Naomi Schiff enjoyed a trip to Sri Lanka

Naomi Schiff is a trailblazer. She's a successful racing driver. She's also transitioned into acting. She recently enjoyed a trip to Sri Lanka, and shared some photos on Instagram. In them, Schiff enjoyed time by the pool, wearing a blue swimsuit and a pink swimsuit. She captioned the post, "Vitamin ? and C ?We spent the last few days of our trip to Sri Lanka on the south west coast at the @thesandhya resort in Ahangama. An amazing stay filled with sun, surf and smiles. "

Schiff wants to be an inspiration and representation for black women in racing. She talked about this with Refinery29. "I was basically like an alien because I was both female and Black. I was always the only one in the room. I don't even know if there were any other Black female racing drivers at all when I raced. It makes me proud to be able to bring a different type of representation to broadcasting in motorsport that hasn't existed prior to me, in terms of being a young woman and a woman of color."

In an interview on Red Bull's website, Schiff shared her advice for others who want to break into an industry. "If you walk into a room and there's no one who looks like you, whether that's in motorsports or sport or business, it has no bearing on your own capabilities. It might be harder, and people might not understand your struggle, but that doesn't mean you can't do it. Don't stand in your own way—other people will do that. Go for anything you want to do."

Schiff does a lot of outdoor activities to stay in shape, and shares a bunch of highlights on her Instagram. One thing she likes to do is go hiking. Schiff shared this set of photos of herself hiking on a mountain in the Western Cape. She captioned the post, "Not too shabby." Schiff also shared this photo of herself sitting on top of a mountain overlooking the beach, captioning it, "Where's this pic taken?"

Another outdoor activity Schiff likes to do to stay in shape is going biking. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself going on a bike ride in Amsterdam. Better Health states that biking has a lot of benefits. "Cycling can help to protect you from serious diseases such as stroke, heart attack, some cancers, depression, diabetes, obesity and arthritis. Riding a bike is healthy, fun and a low-impact form of exercise for all ages. Cycling is easy to fit into your daily routine by riding to the shops, park, school or work."

Sunlight's most prominent benefit is its role in synthesizing vitamin D in the skin, crucial for bolstering immune responses and maintaining strong bones. Track and Field Star Jess Gardner is living her best life this summer

Jess Gardner is living her best life this summer. In one of her latest social media posts the pole vaulter flaunts her Insta-famous figure in a skimpy bathing suit while lounging on the shoreline. "My happy lil summer," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps.

Jess spends a lot of time at the gym lifting weights. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

When Jess isn't in the gym you can find her walking on the beach. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Jess also does yoga. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

Jess loves getting out in nature and going for hikes. "Elevated," she captioned a photo from a hike. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems

When Jess is near water you can find her kayaking. "Whatever floats your boat," she captioned this post. Kayaking is a great workout. Not only is it great for building upper body strength and helps reduce stress, but can burn up to 400 calories per hour, translating to 1,600 calories in four hours of paddling.

Jess enjoys the perks of coffee. "Whenever I need a pick me up, I add a shot of espresso to my Iced Chai Tea Latte," she captioned a recent post.

Katie takes regular soaks in the hot water. "You'll find me here," she captioned a post. How can soaking in the hot tub, similar to baths do your body and mind good? It has been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that it may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Katie hits the slopes and snowboards. "Learned my lesson from last year," she joked in one post, wearing a swimsuit while on the slopes. According to the University of Rochester, snowboarding, like skiing, is a great cardiovascular workout. "Because they are also weight-bearing exercises, they strengthen your bones as they tone your muscles," they say. "Cardiovascular or aerobic exercises also work to reduce your risk for chronic diseases, and lower blood pressure. They also help you maintain a healthy body weight. Through regular aerobic exercise like skiing and snowboarding, you lower your risk of developing conditions like diabetes and heart disease, having a stroke, and perhaps even getting cancer."

Jess Glynne recently enjoyed a trip to Ibiza

Jess Glynne is a singer-songwriter known for songs like "Hold My Hand," "Thursday," and "Rather Be." Glynne recently enjoyed a trip to beautiful Ibiza, Spain, and shared highlights on Instagram. In them, she wore a red swimsuit top, white pants, a black shirt, and a green bucket hat. She captioned the post, "On the island."

Glynne broke down her skincare secrets with IntoTheGloss. "When I'm stressed, I get pimples. I didn't care that much about my face before, but I do now," she explained. "But as a singer, it's so important to be healthy and have a great stamina, and be hydrated.

Glynne tells Glamour that she makes sure to exercise while she's on tour. "If I'm on the road, I make sure I get up in the morning and go for a jog or do some stomach stuff," she says. "Or when we're doing a sound test, do something around the venue. I can't always be that strict, but I try as much as I can. But after everything that's been going on [with the surgery] – I want to be fit and healthier."

Glynne broke down her diet to Glamour. She says that she makes sure to eat healthy, but doesn't like to stress out about it too much. "I am 100% conscious of my diet. But I love chocolate. I'm not one of those people who says, 'I don't drink, and I just drink water, and I only eat green.'" Glynne says that one thing she does to be healthier is cutting out alcohol.

Glynne talked about the process of writing her new album and how she's evolved as a person with OfficialCharts.com. "I've evolved as a human and as an artist. Five years is a long time, I've grown as a woman; I'm very different now in my mindset and self-security. I'm a little bit more emotionally intelligent. It doesn't sound like my [previous] two records; it's definitely more emotional…It's definitely a more vulnerable album. I've been doing a lot of work on myself over the past few years, I've been through a lot in my career and personal life. It's taught me a lot. I've grown, and I think the songs show what I've been through a little bit."

Una Healy is enjoying the summer weather

Singer and former member of the girl group, The Saturdays, Una Healy, is enjoying the summer weather. She recently enjoyed a beach day. Healy shared a stunning new photo on Instagram of it. In it, she stood on the rocks in a green swimsuit. Healy captioned the post, "Soaking up the sun."

In an interview with RSVP Magazine, Healy talked about her health, wellness, and skincare secrets. She says that the secret to her amazing skin is a healthy diet, and made sure to give some examples. Genevieve Parisi shared a new set of photos from Lido Key

Genevieve Parisi first made waves last year, when she appeared as a contestant on The Bachelor. She then appeared on last year's Bachelor In Paradise. Ever since then, her social media following has grown. Parisi just shared a new set of photos from Lido Key on Instagram this week. In them, she posed by the water in a blue swimsuit.

In an interview with BachelorNation.com, Parisi talked about her experience on The Bachelor. She says that she had to take some time with her loved ones to recover. "It was honestly hard coming back from filming, especially for a few weeks. But seeing my family, being with my friends, and getting rest were the best things I could've done. I took time for myself and that's how I got back into everything."

Parisi says that being on The Bachelor has helped her grow as a person. She tells BachelorNation.com that being on the show has helped with her mental health and wellbeing. "The biggest thing I learned about myself from the experience is that I'm very emotionally strong. I've struggled with anxiety and being on the show tested my patience and my anxiety. But seeing how I got through it made me really proud of myself."

Parisi wanted to use her time on The Bachelor to inspire others. She says that she wanted to encourage others to stand up for themselves as she did. "I just hope that I gave people some confidence to stick up for themselves. I did my best to do that the entire time on the show. I was myself and stood up for myself and my friends when I felt like it was the right thing to do."

Parisi tells BachelorNation.com that she knows what she wants in a relationship, and knows what she has to do to get it. "On the show, I realized that I need to be better about opening up, being vulnerable, and letting my walls down. So since getting back from 'The Bachelor,' I haven't done much dating since I've been back but I have been more open. That's really what I learned from the experience is that I need to be more open or I'm not going to get anywhere when it comes to a relationship."

Parisi spends a lot of time outside. One thing she likes to do is go swimming. She and her fellow Bachelor contestant Rachel Recchia shared this Instagram collaboration of the two of them in a pool. Parisi captioned the post, "Actual Paradise." She also shared these pool photos, captioning them, "Pool or hot tub?"

Christina Milian recently enjoyed a vacation to St. Tropez

Christina Milian does it all. She's a singer. She's an actress who's appeared in projects like Bring It On: Fight To The Finish and Grandfathered. And she's a host, who notably worked on The Voice. Milian recently enjoyed a vacation to St. Tropez, and shared some photos on Instagram. In them, she enjoyed a cocktail by the ocean. Milian wore a pink, orange, and purple striped two-piece swimsuit, looking stunning. She captioned the post, "When life gives you sunshine, work on your tan, and sip Pina Coladas."

Milian shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Bustle. She says that she is an avid runner. "I just love going on the treadmill. I like to run. My goal is always 3 miles. Whether it takes 30 minutes, 25 minutes, or 40 minutes to do it, that's my goal. I do that maybe three times a week. Fitness helps bring peace of mind to me."

Milian has amazing skin and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared one of her secrets with Bustle. "I like to get a nice steam facial. I've gotten some really good ones that really just clean out any toxins that are in my skin. I'm living in a city [Los Angeles] right now, so I like to purify my skin and relax at the same time. If there's a little bit of massage included, I love it."

In her Bustle interview, Milian was asked what the best wellness advice she's ever received. "The importance of water," she answered. "I do find that there's a huge difference when I'm not drinking enough water and I'm not hydrated. I get headaches, I have an attitude, and I'm tired. When I'm dehydrated, it's not a good thing…Watch, you're going to notice it — one day you're going to be like, 'Why am I on edge right now?' and then you're going to realize you need to drink some water."

Milian makes sure to eat healthy, and shared some of her favorite foods with Essence. She also says that she tries to not overeat. "Salmon and a big salad. I really love avocados too, with some olive oil and salt and lemon. Delicious! And asparagus—even out of the can. And I try not to overeat. If I hear my body tell me I'm full, I follow my gut, literally, and say 'Hey I'm full' and 'There will be another meal.' I think sometimes we eat with our eyes and our minds, thinking this is the last meal I'm ever going to have."

Milian makes self-care a priority. She shared some of the ways she takes care of herself with Essence. "For me, if I'm not in the right shape, I'm tired. I don't have the energy to do the things I like to do, which gets a little bit depressing. Working out is great therapy too. When I workout I pray. In that moment, I am thankful because of my health and how my blood is flowing because all of that stuff is going to keep me around longer."

Addison Rae shows off her insanely fit figure

According to Addison, you don't have to spend hours at the gym. "I've been trying to workout every day for at least 15 minutes. Addison has a "list of things" she does to stay healthy, "like drinking a gallon of water a day," she told StyleCaster. "It's really hard." She loves Amazon's under $20 Fidus water bottle, which holds a gallon of water and shows you how much you need to drink. "It has motivational sayings to keep you on track," she said about the bottle, which she discovered on TikTok. "A lot of fitness stuff I've gotten is from TikTok," she noted. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Addison is a big fan of the workout buddy system. The star trains at The Dogpound, often making exercise a group activity. Not only does she take workout classes (including Pilates) with pals, but during the pandemic, she virtually exercised with pal Kourtney during the pandemic.

Addison is always burning calories, even while having fun. She maintains a seriously active lifestyle, skateboarding, surfing, kayaking, kickboxing, and hiking.

Like many TikTok stars, Addison stays in shape with the help of dancing.Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

Rachel Bush isn't afraid to show off her figure. The model and wife of Buffalo Bills star, Jordan Poyer, shares a bunch of revealing photos on Instagram. Bush shared a new set of them to her Instagram stories recently. In one, she enjoyed a day on a boat. In another, she posed in front of a mirror.

Bush has a large following, and she wants to put it to good use. She opened up about this in the caption of an Instagram post. "​​Having this platform also opens many doors for me that others don't get the chance to access. I have so many projects going on now that will benefit me in the long run that no one sees on social media, but I want my followers help in giving me ideas of what to do next with my following that will help OTHERS."

Bush is all about staying positive. One thing she does is ignore negative comments. Bush talked about this in the Instagram post's caption. "No more reading into the negative comments and hate for me ??‍♀️ just pure positivity from here on out! Because people are either going to hate or love you! I have nothing to prove nor do I no longer want to have to prove anything for those who haven't got to meet me and get to know me in real life. I don't have the energy for the hate anymore."

Bush is happy with herself and her life. She also talked about this in her Instagram caption. "Here's to me going back to being happy, carefree and living my life to PLEASE me and no one else. Being a mom while also being a 21 year old who has been BLESSED with an amazing life. I'll continue to share the little bit that I want all while living my real life outside social media, working on all my projects and staying focused and remaining true to myself and not attacking those who attack me because they have their own issues. I'm me, I'm blessed, I'm happy and I'm going to get back on track!"

Bush spends a lot of time outside. One thing she likes to do is go swimming. She shares a bunch of posts on Instagram of herself in the water. Bush shared photos of herself swimming in Formentera with a friend, captioning them, "Shades of blue." In a set of photos and videos, she is also seen in a pool. Bush captioned that post, "Just dropping some more pura vida vacay vibes."

Bush likes to horseback ride to stay in shape. In a set of vacation photos she posted on Instagram, she is seen riding by the beach. According to The American Heart Association, riding has a lot of benefits. "Riding a horse for 45 minutes at a walk, trot and canter can burn up to 200 calories," said Dr. Dennis Sigler, a Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service horse specialist and professor in the department of animal science at Texas A&M University in College Station. "If you do something a bit more strenuous such as cutting or reining, that can come out to nearly seven calories per minute for the entire length of the riding period."

Sara Sampaio recently enjoyed a trip to beautiful Capri, Italy

Sara Sampaio is a model, who's best known for her work with Victoria's Secret. She recently enjoyed a trip to beautiful Capri, Italy. One thing Sampaio made sure to do there was spend time on a boat. She shared some highlights recently on Instagram. In them, Sampaio wore a red swimsuit, her figure on display.

Sampaio shared some of her wellness secrets with HollywoodLife. She says that she likes to use meal prep services. "When I was in LA I was doing this meal prep, where they just have meals come to your house every day and they're premade. I tried Sakara for a week and I'm not even vegan, but I actually really liked it. It was nice to just do it for a week. Then I tried another one called Kooshi, and you can choose what type you want – keto, paleo, whatever you want. I did it because I came back from Italy and I ate so much pasta, pizza, and bread, and I just wanted to eat healthy for two weeks.

So, I got the meal preps and it was really nice because you don't have to think and you just know it's good food. I feel, cooking for one, sometimes is a waste of food. Plus, I travel so much and I always go to the supermarket and buy all this food and then all of a sudden I have to leave, and it all goes to waste. So, I like these meal preps and I'm going to start doing them more often. They do the portion controls themselves, so you don't have to worry about if you're actually eating too much, or overeating sometimes."

Sampaio tells HollywoodLife that she's trying to eat healthier. For her, that means a balanced diet. "So now I'm just trying to eat a little bit more balanced and healthier, not as much sugar and processed foods, and just really trying to get good nutrients into my body. I eat lots of veggies and fruit and I love meat and fish. I just really try to maintain a balanced diet but at the same time on Sunday, I landed from Venice and I was really tired and I felt like having Shake Shack, so I had it."

Sampaio says that she does a variety of things to stay in shape. "I just try to work out three to four, five times a week, depending on how my body is feeling and how my week is going," she told HollywoodLife. "I've been doing a little bit of everything. I've been doing some cardio classes, especially when I'm in LA and then I'll do resistance training or weight training, mixed with a little bit of cardio. Sometimes I'll go to pilates, I just try to do a little bit of everything."

Sampaio struggles with stress and anxiety. She shared how she manages it to The Cut. "Therapy has been one of [the things that helps me]. You go to the doctor every six months to take care of your physical health, so take care of your mental one. Reading has helped me a lot, and to put things in perspective. I try to be very aware of situations and people. I think being aware of that has really helped me take a little bit back the anxiety in a certain way."

Sleep is very important to Sampaio. She told The Cut, "If I don't get my eight hours of sleep, it's going to be a hard day. Your skin regenerates, your eyes are brighter and bigger, you know? Sleeping is a reset of your body. I try to work out as much as I can, but also giving yourself some rest time."

Serene Russell shared a new set of photos

Serene Russell is one of the new stars of the Bachelor franchise. Since then, she's grown a large following on Instagram. Russell shared a new set of photos and one video on her page this week. In it, she wore an orange swimsuit in Florida. She captioned the post, "Theme color this summer."

In an interview on BachelorNation.com, Russell revealed 20 things that people might not know about her. In it, she revealed what she does to start her day. Russell makes sure to stretch and drink coffee first thing in the morning. "Get that big stretch in and make espresso. I'm a night owl so I need the extra help getting started."

Russell isn't afraid to stand up for herself. Especially when people comment on her body. She clapped back at a comment that told her to gain weight on Instagram recently. I truly learned so much about myself on this journey so I have a lot to take with me into dating in the future."

Russell didn't just learn about how she wants to approach a relationship on The Bachelor. She also learned things about herself. She tells BachelorNation.com, "The biggest thing I learned about myself is that I do deserve grace. I've always been really hard on myself and didn't always allow myself to feel things. That's been the biggest thing, getting to watch myself say things out loud for the first time and seeing my growth on the show has been really impactful for me."

Kelley Flanagan recently enjoyed a trip to Greece

Kelley Flanagan first made waves as a breakout contestant on the 2020 season of The Bachelor. She ended up in a public relationship with the lead, Peter Weber, for about a year. Since then, Flanagan has grown a large social media following. She recently enjoyed a trip to Greece, and shared a stunning new video on Instagram. In it, Flanagan posed in a black swimsuit on a boat. She captioned the post, "Visit Greece if you want to make many beautiful memories."

Prior to The Bachelor, Flanagan was a lawyer. However, she revealed on an episode of the Talking It Out podcast that she decided to take a break due to health issues. "I took a back burner on law for the time being, and the reason is because I've been having so many health issues. Around a year ago, I realized I needed to stop everything and try to figure out what the hell is going on with me. I took a step back and did more content creating while I tried to figure out my health."

Flanagan revealed on Talking It Out that she was diagnosed with Lyme Disease, and wanted to get help with it. "Since fourth grade, I've always had weird issues like stomach issues. Then right before I went on 'The Bachelor,' I remember I looked nine months pregnant. I was working out for two hours a day with a trainer and I was super active, but I couldn't figure out what was going on with my weight. After the show, I think the transition with the breakup, publicity, and the fan aspect all put a lot of stress on my body. Finally, I realized it got way worse than it was before and needed to find out what it was."

Flanagan is an avid chef. She shares a bunch of videos on Instagram of herself making healthy foods. Flanagan includes vegetables like alfalfa sprouts, onions, and olives, as well as Dijon mustard. In a video, she makes beef chili.

Flanagan likes to do a lot of outdoor activities to stay in shape. One thing she does is play tennis. She shared photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Flanagan captioned it, "Preppy mode on and having a ball!" According to Better Health, tennis has a lot of benefits. "Tennis is a good sport for maintaining health, fitness, strength and agility. It also has social and psychological benefits."

Pole Vaulter Clara Fernandez shared some bikini pictures of herself

Spanish pole vaulting champion Clara Fernandez is one of the most impressive athletes competing right now, and she trains incredibly hard to be a winner. Fernández shared pictures of herself wearing a swimsuit on her social media, and it's clear from the post that building and maintaining muscle is something she has done for years.

Fernandez's training includes plenty of running—including long-distance running. "Any type of aerobic exercise has a positive effect on the heart," says Dr. Dan Meyer, chief of cardiac transplantation at Baylor Scott & White Health in Dallas. "Running is such an efficient mode of exercise. It can be relaxing and a stress reliever at times. I find it having as much emotional benefits as physical."

Fernandez's athletic background includes swimming, which is a great full-body workout. "Swimming works the heart and lungs," say the experts at Harvard Health. "This trains the body to use oxygen more efficiently, which is generally reflected in declines in the resting heart rate and breathing rate. It uses the arms, the legs, and other muscle groups in between. This improves muscle strength and flexibility."

Cycling is another major part of Fernandez's background and training. "Cycling is one of the healthiest and low-impact forms of exercise – meaning it causes less strain and injuries than most other workouts," say the experts at the University of Montana. "So it's a hobby you can continue to enjoy throughout your long life. And, unlike other forms of exercise, you won't dread doing it. Even if you take cycling seriously and go at it hard, the blood pumping and wind in your face is still exhilarating, even when it's difficult."

Fernandez takes part in triathlons (seriously, is there anything she can't do?). Training is crucial for anyone wanting to take part in a triathlon, experts say. "Triathletes can suffer injuries from the compound effect of adding too much training without proper care and guidance," says Gautam Yagnik, MD, an orthopedic surgeon with Miami Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Institute at Baptist Health South Florida. "Cross-conditioning is important and a key training element for triathletes, but proper preparation, stretching, hydration, periods of rest and other precautions should be taken to avoid overuse injuries."

Fernandez loves animals, especially dogs, which are known to have health benefits for their owners. "An extensive number of studies in a wide range of journals and disciplines support that interactions with pets contribute to good health and quality of life and healing from serious illnesses and conditions," says Dr. Maria Iliopoulou, an alumna of the MSU College of Veterinary Medicine. "Pets can influence our emotional state, our sense of security and acceptance, and even our positive outlook on life."

Joy Taylor shows off her incredible body while vacationing at The Boca Raton

Joy Taylor is heating up sunny Florida in her swimsuit. In one of her latest social media posts, the FSI host shows off her incredible body while vacationing at The Boca Raton. "Was a proper Saturday," she captioned the steamy hot set of Instagram images shared with her 630,000-plus followers.

According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity, according to the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.

Joy is a walker. During a recent trip to South Africa, she put on her walking shoes and hit the pavement. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Joy also goes on hikes. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

Eiza makes her time in the gym count. She usually does weight and interval training. "This body needs to be happy by exercising, because I feel so good when I exercise. I go between three workouts," she told Shape. "I do a lot of weight lifting with high weight, low reps — that's something that this Latina butt needs to get toned. She added that also does "a lot of intervals: cardio mixed with movement."

"I swear by Pilates, and I die by Pilates," Eiza told Shape. "It works out muscles that I don't work out ever. Like this little one under my boob, between my fourth and sixth left ribs." Eiza eats healthy the majority of the time but lets herself cheat on occasion.. "One day a week, I eat whatever I want. That's my one rule," she said. "I'll eat brownies. I'll eat pizza. I'll eat all the foods I want to eat because that's what this body needs to be happy."

"I like to keep moving every day, not necessarily 'work out' every day, but keep moving," she explained to Harper's Bazaar Australia. "It doesn't have to be intense, just getting the body some blood flow and not staying stagnant."

"I have to drink water all day, every day! Water has become such a basic life need for me because I travel so much and that dehydrates you a lot. From the change of weather to the plane, everything can be so harsh on you," Eiza told Harper's Bazaar. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. "I'm trying to live a more organic and responsible life, in terms of how I eat. I try not to touch sugar. I'm trying to bring down the levels of coffee that I drink. I love coffee but it's something that's bad for your lymphatic system."

Hailey Clauson looks super fit and beautiful

Hailey Clauson is heating up social media with her latest Sports Illustration snaps. In a new social media post the model looks super fit in a gingham bathing suit, throwing her followers into overdrive. "Gorgeous Hailey," commented one. "Beautiful,' added another. Hailey cooks her own meals. "I'm always on the go. "But cooking my own food is fun, and it's a good way to make sure I'm getting proper nutrition," she told People. ​​She starts the day with a bowl of Bob's Red Mill gluten-free oatmeal, with almond butter, bananas, blueberries and cinnamon and a cup of green tea for breakfast. "I lift weights. It sounds like a manly thing, but at the end of the day I follow a lot of people on Instagram that inspire me to lift weights and stay healthy. I think cardio is overrated," she told Ok!

Hailey tol Fashion Week Daily that aside from finding an exercise you love, "if you need motivation, find a workout buddy." Who was her go-to workout pal in 2015? "My boyfriend, Jullien Herrera, who, lucky for me, happens to be a professional trainer! We work out at either Overthrow in Soho or do outdoor workouts along the Hudson."

Draya makes her strength and weight training workout count. She uses small equipment, like exercise bands, free weights, and a kettlebell and focuses on building muscle. She also does cardio. "I am naturally skinny but I stay on the treadmill in my house," she told RadarOnline. "I watch the clock for the ENTIRE 45 minutes like a hawk. But I work really hard, I'm up to an eight incline."

Draya has one message when it comes to hydration: "Increase your water intake," she explained to FashionBombDaily per Madame Noire about her go-to health tip. "Any amount is better than what you've been drinking. Your body and skin will thank you for it in the long run." According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

"I try to cook as much as I can and I don't necessarily cook healthy, but I use very small portions to keep the calories at bay," she told FashionBombDaily.

"I am six months pescatarian. I've tried to limit my chicken and red meat consumption a lot. I try to drink a lot of water. I try to work out. My downfalls are sweets. I really love sweets. And alcohol goes with partying. If I'm going to drink, I try to diet. If I'm not going to diet, I try to skip dessert," she told BET about her approach to health. "Dieting is always going to be a struggle, so that's why you have to balance it with working out. I don't eat whatever I want, but if I do eat whatever I want, I at least got to work out to make it even."
