In an interview on the Reflections with Billy Lockett podcast, Shearer opened up about her experience in college. "It gave me confidence because I used to be a shy person. So I think if anything I took from it, obviously the people I met there and it just helped me like grow and find out who I wanted to be. And I think that's when I started to take it seriously and be like, I really wanna do this."

Shearer is all about networking and making connections. She encouraged others to do the same and take opportunities on the Reflections podcast. "I always meet people when people, when you ever meet someone from the industry. If you ever get a chance to sing. Or if you ever get a chance to meet someone, like go. Because you never know who you're gonna meet."

Shearer said on the Reflections podcast that she tries new things when it comes to her music career to find who she is. "This is the thing, like it takes so long to even, I think, figure out who you are as an artist. Like you have to go through writing crappy songs. Like different genres, like finding out who you are. Shearer has anxiety and panic attacks. She opened up about how she manages them in her Reflections interview. "If I ever do have them, I know what to do. I know to be like, I actually had a little one the other day and I was proud of myself because my whole body didn't freeze. It was just one hand. I felt it coming and I was like, 'oh, oh no, I'm gonna have a panic attack.' And I was in the car with someone. I think I was in the car with someone and I really didn't wanna freeze cause I'd be so embarrassing. So I was doing my breathing."

Shearer spends a lot of time by the water. She likes to swim to stay in shape. Shearer posts a lot of photos on Instagram of herself at the beach or the pool. Shearer shared a photo of herself and her friends on an ocean hammock in the Maldives. She also shared photos of herself in the pool, captioning it, "Morning swim."

Laura Hamilton shows off her incredible figure while poolside in Mallorca

Laura Hamilton is basking in the sun – in her swimsuit. The Place in the Sun host shows off her incredible figure in a one-shoulder swimsuit while poolside in Mallorca, Spain. "Super grateful to be back in the sunshine!" she captioned the Instagram post.

If Laura wants to lose weight, she cuts carbs. She "dips in and out of" the keto lifestyle and "doesn't keep to it all the time," she told Express. She adds that health "should be a lifestyle" instead of a "diet" and maintains that "life is all about balance." She will "have a glass of wine or whatever" and loves eating "an omelet with bacon and cheese for breakfast." For lunch, she enjoys "salmon with cauliflower rice, or a steak salad with lots of broccoli and spinach."

Laura likes to "go for a run," she told Express – and especially loves the treadmill. "Weirdly I prefer to run on the running machine." The Mayo Clinic explains that running – either outside or on the treadmill – is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.

"You can exercise as much as you like, but unless you follow a really healthy lifestyle and eating plan, then if you want to see results, you've got to have a healthy and balanced way of eating," Laura noted to Express about the equation. "There's no point exercising five days a week and then eating a load of rubbish. It's sort of pointless. It's about what you put into your body as much as what you're actually doing with it."

"I love to exercise. I go to the gym," she told Express. She also enjoys online workouts. She prefers lifting weights at the gym over going for a walk outside. She also likes exercising in the morning. "It gives me loads of energy and sets me up for the day," she says. In addition to helping her stay in shape, exercise "makes you feel good," she added. "It releases endorphins. I would say to make a habit out of it. If you can make it part of your daily routine, once you stop you'll miss it and you'll be like, I need to do it, I need to do it," Laura added.

Laura enjoys spinning. "I've just bought myself an Echelon bike, so I'm going to be able to do some workouts at home with that," she told Express. She also enjoys heading outside and "going for a bike ride with the kids."

Kelley Levis loves wearing a bikini as much as she can

Kelley Levis is graduating from college in her swimsuit. Football star Will Levis' sister, who went viral after her appearance at the 2023 NFL draft, shows off her incredible figure in a Badger red bathing suit as she celebrates her academic achievements. "Blood, sweat, and tears. Love you UW thank you for showing me true happiness," she captioned a series of snaps.

Because UW is on a lake, Kelley has the perfect opportunity to paddle board with her pals. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and also a great form of cardio. The water sport can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140 pound male and 436 for a female the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

Kelley also took advantage of the gorgeous greenery of Wisconsin by going for regular hikes. She captioned this post "greening." "Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between," says the National Parks Service. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.

Kelley also goes for walks. Here she is with a friend "testing out the lungs" with her "#walkingstick." Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Kelley also understands the importance of hydration. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Kelley also enjoys surfing. According to the Australian government's Better Health, surfing provides many health benefits including cardiovascular fitness from paddling, shoulder and back strength, which also strengthens from the paddling, and leg and core strength. "Once you're standing up on the board, strong legs and a strong core will keep you up," they say.

Rocío Guirao looking good hanging out on the beach in Miami

Argentine model Rocío Guirao Díaz is touting the benefits of being an early bird on her social media. Díaz, 38, shared pictures of herself looking sunkissed and beautiful in a one-piece black swimsuit, posing on the beach in Miami, Florida. "Happy Monday to all of us who got up early!! ??‍♀️," she captioned the post. "Forever beautiful," a fan commented.

Díaz says her physique is the result of hard work and discipline. "I'm better now than I was at 18!" she says. "After thirty I understood that the best way to be well is by training. I do it five times a week, one hour a day. it's hard for me… But it's the only way. I imagine that people look at the photos and say: 'Look at the genetics of this girl!' And no, nothing to do [with that]… I kill myself training!"

Díaz lets herself relax on the weekends without feeling bad about it. "I try to eat salads, chicken, fish, a fairly healthy diet," she says. "Of course: on weekends I indulge myself and eat everything. If you train five days in a row and you can't eat chocolate without guilt, it's not life!"

Díaz's workouts consist of low impact training, something that was especially useful after giving birth to her daughter. "I am lucky that my body adjusts quickly," she says. "I am privileged. During pregnancies I relax because it is a unique moment." Diaz then does "abdominals, squats and everything the doctor allows me to be perfect again."

Díaz works on her inner happiness as well as outer appearance. "You see the 'outside' change but believe me it is a consequence of everything I feel inside," she says. "How happy I am, and how hard I am working for my goals."

Yoga is a core part of Díaz's wellness and workout regimen. "Drugs and talk therapy have traditionally been the go-to remedies for depression and anxiety," says Harvard Health. "But complementary approaches, such as yoga, also helps, and yoga stacks up well when compared with other complementary therapies."

Hannah Ann Sluss is soaking up the sun in the Bahamas

The Bachelor star Hannah Ann Sluss is soaking up the sun in the Bahamas. Sluss, 27, shared pictures of herself frolicking on a beautiful beach in a bright striped bathing suit, surrounded by clear waters and blue skies. "Living on island time ☀️?️," she captioned the post.

Sluss starts the day with fresh celery juice. "A healthy morning ritual that I follow every single day is drinking celery juice on an empty stomach," she says. "I swear by it! It helps me with bloating and has really cleared up my skin. My favorite is Suja Organic celery juice- my fridge is stocked with it."

Sluss says breakfast is a non-negotiable as she always eats fresh strawberries, which she calls an obsession. "Strawberries give you a lot of nutritional value for very few calories," says Bailey Flora, MS, RDN, LD. "They're tasty but naturally low in sugar. That's a combination that's hard to beat."

Sluss's favorite workout is running. "I absolutely love running! I've taken this time during quarantine to train for a half marathon," she says. "I also enjoy taking long walks with Bala ankle weights. I really like to integrate P.Volve into my workout routine because it's low impact and perfect for sculpting. Five must-do morning stretches would be a downward dog, child's pose, side oblique stretch, and single-leg stretch. Relaxation to me means getting to a place where I can enjoy freedom from stress and feel at peace with exactly where I am at that moment."

For Sluss, mental health is as important as physical health. "One of my goals is to not be so hard on myself," she says. "I am constantly working towards that goal everyday, it's not something you achieve overnight! Being healthy isn't just physical. It's also mental, spiritual, and ultimately loving yourself to not listen to those negative voices in your own head!"

Sluss's diet secrets are based on sensible choices and balance. "Two diet secrets I would share would be to listen to your body and eat when you are hungry," she says. "Starving yourself is never a good idea. I also think that drinking water is so important. I try to drink at least a gallon a day to stay hydrated and I find that it curbs my appetite and helps with my skin. The second secret would be to eliminate processed foods. When I go to the grocery store I try to stay away from the middle isles and choose fresh produce, vegetables and meats. I try to avoid buying processed snacks and eat from the refrigerator as much as I can."

Brooks Nader likes playing In the ocean

Brooks Nader is one of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit's most well-known models. She's been modeling for the catalog for five years now. And she's currently their cover star. SI Swim shared Nader's cover on Twitter this week. In it, Nader posed in front of the ocean in a red swimsuit.

Nader opened up about her diet and exercise to the Daily Mail. She says that when it comes to her diet, she makes sure that she has a plan that is sustainable. "I think that you can totally drive yourself crazy if you go on insane diets for long periods of time," she said. "You're just going to crack. It's taken me a while to just do everything in moderation — try to eat healthy as much as you can."

Nader makes sure to eat healthy. However, she also believes in moderation and isn't afraid of having a cheat day once in a while. "I try and stay away from sugar and dairy but if I have a craving, I'll definitely satisfy it," she told the Daily Mail. "Any 'diet' a person goes under should just consist of healthy eating, but don't beat up yourself if you need to satisfy that fried chicken craving — I am Southern after all."

Nader opened up about her diet in an interview with SI Swim. She says that she likes to intermittent fast, and only eats during a certain time of day. "I start eating at 12 p.m. and have my last meal at 8 p.m.," she says. "So it's only an eight-hour eating period." John Hopkins Medicine reports that intermittent fasting has a lot of benefits. "Intermittent fasting works by prolonging the period when your body has burned through the calories consumed during your last meal and begins burning fat."

Nader shared some of her diet to SI Swim. She says that she likes to take probiotics each day. "And first thing in the morning, I take a probiotic with a large glass of water." The National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health states, "Probiotics have shown promise for a variety of health purposes, including prevention of antibiotic-associated diarrhea (including diarrhea caused by Clostridium difficile), prevention of necrotizing enterocolitis and sepsis in premature infants, treatment of infant colic, treatment of periodontal disease, and induction or maintenance of remission in ulcerative colitis."

Nader shared some of her favorite healthy options with SI Swim. "For breakfast, I usually have avocado toast with a poached egg and coffee," she says. "Lunch typically consists of a salad or sandwich. For my salad, I usually create my own from Sweetgreen or Chop't [in NYC] with kale, spinach, romaine, tomatoes, jalapenos, onions, bell peppers and balsamic dressing. Otherwise, my sandwich is chicken salad. I love having a rice bowl, sushi or pasta for dinner. The rice bowl I usually get from Cava, and it comes with white rice, crazy feta, chicken, onions, tomatoes and spicy peppers."

Tricia Helfer enjoyed a pool day

Tricia Helfer first started out as a model in her teens. She then transitioned to acting, with her first role being on the series Jeremiah. She then starred on hit series like Battlestar Galactica, Suits, and Lucifer. Helfer shared a new photo to her Instagram this week. In it, she enjoyed a pool day, and broke out her black two-piece swimsuit. Helfer captioned the post, "Pool season has started! A little R&R after transplanting 15 plants all afternoon. 4 left to do and another 4 to buy, so tomorrow is more.

Helfer has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared some of her secrets in an interview with RealStyleNetwork.com. "As for products, I have a mixture and like to vary it up depending on the weather and the climate I'm in. In the summer or humid climates, I tend to use Nars Aqua Gel Luminous Oil-Free Lotion, AquaGel Luminous Mask and Eye Cream Concentrate and Kiehl's Microdermabrasion serum. In the winter or dryer climates, I use La Mer Concentrate Serum, La Mer Eye Cream and Crème de la Mermoisturizing lotion. I also love Kiehl's Midnight Recovery Concentrate Oil and eye cream. That was the only thing that kept my skin from windburn and chapping while on a cross-country motorbike trip. The best sunscreen I've ever used is Kiehl's SuperFluid."

In 2014, Helfer shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with SELF. She says that she does a lot of different things to stay in shape. "I'm a heavy-duty hiker with some calisthenics as well — you have to tone up, too. But there always has to be some cardio involved. You gotta get your heart rate going. To keep things fresh, I mix up my workouts: One day [I'll do] yoga, one day's running and weights, one day I'm doing Pilates, one day's hiking."

Helfer revealed her secrets for staying motivated to workout to SELF. "When I need extra motivation, I tell myself, that I'm fortunate to be able to work out and plenty of people can't. Like when I envision my grandfather and how hard it is for him to even move around, I think, 'You know what? Not only is it gonna help you move around when you're older if you stay active when you're younger, but you're also gonna have a better shot at getting old if you're working out.'"

Helfer tells SELF that she spends a lot of time outside. "Sunday mornings at 11 AM, you'll find me probably about to go on a hike. All my cats would be fed. And I would have had a protein smoothie and a green tea almond latte and I would be about ready to go on a two-hour hike. Or if it's a beautiful day, I may be out riding motorbikes all day and I will have already been on a bike for 4 hours."

Helfer shared her favorite fast, healthy, dinner option with SELF. "I chop up a mixed salad with some cut-up fake turkey. I don't eat poultry or meat but I really like some of those vegetarian 'Smart' meats — I really like the fake turkey slices. My cat is insane about 'em, too! And for a dressing — red wine vinegar, olive oil, dijon mustard, and a little salt and pepper. It's as easy as that."

Noa Kirel having loads of fun

Eurovision Song Contest star Noa Kirel is celebrating coming in third in the iconic singing competition with her song Unicorn. Kirel, 22, shared a picture of herself posing in front of a mirror in a yellow two-piece swimsuit, clearly ready to enjoy some much-deserved relaxation.

Kirel uses dumbbells as part of her exercise regimen, and shares her progress on social media. "People may think they need to spend a lot of time lifting weights, but just two sets of bench presses that take less than 5 minutes could be effective," says Duck-chul Lee, associate professor of kinesiology at Iowa State University. "Lifting any weight that increases resistance on your muscles is the key. My muscle doesn't know the difference if I'm digging in the yard, carrying heavy shopping bags or lifting a dumbbell."

Kirel had to learn to deal with stress in the run up to the Eurovision Song Contest. "I had to push the stress aside and focus on the fact that Eurovision is one of the biggest stages in the world and it's always been a big dream of mine to perform for the entire world," she says. "So, I am really happy I accepted it and that I am representing my country. I just need to work hard and focus on the positive things."

Kirel says her song Unicorn represents how she feels about self-confidence. "It's all about self-empowerment and empowerment to all," she says. "The power to say what you want, what you feel, to dress how you want, to do whatever you want to do to be who you want to be."

Kirel likes to spend her down time with family. "I try to go to the movies at least once a week…usually at midnight when it's pretty quiet at the theaters," she says. "I also love being home with my family…it's very rare for me to have days off so I try to enjoy them as much as I can."

Kirel tries hard to be mentally and emotionally resilient when it comes to her career. "It's very hard and intense work, but obviously music is my number one thing for me," she says. "I also love to act and dance and I do believe all of this comes together. I believe that if you love something, you should go for it and enjoy the ride. Yes, it's a big ride but it's so worthy. When you achieve your goals, that's the most amazing feeling ever.

Ivana Icardi is soaking up the beautiful scenery in Mallorca

Ivana Icardi is soaking up the beautiful scenery in Mallorca, Spain. Icardi, 27, shared a picture of herself lounging on rocks in a soft pink bathing suit, a sun hat covering her face to protect her from the blazing sun. "Lucky woman in paradise," she captioned the post.

Icardi does weight training at the gym. "I enjoy it more and more because we have realized which are the areas that suffer the most from weakness (like my lumbar, trapezius and neck) and as a result of that we have been adjusting weight and choosing the exercises that are best [to] make me stronger," she captioned an Instagram reel. "Watch out there is no weakness! I have legs that withstand everything."

Icardi loves fresh salmon with cucumber salad and lemon. "Salmon contains omega-3 fatty acids," says the Mayo Clinic. "A type of fat that makes your blood less likely to form clots that may cause heart attacks."

Icardi enjoys hot tea for a pick-me-up. "Researchers have found an association between those who drink tea, especially green tea, and a reduced risk of certain chronic diseases, such as cancer, heart disease, stroke and diabetes," says Julie Garden-Robinson, PhD, RD, LRD. "Even small amounts of tea contribute polyphenols (antioxidants), which have been found to enhance health."

Icardi says she could eat delicious tomato bruschetta for the rest of her life. "Tomatoes contain vitamins A, C, and K," says Ingrid Adams, PhD. "Tomatoes are also a good source of niacin, chromium, and potassium. Vitamin C protects the body from free radicals which destroy the healthy cells in the body. Niacin helps to lower triglyceride, a fat present in our blood."

Icardi practices yoga at home. "When you do yoga, your brain cells develop new connections, and changes occur in brain structure as well as function, resulting in improved cognitive skills, such as learning and memory," says Harvard Health. "Yoga strengthens parts of the brain that play a key role in memory, attention, awareness, thought, and language."
