Kate Bosworth really enjoyed her trip to Maui

Kate Bosworth is perhaps best known for her role in the surfing movie, Blue Crush. Bosworth's recent Instagram post reminded her followers of that film. In it, she shared photos and videos from a trip to Maui. In one, she is seen swimming in the ocean, wading, and standing by the rocks. "Foreshadowing Blue Crush," commented one fan.

Bosworth shared some of her wellness secrets to Net-A-Porter.com. She says that she recently picked up meditation. "I started to meditate during the pandemic," she says. "The clarity, focus and discipline this practice has given me to stay in the moment has hugely transformed my life. I rarely skip a morning and, if I do, I really feel it. I love the Ten Percent Happier app – it's meditation for sceptics like me."

Bosworth makes sure to stay hydrated. Especially when she travels. "I consume a lot of herbal tea (like peppermint) and tons of water," she says to Net-A-Porter.com. "Rather than too much caffeine. The goal is to stay hydrated for more energy rather than relying on a quick fix."

Bosworth shared some of her diet secrets to Net-A-Porter.com. She says that she likes to put herself on a schedule when it comes to meals. Specifically, she eats certain foods at certain times. "I also try to eat the right meal at the right time," Bosworth explains. "Even though my stomach may be craving breakfast for dinner. Getting your body on a schedule right away helps."

Bosworth tells Net-A-Porter.com that she believes in balance when it comes to food. She says that she still indulges from time to time. "I'm pretty easy and instinctive with food," she explains. "I eat what makes me feel good. And, sometimes, that means indulging in something ridiculous at the right moment."

Bosworth opened up about her approach to fitness in an interview with SELF. She says that she doesn't pressure herself to workout for a certain amount of time. Bosworth says that she makes sure to do what she can and what she feels is best. "I had a hard time with my exercise routine," she says. "Because I felt like it had to be an hour, and it had to be really rigorous and intense. Then, I realized you can go down and get on the treadmill for 20 minutes, and you've done something."

The blonde actress showed off her abs and sculpted arms while in a tiny blue bikini as she rode bareback on a horse.

The looker starred in the 2002 film where she lived in a beach shack with three roommates including her rebellious younger sister.

Incredibly, Kate looks as just as good now as she did when she was a teen making the movie.

Her personal life had some big changes last year.

The blonde beauty announced her split from 51-year-old husband Michael Polish in August 2021.

Kate and Michael were married for eight years and had no children together.

Kate has been busy with her new reported boyfriend, Justin Long, just four months after her split from her husband.

A reporter said 'the two met while filming a movie in Fayetteville, Ark., earlier this year.'
