Married At First Sight's Martha Kalifatidis made people jealous on Monday by stripping down to a bikini for a swim in the Mediterranean Sea.

The 34-year-old, who is on holiday in Italy, showcased her incredible figure in a black string two-piece as she held up her hand to shield her eyes from the sun.

Martha celebrated her 34th birthday in Italy with Michael just a few days ago.

The brunette bombshell star posted a gallery of photos to Instagram from her 'humble' celebrations.

'A very humble 34th birthday. It was perfect, I'm so happy my heart could explode,' she wrote in the caption.

Martha Kalifatidis has shared some holiday snaps from the romantic sojourn.

The Married At First Sight star stripped down to a bikini to relax by the pool at the couple's lavish hotel.

After revealing Michael asked her to pack her favorite pink swimsuit for the short trip, Martha flaunted her curves in a strapless chocolate two-piece featuring high-waisted bottoms.

She accessorized with her diamond choker necklace and went makeup-free for the sunbaking session.

Last week Martha revealed that she and Michael once discussed the idea of an open relationship.

She explained they spoke about it after radio host Abbie Chatfield announced she was in an open relationship with her boyfriend Konrad Bień-Stephen.

Martha said Michael once asked for her thoughts on the subject, but they decided the polyamorous lifestyle just wasn't for them.

'Michael and I spoke about this, not because we were wanting to explore it, but you know Abbie is in an open relationship. We follow Abbie and love Abbie. She announced it,' Martha said.

'Michael was like, "Good for her. I don't know if I could do it, but what do you think?" This was his way of tip-toeing around asking me. I was like, "I don't know if it's for me. I don't know."'

Martha Kalifatidis said she is too embarrassed to post pictures of her toes

Martha Kalifatidis shot to fame when she appeared on Married at First Sight Australia.

But despite regularly uploading racy pictures on social media, Martha says she can't handle trolls commenting on her feet.

Speaking to News Au, the former reality star said: "I'm embarrassed now to take a photo with my toes in it because I had photos with my feet in it and people just went on and on about it.

"I'm like, 'they're feet man, when would they ever look good?' They're feet."

Opening up about how her large Instagram following has affected her confidence, Martha added: "I feel like me a year ago or two years ago, I did have so much more self-esteem and I was probably a little bit more confident.

"I'd just be in a bikini and I wouldn't care but now I feel like people are going to really try and tear me to shreds."

As a result of the scrutiny she faces from followers, Martha admitted to editing her photos and insisted it's simply part of what makes it "aesthetic".

She said: "I feel like every single image that you see in a magazine or anywhere, any iconic photo you've seen, that you've saved, that you've liked, it's been edited.

"It's just part of making an aesthetic photo. Who wants to see pores in a photo? I don't."

She has already admitted to having a breast augmentation, nose job, Botox and fillers in her quest to resemble Kim Kardashian. 

But it seems Married At First Sight's Martha Kalifatidis is still not happy with her appearance, as she looked almost unrecognizable in a selfie shared to Instagram on Tuesday. 

The 30-year-old makeup artist posed in the same black bikini she wore on her honeymoon to Michael Brunelli, but the social media version was heavily airbrushed.

In the Instagram photo, Martha's lips appear noticeably plumper and her breasts look larger. She also sports a much darker tan than in real life.

She told Monday's NW magazine: 'I don't have fillers in my lips - but I do have them in other places on my face. And I've had my boobs done.'

"I do Botox but I like to keep it really understated and natural, so I don't like to look like I've had anything done. If you can tell you've had it done, then it's gone wrong," she added.
