The couple looked cozy, amid claims that the soccer star's performance has taken a hit because Goulart 'wants sex all the time.'

Bundesliga club football team Eintracht Frankfurt has reportedly been concerned that Trapp's relationship with the brunette siren is affecting his abilities as the team's star goalkeeper.

The athlete — who is six years younger than her — had a rough season and missed out on Germany's provisional Euro 2024 squad.

At the start of their relationship, when Trapp was playing for PSG, Goulart opened up about their sex life, claiming Trapp put a strict rule in place if his team lost.

'Kevin and I make love a lot — four or five times a week,' she said in a 2018 interview with YouTuber Matheus Mazzafera.

'But if he has played in an important game and his team loses, I can make myself beautiful, have my nails done and wear my best lingerie - and there still won’t be any sex,' she dished.

The couple got engaged in 2018 and have yet to tie the knot.

In a new social media post the Brazilian supermodel thanks her friends for making her 39th trip around the sun extra special, posing on a surfboard in her swimsuit. "I have the best friends ever.! Couldn't ask for anything else on my birthday. ! And thank you for all the b-day messages, felling so much love from everyone," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps.

Izabel understands the physical and mental health benefits of exercise. "I am a model professionally but I'm also an athlete, a friend, a daughter, a sister and many other things. Training has helped me overcome stress and fears to be successful in other aspects of my life," told Elle Australia. "I tell my trainers… to train me like I will become a professional in that sport. If you have focus, motivation [and] dedication, you can accomplish your goals."

Izabel controls what goes into her body by cooking her own meals when she can. "I travel a lot, but when I'm home, I cook every day," she told Elle. One thing she loves to cook? Freshly baked bread.

"The first thing I do in the morning is prepare fresh juice. I have 15 different recipes, which I drink for 15 days consecutively. Then I repeat the recipes from the beginning for the next 15 days of the month. My juices include fruit, vegetables, leafy greens, and even grains. After a workout, I have a protein drink and always keep a protein bar in my bag," she told Vogue.

"I try to keep the foods I put in my body as basic as possible: protein, carbs and vegetables. When I go out, I just try to make the healthiest choices on the menu," she told Elle about her approach to eating. "I do not believe in crazy diets [that help you] lose many kilos in just a few days. This is not good for your body," she added to Vogue.

Izabel maintains a positive outlook. "I don't wake up everyday thinking I have to look good, but I wake up everyday thinking I want to feel happy," she told Elle. "I want to walk in a room and be able to make people smile and laugh. It's all about confidence."

Izabel does lots of different workouts "My favorite outdoor activities are running, yoga, and functional training. My favorite indoor workouts are Pilates, kickboxing, functional training, and a lot of different exercises at the gym with and without weights—including TRX," she told Vogue.

"Also, I always have a jump rope, a medicine ball I can inflate, and a band in my suitcase. It's a great kit to have for travel. If you don't have a gym at your destination, no problem!"

Izabel, 38, lent back as German goalkeeper Kevin, 32, who plays for Eintracht Frankfurt, lifted her in the air using his legs.

She wore a bright red bikini with a Santa hat on the beach in the Caribbean where they are on holiday with friends.

As well as being lifted up by Kevin, Izabel did headstands and push ups on the beach.

Trapp, 32, did not feature in any of the WC matches as No1 Manuel Neuer kept his position throughout the group stage.

And Hansi Flick's men failed to progress to the last-16 as a win over Costa Rica failed to make up for the loss to Japan and draw with Spain.

Now Izabel and Trapp, who began dating in 2015 and got engaged three years later, have jetted out to St Barts for a post-World Cup holiday.

The Eintracht Frankfurt keeper is still one month out from his first club game back on January 21.

However, things turned around for her at the age of 14 when she was out shopping for groceries with her mum and a hairstylist suggested she should become a model.

Soon afterward, Goulart moved to France to build a modeling career, before returning to Brazil aged 16.

She was then spotted by Ney Alves, the current director of Major Models Brazil.

The model is currently planning her wedding to the goalkeeper.
