driana Lima is breaking a sweat in her exercise gear. In a new social media post the Brazilian model shows off her amazing body and impressive moves during a workout session with celebrity trainer Kirk Myers. "Crushing It: Getting Vs. Ready," he wrote on the Instagram Stories video of the former Victoria's Secret Angel, who returned to the runway for this year's show.

Longevity is the end goal and motivator for Adriana when it comes to her diet and exercise goals. "I plan to live a long time," she told Elle. "Keeping your body healthy with workouts, it's important what you put into your body. Eating this way gives you energy so you can have a long day of work and not feel exhausted."

Lima relies on meal delivery services to ensure healthy eating. She even travels with a cooler filled with pre-made meals from Perfecting Athletes, a South Florida-based nutrition service used by pro boxers and UFC fighters, which she microwaves in her hotel room. Lima avoids vitamins and supplements, nourishing her body with food instead. "You can have these types of results and instead of having vitamins, you can use food as energy," says Lima. "Traveling and being at photo shoots, it's kind of hard to find healthy food. I have these two girls I'm very lucky to have, Michelle [Ingels] and Paulina [Indara]. They are nutritionists and certified in Chinese medicine so they design my meals depending on what I'm doing at the gym. It keeps me moving." What does she like to eat? "I love smoothies, fresh fruit, and veggies. I also take a daily vitamin and drink lots of different herbal teas to help purify my body," she told CR Fashion Book. She also drinks "lots of water."

Lima is a fan of 54D—a "human transformation program" that involves high-intensity training workouts, she revealed on Instagram. "Breathless today. It was so tough," she captioned a post.. "But I enjoyed [it]!" There is lots of research backing up the benefits of HIIT workouts, including body fat reduction, improved cardiovascular function, and mental health. It is also time effective.

She also loves to run. "If I have a gym at my hotel, I'll wake up and do a quick workout, or I'll run outside as a way to see the place that I'm visiting," Lima told CR Fashion Book. "Another good trick of mine is packing a jump rope and doing ten minutes in my room first thing in the morning to get my heart rate up." According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.

Adriana boxes with Michael Olajide Jr. of Aerospace, and says throwing punches is her favorite workout. Harvard Health maintains that boxing is a great way to build strength, improve balance, posture, hand-eye coordination, boost mood and endurance, and helps increase alertness.

She captioned it, "This mediation up there at La Morne Mountain was a huge heart opener. I'll meditate every single day to stay close to my feelings."

Forsberg does a lot of weight training to stay in shape. She shared photos of herself at the gym on Instagram. In them, she is seen using a kettlebell and hand weights. She captioned it, "Always active & ready." She also posted a photo of herself doing tricep curls on a weight bench.

Forsberg loves to practice yoga to stay in shape. She has a lot of posts on her Instagram of herself doing yoga. Forsberg posted a photo of herself doing poses by the pool in Marbella, Spain. She captioned it, "8 months ago I was sitting in Colombias jungle with my brother creating a mindmap from us 2 inspired souls. In there we got the idea 'Let's do a yoga retreat together' and directly after my trip I booked my next one to India for a 3 week Yoga Teaching Training… and now September 2019 it's actually happening! Me and my brother can't even put words in how grateful we are for doing this in Estepona right now."

Former Victoria’s Secret Angel Adriana Lima may have hung up her angel wings in 2018, but that hasn’t stopped her from showing off her supermodel body. The Brazilian bombshell still manages to turn heads in everything she wears – especially a bikini!

Adriana – who is already mom to daughters Valentina and Sienna, whom she shares with ex-husband Serbian basketball player Marko Jarić – is expecting her first child, a boy, with boyfriend Andre Lemmers.

Adriana and Andre made their relationship red carpet official at the Venice Film Festival in September 2021, before announcing the exciting pregnancy news over Valentine’s Day 2022.

Lais, 30, celebrated her fourth outing in the edition at a party in Hollywood with her basketball star fiancé Joakim Noah, 36.

The couple, who started dating in 2018, got engaged at Burning Man Festival the following year.

Lais has featured on campaigns for Victoria's Secret since 2010.

Not only did she star in the 2011 Christmas advert, she also promoted the 2012 Valentine’s Day collection with supermodels Candice Swanepoel and Adriana Lima.

Following her extensive contribution to the brand, she was finally made a Victoria’s Secret Angel in 2015.

“I use a self-tanning lotion like Victoria’s Secret PINK Sun Kissed Bronze Shimmer Oil to add some color,” she says, “and then I do a couple of squats, a couple sit-ups, and you’re good to go.”
