Crossfit star and model Issa Vegas is showing off the results of her extremely dedicated workout regimen via a series of very cheeky Instagram pics. In the sultry snaps, Vegas is wearing a tiny bright patterned bikini as she poses at the beach with her boyfriend. "Last one is the best ?," she captioned the post

Vegas' workout philosophy is "no pain, no gain," which is clear from the videos she posts of herself lifting heavy weights. "This one might seem a bit obvious since 'strength' is right in the name, but strength training is the best way to improve your strength and fitness levels," says certified trainer April Schatschneider. "The amount of repetitions, or reps, you do in each set and the amount of weight you use can help determine what type of strength gains you can achieve… Focusing on training with barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance machines, and bodyweight can drive increases in overall muscle mass and size. After age 30, you begin to lose as much as 3% to 5% per decade. Most men will lose about 30% of their muscle mass during their lifetimes. By adding in weight training you can slow that loss. Set yourself up for success for today and the future."

Vegas loves baking delicious cookies made with oats, bananas, chocolate, and honey. "Raw honey is the least processed and probably has the most antioxidants," says Mira Ilic, MS, RDN, LD. "The clearer the honey, the more processed it is. Raw honey seems to be the better choice. It's likely to have some pollen and more enzymes because it's not treated with heat. Pollen may have beneficial properties. But pollen does make honey look foggier."

Vegas is a big fan of doing push ups. "Compound exercises are particularly effective as they maximize your training efficiency," says trainer Kelsey Wells. "While most people think push-ups just target their chest and triceps, when performed with correct technique, push-ups also utilize the core, anterior shoulders, and shoulder-stabilizing muscles."

Vegas is an accomplished and confident swimmer. "Swimming has long been recognized for its cardiovascular benefits. Because swimming involves all of the major muscle groups, the heart has to work hard, which increases blood flow throughout the body," says Seena Mathew, Assistant Professor of Biology, University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. "This leads to the creation of new blood vessels, a process called angiogenesis. The greater blood flow can also lead to a large release of endorphins – hormones that act as a natural pain reducer throughout the body. This surge brings about the sense of euphoria that often follows exercise."

Blake lively is having a blast during the final days of summer

The Gossip Girl alum, 34, shared a thirst trap photo on Instagram in which she's rocking a white short-sleeved top and matching bikini bottoms. She also tagged her husband Ryan Reynolds in the post.

"summer lovin' …had me a blast," she captioned the snap, quoting the lyrics to the Grease song, "Summer Lovin'." Shared on the day before her 35th birthday, the poolside picture was the perfect way to allow her followers to wish her well for her milestone birthday — which many did.

In May, Blake Lively shared how the couple's three daughters have given her a confidence boost both personally and professionally.

"I think having children for me made me feel so much more in my skin," she told Forbes. "I never felt more myself or at ease in my own body or more confident - not to say that there aren't a bevy of insecurities coming at me a million times a day, but I just feel incredibly settled."

"I just think that growing up, having kids, all of those things made me feel like I only want to do things where I can have really meaningful collaborations and have authorship," Lively continued. "I believe in really valuable collaborations and that's where I'm getting my fulfillment these days and I've never been happier, professionally."

Lively previously opened up about her post-baby body struggles after welcoming her third daughter, Betty, in October 2019.

In a series of posts on her Instagram Story last year, the actress reflected on some of the outfits she wore during public appearances following the birth of Betty. In a post, the mother of three explained the difficulties of finding clothes that fit her at the time.

"I put together a @lavinoffical shirt and dress from @netaporter to make this pretty outfit," Lively wrote atop a photo of her wearing a sleek black outfit while on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon in January 2020.

"Because no one had samples that fit me after giving birth. And so many clothes from stores didn't fit either. So. Many," she continued. "It doesn't send a great message to women when their bodies don't fit into what brands have to offer. It's alienating and confusing."

Lively, who also shares daughters James, 7, and Inez, 5, with Reynolds, went on to note that looking back now, she wishes she had been more confident in her post-baby body.

"And I wish I felt as confident then as I do now, a year later looking back," she wrote. "That body gave me a baby. And was producing that baby's entire food supply. What a beautiful miracle. But instead of feeling proud, I felt insecure. Simply because I didn't fit into clothes. How silly is that in retrospect."

It can also help improve cardiovascular fitness, strengthen your bones and muscles, improve muscle endurance, increase energy levels, improve your mood, cognition, memory and sleep, improve your balance and coordination, strengthen immune system, and reduce stress and tension.

Molly also hits the gym, sharing workout snaps via her Instagram Stories. How much should you work out? Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

Molly also makes sure to drink enough water. Do you hydrate sufficiently? According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.

Scherzinger loves to mix up her workouts to keep things interesting, and trains with Viking method instructor Svava Sigbertsdottir whenever she's in the UK. "I love Svava's technique," Scherzinger says. "With me, she does a combination of her functional training, martial arts and ballet isolation exercises. In all my years of training, the Viking Method is unlike anything I have ever done."

Scherzinger loves to snack on corn on the cob with lots of butter. "Corn has many health benefits," says Caitlin Terpstra, RD, LD. "It consists primarily of insoluble fiber, which makes it a low-glycemic index food. This means it is a food that is digested slowly and doesn't cause an unhealthy spike in blood sugar. It also contains many B vitamins, as well as essential minerals, including zinc, magnesium, copper, iron and manganese. Since corn is considered a starchy vegetable, people with diabetes need to keep in mind that a half cup of corn, or a small ear of corn, contains 15 grams of carbohydrate and counts as one carbohydrate food choice."

Scherzinger loves to work out with her friends to stay motivated. "Me and my girlfriends support each other for the gym. Because, you know, it's hard to be motivated sometimes, so when you go you push each other, we try to do different things. We'll go hiking one day and then we'll try a sculpting hot yoga class, then we'll do cardio. We just motivate each other."

Some of the model's pals were more focused on the new mom's figure, with one declaring, "The bounce back is astronomical ??."

Cannon and Tiesi welcomed their son over the summer, and though the comedian, 42, has welcomed a few more kids since then, she doesn't understand why the public has bashed him for having several children with multiple women.

"I'm not really opinionated in other's people business. That's not really my thing. When it first started happening I was just like, 'I don't understand why everyone is so concerned. Like, why are you upset about what happens in my household?'" she said.

"For me, it doesn't actually genuinely affect me," she insisted. "I understand people's side and they're used to their conventional relationships. That's what's instilled in us. Whatever you want to call this has been going on for years."

The real estate agent noted she has "pretty thick skin," and for her, it's most important that Cannon is an active and caring parent.

"To have the entire world have an opinion on your life and wish bad things on your kids, that was the hardest thing for me," she revealed of her scrutinized pregnancy. "Obviously, you [just] hope that your kids see enough from how well he treats you and see a great father figure."

After vowing she would never go back to Joel, 43, Francine revealed to MailOnline that the pair had reconciled and even went on a romantic holiday together in May to Venice, where they resolved their differences.

Speaking at the London Lifestyle Awards, Francine said: 'Initially, that's what I thought. I thought I'm telling everyone now because there's no going back and that helped me.

'But obviously I wasn't thinking straight, I was angry, and I didn't know all the details and the facts at that point… it had just been 24 hours. There were messages and no affair… I have no proof of anything else.'
