Isabela Merced shows off her amazing body in the beauty of the West Indies

Isabela Merced is taking in the beauty of the West Indies – in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post the Madame Web star shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while enjoying the Four Seasons Nevis. "Yes I took these and no these aren't stock images," she captioned the series of Instagram photos, adding to the resort, "thank you for this paradise."

While she was never good at sports, she was "very coordinated," which is why she loves to dance, Isbaela told Teen Vogue. Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

"Actor me is just a canvas," she told Teen Vogue. "Anyone gets to put whatever paint they want on it, and I'll follow along. It is [also] my therapy, like it was from the day I started, when we had the fire."

Isabela enjoys physical activity as a way to decompress. One of her go-to workouts is Pilates. Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health. It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Isabela prioritizes her mental health and avoids panic attacks by limiting her yearly schedule to two projects.

Isabela once suffered an eye injury from yoga. "I was in this yoga class and the instructor was really hot. And he said 'Do a headstand,' and I said, 'I will for you.' And so I did one. But it was right after a long flight." She ended up poping a blood vessel, she revealed to Wired.

Lindsey Vonn went on an unforgettable trip to Lake Como, Italy

Olympic skier Lindsey Vonn went on an unforgettable trip to Lake Como, Italy, in October. Vonn, 39, stayed at the luxury boutique Passalacqua hotel right on the lake, and shared highlights from the vacation on her social media. The athlete posted pictures of herself posing next to a swimming pool in a gray bikini, her hair tied back in a low bun. "Looking back," she captioned the post.

Vonn does a mixture of cardio and strength training three times a week with celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson. She now has a body fat percentage of 15%, in comparison to 19% when she was skiing competitively. "I'm a lot leaner," she says. "I used to do things that were so sport specific, so I had to be bigger. But everyone is like, 'Oh my God, you're in the best shape of your life.' It's like — yes and no. I'm not training for my sport anymore, I am training to be lean and fit."

Vonn ate a clean, light diet when she was training and competing. "One thing that I don't eat before my races is meat," she says. "No steaks, no burgers. Your body is spending a lot of energy trying to digest it instead of using your energy to recover and rest and get ready for the race… In the morning usually I'd try to eat eggs and oatmeal, or in Europe they'd have muesli. When we'd go up on the mountain I'd always have some sort of snack like a protein bar, but I'd always get nervous so I never ate a lot when I was on the hill. Twenty minutes before the race I'd have a Red Bull, I always needed that extra energy. When I finished the race I'd have a banana and protein shake to replenish and refuel—it was usually a couple hours before I'd get back to the hotel, so I would eat what I could find. By the time I got back to the hotel, it would be dinnertime so I'd try to have protein, carbs, and veggies: My ideal meal was salmon, rice, and veggies."

Vonn's diet has changed since her retirement. "My eating doesn't look anything like it used to," she says. "I still try to eat healthy but I definitely let myself indulge a bit more, especially after dinner. It's pretty simple in the morning: eggs, avocado. Lunch is usually chicken and kale or a chicken salad, I try not to have too many carbs because I'm not working out that hard so I don't really need a ton of carbs. For dinner, I either do a beyond meat burger or a bolognese but the noodles are zucchini. And then dessert is almost always ice cream—I can't help myself, it's like, OK, I'm not competing any more so I get to treat myself."

Ice cream is Vonn's favorite indulgence. "I would say preferably froyo, I really like it with Reese's pieces combined with Reese's cups—but crumbled," she says. "If you're really going for it you can add some brownie bites in there. But if you can't get froyo, Ben & Jerry's always hits the spot."

Vonn is looking ahead to exciting new projects, including the documentary she made about her first mentor. "We have a great relationship, and I am able to showcase everything she meant to me. We did some interviews already, and there was crying. It was very emotional," she says. "Honestly, right now, these have been some of the scariest times, because I don't know what is ahead. As an athlete, you try to control as many variables as you can. And I can't control any variables right now. I am just trying to stay in the moment and spend time with people I care about."

Kerry Ingram is heating up Disney in her swimsuit

Kerry Ingram is heating up Disney in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the Game of Thrones star shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while enjoying the theme park. "Have a Disney dump," the 24-year-old actress captioned the series of Instagram photos and videos. "Beauty," commented one. "Cutie," added another.

Kerry is a reader. Here she is lounging in bed reading a book. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

Kerry loves to hike – at the beach and in the mountains. Here she is hiking in her bathing suit. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

Building stronger muscles and bones

Improving your sense of balance

Improving your heart health

Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems

Kerry understands the importance of hydration. "Unfortunately for Kez, the drink is tap water. Feelin cute tho," she captioned this Instagram post. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Kerry, the proud dog mom of a pug, spends a lot of time taking her pooch for long walks. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Kerry also has a horse, which she regularly rides when she is home. According to the American Heart Association, riding horses is great for your health. Not only does it boost cardiovascular health, but builds core strength, burns calories, and lowers blood pressure. It is also great for your mental health as it helps relax you.

Jennie Garth shows off her amazing body while vacationing in Palm Beach

Jennie Garth is heating up Florida – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the 90210 legend shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while vacationing in Palm Beach. "Florida shenanigans (Part 1)" she captioned the series of snaps. "Jennie I have seen you since 90210 (Over 30 years) and you look the same. How can that be? Secret please ??" one of her followers commented. "Sooooo pretty," added another.

"My diet is in large part plant-based," Garth told The Beet. "I load up on berries, vegetables and lots of salad."

Garth detailed her diet to The Beet.

For Breakfast: "I eat oats in almond milk, and add almond slivers, blueberries, strawberries, chia seeds on top. But I eat the oats right after I pour the oat milk on them, even before they are softened. I love the crunch of it," she said.

For Lunch: Garth has a salad for lunch. "On a day when I am eating well, everything I can find goes into my salad: Avocado, tomatoes, nuts, and for sweetness, I like to add green apple into the mix," she said.

For Dinner: "We love Mexican food in our house, and though it's not the healthiest, you can make a taco with lots of vegetables. I love the vegan cheese, and I'll make a tortilla with vegan cheese, like Daiya, which is my current favorite!"

Dessert or Snack: "My favorite treat right now is the chocolate-covered almonds from Trader Joe's. I am a 'phase' person and I go through phases when I get stuck on a food and enjoy it until I get sick of it. And right now I am stuck on those!"

In a recent post, Garth showed off her workout routine. "It's time! Let's do this… let's choose to take care of ourselves, together?" Garth captioned the post. "I love sharing my private workouts with you all and hearing how it's motivating you! So keep messaging me…. and I'll keep motivating you, deal?" she captioned it. Her workout included weight lifting, mountain climbers, push-ups, sit-ups, lunges, and stretching.

"I also love to get outside any chance I get, and right now I am into golf!" Garth told The Beet. "It's a great activity both mentally and physically because you can walk the course. It keeps me sharp too since you really have to focus. But mostly I love it because it's a way to spend time in nature and see beautiful vistas and trees. And there is a lot of walking involved!"

For exercise, Garth does "a lot of stretching," she told The Beet. "Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints," says Harvard Health. "Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight."

Roxanne McKee shares some bikini photos

Roxanne McKee is making a splash in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post the Game of Thrones star shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while going for a swim with her pal, Shelli Epstein. "Beat the heat!" she captioned the photo. "Wow Roxanne you look incredible," commented one of her followers. "Stunning as always my Queen," added another.

"While the fitness angle has always been in my blood – I barely left the water as a child, from swimming to hanging off the back of my brother's surfboard as an eight year old, adventure within fitness has always been a part of my life. My most fond memories of childhood are salty beach days, or drizzly hikes in chalk pits in the south of England.  I'm happiest outside, by water, or up a mountain, no matter the weather I choose the wild," Roxanne told Future Fit.

Roxanne enjoys walking and running wherever she is traveling. "I do advise walking through the world and moving your body. There is nothing more exhilarating to me that pounding new streets," she said.

Roxanne maintain that she has made a lot of friends while hiking. "Of course these strangers always became friends, and the adventures never stopped because when you share movement and a love of nature you're bonded for life. I have a particularly happy/chaotic memory of a four hour hike up Table Mountain, with a director, makeup artist, personal trainer and a stunt guy that started to get dangerous when the weather changed and we found ourselves lost in the mountain while the mist descended and the rain set in," she told Future Fit.

Roxanne maintains that exercise is the best mental health booster. "I didn't know just how 'happy' it made me to just move until I went through a particularly tricky breakup some years ago. I felt so sad, but I had to put on muscle and change up my body for a show I was working on. All I could do was go to the gym every day and workout with my trainer. He became one of my best friends, his understanding, and gentle emphasis on eating properly and working out while I felt low carried me through a very painful time. I got fit, I got strong, and I never looked back. I promised myself I would do this for someone else one day," she said.

Roxanne watches what she eats. "I'm very conscious about what I put in my body because I suffer from acne so I try to maintain a very balanced diet, while also feeling myself with all the nutrients I need to be on the go all the time," she told Innermost.

Melissa Barrera shows off her amazing body during a Cancun vacation

Melissa Barrera is keeping things hot south of the border in her bathing suit. In a social media post shared earlier this year, the Scream 6 star shows off her amazing body in a swimsuit during a Mexico vacation. "Sister trip 2023," she captioned the series of social media snaps taken at the Live Aqua Beach Resort in Cancun. "Hermosa," commented one of her followers. "U are amazing," added another.

"I think that you look the way you feel. So if you feel like you're able to move because you've made it a point to be active all your life, to keep your body healthy and strong, then you're going to stay strong and healthy, and that's going to make you look, feel, and act younger automatically," Melissa told Byrdie about her motivation to exercise.

"I think it's important to maintain a positive mindset. … Like the actress Rita Moreno—she is a goddess. She is way older than she looks," Melissa said. "Have you seen One Day at a Time? It's this fantastic sitcom on Netflix that she's on. She is just so youthful. She moves, and she dances, and she looks beautiful, but it's her energy—it's so much younger. She's maintained that. She hasn't let herself get jaded by the industry. She's just active and happy."

Melissa mixes up her workouts. "I have always been a fitness person and loved exercise ever since I was little. I played basketball all my life since I was four years old. I danced most of my life, too. And I love being active and trying new things. Extreme things. I love to rock climb. I love to water ski. If someone has a random idea, I'm always the first to be like; I'll do that even if it's jumping out of a plane or hot air ballooning. I like to get out of my routine. Like today, my routine is going to the gym and taking a boxing class or cardio core class or a Bang Ball class, which is a really cool class that I've been taking," she told Byrdie.

"I need to feel like there's a purpose to my workouts. I'm not the kind of person who can go to the gym and do a weights routine myself. I need to feel motivated by people around me, so I love taking classes and getting out of my comfort zone," Melissa added about exercise. "I love this one called Bang Ball: It sounds awful, but it's amazing. It's this class that this guy at my gym invented. It's basically with a weighted American football. Not a round ball. The one with that long shape—you can do so much with it, and it's comfortable to have in your hand. It doesn't fall. We do arms; we do abs. It's a class exclusive to the gym I go to in L.A.—it's called Built—but I think he's going to do a workout video and start selling it for people to do at home. It's cool. I really like it."

Melissa isn't afraid of fast food. "I will order McDonald's," she says. "Whenever I have a really, really hard day on set, I always just crave fast food," she told Women's Health . "You gotta indulge.

Melissa prioritizes rest. She loves spending a day in bed with dogs watching reality television. "That, to me, is resting and is gonna allow me to be able to get up the next day and work," she says. She also doesn't feel guilty sleeping in. "I don't get FOMO…I know what I need, and what I need is to rest and to sleep and I love sleeping. The only reason I leave my room sometimes is to walk my dogs."

Brooke Hogan shows off her body

Brooke Hogan is sharing her "superpower" in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post, the Hogan Knows Best star shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit. "My superpower is seeing through bulls**t. What's yours?!" she captioned the Instagram image. "Literally same. Recognize, and remove yourself from the toxic ones!" commented one of her followers. "Beautiful," added another.

Brooke is serious about fitness, just like her dad. She trains with Hulk six days a week in the morning, doing 30 minutes of cardio exercises and one hour of weight lifting, she revealed to Shed Your Weight On Twitter she added that occasionally she will hit the gym twice. "Feelin good, gymin' it 2x a day! Who else is bringin' sexy back?" she wrote.

Brooke admits that she diets to lose weight. "I feel great at this weight, but I've started sticking to a diet again," she told OK! Magazine. "I'm trying hard to get down even more. You need to keep to the old-school bodybuilder diet of eggs, fish, chicken, meat and broccoli."

Brooke is open about her self-love. "I do. I love my body," she told OK! "Thick or not, I'm firm. I don't have cellulite. I'm happy with how I am. People should know, I'm only doing the diet for the entertainment business. It's not really what you're supposed to look like in real life."

Brooke does goat yoga. "Still can't get over this absolutely incredible experience we had yesterday with little baby goats! So good for the soul! #goatyoga #fun #fit #healthy," she captioned this photo. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

"I eat whenever my body tells me I need something, but I try not to eat too late at night. If I do, no carbs," she told Shed Your Weight. Her diet is "super clean, all organic food" and "very healthy." She eats small meals and healthy snacks including almonds, walnuts, grapes, fruit, salad, tuna with low-fat mayo, LaraBar energy bar, organic mac and cheese, and low carb vanilla crackers.

Kristine Froseth shows off her amazing body while enjoying a day on the lake

Kristine Froseth is at home in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post the Buccaneers star shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while enjoying a day on the lake. "There's no place like home," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps.

To prepare for her role in Birds of Paradise, Kristine did a lot of physical prep. "For three months beforehand, they set an intense schedule from morning to night where we would do Pilates, the Gyrotonic method, and some stretch classes. We would observe dance classes and take private beginners' classes—which aren't really for beginners, in my opinion!—at these different studios in the city, so I just tried to literally pack as much in as I could. I was really out of touch with my body and so out of alignment and had no idea what these different muscle groups were or what any of this was about, and I had no dance experience prior, so it was really intense, but I've learned so much about myself and my body. Overall, it was great," she told Vogue.

Kristine advocates that people prioritize their mental health. "If anyone's struggling with loss or depression, it's so important to rely on one another and talk about it and ask for support. Amongst us females, I feel like we can support each other within the larger competition because there's space for everyone. Within my own industry, I have a lot of good friends who go up for the same roles I do, but we know it's apples and oranges, right? We can compete, but it doesn't have to be sabotage," she told Vogue.

Growing up Kristine was bullied for struggling to adapt to the language shifts and confluence of cultures, splitting her time between Oslo and New Jersey. She used her experience to play a mean girl in Netflix's Sierra Burgess Is a Loser. "I'm grateful now because I feel like it definitely helped me get out of my comfort zone," she says, referring to the trials and tribulations of her high school days. "But while it was happening, it wasn't that fun," she told Elle.

One way Froseth treats anxiety is running. She even did the New York City Marathon. "It's always been a dream of mine to do a marathon and then an Iron Woman," she told Elle. "I want to push myself in different ways and see how far I can take it."

Kristine considers hiking a form of self-care. She regularly gets out of her house and explores outdoors. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

Building stronger muscles and bones

Improving your sense of balance

Improving your heart health

Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems

Kristine spends as much time in nature as she can. You can often find her walking.

South African Model Minnie Dlamini shares some photos

Minnie Dlamini is sending a message to her soon–to-be ex-husband in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post, the South African model seems to call out her baby daddy, showing him what he is missing by posing in a bathing suit. "What do you say about that X?" she captioned the poolside Instagram snap.

"Everyone is different, and our weight loss journeys are too. It starts with an honest commitment to work out," she told Sowetan Live. "To gym or not to gym… that is the question," she captioned a post from one of her recent workouts.

If you want a body like Minne's, drink water. "Drink lots of water," Minnie told Sowetan Live when asked about the secret to her skin. She added that hydration also helped her lose weight. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Diet is also an important part of her weight loss journey. Minnie maintains that "eating better," helped her lose weight.

When it's time to chill out, Minnie enjoys white wine. While red wine is slightly healthier than white, the lighter shade of vino generally has fewer calories than the darker shade.

Minnie takes lots of walks, in the city and on the beach.

Surfing star Anastasia Ashley shows off her incredibly fit figure

Anastasia Ashley has an exciting announcement to make in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the surfer and influencer shows off her incredibly fit figure in a bathing suit while announcing her exciting partnership with W Punta de Mita, where she will host the ultimate surf and wellness retreat from December 4 to 8. "BIG NEWS! JOIN me for a surf wellness retreat i'm hosting with @wpuntademita THIS DEC 4th-8th! Learn how to surf as well as a few fun days of wellness and FUN! of course with private dinners and cocktails," she captions the post.

Surfing is Anastasia's main form of fitness. "Surfing is a full-body workout. When you're riding the board and balancing, you use your legs for balance and stability. And because you're always squatting, which is an uncomfortable and abnormal body position, it challenges your butt and legs," she tells Cosmopolitan.

Anastasia tries to eat as clean as possible. "Stay away from processed foods. If it didn't come from the earth, it's not meant to be in your body," she says about her top diet rule.

First, you will need to hit the gym. "I'm in the gym every day I'm not at the beach, doing a mix of cardio and strength-training, such as squats on the Bosu ball, leg lifts and lunges. I love spin classes as well — listening to blaring music and getting super-sweaty," Anastasia tells Men's Fitness. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

Anastasia walks on a treadmill but makes sure to do it on an incline. "While cardio alone won't keep you toned, I walk on a treadmill at a high incline, climb on the StairMaster, and do lots of quick intervals," she told Cosmopolitan. "With the incline walking, I'll do 12 to 15 incline at a 3 to 4 mile-per-hour pace. Even if you jog or run for five minutes on a super high incline, it's still pretty hard!"

Anastasia loves spin class. "I also love doing spinning. I'm a Flywheel fan. It's the best workout overall, and it gets you motivated and competitive," she adds. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

Sara Sampaio shares photos from the Maldives

Sara Sampaio is walking on the beach in her bathing suit. In a new social media post the Victoria's Secret Angel shows off her beautiful body in a bathing suit while in the Maldives. "Paradise," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. She is currently vacationing at the ultra-luxe Nova Maldives, a modern, low-key resort in the islands, with Kelsey Merritt, Jasmine Tookes, and Shanina Shaik.

Sara doesn't skip breakfast. She wakes up "around nine, ten" and fuels up. "My favorite breakfast is two sunny-side-up eggs with avocado toast. And sometimes I'll have pancakes, maybe with some banana," she told The Cut.

Sara loves pilates. "I've been doing a lot of SLT. It's like a really intense Pilates with a machine. I've noticed with my body that small movements have done more for my body than the boot camps. My body moves better when it's very focused on small movements that elongate your body and your muscles," she told The Cut. "I tried SLT for the first time five or six years ago when I first got to New York. It was really hard, it was too hard. Then I was training for the Victoria's Secret show last year and gave it another try. I really liked it, it was not as hard. I think they had changed it a little bit. I could actually go through a whole class without feeling like I was going to break down."

Sara also enjoys the benefits of running "I'm not a runner, but I'm pushing myself. When the weather gets a little bit nicer, I start thinking, Ah, I may just go for a run outside, even if it's just about a five-minute run," she told The Cut. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.

"I'm a big believer in not doing crazy diets and not to stop eating what makes you happy or what you like," Sara told The Cut. Instead, her approach is all about balance. "If you've had a long day and you really want a burger, just have that burger or pizza and maybe for lunch the next day you have fish with vegetables or salad with chicken," she said. "I've been through, not crazy diets, but I've been very strict or not eaten carbs and that made me so crazy. I'm from Portugal — we eat a lot of carbs, like bread, pasta, and rice in just one meal. There's no worse thing when you want something so bad and you're like, I can't have it, I can't have it. I was stressing so much about it that my body was not feeling well. Mentally, you're not feeling good. If I want to have a little bread for lunch because it makes me happy, I'm good."

"If I don't get my eight hours of sleep, it's going to be a hard day. Your skin regenerates, your eyes are brighter and bigger, you know? Sleeping is a reset of your body. I try to work out as much as I can, but also giving yourself some rest time," she told The Cut. What are the health benefits of sleep? According to the Sleep Foundation, getting enough z's is a mood booster, promotes heart health, regulates blood sugar, improves mental function, restores your immune system, helps relieve stress, and aids in weight loss.

Putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water — like Sara did in the Maldives — is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Sydney Sweeney shows off her incredibly fit figure

Sydney Sweeney is gracing the cover of Women's Health – in her swimsuit. The Euphoria star shows off her incredibly fit figure in a two-piece bathing suit on the December cover of the fitness magazine. In the accompanying interview, the actress, who is promoting her upcoming film Anyone But You, reveals all of the physical and mental health habits she lives by.

Sydney, who grew up near a lake, loves watersports, especially water skiing. "The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what's called a U-board to learn how to ski," she told Women's Health. "I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma's or my cousin's house, I'd wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That's my earliest memory of skiing, but I've been doing it as long as I can remember. It's my favorite." How does it help her achieve her amazing body? "It's a lot of upper body strength, it's balance, it's core, it's legs—you get tired really fast," she says. "I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun," she said.

Sydney is open about her struggles with anxiety. "Whenever it feels like the world's so loud, and there's so much going on, and I'm trying to balance it all—sometimes, it can feel overwhelming," she says.

"I like to work out in the morning, so I'll either go for a run or I'll go to Solidcore," says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout "makes me feel so strong, but also elongated," Sydney said about her sweat sessions. "I feel so good afterwards."

Sydney engages in self-care activities. "I love to paint, and I love to read," she said. "Those are the activities that are just for me."

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. In these moments, Sydney finds solace in spending time outdoors with Tank, whether they're meandering through lakeside forests or trekking Solstice Canyon in Malibu near their new home. "Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between," says the National Parks Service.

Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.

Avani Gregg flaunts her fit figure while vacationing at Atlantis in the Bahamas

Avani Gregg is heating up the islands in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post the TikTokker flaunts her fit figure in a bathing suit while vacationing at Atlantis in the Bahamas. "Bahama mama lowkey," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. "PRETTY BEBE," commented one of her followers. "Wow," added another.

At 16, Avani thought she would go on to train for the Olympics. However, she experienced a career-ending injury and ended up a TikTok star. While she no longer competes, she does enjoy gymnastic inspired workouts.

Avani tries not to let online bullies bother her. "I was like, 'Okay, you got a lot of bad comments, but look at your following. There are many people that follow you, love you and support you and everything. So it's okay. I'll get back on and I'll go on with my day,'" she told Seventeen.

Avani's mantra? "I'm just doing me and I'm trying to be as happy as I can be," she told Seventeen. "People say 'I can't believe you're so confident,' and I'm like, 'What's that supposed to mean? I'm not supposed to be confident?'" She continued: "I don't like saying be yourself because everyone says that, but I can't find another saying for it," she says, adding, "I want people to dig deeper into their emotions and be able to post more about how they feel through different ways."

"Show your confidence, I know you have it," is her main message for fans. "My confidence has gone up, gone down, gone back up, and gone back down all throughout my time on social media."

"Taking care of my mental health while being on social media and my wellbeing in general, is very hard. That's why I usually take breaks. I will take 3-5 days of staying fully off my phone just doing beauty stuff, doing random makeup stuff, laying in bed, eating my favourite food, to get me back in the right mindset so that I can give the best content out to everyone else," Avani revealed to Glamour UK.

"Skincare has always been important to me because I was a gymnast from a very young age to a couple of years ago. It's not that clean in the gym. You're always touching your face. I got started with skincare, which was just using a cleanser. And then I kind of [thought] like, 'Oh, this is important for me to do. I should probably take care of my skin.' That's where it all started," she told Who What Wear.

Olympic Ice Skater Tessa Virtue Shares Swimsuit Photos

Olympic ice skater Tessa Virtue is a dream in orange. Virtue, 34, shared a promotional video of herself looking absolutely stunning in a 1960s-s inspired two piece swimsuit, lounging next to the pool in the intense sunshine. "Florida Orange Juice…hits different. ☀️ My sunny way of finding my groove and my energy after work, a social day, or a workout. A 250 mL glass of Florida OJ provides nutrients like vitamin C, potassium, thiamin, and folate. Can you dig it?" she captioned the post. "Obsessed with this collaboration✨ ?," a fan commented.

Virtue keeps her beauty and makeup routine simple and focuses on training. "The first thing I do every morning is have a glass of hot water with lemon for its alkalinity and detox effects," she says. "My skincare and beauty regime is quite minimal. I drink a lot of water, sleep as much as I can, and moisturize… Leading into the Olympics, Scott [Moir] and I typically skated for four hours a day, and would then spend two hours in the gym doing various workouts including cycling, Pilates, strength circuits, and sometimes even ballroom dancing!"

Virtue is serious about recovery to prevent injuries. "As an older athlete, the balance of work and recovery has become more important," she says. "Much of a training day is devoted to treatment – we work with a massage therapist, an osteopath, and a physiotherapist. There is a lot of mental prep work, as well, so Scott and I work with a sport psychologist. We have a bit of an entourage, but all of those facets of our preparation are so important and set us up for key moments on the ice when it all comes down to a three or four minute performance."

Virtue is learning to love cooking, but admits it's not her strong point. "My grandmother used to make the most incredible chicken divan, and my mom has carried out that tradition," she says. "It's my comfort food. It's amazing how you can almost taste the memories with a dish like that! And the more leftovers, the better. I leave the cooking to Scott. When I do make something, though, he has to hear all about it because I'm quite proud of myself."

Virtue enjoys a healthy balanced diet with lots of delicious high-protein foods. "My diet isn't too strict, instead I focus on eating healthfully," she says. "I have such a sweet tooth, and I've learned not to deprive myself, but rather practice moderation. I'm not a big cook, but I'll make poached eggs, smoothies and overnight oats."

Virtue feels better when she knows she looks good. "I do feel different whether I'm in the gym or on the ice when I have a cute outfit on. I think most girls can relate—you carry yourself differently," she says, adding that her favorite outfit is the Believe This pair from Adidas. "I think the way you present yourself to the world, whatever kind of task you're tackling, is really important."

Track and Field Athlete Allyson Felix shares photos from Turks and Caicos

Track and field athlete Allyson Felix enjoyed a fun-filled trip to Turks and Caicos with her family, and judging by her social media posts had an incredible time. Felix, 37, shared a picture of herself walking in the aquamarine surf while wearing a white bikini, looking happy against a background of sea and blue skies. "Isn't it beautiful there? Enjoy!" commented Olympian Carrie Tollefson. Here's what Felix does to stay fighting-fit and ready to run.

Felix's favorite food is traditional soul food. "To me, cooking is love," she says. "Just because of how busy I am, when I do get time to cook or bake for family or friends, it's very thoughtful — it's an expression of love… Black-eyed peas, mac and cheese, rice and gravy, catfish. All of that. My mom and my grandma (who lived with us growing up) would always make a big dinner Sunday after church. It brings back memories of those dinners when we would all just come together — family and friends — and connect over food."

Felix would train for hours when she was competing. "I train about five hours a day," she says. "Three of those hours are on the track — warming up, stretching, doing drills and then the actual workout, which may be anything from very technical work on the starting blocks to speed work. From there, I go to the gym and spend a couple of hours doing strength and conditioning… I'm super-competitive, so I love that running is something that is not subjective. You can know on that day who is the best! And I love how personal and individual it is. You can constantly challenge yourself."

Felix enjoys a healthy, light diet when she's training. "I usually keep breakfast light: yogurt and granola," she says. "In transit to the gym, I'll have an acai bowl or some type of smoothie. Lunch is a salad with protein and fruit. And then for dinner (that's my biggest meal) I eat a lot of fish, brown rice or sweet potatoes and veggies. Asparagus is one of my favorites. And zucchini."

When it comes to food, Felix prioritizes how it makes her feel. "I don't worry about counting calories, carbs or fasting," she says. "I focus on my body's needs to succeed, which are long-lasting energy, hydration and strong, lean muscles. Nutritious food makes me feel good and perform well. Processed and junk food makes me feel tired and bloated — not a gold medal feeling!"

Sarah Dugdale showing off her amazing body

Sarah Dugdale is radiating in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post the Virgin River star is a vision of pure bliss during a trip to the beach in her bathing suit, showing off her amazing body. "You look so happy!" commented one of her followers. "Hermosa," added another.

"I try to stay active and eat healthy not only for work, but for my own physical and mental health. My body is my tool, so it's important to be healthy as a whole in order to do the work I want to do," Sarah told Casting Frontier.

Sarah loves hopping on the reformer. "I got really into pilates over the last few months," she told Casting Frontier. According to research, Pilates exercises are designed to increase muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility, and to improve posture and balance. Experts maintain that it is a great workout for leaning out.

You won't find Sarah on a crash diet. "As far as food goes, I don't like to be too restrictive about what I eat. Life's too short to pass on dessert. If I had a mantra, it would be to treat yourself, within reason," she said.

"I think being in nature is very cathartic," Sarah revealed. "I would say I'm more of a nature walker than a serious hiker. I feel spoiled living in Vancouver and having so many beautiful places to explore."

Sarah did admit to Huffington Post that she does hike, as well. "I would say my secret is balance, finding time to relax and hang out with friends. I've been spending a lot of time outdoors this summer, swimming in lakes, going on hikes, and listening to live music," she said.

Sarah has one guilty pleasure. "I'm a sucker for Dairy Queen. Peanut buster parfaits are my weakness," she confessed. Sarah's indulgence in Dairy Queen's Peanut Buster Parfaits highlights the joy of treating oneself. This guilty pleasure, a delightful mix of creamy soft-serve, rich hot fudge, and crunchy peanuts, offers a moment of bliss and comfort, showcasing the psychological benefits of occasionally indulging in favorite foods. Such treats can boost mood, providing a brief escape from daily stresses. However, moderation is key. Balancing these indulgences with a generally healthy diet and active lifestyle ensures that they remain special treats without adversely affecting health. Embracing these moments guilt-free can contribute to a well-rounded, happy life, where small pleasures are savored responsibly.

Jasmine Tookes shares photos from the Maldives

Jasmine Tookes is living her best life in the Maldives in her swimsuit. In some new Instagram Stories, the former Victoria's Secret Angel flaunts her amazing figure in a bathing suit while vacationing at the ultra-luxe Nova Maldives, a modern, low-key resort in the islands. She was joined by fellow Angels, Sara Sampaio, Kelsey Merritt, and Shanina Shaik.

Jasmine detailed a day in her life to The Cut, "I love to sleep in, but I feel good when I get up early and get the day started. I try to get up early," she told them. Whether you wake up early or sleep in, there are lots of benefits to getting rest. The Sleep Foundation maintains that getting enough z's is a mood booster, promotes heart health, regulates blood sugar, improves mental function, restores your immune system, helps relieve stress, and aids in weight loss.

Jasmine exercises in the morning, to "get it over and done with," she says. "If I wait for the evening, it's not going to happen."

After getting up, Jasmine fuels up with food and a shake. "So, I wake up and have a protein shake. I'll put in banana, chocolate whey powder, peanut butter, strawberries, and almond milk. I like the Isopure chocolate whey powder; it's one of the cleanest ones. Then I'll have breakfast, which is usually two hard-boiled eggs with spinach," she told The Cut.

Jasmine exercises so she can eat what she wants. "I love to eat tons of food with lots of carbs. I balance it with working out. But generally, I try to be very clean and eat healthy, and always have a lot of protein. I do have a lot of cheat days. I feel like you should be able to eat what you want," she told The Cut. One of her cheat meals? "I love to have hot wings and French fries," she said.

"I like to mix it up," Jasmine told The Cut about her approach to fitness. "I work out about four times a week. I love doing barre classes once a week. I do Physique 57. Their class is less cardio-based — it's slower."

asmine also loves an elongating form of fitness. "I love doing Pilates on a reformer for tightening and lightening. Twice a week," she said.

"I'll do weight training to build thighs and bulk up a little more. I'll go to Dogpound. They really listen to you and what you want to accomplish. And for me, I want to build my legs and my butt. That's always a goal. I love a bigger butt," Jasmine revealed. "There's a stigma surrounding heavy weight lifting, but you just have to figure out what's good for you. Some people might bulk up with doing heavy weight lifting, but I don't. I would say, try it once a week. Add more lengthening and Pilates and see if you see a difference. For me, personally, because of my metabolism, I try to stay far away from cardio for my body type. I also need a lot of protein. It's the only way for me to maintain my body."

Sofía Vergara flaunts her forever young figure

Sofía Vergara is heating up social media with her latest vacation snaps in her swimsuit. In a few new social media posts the Modern Family babe flaunts her forever young figure in bathing suits, while spending time with her son, Manolo. "Waking up here with my favorites," she captioned one of them. "Good morning," she added in another.

Sofía loves soaking in the tub. "2am jetlag planning how to get this bathtub to LA," she joked in an Instagram post shared from Paris. How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Sofía makes sure to drink a lot of water, especially after exercising or in the heat. Here she is on a vacation clutching onto a bottle of water. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Sofía is a big fan of a certain mind-body workout: Yoga. "Morning yoga in paradise," she captioned a photo.

Sofía also meditates. When she was married to Joe Manganiello she was photographed leaving a transcendental meditation class in Los Angeles. "When you meditate, you may clear away the information overload that builds up every day and contributes to your stress," says the Mayo Clinic. Benefits include:

Gaining a new perspective on stressful situations

Building skills to manage your stress

Increasing self-awareness

Focusing on the present

Reducing negative emotions

Increasing imagination and creativity

Increasing patience and tolerance

Lowering resting heart rate

Lowering resting blood pressure

Improving sleep quality

Sofía stressed the importance of exercise to Shape, even though she isn't a big fan of it. "Everyone knows that I've never been into working out," Vergara says. "I was always very happy with what I have. Then I hit 40 and I started seeing a softness everywhere on my body

Mackenzie Ziegler flaunts her incredible curves in a tiny swimsuit

Kenzie Zeigler is hitting the beach in her bathing suit. In a recent social media post the Dance Moms alum-slash-singer flaunts her incredible curves in a tiny swimsuit, driving her followers wild. "She's beaching," commented one. Another added, "stunning."

In a confessional interview on Dance Moms, Kenzie said shed'd rather "stay home and eat chips," which became a meme. "I think it's the funniest thing ever. I'm a little embarrassed by it, but on the flip side, it's like kind of funny that people ask me 'How often do you often eat chips? How many chips do you eat in a day?' I'm like, I really don't eat chips everyday," she told E! Online, "My favorite chips right right now are the barbecue Lay's chips. I mean you can never go wrong with them. Also, on brand with the meme, so I feel like Lays always works."

Kenzie takes care of her face. "I've been getting really into skincare. My sister [Maddie Ziegler] is a skincare freak, so she's kind of made me get into it. I'm also starting to break out now, this is the age where I'm breaking out. I have been using a lot of PCA Skin," she told E.

"I try to be my honest, most truthful self on social media," Kenzie told E about her approach to social media. "I want everyone to get to know me on a different level. I think it's more important for me that a celebrity I look up to connects with their fans. I think it's more important than anything. I want to try and do the same."

"[Maddie] always told me to stay humble and believe in myself, because when I used to compete on the dance team, I was not confident at all. I was so scared of what everyone thought, and I think she helped me overcome that. She told me just to always believe in myself and have that mind-set. Now I realize that it doesn't really matter what anyone thinks of you. You just need to be yourself," Kenzie Coveteur when asked about how she stays confident.

"There are always really positive comments [on Instagram], but there are also really, really negative comments that are so rude. When I was little, I used to get so upset and cry about them. There's no reason for you to hate on someone if you don't even know who they are. There's no reason to hate on anyone, even if you know them. But there's so much bullying, and kids are actually getting very upset. I feel like we all just need to love each other and not be mean," Kenzie told Coveteur when asked how she handles online trolls.

Camille Hyde shows off her amazing body while enjoying a warm weather vacation

Camille Hyde is heating up the tropics. In a new social media post the All American: Homecoming star shows off her amazing body while enjoying a warm weather vacation in her bathing suit. "Don't even get me started on the rum punch," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. "THRIVINGGGG," one of her followers commented. "So beautiful," another wrote.

Camille maintains an animal product free diet. "As I got older, I realized I didn't want to eat animals anymore, so when I was probably in the ninth or 10th grade, I stopped eating meat, and I was vegetarian for the better part of my life," Hyde said in a 2020 YouTube video. She added: "And then in 2015 I decided that I didn't want to continue eating or using any animal products because we just don't need to, and there's so many ways and options for us to sustain ourselves."

Camille loves riding horses. On a recent trip to Mexico, she went on a ride in her bathing suit. "Didn't have my boots, still a cowgirl nonetheless," she captioned the post. According to the American Heart Association, riding horses is great for your health. Not only does it boost cardiovascular health, but builds core strength, burns calories, and lowers blood pressure. It is also great for your mental health as it helps relax you.

Camille indulges in self-care. "I mean…. I could do this everyday Honestly my self-care standards now include bubbly bubble baths, massages and reflexology," she captioned a post. How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Camille enjoys hiking. "Low maintenance," she captioned a now-deleted photo taken from a hike with her dog.

Camille bikes. "If you wanna go and take a ride wit me, 3-wheelin in the fo' with the golddeeez," she captioned a now-deleted post from one of her rides, quoting Nelly. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.
