rina Shayk is an extremely successful model. She's best known for appearing in Sports Illustrated. Shayk recently shared a photo on her Instagram story. In it, she posed in black workout gear, showing off her impressive figure. Shayk captioned the post, "Gym with a view."

Shayk makes sure to work out regularly. She shared how she motivates herself to do so in an interview with Yahoo Lifestyle. "I have good genes but of course you have to push yourself to go to the gym," she says. "My other problem is I love to eat, I love my food. I love hamburgers, I love chicken nuggets. If you decide that you want to eat all those crazy meals, you have to balance with working out, so you always have to motivate yourself. You cannot wake up and see yourself in the mirror and think 'I look great so I can just relax', you have to always push yourself to be better."

Shayk shared her diet secrets with Yahoo Lifestyle. She says that she believes in indulging once in a while. "Two times a week I have a cheat day. You have to remember that if you want to eat burgers, or chocolate or candy, you have to eat it for breakfast or at lunchtime, never in the evening. Probably twice a week I eat red meat and hamburgers. You have to balance between working out and eating."

Shayk shared some of the beverages she drinks, and the ones she avoids, with Yahoo Lifestyle. "You have to drink a lot of water and green tea. You have to remember that our bodies contain so much water and it's great for your skin. You have to eat a lot of greens, and fresh green juices. Also, you have to stay away from the coffee! I don't like it and I drink it like once a week maybe. Just drink a lot of water, it's good for your body."

Shayk revealed to Women's Health that she loves to do jiu-jitsu to stay in shape. "I hate traditional cardio. Running is my worst nightmare, so I've had to find something I enjoy that gets me all the calorie-burning benefits of cardio without boring me to death. Four months ago I started jiu-jitsu with my personal trainer and it's great. It's a Japanese self-defence discipline, but because there's so many possible move combinations, it's brilliant for constantly challenging my body and pushing it to exhaustion every time."

Shayk also told Women's Health that she loves to do barre exercises. "If I'm traveling, I try to work out in my hotel room or at work during breaks, focusing on simple barre moves that don't need any equipment and really work my arms and bum. These lengthening exercises also help to stretch me out and help clear any water retention, which I tend to get after long-haul flights. Grabbing workout time whenever I can means constantly carrying my kit around with me, so I've totally embraced athleisure – if I can turn up to a shoot in the same chic clothes I can wear to exercise, it saves me so much time and effort!"

Emma recently opened up about her sex life in an appearance on Nick Viall's The Viall Files podcast.

She revealed she lost her virginity to her high school boyfriend when she was 'young.'

'It was a great experience,' she told Nick. 'I've always been into that, so yeah, it was a great experience. And then, I was only with that person. I was 14 turning 15, so we'll go with 15!'

Last year Emma made headlines when she sold Harry Styles' former Hollywood Hills home for $6.7 million.

Emma previously described the house as being in 'one of the most coveted pockets in LA, nestled between the Bird Streets to the West and Sunset Plaza to the East'.

She also talked up the abode's 'flowing, functional floor plan that embraces easy California living with great outdoor space'.

Like Harry may have done, the new buyer may well have been attracted to the property's private terrace, which is ideal for entertainment.

There is also a home theatre and a gym, plus the pad boasts picturesque views of Los Angeles' downtown skyline.

Some of the best views can be found in the house's garden, which also features a swimming pool and a hot tub.

What's more, the kitchen boasts a large, centre island, and guests won't be caught short in the night because there each guest bedroom features an ensuite bathroom.

Walsh will compete in the 200-meter individual medley on Friday. She previously won a silver medal in the event during the Tokyo Games in 2021 in 2:08.65.

Growing up, Walsh was a phenom who started setting national age group records at 12.

In high school, she led her team to multiple state and national championships. At the 2019 Pan American Games, she won three gold medals.

She was even better in college as Alex Walsh started her NCAA career at the University of Virginia in 2020 and helped the program win NCAA Championships in 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024, per Wikipedia.

As stated before, she qualified for the 2020 Olympic Games and won the silver medal in the 200 m individual medley.

Alex earned 19 NCAA championships and was an All-American 27 times during four national title-winning seasons at Virginia.

It seems Salma Hayek is ageing backwards as she stunned in a new Instagram post showcasing her gorgeous figure at 57 years old.

The Frida actress posted three snaps featuring her lounging around the pool, dressed in a green micro bikini with purple accents that wrapped around her toned abs.

The bombshell went make-up free for the look, and her long, flowing dark gave stunning mermaid vibes.

She captioned the post, “Waiting for August…Esperando Agosto” alongside the stunning images.

Celebrities and fans alike took to the comments to praise the actress’s look; singer Camila Cabello posted the heart eye emoji, while a fan called her a “bombshell”.

How does she look this good, you ask? The mother of one told Glamour in 2023 that the secret to her ageless beauty is juice cleanses, yoga, and long walks with her dogs.

She revealed to the publication all of the misconceptions she had about ageing when she was a young woman, and how they have changed in the years since: “I thought getting older meant I wasn't going to work. I'm working. I thought getting older maybe meant that you're not in love anymore. I'm in love.”

The poolside snaps come after Salma was given the honor of being a torchbearer for the Paris Olympic Games; she posted a series of pictures for the event on her Instagram, dressed to the nines in a white tracksuit so she fit right in with the Olympic athletes.

She wrote in the caption, “I had the honour of carrying the Olympic flame, a symbol of light, hope, peace, and unity.”

“If you believe in these values, know that you were with me every step of the way. As I passed the torch and took part in the relay, I was proud to represent the enduring spirit of the Olympics, bringing light, hope, and unity to all.”

There is no stopping the Desperado actress, and she is set to star in the Angelina Jolie-directed film, Without Blood, due to premiere at the Toronto Film Festival in September this year.

The film is based on the 2002 novel by Italian author Alessandro Baricco, and follows “the only family survivor” from a “horrifying act of violence” in the Italian countryside, according to the synopsis.

"Salma and [co-star] Demián [Bichir] are very authentic and brave in this film,” Angelina gushed to People. “I had been a fan of their work. I knew they would bring solid commitment and craft to the film but honestly, they both blew me away.”

The director called Salma “so raw and so authentic,” in the film, while Salma said that Angelina was “probably the best director I've ever worked with.”

George Anderson of TV’s the Beechgrove Garden said he does not subscribe to the theory that August sees the start of autumn but admits this summer has been ‘very disappointing’.

He added: "There’s no doubt it’s been a poor summer. Failing flowers in our gardens could be down to the fact that we have not as much sunshine as we would normally expect.

“In fact, there has been no wall-to-wall sunshine for any sustained period.

“Tomatoes have taken time to ripen and my sweetcorn has taken a while to get a move on.”

He said early browning of leaves on some trees could be due to Dutch Elm Disease, in the case of elms, or moth infestation in the case of chestnuts.

Mr Anderson added: "If you are seeing other trees turning partly brown, this may result from comparatively dry conditions in some parts, which cause trees to ‘stress’."

Teresa Giudice is living the high life in Greece despite her seemingly shaky job status.

The “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star showed off her figure in a green bikini while soaking up the sun in Mykonos with husband Luis Ruelas.

The Bravolebrity, 52, also shared fun photos and videos to her Instagram Story while enjoying the Greek island Tuesday.

On Monday, Bravo honcho Andy Cohen confirmed the franchise would be undergoing a drastic makeover.

“We are rebooting the show,” he told a disgruntled fan on his SiriusXM radio show. “We’re gonna reboot it. We’re gonna do something different.”

He added, “We’re gonna see what we do. We’ll see. I don’t know. Maybe just all fresh faces.”

That may be ominous news for Giudice, an original “RHONJ” cast member, whose major storyline has been her ongoing feud with estranged sister-in-law Melissa Gorga.

Following the news, the reality star posted a cryptic message on her Instagram Story on Tuesday.

“Breaking News, I wish everyone the best but I’m out,” she captioned a photo of herself and Ruelas, 49, posing in their swimwear in Greece.

Last week, Giudice also posted a lengthy statement, calling out those who were “attacking” the “RHONJ” cast.

“I have been on ‘The Real Housewives of New Jersey’ for the last 14 seasons and during that time I have seen and been a part of my fair share of drama with my cast mates,” she wrote on Instagram.

“What is happening off camera on social media, is absolutely disgusting and is fueled by toxic people who are not affiliated with the show or the cast and are only interested in promoting themselves by spreading their hate through false narratives and lies,” she continued.

The OG Housewife went on to explain that the “hate” has affected their families.

“They are attacking our children, going after our businesses and they are turning something that is supposed to be entertainment into something very dark and toxic,” she wrote.

She then pleaded with her followers to “stop” the cycle of “hate and toxicity.”

During part 2 of the interview Erin reveals she loves bagels. "There's this brunch spot that I love and it's in Toronto and it's my favorite brunch ever. They make it homemade, so it's like a buttered bagel classic. And they make it homemade and scrambled eggs, bacon, avocado, just simple," she says. "It's basically a deconstructed breakfast bagel sandwich. And I'm from New York City. Yeah. So I've got a soft place for bagels."

Erin takes walks regularly. Luckily she has canines who keep her company. Why should you walk? One JAMA Internal Medicine study found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Because Erin is from New York City she "obviously likes a really strong coffee," she confessed in the interview. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Later the Camp Nowhere child star added a long white dress as she snacked on grapes while checking out the scenic view the yacht afforded.

Jessica was in a paisley print two piece that had a pale pink string accent.

The diva did not drop her glam, however, as she wore large, round sunglasses that matched her oversized hoop Jenny From The Block earrings. Later, she slipped on Tory Burch sunglasses.

She also flashed her wedding ring from Cash as well as a beaded bracelet while laying on a chocolate brown towel.

The TV star had a crystal glass in her hand that contained a pink beverage as she flashed white nails.

Cash was dressed in a white polo shirt with black striped shorts. Warren seemed to hover near his lady love, and, later he planted a kiss on her.

They are on vacation with their three children; together they have Honor, Haven and Hayes.

Before the family was in Greece, they spent time in Provence, France, where the artist wrote about her time there.

Demi – who was in the front row of the Dior show in Paris recently – looked decades younger than her 61 years as she wore a tiny white bikini in a new Instagram post shared by her eldest daughter Rumer, 35.

She stood holding her 15-month-old granddaughter Louetta's hands as they walked on a dock together.

Romee maintains a healthy diet, staying away from red meat. "It's been something I've been trying to do—I think it has certain health benefits for me," she told Elle Australia. What does she eat in a day? "I love oatmeal in the morning; you can find the recipe on my YouTube channel. For lunch, she will eat a bowl of grains, salad, and vegetables, and for dinner, she enjoys eating out at a nice restaurant with her boyfriend or friends. "There are so many restaurants to go to on a cheat day. I love bread, with dips, sushi, burgers, pasta…" she said. "But my real cheat meal is dessert. I have a sweet tooth so this is the area where I like to cheat. Ice cream, with chocolate, caramel, etc… That's what gets me excited!"

Romee recommends food prep. "I think the most important thing for women on-the-go is to be prepared," she told Glamour. "I really like to prepare my day the night before if I know the next day is going to be hectic. Brussels sprouts and butternut roasted in the oven, paired with chicken and hummus is my favorite! I'll also make sure to bring healthy snacks or make a lunch/dinner box if I am getting on a plane. (I'm not a huge fan of airline food.)"

"My boyfriend and I workout together. We never really do the same training, but we go to the gym together and then we say, 'Okay, one hour from now we're leaving.' So, it helps. We get competitive. We always do a planking challenge. I think it's really motivating [to work out with your partner], because whenever I don't feel like it, he's like, 'Oh, come on. Let's do it! Let's get it over with!'" she told Harper's Bazaar Singapore. "[The Angels and I] always try to work out together and then plan a nice brunch or lunch after. It's really motivating. Jasmine [Tookes] is the most hardcore. She's strong. She can do a lot of weights!"

Romee tries to get a workout in, even when she has little to no time. "I'm not always motivated, but you just have to go do it because afterwards you feel so great and you enjoy the day more because you've done it. So, just start somewhere. Just do something. Say to yourself that you only have 15 minutes or something and then it comes from there," she told Harper's Bazaar.

Romee does a lot of work to keep her abs flat. "For abs, I like a little circuit on the mat. With every [exercise], you should always be using your abs—even when you do squats. Try to feel them [with every movement]. I've been doing everything myself with ankle weights and resistance bands, and I bring my jump rope when I travel. You can even do it in a hotel room if you have a mat," she told Harper's Bazaar.

According to Chloe, starting out "can be very overwhelming as there are things to consider such as your diet, your form, your consistency, etc. The one thing you need to focus on as a beginner is your mindset," she tells Her World. "You need to be committed to this and be able to identify what is possible for you today and what is your limit. Some people go cold turkey and jump on a diet or start intense exercises, and there's no sustainability with that. Start small, make incremental changes, and build strength over time and it's all a gradual process."

Chloe maintains that exercise is essential for the body, mind, and gut. "I've been working out for about six years now, and my journey started because I wasn't in a good place mentally. I suffered from panic attacks and anxiety, and also had a history of being bullied at work so I ended up taking a break from work," she told Her World. "With more time to spend on self-care, I gained an interest in fitness and I was just drawn to getting myself physically stronger. This then had a huge positive impact on my mental health. Besides that, I've also suffered from gut-related health issues, which have impacted my quality of life, but thankfully I'm in a better place now, both mentally and physically, and using my platform to spread positivity and self-love."

Slip in exercise when you can, says Chloe. "It's become a routine for me to work out in the morning, and checking that off early in the day makes me feel accomplished as I move on to my next task of the day," Chloe adds. "I think everyone's strategy to stay motivated is a little different. You have to identify what would work for you and give yourself time to build up that familiarity in your schedule so that it becomes a natural routine."

Chloe is a reader. Sitting down with a good book is a great form of self-care. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

Chloe eats healthy – most of the time. What is her guilty pleasure? "Definitely chocolates and it's not something I'll ever get sick of!" she told Her World.

As you can see in her Instagram post, Smith likes to work her lower body. Piedmont reports that these workouts have a lot of benefits. "Having strong glutes, quadriceps, hamstrings and calf muscles gives your body a strong foundation and can: Tone your lower body muscles. Boost your metabolism as you increase muscle mass. Give you a higher calorie burn as you train larger muscle groups. Improve your balance. Strengthen your bones. Reduce joint pain."

In an Instagram video, Smith is seen using weights for strength training exercises. The Mayo Clinic states that strength training has a lot of benefits. "Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age."

Smith is seen doing chin-ups. ACE Fitness states that this exercise has a lot of benefits. "Chin-ups can help improve grip strength, posture and appearance, while also helping to strengthen muscles that stabilize the spine. This, in turn, can help reduce one's risk of back pain and injury. Even if a client is only able to do one or two chin-ups at a time, this exercise offers tremendous benefits, especially for the back, shoulders, forearms and biceps."

Smith makes sure to work out on a regular basis. However, she revealed in the caption of this Instagram post that she doesn't push herself too hard when she works out. "REMINDER: a workout doesn't have to feel like death to 'count.' The point is, you're making time for you. Doesn't matter if that's a walk to the coffee shop and back, yoga, Pilates, running, HIIT, strength, dancing…WHATEVER. Moving your body is important and EVERYTHING 'counts' if it's making you feel good. ❤️"

Smith revealed in the caption of this Instagram post that she likes to do HIIT training to stay fit. "HIIT training used to be absolute hell for me… and whilst it's still challenging, and not my FAVOURITE type of workout, it was 'hell' because of my mindset," she wrote. "I used to hate every second of it because I'd use those sessions as punishment – wanting to burn as much as I could purely because I wanted to change my body. I can now challenge myself in a workout and enjoy the challenge because I'm doing it for a completely different reason. And I LOVE @laura.henshaw 's NEW HIIT classes in the app because there is so much mindfulness pulled into the classes, she continuously reminds you that you're in charge of your own body and to listen to it throughout the sessions and you honestly finish them feeling on top of the world. Cat Deeley was clearly enjoying a break from the norm as she basked in the French sunshine.

The TV presenter announced she was taking a break from This Morning duties earlier this month and confirmed she isn't due back until September. She appears to be making the most of the downtime alongside her kids and TV star husband, Patrick Kielty.

Cat and fellow presenter, Irish comedian Patrick, share two sons together - Milo, eight, and James, five - and tied the knot in 2012.

The quartet were sunning it up on the sandy beaches of St Tropez. They 47-year-old former SMTV Live star showed her toned physique as she smiled while appearing to set up camp for the family.

She opted for a two piece black strapless bikini and paired it with a cream panama hat with a gold trim. She accessorised with a pari of chunky black sunglasses.

Cat was stood beside a blue tent with a number of beach bags scattered nearby. She appeared to summon hubby Patrick from his dip in the sea in a bid to get the family dried off. Patrick wore navy swimwear and was seen to add a white polo shirt.

Later, Cat was seen putting on a plain navy maxi dress to go for a walk after drying and dressing one of her kids. For her jaunt, Cat wore open-toed sandals and she was spotted carrying one of her youngsters' shoes.

While the length of their holiday is unclear, they were basking under the glorious European sunshine while England is battered by rain and colder weather last week too. Cat took to Instagram to share a rare glimpse of her kids climbing onto a wall, with a luxury Chanel store in the background.

She captioned her upload: "C'est si bon!" which translates to: "It is so good!" She also shared footage of the brothers on their way to a local beach while carrying an inflatable boat.

The trip is the latest luxury getaway for the star, who also opted for a trip to Cabo during the Easter break.

Cat's latest break from presenting duties comes a month after she apologised for insensitive comments on air. The presenter had caused a storm online, when she was seen dancing in the ITV studio alongside co-star Ben Shephard before introducing singer Meghan Trainor as one of her guests for the day.

Playfully chatting as the cameras rolled, she joked: "I'm just having a seizure." Her words prompted an angry backlash on Twitter/X: "Wow @catdeeley @thismorning choose your words more wisely!! You really think seizures are funny!? What a stupid thing to say and then snigger at!," one user fumed.

The backlash continued to grow online, leading to Cat issuing an apology a day later.

According to clinical trials, consuming more protein than the recommended dietary allowance not only reduces body weight (BW), but also enhances body composition by decreasing fat mass while preserving fat-free mass (FFM) in both low-calorie and standard-calorie diets.

Jamillette makes sure to hydrate. "I drink plenty of water," she told Women Fitness. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.
