Nathalie Emmanuel shares swimsuit photos from Antigua

Game of Thrones star Nathalie Emmanuel is missing the gorgeous Caribbean country of Antigua, after taking a trip there earlier this year. Emmanuel, 34, shared a highlight reel of her vacation—and it's envy-inducing. The actress is seen spending time exploring the island, posing in a variety of swimsuits on the beach. "Take me back!!! Shout out to @hodgesbay_antigua for being the backdrop of some much needed R&R. Special mention to @sheerrocks and big up @qweens.royal.treats for feeding us all the delicious things," she captioned the post.

Emmanuel has been a yogi for years. "I started going to yoga when I was 19 as a way to stay active but also do something by myself if I needed peace and quiet," she says. "In the last seven years, it's been much more of a necessity that I do it religiously. Wherever I am in the world, I find a yoga studio or I travel with my mat. I also trained to become a yoga instructor about two years ago—and taught at a London studio for a bit—because friends kept asking, 'Can you show me how?' Yoga is something I do to sit and breathe and bring my attention inward, because I'm often giving so much energy to the world.

It's important to check in physically, mentally, and emotionally and see what's going on. A lot of the things you shove to the bottom, to get through the week, come out. It's good to engage with those things and have a conversation."

Emmanuel works out for her health over her appearance. "I'm not working out to be a certain weight or size," she says. "I'm a goal-oriented person. My fitness goals at the moment are to do pull-ups and to do a pincha mayurasana, which is a forearm stand in yoga. I'm pretty strong at a headstand, but I want to be able to do a handstand and hold it. The workouts I do with my trainer in London condition me for those things. We focus on upper-body strength because that's my weakness. We work different muscle groups. We do circuits where you perform five or six exercises for a minute each, take a break, and then do it again. I also run and do body-weight exercises, weights, and boxing—I like to mix it up."

Emmanuel doesn't pressure herself when it comes to working out. "One of the biggest lessons I learnt from yoga is that your body doesn't do the same thing every day and that's totally fine," she says. "Whatever you could do yesterday, that's great, well done, but you might not be able to do it today. You might not even be able to do it tomorrow. It's about not judging yourself and allowing yourself to be wherever you're at. That's my favorite thing about yoga."

Emmanuel tries to stick to a healthy, whole foods diet. "Because I'm vegan and I have a gluten intolerance as well, when I find baking that is both vegan and gluten-free, it's so exciting that I tend to go a bit over the top," she says. "In L.A., I go to this place called Erin McKenna's Bakery and basically eat all the things. Mostly, I try to keep my food simple. I want to read the ingredients and know exactly what's in stuff or be able to pronounce it. That's generally my thing: If I can't understand the words on the back of the packaging, then maybe I shouldn't be eating it. Usually, I'll cook lots of vegetables together—broccoli, onions, peppers, mushrooms—and then I like to add a bean or something. Or I might buy some organic tofu, season it, and mix it with a grain or in a salad. Throw some nuts in there. I make it as colorful and as varied as I can."

Emmanuel has specific go-tos when it comes to vegan cuisine. "If I can find pancakes that are vegan and gluten free, as I have a gluten allergy, I will go in," she says. "I like topping them with strawberries, banana and maybe a bit of maple syrup, even a bit of vegan butter. But my favorite meal if I can be bothered to cook it, is rice and peas and aki 'no saltfish', I call it. I basically make the same Jamaican dish, sometimes I add greens like kalalalou or spinach, but without the saltfish. I'll fry some plantain and steam some veg to go with it, too. I love it."

Jayda Cheaves is living her best life in Dubai flaunting her amazing body

Jayda Cheaves is living her best life in Dubai in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the influencer flaunts her amazing body in a bathing suit while celebrating herself. "Not saying I'm the best at what i do.. I'm just saying that's it's me VS. whoever wanna lose," she captioned the Instagram snaps with her followers. "How does it feel to be gods favorite ?" one of them commented, while several others simply responded with fire emojis.

One of Jayda's top health habits? "Drink plenty of water," she told Celebwell in an interview. Why is hydration crucial? According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Jayda eats a lot of produce."Eat your fruit. My favorite fruit right now is plums and dark cherries," she tells Celebwell.

"I don't have to exercise running behind a toddler all day. My son keeps me fit," Jayda told us about her approach to exercise. No matter how you choose to sweat, physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

Jayda has a great wellness practice: meditation. "I like to take time out of my day to meditate and align myself for whatever the day has in store for me," she tells us. "When you meditate, you may clear away the information overload that builds up every day and contributes to your stress," says the Mayo Clinic. Benefits include:

Gaining a new perspective on stressful situations

Building skills to manage your stress

Increasing self-awareness

Focusing on the present

Reducing negative emotions

Increasing imagination and creativity

Increasing patience and tolerance

Lowering resting heart rate

Lowering resting blood pressure

Improving sleep quality

Jayda makes sure to get enough sleep. "My sleep routine schedule is all over the place," she confesses. "Sometimes I'm in bed early, and sometimes I like to stay up late and binge-watch my favorite shows. It's summer so there's no such thing as a set schedule these days." What are the health benefits of sleep? According to the Sleep Foundation, getting enough z's is a mood booster, promotes heart health, regulates blood sugar, improves mental function, restores your immune system, helps relieve stress, and aids in weight loss.

Dianne Buswell shows off her amazingly fit figure

Dianne Buswell is channeling the Little Mermaid – in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post the Strictly Come Dancing star shows off her amazingly fit figure in a green bathing suit as she swims with Joe Sugg, with many of her followers likening her image to Ariel, the mermaid. "Ariel is real maybe I was right as a kid," commented one. "Gorgeous lady," added another.

"I love to wake up early as I love the mornings," Dianne tells Women's Health. "I'll have my morning coffee outside – there's something about fresh air in the morning that wakes me up makes me feel good."

After coffee, Dianne prepares her first meal of the day. "I just get so excited for breakfast! I love a nice, warming breakfast," she told Women's Health. Oatmeal is her favorite. "But when I say porridge I put, like, the works in it. I'll add chia seeds, blueberries, walnuts, cinnamon…I go to town!" She also loves "a nice [slice of] toast with avocado."

Dianne rises and exercises. "I like to wake up and do something straight away," she said at Women's Health Live Virtual. "I like to get myself moving, purely for the fact it motivates me to do more during the day," she added. "My frame of mind at the moment is, wake up, get something done, whether it's yoga or – I have a little treadmill here – a 15-minute walk whilst I'm watching the morning news. I just try to do something that gets me moving."

Obviously, one of Dianne's main forms of fitness is dance. "The physical, mental and emotional health benefits of dance are endless. But as a dancer I don't just dance, I do a lot of other things that help my body get dance-fit and dance-ready, " she told The Independent. "Dancing is definitely enough to keep you fit, but if I just keep on dancing and dancing and dancing, I'm using the same muscle groups and I have to do different things in order to engage different muscles, so I don't get injured and I can do this for a longer time."

Dianne avoids chicken and red meat, but does eat fish. One of her go-to meals is ratatouille. "I eat as healthily as I can – but I'm only human and I love my chocolate. I still have a drink every now and then, so it's not like I don't do any of that stuff, but I do realize the effect it has on my body. The more in tune you are with your Dianne tries "not to put so much pressure on myself and only do things I think I'll genuinely enjoy," she told Women's Fitness. "It's about knowing exactly what you want in life and being true to that person or that thing you're doing. If you're doing something you love, your stress levels are automatically much lower than if you're doing something you really don't want to do. In terms of working out, I used to think I had to go to the gym and run on the treadmill for an hour, which I hated, whereas now I'll do a form of exercise I actually enjoy."body, the more you realize what you're putting into it does have an effect on what you get out of it," she told The Independent.

Roselyn Sanchez is seemingly aging in reverse

The Rookie star Roselyn Sanchez is seemingly aging in reverse, if her recent social media posts are anything to judge by. Sanchez, 50, shared pictures of herself posing on a lounger next to a beautiful pool, looking stunning in a purple strapless swimsuit. "Adiós ??Until November ⭐️," she captioned the post. "How beautiful," commented makeup artist Millie Morales.

Sanchez tries to live as healthy a lifestyle as possible. "I love working out because I grew up as a dancer, so I do workout with a trainer four times a week. But I also eat well—I don't drink, I don't smoke, and I try to be as healthy as possible. I also go to Bungalow 3 in Beverly Hills, and they have all these amazing face treatments that I love—things like radio frequency, no surgery. A lot of people accuse me of doing many things to my face, but I have never! I just take care of myself. And luckily I am very blessed."

Sanchez works out not just for her job, but for the sake of her family. "People have a perception of you, of how you need to look, and it's a lot of pressure," she says. "I'd rather be home and do nothing, but I can't. And now it's not even about the physique. I became a mother late in life—I had Sebella at 38 and Dylan at 44—and I want to be as healthy as possible for as long as possible."

Sanchez says Jennifer Lopez gave her good advice about preparing for events. "If you want your face to look chiseled, no sodium two days before," she says. "I learned that from our friend JLo. She said, 'I approach everything like a sport, so when I have a concert, I train for that – and then I can do whatever I want until my next one.'"

Sanchez doesn't feel being a mother means sacrificing her career. "I was actually talking to Eva [Longoria] earlier, and she said 'I'm a producer on this show, but women, we're producers by nature. That's what we do. We produce a home, we produce kids, we're meant to do this.' I'm not gonna lie—it's a constant negotiation…it's a lot of work. Marriage is a lot of work, kids are a lot of work, work is a lot of work. When in this business, kids weren't even part of my imagination; I was all about my career, because I was so ambitious and I came to this country to do something. But then I got in my 30s and realized that every woman I looked up to was a mother. I had an aha moment as Oprah would say, realizing that so many talented, successful women are also mothers."

Sanchez credits a healthy lifestyle with her ageless looks. "People ask me, 'What do you do?' And I say, I haven't done anything," she says. "I haven't had surgery; all I can think of is that I've never had alcohol or smoked. My mom is almost 80, and she's been through cancer and all kinds of things, but her skin is amazing—so I don't know if it's a combination of things."

Rachel Zegler is wowing her fans

In a new social media post The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes star shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit, throwing her followers into a frenzy. "All i do is try try try," she captioned the series of snaps. "Um. Just. Swoon," commented Vanessa Hudgens. "Beauty!!" added another follower.

Rachel loves coffee – but not before a performance. "I cut a lot of caffeine out because caffeine can dry up your vocal chords," she told Vogue about preparing for West Side Story. "Ever since I wrapped up West Side Story, I am very happy to incorporate my cup of coffee in the morning now, so that's been a godsend," she told Vogue.

"When I was making West Side Story, I felt a lot of pressure to constantly be on my game. That mostly manifested vocally. And when you're very stressed out, it can affect your vocal chords. But I cut dairy out of my diet," Rachel added to Vogue.

"It's hard," she says of online criticism, "but at the end of the day, you have to remember that, at least in my case, I'm the one with the confidence to go out there, and show my face, and be myself, and I'm getting paid. I'm working, doing what I love…and it's all I've ever wanted in my entire life. I'm really excited to share myself in that way, and let them all talk, you know? Let them all talk. I lead with love, and that's all I can really tell the world," Rachel explained to Elle. "Every day, I watch as we distance ourselves further and further from love and understanding," she says. "Everybody learns just how fast these people who claim to love you can turn on you in an instant. We put so many eggs in the basket of parasocial relationships and these expectations that are impossible for these normal human beings to meet, and then we feign disappointment when they don't meet them. Everyone is learning every day, and I've constantly found myself being rightfully called out for things, and absolutely, there are necessary moments of learning, and adapting, and understanding—that's how we grow as human beings, and I'm really proud of those things. There's also just a lot of unnecessary things. Comments that people make about people's relationships, their appearance, and the way that they decide to live their lives, even though it's quite literally nobody else's business but their own. You just sit back and think to yourself, 'Do I need this?' "

During the pandemic Rachel had a breast cancer scare, sharing a photo of the outpatient biopsy procedure that she went through during the pandemic. She called the experience the "undoubtedly the scariest week of my life." In a now-deleted post on social media she wrote: "Two years ago I found a lump in my breast," explaining that "No OB/GYN was taking new patients due to the backlog of the pandemic, but I was fortunate to have the care of my pediatrician who prescribed me an ultrasound, which led to an out-patient biopsy procedure," she continued. "Thankfully it was benign."And now the scar serves as a reminder to check my breasts regularly for any irregular growth – the fibroadenoma in my left breast is a common occurrence but nevertheless extremely scary to find. Early detection saves lives!!! Check your titty meat :)."

Rachel is also open about mental health struggles. "Hello. My name is Rachel. I suffer from anxiety and depression, and occasionally feel depersonalized/disassociated from reality. I am a work in progress. I am finding the common ground between me and my mind. And that's enough. But please, ask if I'm okay. #EndTheStigma," she wrote on X.

Game of Thrones star Esme Bianco shares swimsuit Photos

Bianco is enjoying the ocean in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post the Game of Thrones star (she played Ros) shows off her amazingly fit figure in a bathing suit while walking on the beach. "Wow. You look stunning Esme," one of her followers commented. "Lovely. Absolutely stunning," commented another.

Esme is a reader. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

Esme also takes baths as a form of self-care. She captioned a photo of herself, "at last." How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Esme is very open about her mental health. "#IAmNotOk because I have to take multiple medications a day to treat my PTSD and anxiety, stemming from a #domesticviolence relationship I left years ago. I consider myself extremely fortunate that I can afford good medical care and therapy. Many survivors aren't that lucky," she captioned a post.

Esme rides horses. "Ole Blue Eyes ? so good to be back in the saddle," she captioned a photo. According to the American Heart Association, riding horses is great for your health. Not only does it boost cardiovascular health, but builds core strength, burns calories, and lowers blood pressure. It is also great for your mental health as it helps relax you.

In her recent post, Esmé takes a walk on the beach. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Drew Dorsey flaunts her famous figure

Drew Dorsey is heating up social media in her swimsuit. In a new post the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition model flaunts her famous figure in a bathing suit, impressing her followers. "Slaying as always," commented one. "There's just something about you!" added another.

In a video shared to her YouTube channel, Drew reveals all her diet and fitness secrets. "Okay, so first thing I do is usually I'll go on a hike," she told her fans. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

Building stronger muscles and bones

Improving your sense of balance

Improving your heart health

Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems

Drew works out in her apartment, "because I don't need any equipment. It's easy, accessible in my own home," she revealed. She starts off by doing 40 jumping jacks. Next she takes two eight point weights and does curls while holding one leg up at a time. Next up, lunges. Then, she moves on to the "booty" doing a standard glute bridge. Next she does 100 bicycle moves and ends with 20 scissor kicks.

How did Drew transform her body? "I think diet is honestly 75%, and then exercise was 25% because I saw a drastic change in just switching my diet," she said. "Before, I didn't really care what I ate, I kind of just ate whatever. I'm not going to lie, which wasn't good because I also have very sensitive skin. And so whenever I eat anything that's sugary or has a lot of salt or a lot of how want to say oil, but just fried, fatty stuff, I break out, turn to a complete pizza. So I think that helped a lot also with me being like, okay, I'm going to commit to just cutting all that shit out of my diet."

Drew chooses a healthy lifestyle over crash diets. She admits she tried drastic diets in the past and they "never work." Instead, "You just have to look at it as a lifestyle change," she continued. "Because as soon as I started looking at it as a lifestyle change, I was like, okay, I can actually do this. And also a lot of times with diets, you're depriving yourself of stuff and then what's going to happen is you're just going to end up binging because you've been eating clean for 30 days and you're like, just guys didn't want a burger."

Drew explains that during the week, "I'll eat really healthy or as healthy as possible. And then on the weekends, in the beginning, I just had it down to eating one cheat meal on a Saturday. So I would have one cheat meal. I wouldn't just let myself eat whatever the whole weekend, but I did get to eat whatever I wanted. So it was a lot easier or gave me incentive knowing that during the week I could had to stick to eating clean, but I knew that on Saturday I was going to get that pizza, I was going to get in and out or I was going to get gelato, I could have something. So that really helped me stay on track because it wasn't like I was depriving myself of all these things that I also love."

"I never weigh myself," Drew revealed, calling the habit "unhealthy," adding, "I think a number on a scale of such an inaccurate representation of what your body is actually doing, because it could be muscle, it could be just different things fluctuating. So I really just go off of what I look like in the mirror."

Ali Larter is 47 and is in the best shape of her life

The Rookie star Ali Larter is 47 and in the best shape of her life—and has the photos prove it. The actress posted a picture of herself on Instagram, posing in a black and white bikini after a dip in the pool at her Caribbean resort. "Here's looking at you, Summer '23! ☀️?☀️," she captioned the sultry shot. "You look amazing!!! Wow!" a fan commented.

Larter works out for the mental and physical benefits. "I'm a huge believer in exercise and I think that anyone can have a down day or be going through different kinds of challenging times in their life," she says. "For me, exercise is about getting out of your brain and into your body. I work out all the time and it's not just to get stronger. It's because of the mental lift that you get from it. I mix it all up. So I do hot yoga, I do Orangetheory, I do a lot of band work. And I run outside. And so that to me is really how I mix it all up. I love to sweat. I even have a steam at home, but I try to sweat every single day of my life. I just feel like again, it cleanses you. It knocks out maybe that extra glass of wine you had. I have young kids at home. I definitely love on the weekends to indulge. And so for me it's how I can stay in shape and feel good about myself."

Larter makes a point of only eating what she will truly enjoy. "I drink a ton of water," she says. "I definitely like green juices, but I'm not someone who makes their own or drinks it every day. I try not to eat a lot of white bread and white flour, things like that. If it's going to be bread, it's going to be a great whole grain. If I'm going to eat pasta, I'm going to go out to an amazing Italian restaurant and eat homemade pasta. I love cheese. Like Saturday night we had an amazing cheese plate. My best friend came over. We had a great Barolo. That's worth it to me. I try not to eat mediocre bad food (laughs). If I'm going to eat it, it's going to be great."

Larter switched up her workouts during and after pregnancy, replacing her outdoor runs with more gentle exercise. "Your priorities change," she says. "As a new mom, I'd rather be spending time with my baby than working out for an hour and a half every day. I figured out that it's important to take the time for yourself–and that hour, four times a week, is about me, having time to breathe and to get a little bit of alone time."

Larter's attitude to fitness is connected to her love for food and need for balance. "I LOVE to eat, so I have to make time for exercise," she says. "I often work a 12-hour day only to return home, put my babies to sleep, and only then pay penance for the enormous cheeseburger I ate at lunch by spending 30 minutes in the gym. It's not my favorite thing at times, but it's how I've chosen to manage my ever-intensifying addiction to eating things, and fortunately I've found the balance."

Larter meditates every day for her mental wellness. "I try to laugh a lot," she says. "I meditate, quite often for very short periods of time, maybe 15 times a day, 20 times a day and no more than three minutes at a time. I'll do it in traffic. I'll do it when I'm putting my kids down for naps or for bedtime when I wake up in the morning. Just quick little mantras or things that help me to continue to feel positive. I think in a world where the news can feel extremely heavy, I definitely have not chosen an easy industry. I find that if I can ground myself, exercise, meditate and stay very level, it keeps me stronger and more capable of handling life."

Sol Fandiño isn´t afraid to show off her body

Sol Fandiño is a model and influencer. Naturally, this means she's not afraid to show off her body. Fandiño shared a new swimsuit video on Instagram this week. In it, she enjoyed a day at the spa. Fandiño spent time in a sauna and in a pool. She captioned the post, "Don't wait for someone to take care of you, take care of yourself."

Fandiño shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is practice yoga. Fandiño posted a set of photos of herself doing yoga poses on the beach. She captioned the post, "New flows in 3-2-1." She also shared a highlight reel of herself doing yoga, including teaching a class. She captioned the post, "Morning flow! Activating the energy!" Harvard Health states that yoga has a lot of benefits. "Yoga develops inner awareness. It focuses your attention on your body's abilities at the present moment.

It helps develop breath and strength of mind and body. It's not about physical appearance. Yoga studios typically don't have mirrors. This is so people can focus their awareness inward rather than how a pose — or the people around them — looks. Surveys have found that those who practiced yoga were more aware of their bodies than people who didn't practice yoga. They were also more satisfied with and less critical of their bodies.

For these reasons, yoga has become an integral part in the treatment of eating disorders and programs that promote positive body image and self-esteem."

For Fandiño, yoga isn't just a way to workout and relax. It is also a way to help with her gut health. Fandiño shared a video on Instagram of herself doing poses that will help with a gut detox. She captioned the post, "Flow Detox✨The relationship between our brain and the body and the digestive system is very important for our health. That's why I leave you this Flow Detox that serves to massage the abdominal area and stimulate digestion."

Fandiño loves to cook healthy options. She shares a lot of her favorite recipes on Instagram. In this video, she makes a salad. Fandiño captioned the post, "'Fun-Da-Men-Tal' dress, who says? ? Royal ? that's so good! (Yes, I wanted to use the abacus emoji ,, denotes age) Ingredients for the Dressing! Tahini or sesame paste. Cúrcuma. Pepper. Sal marina. Maple syrup o miel."

Fandiño makes sure to stay motivated to workout. She opened up about this in the caption of an Instagram post of herself at the gym. "No filter, no make up, and no hairstyle, but focus on my goals," she wrote. "I am often asked how I do it to get the urge to train. The truth is I do it for my mental health and for my body health, not just to look pretty, but obviously the results help and motivate to keep going! I see physical exercise as something I need to do for myself. It's part of my self-care, of my Self-Care routine. Motivates me to do it for myself and not for others. Hope this motivates you too!"

One thing Fandiño likes to do to stay in shape is play tennis. She shared a set of photos on Instagram of herself and some friends on the court. Fandiño captioned the post, "1. Preparada para mi primer intento. 2. Ojo eh. 3. Buah…4. Tell me where the paddle and the mini. 5. Third half. 6. They laugh because I have 'the gift'. 7. What are you doing lady? 8. Don't doubt my technique. See original."

Avernell Modest flaunts her incredibly fit figure

Avernell Modest is showing off her medal-winning swimsuit body. In a recent social media post the bodybuilder flaunts her incredibly fit figure in a bathing suit after placing third at Amateur Olympa. "We took home ?at the prestigious @amateurolympia . Thank you to everyone for the continuous support, success is not final because there's always work to be done !," she captioned the post.

Staying in shape is literally Avernell's job. "Right off my flight, after 4 meals , straight to the training with my Coach @jl_ganot ….. then threw on my bikini and heels to a**es my posing and shape . Only those who know how it feels to pose right after training," she captioned a post.

Avvernell works hard in the gym but also makes sure to get her steps in. "What I saw on my walk yesterday." she captioned a post.

Avernell also swims, another great cardio workout, according to the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.

If you want glutes and a butt like Avernell, you are going to have to squat for it. "Listen ! Your knees shouldn't be collapsing in at no time when doing a banded AND non-banded squat . It's more easily noticeable when using a band. No need to rush the set either … I know .. IT BURNS ?….. GET YOUR SET IN PROPERLY , Rest, then go again," she instructs in a video.

You can also find Avernell taking dance cardio classes. Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

Another tried and true exercise that helps Avernell keep her arms strong? Push ups. "Because what's more sexy than a girl in a bikini doing push ups ???" she captioned a post.

Cait Fairbanks flaunts her amazing body

Cait Fairbanks misses being a mermaid in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post the Young and the Restless star flaunts her amazing body in a bathing suit while vacationing on the ocean. "I miss my tummy not hurting and being a mermaid," she captioned the series of snaps. "Gorgeous! We stand with you! Now go be a mermaid," commented one of her followers. "Stunning," added another.

"I love [doing] Pilates and [practicing] yoga," Fairbanks told Soap Hub. "I feel like the fun part of being in a group class is that you can push yourself further and be competitive in a good way," the actress/singer muses. "When I'm alone [working out], I have a different focus. Both are beneficial and [both] always make me feel good."

Cait opened up about her eating disorder struggles in an Instagram post. "Yes, this is just another mirror selfie," she started, "but, I'll be real for a second. We all have things we don't like about ourselves. I'm pretty open about anxiety and depression, not for attention, but to try and reach out to those who may feel the same. Growing up auditioning, I always felt I had to fit into a category and never quite fit in. Age, weight, height, etc. I took my pain and anger out on my body. I'd starve myself (a few hundred calories a day) then binge, then make myself vomit. Rinse, repeat, you get it." Now, she maintains a healthy lifestyle.

Cait also does inner work "I do a decent amount of meditating, too. It all helps me a lot," she told Soap Hub. "When you meditate, you may clear away the information overload that builds up every day and contributes to your stress," says the Mayo Clinic. Benefits include:

Gaining a new perspective on stressful situations

Building skills to manage your stress

Increasing self-awareness

Focusing on the present

Reducing negative emotions

Increasing imagination and creativity

Increasing patience and tolerance

Lowering resting heart rate

Lowering resting blood pressure

Improving sleep quality

Cait practices listening to her body's cues about food. "I've always had a tough relationship with [food]," the actress told Soap Hub. "I try to do intuitive eating. Eat when you're hungry. Don't when you're not."

Cait also cooks her own meals. "Food is the enemy and your best friend," she told Soap Hub. "I've been trying to cook [at home] a lot more…I always feel better when I cook at home. I don't do intermittent fasting. I can't wait that long!" She adds:. "You know what's going into [your food]," she says. "'Oh, there's a lot of salt here!' You decide what goes into your food."

Abigail Spear enjoyed some delicious wine and pool time in Napa Valley

The Equalizer Star Abigail Spear took advantage of the beautiful Californian sunshine to visit Napa Valley for some delicious wine and pool time. Spear shared a picture of herself posing on a lounger next to the pool, wearing a pink floral bikini and holding a cocktail in one hand. "Mini vaca recap ?☀️," she captioned the post.

Spear enjoys playing golf, having first developed a love for the sport when she was a child. "Many people find that working out outside is more fun than going to the gym, making it easier to stick with your workout plan," says the American Sports and Fitness Society. "And while some indoor workouts can be social, outdoor activities are generally more so (especially if you're taking advantage of all those sunny days). Plus, there's something about seeing nature that makes us feel relaxed–and having time for yourself should always be encouraged!"

Spear loves watching scary movies, which studies show are actually good for your health—especially movies with jump scares. "Researchers have found that watching horror can improve pain tolerance due to endorphin production," says Dr. Kristen Knowles, neuropsychologist at Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh. "Distraction from pain is also a likely explanation, since attention and energy resources are diverted towards threat evaluation and away from other bodily functions. The body's response to fear or suspense is to ramp up production of stress hormones, such as adrenalin, which mobilize your body's energy resources. This is paired with increased heart rate and focused attention. This can all feel rather exhilarating when that tension is released at the end of the film. Doing this safely can feel good simply because it is thrilling – consider skydiving as a similar activity which is frightening but also euphoric."

Spear likes to go hiking in America's beautiful national parks. "There's a lot of research that shows the effects of being in nature," says sports medicine physician Matthew Kampert, DO, MS. "Our bodies find that certain colors can be stressful while some are calming. So, being out in nature with lots of green is a great therapeutic environment."

Spear enjoys rosé wine, especially when she's on vacation. "The truth about having a glass of wine a day is that there's no proven 'good' reason to drink it," says Dr. Joshua Septimus, associate professor of clinical medicine at Houston Methodist. "This doesn't mean you can't drink wine, but a better way to think about enjoying it is to make sure you're minimizing the known negative outcomes of alcohol by only drinking wine in moderation."

Spear enjoys low-carb cheese chips as a healthy replacement for crackers. "We've all been tricked into thinking cheese is bad for us, but that's really not the case," says registered dietitian and personal nutrition coach Lauren Armstrong. "Cheese is salty and can be high in fat, but it also contains important vitamins and minerals: Vitamins A, B6, B12, D and K, calcium, potassium, zinc, and magnesium. The American Heart Association recommends consuming 3 cups of fat-free or low-fat dairy foods a day, which includes milk, yogurt and cheese. A serving of natural cheese, like cheddar, is about the size of a pair of dice."

General Hospital star Eden McCoy looking gorgeous

Eden McCoy is palling around with Johnny Sequoyah Friedenberg. In a recent social media snap the General Hospital star shows off her amazing body alongside her Dexter: New Blood friend, wowwing her followers. "Hey gorgeous," commented one of them. "Beautiful," added another.

"I try and get to the beach at least twice during the week plus one weekend day for a volleyball workout or scrimmage," she told the publication, adding that she trains "regularly on the sand for volleyball three times a week and tournaments every weekend with the same group and coaches."

"I'm lucky to live near cool places to hike," Eden added to Soap Hub. "I hike at Runyon Canyon or the trails around Lake Hollywood," she added to Soap Hub. My leg muscles really benefit from hiking, because it's a different movement than when I'm playing beach volleyball. I can really feel it on the days after I hike!"

No time to workout, no problem. "If I'm really pressed for time, I'll just jog for 20-25 minutes in my neighborhood," Eden told Soap Hub. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.

Eden maintains a healthy diet…most of the time. "I cheat a little bit every day! I have a real weakness for junk food and I can't resist a good donut," she said.

When Eden cheats she tries to "balance it out" by drinking "a ton" of water. "My mom bought me a giant 64 oz colorful water jug that I carry with me everywhere, and I actually refill it and drink between 2 and 3 of those a day," she said.

Wendy Moniz shows off her amazing body at 54

Wendy Moniz is posing poolside in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post the Yellowstone star shows off her amazing body at 54, wowwing her followers. "Cute pics, baby!" commented her pal Chelsea Hander. "Now I see why John Dutton was chasing you!" added another follower.

Wendy loves to ski. "I went skiing & brought my bestie," she captioned a snap from the slopes. Research has linked downhill skiing to a number of health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress and the occurrence of memory deficits declines.

Wendy doesn't take her life for granted. "It is a gift to work doing something I love; and specifically working on this show. It's a gift to be in and around this nature. It's a gift to be surrounded by so many talented actors, and such a hard working crew. It is a privilege to be a part of this killer storytelling. This is a gratitude post…please enjoy the view," she captioned a recent post.

Wendy enjoys a glass of white wine on occasion. While red wine is slightly healthier than white, the lighter shade of vino generally has fewer calories than the darker shade.

Wendy enjoys paddleboarding in the ocean. "I may look peaceful on that paddle board (the Perpetua filter helps) but I'm actually terrified in the middle of the ocean & just working thru it," she confessed in a photo. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and also a great form of cardio. The water sport can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140 pound male and 436 for a female the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

Wendy walks her dog. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Tricia Helfer is taking a little break from her busy nonstop schedule

Two and a Half Men star Tricia Helfer is taking a little break from her nonstop schedule to get a little fall sunshine in Los Angeles. Helfer, 49, posted a picture of herself lying back in a sun lounger, soaking up the rays in a fuschia-colored bikini. "Little LA relaxation was in order," she captioned the post. "Well deserved," a fan commented.

Helfer lives a very active lifestyle. "If I could only do one workout, I'd run or hike (I'm a heavy-duty hiker) with some calisthenics as well — you have to tone up, too," she says. "But there always has to be some cardio involved. You gotta get your heart rate going. [To keep things fresh] I mix up my workouts: One day [I'll do] yoga, one day's running and weights, one day I'm doing Pilates, one day's hiking. I'll play a TV show when I'm working out, usually — unless I'm filming in which case I'm memorizing a script. On the treadmill, I'll watch a show that I want to pay attention to like The Bridge or Justified or The Good Wife. But if I'm doing Pilates or boxing, I'll watch something like Criminal Minds — you could be upside down or your head backwards on the reformer and still understand what's going on."

Helfer enjoys a healthy, delicious diet with lots of plant-based foods. "When hunger strikes at 3 PM, I go for sliced apple with almond butter," she says. "Either that or I will sometimes crave tuna salad. I cut it up with a little bit of mayonnaise, dill pickles, and pepperoncinis and eat it with hummus and gluten-free crackers. I love a good roasted garlic hummus. If I only have 15 minutes for dinner, I chop up a mixed salad with some cut-up fake turkey. I don't eat poultry or meat but I really like some of those vegetarian 'Smart' meats — I really like the fake turkey slices. My cat is insane about 'em, too! And for a dressing — red wine vinegar, olive oil, dijon mustard, and a little salt and pepper. It's as easy as that."

Helfer has a varied taste in music. "I have an eclectic taste, just depends on my mood," she says. "I can definitely sing along to the top 40, but I tend lean more towards blues and jazz. I'm not someone who can name titles and artists, I'm more someone that just puts on a channel on Pandora, depending on my mood, and just lets it play."

Helfer loves mixing it up when it comes to the characters she plays. "I don't necessarily prefer one type of role over another," she says. "It's fun to mix things up and play all sorts of roles because you then get to explore different facets of yourself and you also get to learn new things. Anything from stunts to studying different jobs and types of personalities. I do tend to really enjoy dark psychological roles, or physical roles though. I had so much fun playing Molly Parker in Killer Women that I'd love to do something like that again. The show didn't do very well, but the character was a ton of fun to play. And I'm trying to get a serial killer project going, and I would love to play her, Gretchen Lowell, badly."

Helfer constantly reminds herself of how lucky she is. "When I need extra motivation, I tell myself that I'm fortunate to be able to work out and plenty of people can't," she says. "Like when I envision my grandfather and how hard it is for him to even move around, I think, 'You know what? Not only is it gonna help you move around when you're older if you stay active when you're younger, but you're also gonna have a better shot at getting old if you're working out.'"

Alessandra Torresani shows off her amazing body

Alessandra Torresani is heating up Florida – in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post the Big Bang Theory star shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while poolside in the Sunshine State. "When life gives you lemons, go to Miami and eat some," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps taken at Soho Beach House. "Bringing sexy back," commented one of her followers. "Beautiful," added another.

Alessandra, who played Claire on The Big Bang Theory, opened up about being diagnosed with bipolar 1 to 1 And 1. "I finally felt relieved when I was diagnosed, because I finally understood what was happening instead of feeling like something was constantly wrong with me," Torresani said. "After being diagnosed, I felt better because I knew more about how to get help and find the proper medication to help me. Not pinpointing it was very frustrating and hard because people just labeled me as crazy, but I knew there had to be a reason why I felt the way I did, and I could now identify it."

Alessandra goes on a lot of walks. Sometimes she takes her baby in her stroller to get her steps in.

Alessandra is all about riding horses. "I was beyond honored to host @namicommunicate Self Care University at @specialspiritinc equine therapy center! As a NAMI Ambassador, I have the opportunity to experience such unique, healing moments in the Mental Health space," she captioned a recent post. According to the American Heart Association, riding horses is great for your health. Not only does it boost cardiovascular health, but builds core strength, burns calories, and lowers blood pressure. It is also great for your mental health as it helps relax you.

Alessandra also enjoys hiking. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

Building stronger muscles and bones

Improving your sense of balance

Improving your heart health

Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems.

When she is near water, you can find Alessandra burning calories in the pool. Swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity, according to the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.

Melissa O'Neil celebrated her birthday this summer in the great outdoors

The Rookie star Melissa O'Neil celebrated her birthday this summer by spending time in the great outdoors. O'Neil, 35, shared a black and white picture of herself posing outside against a background of trees, wearing a black swimsuit and straw hat. "I spent the last day of this 34th year rising with the sun, hanging out with an old pine tree, sweating with friends, pushing myself in this awesome sword form, dipping in the river x2, eating in silence, showering outside, playing fun games and being around – learning from – excellent, inspiring human beings. In general – life is awesome.

O'Neil started physical training for her role in Dark Matter. "Before filming began on the show, I started doing some physical training, but I already came into this job with some body awareness," she says. "I've been practicing yoga for some time and as a kid I did martial arts as well as sports. I think for the most part when it comes to stunt fighting, having a real fighters' background is a big asset, but what's also important is, again, having a sense of body awareness and a spatial awareness of who you're fighting against, so that everyone comes out of it safe as you work together to help tell the story."

O'Neil loves the camaraderie she shares with her costars on The Rookie. "It's really cool that you notice it, because we really feel it, and it's part of what makes coming to work every day such a joy," she says. "When I think about how much has happened in my personal life, and then I look at our show and the family we've built here, it blows my mind, because there is still the same type of excitement when we're on set together. I've been told by my other actor friends that other shows are different. After a period of time it gets a little old-hat, and there's disillusion between cast members, stuff like that. But with our show, it always still feels like the first day … well, maybe not the first day, but like, two weeks in, where we're all really liking each other, and saying, 'This is fun!'"

O'Neil loves the challenge and energy of theater. "Theater is a terrific environment to hone your storytelling skills as well as fine tune your performance, both of which I'm very grateful for and that I use in my prep process for this medium [of television]," she says. "Also, when you have a live audience, they are the last member of the cast, if you will. You can rehearse a show as much as you want, but you have no idea how that night will turn out until your final company member is in the house, and that's the audience. There's nothing quite like theater, and I love the challenge and joy of finding nuances and subtle differences that you can bring to your performance in order to help keep the piece 'alive and breathing' night after night."

O'Neil was serious about making her Dark Matter action scenes look legitimate. "I wanted to work on my fast-twitch muscles, I wanted her reflexes to be ninja fast," she says. "Her fight sequences are massive. Two is fighting all the time. At the beginning of the season it's very much something that happens automatically. It happens intuitively. Most of the time she is not sure what has happened or how it happened and she snaps back out of it and realizes in the wake of the chaos what she has done. In the latter half of the season, we see her embrace that as one of her tools."

O'Neil feels closely connected to her character in Dark Matter. "As far as Two goes, she's not so far removed from who I feel I am, aside from all the ass-kicking and killing she does," she says. "Her essential moral core of who she is, or at least who Two believes she is before discovering her true identity, is very much in-line with who I think I am. So in that way, the character is not too great of a leap, and I think that may be why Joe, Vanessa and the rest of the [creative] team saw something in me. It amazes me that they took a chance on someone who never worked in television before to take on a role like Two, but I am truly humbled by it. I'm having such a good time coming to set every day and figuring out who this woman is and how to help tell her story as best I can."

Amelia Heinle enjoying the beautiful Mediterranean

The Young and The Restless star Amelia Heinle got to swim in the beautiful Mediterranean thanks to the Monte Carlo TV Festival. Heinle, 50, shared a video of herself wearing a dark red swimsuit and getting ready to get into the cold ocean waters. "Thanks so much to all the fans and TF1 and the television festival for allowing me to swim in the Mediterranean again!!" she captioned the post.

Heinle has been horseback riding since her parents got her a Shetland pony. "I was interested in sports, but I loved horses," she says. "I don't know how my parents swung it. Sandy wasn't the nicest pony; she stepped on my feet all the time and threw me off a lot. But it was a good learning experience… We used to ride like crazy when we were kids—bareback, no helmets, just crazy stuff."

Heinle got back into horseback riding and dressage after her daughter expressed an interest in it. She now rides a horse called Prince Caspian. "I knew about dressage, but I was an adrenaline junkie—I loved jumping," she says. "But dressage is exciting in a different way. It's a rush when he goes from this beautiful walk to a canter. He's a big mover, but it's like liquid. I'm just getting to know him. He's a little shy, still trying to figure it all out because he's new to the barn. I sing country-western songs to calm him down."

Heinle knows she will always be connected to the role of Victoria Newman. "It scares me to think, like, I never thought I would be in a place so long," she says. "Not that it's gonna end anytime soon, but if it were, like this has become such a part of my life and the people I see on day-to-day basis is like…. This is like a legacy for me almost. I'll be known for his, for being on Y&R because I've been there so long."

Heinle admits to having her fair share of beauty disasters over the years. "I over tweezed my eyebrows in the late '90s," she says. "Also, when I dyed my hair too blonde during the Victoria and Brad days. One of the producers said I looked like I was going to Woodstock instead of running Newman Enterprises. And when I got bangs, Joshua Morrow [Nick], who never says a bad thing about anyone, said, 'It's not the best look I've seen on you.'"

Heinle starts work before 7 and often isn't home until late in the day. "I might get lucky and be able to go to work, ride and get home when my kids get home from school," she says, adding that her love of horseback riding helps with her job. "I know when I'm doing a scene exactly how I want it to go. It took this long to finally get here. That's not to say I don't have crappy days where it looks awful and my acting is worse than I've ever seen it or days when I think, 'Why the heck am I even on camera?' If that is what dressage is like, I'm ready—I'm prepared to fail miserably in the beginning and just enjoy it. Whether it's riding a horse or acting on a soap opera, if you're enjoying what you're doing, none of the other stuff really matters."

Sports Illustrated model Ellie Thumann shows off her incredible body

Ellie Thumann is turning 22. In a new social media post the Sports Illustrated model shows off her incredible body in a bathing suit as she celebrates her 22nd trip around the sun, quoting Taylor Swift in the caption. "dare I say… I don't know about you but I'm feeling 22," she wrote.

Ellie revealed her skincare secrets to Bare. "A huge part of it I blame on genetics – both my mom and grandma have amazing skin. Focusing on sunscreen while growing up on the West Coast was super important, as well as finding a consistent routine rather than trying to venture into multiple different products. Sticking with the brand La Roche Posey has done wonders for my skin. Also, finding a good eye cream and never traveling without a heavy moisturizer on me helps so much! I also think investing money into facials! I've really been trying to go monthly, and I have seen such a difference with that, especially with having to wear so much make up and doing a lot of travel. It really helps my skin feel better!" she said.

"I really focus on Pilates," she told Bare about her go-to workout. "I have never been into heavy weight lifting or high intensity classes. It just personally has never made me feel my best and I feel so empowered when I'm doing Pilates or a mat exercise!"

Ellie is also a walker, and "getting my steps in outdoors," she told Bare.

"I've never followed a strict diet because I've always enjoyed eating healthy, and I think by looking at it in a positive way like that, it makes it a lot better on my own mindset and makes eating healthy super enjoyable!" Thumann told Bare about her approach to eating.

When Ellie experiences "down" moments, she relies on her friends and family. "I tend to get down on myself a lot, and I think I can be very hard on myself. Things that always help me are talking about it with my friends and family. For me, bottling up any emotion, good or bad, can be really challenging and I feel like I can't get it off my chest until I can talk to people. If I can't do that immediately, I think having my journals always helps me because it can really help getting all your scattered thoughts into one place and kind of organized while you're feeling a certain way," she said.

"I also love to read and go on my therapy walks with my therapy headphones, which is what I jokingly called the headphones that I bought at the beginning of 2022 when I was going through a really hard time. Since then, they have traveled the world with me and whenever I'm feeling anxious, I put on my headphones and feel so much better," she added.

Kelsey Merritt loving the Galapagos Islands

Kelsey Merritt is heating up the Galapagos Islands in her swimsuit. In a ew new social media posts the Victoria's Secret model flaunts her amazing figure in bathing suits, showing off her incredible body. "Galapagos been a dream destination of mine !" she captioned one of them. "Paradise found," she added in another caption.

"I do a lot of Pilates, home workouts, I follow Megan Roup's classes, I go to Alo Yoga [or] Alo Moves workouts. So there's a lot of home workouts that I follow, some from my memory that I know I just can do on my own. I do love Pilates so much and that's one of my main workouts," Kelsey told PEP.ph.

Kelsey's workouts vary in length. "I would say one hour is the most and depending on how I feel, I would go for like 10 minutes to an hour," she told the publication. "Sometimes, I'll just do a 10-minute ab workout or 10-minute butt workout."

Kelsey doesn't always stop at one workout.ll "The past few months I've been working out everyday—and sometimes twice a day. This past week I did pilates, if I feel good then I'll do 30 minutes of cardio. I always make sure to put cardio in my workouts. I'll do SoulCycle, then I'll go on the treadmill. I will do strength training with a personal trainer at Dogpound," Kelsey told Elle.

Another workout Kelsey loves? "I do boxing sometimes, too!" she said. Harvard Health maintains that boxing is a great way to build strength, improve balance, posture, hand-eye coordination, boost mood and endurance, and helps increase alertness.

Kelsey refuses to diet. "I'd like to call it a healthy lifestyle because I don't follow anything. When I go outside and eat out I would opt for like a fish or a salad. I would stay away from cheese, pasta, and red meat," she told Mega-OneMega.
