Michelle Keegan is soaking up the sun in Ibiza

British actress Michelle Keegan is soaking up the sun in gorgeous Ibiza, Spain. The Coronation Street star, 36, shared pictures from her getaway, including snaps of her posing in a strapless rust-colored bikini with a white knit skirt and matching white hat. "A little bit of Ibiza magic," she captioned the post.

Keegan starts her day with oatmeal or avocado toast. "Then for lunch, I normally have a protein base, whether it's chicken or a fish with veg," she says. "I tend to stay away from potatoes around midday because I crash around 3pm if I have loads of carbs, and I get really tired…and then for tea or dinner, I always make sea bass or salmon with soy sauce and a bit of honey on there, and then I have asparagus and broccoli."

Keegan works out several times a week, but isn't the biggest fan of treadmill sessions. "I try and exercise on average about three times a week, but this can vary depending on my work schedule," she says. "My routine in the gym is usually a 20-minute HIIT workout. I like The Body Coach workouts, followed by a weight session. I really don't enjoy cardio – just running on a treadmill doesn't appeal to me."

Keegan is enthusiastic about enjoying her food but also using common sense. "When it comes to diet, I believe in everything in moderation," she says. "I don't eat red meat and at the moment, I am trying to cut down the amount of dairy I have, but I don't believe in beating yourself up or stopping yourself having anything you really want. I try to avoid having carbs late at night when I am preparing for a photo shoot, but one of my favorite foods is cheese and I love having a Chinese on a Saturday night. I think it's healthy to have a relaxed approach and balanced outlook."

Keegan incorporates weight training into her workouts, which is essential for building muscle and strength while staying toned and fit. "I mix up my weight training, focusing on legs in one session, arms in the next and then core, giving me a full-body workout across the week," she says. "I really believe in living a balanced life, so I don't beat myself up if I don't make it to the gym."

Keegan loves working out first thing and getting lots of walks in. "I would definitely exercise first because that just sets me up for the day, and if I've already got that exercise done, I can tick it off a list, and I'll feel a lot better for the day," she says. "I've really got into walking in lockdown. I love going for walks with my dogs, getting a bit of fresh air, and getting coffee on the way round. With the dogs, in the sunshine, that for me is a big treat."

Bittan Byrd Has a UV Bath

Brittan Byrd is heating up Hawaii in her swimsuit. The Too Hot to Handle star flaunts her incredible figure in a tiny bathing suit in one of her latest posts, posing all over the beach for her followers. "Yesterday's UV bath," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps.

Brittan loves outdoor exercise. One of her favorite ways to break a sweat is by taking a hike. She captioned this series of photos "mother nature & her creation." Hitting the trails is always a good idea, according to the National Parks Service. "Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between," they explain. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.

You can find Brittan"Chillin courtside," during a game of tennis. Why should you pick up a racket? Tennis combines cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," says ACE Fitness.

Brittan is a big fan of yoga for the mind-body benefits. "On my journey to ultimate health, health of my mind, my spirit, and my body ♡ what are you doing today to nourish your internal garden?" she revealed in a post. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

Even while on vacation, Brittan finds ways to sweat. "Blue's on blue's," she captioned a recent photo of herself ready to go surfing. She also loves to snorkel. Here she enjoys "a magical moment with these beautiful creatures ?nothing compares to this place, i'm beyond grateful," she captioned the Instagram video. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Brittan makes sure to drink plenty of water. You can often find the island girl sipping out of a coconut. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.

Anna Lewandowska Enjoys Summer Days

Anna Lewandowska is living her best summer life – in her swimsuit. The fitness influencer shows off her incredible body in a bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts. "Enjoying the beautiful weather at the beach with my favorite companions – the sun, the sand, and some much-needed relaxation," she captioned the Instagram photos. "Enjoy the summer to the fullest." Anna believes in "training consciously." She wrote in an Instagram post: "Know your capabilities and base it on exercises that you like and that allow you to best activate a particular muscle group for work.. In addition, diversifying your workout keeps you motivated to train and enjoy it every day."

Anna is a fan of boxing. "Do you know this feeling when you think that in a moment your emotions will explode? Stress, rush and daily chores often cause our body to accumulate emotions. Children deal with emotions best – with laughter, crying and screaming and no one is able to stop them! Unfortunately, as we age, we hide our emotions more and more. For me, the way to release difficult emotions is boxing," she captioned a post.

Anna claims to know the secret of weight loss, "a combination of cardio training and strengthening / strength training," she revealed in a post. "Then we take care of maintaining muscle mass, while reducing unnecessary fat while maintaining a negative energy balance. Exactly such is the workout I have prepared for today – you will find elements of cardio and strengthening exercises using mini bands."

Anna rides bikes, a great way to get around and stay in shape. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

Anna also does Pilates. "I celebrated the first week of the challenge with an extra Pilates," she captioned a recent post. "Effort, determination, energy and motivation – the best words to describe the last 7 days." Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health. It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Valeria Piazza is currently on vacation in Italy's Amalfi Coast

Valeria Piazza is best known for winning the Miss Peru pageant in 2016. She would later finish in the semifinals of that year's Miss Universe pageant. Piazza is currently on vacation in Italy's Amalfi Coast. She shared some photos and one video on Instagram of herself spending a day on a boat. She captioned the post, "Sailing along the Amalfi coast ?Today we went around the Island of Capri and I was speechless."

Piazza opened up about her life and career in an interview with Trome.com. She says that she makes sure to eat healthy, but she also believes in indulging once in a while. "I exercise and follow a balanced diet," Piazza says. "Only on Sundays I give myself my tastes." Piazza says that some of her favorite indulgences is a "Brownie with vanilla ice cream and my grandmother's flan."

Being a pageant girl, Piazza is a role model and works with different charities. She shared some of the organizations she works with in her Trome.com interview. "I am an ambassador for different organizations such as WWF, INABIF, Liga contra el Cáncer and Smile Train. We have local actions, I travel a lot to help and prepare events as a spokesperson."

Piazza is all about self-love. In her Trome.com interview, she was asked if she considered herself pretty. Piazza answered, "Yes." She also said, "I think it depends a lot on our attitude to qualify how good we look. I try to be happy with what I have. I accept myself as I am."

Piazza loves to swim to stay in shape. She shares a bunch of posts on Instagram of herself by the water. Piazza shared photos and one video of herself in the water in the Seychelles. She captioned the post, "Day dreamer. Look at the color of the sea in the last video at Petit Anse Kerlan beach ?? Ker." Heidi Klum Flaunts Her Curves in a Skimpy Thong Bikini on Romantic Getaway

Heidi Klum is doing the most while she wears the least.

The 50-year-old model posted pictures to her 11 million followers Thursday of her boat day on the Italian coast with her husband, Tom Kaulitz. Klum can be seen sporting a black and white baseball cap from DJ Tiësto’s Las Vegas show with oversized Dolce & Gabbana sunnies and a skimpy black and gold Versace bikini as she drives the boat.

She captioned the first series of photos, which features an image of her hubby showing off his toned body as he gets out of the water and ends with a cheeky snap of the German TV host from behind, “Vacanza romantico ❤️??”

Speaking to PEOPLE about her husband in a January 2020 interview, the Making the Cut host said she is "a much happier person" with Kaulitz in her life.

The 50-year-old "America's Got Talent" judge welcomed her millions of social media followers into her world – if only for a moment – with a few snaps from her relaxing day under the sun.

Sofia Vergara lounged by the pool, wearing a pair of cheeky black thong bikini bottoms.

The "Modern Family" star wrapped up in the colorful sarong before sprawling out across a lounger in another photo posted on her Instagram Stories.

Chopra enjoys drinking coffee for energy and health benefits. Chopra emphasizes the mental health benefits of being present in the moment. "Lately, I've been promoting brands and modeling as I also have a passion for style and fashion. I truly believe that a person's stylistic choices reflect who they are."

Chopra believes in the power of hard work and discipline. "If you really, really want something very badly, you can't wait around," she says. "You will have to do the manual work to acquire it. Like a video game, small tasks everyday to complete the full mission."

Chopra doesn't believe in fitting in with everyone else. "I think women should be allowed to dress how they want," she says. "It is stupid to judge each other just on the basis of one piece of cloth. My mom did ask me why I am putting such pictures, but when I told her to let me be, she respected what I am."

Chopra believes in the importance of self-expression and authenticity. "My existence is my consciousness, my body is an instrument through which my consciousness experiences life," she says. "The body to me is a vessel we occupy at this time & I choose to be as I arrived on this earth, as I shall leave. It's an expression & it's all momentary. My music, these images, this will all become part of that which I'll leave behind once this journey's over. People get so disturbed by nakedness, it's all part of the experience, it's natural. Someday, generations later thanks to social media my great-great-great-grandkids will see my free spirit. what a world"

Gabrielle Union Soaked Up the Sun on a Miami Beach

Gabrielle Union's caught some rays at Miami Beach between press events for her new BET+ docuseries, Gabrielle Union: My Journey to 50.

Union is known for having very good swimwear so the white two-piece swimsuit, which features a one-shoulder top and an asymmetric keyhole cutout, is yet another standout bikini to add to the collection. Possibly even more eye-catching than the bright white suit was Union's butt-length wavy party ponytail. Olivia Dunne is a woman of many talents including surfing

Olivia Dunne, the gymnast and influencer shows off her incredible body in one of her latest social media posts while vacationing in Capri. "Ms. Worldwide," she captioned the Instagram post.

Olivia heads to Starbucks every day. Her order? A vanilla latte with oat milk. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Olivia loves social media. "I don't feel too much pressure, because doing social media is always something that I've loved, and I've always taken it pretty seriously," she told The New York Post. "At times, I can get overwhelmed with how busy things are, but I don't feel pressure on a day-to-day basis."

Olivia surfs. "Totally tubular," she captioned Instagram photos of herself surfing in Hawaii. According to the Australian government's Better Health, surfing provides many health benefits including cardiovascular fitness from paddling, shoulder and back strength, which also strengthens from the paddling, and leg and core strength. "Once you're standing up on the board, strong legs and a strong core will keep you up," they say.

Olivia is very disciplined and followers a strict schedule. "First, I wake up and go to the class, where I'm usually with my teammates. I study [at the communications center] and get schoolwork done," she told New York Post. After class, "I come home, eat lunch and go right to the gym, where I train for hours," she continued. "I have conditioning before or after practice, which takes place at football operations. Then, I go straight to the dining hall to eat dinner. After that, I come home [to my dorm] and do my work stuff at night."

Holly Ramsay shared some new photos

Holly Ramsay is the daughter of chef and TV host, Gordon Ramsay. She is also the host of her own podcast, 21 & Over with Holly Ramsay, and has a large following on Instagram. This week, she shared some new photos of herself spending time outside. In the first photo, Ramsay is seen sitting by a pool in a black swimsuit. She captioned the post, "This week's camera roll."

In an episode of her podcast, Ramsay talked about how she has started to take care of her mental health. "I have three diagnoses and I've been hospitalized," she explained. "So I'm just trying to navigate a different path that isn't spoken about at all. Not many people I know have dropped out of university. Not many people didn't do that well in school compared to their siblings. So it's very much a journey. It's kind of navigating your own way through it."

On her podcast, Ramsay talked about how her family has helped her with her mental health and her struggles. "My family has been an amazing support," she said. "Having three siblings and now an extra one has been great. It's brought me closer to them in many ways and the same with my parents."

Ramsay wants to reduce the stigma around mental health. She said on her podcast that this is why she comes forward about her experience. "It's definitely a journey, but I hope by speaking out, I can help other people speak out or ask for help and even just talk to their friends and just and normalize the conversation around mental health."

Ramsay is sober, and opened up about this in an Instagram post. In the photo, she writes about her path to sobriety. "Today marks two years since I last had alcohol. Two years ago today I hit rock bottom, I was terrified. I certainly didn't think I'd be where I am today both physically and mentally. I've fought every day to get where I am today."

Jade Thirwall is heating up Jamaica in her swimsuit. The singer shows off her incredible body in a bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts, shared from her island vacation. "Swipe to the end for an exclusive of me as Gollum," she captioned the Instagram post with her millions of followers.

Jade is a fan of the workout buddy system. "What motivates me? I can't go [to the gym] by myself. One because I get embarrassed because I don't know how anything works, but two because it's really hard to motivate yourself. I go with my brother or my boyfriend because you want to be better than them – it gets competitive," she explained to Cosmopolitan.

Jade needs motivating tunes to exercise. On her workout playlist you will find "power anthems [and] Little Mix," she said. "I listen to Scooter and Cascada, it gets you proper pumped. It really makes you wanna move."

Jade's life is incredibly busy but she makes time for self-care. "Took a much needed 'millennial pause,'" she captioned a recent post from a spiritual getaway.

Jade has a rather unconventional method of motivating herself to exercise. "I shout names at myself. I'll be like 'Jessica Alba', 'J-Lo'.. If you say the names, it motivates you because that's who you want to look like," she told Cosmo.

Jade maintains that self-love is the ultimate key to health, explaining her theory in an interview discussing her eating disroder to BBC. "It got to the point when I knew I needed someone else to tell, harboring a horrible secret like that is obviously really damaging to your mental health and obviously my physical health," she said. She eventually told someone she thought she had a problem. "It was like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. The minute I started to actually talk to people about it, was the minute I started to get better," she continued. "I don't think I would ever do that to myself again." When talking to two teenagers in recovery from anorexia, she revealed the secret to recovery: "I just learned to love myself again."

Paige Spiranac flaunts her amazing figure

Paige Spiranac is showing off her patriotism – in her swimsuit. The pro golfer flaunts her amazing figure in an American flag-themed bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts. "US Open week! Thought this was a perfect picture to honor the week," she captioned the picture shared to her Instagram account.

Paige maintains that"exercise and eating healthy" help her mental health. "My mood is significantly better when I workout daily and make sure I meal prep for the week," she said on Instagram.

Paige is a fan of time-restricted eating. "I start eating at 11am and I end eating at 7pm," she dished during a What I Eat YouTube video. "I did it for three and a half weeks and I saw really good changes. I sleep better and my body feels better. It's fun to mix it up."

Paige tries to keep healthy eating as simple as possible. She keeps quick-preparation items like canned veggies, pre-cooked rice, and frozen burritos on hand. "I like things that are very easy," she said in her What I Eat video. "I think people are intimidated by healthy food because, one, it's expensive which is frustrating, but also it's time consuming to have fresh produce all the time and to make these health elaborate meals. I like to find hacks so I can make something that is healthy and also doesn't take a couple of hours."

Paige indulges in cheat meals. Her go-to indulgence? "Definitely a hot dog. There is nothing better than a golf course hot dog. I can only eat my hot dogs with ketchup," she revealed on her Playing A Round podcast. She also has a massive sweet tooth and loves ice cream and lemon bars.

Paige stays away from booze. "I don't drink alcohol pretty much at all," she said, revealing that she stopped drinking her senior year of college. "I hate being hungover. I don't like the feeling of it. I'm never really interested in drinking anymore," she admitted. "I think it's bettered my life. If you are ever struggling with your weight or mental health just try and cut alcohol out. It really helped me."

Shay Mitchell is soaking up the sun – in her swimsuit. The actress and luggage entrepreneur shows off her incredible body in a flirty bathing suit in one of her latest social media photos. Shay drinks her first meal of the day. Shay doesn't let the haters get to her, as she has been working on hr issues for years with the help of a professional. "If you're just being negative to be negative, that never has any effect on me, because I know that those people are hurting themselves. I had that experience being in high school. I've been bullied. I've gone through that, and I've had enough therapists to tell me it has nothing to do with me. So at this point, being in my mid-30s, anything just negative to be negative will never affect me. I can promise you that," she told The Cut.

Shay practices sleep hygiene. "Before I go to bed, I'll have sleep tea or something like that, because it's sometimes difficult for me to turn off my mind," she told The Cut.

Mexican model and Acapulco Shore star Brenda Zambrano is enjoying the beautiful beaches at the Samora Luxury Resort in Oaxaca, Mexico. Zambrano, 29, posted pictures of herself posing in the sand in a lime-green bikini top and red bottoms, playing with her sweet pup. "Sunset ☀️," she captioned the snaps.

Zambrano uses her treadmill for easy, convenient cardio sessions. "Running lowers your blood pressure and cholesterol levels," according to Bronson Health. "Running 30 minutes a few times per week helps reduce low density lipoprotein (LDL), the 'bad' type of cholesterol and increases the high density lipoprotein (HDL), the 'good' type of cholesterol. High blood pressure also becomes normalized through consistent physical activity."

Zambrano loves spending time with her pup. "The faster, farther and more frequently you walk, the greater the benefits," says the Mayo Clinic. "This can be a great way to get aerobic activity, improve your heart health and increase your endurance while burning calories."

Zambrano rides a bicycle for fresh air and fun. "This is an activity that makes your heart beat faster – decreasing blood pressure and lowering your resting heart rate," according to Nebraska Methodist Health System. "You are able to get the same cardiovascular rewards from cycling as you would get from walking, running or dancing."

Zambrano enjoys group functional training sessions. "Functional fitness exercises train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports," says the Mayo Clinic. "While using various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time, functional fitness exercises also emphasize core stability."

Zambrano uses weight training exercises to build muscle and support bone health. "If you're at risk of thinning bones, or if you just want to preserve your bone health for the long haul, weight-bearing exercise should be the cornerstone of your preventive efforts," says Ryan Desgrange, PA. "Building bone mineral density is like making deposits into the bank up until about age 30. Your body is constantly rebuilding and remodeling. After that, the process becomes less efficient."

Monica McNutt shows off her incredible figure

Monica McNutt is heating up Miami in her swimsuit. The ESPN basketball analyst shows off her incredible figure in a bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts. "I love my friends," she captioned the Instagram post. "Break the internet then," commented one of her followers.

"The only [routine] thing I try to be mindful to create for myself is at least one day off a week— completely off," Monica told XONecole. "I'm very mindful of that self-care time, which is a dope bath, with Epsom salts, candles, music. The nature of the beast is keeping up—whether it's a game broadcast or a studio broadcast or the podcast. It's important to take that time to recharge."

"I go to the gym regularly," Monica added to the publications. "I travel with gym clothes, and even if I [only] have 20 minutes, I'm going to get that 20 minutes to get some sweat in. As I've gotten older, I start to feel wired and almost anxious. Working out is hugely important to me."

Monica's "intimate circle" is "hugely important" to her. "I kind of argue with them sometimes as to whether I'm an introvert. I don't know! I just draw a lot of energy from solo time. The nature of my career path is to have on the 'on' switch. I don't know if people realize the energy that requires, so when I get to spend time with my man or my friends and do nothing, I relish the opportunity to do nothing. When my time is free, I'm doing nothing, on purpose," she told the publication.

Monica enjoys working out with kettlebells. She even works out at Harlem Kettlebell Club – a fitness studio specializing in the weights. "I'm big on Wellness & know that looks different for everybody. Personally a good gym session is part of my wellness equation but that doesn't mean you always love it in midst of it. Monica also plays basketball. "Basketball promotes speed, agility, strength, power and endurance. It [has] also been shown to increase flexibility and motor coordination. As a result, basketball is uniquely oriented to improve fundamental motor skills that are shown to be beneficial in promoting general health," Koco Eaton, M.D., orthopedic surgeon, founder of Eaton Orthopaedics and a former basketball player, tells Nike.

Larissa Trownson enjoyed a dip in a pool

Larissa Trownson is best known for her appearance on the hit Netflix series, Too Hot To Handle. She's also a practicing lawyer, and has a strong following on social media. Trownson shares a bunch of gorgeous photos on Instagram. In a recent post, she enjoyed a dip in a pool. Trownson captioned the post, "Sorry can't talk right now, I'm busy (being an icon)."

Trownson, as you can tell from her recent post, loves to spend time in the water. She likes to swim to keep herself in shape. Trownson shares a lot of other posts on Instagram of herself in the water. She shared photos of herself in a pool in Turkey, captioning it, "If angels don't exist, how do u explain me." Trownson also posted a photo of herself swimming in Vanuatu's Crystal Blue Lagoon. She captioned the post, "Could stop posting bikini pics but I'm not a quitter."

Trownson opened up about her decision to leave Too Hot To Handle in an interview with MailOnline. "I kind of had a moment of reflection," she says. "And with Nathan falling apart I kind of realised that I learned a lot about myself and what I want, what I'm feeling with someone and my emotions and what I need. So, I felt like I learned a lot and my journey had ended, there was nothing else I was going to learn at that point."

Trownson is open about having plastic surgery done. She explained why she is so honest about this in particular in an interview with Daily Mail Australia. "I think it's really important that we're transparent about work we've had done, otherwise that helps portray unreal beauty standards especially for younger women. So I've always been upfront about it and I chose to have it, so I'm proud of it."

Trownson balances both life as a reality star and a lawyer. In an interview with Daily Mail, Trownson opened up about wanting to break stereotypes people might have of her and other women like her. "That's part of the reason why I went on Too Hot to Handle, I want to show people, I can look the way I do and have a successful job. Long term, I want to be able to break the stereotype that I can be a lawyer and look this way."

Trownson revealed in an Instagram post that she is taking pole dance lessons. LifeHack.org reports that this has a lot of health benefits. "Most people in the modern world could stand to lose about 10 pounds of fat, so any form of exercise is welcome.

However, pole dancing taxes the muscles in the entire body and you are always moving – making it a great isometric and cardiovascular exercise wrapped into one. You can burn as many calories in a 30-minute session as you would doing aerobics and calisthenics, and this will lead to significant weight loss over several months."

Paula Echevarría shows off her incredible body by the pool

Paula Echevarría is feeling wild in her swimsuit. The Spanish model shows off her incredible body in a bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts. "Wild life," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps.

In order to lose her baby weight, Paula invested in a trainer and nutritionist. "I have dieted and exercised, because I gained 25 kilos. But I have recovered quickly, because I have seen myself so tremendous that I had to put my batteries together. I had to take it seriously. If you expect time to heal everything, no It's going to happen. So, I've been doing a diet that a doctor has recommended to me and I'm also doing my treatments and doing sports," she revealed in an interview. "The truth is that I'm very well. Life begins at 40, in my case they can't summarize it better."

Paula also revealed that she drinks her breakfast. Instead of food she sips on a nutrient dense smoothie, made out of cucumber, lemon, celery, kiwi, and ginger.

In a recent post Paula revealed why she does pelvic floor exercises one day per week. "Pelvic floor muscles contract and relax at the same time as other muscle groups, such as the diaphragm or abdominal muscles," she wrote. So with this type of training, combining breathing and hypotensives, we can gain a lot of strength and resistance in the pelvic floor," she continued. "For what?? Well, because it is the one responsible for holding the pelvic organs (bladder, urethra, uterus, vagina and rectum) and while working, it tones and gives more elasticity to the muscles of the area. this prevents that in the future we may have problems like the dreaded "escapes".. besides that it improves the quality of sex.. and many other things you can search on any page that talks about it.. So you understand me, sometimes we care too much about the outside and not so much about the inside.. and taking care of our pelvic floor is essential..And yes, and it also shows on the outside, the waist shrinks."

Paula's go-to workout? Ballet. "No matter when it is.. But when something comes into your life that you like and makes you feel good, keep it! Evidently I don't do ballet (@balletfitoficial) to become a dancer but y'all don't know how happy this makes me! And not just because of the physical changes, but because of what motivates me and amuses me (although I suffer more than with any other discipline I've tried)," she wrote in a post.

Paula regularly walks on the treadmill. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Ester Expósito is resting and relaxing on vacation in Mexico

Spanish actress and model Ester Expósito is resting and relaxing on vacation in Mexico. Expósito, 23, shared pictures of her getaway, including one of herself lying in a hammock in a string bathing suit. She also posted another of herself enjoying ice cream. "Elote ice cream is the best thing that ever happened to me," she captioned the post.

Expósito enjoys strawberries with yogurt for a healthy, protein-packed breakfast. "Yogurt helps maintain the billions of good bacteria you need for a healthy digestive and immune system," say the experts at Johns Hopkins Medicine. "Plus, the bacteria in yogurt help the body break down and absorb critical nutrients."

Expósito works out with personal trainer Miguel Lordán several times a week. "Every day we do different exercises so that the muscles don't get used to it, but we work on the entire lower body, legs and glutes; abdomen a lot and arms only from time to time," she says. "We change the routine, sometimes we work with weights, going up and down stairs, we do exercises with resistance bands, with TRX, abs, planks… I train three days a week, and I never miss it, since I started with Miguel I never skip my workouts."

Expósito enjoys protein—usually fish—for a healthy, light yet nutritious dinner. "Fish is filled with omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins such as D and B2 (riboflavin)," says the Washington State Department of Health. "Fish is rich in calcium and phosphorus and a great source of minerals, such as iron, zinc, iodine, magnesium, and potassium."

Expósito's approach to diet is to focus on the foods which make her feel strong and energized. "I don't follow a diet, but I do have some tips to eat foods that help me strengthen: tuna, red meat, rice, pasta," she says. "Bananas and avocado are very good. I make smoothies. I pay a lot of attention to my diet, but I don't have a plan, I know the things that are good for my muscles. I talked about it with Miguel, my coach, when we started working out and then I incorporated it into my meals."

Expósito is diligent about cleaning and moisturizing her face every day. "When I wake up I always wash my face, and if I'm going to wear makeup that day I hydrate it a lot," she says. "Every night I hydrate it too. I don't take much care of my hair, but I try to avoid applying heat on it if it's not necessary, and sometimes I apply hydrating masks to stay all night and wash it the next day."

Alison Brie shows off her incredible body

Alison maintains that lifting weights has helped her achieve her best body ever and has also given her self-confidence. "Heavy lifting is so empowering — you really feel like a badass," she said. "By the time we were shooting the show, I was deadlifting 165 pounds, hip thrusting up to 300 pounds, and doing multiple sets of 10 pull-ups."

Alison is incredibly outdoorsy and loves hiking. "Don't question the hiking attire," she captioned a post. "Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between," says the National Parks Service. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.

Alison maintains she is "eating constantly" fueling her training session with protein, veggies, and good fats, her trainer told Well + Good. "A lot of women, especially in my profession, feel like they have to starve themselves to lose weight," she explained. "I've certainly felt that way in the past. But while training for the show, I was eating more than ever and I've never felt better."
