It´s clear model Bregje Heinen has got her teeth into serious gym work — ahead of marrying Vampire Diaries star Michael Trevino.

The 31-year-old has been showing off her fitness regime online after getting engaged in December to her beau — Tyler Lockwood in the US teen drama.

Her latest clip shows her skills in squats, lunges and skipping.

That’ll get the blood pumping.

Bregie has already modelled for the likes of Victoria’s Secret and Prada and Versace.

She also made a cameo appearance in the music video for Maroon 5’s 2012 hit single Payphone.

Bregje is also an occasional actress and has a cameo role in big-budget flick Babylon, starring Margot Robbie.

In Babylon Margot plays Nellie LaRoy — a controversial rising star based on original Hollywood It-Girl Clara Bow.

Bow bathed in champagne at lavish parties at a time when alcohol was outlawed in the US and slept with her co-stars.

The film also stars Brad Pitt, 58, and Olivia Wilde, 38, and was directed by Damien Chazelle.

Olivia Wilde heats up the beach

After a busy few months filled with dazzling on red carpets, navigating co-parenting, and trying to stay friends with her exes, it seems Olivia Wilde is taking a well-deserved break — and what better way to do so than by jetting off on a beach vacation with your bestie?

On Sunday, the actress and director shared an inside look at her tropical getaway by posting a series of black-and-white clips and photos to her Instagram Story. In the first slide, Wilde looked to be having the time of her life as she laughed in the sand while wearing a tiny black string bikini and matching black sunglasses. Joined by her friend Molly Howard, who wore a strapless cut-out one-piece suit, the pair was beaming at the camera as Howard playfully threw a handful of sand onto Olivia’s legs. Each of the women wore their slightly-damp hair down in natural beachy waves, and they skipped any major accessories — save for a necklace and a pair of earrings.

In the second slide, the duo slipped into a different set of bikinis to continue soaking up the sun beachside. While Howard opted for a dark string bikini styled with a “Members Only” hat and a pair of sunnies, Wilde sported a lighter bandeau option complete with cat-eye shades.

Although travel can serve as a great therapy dupe, Olivia’s trip comes shortly after it was revealed that she’s no longer struggling in the aftermath of her breakup with ex-boyfriend Harry Styles. According to People, a source said that the actress is currently “in a great place” following their November 2022 split and have even remained “good friends.”

“She and Harry are good friends, there's no animosity whatsoever. Plus, she's got many different directing projects in the works,” the insider shared, adding that she’s currently “focused on her kids and co-parenting with Jason [Sudeikis].”

Olivia Wilde says it was “insanity” filming scenes in her new film Don’t’ Worry Darling in a bikini and rushing back to her director’s chair

The actress, 38, said she made parts of the film still in her revealing costume and while holding her daughter and juggling news about COVID-19 shutdowns and cinematography.

“It was insane,” she told. “I would be acting in the scene, in a bikini, which is a bit weird, getting up, holding my daughter, running over to the monitor, talking to my DP (director of photography), then the other producer’s telling me about COVID shutdowns and all sorts of insanity and then sitting down, calling action and doing it again. It was wild.”

Olivia Wilde plays Bunny in the thriller, which has been plagued with bad reviews and rumors of on-set rifts.

The actress also told how she cast her five-year-old daughter, Daisy – whom she shares with her 47-year-old former partner, ‘Ted Lasso’ actor Jason Sudeikis – in a role as her character’s child in her movie.

“I was a little meaner in the movie than I would be to her. It was like the drunk 1950s version of me I guess,” she said.

“I really loved that she was seeing me in that light (as an actress/director).

“Like somewhere, subconsciously this is seeping in, that her mother is in charge and is supported by this awesome crew.”

Revealing how her Bunny character was based on her grandmother, Wilde – who has been dating 28-year-old ex-One Director singer Harry Styles for more than a year – added: “She was very well educated, she studied poetry, she was very well read, but her existence was largely based around her husband.

“And I thought, really, what it would be like to get into her skin, so thought I could, kind of, judge the lack of autonomy at the time, it also seemed like a really fabulous life, like, they partied a lot.”
