Laura Hamilton showed off her incredible figure in a bikini as she enjoyed sunset yoga, went snorkelling and hit the spa in an advert for a luxury Maldives hotel.

The A Place In The Sun star, 42, has been enjoying a break away in the luxury holiday destination at the five star Westin Maldives Miriandhoo Resort.

Laura has hailed the island her 'favourite place in the world' and filmed an advert for the luxurious hotel on Instagram on Wednesday.

In her clip, Laura showed everything the hotel had to offer - from relaxing in the spa or renting its own massage gun to jet skiing and snorkelling.

The TV personality looked incredible in the video, flashing her toned abs in an array of stylish bikinis.

The clip began with Laura taking a walk down the pier sporting a black one-shouldered bikini, before she went through the delicious food options.

She then posed in the pool with a floating breakfast ordered to her room to highlight the lavish abode.

Next up was the hotel's fitness offerings, as Laura was seen going for a run around the resort before taking herself to the gym to do some weight training.

The hard work was followed by a relaxing yoga session before she gave her followers an insight into other things on offer at the hotel, including ping pong.

Known for its clear blue waters, it is no surprise the five-star resort gives guests the chance to enjoy water sports, from snorkelling and jet skiing to looking out for dolphins.

Laura then headed to the spa where she enjoyed a pedicure before getting a massage and enjoying a wholesome drink while looking out at the stunning view.

On Tuesday, Laura posted a stream of snaps from her latest trip, posing in her holiday wardrobe of skimpy bikinis as she enjoyed 'a floating breakfast, fun on a jet ski, a walk around the island, a gym workout and a massage.'

Laura flaunted her tan in the snaps as well as the five star Westin Maldives Miriandhoo Resort.

She gushed to her Instagram followers: 'I’ll never get bored of this place and I am super grateful to be here!

The TV star is well known for delighting fans with her stunning looks across her social media pages but she has admitted she's been forced to grow a thick skin to face cruel online trolls.

'It's really hard when you read comments like, ''Oh, she's done too much of this to her face'',' she told The Sun, adding she thought it was because of her cheekbones.

'That's my face, and unfortunately, that's the way it is. Or people say, 'Oh, she's got fake boobs'. And I'm like, I haven't, actually. But if that's what people want to believe.

'It's kind of a bit laughable that people make statements and they don't know the facts.'

But Laura has ultimately found her balance and it's mainly thanks to getting older, as she admitted 'the older you get, I think you generally feel more well' and added she now feels 'more happy in myself and secure' in herself and who she is.

She paid a special tribute to her loved ones including her mum, dad and her children - calling herself 'very lucky' for having such 'supportive' people around her 'who accept and love each other'.

Laura shares son Rocco, 10, and daughter Tahlia, 9, with her broker ex-husband Alex Goward, who she married in 2012 and divorced in 2022.

If Laura wants to lose weight, she cuts carbs. She "dips in and out of" the keto lifestyle and "doesn't keep to it all the time," she told Express. She adds that health "should be a lifestyle" instead of a "diet" and maintains that "life is all about balance." She will "have a glass of wine or whatever" and loves eating "an omelet with bacon and cheese for breakfast." For lunch, she enjoys "salmon with cauliflower rice, or a steak salad with lots of broccoli and spinach."

Laura likes to "go for a run," she told Express – and especially loves the treadmill. "Weirdly I prefer to run on the running machine." The Mayo Clinic explains that running – either outside or on the treadmill – is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.

"You can exercise as much as you like, but unless you follow a really healthy lifestyle and eating plan, then if you want to see results, you've got to have a healthy and balanced way of eating," Laura noted to Express about the equation. "There's no point exercising five days a week and then eating a load of rubbish. It's sort of pointless. It's about what you put into your body as much as what you're actually doing with it."

"I love to exercise. I go to the gym," she told Express. She also enjoys online workouts. She prefers lifting weights at the gym over going for a walk outside. She also likes exercising in the morning. "It gives me loads of energy and sets me up for the day," she says. In addition to helping her stay in shape, exercise "makes you feel good," she added. "It releases endorphins. I would say to make a habit out of it. If you can make it part of your daily routine, once you stop you'll miss it and you'll be like, I need to do it, I need to do it," Laura added.

Laura enjoys spinning. "I've just bought myself an Echelon bike, so I'm going to be able to do some workouts at home with that," she told Express. She also enjoys heading outside and "going for a bike ride with the kids."

The 40-year-old took to Instagram earlier today (November 3) to flaunt her eye-popping figure while asserting that her cleavage is unaltered.

Laura, who has hosted the Channel 4 show since 2012 and also landed in second place on Dancing On Ice back in 2011, looked sensational in the sizzling snap.

The blonde beauty slipped into a lingerie set from Boux Avenue that hugged every inch of her incredible figure.

She continued: “There is absolutely nothing wrong with anyone l that chooses to and when I was younger I actually considered a reduction as I felt my body was out of proportion but in the end I decided against it.

“It's your body, your choice and you have to do what feels right for you.”

Laura continued the caption with a shoutout to the brand Boux Avenue that gifted her the lingerie set.

“I used to struggle finding beautiful, good fitting underwear, but now there are so many lovely ranges out there that fit perfectly and make me feel good. A great fitting bra is sooo important.”
