Carrie Johnson might be a busy mum to three young children, but that hasn't stopped her from upping the style stakes on their latest fun-filled family holiday.

The 36-year-old shares Wilfred, four, Romy, two, and 11-month-old Frank with her husband, former Prime Minister Boris Johnson. The fivesome are currently soaking up the sun in an idyllic - yet undisclosed - location, with Carrie sharing some sweet snapshots for her fans to see on Instagram.

And they were seriously impressed by her latest Story. Carrie posted a photo showing her posing with eldest son Wilfred standing behind her. She is wearing a statement snake print bikini featuring a lace-up front, and has accessorised with three necklaces - one of which pays tribute to her kids, with the letters W, R and F clearly visible.

Carrie has posted a number of snapshots from the holiday; on Wednesday she uploaded gorgeous images showing her young children playing together on the beach and enjoying a family walk.

In another photo, baby boy Frank can be seen sitting up in a high chair, looking out to the shore.

The Johnson family have had a jet-set few months, with trips to both Los Angeles and Morocco.

During her Morocco visit, Carrie posted: "Last week - before I became a duck mum (!) - @annaelerihart and I took the kids to Morocco for a few days. We stayed in a little guesthouse I’ve been going to for over 10 years so it was v cool to go back with my gang, although poor Frank spent most of the time in teething hell.

"He seemed so poorly one night I nearly took him to hospital in Marrakech, I was so worried. It’s so hard seeing the little ones in pain and still no sign of any pesky teeth!"

Carrie and Boris, 59, married three years ago in an intimate Catholic ceremony at Westminster Cathedral attended by just thirty guests. The family live in the picturesque Oxfordshire village of Brightwell-cum-Sotwell and their sprawling £3.8 million home is the perfect place to raise their three young children.

Carrie occasionally shares glimpses of her children's outdoorsy life on her Instagram account, which range from the kids tending to their pet chicks and ducks to enjoying delicious picnics al fresco.

Just last month, Wilfred celebrated his fourth birthday, and Carrie took to Instagram to share the sweetest caption: "My eldest turned 4 today. Wilfy. The boy with the biggest heart, the best laugh and the cheekiest grin. I can’t believe how lucky I am to get to see and hug you every day.

"This birthday felt a bit bittersweet as you’re growing up so fast now which is so exciting but also makes my heart hurt a little too. I can’t believe you’re off to school soon. Three has been such a magical age. I hope four is just as good. I’m so proud of you."

When it comes to staying fit, the beauty previously opened up to DailyMail.com about the diet that she strictly follows.

The beauty explained, 'There's things I don't eat, and it's become a lifestyle,' while adding that she eats, 'pretty healthy but it's not really dieting.'

'I have problems with a lot of different foods and when I eat them I don't feel so good so I try to stick to exactly what I'm supposed to eat so that I don't feel sick and then I just stay in shape because everything's pretty healthy.'

The Both Sides hitmaker continued, 'I try to stay away from sugar as much as possible.

'I don't eat dairy or gluten because I'm allergic, so I just think during the holidays, being active and going for walks and stuff like that because you're eating so much.'

'Whenever I'm home, every time I finish a large meal I like to go for a nice walk. It's good to digest your food and clear your head anyways,' the model continued.

Jeffries stepped into the music industry when she dropped her debut single titled, Wait, back in 2018. That same year, she released other hits such as Both Sides.

While talking to Billboard back in 2018, she opened up about how the internet had helped influence her career in music.

'I think the Internet has influenced my career so heavily because before we had the whole world at our fingertips, you were only exposed to things from people that were around you or the town you were in, or things like that.'

Jeffries later added, 'I was exposed to a lot of different types of music living all around the US growing up, and my parents were into a lot of different types of music be it gospel or country.'

'But with the Internet and social media, I was able to explore that and be able to find people that were up-and-coming and listen to their stuff.'

The series focused on the high-profile members including Melanie’s 27-year-old sister Miranda Derrick, who has become embroiled in sinister claims that she was being held against her will by the so-called religious sect.

Michigan-based Miranda and Melanie shot to social media stardom in 2020, gaining more than three million followers thanks to their lighthearted clips featuring the latest TikTok trends and insights into day-to-day lives.

The siblings often showcased their routines online as they began their entertainment careers as a dancing duo.

By 2021, their dancing videos had taken off and the two began stunning viewers with their moves.

Miranda specifically caught the attention of Robert Shinn, who owned TikTok management company 7M films.

And soon enough, Miranda and her family believed her hard work had paid off when she became a member of the talent agency.

Months later, Miranda packed up her Michigan lifestyle and moved to California with her now-husband and fellow dancer, James Derrick.

However, her picture-perfect life soon took a dark turn when her parents claimed they had been isolated from her, causing a whirlwind of rumors to grip the LA entertainment world.

The recent series aimed to ‘expose’ some of the ‘diabolical tactics’ used by organizations like 7M ‘to exert control over people’ – as well as the ‘lengths families will go to keep their loved ones safe.’

7M, a talent management company, works with dancers and is owned by Robert Shinn — pastor of the Los Angeles-based Shekinah Church.

The documentary delved into on what really goes on in 7M Films with a slew of former members sharing their stories.

In 2022, Miranda’s parents posted a harrowing video in which they claimed that they hadn’t spoken to their daughter in over a year and that she was being held against her will by a church that was masquerading as a management firm.

The family explained that the popular internet star had joined forces with the company in January 2021 hoping to become a famous dancer – but it wasn’t until later that they later found out the management firm had ties to a Christian sect.

They took to Instagram live along with Melanie, hoping to appeal to their estranged family member, noting it was her birthday but they were ‘not allowed’ to contact her, and at the time the video was recorded, in 2022, were ‘blocked on absolutely everything.’

Followers of the mandate believe they must rid education, religion, family, business, government, entertainment, and media of demons and witchcraft.

The principles are followed by several Christians, including prominent Donald Trump-affiliated pastor Paula White.

Representatives for 7M told DailyMail.com previously that there is ‘zero connection between 7M Films and the mandate,’ and despite her family’s claims, Miranda is a ‘successful businesswoman and a loving wife and daughter who cares very much about her family.’

‘It is pathetic and contemptible to try to turn her private family matters into a tawdry public scandal for clicks and clout,’ they added.

As Melanie basks in the sun and shows off her incredible figure, it’s clear that she is leaving the scandal and negativity behind her. Fitness influencer Kelsey Wells is reminding women there is nothing wrong or unusual about having curves. Wells, 34, shared a reel of herself wearing a one-piece workout outfit, highlighting a small bump on her lower stomach. "That lower stomach bump you've been conditioned to try and get rid of or feel self conscious about???Is a normal part of female anatomy! I wish I had known all of this at 14, 19, 23 years old. Here's how Wells stays fit, healthy, and positive.

Wells starts her day with lemon water and supplements. "The first thing I do is take my vitamins and drink a huge glass of lemon water," she told Women's Health. "It just helps me get invigorated. I really think drinking water on an empty stomach right when you get out of bed helps you wake up." She then makes breakfast around 7.30 a.m. "I lean toward hot dishes, so I'll do an egg or egg white scramble with spinach, sometimes potatoes, peppers, and any raw veggies I have in my fridge."

Wells has a few tips for staying fit while traveling. "I do two things. One, I do bodyweight workouts like resistance and cardio in my hotel room," she told BeautyHeaven. "And two, I always pack my resistance bands which allow me to add a little bit of resistance and continue training with 'weight,' if you will."

Wells is often too busy to prep lunch, so she uses leftovers. "Even when I'm working from home, I feel like if I don't have something prepared, I'll either not eat enough or not eat what my body really needs," she told Women's Health. "It usually looks like a grain bowl with quinoa or rice, and then veggies and a protein source like tofu or eggs. For snacks, I eat a lot of fresh fruit and a lot of raw veggies dipped in hummus."

Wells has a balanced approach to diet. "I'm a big advocate for enjoying all foods," she told Women's Health. "I don't believe in restrictions. If I want a doughnut or French fries, I'm going to eat a doughnut or French fries. I think telling yourself you cannot have something is the wrong path. It's about adding more goodness. I don't eat meat, but I do eat high-protein. I eat a lot of plant-based protein, including different soy or tofu products, as well as eggs. I also eat dairy every day, usually in the form of cottage cheese or Greek yogurt."

Wells focuses on health over appearance these days. "My biggest transformation that I have made in my fitness journey has been being able to truly shift my perspective of fitness itself from 'fitness is meant to change my body to help me look a certain way because I need to look a certain way' to the idea that fitness is not about how you look, it's about your health," she told BeautyHeaven. "And it's not just about your physical health, but also your mental and emotional health."

In a new social media post the Daisy Jones & the Six star flaunts her incredible body in a two-piece bathing suit while vacationing in the tropics. "I try to mix it up and do whatever I can," Camila tells Vogue about her approach to fitness. "I love yoga, [but] I just do it as a stretching in between and to get some peace of mind. I do a lot of Pilates on the reformer. I tried SLT here, and I go to Carrie's Pilates [Plus] in Los Angeles, which is amazing. I think you have to mix Pilates and yoga with cardio because I don't think you'll get the result you want to get if you're just doing yoga."

Camila also enjoys fighting for her body with boxing. "I have a trainer named Mario; he's an MMA fighter. He's going pro at the end of the year. He teaches me takedowns, jujitsu, everything. When I moved to New York, I had to find cardio that I was into. I can't really run for the life of me, so IMG sent me over to him and I fell in love with it," she tells Vogue. "I box three to four times a week."

"I like to try to do anything active when I'm not on a movie. When I'm shooting a movie, it's really hard for me to do anything besides work. So when I'm home in L.A., I like to try to get some kind of workout in," Camila told W Magazine. "I like to be outdoors because the weather's so beautiful here." She tries "fit in an outdoor exercise," whenever she can, and one of her go-to's is hiking. "I just got into hiking in L.A. because it's such an L.A. thing to do. Then I realized why everyone loves it so much. I've been doing Runyon Canyon because it's the easiest one and I'm lazy and you get a great view not very long into the hike. But there's also Franklin Canyon, and then halfway to Malibu there's a great hike called Temescal Canyon, where at the end of it, in winter, you can get a bit of a waterfall. I like rewarding hikes."

Camila isn't afraid of carbs. "After I exercise I like to praise myself with carbs, whether it's a pasta, pizza, or a sandwich. I like to not be too hard on myself. That's the most unhealthy that I will do. I don't have an unhealthy lifestyle, but I like carbs," she told W. If she cooks, it will be pasta, especially if she has guests. "I just make a really simple tomato-sauce pasta because everyone likes a tomato-sauce pasta. So I did an Italian cooking class last night and learned how to make pasta dough from scratch, so that's going to be my new go-to."

Camila is one of the many celebrities who train at the Dogpound, a gym that specializes in strength and weight training workouts. In a video for Vogue, she reveals her butt workout – and it's no joke. One of the exercises involves standing mid-curtsy, bending into a deep lunge and then flicking her leg high overhead. "I can't really talk while I'm curtseying!" she says.

An Australian fitness influencer has flaunted her curvaceous figure on social media to promote her new workout program.

Tammy Hembrow took to Instagram in a shoestring orange bikini on Monday to announce the launch of the latest challenge on the TammyFit exercise app.

The video shows Hembrow posing for the camera as she adjusts the straps on her barely there bikini.

The social media star wrote, “For my girls that want to have/do it all, I got you!!! I’m excited to do this one with you and see how many amazing changes we can make in just six weeks.”

The comments were flooded with swooning fans of the mum of three.

One user commented: “???❤️???”.

The Gold Coast-based influencer’s small waist and backside have been a talking point for some time, with followers speculating she went under the knife and got a Brazillian butt lift.

But the 30 year-old lashed back at the accusations about her body in an interview with Studio 10 in December 2019.

She told the program she doesn’t appreciate people accusing her of having work done because commitment is the reason for her curvy caboose.

“I take such offence to it because I worked so hard, and it makes me annoyed.

“I do a lot of heavy weights. You’re not going to build any muscle if you are not doing leg weights,” she said.

She Eats Enough Protein

Kostek makes sure to get enough protein in her diet. She shared her secrets for doing so with E! News. "I've never been someone who counts calories. I've been a very intuitive eater for years and I noticed the difference when I was not meeting my protein goals. For me, I'm so happy to be working with Optimum Nutrition. You can imagine being with Rob [Gronkowski] and working out with him that protein is a big thing in this house. He's always on me about meeting my protein goals."

She Makes Her Own Food

Kostek likes to make a lot of her meals. She shared one of her favorite recipes with Sports Illustrated Swimsuit. "I love my lunch to be bake-free whenever possible. I like cooking at night but in the middle of the day, when I am very hungry, I like to have recipes that I can whip up quickly and are healthy. My go-to no-bake recipe would have to be a can of garbanzo beans strained and washed mixed with tomato, bell peppers, feta, cucumbers and avocado, topped with olive oil, Himalayan salt, cracked pepper and a dash of lemon juice."

She Believes In Balance

Kostek eats a balanced diet. She talked about this on her Instagram stories. "It's always been my goal to eat as clean as possible as much as possible. Making meals/snacks/drinks with ingredients I know and understand. When I'm out to eat, this is much harder/or on the road at airports/on sets, etc., and I allow myself to eat unhealthy when I'm in a mood to and enjoy it."

Kostek shared some of her wellness secrets with E! News. She says that she makes sure that the goals she sets are things she knows she can do. "I just want to set attainable goals and I like sharing that with people who may be looking for a little bit of inspiration. When I was setting goals last year, I wanted to do something that I knew I wouldn't give up on and it was doing things that actually give me joy. I've never been a cold turkey kind of person, but that's totally fine for anyone who is. For me, I'm all about the baby steps. If you let yourself down, pick yourself up, and keep going. I say to start with the little things like breathing deep."

She Stays Hydrated

Kostek shared her typical diet in an interview with Sports Illustrated Swimsuit. In it, she shared how she makes sure to stay hydrated. "I like to stay as hydrated as possible so on top of drinking liters of water throughout the day I like to eat bowls of watermelon whenever I have a meal or am looking for a snack. It's a great way to fill me up while hydrating my body and keeping my skin nice and hydrated."

Brooks got her start in 2019, after she was selected and won the Sports Illustrated 2019 Swim Search.

'Growing up, I had a copy of the magazine pinned to my bulletin board,' she previously told The New York Post.

'Being from a small town in Louisiana, I never thought this was an option, but my parents always encouraged me to chase my dreams and that's exactly what I did.'

In 2019, she convinced her mom to fly to Miami with her for the Swim Search open casting - which she won by beating out more than 10,000 other contestants.

'I loved the process because they didn't even look at me in a swimsuit for the initial casting,' she told the outlet.

'They got to know me as a person and asked what I was passionate about. They wanted to know Brooks the person, not as a model. I was surprised when I didn't just walk in the room and hear, 'OK, next.' It was like a therapy session.'

Brooks has been featured inside the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit edition every year since, but 2023 was her first cover.

Three days after debuting her blonde hair, she showed it off at a bash in Hollywood, Florida, rocking a sheer black top and ripped denim bottoms.

She also sported blonde hair at another event, which took place at TheGuitar Hotel at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida on May 18.

"I'm one of those people who, if I go to the gym by myself, there's a 50/50 chance of me actually working out and really pushing myself," Ratajkowski explained. "So the class environment works really, really well for me."

Ratajkowski likes to take STRONG, a Zumba class. She explained why in her InStyle interview. "I am also someone who, even in a class, will get chatty and [distracted]. I think that's the great thing about STRONG — the music keeps me really focused and in the zone," she continues. "You just feel like you're, you know, Superwoman really pushing herself. You end up working harder and it's a better, more intense workout, without even noticing."

Ratajkowski makes sure to get enough sleep. She shared her secrets for doing so in her in her InStyle interview. "For me, the way I sleep afterward is one of the main reasons to work out. I am always on my phone working and I think that's affected my sleep. I'm also really light-sensitive. When I work out, it's better than taking a melatonin. Because my body has worked hard, my brain finally rests and I think that is so valuable in this day and age — not to sound like an old geezer, but truly I feel that way."

Ratajkowski is all about self-care. She tells InStyle that writing is one thing she does for self-care. "I'm working on a collection of essays right now, and that honestly is a really great way to just be super focused and disengaged from all the noise, which is really difficult. It doesn't have to necessarily be writing, but being really mentally engaged with something that you're creating versus just in-taking can be really helpful."

Ratajkowski shared some of her diet secrets in an interview with ELLE. "I cook a lot, so that really helps," she said. "You know how much salt and sugar and all of that kind of stuff you are putting in your body." Harvard Health states that cooking has a lot of benefits. "Research is turning to studying the value of nutrition programs that include cooking instruction. These programs have been shown to help people adhere to a healthier diet, eat smaller portions, and lose weight — improvements that lasted as long as a year after the study ended. These programs can even help patients with type 2 diabetes to eat healthier, lower blood pressures and blood sugars, and lose weight. Hard to believe it, but time in the kitchen can be as valuable as medication for some people with diabetes."

Ratajkowski makes sure to eat healthy, but she tells ELLE that she doesn't like to deprive herself. "I think its good to indulge occasionally. I wouldn't say I am the type of girl who craves Doritos but I definitely love a good cupcake sometimes. You know what I mean? Or a croissant in the morning. I think it is like really important to give yourself a break. And also just really think about where things are coming from and what kind of ingredients are going into your body."

Ratajkowski has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She tells ELLE that one of her biggest secrets is keeping her skin hydrated. "For my day-to-day, especially because traveling is so drying, I use a couple of different moisturizers: Chloé body lotion and Aquaphor sometimes. I put Aquaphor on my knees because planes dry me out so much."
