Heather Graham Hits the Beach in White String Bikini

Heather Graham latest social media snaps have her fans wondering if it's witchcraft that gives her the age-defying powers.

The 53-year-old actress proved that she is practically ageless in her sultry new Instagram snaps, which appear to have been captured on the beautiful beaches of Jamaica.

In the series of sizzling new photos taken by photographer John Parra, Graham was scantily clad in nothing but a white string bikini, showing off her curves and her ever-youthful glow.

"Grateful I got to spend time on this beautiful beach," the Hangover star captioned her Instagram post, which was pinned at the Sandals Southcoast Jamaica location.

Graham appeared to be frolicking in the clear blue water in some of the snaps, while other pics showed her posing for the camera from the sand.

Some photos also seemed to be taken from inside the resort, with Graham wearing a floral blue mini dress while drinking in a bathtub for a fun and flirty snapshot.

"Very shaggadellic ??" one of her followers wrote under the post, referring to her iconic Austin Powers character Felicity Shagwell.

"So ageless, beautiful, fun and silly. Ya killing it Heather! ??" another fan gushed.

"Simply gorgeous," someone else wrote, while others called her "timeless" and a "goddess."

"What witchcraft is this..." another bewildered fan exclaimed.

Graham's friend and Canadian author Liz Plank—who was also featured in one of the Roller Girl alum's pictures—couldn't help but fawn over the post as well, writing "ARE YOU REAL?! ???" in the comments.

"life is a dream when i’m with you miraculous stunning beach goddess!!" Plank added.

Andreea Dragoi starts off the day by taking a dip in the pool

San Jose State swimmer Andreea Dragoi is starting off her day the best way she knows how—by taking a dip in the pool. The Romanian model shared pictures of herself posing by the water in a bright aquamarine swimsuit, soaking up the sunshine. "A little hello to start off your day?," she captioned the post.

Dragoi frequently hits the gym for weight training, which is a great way for athletes to gain strength. "Determining which type of workout is more important is entirely dependent on your goals," says Rutgers Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach Mike Tufo. "For a distance swimmer, cardiovascular workouts hold a higher priority," said Tufo. "If an individual's goal is to gain strength, then weight lifting should be the focus. Usually, a carefully planned combination of both is optimal."

Dragoi loves to start her day with a sweaty cardio session. "Mix high-impact activities like jogging or step aerobics with weight-supported activities like rowing and cycling," says the University of Colorado Denver. "The more muscles involved in the activity, the greater your aerobic challenge."

Dragoi has a background in ballet and other types of dancing lessons. "The evidence for the health benefits of exercise is indisputable," say the experts at Harvard Health. "Physiologic studies have demonstrated that regular activity builds muscle and bone, reduces fat, increases aerobic capacity, lowers blood pressure, and improves the ratio of 'good' to 'bad' cholesterol."

Dragoi emphasizes the importance of self-confidence for health and happiness. "Remember it's never too late to start doing what you want, take control over your life," she says. "Feeling good about yourself and feeling good in your skin and body is very important to me and I believe it's something that makes someone more powerful."

Dragoi credits her many years of swimming with giving her direction and ambition in life. "After many years of hard training, meets, and many ups and downs, I realized how grateful I was for never giving up on swimming," she says. "As this journey is what made me the person I am today. A strong, ambitious, confident woman that can overcome obstacles that the little girl in her never thought she would."

Ola Mizgalska shows off her incredible figure

Ola Mizgalska, who also goes by Aleksandra, is heating up Las Vegas in her swimsuit. The WAG of Light Blues defender Mateusz Zukowski, shows off her incredible figure in a bathing suit while enjoying a day at the pool on The Strip.

Ola loves hiking. Here she is on a recent trip to Los Angeles hiking up to see the Hollywood sign. "Say YES to adventure especially in the summer," she captioned the post. "Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between," says the National Parks Service. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.

Ola has a little dog, so regular walks are part of her routine. "Fall ?? me and my little happiness," she captioned a post. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Ola also enjoys soaking in hot water, either in hot tubs or baths. Hot water soaks have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Ola loves a long bike ride. "And what are you doing in this heat?" she captioned a post. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

Ola recently started getting into fighting forms of fitness. "My first mma training session everrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr Mommy, daddy I'm coming back with a squint," she captioned a post. "This kind of boxing has many health benefits because it constantly requires you to think, change your position, and change your posture," physical therapist Linda Arslanian, director of rehabilitation services at Harvard-affiliated Brigham and Women's Hospital tells Harvard Health."You're swinging your arms, moving the muscles of your arms and shoulders, increasing your upper-body strength. And when you're in the boxer crouch with a wide stance, with your knees slightly bent, you're strengthening your core muscles, back, and legs."

Finally, Ola is a swimmer, a great way to stay in shape according to the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.

Danielle Lloyd is heating up Dubai in her bathing suit. The model shows off her incredible body in a swimsuit while vacationing at the luxurious Atlantis resort. "Living my best life," she captioned one of her most recent Instagram posts.

Danielle is living, breathing proof that weightlifting doesn't result in a bulky body. "I lift heavy weights, so I look more toned," she told Closer. However, you won't find her at the gym alone. She works out with her trainer regularly.

While Danielle has never gone under the knife, she does get aesthetic treatments. "Recently, I had a non-invasive bum lift and laser tightening on my tummy. There's loads you can do without putting yourself in danger. I had surgery before because I felt rubbish about myself, I'd been in abusive relationships and felt sh*t. I didn't need a boob job – I needed a therapist! Exercise can do a lot to change your shape," she told Closer.

Danielle went jet skiing with her family on a trip to Dubai last summer. According to Health Fitness Revolution, the average 150-pound rider will burn a surprising 238 calories during a half-hour ride. The sport is also great for cardiovascular endurance.

Danielle is open about her mental health. "People say, 'You're on the telly, how can you have anxiety?' – they haven't got a clue. We all have the same worries. It's hard to know what the trigger is, but I'm a shy person and life can be hectic. Earlier, I had so much anxiety, my heart was beating out of my chest at what felt like a million times an hour. I was breathing heavily and felt sick. I've learned it's better to leave the house, see people and talk about it, as that's therapy in itself. I've also started doing breathing exercises at home, too," she told Closer.

Senada Greca shared pictures posing and highlighted her enviably strong physique

Celebrity trainer and fitness influencer Senada Greca is incredibly generous about sharing information regarding health and wellness through her social media. Greca shared an Instagram reel of herself posing in a green swimsuit that highlighted her enviably strong physique, letting fans know the typical diet she enjoys on a daily basis.

"Traveling and living in hotel rooms can challenge your dedication to a healthy lifestyle when it comes to nutrition and working out. But, where there's a will, there's always a way," she captioned the post.

Greca starts the day with three scrambled eggs, turkey bacon, a croissant, and mixed greens. "You might have noticed that eating eggs for breakfast may keep you feeling fuller for longer — that's generally attributed to the high protein content in eggs," say the experts at Keck Medicine of USC. "Whether you have an omelet for breakfast or a hard-boiled egg as a snack, eggs can help you stay satisfied after or between meals."

Greca enjoys a burrito bowl for lunch, packed with healthy protein, rice, and salad. While white rice has folic acid, brown rice has more fiber. "Hands down, brown rice brings more to the table," says registered dietitian Beth Czerwony, RD. "Brown rice will also keep you feeling full longer, which helps when you're watching how much you eat."

Dinner for Greca is usually more lean protein in the shape of a delicious turkey burger. She also enjoys a beet yogurt bowl for dessert. "Ground turkey contains less saturated fat than ground beef, giving it a more beneficial fat profile," says Amanda Beaver, a wellness dietitian at Houston Methodist. "In its place, ground turkey instead contains more polyunsaturated fat, which is a protective, healthier type of fat."

Greca makes a point of not being overly strict when it comes to food. "My ideology is to never restrict or completely eliminate things that I enjoy, but rather adjust portions or modify," she says. "This is important especially when starting out in creating better, healthier habits. I've found that an all or nothing approach does not work for most, it can feel very restrictive and this can create a yoyo effect, a binge and starve cycle."

Greca believes a healthy lifestyle is something that should be a long term goal—something that is sustainable and enjoyable. "When you allow for the 'unhealthy' foods in small amounts, and replace most of your food portions with healthier choices, a healthier life becomes more sustainable," she says. "And eventually you will gravitate away from less healthy food choices to healthier ones."

Clare has a favorite workout: Yoga, which she has been doing on and off for many years. "It was intimidating. I hated it at first," she confessed on Reality Steve's podcast. However, she maintains that it is also great for her mental health. "It's kind of like something spiritual. It calmed my spirit and my soul down," she said.

Crawley is a runner. She recently shared a photo on Instagram of herself about to go for a run. "Time to tie up the laces and get fresh air. Making a new playlist…Ladies, send over your best songs," she captioned the post. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.

Clare also bikes. In this photo shared to Instagram, she goes for a ride. "Sunshine," she captioned it. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

When she is near the ocean, you can find Clare snorkeling. "So today we went snorkeling! ? I was convinced there were sharks just waiting to circle us, octopus that were going to cling to our legs, and any other creatures that my nightmares are made of. But when we got out there, past my fears, it was the most beautiful serene space that I never would have known about if I let fear win," she captioned a post. "Lesson of the day : Done be scared of what you don't already know!"

Clare is also a fan of taking walks. "There have been times where life can become overwhelming. It's a slippery slope, and it's so easy to get out of routines and rituals that feed your soul. For me starting at the basics can help me feel grounded and reconnected instantly. So if you don't know where to start- go on a walk outside for some fresh air and Vit D!" she wrote in a post.

Jen Selter is enjoying her trip to the Dead Sea

Fitness model and influencer Jen Selter is on a long-awaited trip to the Dead Sea. Selter, 29, shared pictures of herself floating in the water and posing on the beach in a hot pink bathing suit. "The only time to be salty ? Bucket list ✅ Dead Sea in Israel," she captioned the post.

Selter never skips breakfast. "Regardless if I am in serious exercise mode or not; eating healthy is always a part of my daily routine," she says. "A typical day for me starts with either oatmeal, or egg whites and toast for breakfast. I truly believe breakfast is the most important meal. It provides the energy I need to keep me going for hours and keep me as productive as possible! For lunch, I usually will have a salad with tons of veggies. The more colorful the salad, the better!"

Selter enjoys protein-packed dinners with dark chocolate for dessert. "In between lunch and dinner I always have a protein bar; it's the easiest snack to refuel with and the easiest to have when on the go," she says. "Dinners are always different. I will have anything from a nice pasta dish, grilled chicken and veggies, a nice steak — or of course, my absolute favorite, sushi! In terms of dessert, dark chocolate is definitely my go-to."

Selter does a combination of cardio and strength exercises five times a week. "Results don't happen overnight," she says. "But they do happen with hard work, dedication and keeping consistent. Stay consistent with your workouts and never stop trying. I like to separate my training into leg day, upper body, core and cardio. I always work out for an hour."

Selter is strict about avoiding alcohol as part of her diet, and isn't interested in nightlife and drinking culture. "I know I should be going out and networking," she says. "But I'd rather stay at home and watch Netflix."

Selter says there are no short-cuts to getting her enviable glutes. "Consistency leads to results," she says. "Diet is also important. I eat every few hours to keep my metabolism running and I try to stay away from overly processed foods. Lots of lean meat, vegetables and fresh fruit. Fitness is a lifestyle. You must be mentally prepared to commit to it and be consistent with your health and fitness lifestyle in order to see results and as we know results don't happen overnight."

Ester Expósito is resting and relaxing on vacation in Mexico

Spanish actress and model Ester Expósito is resting and relaxing on vacation in Mexico. Expósito, 23, shared pictures of her getaway, including one of herself lying in a hammock in a string bathing suit. She also posted another of herself enjoying ice cream. "Elote ice cream is the best thing that ever happened to me," she captioned the post.

Expósito enjoys strawberries with yogurt for a healthy, protein-packed breakfast. "Yogurt helps maintain the billions of good bacteria you need for a healthy digestive and immune system," say the experts at Johns Hopkins Medicine. "Plus, the bacteria in yogurt help the body break down and absorb critical nutrients."

Expósito works out with personal trainer Miguel Lordán several times a week. "Every day we do different exercises so that the muscles don't get used to it, but we work on the entire lower body, legs and glutes; abdomen a lot and arms only from time to time," she says. "We change the routine, sometimes we work with weights, going up and down stairs, we do exercises with resistance bands, with TRX, abs, planks… I train three days a week, and I never miss it, since I started with Miguel I never skip my workouts."

Expósito enjoys protein—usually fish—for a healthy, light yet nutritious dinner. "Fish is filled with omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins such as D and B2 (riboflavin)," says the Washington State Department of Health. "Fish is rich in calcium and phosphorus and a great source of minerals, such as iron, zinc, iodine, magnesium, and potassium."

Expósito's approach to diet is to focus on the foods which make her feel strong and energized. "I don't follow a diet, but I do have some tips to eat foods that help me strengthen: tuna, red meat, rice, pasta," she says. "Bananas and avocado are very good. I make smoothies. I pay a lot of attention to my diet, but I don't have a plan, I know the things that are good for my muscles. I talked about it with Miguel, my coach, when we started working out and then I incorporated it into my meals."

Expósito is diligent about cleaning and moisturizing her face every day. "When I wake up I always wash my face, and if I'm going to wear makeup that day I hydrate it a lot," she says. "Every night I hydrate it too. I don't take much care of my hair, but I try to avoid applying heat on it if it's not necessary, and sometimes I apply hydrating masks to stay all night and wash it the next day."
