Melissa Gorga is heating up Boca Raton – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the Real Housewives of New Jersey star flaunts her flat abs and fit figure in a variety of bathing suits while vacationing over spring break. "Florida fun," she captioned a series of Instagram snaps.

"I don't like a lot of muscle," she explained to Women's Health. "I like to stay a little bit more feminine. I don't know. I don't think it would look right." Her go-to form of fitness is strength training. "I do a lot of lifting. I don't do that much cardio, because I run around so much," she added, revealing that she works out at least four times a week for an hour at a time, often targeting "butts and guts" to tone her booty and abs. "I feel like even if you're a little bit heavier, it's all about toning your body. Work with what you're working with, but keep it tight."

"I never do fad diets," Melissa dished to Women's Health. "I feel like I do a lot better with my own routine. It's worked for me forever." She prioritizes healthy habits over temporary fixes. "It's a lifestyle for me. I feel better when I eat healthy. If I don't work out for a week or two, I feel miserable."

Melissa is "huge" on drinking "so much" water. "I pee a lot because I drink a lot of water. So I feel like I'm constantly running to the bathroom because I just drink so much water. So … I know it's such, like, a cliche, but it's so true. It's one of the truest things for your skin and for the flush out your body," she told Us Weekly. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Melissa focuses her meals around protein and keeps carbs to a minimum. For example, she might have a grilled chicken salad or turkey sandwich for lunch, and a carb-free meal leater in the day. "For dinner, it's always a piece of meat and vegetables."

Melissa has a trick to avoid bloating. "I won't eat, like, salty food the day before, 'cause I do retain water," Melissa told Us Weekly about how she keeps her tummy tight prior to putting on a swimsuit. "So, it's like, I pay attention if I'm going to eat, like, anything really salty or Chinese food or anything that's going to give me a lot of salt. I would tend to stick away from [it] if I know I've got to put a bikini on the next day."

Melissa Gorga proved she isn't fazed by negativity.

Over the weekend, the Real Housewives of New Jersey personality, author, clothing boutique owner and mom shared Instagram photos from her tropical vacation to the Bahamas with husband Joe Gorga. And in doing so, she also shared a message to her haters.

In the photos, the 43-year-old Bravolebrity showed off her toned figure while sporting a floral-patterned white bikini. She accessorized with a pair of sunglasses.

The first couple of snapshots show Gorga posing on a boat with clear skies and waters behind her. In one of the pictures, she also wears a breezy shirt over her swimsuit and a red cap worn backwards. In the last photo, the star stands on a rocky beach with palm trees as she models her sexy swimwear.

"Kill them with kindness ♥️ #rhonj," she wrote.

Gorga didn't make clear who her message was pointed toward, but many users in the comments guessed that it was a jab at her sister-in-law and fellow RHONJ cast member Teresa Giudice, 50.

The two have had a long-standing feud that's been a main storyline of the reality television show since Gorga joined in 2011.

For over a decade, both have argued with each other onscreen over rumors, friendship alliances, snarky comments and more personal deep-rooted family matters.

Giudice recently appeared on Andy Cohen's Watch What Happens Live, where she let go some of her old grudges, including the sprinkle-cookie-fueled fight with her estranged sister-in-law who, at the time, seemed to forget that Giudice's favorite cookies were actually pignolis.

Giudice also revealed that she reunited with former Housewife Jacqueline Laurita. When asked why she decided to reconcile with her ex friend, Giudice said it was their sons, both named Nicolas and who have autism, who bonded them together.

An "anti-Melissa" comment made by Laurita on social media may have nudged her too. "That didn't have to do with it," Giudice responded. "But then I was just like, that was also that... But I really have been thinking about her because it's crazy, we do both have Nicholases now."

Kristin eats as organic as possible. One way she does this is by growing her own fruits and veggies at her Tennessee home. "Filed under things that make me happy: my kids dirty pulling veggies from the greenhouse," she captioned an Instagram photo of her harvest. She also has her own chickens who lay the eggs her family eats.

Kristin used to do a lot of cardio but now focuses her workouts around lifting heavy weights. "185lbs ?? new record for me," she captioned a recent workout video. "He kicks my ass. He pushes me really hard. He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight I've ever lifted in my entire life," she recently told Us Weekly about her workouts . "I feel the best I ever have. I feel like I'm the strongest I've ever been." She added: "Usually, I'll work out and maybe do 30 minutes of a VersaClimber [on a fourth day], which will also kick your butt, man.

Kristin also loves skiing. "Mountain fun," shen captioned a photo. Research has linked downhill skiing to a number of health benefits. Not only does it promote physical fitness, it may decrease risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress and the occurrence of memory deficits declines.

Whether she is at home or on vacation, Kristin loves staying in shape outdoors by cycling. "Morning routine," she captioned this photo of herself, riding a bike while on a sunny getaway. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

Kristin has gained weight – and muscle – in the past year, and is proud of it! She has shared a lot of photos flaunting her weight gain. "I have a daughter and I think it's very difficult now for everybody, but especially girls growing up and looking at social media. This idea of body image is just so warped," she told Insider. "And I just worry about these young girls and so I think it just needs to be a bigger conversation about being OK gaining weight and not focusing on a number on the scale."

Ahead of the highly-anticipated 12th season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, Melissa Gorga addressed the rumors after allegedly “downgrading” to a $950,000 property in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey following the December 2020 sale of her family's $2.5 million home in nearby Montville.

"Regarding the rumors, let me just clear this up right now,” Melissa said. “It’s so crazy! You’d think after people knowing us for so many years, they would know that Joe and I do this for a living.”

Melissa and Joe are professional house flippers who are constantly buying and selling properties. “Like, we buy homes that the other people probably look at and say, ‘This is a dump. I’d never buy that,'” she explained. “We pretty much knock them down, and then we build something much nicer." "So when people say, ‘They’re selling everything, they’re broke,’ I’m like, what is wrong with everyone? Why does it automatically have to go to a negative?… Why can’t it be that we’re trying to move on up, actually?” Melissa continued.

Following the sale of their Montville home, Melissa said that while she will miss her family's former residence, she was looking forward to the future. “My family and I have so many amazing memories in this house,” Melissa told People. “Joe and I built and designed it from the ground up. However, we decided it was time for a change and we’re excited to see where life brings us next.”

We can’t believe Luann de Lesseps is 56 years old

The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip star Luann de Lesseps flaunted her fit 5ft10in figure in a string bikini while lounging on Macao Beach in the Dominican Republic.

It's hard to believe the Connecticut-born 56-year-old has two artist children - daughter Victoria, turning 27 this Sunday; and son Noel, 25 - from her 16-year marriage to Count Alexandre DeLesseps, which ended in 2009.

De Lesseps is staying at the all-inclusive, music-themed Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana and asked her 1.5M social media followers for 'suggestions on what to see.'

The Punta Cana offers 1,779 rooms, nine restaurants, 13 pools, 23 bars (four of which are swim-up), and a lazy river.

But the What Do I Want For Christmas singer was not on vacation as she performed the previous evening at the resort's Discover Beyond Celebrity Show.

Luann belted her 2015 song Girl Code among other tracks from her cabaret act.

Members of the Legendary Vacation Club were able to rub shoulders with de Lesseps during the meet & greet.

The former licensed nurse will next bring her 15-date A Very Countess Christmas show to Feinstein's/54 Below in Manhattan on November 30.

Luann currently stars in The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip, which premiered its first three episodes Tuesday on Peacock.

The super-group ensemble includes Kenya Moore, Melissa Gorga, Kyle Richards, Teresa Giudice, Ramona Singer, and Cynthia Bailey.

'Listen, when you have that many women together, there's always going to be some kind of drama, especially when it comes to being on a boat. It's a trip like no other Housewives trip, really,' de Lesseps told.

'What surprised me the most was how as women, we all kind of bond in a certain way because we are doing the same kind of show in different cities and how similar that we are in a lot of ways, it's not always easy.

'And I think by sharing our experiences and talking about them, and traveling together and spending all that kind of time together, we really got to know each other better. And we really got to kind of identify with each other in terms of what we all go through as being Housewives.'

Melissa Gorga has been serving up glamour ever since her debut on the “Real Housewives of New Jersey” more than 10 years ago. Golden brown locks, luscious lashes and a perfect nude lip are her tried-and-true look, and she dished out her entire beauty routine just in time for summer.

“Everyday makeup for me, especially in the summer, includes a tinted moisturizer,” Gorga, 42, told. “Less is more for me, especially as I get older because you look more youthful with less makeup on.”

Gorga believes it’s important to treat yourself to skin care, especially in the warmer months.

“Skin care is the most important thing,” she said. “If your skin is great, you can work on anything else, you can get your eyebrows done, you can get your hair done, and you don’t have to get the $250 eye cream; you can get one at CVS that’s just as good.”

As readers know, Joe, who celebrated his 15th anniversary with Melissa in August, revealed that intimacy was a contributing factor to their happiness and longevity.

In his new memoir, “The Gorga Guide To Success,” he said that claimed he and Melissa had sex every single day for a decade straight.

As Radar reported, he plans to ask an immigration judge to be released from the “horrible conditions” of the Clinton County Correctional Facility in McElhattan, Pennsylvania so he could wait out his appeal in New Jersey with his family.

But if he is denied, a source told Radar, he may ask for an immediate deportation.

Teresa in the meanwhile has been living her life, attending parties, vacationing and socializing at events. She, however, has been absent from a majority of her husband’s court hearings, and it’s frustrating his family.

“They’re all so angry with her,” a family insider told Radar exclusively. “They all want to know why this is the very first hearing she’s ever been to, and why she never seemed to do anything to help earlier.”
