Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

Sukirti does Pilates to keep her body long and lean. "Rise and shine it's Pilates time with the lovely group," she captioned a post. Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health." It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Sukirti maintains that fitness is a choice. "Waking up early to train is hard. Pushing yourself to work out every week in the gym is hard. Rejecting fast food in modern society is even harder. Having no energy is even worse. There is the pain of sacrifice or the pain of regret. Choose ur hard. Work hard to live well," she captioned an inspiring post.

Sukirti is a tea drinker. "And another version it's tea tripping today ? #instalove #instagram #lovetea," she captioned a post. Numerous studies have shown that a variety of teas may boost your immune system, fight off inflammation, and even ward off cancer and heart disease.

"She came on and taught a skin course to my community, and she broke down why we need vitamins, why we need hyaluronic acid. Then you don't have to rely on one brand. You can be like, 'I'm just looking for these exact ingredients.' It puts the power back in your hands."

Ren tells Glamour that she makes sure to cleanse her face. "I use two facial cleansers: One of them is the Sensi Wash by Sonya Dakar, and the other one is the Blueberry Rebalancing 5.5 Cleanser from Innisfree. The Sensi wash is made with oat milk, so it has this milky feel. That doesn't actually get the makeup off; it just cleanses my face. If have makeup on, I use something soapy that's going to get rid of everything and that's the Innisfree."

Ren shared her favorite moisturizers with Glamour. "After serums, I use the Stem Cell Transformer, which is an antiaging cream. I just got on it. It's also by Sonya Dakar, and I think she said I can start it around 24, which is how old I am. For my neck, I started using the SBLA Wand—I don't really know if it works, but I like to try things. It's this sculpting thing; you put it on your neck and under your chin and stuff, and it uses collagen tightening and metabolic melting, because our necks are the first parts of our body that you can really start to see aging. I wanted to start a treatment early, and I'm just trying this now. I use it every night just before bed time. I feel like we neglect our chest and our necks, but our chest is more sensitive than our face."

Ren shared her daily routine in an interview with Grazia. She says that she works out in the mornings, and shared her favorite ones. "Starting my day off with a workout helps me to be my most productive self. I have been a ballerina for 20 years, so ballet is my first love when it comes to movement. I also love long walks and hikes, yoga, and surfing. For me, when I can move through an activity that I love, I enjoy the time spent doing it rather than it feeling like something I need to check off of my to-do list."

In fact, I'll drink a glass of red wine with dinner most nights, and two or three times a week I'll have a cup of tea and a cupcake with Anja, who's as obsessed with red velvet as I am."

Padma Lakshmi is heating up social media in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the Top Chef beauty shows off her amazing body in a black bathing suit while vacationing in the tropics. Padma works out nearly every day. She spends 90 minutes, five times a week at the gym. She starts with 35 minutes of cardio ( like jumping rope for 2,000 strokes) and then adds strength training (lifting weights, classic squats, lunges, and dumbbell curls) two or three times a week. She also enlists the help of Tony, her personal trainer. "He's there to watch my form, and he spends most of his time telling me not to do something," she told Women's Health. Sometimes she will do even more cardio – 30 minutes on the elliptical, treadmill, or slide board.

Padma is a boxer. "Light sparring is good for the soul," she captioned a post of her workout. Harvard Health maintains that boxing is a great way to build strength, improve balance, posture, hand-eye coordination, boost mood and endurance, and helps increase alertness.

"I started going to Pilates a few years ago, because my chiropractor recommended it for my back," she told Women's Health about the elongating workout. "Pilates changed my body. It made me strong in places I didn't know I needed to be. I have a butt now that I didn't have during my modeling career!" Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health." It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Because Padma is expected to eat so much on Top Chef, she usually gains up to 17 pounds every season. In order to slim down in the postseason she does a detox. "It's no sweets, no red meat, no wheat, no alcohol, no fried food, no dairy except for cottage cheese or low-fat yogurt. But this is a milder version—like, I can fall off the wagon one day a week," she told Health.

Padma splits her plate into halves to ensure she eats healthy. She fills the first up with 50 percent fruits and vegetables. The remaining half is for simple carbs, starch, and lean protein, she dished to Women's Health.

Elle Macpherson is an extremely successful model. She earned the nickname "The Body" throughout her career, since she did a lot of swimsuit modeling. Macpherson shared her skincare secrets with Get The Gloss. She says that she sought help from a dermatologist. "In 2014, I was burned out, irritable and exhausted. I first visited nutritionist Dr. Simone Laubscher PhD's London clinic and I remember telling her about my skin being particularly dry, dull and prone to rashes and hives. She prescribed me 30 days of her anti-inflammatory nutritional greens powder. After just a few weeks, I was feeling better, lighter and brighter. The quality of my skin improved noticeably and people's comments confirmed it."

Macpherson makes sure to eat a healthy diet. "At the same time, I've learned that the best facial is what you put inside your body, which is why I preference an anti-inflammatory approach to diet and in turn, skincare," she told Get The Gloss. "It improves skin texture and appearance, as Dr Barbara Sturm, a brilliant doctor and master of skin care who I have known for over 15 years, often shares. This means I eat organic, whole foods and stick to plant-based meals. If my skin needs a boost for an upcoming shoot or event, I'll start juicing four times daily using my friend Dr Sara Siso's protocol — lots of turmeric, ginger, green leafy vegetables, cucumber — and my super greens. I'll also add our collagen powder to support my skin specifically."

Macpherson tells Get The Gloss that she drinks a lot of water. "Another skin essential for me is hydration. I drink three litres of water every day and start each morning with warm water, lemon and ginger, and two capsules of The Skin Elixir with water. I leave the jar of skin caps next to my toothbrush to remind me to take them. I take two teaspoons of The Super Elixir™️ greens in water in the morning too."

One thing Macpherson does to stay in shape is outdoor activities. She tells Get The Gloss that this also helps her skin. "We are an active family, so connection to nature and the fresh air tends to have a positive effect on our skin in terms of tone, colour and texture. Nothing beats a rosy cheek from being outdoors with my boys; hiking, skiing, biking or swimming."

Macpherson shared some of her wellness secrets with Harper's Bazaar. She says that she has figured out a way to limit her sugar intake. Sugar is addictive but breaking that addiction only takes about three days. Do a week of taking the Super Elixir greens and then try to give up sugar, it's usually pretty successful."

Oliveira exercises with a trainer to avoid skipping workouts. "To me it's very hard to work out by myself, so having a trainer helped me a lot with that because I feel a little pressure to keep moving," she told Hollywood Life. "I also feel happier and that I'm doing something good while I'm stuck at home. I saw a very funny meme that said: 'If you want any motivation to workout at home, put a swimsuit on while at home instead of pajamas!'"

Oliveira is a big fan of online workouts. "Now is an amazing time to follow gyms and fitness bloggers on Instagram, every day they do lives and lately they've been posting lots of good workouts you can do at home without any machines!" she told Hollywood Life. "I have a personal trainer that trains me via FaceTime, but it's always super simple functional stuff. Using chairs and couches to do lower body workouts, your own body weight for abs, stuff like that… Stretches for sure!"

Oliveira says she doesn't really follow any diet rules apart from being a pescatarian. "We all need protein, but not all protein sources are healthy," Anthony DiMarino, RD, tells Cleveland Clinic Health Essentials. "If you go pescatarian, you eat the healthiest protein sources available. Choosing these lean proteins over high-fat meat could help support weight loss. Most healthy adults should eat two servings of fish per week. If you're not pregnant or nursing, you can eat high-mercury fish on occasion. But focus on the low-mercury types for most of your fish intake."

Oliveira loves to relax at the end of the day by enjoying the sunset. "My favorite time of the day is sunset," she told Modeliste. "My hometown is known to have one of the most beautiful sunsets in Brazil so I started being obsessed with them when I was little. It is the one moment of the day I always look forward to!"

Oliveira is always prepared when she hits the beach. "Sunglasses, for sure! I love Miu Miu sunglasses, Gentle Monster, Ray Ban, and some vintage Chanel sunglasses," she told W Magazine. "I always put on some sunblock! Especially on my face. And I always try to move my swimsuit while I'm in the sun because I hate tan lines."
