Gwyneth Paltrow Sizzles in a Bikini on Her Mexico Vacation

Dang, girl! Gwyneth Paltrow wowed over the weekend on her Cabo San Lucas, Mexico vacation with boyfriend Brad Falchuk.

The 44-year-old Goop founder was spotted rocking a navy blue bikini that showcased her fit frame perfectly.The private couple enjoyed the getaway with Paltrow's children, Apple and Moses.

Though they often keep their longtime romance under wraps, the actress shared a rare selfie with her man in early March in honor of his birthday.

"Happy birthday, handsome," she captioned the shot.

Gwyneth Paltrow looked in better shape than ever on her 50th birthday as her friends shared a sweet tribute picture.

Leading the tributes was Gwyneth's longtime friend, fashion writer Derek Blasberg, who shared a sizzling bikini snap of the actress posing with his family while he marveled 'this is 50!'

The Iron Man star looked sensational in a tiny navy two-piece that showcased her toned abs as she posed between Derek, his partner Nick Brown and their twins.

Last week Gwyneth penned a candid essay about her aging as she told how she has 'accepted her body and let go of the need to be perfect' ahead of reaching her milestone birthday.

Elsewhere in the extract, she opened up about owning her past mistakes, learning to set boundaries and her hopes for her future.

The section about her aging reads: 'My body, a map of the evidence of all the days, is less timeless. A collection of marks and irregularities that dog-ear the chapters. Scarred from oven burns, a finger smashed in a window long ago, the birth of a child.

'Silver hair and fine lines. The sun has left her celestial fingerprints all over me, as if she soaked a brush in dark-taupe watercolor, flecking it over my skin.

'And while I do what I can to strive for good health and longevity, to stave off weakening muscles and receding bone, I have a mantra I insert into those reckless thoughts that try to derail me: I accept.

'I accept the marks and the loosening skin, the wrinkles. I accept my body and let go of the need to be perfect, look perfect, defy gravity, defy logic, defy humanity. I accept my humanity.'

Gwyneth Paltrow is celebrating an upcoming milestone birthday in style

The actress, 49, shared a black-and-white photograph of herself jumping while wearing a bikini.

In the caption of her post, the Iron Man star wrote, "Musings on a milestone," and directed a link to her Goop blog, where she spoke candidly about her thoughts on turning 50 next week.

After looking back at both her mother Blythe Danner and father Bruce Paltrow's respective 50th birthdays, the mother of two wrote, "My body, a map of the evidence of all the days, is less timeless."

"A collection of marks and irregularities that dog-ear the chapters. Scarred from oven burns, a finger smashed in a window long ago, the birth of a child. Silver hair and fine lines," she said.

As Gwyneth Paltrow continued that she does "what I can to strive for good health and longevity, to stave off weakening muscles and receding bone," the star then wrote, "I have a mantra I insert into those reckless thoughts that try to derail me: I accept."

"I accept the marks and the loosening skin, the wrinkles. I accept my body and let go of the need to be perfect, look perfect, defy gravity, defy logic, defy humanity," she added. "I accept my humanity."

Back in October 2021, Paltrow chatted about aging and how she still struggles with her body image.

"Unfortunately, we're always looking at ourselves with a critical eye," the Goop founder explained at the time. "I would love to get to a place where I don't do that anymore."

The mom of two, 46-year-old Gwyneth Paltrow showed off her amazing body in a brand new photoshoot for the December issue of WSJ magazine and shared a number of stunning bikini snaps with her 4.9 million followers on Instagram.

On the cover of WSJ magazine, the star can be seen biting into a Popsicle for the beach-inspired photoshoot.

Gwyneth is an American actress, businesswoman, socialite, singer and food writer.  She has starred in many movies and won many awards for her performance in Shakespear in Love.
