Scherzinger swears by massages and cold showers for self-care. "I like a deep tissue massage by a strong woman!" she says. "And for a quick fix, hot yoga, a cold shower, and an espresso shot. I like working out as much as possible, as it helps to set my mind straight for the day. The endorphins are great. I'm also very much about eating what you want, within moderation. You've got to enjoy yourself, right?"

Scherzinger is thrilled at how diverse the health and beauty industry has become. "Growing up was hard for me, I didn't really fit in especially with my skin color. But now it's a melting pot and everyone's mixed," she says. "I love how diverse it is. I didn't think that my skin tone used to be matched by brands, but now brands like Armani and Dolce & Gabbana and YSL who were typically more light in tone now have more orange tones and the right pigment to suit my skin tone and other exotic skin tones as well. I'm really excited about it."

Usually she does HIIT and HIIT with weights, like running on the treadmill and then doing circuit, then more cardio, then another circuit. "I feel like I get more results that way," she explained. She works out three to six times per week.

Nicole is always up for trying new workouts. "I love doing everything from SoulCycle spinning and climbing to boxing and dance cardio," she told the publication. "It's really good to always keep your body guessing and to always switch it up."

Nicole gives herself breaks from her intense workout routines. Around the holidays she didn't hit her HIIT circuit so hard. "I call it my hibernating period," she explained. "During this time, it's all about balance and moderation."

When she isn't following her HIIT routine, you can find Nicole going on long outdoor walks. "You can't grind all the time, you need that balance," she said.

Nicole maintains that drinking tea also keeps her looking and feeling great. She recently partnered with VAHDAM Teas.

Nicole also practices time-restricted eating. "I'm not on the grind as much with my workouts, so I'm intermittent fasting," she told the publication. When she walks up she drinks a lot of water and tea. ."I wake up and have a cup of tea, usually [VAHDAM's] Mint Melody Green Tea or their Turmeric Spiced Herbal Tea, and then I usually won't eat until the afternoon," she said.

While Nicole skips breakfast, she eats breakfast food for lunch. "I love eggs and gluten-free bread with a side of smoked salmon or some ham," she said. Sometimes she will add sliced cherry tomatoes. "They're just my favorite," she said. She might also have avocado or a simple salad. As for snacks, raw almonds, cherry tomatoes, snap peas, Himalayan salt popcorn, and dark chocolate—preferably with sea salt or almonds – are her go-tos. "If I have some frozen fruit laying around, I'll make an oat milk smoothie. Sometimes I'll put turmeric powder in it, which is delicious and anti-inflammatory," she added. She also loves salt and vinegar-flavored potato chips and Cheetos, but avoids puffed version and sicking to "real Cheetos or the fire hot ones." She eats dinner around 6 p.m. "It's usually like chicken and rice, fish and rice, and then a side of vegetables," she says. She also enjoys gluten-free pasta.

Other times, she might opt for a gluten-free pasta dish. Nicole has a sweet tooth and indulges in dessert, usually consuming anything with a cream cheese frosting. Scherzinger loves to work out with her friends to stay motivated. "Me and my girlfriends support each other for the gym. Because, you know, it's hard to be motivated sometimes, so when you go you push each other, we try to do different things. We'll go hiking one day and then we'll try a sculpting hot yoga class, then we'll do cardio. We just motivate each other."

Nicole Scherzinger loves yoga and does it everywhere

Practicing yoga is pretty much a way of life, and those moves you work through don’t just stay on the mat. Well, Nicole Scherzinger just showed off an impressive pose or two during an epic vacation.

The 43-year-old singer is working a string bikini for all it’s worth on the edge of an infinity pool in the Caribbean in the pics. There’s Nicole laying flat, Nicole with her booty elevated, and then Nicole totally in a bridge pose, all while looking like it’s NBD.

“WATER SIGNS,” she wrote in the caption. “As a Cancer water signs are in tune with their emotions, as well as everyone else’s. This makes them sensitive and intuitive. They are passionate, loving and very caring. Water signs are also creative and usually have a special love for the arts. What star sign are you?”

This isn’t the first time Nicole has showed off yoga poses while on her vacation. Nicole has also been doing plenty of yoga on this trip. But she mixes it up a little more when she’s back on the grind. “In a typical workout I would run on the treadmill maybe 20 mins, then try to do some squats, some sit-ups on the exercise ball, some yoga stretches,” she previously told.

She’s also into indoor cycling. And, of course, the yoga doesn’t stop when she’s not on vacation. “I like to do hot yoga—a modified version of Bikram yoga—or hiking, and core power yoga in L.A.,” she said.

Nicole eats well, too, reaching for eggs and toast for breakfast. “For lunch, I like maybe some soup or some sushi,” she said. “For dinner, anything from pasta to rice, and meats and veggies, to sushi.” Nicole also said she usually snacks on almonds, coconut water, and baby carrots.

Nicole Scherzinger revealed her enviably toned body as she lay sprawled poolside in the Caribbean

The Pussycat Dolls star also shared a collection of snaps as she performed a head stand on the white sand earlier this month.

Nicole Scherzinger stripped down to a tiny string bikini, which featured a stylish pink, purple and white floral print across the two piece.

Striking a pose, the singer placed her head and hands in the sand as she performed a head stand for the camera.

She moved her legs around to create a number of different acrobatic positions, revealing her toned abdominals and peachy behind.

She is currently in Canouan, an island in St Vincent and the Grenadines and, if its anything like the star's other holidays, fans will be able to keep up to date on her antics on her social media.

The star is currently in Canouan in the Caribbean and showcase her balancing abilities in a tiny bikini.

The singer, 43, wore a string bikini and left fans in awe over her toned midriff and amazing handstands.

"Balance is not something you find, It’s something you create," she told. "Balance is key to everything..."

Nicole Scherzinger has been relaxing and enjoying the sunshine despite being sued by the Pussycat Dolls’ founder over their comeback tour.

Band creator Robin Antin claimed in a US lawsuit that the singer is delaying the revival with cash demands.

The Dolls’ frontwoman, 43, had agreed to reunite with Ashley Roberts, Kimberly Wyatt, Carmit Bachar and Jessica Sutta before the pandemic.

But, according to the lawsuit, filed on Friday in Los Angeles Superior Court, she is now threatening to ditch the tour unless she’s given a majority share in funds and complete creative control in the relaunch.
