Lindsay Hubbard is in Vacation mode

Lindsay Hubbard is best known for being a cast member on the hit series, Summer House. She is currently on vacation in beautiful Anguilla, and has been sharing highlights on Instagram. In one post, Hubbard is seen going fishing. In another, she stood in the ocean in a swimsuit. Hubbard captioned the latter post, "Vacay mode activated."

Hubbard shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Women's Health. She says that after ending her engagement to co-star, Carl Radke, she has reduced her alcohol consumption. "My relationship with alcohol has slowed down quite a bit just because I'm so busy and focused with my head down. I think I'm past this stage in my life where I'm going out and partying after a breakup, and I'm more about getting back to my roots and who I am and my body."

Hubbard is motivated to stay in shape. She tells Women's Health that her breakup is one of her sources of motivation. "I love the idea of a revenge body. I think that there's no better compliment after you go through a breakup than, 'You look good.' I think a revenge body just naturally comes after a very stressful, very public, and super humiliating breakup."

Hubbard shared some of her favorite workouts with Women's Health. Since she lives in New York City, she does a lot of walking. "Walking is just a really great way of clearing your mind and catching up, while also doing low-level cardio." The Mayo Clinic states that walking has a lot of benefits. "Regular brisk walking can help you: Maintain a healthy weight and lose body fat. Prevent or manage various conditions, including heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, cancer and type 2 diabetes. Improve cardiovascular fitness. Strengthen your bones and muscles."

Hubbard tells Women's Health that she goes to a lot of fitness classes. She says that she loves going to Barry's Bootcamp in particular. "I used to go to Barry's four or five times a week…and then over the last five months, my routine got a little bit crazy with travel," she says. "I just love the Barry's workout, [so] every once in a while, I still pop into Barry's. It's a little bit hard to keep a consistent routine at one specific studio in New York City, especially since I've been traveling down to Nashville a lot more. But they do have a Barry's there, and it's wonderful."

Hubbard shared some of her skincare secrets on Instagram. She says that she goes to a dermatologist to help with acne. "She has really helped me with old acne scarring and discoloration. I've done a number of intense laser facial treatments including: Fraxels, microneedling, and CO2 lasers. I'm going to be honest, it's quite expensive, but these intense lasers are the only thing that have helped me undo the damage of years of acne."

Yazmin Oukhellou shows off her amazing figure while vacationing in Turkey

Yazmin Oukhellou is best known for being a cast member on the hit reality series, The Only Way Is Essex. She is currently on vacation in beautiful Turkey. Oukhellou shared a new photo from the trip on her Instagram this week. In it, she posed in a swimsuit on her hotel room's balcony, the ocean view on full display. Oukhellou captioned the post, "Fresh Faced in Turkey."

Oukhellou makes sure to take care of her skin. She shared some of her favorite products in an interview with heatworld. Oukhellou loves products from The Body Shop. "I love the Tea Tree Anti-Imperfection Night Mask, especially if you've got a spot and you need to get rid of it for an event or something like that, put that on overnight and in the morning it's gone. Oukhellou shared some of her wellness secrets with heatworld. She says that she loves to practice meditation. "Every morning, I try to put on a morning meditation before I get out of bed just to start my day off positive. I think for me, self-love and also gratitude is a really, really big thing. So I try to do that every single morning and also before I go to sleep, I put on a sleep meditation to unblock my chakras and I think that really, really does help."

Oukhellou eats pretty healthy. She shared her typical diet with Closer Online. "For breakfast, I'll have a protein shake, usually a cookies and cream flavour. I love it with a dollop of peanut better. For lunch, I'll have something Turkish, like chicken with either bulgur rice or plain rice and salad. For dinner, I'll make a chicken stir fry or fajitas, or a Bolognese. I love sweets, and I'll snack on Haribos and chocolate. I've got a whole sweet cupboard in my house!"

Oukhellou likes to cook. She shared her favorite meal to make with Closer Online. "My roast dinner is amazing. My secret to good roasties is to use goose fat, rub them in garlic paste and sprinkle Parmesan on them. I serve runner beans covered with Parmesan too, and they're mind-blowing."

Oukhellou is all about self-care. She tells heatworld that she does things each Sunday, and shared her favorite things to do. "I like to run a nice bath and put my crystals in there. I put the candles on, put some meditation music on, get out and put a face mask on. I always do chamomile and honey tea before I go to sleep. And it will just be no alcohol, no sugary substances or sweets and things I do love to binge on. Just giving myself some me time."

Salma Hayek enjoyed a moment of peace in the water

Salma Hayek is stunning and sun-kissed in recent snaps.

Salma laid on her back in the water as she closed her eyes and spread out her arms. The actress wore a skimpy orange bikini tied together with string as she enjoyed her moment of peace in the water.

Hayek’s brunette locks fanned out behind her head as she tipped her hair back into the water, her face almost covered as she floated in the cave. She was surrounded by lush blue water, white bark trees and huge rock formations.

She added a second picture which provided fans with a better view as she held one arm out to the side and bent one leg. Salma was the picture of serenity as she soaked up the sun and took a moment out of her busy Hollywood schedule to reconnect with nature.

The star shared her holiday snaps on Instagram, where her 28.4 million followers could bask in her beauty. As suspected, her fans went wild over her sun-kissed selfies.

In the caption, Salma wrote “viva Mexico” and tagged the location as Cenote. Fans rushed to the comment section and fawned over the Hollywood actress’ selfies as one person branded her “beautiful”.

Another fan added: “Paradise [heart-eyed emoji] and you’re a wonderful mermaid,” while one keen right typed “oh my god”. Her comments were flooded with red heart emojis, heart-eyed emojis and flame emojis as one message read “incredible,” another: “Made my day,” and a third: “Looks so relaxing.”

Someone even wrote: “Heaven is missing an angel.” The 57-year-old’s vacation snaps come soon after she recently posted some gorgeous selfies wearing a black latex corset.

Hayek, who loves to keep her fans updated on her life over on Instagram, uploaded a series of snaps in an all-black ensemble. The shiny black corset featured a plunging neckline and over the top, Salma added a structured black blazer with huge shoulder pads.

Padma Lakshmi shows off her amazing body while vacationing in the tropics

Padma Lakshmi is heating up social media in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the Top Chef beauty shows off her amazing body in a black bathing suit while vacationing in the tropics. "Mentally I'm here," she captioned the set of Instagram photos taken on the beach. "Padma perfection beautiful inside and out with a dynamite personality and an incredible cook," commented one of her followers. "Absolutely stunning ?❤️" added another.

Padma works out nearly every day. She spends 90 minutes, five times a week at the gym. She starts with 35 minutes of cardio ( like jumping rope for 2,000 strokes) and then adds strength training (lifting weights, classic squats, lunges, and dumbbell curls) two or three times a week. She also enlists the help of Tony, her personal trainer. "He's there to watch my form, and he spends most of his time telling me not to do something," she told Women's Health. Sometimes she will do even more cardio – 30 minutes on the elliptical, treadmill, or slide board.

Padma is a boxer. "Light sparring is good for the soul," she captioned a post of her workout. Harvard Health maintains that boxing is a great way to build strength, improve balance, posture, hand-eye coordination, boost mood and endurance, and helps increase alertness.

"I started going to Pilates a few years ago, because my chiropractor recommended it for my back," she told Women's Health about the elongating workout. "Pilates changed my body. It made me strong in places I didn't know I needed to be. I have a butt now that I didn't have during my modeling career!" Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health." It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Because Padma is expected to eat so much on Top Chef, she usually gains up to 17 pounds every season. In order to slim down in the postseason she does a detox. "It's no sweets, no red meat, no wheat, no alcohol, no fried food, no dairy except for cottage cheese or low-fat yogurt. But this is a milder version—like, I can fall off the wagon one day a week," she told Health.

Padma splits her plate into halves to ensure she eats healthy. She fills the first up with 50 percent fruits and vegetables. The remaining half is for simple carbs, starch, and lean protein, she dished to Women's Health.

Unveiling the workout secrets that keep Anya Taylor-Joy in shape

Anya Taylor-Joy is an extremely successful actress. She first came into prominence with her role in the 2015 film, The Witch. She then appeared in the 2017 film Split, and reprised her role in the 2019 sequel Glass. Joy received acclaim for her role in the Netflix miniseries, The Queen's Gambit. She won a Golden Globe, Critics Choice Award, and SAG Award for it.

Joy shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Tatler. She says that she lives her life efficiently. "I don't have time to be a 25-year-old with a hangover. But I'm not someone who needs a drink to dance. Basically I've become very efficient at everything. I'm like 'What do I need out of this situation?"

Joy loves to dance to stay in shape. She said to Tatler, "I need to dance for a couple of hours, see my friends and have a good time', so I'm like 'Right, let's bang it out.' Then it's: go home, have a bath, get up for work. I sound mental, but that's what's working for me right now."

Joy has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared her favorite products with Harper's Bazaar. Joy makes sure to cleanse her skin. "My favourite cleanser to use is the gentle Chanel Sublimage Essential Comfort Cleanser. It's just so comforting, like you're giving yourself a massage when you use it, and when you wash it off it feels like it's moisturised your skin."

Joy likes to make her own facial masks. She shared her recipe with Harper's Bazaar. "I also make a really cheap, easy mask that really works. It's Bio-Oil combined with Egyptian Magic cream, I coat it on my skin before bed. Your skin looks so much better the next day, it literally feels like you've had 14 hours of sleep. Something else I've recently got into because it makes my skin look good–but also because I love the shock value of it–is wearing sheet masks on flights. It scares people, but they then leave you alone! I use the 111Skin Rose Gold Brightening Facial Treatment Mask – it's so, so good. I'm quite an impatient person so the fact it dries on your skin telling you to take it off, is helpful."

Joy tells Harper's Bazaar that she makes sure to wear an SPF. "I was a very big tom boy growing up before the acting, so the fashion and beauty has been a bit of a crash course, but I am learning. There's a SkinCeuticals SPF50 which is fab because it's really lightweight. As somebody that doesn't wear foundation, I like the feeling of natural bare skin – so I don't want to cake on the sunscreen, but the SkinCeuticals one is really light and sheer, but I know that it's protecting my face."

In her Harper's Bazaar interview, Joy revealed how she takes care of her hair. "I am the biggest believer in leave-in conditioner and serums. Karine Jackson who does my hair has a really nice vegan serum which is nice and light, but protective. David Mallet has one too, which is fab, and I like to work that into wet hair because it dries really nicely without having to use a hairdryer. Philip Kingsley's Elasticizer mask is heaven. It really, really works."

Joy doesn't like to pressure herself to do things. "We put a lot of pressure on ourselves to be calm, but I think you just need to accept where you are at this moment in time and be generous with yourself," she said in an interview with Vogue. "I think that's definitely easier said than done. People are quite disconnected from their bodies. They think about the thinking mind and the body as two separate entities. I think it is important to honour your body and be grateful that you have a body, as it allows you to experience this world, which is where self-care came in for me. I'm so grateful for my feet because they allow me to walk through all of these spaces, and grateful for my eyes as they allow me to see. Rather than thinking about the ways in which your body is (in your mind) deficient, think about the way that your body allows you to be in this crazy world, and be grateful for it."

Cindy Kimberly flaunts her amazing figure

Cindy Kimberly is channeling her inner mermaid in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the influencer flaunts her amazing figure in a bathing suit top and mermaid tail while on the beach. "Mermaid," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. "A REAL SIREN," commented one of her followers. "Prettiest mermaid to ever exist," added another.

"I think having a self-care routine that works for you is very important in order to feel grounded in yourself no matter what may come," Kimberly told Sports Illustrated. "When you develop a routine that you can stick to and follow through no matter what, you find a feeling of safety and normality that can be very helpful when things are turbulent whether that's in your feelings, emotions, work, life etc. I religiously stick to my morning routine because I find it to be my place of safety and home even when I'm traveling, working, dealing with my mental health.

Cindy journals daily. "I try to keep myself mostly in the same routine, so I usually journal every morning and I like to say my affirmations. Especially when you're doing something as vulnerable as a swimsuit shoot, I write my affirmations and I make sure that I remind myself that my body is not what everyone else wants it to be and that it's a blessing that I have a body that takes care of me and allows me to experience life. Just reminding myself to be thankful in every way and just accepting myself in whatever way I am is probably the one thing that I feel is the most important in order to prepare for something like this," she told Nylon.

Cindy loves to dance, which helps build strength and promote flexibility, and helps you lose weight. According to a 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine , it also promotes heart health. People who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

While on vacation you can find Cindy paddleboarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and also a great form of cardio. The water sport can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140 pound male and 436 for a female the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

"I also do some sort of stretch or yoga every morning. I think it's important to reconnect with yourself physically as well even just in order to be your best self mentally. Setting 15 minutes apart to stretch and thanking your body for everything it does for you improves your day tremendously," Cindy told Sports Illustrated.

Sophie Nélisse shows off her fit figure during a European vacation

Sophie Nélisse is heating up Spain – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the Yellowjackets star shows off her fit figure during a European vacation with friends. "body is crazy ?" one of her followers commented. "LOVE YOU," added another.

"[Gymnastics] taught me about discipline," Sophie told Teen Vogue. "You have to repeat a routine a hundred times to get it right, and when you do gymnastics you have to block out everything around you."

Sophie regularly goes on beach vacations. You can find her swimming in the ocean and walking on the beach. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace. Sand also makes walking a little more difficult, as it takes a little more energy.

Sophie is an avid reader. She is holding a book in nearly all of her Instagram posts. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

Sophie eats healthy most of the time. She loves acai bowls with fruits and granola for breakfast. In general, her meals are very French inspired and she doesn't shy away from bread. Soups, avocado toast, and pasta are some of her regular dishes. She also reveals that she loves Vietnamese food and pizza. She also allows herself to indulge in her "biggest addiction"—ice cream.

Sophie stays active outdoors. She loves horseback riding, paddle boarding, hiking, and biking. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

Elle Macpherson flaunts her impressive figure

Elle Macpherson is an extremely successful model. She earned the nickname "The Body" throughout her career, since she did a lot of swimsuit modeling. Macpherson appeared on the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover five times. Macpherson recently shared a swimsuit photo on her Instagram story. Her impressive figure was on display.

Macpherson shared her skincare secrets with Get The Gloss. She says that she sought help from a dermatologist. "In 2014, I was burned out, irritable and exhausted. I first visited nutritionist Dr. Simone Laubscher PhD's London clinic and I remember telling her about my skin being particularly dry, dull and prone to rashes and hives. She prescribed me 30 days of her anti-inflammatory nutritional greens powder. After just a few weeks, I was feeling better, lighter and brighter. The quality of my skin improved noticeably and people's comments confirmed it."

Macpherson makes sure to eat a healthy diet. "At the same time, I've learned that the best facial is what you put inside your body, which is why I preference an anti-inflammatory approach to diet and in turn, skincare," she told Get The Gloss. "It improves skin texture and appearance, as Dr Barbara Sturm, a brilliant doctor and master of skin care who I have known for over 15 years, often shares. This means I eat organic, whole foods and stick to plant-based meals. If my skin needs a boost for an upcoming shoot or event, I'll start juicing four times daily using my friend Dr Sara Siso's protocol — lots of turmeric, ginger, green leafy vegetables, cucumber — and my super greens. I'll also add our collagen powder to support my skin specifically."

Macpherson tells Get The Gloss that she drinks a lot of water. "Another skin essential for me is hydration. I drink three litres of water every day and start each morning with warm water, lemon and ginger, and two capsules of The Skin Elixir with water. I leave the jar of skin caps next to my toothbrush to remind me to take them. I take two teaspoons of The Super Elixir™️ greens in water in the morning too."

One thing Macpherson does to stay in shape is outdoor activities. She tells Get The Gloss that this also helps her skin. "We are an active family, so connection to nature and the fresh air tends to have a positive effect on our skin in terms of tone, colour and texture. Nothing beats a rosy cheek from being outdoors with my boys; hiking, skiing, biking or swimming."

Macpherson shared some of her wellness secrets with Harper's Bazaar. She says that she has figured out a way to limit her sugar intake. "Since I've been taking the Super Elixir I don't crave sugar anymore and so when I have cheap sugar now I just don't like the taste. Sugar is addictive but breaking that addiction only takes about three days. Do a week of taking the Super Elixir greens and then try to give up sugar, it's usually pretty successful."

Larsa Pippen showed off her sensational figure

Larsa Pippen meant business, and quite literally, as she showed off her sensational figure in swimwear mode to promote her Larsa Pippen Fitness plans towards the start of the global pandemic. Posting footage of herself in a skimpy bikini as she flaunted her toned figure, the reality star sizzled while plugging her Larsa Pippen Fitness plans on the brand’s Instagram, making sure to remind fans that with her plans, you can get a “bikini body year round.”

While the business didn’t appear to take off, Larsa hasn’t deleted the feed she built for it.

Dropping jaws with her curves as she showed the muscle she’d packed on from her workouts, Larsa stunned from an immaculate bedroom as she used a large mirror to capture her reflection.

Going skintight in a dark blue bikini with high-cut, thong briefs, the former BFF to Kim Kardashian caught the eye with her flat stomach and curvy hips, also flashing a little cleavage as she opted for a plunging neckline.

Toying briefly with her bikini bottoms as she highlighted her abs and admired her silhouette, Larsa kept her glam low-key as she wore only a light layer of makeup, also giving a nod to the fitness vibe as she sorted her blonde locks tied up in a bun. She didn’t, however, abandon the manicure game, going for a long pink one that gave a nod to her girly side. In a caption, Larsa wrote: “Get your bikini body year round.”

Larsa might not be plugging her plans anymore, but she’s still garnering interest when it comes to how she maintains her enviable physique while approaching 50.

Opening up about her mindset in May 2020, Larsa told Hollywood Life:

For me fitness is a lifestyle,” adding: “I really love doing it. It helps your mind, your body, and the balance it gives you is really important in life… A lot of times we get lost and we start focusing on other people or other things that are not necessarily good for you and this is the one thing that you can do for yourself and make time for yourself.” Of the squats she adores and makes sure to do daily, the mom of four continued: “You don’t need weights for that. You’re just [using] your own body weight.”

Larsa has also revealed that she swims every day, and plenty of photos on the Larsa Pippen Fitness feed show her pumping iron.

Gizele Oliveira shares a full-body workout

Victoria's Secret model Gizele Oliveira knows it's much more fun to work out with a friend—so she brought one along for her personal trainer session at the gym. Oliveira, 30, shared a video of herself wearing a green Alo Yoga onesie, doing a full-body workout with her pal. The pair did a series of strength conditioning exercises, including squats and lunges. "Bring your friend to workout day ?️‍♀️," she captioned the post.

Oliveira exercises with a trainer to avoid skipping workouts. "To me it's very hard to work out by myself, so having a trainer helped me a lot with that because I feel a little pressure to keep moving," she told Hollywood Life. "I also feel happier and that I'm doing something good while I'm stuck at home. I saw a very funny meme that said: 'If you want any motivation to workout at home, put a swimsuit on while at home instead of pajamas!'"

Oliveira is a big fan of online workouts. "Now is an amazing time to follow gyms and fitness bloggers on Instagram, every day they do lives and lately they've been posting lots of good workouts you can do at home without any machines!" she told Hollywood Life. "I have a personal trainer that trains me via FaceTime, but it's always super simple functional stuff. Using chairs and couches to do lower body workouts, your own body weight for abs, stuff like that… Stretches for sure!"

Oliveira says she doesn't really follow any diet rules apart from being a pescatarian. "We all need protein, but not all protein sources are healthy," Anthony DiMarino, RD, tells Cleveland Clinic Health Essentials. "If you go pescatarian, you eat the healthiest protein sources available. Choosing these lean proteins over high-fat meat could help support weight loss. Most healthy adults should eat two servings of fish per week. If you're not pregnant or nursing, you can eat high-mercury fish on occasion. But focus on the low-mercury types for most of your fish intake."

Oliveira loves to relax at the end of the day by enjoying the sunset. "My favorite time of the day is sunset," she told Modeliste. "My hometown is known to have one of the most beautiful sunsets in Brazil so I started being obsessed with them when I was little. It is the one moment of the day I always look forward to!"

Oliveira is always prepared when she hits the beach. "Sunglasses, for sure! I love Miu Miu sunglasses, Gentle Monster, Ray Ban, and some vintage Chanel sunglasses," she told W Magazine. "I always put on some sunblock! Especially on my face. And I always try to move my swimsuit while I'm in the sun because I hate tan lines."

Danica Taylor is heating things up on social media – in a red swimsuit. In a new post the Love Island star shows off her fit figure in a bathing suit and sweats. Brielle Biermann shows off her amazing body

Brielle Biermann is making a splash in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the reality star shows off her amazing body while spending the afternoon at the pool. "Splashing the day away," she captioned the Instagram post. "So beautiful ???" commented her mom, Kim Zolciak. "Hottieeeee ?" added another follower.

Brielle does intermittent fasting. "I only eat between 3-8 every day!" the star in a 2020 Q&A session on Instagram. She eats her breakfast/lunch around and dinner later in the day. Intermittent fasting works by "prolonging the period when your body has burned through the calories consumed during your last meal and begins burning fat," explains Johns Hopkins Medicine.

When it's time to break her fast, she heads to the drive-thru for some fast food. "I go to [Chick-fil-A] EVERY DAY (except Sunday) around 3 for my breakfast/lunch," she revealed."Every day I have to have a cheeseburger or chicken tenders at some point throughout my day, and if I don't have a little something sweet—whether it's a peanut butter cup, a small brownie or anything chocolate—after dinner, I don't feel like I ate," she added People in 2017.

Brielle follows the "everything in moderation" approach to diet. Unlike her mom, Kim Zolciak-Biermann, she's "not a fan" of salads. "I love to eat, and I eat anything and everything I want, just in moderation."

Brielle keeps her body toned by working out with a trainer and cycling. "I love spin class," she told People. "I'm addicted to it." The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

Brielle also surfs. "Swerve, surfing all in this good, good," she captioned a post. According to the Australian government's Better Health, surfing provides many health benefits including cardiovascular fitness from paddling, shoulder and back strength, which also strengthens from the paddling, and leg and core strength. "Once you're standing up on the board, strong legs and a strong core will keep you up," they say.

You can also find Brielle on the tennis court. ACE Fitness explains that tennis is a mixture of cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

When on vacation, Brielle enjoys standup paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and also a great form of cardio. The water sport can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140 pound male and 436 for a female the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

It was a long, rainy winter in Southern California and at the first hint of sun and spring temperatures, Katharine McPhee Foster put on a tiny bikini to soak up the warmth and rays.

Katharine, who will turn 40 on March 25, showed off her trim and fit figure.

She wore a tiny green triangle top and barely there bottoms.

Her long, lustrous brown hair was tucked up into a yellow ball cap as she sat in a backyard sunning herself with a friend. She captioned the image: 'Repeating the same bathing suits since 2018.'

Katharine has been married to musician David Foster, 74, for five years.

In a recent interview with People, the legendary composer revealed that he and the American Idol alum don't have any 'any hard and fast rules,' for their marriage.

'[Marriage] is a moving target, as you probably know,' the The Color of My Love composer said. 'If you're a parent, then you absolutely know.'

The hitmaker, who has five older children from previous marriages, said he and his wife sometimes have different ideas about how to bring up their son Rennie, three.

'Sometimes parents can agree to disagree and then agree on most things and a different philosophy on other things,' he said, explaining, 'but it just works itself out.'

And when it comes to their professional lives they are singing in perfect harmony.

'My wife and I have this great relationship and it's always fun to make music with her. She's an incredible singer and can do anything I ask, which is fantastic in the studio,' the Grammy winner said.

The couple have been traveling on their An Intimate Evening with David Foster and Katharine McPhee tour since early February.

The supermodel, 30 - who enjoyed a tropical getaway to St. Barts with close pals such as Olivia Culpo earlier this month - could be seen standing on the sandy shore of a spacious beach.

Danna Paola shows off her fit figure

Danna Paola is celebrating her album cover release. In a new social media post the singer shows off her fit figure in an ab-baring ensemble. "The day the album cover came out⭐️ I was having a very nice conversation with incredible women and my family.@spotifymexicofor #equal ?♥️ and take these little photossssss," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. "Spectacular," commented one of her followers.

Paola consumes a lot of liquids. "I also love to hydrate myself – I drink lots of water, chlorophyll, and green tea," she told the Evening Standard when asked about her routine. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Danna breaks a sweat, for her physical and mental health. "I like exercise but I feel the beauty comes from internal fullness, from internal beauty – when you feel good on the inside you look good on the outside," she explained to Evening Standard. Dancing and stand-up paddleboarding are a few of her go-tos.

Danna prioritizes mental health. "Self Love, Self Care!" she responded when asked about what is important to her. "First I take care of myself mentally – mental health is the most important. I try to listen to myself, spent time alone, detox from social media and apps, etc. I also try to dedicate time to myself with my family, friends and people I love."

Paola gets her zen on daily. "I always have 'me' time. I have learned to balance my personal life and my career, so I make time for myself. I dedicate five minutes to meditate or I can give myself moments alone, writing, doing exercise, listening to music, and poetry," she told Evening Standard. "When you meditate, you may clear away the information overload that builds up every day and contributes to your stress," says the Mayo Clinic. Benefits include:
