Anais Zanotti shows off her killer bikini body

Fitness model, coach, and plant based nutrition guru, Anaïs Zanotti, helps women (especially over 40) reach their health goals. On Instagram, Anaïs posted a photo of her looking confident, on a slideshow of tips and advice to keep you on track, even during the holidays. "With Thanksgiving ? and Christmas ? just around the corner, it's easy to feel tempted to hit pause on your health and fitness journey and wait until January to start fresh. But here's the truth: summer bodies are built in the winter. ?❄ True transformation happens when you maintain your progress all year long," she said. 

She finds ways to challenge herself in the gym, avoiding getting too comfortable with her workouts. "When it comes to lifting weights, challenging yourself is key! I follow the rule of 3: your last 3 reps should be tough—almost at your limit—but still with perfect form. If your muscles aren't burning or you feel too comfortable, chances are you're not pushing hard enough to see real results," she said on Instagram. "For us ladies over 40, maintaining muscle is even more important because our bodies naturally start losing it if we don't give them a reason to keep it. That's why effective, challenging training is a must. It's not about working harder—it's about working smarter."

She focuses on her back muscles during workouts. "Hey ladies! If you're aiming for that curvy, toned hourglass body ⏳, don't skip back day! A strong back gives the illusion of a smaller waist and adds balance with nice shoulders, a V-shaped back, and firm glutes," she said on an Instagram video.

She works on strengthening her lower body. "I always start with 4 sets of Barbell Hip Thrusts, paired with some band abductions to activate those glutes," she said on a video on Instagram. "This routine is geared more towards advanced lifters, but feel free to take inspiration for your own workouts. I love sharing my personal routine, but keep in mind that every one of my clients has different goals and is at a different stage in their fitness journey."

She's dedicated to a healthy lifestyle and eating a vegan diet. "I've been thriving on a vegan diet for the past 8 years. At 42, I'm stronger and more vibrant than ever! ??Many people think you can't build muscle on a plant-based diet, but I'm here to bust that myth! I eat around 160 grams of plant-based protein every day and have no muscle deficiencies. ?Here's what my daily protein intake looks like: ? Tofu & Tempeh ? Lentils & Chickpeas ? Nuts & Seeds ?Quinoa & Buckwheat ? Plant-based protein powders in my morning oats. I also use, pea crumble, TVP, Fava bean tofu, Pumfu and Seitan. Remember, it's all about the right balance and dedication. If I can do it, so can you," she said on Instagram.

She incorporates plenty of protein into her diet. "Ladies, did you know that getting enough protein is crucial as we age, especially for us women over 40? Protein helps maintain muscle mass, supports metabolism, and keeps our bodies strong and vibrant," she said on Instagram. According to Piedmont, "while you may watch your calories, sugar and salt intake, you should also make sure you are ingesting enough protein. It plays a key role in the creation and maintenance of every cell in our bodies. It fuels our cells and powers our bodies."

Laysla De Oliveira shows off her amazing body

Laysla De Oliveira is giving her fans a glimpse at the latest episode of her show. In a new social media post the actress shows off her amazing body in a two-piece workout set while shooting bad guys. "CRUZin at @tarantactical ?All new episode of @lionesspplus out today❤️‍?," she captioned the Instagram clip.

Laysla "completely transformed" her body for her show. "I was just a yoga girl before this," she told Who. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

What kind of training did she do to get into shape for her show? "They put me through a lot of training. I went to a gym in LA called Unbreakable and they taught me some great hand-to-hand combat and they started my strength training … I was wrestling fully grown men by the time I was done," she said, adding that it took "about three months," to get into shape. "It was incredible. By the time I was done, I was feeling pretty invincible," she says.

Laysla loves coffee. "Good morning, I just wanted to say that a good hand model never reveals her secrets ??," she captioned a photo of herself drinking out of a cup.According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Laysla gets her steps in with the help of her pooch. "Lately," she captioned a photo of herself walking her dog. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Laysla enjoys red wine. Here she is holding a glass in Mallorca. "Red wine, in moderation, has long been thought of as heart healthy," says the Mayo Clinic. "The alcohol and certain substances in red wine called antioxidants may help prevent coronary artery disease, the condition that leads to heart attacks."

Fitness Model Natacha Oceane shows off her famous figure

Natascha Oceane is doing a kneeling jump while on vacay in her workout gear. In a new social media post the fitness model takes a break from sightseeing in Japan to get her sweat on, showing off her famous figure in a two-piece exercise set. "Happy you are enjoying life ?" commented one of her followers.

In her new post, Natascha hikes Mount Fuji. "Found a big, old volcano so ofc we had to go take a little look inside the crater and you'll never guess what we found ??????," she captioned the post. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

Building stronger muscles and bones

Improving your sense of balance

Improving your heart health

Natacha is one of the many fitness experts who relies on cold plunging to help with muscle recovery. There is limited research supporting the benefits of cold plunges, which may include easing sore muscles, bringing body temperature down, increased focus, improved sleep, and decreased inflammation, per the Cleveland Clinic. However, a 2021 study found that cold water immersion therapy promotes basic post-sport recovery.

When it comes to cardio, cycling is one of Oceane's main forms of fitness. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

Oceane is also a runner. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.

In one post Natacha discusses how plyometric workouts are super effective. "Plyometric (v low ground contact time) and explosive (near maximal force in *every* rep) exercises are huge for moving more like an athlete: more power, fast twitch muscle fibres, better running economy, stronger bones, fewer injuries etc etc ?? So they're always staples for functional development, alongside all ya classics like squats, lunges + hip hinges ofc," she says, revealing some of her "fave, more accessible movements to sprinkle into lower body days!"

Snap step-up and knee drive (10 reps/side x 3): pause between reps if it helps you maintain your balance: all that matters is that we're really *snapping* forcefully downwards+upwards together

Multidirectional skater hops (30s x 3): stay up on your toes to minimise ground contact time. Slow it all down to start and once you've found your rhythm you'll be unstoppable ?

Weighted snap step-up and knee drive (8-12 reps/side x 3): just like before but on a smith so we can focus a little less on stabilisation and instead max out our power generation. A light weight works: we still want <1 second knee drives

Pogo hops to box jump (30s x 3): quick, low pogo hops (staying up on the toes and without much knee flexion) straight into a box jump

Explosive quarter squats (15 x 3): full-range barbell squats are king but explosive low-range squats all the way up into a calf extension can really help with sprinting, accelerating, vertical jump and just becoming ✨dynamic✨

Rapid single leg calf raises (10-15 per side x 3): speedy down, speedy up! I do mine with my non-working knee up to help minimise knee flexion ?️‍♀️

DB hang power clean (15 x 3): extend at the hips (drive them forwards) quickly and snap up. Land with slightly bent knees if you're going for heavier weight!

Sprints: >80% sprints (so generally <30seconds) with +1min of rest to really target your power.

Fitness Model Chloe Ting shows off her fit figure

Chloe Ting is sharing a motivational message with her followers – in her two-piece workout gear. In a new social media post the fitness model and influencer shows off her fit figure in a two-piece workout set while sharing some inspiring before-and-after images of her clients. "When you're on a fitness journey, sometimes you might get demotivated, especially when life/work/stress gets in the way. It's hard to stay focus on your journey without getting overwhelmed. A gentle reminder that you're doing OK! Be kind to yourself and don't feel guilty.

You're trying and doing your best and that's what matters. Remember that results take time and focus on doing what you can each day. So super proud of these girls and they did an amazing job with their journey. I'm sure they had their struggles too, and it took them time. You'll reach your goals in time as well and remember that you're not alone!" she captioned the Instagram video. How does she approach exercise? Here are her top fitness tips.

Starting on a fitness plan, "can be very overwhelming as there are things to consider such as your diet, your form, your consistency," says Ting. She recommends that beginners start by changing their mindset. "You need to be committed to this and be able to identify what is possible for you today and what is your limit. Some people go cold turkey and jump on a diet or start intense exercises, and there's no sustainability with that. Start small, make incremental changes, and build strength over time and it's all a gradual process," she tells Her World.

Chloe wasn't in a good place mentally when she discovered fitness. "I suffered from panic attacks and anxiety, and also had a history of being bullied at work so I ended up taking a break from work," she told Her World. "With more time to spend on self-care, I gained an interest in fitness and I was just drawn to getting myself physically stronger. This then had a huge positive impact on my mental health. Besides that, I've also suffered from gut-related health issues, which have impacted my quality of life, but thankfully I'm in a better place now, both mentally and physically, and using my platform to spread positivity and self-love."

Find ways to motivate yourself, Chloe suggests. "It's become a routine for me to work out in the morning, and checking that off early in the day makes me feel accomplished as I move on to my next task of the day," Chloe adds. "I think everyone's strategy to stay motivated is a little different. You have to identify what would work for you and give yourself time to build up that familiarity in your schedule so that it becomes a natural routine."

Chloe is a big advocate of walking. "Waited a year for this! So glad to walk around the lake with 9,572,480 people..and oh the flowers were beautiful! ??Where are the best spots to see cherry blossoms in South Korea?! This one was pretty breathtaking!" she captioned a post.

Weightlifting is a key part of Chloe's routine, with dumbbells at the core of it. "Dumbbells would be quite useful for this challenge. If your goal is to grow some muscles then it will be necessary to make each week more challenging, and also eating more to fuel muscle growth. If you're new to working out, then you can do this program without dumbbells first, and progress to add some weights if you wish to!" says Chloe in a video.

Sofía Vergara Poses in Itty-Bitty Black Bikini on Beach Day

Sofía Vergara is kicking off the winter season with some relaxation time at the beach—and she surely looks good while doing it.

In new photos shared to social media on Thursday, Nov. 28, the Modern Family alum showed off her beach body while rocking an itty-bitty black bikini that had her fans practically drooling in the comments.

"Second round at the beach today???," Vergara, 52, wrote in the caption of her sizzling Instagram photos, which showed her striking a pose with both of her hands in her hair as she modeled the busty black swimsuit.

Per usual, fans of the America's Got Talent host were instantly infatuated with the snaps, with one user on Instagram declaring her as "body goalsss [sic]" as she flaunted her curvy physique while relaxing in the sand.

"The woman you are Sofia Vergara??," another one of her admirers commented, while someone else wanted to know, "how can you be this stunning?"

Other users couldn't help but notice how youthful Vergara still looks, with one person saying she looks even "better with the years."

It's not clear where exactly Vergara has been vacationing lately, but the location certainly made for a tropical Thanksgiving Day for the actress and several members of her extended family.

You increase resistance in different ways, depending on the type of band you're using."

Bieber opened up about her favorite workouts in an interview with E! Online. She says that she loves doing Pilates. "It was very jarring to go from a busy lifestyle where I'm constantly moving to complete standstill, so I gave myself a quarantine workout routine. I used to be a dancer, so I love Pilates because it really elongates and strengthens my muscles. That's probably my favorite workout."

Bieber shared her skincare routine in an interview with OBB Pictures. She says that she makes sure to use a cleanser. "I started [oil cleansing] during quarantine, and it has honestly made the biggest difference in my skin. So that's how I take my makeup off now. I don't do it any other way. I like cleansers that don't get super super foamy. I prefer something that's like a milkier, hydrating, nourishing wash. I never like for my skin to feel dry and stripped and tight after I wash it."

Bieber loves to swim to keep herself in shape. She tells E! Online that swimming is also a big part of her skincare routine. "My skin feels the best when I've been in the ocean. Salt water is the best skin healer for me, and I've found that nature can be the most soothing for my sensitive skin."

Molly Sims put her incredible figure on display as she shared sizzling bikini snaps from her getaway to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico on Monday.

The actress turned influencer, 51, rocked a tangerine two-piece that showed off her washboard abs and ample cleavage in images shared to her Instagram.

The blonde beauty — whose father passed away in October — accessorized with aviator sunglasses and a number of gold accessories.

The mother-of-three opted for a minimal makeup look while heading out to soak up the sun.

Another photo captured her tanned legs as she lounged by her pool, overlooking the ocean.

The star also shared a glimpse of her vacation wardrobe, including a white lace mini dress that showed off her long legs.

In April, Molly revealed she 'pretty much' starved herself after being told she was 'too fat' during her early days as a model.

She entered the profession in the 1990s during the 'heroin chic' era typified by supermodels like Kate Moss and Gia Carangi.

After dropping out of college, Molly ventured into the fashion industry, only to be admonished for her weight and her 'crooked' nose.

Having grown up in Kentucky where 'all they did was cook,' she began restricting her eating until she 'got down to pretty skinny, to pretty thin.'

She made the candid remarks in an episode of the podcast Getting Grilled With Curtis Stone.

Molly became a star in the early 2000s in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, but her journey to success was far from a smooth glide.

One of the early problems she encountered in the 1990s was that she would be upbraided for what she described as her 'very' crooked nose.

Photographers kept asking her to 'move a little bit' to the left or right, and when she eventually asked: 'Is there something wrong?' she was informed: 'Your nose is crooked. You're not symmetrical.'

As her career progressed, the 5'10" beauty was criticized for being 'too fat, too big, too blonde, too dark. I mean, it was definitely a stressful time, which I think, you know, in terms of like, you know, food, it became very difficult.'

Molly noted that she grew up in a 'very Southern' family with a mother and aunts who fed her meals like grits and chicken, plus desserts like cakes and pies.

When she became a model, the 'transition' in her diet was difficult for her to undergo 'because I never really thought about food.'

Nowadays, the YSE Beauty owner is now known promoting the benefits of a healthy and balanced diet and has joined a list of stars who have launched their own Erewhon smoothie.

I'm on my way to my first high altitude training camp where I'll join an international 800m group to train alongside great athletes where I can learn a lot. Bella Hadid Brings Summer Back With a Bikini photos

Temperatures may be dropping for those of us in the northern hemisphere, but that’s not going to stop Bella Hadid from reliving a summer fantasy.

Fresh off a trip to Dubai—where the supermodel launched the grand reopening of Chopard’s Dubai Mall boutique—Hadid shared several sun-kissed photos via Instagram.

The first snap captures Hadid reclining on a bamboo lounge chair in an outdoor cabana, looking bronzed and tanned in a black triangle bikini. The top has razor-thin spaghetti straps and black circular rings attached to the center, while the bottoms feature a high-rise silhouette. She accessorized sparingly, wearing a simple gold chain pendant necklace and pulling her hair back in a messy bun.

Elsewhere in the post, the Chopard ambassador soaked up some sun while wearing a blue gingham bikini top from Frankies Bikinis with navy-blue trim. "I'm in the gym usually every day and do a lot of specific exercises for legs to keep them strong. While cardio alone won't keep you toned, I walk on a treadmill at a high incline, climb on the StairMaster, and do lots of quick intervals. With the incline walking, I'll do 12 to 15 incline at a 3 to 4 mile-per-hour pace. Even if you jog or run for five minutes on a super high incline, it's still pretty hard!

For Ashley, training means doing a lot of different workouts. She shared her routine in her Cosmopolitan interview. "I'll usually do between 30 and 45 minutes of cardio, and 30 to 45 minutes of strength training, plyometrics, Pilates, and stretching. A good playlist makes your workout go by faster. It's painful to be in the gym without music. I literally can't even!"

Ashley shared how she warms up before competitions in her Cosmopolitan interview. "Before an event I try to get my heart rate up by jumping around, running in place, and stretching. I don't want to run up and down the beach because when I go into a heat, it's 15 to 20 minutes of nonstop intensity. You don't want to go into that tired. I just want to get the blood flowing to get ready. I'm not dancing in my mind; I'm in my own world. I just bounce around to get loose. I just kind of vibe."

Ashley does a lot of lower body workouts to keep herself in shape. One thing she likes to do are squats. Ashley shared this video on Instagram of herself doing them on a bosu ball. Piedmont states that squats are very beneficial. "Squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back. A squat has more overall benefits than, say, a bicep curl, which strengthens an isolated area."

The oldest Kansas City Chiefs heiress Gracie Hunt took a nice little mid-week vacation to warm Mexico before the team plays in frigid Buffalo this weekend.

Hurdler and Model Michelle Jenneke flaunts her toned figure

Michelle Jenneke, the dynamic hurdler known for her spirited warm-up dance, has faced an unexpected hurdle of her own. Following her inspiring return to the Olympics in 2024, Jenneke encountered an injury requiring surgery. But last month, she shared a hopeful update on Instagram, captioned simply, "Back walking." Her dedication to training shines through even amid recovery, as she revealed to Body & Soul: "I do three track sessions a week, and they can be from 2-3 hours each, which can be full on." Jenneke shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Body & Soul. In it, she shared what her training sessions on the track look like. Jenneke makes sure to do her training on a regular basis. "I do three track sessions a week, and they can be from 2-3 hours each, which can be full on. You do some warm up, a hurdle session, and then a sprint session after that."

Jenneke also shared what her gym days look like in her Body & Soul interview. She says that she does a lot of different things to stay fit. "It's a lot of heavy weights there, plus full body exercises and quite a bit of plyometric [exercises]. I start with heavy weights, and then I'll do some lighter functional circuit, towards the end. All up, that takes an hour and a half to two hours… and sometimes when I finish a session I just lie on the ground. I think to myself, 'it's just gym, why is it so hard?"

Jenneke shared her diet in her Body & Soul interview. "I actually eat a lot," she said. "I talk to my sister, and she says she has three meals a day – sometimes two if she's busy – and I'm like 'I have to eat six times a day! "It really depends on what my training day looks like, but if I've got training in the morning (which I often do at the moment) I'll have cereal generally before I go out and train. Then, I actually love having a Milo after a hard session – it's got good levels of protein and iron in it – and then I make myself a second breakfast, which could be muesli with yoghurt or bacon and eggs. Lunch is pretty basic – usually I just have a sandwich – and then for dinner I like to keep it simple. I have either some pasta or some rice with meat and veggies."

Jenneke makes sure to push herself when she trains, and that means having the right mindset and attitude toward it. She talked about the approach she takes in an interview with Kate Conklin. "I fall a lot in practice. Like, every training session. I'm always trying to push myself to go faster and do better and get as close the hurtle as I can, and when you do that, you hit them… I really like it when I fall over in training…It shows me that I'm doing the right thing."

Jenneke doesn't like to let her sport take over her life, and she makes sure to still enjoy it. "I think it is quite a big commitment, but if you think about it like that it's really going to wear you down and you're going to think about it being a big commitment and how it's taking over your life and that's not the way I like to look at it," Jenneke said on the Big Sports Breakfast. "I like to look at it as the fact that I compete in the hurdles and I train all this time because I love it so I go into all those sessions just thinking, 'It's not the hard work, I'm just going out and doing what I love.' I don't really let that weigh on me, I just try to enjoy myself."

The bubbly celebrity told Fox News creating content for Playboy helped her cope after she was diagnosed with a rare degenerative neurological disease called Spinocerebellar ataxia (SCA6).

Megan, who shot to fame on Ritchie Strahan's season of The Bachelor in 2016, admitted it's been 'a stressful period of time,' but modelling has given her something to look forward to.

'My confidence has been quite low trying to figure out your place in the world,' she said.

'I'm young and healthy, and I'm confident now but eventually, that's not always going to be there for me. I just want to embrace life right now and part of having freedom and enjoying your body is making money.'

Megan shared her heartbreaking diagnosis in an Instagram post back in January, while assuring fans she's remaining optimistic.

Spinocerebellar ataxia type 6 (SCA6) is a neurological condition characterised by late onset, slowly progressive problems with movement.

Symptoms of SCA6 can include struggling with coordination, stumbling, imbalance and in some cases, slurred speech.

The rare disorder, which affects 1 in 100,000, is not curable and there is no specific treatment to delay or halt its progression.

However, there are various therapies that can help to manage symptoms.

Last month, Hadid made a rare public appearance on the runway at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, after taking a break from modeling. The star explained her reasoning behind that decision to Allure back in April.

“After 10 years of modeling, I realized I was putting so much energy and love and effort into something that, in the long run, wasn’t necessarily giving it back to me,” she said. She moved to Texas, where her boyfriend, cowboy Adan Banuelos, lives.

That life further away from the spotlight has suited her well. “For the first time now, I’m not putting on a fake face,” she said. “If I don’t feel good, I won’t go. If I don’t feel good, I take time for myself. And I’ve never had the opportunity to do that or say that before. Now when anybody sees me in pictures and they say, I look happy, I genuinely am. I am feeling better; my bad days now were my old good days.”
