolutely right… I cannot explain it, it is wonderful. Discovering all the life in the ocean makes me happy. Very grateful to life for being able to live this."

Escanes has experienced harsh treatment and judgment in the past as a young model, and says she will never allow it to affect her health and self esteem again. "I really like to eat out, a lot, it is one of the best pleasures," she says. "I enjoy it very much. I would eat at all hours."

Escanes embraces even difficult experiences as a period of mental and emotional growth. "The most difficult situations lead you to change your life and a separation is a turning point," she says. "I had plans for the future and an idea of ​​how my life was going to be. All of that breaks and you have to adapt. With distance you learn to relativize things, although in my case it is still recent. You learn from everything."

The model welcomed her daughter to the world in September 2020, whom she shares with singer, Zayn Malik.

The two had dated on and off from 2015 until they officially split in 2021 following an alleged physical altercation between the singer and Gigi's mother, Yolanda.

She had claimed Zayn had 'struck' her, but he told TMZ at the time, 'I adamantly deny striking Yolanda Hadid and for the sake of my daughter I decline to give any further details.'

Despite their split in 2021, a source recently told Us Weekly last year in October that, 'Gigi has her walls up since she’s on better terms with Zayn and they’re doing well coparenting.'

The insider also expressed that the supermodel, who was reportedly recently linked to Leonardo DiCaprio, is, 'not rushing into a serious relationship,' and, 'is very busy with her modeling gigs and being there for her daughter.'

During an interview on Sunday Today, the blonde beauty gushed about her daughter, stating, 'I think she's a genius. But I think that's what everyone says about their kid.'

She added, 'It’s so much fun. The more that she talks and understands and remembers, it just gets more and more fun. And she’s a blessing.'

The entrepreneur has also taken a different step in the fashion industry, and recently launched her own brand called, Guest In Residence, last year in September 2022.

1- Hadid spilled some of her workout secrets. She says that she lives a pretty active lifestyle. Hadid says that working out is easy to her, because she grew up as an athlete. "I was a volleyball player for 12 years, I rode horses my whole life, and now I box every day."

2- As Hadid told before, boxing is one of her favorite ways to workout. She is open about her love of the workout. "When you're boxing, you get so into it mentally that you kind of forget what's going on, you forget that you're working out," she told. "You always want more."

3- Hadid tells that she mostly eats healthy. However, she says that she believes in balance. Hadid says that she will occasionally indulge and have a cheat day. "The biggest thing I always say is, eat clean to stay fit, and then have a cheat day to stay sane."

4- Hadid has amazing skin. While she can afford expensive products, she tells that she actually uses cheaper ones. Hadid says that she likes to use all-purpose ointment as a moisturizer. "I dab it on where my skin feels dry, sometimes on the tip of my nose. I find that right where my eyebrows start gets really dry. I think that eyebrow product and pencil goes on better."

5- Hadid has amazing abs, and her trainer, Rob Piela, told, that the model does a lot of ab workouts. Piela says that Hadid likes to do three sets of different crunches, followed by a quick boxing session. "The combination of those three moves is golden," he says.

Whether she's walking the runways at Paris Fashion Week or posing poolside for a campaign, Bella Hadid has made a career of staying fit. However, you won't find the star sacrificing her health or happiness to get into runway-ready shape.

"The secret is being yourself" The star has admitted in the past that regular exercise is also an essential tool in her healthy living arsenal—and one that similarly boosts her confidence.

Hadid says that boxing has been a game-changer when it comes to keeping her toned and motivated.

"I train with my coach for intensive sessions. I run non-stop for 20 minutes followed by a boxing session and finally a series of weights targeting the abs and glutes," she told. She even admitted to the magazine that her sister Gigi Hadid is her dream sparring partner, calling the fellow model "strong and sturdy both mentally and physically."

To keep her energy high during her workout, Hadid told that she drinks "a smoothie, a juice, or a protein drink 30 minutes before the session." After she's done, she typically eats a meal with a mixture of protein and carbs, like chicken and brown rice.

It's not just pre- and post-workout snacks that keep Hadid going strong all day. In an interview, Hadid revealed that she has "really low blood sugar" and has to "eat all the time" to keep her energy up.

"I like having a good protein meal because I get really tired if I eat too much, so I try to fill myself up with things that will make me feel good," said the star.

Hadid doesn't shy away from her favorite carbs, either. The supermodel told that, on mornings off when she doesn't feel like cooking, she typically visits the bagel shop near her apartment. "My go-to is an egg sandwich on a plain bagel," says Hadid.

Gigi Hadid's mother Yolanda Foster has confirmed her daughter's pregnancy news

The RHOBH star admitted to being "still shocked" over it all but said: "Of course we are so excited. I'm excited to become a grandmother in September especially after I lost my mom so recently."

Miss Universe 2012 shows off her abs of steel and it’s evident that she is in the shape of her life right now.

The former beauty queen posted the tropical picture of herself on a beach wearing a bikini with an olive sarong, trendy sunglasses, her hair in a topknot and a contagious smile. She’s holding a Dior bag in her hand, but our attention is drawn straight to her obvious six-pack.

In fact the model attended Paris Fashion Week which took place February 28 to March 5, where she was seen hanging out with model Gigi Hadid. Both left Hotel Royal Monceau for the Prada party
