Lala Kent is heating up social media in her swimsuit. The reality star and mother shows off her incredible body in a black bathing suit and boots in one of her latest social media posts. "Mom's turn," she captioned an Instagram image of herself, standing in a field looking fierce. "Omg HAHAHAHAHAHAH. Also you look amazing," commented Stassi Schroeder.

Lala maintains a healthy diet. For breakfast, she will have a plain bagel with cream cheese or eggs with spinach. Then, for lunch, either a salad (with tomato, cucumber, cheese, chicken, and a creamy dressing,) or pasta from a nearby restaurant. As for dinner, she will whip something up in the kitchen, usually a lean protein, a carb, and a vegetable, she told Women's Health.

Moderation is key," Lala wrote in a recent Instagram post. "I don't like 'diets'. "Enjoy your life. Eat amazing tasting food…Every body is beautiful, and if you feel confident and happy, that is all that matters."

Lala quit drinking "Today marks 3 years of sobriety. I can't believe it," she wrote in an October 2021 Instagram post. "I'm beyond grateful for this path that God & my late father placed in front of me. I'm grateful for my sober coach & my sponsor who I consider angels. I'm grateful for the program & the men and women who have shared their stories so honestly, giving me hope and inspiration to continue to never pick up a drink again. It is one day at a time, but I will say, I have never felt so strong in my sobriety. It's the proudest thing I have ever done, aside from becoming a mother. My first priority is always my sobriety. It comes before everything- because without it, I am of no use. I love you all so much. I hope you know that."

Lala is a fan of the workout buddy system. "I'm going to be so honest. When I go into a gym, I'm like, 'What do I even do with all of these things?' I'm the type of person who has to take a friend with me who knows what they're doing or work with a trainer," she told Women's Health.

Lala trains with Jenna Willis. "She's been my trainer for a very long time and also a very dear friend," Lala told Women's Health. "If you're looking for a trainer, you have to find someone that you enjoy because it's almost like a therapy session. We're working on our body—and our mind and our soul and spirit."

Stassi Schroeder taking in the sun and fun in Cabo

The season may almost be over, but it looks like Stassi Schroeder isn't finished with her hot girl summer.

The Vanderpump Rules author got a little sun and had a ton of fun in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico to celebrate Lala Kent's birthday and things got real hot real fast.

On September 2, Stassi shared a pic while posing poolside wearing a sleek, black, one-piece swimsuit that featured a revealing low neckline and a strategic belly cut-out. Stassi topped her stunning suit off with a festive sombrero and a bold set of sunnies.

Looks like Stassi is getting all her summer vibes out while she can since she wrote,"Not on brand but f*ck it: Hot girl summer. Okay bye. Can I watch Hocus Pocus in sweats now?" Quite frankly, we support either getup for Stassi.

Brittany Cartwright is having the dream bachelorette party

Brittany Cartwright was having some fun in the sun during her bachelorette vacation in Miami, according to pictures obtained by The Daily Mail. The reality television star is set to be married to Vanderpump Rules castmate Jax Taylor later this month.

Celebrating with the future bride were Brittany’s Vanderpump Rules costars, including Stassi Schroeder, Katie Maloney-Schwartz, and Lala Kent. Stassi stunned in a red one-shoulder swimsuit, which she also paired with daisy dukes to cover up. Stassi’s boyfriend, casting agent Beau Clark, was also present for the festivities.

As reported earlier by The Inquisitr, friends of the Kentucky native have been singing praises about the bachelorette trip, saying that Brittany has been having a blast.

“She kept saying this was her dream bachelorette party,” a source close to the bride-to-be said.

However, absent from the celebrations was show boss Lisa Vanderpump. Earlier this week, Lisa decided to leave Real Housewives of Beverly Hills due to what she believed was an unfair portrayal of her character. She is also allegedly hoping to move Vanderpump Rules to another network, despite contractual obligations.

“Lisa is contractually obligated to keep VPR on Bravo until 2020 but is already thinking ahead to future seasons,” a source said, per The Daily Mail.

“Lisa believes she’s been dealt a dirty hand by Bravo after they refused to air some of her filmed philanthropic efforts this season. She’s also had it with her catty co-stars who talked… about her all season.”
