Megyn Kelly celebrated Easter under the sun this year.

While enjoying a vacation in the Bahamas with husband Doug Brunt and their three kids, Kelly was all smiles as she was spotted paddle-boarding in a black bikini.

Kelly, 48, tells PEOPLE that she and her family “had a great time” on the trip.

“Egg hunts on the beach, water slides with the kids and some time to celebrate our faith on Easter,” she says. “Our kids are growing up so fast — every minute we get with them is a gift. And so were the tequilas Doug and I enjoyed poolside!”

Kelly and Brunt share sons Thatcher, 5, and Edward, 9, and daughter Yardley, who turned 8 last week.

“Happy Birthday to my sweet Yardley, 8 years old today, and just as fun and full of fire as on Day One. Love this girl!!” Kelly tweeted alongside a photo of her daughter holding a bunch of balloons while celebrating her big day.

A friend of Kelly’s told PEOPLE last year that the news anchor was “looking forward to her next chapter.”

“She’s expected to be back in action soon,” said the friend. “She will work again.”

"Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints," says Harvard Health. "Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage."

Pilates

Alycia keeps her body lean and toned with the help of Pilates. "I've been doing an online Pilates class, which always gets the endorphins going and sets me up for a good day," she told Grazia. According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health." It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Sleep

Alycia prioritizes sleep. "I'm a night owl so I usually go to sleep quite late, but I'm trying to change this habit. I do love a peppermint tea in the evening or melatonin to help me sleep. If I have the time, I love a bath too," she told Grazia. "Every day is quite different for me, so my wake-up time varies depending on what I'm doing that day, especially if I'm working. However, I am not a morning person, so if I get the chance to sleep in, I will be sleeping in. I try to get out of bed before 9:00AM but I'd be lying if I didn't say it's more likely around 10:30AM."

Skiing

In the winter Alycia hits the slopes. "Shoop shoop ⛷️," she captioned a post of herself downhill skiing. Research has linked downhill skiing to a number of health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress and the occurrence of memory deficits declines.

Therapy

Mental health is crucial to supporting your physical health, Alycia maintains. "What started my journey on a better understanding of self-care was talking to a therapist. Though therapy can be a wonderful safe space for addressing specific mental health issues, you don't need to be going through a crisis to benefit from talking to a therapist. Just having a point of reference that is unbiased and is with your best interest at heart, that's been a really important part of my mental and emotional growth—having an access point can allow you to get in touch with your deeper needs," she added to Rose Inc.

Self Care

Alycia prioritizes self-care. "Self-care is a really interesting one because you think, 'I'm going to take a bubble bath. I'm going to put a face mask on and then watch a show', but I think in this last year, having been in lockdown, it's shown me that there are really no amounts of bubble bath and masks and sitting in front of the TV binge watching Netflix that's going to help me calm down and relax. We're all suddenly forced to keep doing versions of that, and for me, true self-care really had to come from a mental, emotional, wellbeing space, which is hard," she told Rose Inc.

Fitness influencer and Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model Katie Austin is showing fans the workouts she does before hitting the runway for the iconic magazine. Austin, the daughter of Denise Austin, shared a video of herself wearing light pink two-piece workout gear, doing a mat workout in the sunshine. Austin loves Pilates, strength training, cardio, and barre-type workouts. "I mix up my workouts and really lean into variety," she told Women's Health. "I like the combination of something a little bit lighter on the body paired with more intense strength training, in addition to some cardio. But if I only have time to work out, say, two days that week, I'll do cardio and sculpt mixed together—It's my favorite way to work out."

Austin didn't find her Sports Illustrated shoot intimidating. "One thing I love most about SI Swimsuit is their encouragement to be your most authentic self and showcase it," she told E! News. "So, when it came time to prep for my SI shoot, I didn't do an entire overhaul of my lifestyle, but rather focused on things that were already important to me! I ate a balanced diet, worked out, and prioritized my mental health and routine!"

Austin is grateful she and her sister were raised to have a positive relationship with food. "My parents always had hearty, yet healthy, home-cooked meals on the table for us—like a pot roast and baked potato," she told Women's Health. "I knew that I needed carbs, protein, fat, nutrients to power my workouts and game and give me energy. I always like to ask myself, 'What are you adding in?' I don't focus on restriction or subtracting ingredients or food groups or anything. I don't eliminate. My mom has such a zest for life, but also a zest for food!"

Austin has good advice for anyone just starting on their fitness journey. "Don't expect to lose 20 pounds in a week or run a marathon in a month," she told E! News. "Set small, achievable goals that you can work towards over time. For example, aim to walk for 30 minutes a day, or to do 10 push-ups without stopping. Celebrate your successes along the way, no matter how small they may seem."

Austin switches up her workouts depending on her mood. "We go through different phases of life and reasons why we work out," she told Women's Health. "One week, I could be working out simply because I'm really stressed, and I'm craving lower-impact movement that just feels gentle and good. Then the next six months I may be training harder with weights to gain strength. Changes and shifts are great."

She’s also an advocate for short, high intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions lasting for around 45 minutes.

Resistance training also features heavily in Nicole’s routine.

If her workouts take a backseat due to a busy schedule, the star will practice intermittent fasting, meaning that her first meal of the day will be around lunchtime.

In an interview with Women’s Health, Nicole revealed that she loves eggs and gluten-free bread with a side of smoked salmon or ham.

Dinner is a simple formula of “chicken and rice or fish and rice and then a side of vegetables,” she said.

Carrie and Boris, 59, married three years ago in an intimate Catholic ceremony at Westminster Cathedral attended by just thirty guests. The family live in the picturesque Oxfordshire village of Brightwell-cum-Sotwell and their sprawling £3.8 million home is the perfect place to raise their three young children.

Carrie occasionally shares glimpses of her children's outdoorsy life on her Instagram account, which range from the kids tending to their pet chicks and ducks to enjoying delicious picnics al fresco.

Just last month, Wilfred celebrated his fourth birthday, and Carrie took to Instagram to share the sweetest caption: "My eldest turned 4 today. Wilfy. The boy with the biggest heart, the best laugh and the cheekiest grin. I can’t believe how lucky I am to get to see and hug you every day.

The beauty explained, 'There's things I don't eat, and it's become a lifestyle,' while adding that she eats, 'pretty healthy but it's not really dieting.'

'I have problems with a lot of different foods and when I eat them I don't feel so good so I try to stick to exactly what I'm supposed to eat so that I don't feel sick and then I just stay in shape because everything's pretty healthy.'

The Both Sides hitmaker continued, 'I try to stay away from sugar as much as possible.

'I don't eat dairy or gluten because I'm allergic, so I just think during the holidays, being active and going for walks and stuff like that because you're eating so much.'

'Whenever I'm home, every time I finish a large meal I like to go for a nice walk. It's good to digest your food and clear your head anyways,' the model continued.

Jeffries stepped into the music industry when she dropped her debut single titled, Wait, back in 2018. That same year, she released other hits such as Both Sides.

While talking to Billboard back in 2018, she opened up about how the internet had helped influence her career in music.

'I think the Internet has influenced my career so heavily because before we had the whole world at our fingertips, you were only exposed to things from people that were around you or the town you were in, or things like that.'

The series, titled Dancing for the Devil: The 7M TikTok Cult, shed light into cult-like TikTok group 7M which her sister has been involved with since 2021.

Despite the dark nature of the documentary and breakdown of the relationship with her sibling, whom she previously performed with during her rise to fame, the newlyweds looked carefree in a series of loved-up snaps.

‘Honeymooners,’ the new Mrs Ekeler, 25, captioned the pictures.

The cute snapshots show the newlyweds near the beach with some sultry swimsuit shots of the couple as they enjoy the ocean.

The lovebirds had also shared some photos of their big day, with eagle-eyed fans noticing Melanie’s previously estranged sister was in attendance.

‘I’m confused I thought no contact wit your sister but sister posted she was at your wedding,’ one fan asked.

‘How are y’all confused by the documentary? They clearly said that she is seeing them to keep up appearances,’ interjected another.

The honeymoon and wedding celebrations come just weeks after the Wilking family was thrust into the limelight once again after the release of the docuseries.

The series focused on the high-profile members including Melanie’s 27-year-old sister Miranda Derrick, who has become embroiled in sinister claims that she was being held against her will by the so-called religious sect.

Michigan-based Miranda and Melanie shot to social media stardom in 2020, gaining more than three million followers thanks to their lighthearted clips featuring the latest TikTok trends and insights into day-to-day lives.

The siblings often showcased their routines online as they began their entertainment careers as a dancing duo.

By 2021, their dancing videos had taken off and the two began stunning viewers with their moves.

Miranda specifically caught the attention of Robert Shinn, who owned TikTok management company 7M films.

And soon enough, Miranda and her family believed her hard work had paid off when she became a member of the talent agency.

Months later, Miranda packed up her Michigan lifestyle and moved to California with her now-husband and fellow dancer, James Derrick.

However, her picture-perfect life soon took a dark turn when her parents claimed they had been isolated from her, causing a whirlwind of rumors to grip the LA entertainment world.

The recent series aimed to ‘expose’ some of the ‘diabolical tactics’ used by organizations like 7M ‘to exert control over people’ – as well as the ‘lengths families will go to keep their loved ones safe.’

7M, a talent management company, works with dancers and is owned by Robert Shinn — pastor of the Los Angeles-based Shekinah Church.

The documentary delved into on what really goes on in 7M Films with a slew of former members sharing their stories.

In 2022, Miranda’s parents posted a harrowing video in which they claimed that they hadn’t spoken to their daughter in over a year and that she was being held against her will by a church that was masquerading as a management firm.

The family explained that the popular internet star had joined forces with the company in January 2021 hoping to become a famous dancer – but it wasn’t until later that they later found out the management firm had ties to a Christian sect.

They took to Instagram live along with Melanie, hoping to appeal to their estranged family member, noting it was her birthday but they were ‘not allowed’ to contact her, and at the time the video was recorded, in 2022, were ‘blocked on absolutely everything.’

Followers of the mandate believe they must rid education, religion, family, business, government, entertainment, and media of demons and witchcraft.

The principles are followed by several Christians, including prominent Donald Trump-affiliated pastor Paula White.

Representatives for 7M told DailyMail.com previously that there is ‘zero connection between 7M Films and the mandate,’ and despite her family’s claims, Miranda is a ‘successful businesswoman and a loving wife and daughter who cares very much about her family.’

‘It is pathetic and contemptible to try to turn her private family matters into a tawdry public scandal for clicks and clout,’ they added.

As Melanie basks in the sun and shows off her incredible figure, it’s clear that she is leaving the scandal and negativity behind her. With her supportive husband by her side, the future looks bright for this young couple. Wells starts her day with lemon water and supplements. "The first thing I do is take my vitamins and drink a huge glass of lemon water," she told Women's Health. "It just helps me get invigorated. I really think drinking water on an empty stomach right when you get out of bed helps you wake up." She then makes breakfast around 7.30 a.m. "I lean toward hot dishes, so I'll do an egg or egg white scramble with spinach, sometimes potatoes, peppers, and any raw veggies I have in my fridge."

Wells has a few tips for staying fit while traveling. "I do two things. One, I do bodyweight workouts like resistance and cardio in my hotel room," she told BeautyHeaven. "And two, I always pack my resistance bands which allow me to add a little bit of resistance and continue training with 'weight,' if you will."

Wells is often too busy to prep lunch, so she uses leftovers. "Even when I'm working from home, I feel like if I don't have something prepared, I'll either not eat enough or not eat what my body really needs," she told Women's Health. "It usually looks like a grain bowl with quinoa or rice, and then veggies and a protein source like tofu or eggs. For snacks, I eat a lot of fresh fruit and a lot of raw veggies dipped in hummus."

Wells has a balanced approach to diet. "I'm a big advocate for enjoying all foods," she told Women's Health. "I don't believe in restrictions. If I want a doughnut or French fries, I'm going to eat a doughnut or French fries. I think telling yourself you cannot have something is the wrong path. It's about adding more goodness. I don't eat meat, but I do eat high-protein. I eat a lot of plant-based protein, including different soy or tofu products, as well as eggs. I also eat dairy every day, usually in the form of cottage cheese or Greek yogurt."

Wells focuses on health over appearance these days. "My biggest transformation that I have made in my fitness journey has been being able to truly shift my perspective of fitness itself from 'fitness is meant to change my body to help me look a certain way because I need to look a certain way' to the idea that fitness is not about how you look, it's about your health," she told BeautyHeaven. "And it's not just about your physical health, but also your mental and emotional health."

When I moved to New York, I had to find cardio that I was into. I can't really run for the life of me, so IMG sent me over to him and I fell in love with it," she tells Vogue. "I box three to four times a week."

"I like to try to do anything active when I'm not on a movie. When I'm shooting a movie, it's really hard for me to do anything besides work. So when I'm home in L.A., I like to try to get some kind of workout in," Camila told W Magazine. "I like to be outdoors because the weather's so beautiful here." She tries "fit in an outdoor exercise," whenever she can, and one of her go-to's is hiking. "I just got into hiking in L.A. because it's such an L.A. thing to do. Then I realized why everyone loves it so much. I've been doing Runyon Canyon because it's the easiest one and I'm lazy and you get a great view not very long into the hike. But there's also Franklin Canyon, and then halfway to Malibu there's a great hike called Temescal Canyon, where at the end of it, in winter, you can get a bit of a waterfall. I like rewarding hikes."

Camila isn't afraid of carbs. "After I exercise I like to praise myself with carbs, whether it's a pasta, pizza, or a sandwich. I like to not be too hard on myself. That's the most unhealthy that I will do. I don't have an unhealthy lifestyle, but I like carbs," she told W. If she cooks, it will be pasta, especially if she has guests. "I just make a really simple tomato-sauce pasta because everyone likes a tomato-sauce pasta. So I did an Italian cooking class last night and learned how to make pasta dough from scratch, so that's going to be my new go-to."

Camila is one of the many celebrities who train at the Dogpound, a gym that specializes in strength and weight training workouts. In a video for Vogue, she reveals her butt workout – and it's no joke. One of the exercises involves standing mid-curtsy, bending into a deep lunge and then flicking her leg high overhead. "I can't really talk while I'm curtseying!" she says.

I like cooking at night but in the middle of the day, when I am very hungry, I like to have recipes that I can whip up quickly and are healthy. My go-to no-bake recipe would have to be a can of garbanzo beans strained and washed mixed with tomato, bell peppers, feta, cucumbers and avocado, topped with olive oil, Himalayan salt, cracked pepper and a dash of lemon juice."

She Believes In Balance

Kostek eats a balanced diet. She talked about this on her Instagram stories. "It's always been my goal to eat as clean as possible as much as possible. Making meals/snacks/drinks with ingredients I know and understand. When I'm out to eat, this is much harder/or on the road at airports/on sets, etc., and I allow myself to eat unhealthy when I'm in a mood to and enjoy it."

Kostek shared some of her wellness secrets with E! News. She says that she makes sure that the goals she sets are things she knows she can do. "I just want to set attainable goals and I like sharing that with people who may be looking for a little bit of inspiration. When I was setting goals last year, I wanted to do something that I knew I wouldn't give up on and it was doing things that actually give me joy. I've never been a cold turkey kind of person, but that's totally fine for anyone who is. For me, I'm all about the baby steps. If you let yourself down, pick yourself up, and keep going. I say to start with the little things like breathing deep."

She Stays Hydrated

Kostek shared her typical diet in an interview with Sports Illustrated Swimsuit. In it, she shared how she makes sure to stay hydrated. "I like to stay as hydrated as possible so on top of drinking liters of water throughout the day I like to eat bowls of watermelon whenever I have a meal or am looking for a snack. It's a great way to fill me up while hydrating my body and keeping my skin nice and hydrated."
