Heidi Klum is going back to her roots for a new cover photoshoot, flaunting her toned body in new footage from a photoshoot orchestrated by Luca and Alessandro Morelli for Glamour Germany.

The model wore an itty bitty white string bikini for the occasion, showing off her cleavage, flat abs and the curve of her hips. A pair of white feathered angel wings bigger than her were attached to the back of her bikini, towering over her head and flowing to the floor behind her bare, pedicured feet, which danced back and forth as she posed for the cameras.

Her makeup was light, with just a soft touch of blush and highlighter, and her hair was left to flow straight down over her shoulders.

"This is 50 ?," she wrote in celebration alongside the BTS clip, uploaded to Instagram on Monday, March 5. "Thank you @morellibrothers for making me feel great ❤️."

The America's Got Talent judge shared a slew of the final photos from the day on her account, as well, indicating that the angelic themes were far and wide across the spread.

In one, she wore the same wings with a silky white gown featuring a sweetheart neckline, smoldering at the camera in what looks to be the cover photo. For another, she donned a white mini dress with countless cutouts, giving it the appearance of large white lace with mini wings attached to the back.

You've got to throw a little contrast in, though, which Klum did in a sheer black getup with black floral embellishments ensuring her modesty.

Monica trained hard to Top Gun. "As for filming, there was a lot of art imitating life. Tom Cruise developed this intense training program, and we all became really bonded because we realized that nobody really understood what we were going through. It wasn't like anything any other actor had ever experienced," she told Glamour. "Well, we did somewhere around 40 hours of flight training and a fair amount of ground school for flying."

"Everyone did a ton of swim training in case you have to eject over water. It's not just swimming; you get pushed off this high-rise and have to fall in the pool and unstrap your parachute. There's one drill where the wind is pulling the parachute and pulling you across the water. I did extra swimming because I was really nervous about that," Monica added.

Monica is also a trained boxer. "Okay there's a lot that needs to be worked on with my speed bag training but just LOOK at how impressed @joshgroban is… Also. In the lead up to the show it's more important to me to focus on the muscle groups and make sure I really target those areas as best I can, which is through exercises with ankle weights, gliders and resistance bands."

Gale enjoys regular infrared sauna sessions to help with puffiness or water retention. "We see so many people who come in asking how they can move towards optimal health," Melissa Young, MD, tells the Cleveland Clinic. "With saunas in general, and especially infrared saunas, people feel better after using them. It can be an integral part of your health practices."

For Gale, healthy eating is a way of life. "That's how I was brought up," she told Vogue Australia. "I was never introduced to bad, unhealthy foods so for me it's just natural to eat very healthy. I eat lots of fish, all vegetables except potatoes, I love slow release carbs like oatmeal for breakfast, yogurt, and lots of berries and fruits. I snack on nuts and raw vegan chocolate sweetened with coconut sugar," Gale reveals.

"I give my body what it needs. I don't deprive my body because I don't believe in the diet that you have to starve yourself. Because we have different bodies. Our bodies need different things, so we really need to know what our bodies need," she told Push.com.ph, adding that she tried every diet under the sun, including one where she drank only water. "The diets that didn't work for me. There are many diets out there."

The only diet that worked for her? "Hard work," she said. "I didn't wake up with my body like this. We really work hard for it. Eat then do wo-workout then eat. That's really me," she continued. "Because I really don't want to lose weight, I want to gain muscle. So weights and stronger," she told Pep.PH.

Since Chie's fitness goal is to gain muscle instead of losing weight, she doesn't run. "I'm more of like lifting weights. I avoid cardio since I'm petite. So I wanna gain muscle."

As for diet, she fuels her body with food – even Popeye's and Shake Shack. "And for my diet, you might not believe it but I eat really hard. I give my body what it needs, she said. "I don't want to deprive my body, eh. That's why I work out. What you feed yourself also needs to be healthy." She does "make sure it's balanced," she continued. "You know that feeling when you eat junk food? I really avoid pork. That's what I avoid. Because our body immediately feels the weight after eating those foods, right?"

"I also dance," Chie told Pep.Ph. "I think that's my cardio." Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.
