Eva Longoria just posted a swimsuit snap on Instagram that makes me wish it was summer.

Even though we are only in the early days of winter, celebrities have been beating the cold by vacationing where it's warm and sunny. Earlier this month Selena Gomez vacationed in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, and the paparazzi snapped several pics of the 30-year-old emerging from the water like a mermaid. Alexandra Daddario closed 2022 with a tropical vacation that gave all of The White Lotus vibes.

On January 24, Longoria posted what appears to be a throwback photo from last summer. She wore a white printed bikini, and the glazed-donut nail trend made a subtle appearance in her shimmery gold polish.

More recently Longoria has been in Spain. In a recently posted Instagram story, she strolls behind her four-year-old son, Santiago, as the two walked along the peaceful countryside. She also posted a picture of the two taking one of their peaceful walks with the caption “It’s giving Abbey Road ?.”

In 2005 the actor launched her own production company, UnbeliEVAble Entertainment. Since its launch, it has produced several titles, most recently Land of Women, an Apple TV+ series based on Sandra Barneda's novel of the same name. Longoria will star as the lead and sit in the producer's seat. According to Deadline, Land of Women “tells the story of Gala, a New York empty nester forced to flee her home after her husband implicates the family in financial improprieties. Joining her on the journey are her aging mother Julia and her teen daughter.”

The star shared that she is in the final two weeks of filming for the series, so she is soaking up every ounce of Spanish sun that she can get!

Selena Gomez kicked off the new year in the most lush and relaxing of ways, embarking on a beachy trip alongside several of her friends, including Brooklyn and Nicola Peltz Beckham.

She delighted fans by sharing a rare series of social media posts capturing the amazing time she had on her yacht vacation, complete with shenanigans on the beach and dips in the water.

While her followers were enamored by the entire set, it was a rare photo of her in a swimsuit that really left them all stunned.

The singer posted a picture of herself climbing aboard the yacht in a bikini, consisting of a white bandeau top paired with a high-waisted black bottom.

She looked absolutely beautiful, especially when coupled with the crystal clear water and gorgeous view of the coast behind her.

A third even added: "The last picture?" with a sweating emoji, while a fourth wrote: "She is so real, love her for that."

Selena and Nicola clearly had a ball on their getaway, and it was clear that the close friends were willing to take it a step further, even ringing in the new year in matching sparkly outfits.

In a series of photos shared with her 367m followers, Selena gushed over the custom Valentino looks that both she and Nicola had rocked on the night of the party.

"Thank @maisonvalentino for me and my angel's dresses! Felt like a fairy!" the actress captioned her post. Never one to forget her glam squad, the Only Murders in the Building star also thanked her trusty tan artist, "Oh and @isabelalysa for making us look good!"

The pair dazzled in long-sleeved silver mini dresses encrusted with glinting sequins which featured sultry backless designs, both custom-made by Italian luxury brand Valentino.

Seeing Gomez feel so powerful in one piece from Lamariette, Mingus said, “Oh, it felt good.” “It’s funny because I actually took the picture. She knew exactly what she wanted to do. And that was the first picture I took of her. She took 10, and that was the first picture. She was like, ‘That’s it.’ “

Mingus continued, “She was like, ‘I want to talk about my scar. I want it to be normal. I want it to be organic.” And that was the suit she wanted to wear. The reported “triple threat” has proved this throughout her beach vacations over the years, sharing photos from her trips with friends to Hawaii, Mexico, and the like.

Despite the challenges she has encountered surrounding her body, Selena eventually found peace with her self-image.

“When I got my kidney transplant, I remember it being very difficult at first showing my scar,” she captioned the September 2020 post. “I didn’t want it to be in photos, so I wore things that would cover it up. Now, more than ever, I feel confident in who I am and what I went through…and I’m proud of that.”

In addition to insecurities surrounding her kidney transplant scars, Selena Gomez has been vocal about her body image struggles in the past. She’s dealt with drastic fluctuations in her weight, she’s shared, due to lupus and other health issues.

“For me, I really noticed when people started attacking me for that. That got to me big time. I think for me, that really messed me up for a bit,” she said in a November 2019 videocast interview.

“But honestly, I don’t care about my weight because people about it anyway — ‘You’re too small, you’re too big, that doesn’t fit.’ B**ch, I am perfect the way I am,” the ”Same Old Love” singer said in the video.
