This time, she styled her iconic blonde locks into a neat top knot, exuding glamour as she posed for a series of family photos.

Helen and her three children were on holiday with her parents, and it’s safe to say they looked like they had the loveliest time together.

The Countryfile presenter shares her children with her ex-husband, Richie Myler. The former couple announced their shock split in May 2022.

Following the breakup, Helen moved in with her mum and dad, crediting them with helping her raise her three children.

She told Closer: "My parents are amazing. It's the easiest parenting time of my life because they're on hand all the time, doing loads for me. I'm pretty sure that grandparents keep this economy running!"

Kendall Jenner is taking full advantage of the warm weather—bikini, booty, and all.

The supermodel went full sun’s out, buns out in her new summertime photo dump on Instagram, simply captioning the Aug. 7 post, “Some of me.”

Leaving little to the imagination, the Kardashians star’s first image featured the 28-year-old squatting on the ground while flaunting her golden thong bikini.

And that wasn’t the last suit Kendall sported. In another snap, she posed at the bow of a boat heading into a cave while rocking a similar green bikini.

Spliced in with the beachwear was Kendall’s classic fashion-forward styles as well as several photos of her posing with a horse and even riding in an equestrian jumping event.

Of course, Kendall’s famous family chimed with lots of love in the comments section.

Kendall has spent at least some of her summer in France, as the reality star was most recently spotted cheering on Team USA’s Simone Biles, Jordan Chiles, Suni Lee, Jade Carey and Hezly Rivera at the 2024 Paris Olympics on Aug. 1.

She was also in France back in June for Paris Fashion Week, tapping into her horse girl era alongside pal Gigi Hadid while riding on horseback during the Vogue World show.

And though Kendall doesn’t shy away from the cameras, she’s been clear about what she chooses to show the public of her private life. While there have been recent rumblings that Kendall might have reconnected with ex Bad Bunny, don’t expect a clear update anytime soon.

"I try [to] find the balance of keeping things private and keeping things sacred, [and] also not letting the unfortunate frustration and stress of everyone trying to get in on it stop me from enjoying my side," she told WSJ. The reality star and Sammy dated for two months after falling for each other on Love Island. However, their relationship came to a quick end and she returned to her "normal job" away from the limelight, running her business Candy Aesthetics in London. It was suggested Jess and Sammy had "realised they're better off as friends," with them both later addressing their separation.

Jess said: "We shared a once-in-a-lifetime experience together, so of course I'm sad." She added in a Q&A at the time that she didn't want to "go into detail" about their separation, but said that they are "just very different". Sammy said in his statement: "We had the most incredible experience winning Love Island and I genuinely saw a future with Jess." Imogen Thomas has shared an insight into her Cannes getaway as she jetted off to the French Riviera for her summer holiday this week.

The former Big Brother star, 41, posted a series of photos to her Instagram page on Tuesday, after opening up about her mum Janet's health condition.

In one snap, Imogen slipped into a string bikini as she showed off her figure in a mirror selfie, while wearing a pair of circular shades.

The social media personality also shared one of her evening looks, which was a cut-out black dress accessorised with a belly chain.

She wore her brunette locks in soft waves and opted for a glamorous coat of make-up, while boosting her petite frame with stilettos.

The trip comes weeks after Imogen confessed she cries herself to sleep worrying about Janet, 64, more than a year after her motor neurone disease diagnosis.

She said that the diagnosis had been a 'huge gamechanger' and explained she is now focusing on caring for her.

The model revealed the diagnosis six months ago via a heartbreaking Instagram post and has been updating her followers on the reality of caring for someone with MND ever since.

But, while she's tried to remain positive, the Welsh beauty admitted that it has taken a toll on her and her family eight years after the death of her father.

But she added that her focus right now is on 'making memories' as a family.

Imogen and her sister have been caring for her mother for more than a year following her MND diagnosis but revealed that it has been difficult for her.

She said: 'When you have someone so close to you diagnosed with MND it's a massive game-changer.

'It's a really awful inhumane disease and we know what's to come which is painful every day.

'It's heartbreaking and I feel robbed. I've already lost my Dad but then for her to be diagnosed with a terminal illness, that's just it.

'It's a big life change. I don't want to sit here and moan about it. They're your parents and you love them so you just get on with it but it has been a challenge.' she said.

The model also admitted that she feels jealous sometimes watching able bodied families but then immediately feels guilty.

She said: 'There are days where I cry myself to sleep because I fell robbed. I see mothers and daughters going shopping and feel jealous but should I?

'I always feel so guilty for saying that.

'We do still go shopping, my mum comes in her chair but it's not quite the same'

The brunette beauty is now focusing on making her mother comfortable and is trying to travel as much as possible.

Imogen said: 'We don't want to stop making memories and as time goes on you don't know when it'll stop and you won't be able to make any more '

But the mother-of-two explained that travelling with a disability is extremely difficult.

She said that the family 'always dread the plane' and described one instance where staff left her and her mother Janet sat in the cabin for 45 minutes after all the other passengers had disembarked.

She said: 'They just forgot about us. And it was difficult keeping her spirits high.

'Getting onto the plane is hard as well. Because my mum has lost feeling and control in her left side she needs a lot of help and if we're last on then people are just staring, watching us sit down and my mum hates it - she's in tears.

'And it doesn't matter how hard I try and I call the airlines, it doesn't make a difference.

The Heart FM presenter recalls: "Eventually I took her to the GP — who was beyond ­brilliant — and they insisted on taking blood samples and stool samples, too.

"Within a few days, the results returned as a bacterial infection."

The tests revealed that she had VTEC E. Coli, a very harmful strain of bacteria that is very rare in humans.

And when the antibiotics failed to work, Amanda got a scary call from the doctor.

"I was driving back home one day and I had Hollie, my youngest, in the car with me when the doctor called and said, 'I don’t want to alarm you Amanda, but Lexi’s bloods and everything else are through the roof.

"You need to check that her temperature doesn’t rise because she’s in danger of contracting sepsis.'”

Shayk makes sure to work out regularly. She shared how she motivates herself to do so in an interview with Yahoo Lifestyle. "I have good genes but of course you have to push yourself to go to the gym," she says. "My other problem is I love to eat, I love my food. I love hamburgers, I love chicken nuggets. If you decide that you want to eat all those crazy meals, you have to balance with working out, so you always have to motivate yourself. You cannot wake up and see yourself in the mirror and think 'I look great so I can just relax', you have to always push yourself to be better."

Shayk shared her diet secrets with Yahoo Lifestyle. She says that she believes in indulging once in a while. "Two times a week I have a cheat day. You have to remember that if you want to eat burgers, or chocolate or candy, you have to eat it for breakfast or at lunchtime, never in the evening. Probably twice a week I eat red meat and hamburgers. You have to balance between working out and eating."

Shayk shared some of the beverages she drinks, and the ones she avoids, with Yahoo Lifestyle. "You have to drink a lot of water and green tea. You have to remember that our bodies contain so much water and it's great for your skin. You have to eat a lot of greens, and fresh green juices. Also, you have to stay away from the coffee! I don't like it and I drink it like once a week maybe. Just drink a lot of water, it's good for your body."

Shayk revealed to Women's Health that she loves to do jiu-jitsu to stay in shape. "I hate traditional cardio. Running is my worst nightmare, so I've had to find something I enjoy that gets me all the calorie-burning benefits of cardio without boring me to death. Four months ago I started jiu-jitsu with my personal trainer and it's great. It's a Japanese self-defence discipline, but because there's so many possible move combinations, it's brilliant for constantly challenging my body and pushing it to exhaustion every time."

Shayk also told Women's Health that she loves to do barre exercises. "If I'm traveling, I try to work out in my hotel room or at work during breaks, focusing on simple barre moves that don't need any equipment and really work my arms and bum. These lengthening exercises also help to stretch me out and help clear any water retention, which I tend to get after long-haul flights. Grabbing workout time whenever I can means constantly carrying my kit around with me, so I've totally embraced athleisure – if I can turn up to a shoot in the same chic clothes I can wear to exercise, it saves me so much time and effort!"

American swimmer Alex Walsh flaunts her amazing body in bikini photos

As stated before, she qualified for the 2020 Olympic Games and won the silver medal in the 200 m individual medley.

Alex earned 19 NCAA championships and was an All-American 27 times during four national title-winning seasons at Virginia.
