Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

"The most important thing is eating very clean," Teresa told Bravo about the importance of a healthy eating routine. "My diet has changed. I even hate the word 'diet' but I can't eat carbs anymore. Like, I'm an Italian girl, I can't eat my pasta — I gotta eat good carbs."

For Teresa "drinking a gallon of water every day" while training is a must. Why is hydration key? Gia Giudice, 22, loves nothing more than rocking bikinis on vacation, and in a new set of Instagram photos, she did so yet again — this time, in the Bahamas! In photos you can view below, the reality TV star rocked the strapless red bikini and a pair of devastating shades as she held her hair up and posed on the beach at sundown.

A third pic in the January 10 carousel showed her walking away from the camera, showing off the thong design on her scarlet red bikini bottoms. Gia also shared an image of the breezy interior of a resort overlooking the shimmering waters. “Bahamas photos loading…” she captioned the photo collection on Wednesday.

Sister Milania Giudice was among the first to react to the gorgeous pics. “Purrrr,” she gushed, alongside a row of flame emojis. Gia has nearly one million fans on the platform, and many rushed to the comments thread to swoon over the photos.

Gia Giudice is having what looks like a beautiful summer

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Gia Giudice is having what looks like a beautiful summer with boyfriend Christian Carmichael. Giudice, 22, shared pictures from a recent beach trip with Carmichael, including shots of herself in a red and blue print bikini, posing on the sand with the real estate agent. "Summer with you??," she captioned the post.

Giudice loves seafood, especially sushi and shellfish such as crab and lobster (which are an excellent source of zinc). "Being in nature is ingrained in our DNA, and we sometimes forget that."

Giudice enjoys yoga sessions with mom Teresa Giudice. "One of the wonderful things about yoga is accepting yourself and your body just as you are today," says Dr. Corinna Keenmon, Houston Methodist's medical director of psychiatry and telepsychiatry. "This is the mindfulness aspect of yoga — simply appreciating your body for the things that it can do right now in the present moment."

Giudice enjoys regular family dinners with her mother and sisters. "There have been more than 20 years of dozens of studies that document that family dinners are great for the body, the physical health, the brains and academic performance, and the spirit or the mental health, and in terms of nutrition, cardiovascular health is better in teens," says family therapist Anne Fishel.""There's lower fat and sugar and salt in home cooked meals even if you don't try that hard, there's more fruit, and fiber, and vegetables, and protein in home cooked meals, and lower calories. Kids who grow up having family dinners, when they're on their own tend to eat more healthily and to have lower rates of obesity."

Gia Giudice likes hanging out at the beach

Gia Giudice has been in the public eye since she was young. She's the daughter of Real Housewives of New Jersey star, Teresa Giudice. She's also a clothing designer and has become a social media influencer. Giudice recently spent time by the beach, and shared some highlights on Instagram. In them, she sat on the rocks by the ocean. Giudice captioned the post, "Baha."

Giudice opened up about her and her family's approach to the new RHONJ season to Page Six. She says that she is taking a more mature approach to handling things this season. "Me, my sisters and my mom, we definitely evolved more this season," she explains. "We all wanted to take a more mature route and just really evaluate what was going on instead of [reacting] because we also felt like this whole 'Teresa and her brother' saga is just so old."

Giudice and her family have dealt with a lot of drama, especially in these recent years. However, she tells Page Six that she is working on moving on from the past. "I think in general, we realized — especially around the time of my mom's wedding — we were just like, 'I think it's time to just let bygones be bygones, put it in the past and just focus on our family and focus on us.'"

Being on a reality show, Giudice has to deal with how the season is edited. She tells In The Know that she doesn't care about what fans think or how things are edited. "Every season has its villain and every season has the person that they're attacking or targeting and every season they also have their favorite," she explains. "So it's like the villain, the person they're attacking, the person that looks the best on the show. So, I've seen that formation where it's been like my mom, the one that everyone is against, or the next season she's the one that looks great. Or like this season they're making her cuts not what they really were. So I just feel like that was like the hardest thing to struggle with. It's like 'well that's actually not how it went down' or 'that's actually not how that even happened.' So, I've learned to just embrace it and also just say exactly what I want to say when I'm being filmed because otherwise like you're not gonna get your point across and the viewers also are just gonna have a different perception on."

Giudice works with dermatologist, Tara Adashev, APRN, to help with her skin. "Gia comes to me to treat her skin," Nurse Adashev tells HollywoodLife. "The Lutronic ULTRA Laser is great because there is no downtime. She returned to her college classes and normal life immediately, and she sees really great results as soon as one treatment."

Giudice is about to graduate from college. Her next step? Law school. Guidice wants to become a lawyer to help people. In 2021, she said on Watch What Happens Live that her parents' struggles inspired her to help other people not experience this. "Their whole experience influenced me, honestly, for the better," Giuidice explained. "I just want to help families and be able to be there for families and help children, honestly, especially."

Melissa Gorga proved she isn't fazed by negativity.

Over the weekend, the Real Housewives of New Jersey personality, author, clothing boutique owner and mom shared Instagram photos from her tropical vacation to the Bahamas with husband Joe Gorga. And in doing so, she also shared a message to her haters.

In the photos, the 43-year-old Bravolebrity showed off her toned figure while sporting a floral-patterned white bikini. She accessorized with a pair of sunglasses.

The first couple of snapshots show Gorga posing on a boat with clear skies and waters behind her. In one of the pictures, she also wears a breezy shirt over her swimsuit and a red cap worn backwards. In the last photo, the star stands on a rocky beach with palm trees as she models her sexy swimwear.

"Kill them with kindness ♥️ #rhonj," she wrote.

Gorga didn't make clear who her message was pointed toward, but many users in the comments guessed that it was a jab at her sister-in-law and fellow RHONJ cast member Teresa Giudice, 50.

The two have had a long-standing feud that's been a main storyline of the reality television show since Gorga joined in 2011.

For over a decade, both have argued with each other onscreen over rumors, friendship alliances, snarky comments and more personal deep-rooted family matters.

Giudice recently appeared on Andy Cohen's Watch What Happens Live, where she let go some of her old grudges, including the sprinkle-cookie-fueled fight with her estranged sister-in-law who, at the time, seemed to forget that Giudice's favorite cookies were actually pignolis.

Giudice also revealed that she reunited with former Housewife Jacqueline Laurita. When asked why she decided to reconcile with her ex friend, Giudice said it was their sons, both named Nicolas and who have autism, who bonded them together.

An "anti-Melissa" comment made by Laurita on social media may have nudged her too. "That didn't have to do with it," Giudice responded. "But then I was just like, that was also that... But I really have been thinking about her because it's crazy, we do both have Nicholases now."

In a January 12 Instagram post, Luann shared two smoldering photos as she posed in a vibrant two-piece suit.

The royal blue string bikini featured chain-like detailing on its bottom and gold hardware on its strappy top.

Luann, who will star alongside Sonja Morgan in the forthcoming series Luann and Sonja: Welcome to Crappie Lake, completed her look with black sunglasses, a wide-brimmed fedora, and an eye-catching dangling necklace.

We can’t believe Luann de Lesseps is 56 years old

The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip star Luann de Lesseps flaunted her fit 5ft10in figure in a string bikini while lounging on Macao Beach in the Dominican Republic.

It's hard to believe the Connecticut-born 56-year-old has two artist children - daughter Victoria, turning 27 this Sunday; and son Noel, 25 - from her 16-year marriage to Count Alexandre DeLesseps, which ended in 2009.

De Lesseps is staying at the all-inclusive, music-themed Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana and asked her 1.5M social media followers for 'suggestions on what to see.'

The Punta Cana offers 1,779 rooms, nine restaurants, 13 pools, 23 bars (four of which are swim-up), and a lazy river.

But the What Do I Want For Christmas singer was not on vacation as she performed the previous evening at the resort's Discover Beyond Celebrity Show.

Luann belted her 2015 song Girl Code among other tracks from her cabaret act.

Members of the Legendary Vacation Club were able to rub shoulders with de Lesseps during the meet & greet.

The former licensed nurse will next bring her 15-date A Very Countess Christmas show to Feinstein's/54 Below in Manhattan on November 30.

Luann currently stars in The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip, which premiered its first three episodes Tuesday on Peacock.

The super-group ensemble includes Kenya Moore, Melissa Gorga, Kyle Richards, Teresa Giudice, Ramona Singer, and Cynthia Bailey.

'Listen, when you have that many women together, there's always going to be some kind of drama, especially when it comes to being on a boat. It's a trip like no other Housewives trip, really,' de Lesseps told.

'What surprised me the most was how as women, we all kind of bond in a certain way because we are doing the same kind of show in different cities and how similar that we are in a lot of ways, it's not always easy.

'And I think by sharing our experiences and talking about them, and traveling together and spending all that kind of time together, we really got to know each other better. And we really got to kind of identify with each other in terms of what we all go through as being Housewives.'

Teresa shared a sexy snap wearing a teeny white bikini and white straw hat.

She posed in a gorgeous infinity pool overlooking the ocean.

The trip has been a memorable one, last as Luis, 46, popped the question to Teresa in a proposal that featured fireworks and a massive "marry me" sign.

Since then her ex-husband Joe Giudice commented the couple "moved a bit quick."

The video captured the lovebirds on the beach with candles and rose petals surrounding them.

Several sparklers were set up behind them along with a sign saying "Marry Me" illuminating in the background.

A violinist played soft music as fireworks lit up the night's sky.

The businessman got down on one knee as he slipped the ring on her finger.

The NJ native then gave Luis a kiss before collapsing into his arms.

The TV star also shared several photos from the evening, including one with her and Luis dancing in front of the "Marry Me" sign with candles strewn along the sand as the violinist continued to play.

Another snap showed the newly engaged couple locking lips as Teresa showed off her sparkly diamond ring.

The pair sat on the patio stairs as the Bravo star leaned in for a kiss from her fiance, conveniently placing her hand on his knee while flashing the diamond.

In another pic, the happy couple posed for a photo while sitting on the sand next to the "Marry Me" sign, giving Teresa another opportunity to show off her oval-shaped ring.

The duo also took a shot of themselves huddled together in front of their resort, both donning fully white attire.

A source described the romantic moment as "absolutely exquisite."

Teresa got candid about how Joe returning to Italy would affect her and the couple’s four daughters, Gia, 18, Gabriella, 14, Milania, 13, and Audriana, 9, during a video interview released by Bravo Insider in June.
