Molly Smith showed off her jaw-dropping figure in a tiny yellow bikini as she cosied up to her boyfriend Tom Clare for a series of snaps from their swanky Dubai getaway.

The Love Island All Stars winner, 30, turned up the heat as she displayed her washboard abs and curves in the skimpy two-piece, which she teamed with a stylish matching cover-up.

Molly embraced footballer Tom, 24, who also showcased his chiseled abs and ripped figure in a pair of black trunks.

Taking to her Instagram page, Molly gushed over the romantic holiday and penned: 'Days like these☀️ @tomclare__.'

The reality alum then shared a series of snaps, giving followers an insight into her very swanky stay Club 22 Dubai.

In one snap, Molly wore her fishtail cover-up low which showed off her sculpted abs, and rocked white shades for the sun-kissed outing.

The bombshell relaxed by an incredible infinity pool with a jaw-dropping view in the exclusive club located in Palm Jumeirah.

Meanwhile Tom poked fun at his girlfriend commenting below: 'Never a dull moment ❤️‍ where’s the video of me doing 3 backflips into a tuck 360° spin into the pool?'

Even their fellow Love Island pal Casey O'Gorman wrote: 'Tom looking very short and cute.'

The trip comes after the couple sparked engagement rumours recently - just months after they formed a sweet romance on the debut series of Love Island: All Stars in January.

The stars, who were crowned winners of the All Stars version of the ITV2 reality TV show, set tongues wagging among eagle-eyed fans as they soaked up the sun in the Indian Ocean island paradise.

Tom hinted he had popped the question to Molly as he took to his Instagram to post a mirror selfie of the pair captioning it with: 'Wifey.'

In the stunning snap, the loved-up pair both looked incredibly tanned as Tom gently placed his hand around Molly's waist for the snap.

Molly looked sensational as she showed off her enviable physique in a skimpy black bikini.

Tom went shirtless and sported a pair of black swimming shorts as he struck up a smile for the camera.

Since leaving the villa, Tom and Molly's relationship has grown from strength to strength as the pair have now moved in together in Manchester.

During an episode of Aftersun, which is hosted by Love Island presenter Maya Jama, 29, the couple were quizzed over the status of their romance.

Maya asked the both of them: 'Now I have heard you are moving in together, or have moved in already?'

In response, Tom asked: 'Moved in, yeah,' to which Molly then added: 'It started off with just a drawer [at my place] and then slowly but surely there were more and more things coming in.'

Maya then probed further by asking Molly if Tom is messy, to which she responded with: 'No he's actually not, yeah. He's actually really clean.'

Molly previously teased the idea telling Olivia Attwood, 32, on her So Wrong It's Right podcast, that the professional footballer would be moving into her home in Manchester.

Tom, who at the time lived in Battersea, London, with his best pal Casey O'Gorman, had been flitting between his home and Molly's.

Molly said at the time: 'He lives in Battersea but he's moving out. So poor Casey's probably thinking, "Oh great. I'm stealing him". But he's moving in with me in Manchester.'

'So I know people probably think like, "Oh it's quite quick", but we've practically lived together from the day we've met, and he's practically living at mine now. Slowly but surely there's been drawers getting filled up.'

Olivia said: 'So he's been moving himself in unofficially.'

Molly joked: 'Yeah, his had his little plan all along.'

The model previously lived with ex-boyfriend Callum Jones in their four-bedroom house with their two dogs, before splitting in September 2023.

Jess Gale has stunned fans with a sultry mirror snap showing off her figure in a tiny bikini.

The sun-loving islander, who returned for the All Stars season back in January, kept her face covered for a post on Instagram Stories.

Instead she chose to move peoples' attention to her curvy figure which she displayed in a mottled, golden bikini.

The swimming costume itself was embellished with huge gold buckles on her bust and on her hips to keep it in place.

Playing with her hair in the brief clip, set to Chilean musician FloyyMenor's track Gata Only, Jess boasted of her all-over bronze skin by capturing the pic Tannned - tagging fake tan brand, Solskin.

Jess, along with twin sister Eve, is currently partying it up in Ibiza, where other islanders including Kady McDermott, Ella Barnes, and Liv Hawkins are also staying.

Promoting fashion brand Shein, Jess was seen beaming as she posed for another selection of pics in a olive green bikini while enjoying the getaway.

The new pics come shortly after Jess opened up about her time on Love Island All Stars, and the feud that seemingly sparked in the aftermath.

Last month, Georgia Steel, 26, was notably absent from a reunion dinner with All Stars winner Molly Smith, twins Jess and Eve, Arabella Chi, Kaz Kamwi and Joanna Chimonides.

Eve and Jess, 24, later both took to the Ami Charlize's Private Story podcast to address what really happened - insisting it just "worked out that way" after a spur of the moment get together.

Jess explained: "From the outside, I can see how it would look, like it was this big plan that was arranged but it just kind of happened."

Eve added: "So many other people weren't there - Hannah wasn't there, Georgia Harrison wasn't there, Sophie wasn't there, Demi wasn't there.

"It wasn't like every Love Island girl but Georgia.

"I feel like because people already know about how there was a clash between Georgia and Molly, everyone's like 'oh my god, there's a big drama,' but everyone's actually cool in that villa.

"All of us girls, we do get along, there's obviously people who are closer than others but there's no massive beef or anything."

Molly Smith wowed in a white bikini as she showed off her enviable figure.

The Love Island star, who is currently coupled up with Tom Clare while her ex Callum Jones watches on, sported a Grace Jacob 'Coconut' bikini while sipping on a fresh coconut. The white swimwear set boasted flecks of gold and Molly finished off the look with a delicate necklace.

Molly shot to fame on Love Island in 2020 after stealing Callum's heart in Casa Amor, leading to him returning to the villa with Molly on his arm, breaking the heart of existing partner Shaughna Phillips.

The Love Island star admitted in 2021 that she had undergone a breast enlargement as she revealed she "couldn't be any happier with the results". She said at the time: "I feel so much more confident in my personal life and in my modelling work now.

"Everything from the breast size to the profile is perfect for me and I couldn't be any happier with the results... When I was on holiday, I couldn't wait to put my bikinis on – in the past, I was always trying to add more padding to them!...

"Clothes-wise, I didn't feel restricted at all like I used to. I wore backless dresses and didn't have the worry about stick-on bras... I only packed one bra which I didn't even end up wearing! 'I'm over the moon with my results, I wish I'd have done it sooner."

Meanwhile, in the upcoming instalment of Love Island on Friday, the Islanders have to choose which boy and girl they'd like to dump from the villa.

Struggling to decide, the Islanders debate over who should be sent home. Georgia H says: “I just said my opinion, is that not ok? It wasn’t an accusation, it was an opinion.” Molly says: “This is ridiculous. We’ve literally gone round and round in circles.”

Later in tonight's episode, Molly and Tom head out on a romantic date together. In the sneak peak, Molly receives a text and reads: “Molly and Tom, it’s time to head out on a date, please get ready to leave the Villa. #WhatAView #JustTheTwoOfUs”

With the stunning South African scenery behind them, what better setting for a romantic first date. As the pair enjoy spending some quality time together as the sun sets, Tom says: “To be fair Mol, you’ve probably ticked every single box I’m looking for, I'm not gonna lie and I think that’s what took me by surprise.”

As the two look to the future, Molly says: “I wouldn’t entertain it if I didn’t see this being something serious on the outside…” With Tom’s plans to move back up north, have the stars aligned for the pair to continue their blossoming relationship outside of the Villa?

Smith doesn't just turn to professional help with her fitness. She also likes to turn to help for her diet. In her Instagram stories, she says that she works with a nutritionist to help her stay healthy. "Also @francisdiet has helped me to understand food and maintain a healthier lifestyle," she says. "I've actually never eaten so much."

Smith shares a lot of her favorite workouts. One thing she likes to do is high-intensity interval training, or HIIT. Smith appeared in this workout YouTube video for The HIIT Company. "There are four rounds with a brutal finisher," she describes at the beginning of the video. Ace Fitness states that HIIT has a lot of benefits. "Anaerobic interval training uses the body's reserves of energy and, after a workout, metabolism stays elevated and continues to burn calories for hours after the workout. This is due to something called the excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC) effect. With HIIT, you not only burn a lot of calories during the workout, but because of the high intensity you will continue to burn calories as your body replaces energy and repairs muscle proteins damaged during exercise."

Smith uses a lot of equipment when she works out. One thing she likes to use are boxes and platforms. In her HIIT video, Smith is seen doing all her exercises with a platform on each side. She is seen doing traditional workouts like box jumps, squat jumps, and lateral twists. She also uses them for burpees and sprints.

Molly Smith Shares "Perfect Way to Start the Year"

Love Island star Molly Smith is having a nice, relaxing start to 2023, judging by her social media updates. Smith posted a series of pictures of herself wearing a tiny orange bikini, holding a champagne flute and posing in a hot tub. "Perfect way to start the year ?," she captioned the post.

Smith works hard on her abs—and it shows. She shared a video on Instagram detailing her typical ab workout, and it's not for the faint of heart. "Alt. Hanging Knee Raises: 3 x 20, Flutter Kicks: 3 x 40, Lying Leg Raises: 3 x 15, Scissor Kicks: 3 x 20, Hanging Knee Raises: 3 x 10," she captioned the video. "Can I have your abs please," an admiring commenter wrote.

Smith loves using resistance bands for her ab and glute workouts. "You can loop them around your legs or arms, and they come in all different shapes and sizes. Like weights, they have different resistances to make your workout easier or harder," says personal trainer Jen Skym. "Resistance bands recruit the 'stabilizer' muscles – this muscle group is significant because it supports our larger muscles and joints when we move, and helps reduce the risk of injury. So they are a safe and low-impact option for older people, and are often used for rehabilitation."

Smith incorporates plenty of weight lifting into her exercise routine. Weight lifting can transform your physique even if no weight is lost. "People say, kind of surprised, 'Well, I haven't lost weight, but I'm wearing different pant sizes.' If we didn't have scales, just had full-length mirrors, people would do a much better job of deciding what kind of exercise they should do or not do," says fitness researcher Dr. Wayne Westcott.

Smith takes care of her skin, enjoying spa treatments such as glycolic peels. "Glycolic peels have some amazing benefits. By removing those dull, damaged layers and dead skin cells, you can address skin concerns like hyperpigmentation, photoaging, scars, uneven skin tones, fine lines, wrinkles, and even clear up acne," says Ife Rodney, MD, FAAD. "It also stimulates collagen production and keeps excess oil at bay, giving you healthier skin for longer. It's a procedure I recommend to my patients often, especially if they've struggled with skin discoloration or simply want more youthful, glowing skin."

Smith loves running in the fresh air. "I think people have a love-hate relationship with running because it can be intimidating to start," says Peloton tread instructor Jess Sims. "And to that I say, just start! Take some pressure off yourself. Running reduces stress because you need to be super present while doing it. I use running as a form of meditation, in which I really focus on my breath, sometimes even saying a mantra on the inhales and exhales. Running also allows me to separate myself from the other stresses of the day, giving me an opportunity to focus on bettering myself and enjoying a fun playlist."

The former Love Island star, 27, looked sensational as she posed on the beach in Cancun in the leopard print swimwear which left little to the imagination.

Molly Smith showcased her taut abs as she gazed off into the distance, captioning the snaps: 'Can someone fly my dogs over to me so I don’t have to come home?'

Molly wore a chain around her neck and had perfectly painted nails on her hands and feet.

Molly has previously spoken out about her cosmetic surgery after she admitted that she had been trolled over the size of her breasts.

The reality star, who previously vowed not to have surgery, went under the knife last month at Transform Hospital Group.

Last year, Molly told she had never gone through surgery and said: 'I've never had any surgery or cosmetic surgery or anything. Nothing against those who do, I just personally don't want it.'
