Devon Windsor showcases her toned figure during her tropical getaway

Devon Windsor showed off her toned frame in a stylish swimsuit as she posed up a storm in sexy throwbacks that were uploaded to Instagram on Thursday.

The supermodel, 30 - who enjoyed a tropical getaway to St. Barts with close pals such as Olivia Culpo earlier this month - could be seen standing on the sandy shore of a spacious beach.

The sun shone high in the sky as blue sky stretched out above her with scattered, white puffy clouds.

Windsor - who welcomed her second child nearly one year earlier - flaunted her sculpted midriff in a colorful, patterned bikini top that was held up with straps that tied at the base of her neck.

She slipped into a pair of matching, drawstring bottoms to complete her overall look for the relaxing excursion.

She later slicked back her damp hair after taking a dip in the cool water.

Devon accessorized the bathing suit with a beaded necklace as well as a pair of dainty earrings.

A sparkling, silver bracelet was placed on her left wrist and the beauty also opted to wear a pair of brown shades for a finishing touch.

In the images, the mother-of-two paused for a quick photo session as she stepped into the shallow water.

Windsor also donned a long-sleeved, $195 Callie coverup that contained a plunging neckline on the front. The piece - also from her brand - was made of the same pattern and color scheme as the bikini.

She captioned the throwback post to her 4.8 million fans and followers as, 'Vitamin Sea,' followed by a wave emoji.

The star additionally uploaded another post on Thursday that included a short reel as she had a blast on the beach.

Devon was filmed posing for a camera as a gentle breeze blew her locks away from her face and the waves crashed down around her.

At one point, she chose to remove the coverup as she ran into the ocean to jump into the blue water. She captioned the video as 'life,' along with a mermaid emoji.

Earlier this month, Devon was spotted spending time with close pals during a memorable getaway to St. Barts.

She was joined by Olivia Culpo as well as Nadine Leopold as they soaked up the sun at the beach.

Windsor seemingly celebrated her 30th birthday during the vacation - which took place on March 7th.

The Victoria's Secret model welcomed her daughter Enzo, two, in September 2021 and her second baby girl, Celine, last year in May.

She shares her two children with husband and businessman Jonathan Barbara - whom she tied the knot with in 2019.

The beauty has been candid when it comes to postpartum recovery and opened up about getting into shape after having a second baby during a Q+A session on Instagram.

I try to listen to myself, spent time alone, detox from social media and apps, etc. I also try to dedicate time to myself with my family, friends and people I love."

Paola gets her zen on daily. "I always have 'me' time. I have learned to balance my personal life and my career, so I make time for myself. I dedicate five minutes to meditate or I can give myself moments alone, writing, doing exercise, listening to music, and poetry," she told Evening Standard. Posting footage of herself in a skimpy bikini as she flaunted her toned figure, the reality star sizzled while plugging her Larsa Pippen Fitness plans on the brand’s Instagram, making sure to remind fans that with her plans, you can get a “bikini body year round.”

While the business didn’t appear to take off, Larsa hasn’t deleted the feed she built for it.

Dropping jaws with her curves as she showed the muscle she’d packed on from her workouts, Larsa stunned from an immaculate bedroom as she used a large mirror to capture her reflection.

Going skintight in a dark blue bikini with high-cut, thong briefs, the former BFF to Kim Kardashian caught the eye with her flat stomach and curvy hips, also flashing a little cleavage as she opted for a plunging neckline.

Toying briefly with her bikini bottoms as she highlighted her abs and admired her silhouette, Larsa kept her glam low-key as she wore only a light layer of makeup, also giving a nod to the fitness vibe as she sorted her blonde locks tied up in a bun. She didn’t, however, abandon the manicure game, going for a long pink one that gave a nod to her girly side. In a caption, Larsa wrote: “Get your bikini body year round.”

Larsa might not be plugging her plans anymore, but she’s still garnering interest when it comes to how she maintains her enviable physique while approaching 50.

Opening up about her mindset in May 2020, Larsa told Hollywood Life:

For me fitness is a lifestyle,” adding: “I really love doing it. It helps your mind, your body, and the balance it gives you is really important in life… A lot of times we get lost and we start focusing on other people or other things that are not necessarily good for you and this is the one thing that you can do for yourself and make time for yourself.” Of the squats she adores and makes sure to do daily, the mom of four continued: “You don’t need weights for that. You’re just [using] your own body weight.”

Brielle Biermann shows off her amazing body

Brielle Biermann is making a splash in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the reality star shows off her amazing body while spending the afternoon at the pool. "Splashing the day away," she captioned the Instagram post. "So beautiful ???" commented her mom, Kim Zolciak. "Hottieeeee ?" added another follower.

Brielle does intermittent fasting. "I only eat between 3-8 every day!" the star in a 2020 Q&A session on Instagram. She eats her breakfast/lunch around and dinner later in the day. Intermittent fasting works by "prolonging the period when your body has burned through the calories consumed during your last meal and begins burning fat," explains Johns Hopkins Medicine.

When it's time to break her fast, she heads to the drive-thru for some fast food. "I go to [Chick-fil-A] EVERY DAY (except Sunday) around 3 for my breakfast/lunch," she revealed."Every day I have to have a cheeseburger or chicken tenders at some point throughout my day, and if I don't have a little something sweet—whether it's a peanut butter cup, a small brownie or anything chocolate—after dinner, I don't feel like I ate," she added People in 2017.

Brielle follows the "everything in moderation" approach to diet. Unlike her mom, Kim Zolciak-Biermann, she's "not a fan" of salads. "I love to eat, and I eat anything and everything I want, just in moderation."

Brielle keeps her body toned by working out with a trainer and cycling. "I love spin class," she told People. "I'm addicted to it." The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

Brielle also surfs. "Swerve, surfing all in this good, good," she captioned a post. According to the Australian government's Better Health, surfing provides many health benefits including cardiovascular fitness from paddling, shoulder and back strength, which also strengthens from the paddling, and leg and core strength. "Once you're standing up on the board, strong legs and a strong core will keep you up," they say.

You can also find Brielle on the tennis court. ACE Fitness explains that tennis is a mixture of cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

When on vacation, Brielle enjoys standup paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and also a great form of cardio. The water sport can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140 pound male and 436 for a female the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

Gizele Oliveira shares a full-body workout

Victoria's Secret model Gizele Oliveira knows it's much more fun to work out with a friend—so she brought one along for her personal trainer session at the gym. Oliveira, 30, shared a video of herself wearing a green Alo Yoga onesie, doing a full-body workout with her pal. The pair did a series of strength conditioning exercises, including squats and lunges. "Bring your friend to workout day ?️‍♀️," she captioned the post.

Oliveira exercises with a trainer to avoid skipping workouts. "To me it's very hard to work out by myself, so having a trainer helped me a lot with that because I feel a little pressure to keep moving," she told Hollywood Life. "I also feel happier and that I'm doing something good while I'm stuck at home. I saw a very funny meme that said: 'If you want any motivation to workout at home, put a swimsuit on while at home instead of pajamas!'"

Oliveira is a big fan of online workouts. "Now is an amazing time to follow gyms and fitness bloggers on Instagram, every day they do lives and lately they've been posting lots of good workouts you can do at home without any machines!" she told Hollywood Life. "I have a personal trainer that trains me via FaceTime, but it's always super simple functional stuff. Using chairs and couches to do lower body workouts, your own body weight for abs, stuff like that… Stretches for sure!"

Oliveira says she doesn't really follow any diet rules apart from being a pescatarian. "We all need protein, but not all protein sources are healthy," Anthony DiMarino, RD, tells Cleveland Clinic Health Essentials. "If you go pescatarian, you eat the healthiest protein sources available. Choosing these lean proteins over high-fat meat could help support weight loss. Most healthy adults should eat two servings of fish per week. If you're not pregnant or nursing, you can eat high-mercury fish on occasion. But focus on the low-mercury types for most of your fish intake."

Oliveira loves to relax at the end of the day by enjoying the sunset. "My favorite time of the day is sunset," she told Modeliste. "My hometown is known to have one of the most beautiful sunsets in Brazil so I started being obsessed with them when I was little. It is the one moment of the day I always look forward to!"

Oliveira is always prepared when she hits the beach. "Sunglasses, for sure! I love Miu Miu sunglasses, Gentle Monster, Ray Ban, and some vintage Chanel sunglasses," she told W Magazine. "I always put on some sunblock! Especially on my face. And I always try to move my swimsuit while I'm in the sun because I hate tan lines."
