Kylie Jenner is showing off her flat belly in a new mirror selfie. In a recent social media post the billionaire gives her followers a glimpse of her tiny waistline and ab fab midsection, wearing a vintage Alaïa bra top and skirt. "Kylie, enough….. like I can't handle too much of this perfection! Wow just holy holy wow," her sister Khloe Kardashian commented. "you don't understand this is an alai-a," commented another follower, referencing one of the most famous lines from Clueless.
Kylie keeps her body fueled with healthy foods. "I love cooking these days," she said in a TikTok video. "I like to make burgers. I also make spaghetti because my mom is obsessed with spaghetti. It's the first thing I learned to cook.
Jenner revealed to Harper's Bazaar that she starts her day with bone broth mixed with lavender and lemon, or a cup of fresh celery juice.
Jenner loves breakfast. "Lately every morning I've been eating the same thing," she said in an Instagram Story. Her go-to meal? "Eggs, Avocado, Turkey Bacon," she explained.
"A typical lunch for me — I can't eat the same thing every day — but I do love lemon chicken with vegetables," she dished to Harper's Bazaar's Food Diaries. "Sometimes, I'll make myself some tacos," she continued. "Today, at the shoot, I ordered a steak burrito and some rice, some enchiladas. I was feeling Mexican food vibes today. It really just depends."
Like her sisters, Kylie eats a lot of salads. A "kale salad — yum — kale salad with jalapeños and croutons," is one of her go-tos, she told Food Diaries."That's bomb."
Kylie might enjoy a cheat meal on occasion. "Junk food is bomb," she wrote in a blog. "I try and eat healthy most of the time but I def love me some old-school snacks," she added. "Vending machines make me happy!!!"
"I avoid late-night cravings because I lock myself in my bedroom and I turn on my TV," Jenner told Harper's Bazaar. "I get really comfortable, and I pre-slice an apple by my bed and, since I'm really comfortable, I'll be too lazy probably to go down to the kitchen so my only choice is this apple."
Kylie also drinks coffee. Her order is a vanilla iced latte with oat milk. "That's my jam," she told Harper's Bazaar.

"A lil sunshine is always good for the soul," she captioned the Instagram snap, driving her followers wild. "The body is bodying," one of them commented. "You are such a queen," added another.
Vanessa's diet is clean. She avoids processed food and sticks to whole and healthy options. "My overall food philosophy is, if it's real, I'll eat it," she told Shape. "Many things are processed and contain chemicals and ingredients I can't pronounce. I want real food." This means no junk food, candy, or fast food.
Hudgens has supported intermittent fasting for years. When she is following the time restricted eating plan she feasts between noon and 6 p.m. and fasts for the remaining 18. "I've been intermittent fasting a lot, because for me, I love pasta, I love pizza, and when I'm not eating carbs I feel like a little piece of me dies," she told People. "Intermittent fasting is great, because when I am fasting — those first two weeks are definitely rough, I'm not going to lie, but after that I feel more grounded and powerful in my workouts. And I get the nutrients that I need when I eat, but then I also eat what I want."
Vanessa goes "back and forth" between intermittent fasting and keto. However, she tries to avoid most carbohydrates and fuels up with fats most of the time. "It's great," she told People. "If you have the right ingredients to keep you on track, I think it's amazing. People a lot of times think of fats in diets as a negative thing, and when you're doing keto it's a very positive thing. I'm always making sure I'm getting those healthy fats in, so I eat a LOT of almond butter. You feel really energetic and supported on the keto diet."
Vanessa is "basically always working out," she told People. "I feel like I've kind of found a recipe for my body that works," she says. "It's SoulCycle for cardio, to keep my heart healthy. It's Pilates for lengthening, leaning and toning. And yoga for my mental health." She also lifts heavy weights. "My fitness has taken a turn. Cardio has been put on the back burner, and I'm very OK with that," Hudgens recently told Shape. "The things that have become the most important are balance and mental health." She does a lot of weight and strength training at The Dogpound gym, which she is "obsessed with."
Hudgens also takes probiotics, recently partnering with supplement wellness brand Ritual, after incorporating its best-selling Synbiotic+ into her routine. "I'm always traveling and moving around and on the go, and a big proportion of your immune system's actually in your GI tract," she told People. "So I was like, 'Okay, I'm going to prioritize this and make sure that taking care of my gut is actually going to help me in a big way, whether that's with digestion or with boosting my immune system.' And Ritual does exactly that."

more...Kourtney Kardashian is currently vacationing in Cabo San Lucas with her love, Travis Barker, mom, Kris Jenner, and her boyfriend, Corey Gamble — and the reality star, 42, is steaming up the vacation spot with her fabulously fit bikini body. Over the last few days, Kourt has shared a bunch of photos of herself in various bikinis, showcasing her hard work in the gym.
Kourtney maintains a strict diet, eating organic only and keeping gluten and dairy to a minimum. She has also dabbled in keto and intermittent fasting, in which she would fast from 7 pm until 11am, after her morning workout. And, once a week she would do a 24-hour fast drinking just water and bone broth. Usually, her diet consists of whole foods like avocado, oatmeal, fish, fruits and veggies and other whole grains.
In her Instagram stories from Mexico, Kourtney revealed that she was eating cheese, grapes, wine, and bread. "What not to eat, metabolism edition," she wrote. Later, she shared an image of smores. In a blog post she revealed that her indulgences are inspired by travel. "I don't want to throw my body off by eating whatever I want when I travel and then be really strict other times," she explained. So, she eats pizza or ice cream "in moderation," but refuses to use the word cheat because it is negative, "which doesn't make sense for all the hard work and eating healthy I do most of the time."
Kourtney makes exercise one of her top priorities. "I think I take time for myself to work out every day, which I never did—especially having three young kids," she tells E! News. "I just never made it a priority, and now it just makes me feel so much better—mentally and physically."
Kourtney's workouts usually begin with a jump roping or running session followed by strength training. Sometimes she will use a stairmaster or Pilates reformer or floor exercises like leg kick-backs with a resistance band or kettlebell squats.
Kourtney revealed to E! News that her go-to workout buddy is her sister Khloe. "I know for my body, I need four to five days a week of working out. Khloe and I really push each other to do that," she said.
"Even though I like to relax on vacation, getting a workout in is still important to me," she told E! News about why she exercises during her vacations, adding that they also help her fight off jet lag and make it easier to get back to her routine once she gets home.
Kourtney is a big fan of supplements. "Every morning, when I wake up, I take collagen supplements on an empty stomach," she wrote in a blog post, adding that she follows it up with a glass of water mixed with one tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar. "Both of these habits have a ton of health benefits that affect everything from your skin to the way your body processes nutrients," she wrote. After a vegan probiotic shot she makes avocado pudding with the fruit and E3Live blue-green algae, bone broth protein powder and MCT oil. "It only takes a few minutes to make," she says, "and it provides healthy fats to give me energy before a workout."

Lewis shared some highlights on Instagram recently. In one post, the couple enjoyed a pool day together. Lewis captioned the post, "Paradise with my paradise."
As you can see from her recent post, Lewis spends a lot of time at the beach. This has a lot of health benefits. Lewis likes to ski to stay in shape. At the beginning of the year, she took a ski trip, and shared photos on Instagram. A study in Front Physiol states, "Downhill skiing, especially when performed on a regular basis, may contribute to healthy aging by its association with a healthier life style including higher levels of physical activity.
Several other mechanisms suggest further favorable health effects of downhill skiing in response to specific challenges and adaptations in the musculo-skeletal and postural control systems, to exposures to cold temperatures and intermittent hypoxia, and/or emotional and social benefits from outdoor recreation."
Lewis loves dogs. She and her boyfriend have a golden retriever together. Lewis shared photos of herself and her dog outside on Instagram. The Animal Health Foundation states that having a dog has a lot of health benefits. "It probably doesn't come as a surprise that owning a dog requires a little bit of energy. Dogs have to be walked and exercised, which means dog owners are out there getting more physical activity than people without dogs. Older people are more likely to take regular walks with a dog than they are with a human, according to one study. Another found that 60% of dog owners who took their dogs for regular walks were considered to get regular moderate or vigorous exercise based on federal standards."
Lewis makes sure to hit the gym. And she usually doesn't go alone. A lot of Lewis' gym posts are with her boyfriend or a friend. The CDC states that working out with others has a lot of benefits. "When you work out with a partner, you're likely to: Feel more motivated. When you and your buddy encourage each other, you'll work harder (and get better results!). And there's nothing wrong with a little friendly competition. Be more adventurous. It's easier to try new things with a buddy. You may just find an activity you love, one that feels more like fun and less like a workout. Be more consistent. When someone else is counting on you to show up, you won't want to let them down."

The 27-year-old model and entrepreneur posed for photos wearing a deep violet metallic bikini from Monica Hansen Beachwear. As for her accessories, she sported a pair of chunky gold earrings designed by Ben-Amun and a similar style cuff bracelet from Mondo Mondo.
For the photo shoot, which was held in Cancun, Harvey worked with renowned SI Swim photographer Yu Tsai, who has previously worked as a creative consultant and judge in several reality TV series, including America's Next Top Model, Germany's Next Top Model and Asia's Next Top Model.
Coincidentally enough, Harvey previously worked with Tsai, and recalled their reunion on set as "such a full-circle moment."
"The first time I shot with Yu Tsai, I was super young, had braces ... and I was shooting with my family. So being able to connect with him again for something as major as this was really, really special," she shared.
As for how she felt about being asked to partake in the special feature, she giddily explained that she was "smiling from ear to ear" over the opportunity–which was made even more exciting by the fact that her swimsuit brand YEVRAH, which she launched in partnership with Revolve, would also be featured in her debut.

Kroes, 39, shared a picture of herself wearing an orange shirt and black workout pants, flashing the peace sign. "I love dancing. It's like my therapy being in class dancing while letting go, out of the mind and into the body and enjoying the flow!" she captioned the post.
Kroes developed a love for dance-based workouts aftering dancing in a lingerie campaign. "I was luckily introduced to Vincent Vianen who is an amazing dancer and choreographer," she told Vogue France. "When I was asked to shoot lingerie while dancing, it was something where I was really faced with my own insecurities. I am going to continue to dance because I am going to be the first one on the dance floor now. One of the most important things Vincent taught me was to let go and to not think because I overthink and when you dance you have to let go, enjoy the music and really feel it. It's really fun to bring the best out of yourself and compete with yourself and it's getting better and better."
Kroes swears by ballet workouts and Pilates for a strong core and long, lean muscles. "When I come to New York, I always try to see Mary Helen Bowers because I love to do my ballet exercises with her. When I do Ballet Beautiful, I feel muscles the day after that I didn't even know I had. It lengthens my body and changes my posture," she told Vogue France. "[Pilates] strengthens my core and because of that I feel very strong and it changed my posture. Pilates is so much harder than it looks and something Cheryl always tells me is that I have to make it look like it's easy."
Organic fruits and vegetables make up a huge part of Kroes's diet. "Every morning I mix an orange, grapefruit, and lemon with wheatgrass or green powder in the blender," she told Vogue. "I make it for my son and husband. It's very sour. It doesn't taste good at all, but I do it because it's healthy. My mom grows wheatgrass in her garden and my son goes there and he chews on it and thinks it's gum! Kids are amazing—you can teach them anything and they'll eat anything. Of course every kid is different. My son didn't have any sugar until he was 3 years old. Growing up, my mom gave me really healthy food. Everything was fresh from the garden and organic before the organic hype. I still eat mostly organic food."
Kroes was thrilled to play Amazon warrior Venelia in Wonder Woman. "I was a fan of Wonder Woman growing up—I loved the fact that she was as strong and as smart as Superman," she told Glamour. "I was able to do my own riding, and had several weeks of combat and weapons training for the scenes on the beach. I've always ridden horses, but learning to handle a sword at a full gallop was pretty intense. But I loved every minute of it!"
Kroes believes beauty and happiness are one and the same. "It sounds so clichéd but it definitely chimes from within," she told Harper's Bazaar UK. You can put as much make-up on as you want, and hide certain things, but it's cyclical. So, when you have gratitude and feel good, make-up emphasizes how you feel already. I see products as a tool to look even better and then because you look even better then you feel even better – it's a positive circle… I'm discovering by practicing gratitude – that when you feel grateful and find that in the smallest of moments you then find it over and over again. You feel happier and happier and happier – because you continue to find it everywhere. It's a really nice way of living."

Bella's workout is based on strength and weight training. "[My brother] has got me doing circuit training and weightlifting—I never do cardio. A lot of people think that cardio burns off weight better than weightlifting does…but weightlifting works your muscles, getting them toned while losing fat," she told Allure.
Bella maintains that yoga is helpful in "helping her fall asleep easier at night," while also helping her feel like she "can do more in the day." Bella fills her plate with veggies, fruit, protein, smoothies, and even rice and pasta. "Rice, black beans, pasta, fruit for my smoothies, veggies and some protein," are things you will find in her kitchen, she told Hollywood Life. She added to Wired that she also incorporates plant-based foods into her diet. "I'm not, I'm so sorry guys. I really want to be though," she said when asked if she was a vegan, adding that she eats "a lot of vegan food but man, bacon. Oh, gets me every time."

Health is "living a full fit lifestyle," says Sam. "At home, we have healthy food. Our rice has different colors –purple, brown, and red. Every day, we have veggie juice with beets or ampalaya. You have to mix it with fruits to make it drinkable. Since I was young, I've been exposed to healthy food. In my line of business, it's hard to be healthy; during tapings, we just eat what's available. Whenever I have the chance, and at home, I always eat healthy food."
Sam stays motivated to exercise by enjoying all the benefits of fitness. "Physically, I saw how I am way stronger in everything I do and have more energy. When you're fit, you feel that you can do more," she told Philstar.
Sam doesn't follow a particular diet and eats what she wants. However, she does pay attention to portion sizes. "I don't eat much, but I eat often. I eat everything like pizza and burgers but in small amounts," she told Philstar. "It's what we're used to at home. I never gained weight or changed weight for that matter."
Why does Sam love her body? "I love my shape because I worked hard for it and I'm happy with it. When you work hard for your body, in return from the inside, you feel good. If you have it, flaunt it! If you have the [chest], [behind], legs, then you flaunt it. Improve on it. Be proud of it," she told Philstar.
