The TV presenter, 35, soaked up the sun as she treated herself to a lavish family getaway in Dubai.

The former Saturdays star added a black sarong, a cap and matching oval shades as she was captured ahead of a relaxing pool day.

The This Morning favourite shares Alaia-May, 11, as well as , Valentina Raine, seven, and Blake, four, with husband and TV alum Marvin Humes, 39.

Rochelle typically well-documented the trip on her Instagram stories and showed how excited Blake was ahead of the family vacation.

The tot is seen jumping around as they go to the flight gate, and her next story captured Alaia-May's hair with the mum gushing: 'Manifesting my daughters hair...'

Marvin was the sixth celebrity eliminated from the show, and Made in Chelsea star Sam Thompson went onto be crowned King of the Jungle, just ahead of boxer Tony Bellew and politician Nigel Farage.

The This Morning host joked that it was 'so weird' to be talking to someone else on behalf of her husband but that was the situation they were in at the time.

But Rochelle is unlikely to ever enter the jungle herself because she would 'never' want to be apart from Marvin for so long ever again.

She even confessed that she has whipped out the clip of their emotional reunion in a bid to win an argument.

According to Rochelle, the moment has 'set the barometer' for just how much they love each other and she uses it to quash any disagreement.

Meanwhile, Una Healy also enjoyed a reunion with Vanessa last week with the pair admitting it had been seven years since they last met up.

Vanessa wrote on the post: 'Can’t believe it’s been nearly 7 years since we’ve seen each other! Love you.'

Rochelle Humes is living her best life this spring break in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the television presenter shows off her fit figure in a bathing suit while vacationing in the tropics with her family. She shared the mirror selfie via her Instagram Stories.

Rochelle works out with personal trainer PMAC, Peter MacIver, doing strength training workouts. He told Hello! that they train together three times a week, for 45 to 60 minute sessions. "She also does cardio twice a week in her own time," he said. "No two workouts with me are ever the same. We might be doing the same body part but we'll do different exercises as much as possible. This keeps things new and fresh and also stops the body becoming used to certain exercises."

"When I first started [setting the alarm] for 5.30am I thought, oh my god, I don't really want to get up that early, I'll just wait for my kids to wake me up to maximise my sleep, but it means that I get more time for myself at the front of the day," Rochelle told Health & Wellbeing. She tries to get her workouts done at this time. "I don't work out every day, I do Monday-Friday no weekends. My kids wake up at 7(ish) I wake up any time between 5/6 am and get in some solo chill time (which for me means working out) before the whole house wakes up and is CHAOTIC ? I find this really sets my day up right for me mentally ? I really recommend the book the 5am club ✨" she added on Instagram.

Rochelle tries to look at exercise in a positive light. "I think I've got it wrong in the past," she admitted to Health & Wellbeing. "I used to think, I need to do this type of workout with this trainer, but actually, fitness doesn't have to be so military. Once you find the thing for you, you can enjoy it and for me, sometimes that's just a nice walk and some Pilates. Fitness is super personal and I've learned that it doesn't have to be all or nothing either."

Rochelle told Women's Fitness that she enjoys exercising outdoors and indoors. "I like a combination of the two. To be honest, I probably only ever worked out indoors before lockdown. But once we were all locked away, working out and being outdoors for an hour a day became such a treat for everybody. If you weren't outdoorsy before lockdown, you definitely were afterwards! Now, I love exercising outside, and I've even done bootcamp classes," she said.

Rochelle makes green juice – celery, cucumber, ginger and apple – daily. "In the morning I'll have a juice to start off the day – that might be a fresh orange, but from the juicer. I like apple, carrot, ginger and I actually have celery straight sometimes. It's really good for you and my skin really notices when I haven't had it," she told Hello!

"I'm always a bath girl. I use my own bath soak from My Little Coco, the Baby Mama Bath Soak. Obviously, I developed it to be exactly what I wanted to be. It was pretty self-indulgent!" Rochelle told Who What Wear. How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Singer Rochelle Humes looks superfit and beautiful

Rochelle Humes is a singer, and former member of the girl group, The Saturdays. Since then, she has started a hosting career and has written a cookbook. Humes recently shared some highlights from a past vacation on Instagram. In them, she posed on a beach in a swimsuit. Humes captioned the post, "Mentally here."

Humes shared some of her diet secrets in an interview with Hello! She says that she loves to make and drink a juice each morning. "In the morning I'll have a juice to start off the day – that might be a fresh orange, but from the juicer. I like apple, carrot, ginger and I actually have celery straight sometimes. It's really good for you and my skin really notices when I haven't had it."

Humes shared her favorite healthy meals with Hello! "I'll have overnight oats or I make banana pancakes a lot, which is literally just one banana, one egg, a handful or oats, a bit of cinnamon and mix it together, then fry it in coconut oil. I have that with some natural yoghurt and some berries on top and honey. My kids love that actually. I'm not the biggest breakfast person – I'm more about lunch and dinner. I'll have maybe a salad for lunch, but it depends where I am. Then in the evening it might be pasta… last night I had salmon and noodles and veg, like a traybake. My evening is my meal where I treat myself."

Humes works with trainer, Peter Maciver, to help her stay in shape. He talked about the workouts he does with her in an interview with Hello! "No two workouts with me are ever the same," he said. Humes shared her wellness secrets in an interview with Women's Fitness. She says that exercise is a priority for her. "The reality is I need to stay fit and healthy for my kids, but I also feel genuinely better when I'm active. When I'm busy with work and I can't work out in the way that I normally would, I notice a big difference in how I mentally and physically feel. Sometimes, doing exercise can feel like a hassle, but I really miss it when I can't do it."

Humes tells Women's Fitness that she believes in eating a balanced diet. "Life's too short not to try a bit of everything! Balance is the key to a happy life, but it can be a really hard thing to strive for because we can't control everything life throws at us. However, when it comes to food, I think it's easier than you think because you're in charge of what you put in your body. I try to make smart choices and have a healthy, balanced diet from Monday to Friday, but at the weekends I'll eat exactly what I want. If I want the cake, I'm gonna eat the cake!"

Love Island star Sophie Piper is looking back on a fantastic vacation in beautiful Croatia. The sister of singer Rochelle Humes shared pictures from her trip, including ones of her posing in a white knit bikini, and another of her wearing a hot pink bathing suit. Piper is a big fan of delicious iced matcha green tea. "Matcha is a very fine, high-quality green tea powder made from the entire leaves of tea bushes grown in the shade," says Penn Medicine. Piper enjoys skiing vacations with her friends. "Since cross-country skiing uses all your major muscle groups, it burns a lot of calories – about 900 calories per hour," says Jonathan Wisor, PhD. "This is equivalent to four KitKat bars, 10 Reese's peanut butter cups, or 300 M&Ms. And all of this is experienced in a beautiful, placid, snowy alpine environment!"

Piper swears by eight hours of sleep to look and feel her best, and admits she doesn't always make time for the gym. "To be fair, I've been slacking in the gym department," she says. "I definitely could've gone to the gym more. Beauty-wise, I have been trying to get some sun to clear out the spots but I put as much makeup on as possible. In the nighttime, I'll get dressed up but in the day, it'll be just a bit of mascara and foundation to cover up the eye bags. I feel like doing something like Love Island, you have to be confident in your body so yeah, I am confident. I am sure everyone has their lumps and bumps they try and hide!"

Piper says cosmetic surgery is not something she's interested in. "It's your own body, you can do what you want to," she says. "I wouldn't have surgery myself; I don't want it. I've got such a low pain tolerance as well; I'd be squirming around. You've got to be body confident. A few gym classes can't hurt either."

Piper takes supplements to support her health and beauty. "Biotin supplements I've literally been taking them every day," she says. "Castor oil is amazing, and this Shea Moisture Coconut and Hibiscus Curl Enhancing Smoothie – which is so so good. And some of the Cantu products I really like. It's just finding out what works for you. I'm trying to do as many hair masks as possible really."

On Instagram, the former Big Brother presenter, 51, shared a mirror selfie that displayed her toned stomach and thighs.

Her stunned followers bombarded the comments with messages telling her how amazing she looks.

Last week, Davina was called in to co-host This Morning with The Saturdays singer Rochelle Humes - and fans were all over her reunion with former Big Brother star Nikki Grahame.

The reality star, who was on the hit Channel 4 show in 2006, has suffered from anorexia since she was a child and was on to talk about a diet app aimed at children.

She explained her opposition to the app and urged viewers to "sign the petition" to get it banned.

But despite her words of wisdom, viewers seemed to have other things on their minds, gushing over her reunion with Davina and calling it "amazing".

It followed a stint on This Morning earlier this month that saw Davina forced to apologise to viewers after a caller somehow managed to swear live on air.

The unfortunate incident came about while the two hosts were running a segment about past romances.

A woman called Kristina phoned into the show to ask for advice on moving on from a past partner, but as she explained her situation she uttered the S-word.

She immediately apologised for the faux-pas and Davina assured her: "It's alright, it happens to the best of us."
