Brooks Nader is one of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit's most well-known models. She's been modeling for the catalog for five years now. And she's currently their cover star. SI Swim shared Nader's cover on Twitter this week. In it, Nader posed in front of the ocean in a red swimsuit.

Nader opened up about her diet and exercise to the Daily Mail. She says that when it comes to her diet, she makes sure that she has a plan that is sustainable. "I think that you can totally drive yourself crazy if you go on insane diets for long periods of time," she said. "You're just going to crack. It's taken me a while to just do everything in moderation — try to eat healthy as much as you can."

Nader makes sure to eat healthy. However, she also believes in moderation and isn't afraid of having a cheat day once in a while. "I try and stay away from sugar and dairy but if I have a craving, I'll definitely satisfy it," she told the Daily Mail. "Any 'diet' a person goes under should just consist of healthy eating, but don't beat up yourself if you need to satisfy that fried chicken craving — I am Southern after all."

Nader opened up about her diet in an interview with SI Swim. She says that she likes to intermittent fast, and only eats during a certain time of day. "I start eating at 12 p.m. and have my last meal at 8 p.m.," she says. "So it's only an eight-hour eating period." John Hopkins Medicine reports that intermittent fasting has a lot of benefits. "Intermittent fasting works by prolonging the period when your body has burned through the calories consumed during your last meal and begins burning fat."

Nader shared some of her diet to SI Swim. She says that she likes to take probiotics each day. "And first thing in the morning, I take a probiotic with a large glass of water." The National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health states, "Probiotics have shown promise for a variety of health purposes, including prevention of antibiotic-associated diarrhea (including diarrhea caused by Clostridium difficile), prevention of necrotizing enterocolitis and sepsis in premature infants, treatment of infant colic, treatment of periodontal disease, and induction or maintenance of remission in ulcerative colitis."

Nader shared some of her favorite healthy options with SI Swim. "For breakfast, I usually have avocado toast with a poached egg and coffee," she says. "Lunch typically consists of a salad or sandwich. For my salad, I usually create my own from Sweetgreen or Chop't [in NYC] with kale, spinach, romaine, tomatoes, jalapenos, onions, bell peppers and balsamic dressing. Otherwise, my sandwich is chicken salad. I love having a rice bowl, sushi or pasta for dinner. The rice bowl I usually get from Cava, and it comes with white rice, crazy feta, chicken, onions, tomatoes and spicy peppers."

Brooks Nader showcased her toned physique as she enjoyed time in the cool ocean at Miami Beach on Saturday.

The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model, 25, - who launched a '90s supermodel' inspired capsule collection back in October - flaunted her rock hard abs in a gray and white bikini as she took a dip in the water.

The beauty, who currently resides in New York City, touched down in Miami for the 20th anniversary of the renowned art fair known as Art Basel, along with other celebrities such as Kim Kardashian.

The beauty, who signed a contract with Sports Illustrated in 2020, showed off her fit physique while she cooled off in the ocean water.

She slipped into matching, plain gray-stringed bottoms to complete her fashionable, beach day ensemble.

After taking a quick dip in the Miami water, the businesswoman slicked back her damp, brunette hair away from her face.

Brooks opted to deck out her look with stylish accessories, including gold bracelets on each of her wrists and small, gold-hooped earrings.

The Home by BN founder also threw on a pair of black sunglasses while spending time under the bright sunshine.

The star, who tied the knot with William (Billy) Haire in 2019 during a romantic New Orleans wedding, appeared to be having a blast enjoying the warm weather in the heart of the chilly fall season.

The talented beauty began modeling in 2016 and was eventually scouted on Instagram. The star went on to complete in the Swim Search competition, and came out as the winner in 2019, landing her a coveted spread in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Magazine the following year.

When opening up about that big step which helped launch her successful career, Brooks told Fox News, 'Sports Illustrated helped my confidence a lot. You’re surrounded by some of the most influential, beautiful supermodels.'

'Not only do they have the recognition, but they also have beautiful hearts, and they’re even more gorgeous on the inside,' she further explained.

She also added that the community is, 'very spirit-lifting' and that, 'it has certainly helped me find my place in the world as a model.'

Brooks also expressed to Page Six that working with the magazine has boosted her confidence when it comes to her fashion sense.

'SI Swimsuit makes me feel so comfortable. I’m like, whatever, I’m going to wear a sheer dress,' she revealed. 'I feel like since Sports Illustrated is evolving in a more progressive direction, I have less pressure to do a crazy crash diet or something...'

Later in the afternoon, the stunning model, who is also pals with fashion influencer, Olivia Culpo, took a rest on a towel-covered, lounge chair underneath a shaded cabana to enter full relaxation mode.

Brooks Nader understands the assignment, and appreciates the gig

The Sports Illustrated stunner, who strutted at the magazine’s annual swimsuit show Saturday night at the W South Beach Hotel, admitted that she had a Miami Swim Week hangover, in the best way.

“STILL NOT OVER IT!” wrote the 26-year-old Louisiana native with a video of her sauntering out in a bikini.

So how did Nader pull it off? The New York resident told SI how she preps for the big day, starting back in April. Besides working out once a day with her personal trainer, she sticks to a strict diet. “I cut out wine and alcohol for a month and reduce the amount of cheese I eat,” Brooks Nader told. “Plus, I go to my dermatologist a month before to do micro-needling to promote collagen. Then I do a hydrafacial, a heavy duty exfoliating treatment performed at a medspa, right before the shoot.”

The model went on to be named the 2019 model search winner. However, success didn’t always come easy for her.

“I’ve always liked my body,” Nader previously told Fox News. “I was bustier growing up. I thought that people would be receptive to that in New York, but it was obviously challenging at first. But now I’m in a really good place, mainly became a brand like Sports Illustrated noticed me.”

Nader stressed she doesn’t believe in no-nonsense diet regimens or even skipping on her favorite treats to stay in swimsuit-ready shape. So how does she do it? Below are six ways Nader keeps herself balanced while staying fit all year long:

The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model, 22, married advertiser William Haire, 33, on Sunday.

"The feeling of marrying my best friend is something so special for me that it is even hard for me to put into words,” Nader told Fox News exclusively. “I am extremely blessed to be in such a beautiful place in my life at this time.”

“I literally had to leave the next day after my wedding for a job in Shanghai so we have not had the time to spend as a married couple yet,” she continued. “My husband is supportive and understanding when it comes to my work and that’s really so important to me. I can’t wait to spend forever with him and fill it with so many memories to share with my fans.”

For the big day, the 2020 rookie model wore a strapless Oscar de la Renta gown. According to People, Nader planned her wedding for over a year. She previously described her theme as “chic and modern with a romantic twist and a New Orleans flair.”

The nuptials came days after Nader spoke up about bullying on social media after a sheer mini dress she wore to the Sports Illustrated Sportsperson of the Year Awards garnered much criticism.

The new modeling star flew business class during the long-haul flight to Hong Kong and then Bali.

Baton Rouge native Brooks Nader officially won the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit 2019 Model Search.

The magazine revealed on Wednesday the pinup will appear in the 2020 issue as its handpicked “rookie.” She joins the ranks of fellow model search winners Camille Kostek, Haley Kalil, Anne De Paula and Mia Kang.

Back in May of this year, Nader attended the “SI Swimsuit on Location” event in Miami where she described how her life has changed since appearing on the magazine.

“For me, it’s everything,” Nader revealed at the venue’s red carpet affair. “I’ve always dreamt of it. It’s like a childhood dream of mine. I entered through Model Search, so I did the open call in Miami a year ago and now I’m here. So, the process and the journey for me is everything, because it was a long one.”

Nader insisted she would recommend any girl to take a chance to rock a skimpy swimsuit for the coveted magazine.

“Go for it,” she shared. “Do it. Be yourself. Own it. I mean, editor MJ Day and all the editors are just as nervous to meet you guys. Like, they want to see you. They want to see the real you. Sports Illustrated Swimsuit star Brooks Nader has revealed the workouts she swears by in order to stay in top shape while opening up about how she prepared for her debut shoot for the iconic magazine.

The stunning 22-year-old, who is originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, told DailyMail.com that her typical workout routine sees her boxing, a hobby she credits with helping her stay 'toned' as well as keeping her 'endorphins going'.

Brooks admitted that she initially thought she had to slim down in order to make it in the industry, but said working with the magazine has empowered her to want to become the 'best version' of herself, which is what she now strives to do when she works out rather than attempting to get down to a certain size.

She said: 'I feel like when I first started, I had this idea that I had to workout to lose weight but now I do it to relieve stress, strengthen my body and help clear my head.'

The Louisiana native said her typical workout sees her boxing at a gym in New York City, where she moved from Louisiana to in 2017.

'I love boxing! I've been training with Rob Piela at Gotham Gym since I moved to NYC and I've found it really helps strengthen, tone me and help keep my endorphins going which is my main goal!' she said.

Brooks said she also attends 'the occasional' hip hop class at a dance studio in the city.

But despite her efforts to work out regularly, Brooks said heading to the gym to work up a sweat is often the last thing she wants to do after a busy day of shooting.

When it comes to her diet, the model said she isn't too hard on herself in terms of what she eats, admitting that she once had a 'strange relationship' with food.
