Danna Paola shows off her fit figure

Danna Paola is celebrating her album cover release. In a new social media post the singer shows off her fit figure in an ab-baring ensemble. "The day the album cover came out⭐️ I was having a very nice conversation with incredible women and my family.@spotifymexicofor #equal ?♥️ and take these little photossssss," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. "Spectacular," commented one of her followers.

Paola consumes a lot of liquids. "I also love to hydrate myself – I drink lots of water, chlorophyll, and green tea," she told the Evening Standard when asked about her routine. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Danna breaks a sweat, for her physical and mental health. "I like exercise but I feel the beauty comes from internal fullness, from internal beauty – when you feel good on the inside you look good on the outside," she explained to Evening Standard. Dancing and stand-up paddleboarding are a few of her go-tos.

Danna prioritizes mental health. "Self Love, Self Care!" she responded when asked about what is important to her. "First I take care of myself mentally – mental health is the most important. I try to listen to myself, spent time alone, detox from social media and apps, etc. I also try to dedicate time to myself with my family, friends and people I love."

Paola gets her zen on daily. "I always have 'me' time. I have learned to balance my personal life and my career, so I make time for myself. I dedicate five minutes to meditate or I can give myself moments alone, writing, doing exercise, listening to music, and poetry," she told Evening Standard. "When you meditate, you may clear away the information overload that builds up every day and contributes to your stress," says the Mayo Clinic. Benefits include:

Jessica Simpson turned heads as she showed off her stunning figure in swimwear while enjoying a luxurious getaway in Mexico in August 2022. Sharing a snap to her Instagram as she posed from her hotel suite, the singer and actress showed off the 100 pounds she dropped in 2019, also sticking to her usual boho sense of style. Going itty-bitty in a skimpy two-piece and high heels, Jessica sizzled as she showed off her toned body and mean tan, and fans left her over 51,000 likes.

Showcasing her toned figure as she posed by a bed with a studded headboard and under a wood-beamed ceiling, Jessica crossed her legs as she modeled a skimpy brown bikini with a statement, silver buckle belt detail. Drawing the eye to her minuscule waist, the Jessica Simpson Style founder made sure to tag her brand as she threw in her signature platform heel, this time opting for a brown, Mary Jane pair of shoes that matched her bathing suit.

Rocking a light sunhat and metallic-rimmed shades, Jessica peeped her features while sporting her blonde locks down, completing her look via silver bangles on her wrists. In a caption giving a nod to her husband Eric Johnson, Jessica wrote: “Without 3 kids needing me to hurry, I had the time to accessorize the bikini it is the little things that make me happy (finally, the @jessicasimpsonstyle Dany is in my fav color- LEOPARD).”

Jessica is known for being tormented by her fans on social media, whether it’s fat-shaming, skinny-shaming, or being told that her lips don’t look real. Here again, trolls reared their ugly heads.

While one troll asked if this was a “bacon strip,” another made their comment a little less hurtful as they replied: “Really? At your age you still need that much confirmation? Snapping her selfie in April 2023, Jessica stunned with a cleavage flash as she flaunted her rock-hard abs and long legs, but she made sure to keep the hot pink platforms JSS.

Heather Graham, 54, stuns in bikini photos from Mexican yoga retreat

Heather Graham is a walking advertisement for the benefits of yoga after displaying her incredible physique in a tiny bikini on Thursday.

The 54-year-old took to Instagram to share a carousel of photos of her enjoying a yoga retreat in Mexico – and her sculpted figure was hard to miss.

Heather looked unbelievably toned in a brown two-piece that showcased the results of her dedication to the practice, which can build strength and flexibility.

In one image, the actress poses on a rock by the sea, with one hand placed on her slim waistline while the sunlight illuminates her toned abs.

Another photo shows her walking in the ocean with slicked-back hair and water glistening over her muscular body.

A third snap highlights Heather's incredible strength as she performs a yoga move during her retreat.

Captioning her incredible photos, she penned: "So grateful I got to go on a yoga retreat and meditate looking at the ocean with @soukofrima_ and @mjmasala @souk.studio. Me gusta."

Her followers were blown away by her seemingly ageless appearance, with one commenting: "You look stunning and beautiful still in a bikini. You are an ageless Queen." A second said: "You do not age. Wow!"

A third added: "You still look exactly the same as you did in Boogie Nights and that was 27 years ago!!! Can you tell me where The Fountain of Youth is please?"

Heather has expressed her love for yoga in the past and practices three times a week. She also spends 20 minutes every day doing transcendental meditation.

"I'm obsessed with yoga," she told Refinery 29. "For fun, I would go on a yoga retreat and do four hours of yoga a day. And then I do Pilates. I also like going out dancing."

While yoga plays a huge part in Heather's incredible appearance, she also credits her youthful glow to getting plenty of sleep.

"I think one of the main things is sleep. I try to get a lot of sleep. Beyond that, I think just being happy on the inside and whatever," she previously told NewBeauty.

"I do all the self-help stuff: I meditate, I do yoga, I work through all the stuff in therapy, then do all the different kinds of sorting through my inner world to make myself feel happy on the inside," she added.

The Boogie Nights actress is so strict with her sleeping pattern, that she once revealed that people are "horrified" when they learn how many hours she sleeps a night.

"I love sleeping," she told The Guardian in 2016. "When I tell people how much I sleep sometimes, they are horrified. I basically sleep between nine and 12 hours a night."

Of course, staying active isn't the only way Heather looks after herself. She also tries to follow a healthy diet.

"I do eat sugar sometimes, but as a broad rule, I try to just eat no sugar basically, and I have to say I feel a lot better," she told the publication. "And I will sometimes eat things with white flour, but I try to avoid white flour."

Mary Bonnet shows off fit figure saying everyone needs some sun in February

Mary Bonnet is looking fit in February. In a new social media post the Selling Sunset star shows off her amazing body while vacationing in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico with her friends. "Everyone needs some sun in February," she wrote in the caption. "It was a magical weekend with my mama and sissy! We had such an amazing girls trip and some R & R."

In a recent TikTok video Mary gushed about her NordicTrack rowing machine, calling it a "must have" in her fitness routine. "I love this machine so much and have never experienced anything like it," she says, adding that it is "hands down" her "favorite" piece of fitness equipment. According to AFPA Fitness, a rowing machine exercises your upper body as well as your lower body. "The rowing stroke when using an indoor rower is composed of 65-75% leg work and 25-35% upper body work," they say.

Mary is "not normally a morning person," but during her pre-show "health kick" she set her alarm earlier than usual so she could sweat first thing in the morning, she told the New York Post.

Mary has a holistic approach to health. "I feel like I haven't really been taking care of my whole health and everything. I've just been working too much, so I'm really focused on it," she told the New York Post.

The “Trouble Is My Business” star stood by the pool as she showed off her polka dot bikini, but if she pulled any harder on that tiny string, she could have given fans a real wardrobe malfunction!

Over the weekend, Dana put on a busty display in a tiny polka-dot bikini that almost didn’t cover her large chest. She paired the look with matching drawstring bikini bottoms, but she spent the beginning of the video tugging on the strings as if she was about to tug it clean off. She then started to play with her long blonde hair, pulling it back up off of her neck.

Kristin Cavallari took to Instagram to show off her toned tummy as she wore trendy bikini tops.

The images were taken in Los Cabos in Mexico and the shots were posted on Sunday.

The mother-of-three looked stunning as she was seen in a white bikini top and sheer black cover ups that gave a glimpse of her bikini bottoms.

Cavallari, 37, wore body jewelry as her short blonde hair was worn in beach waves and she had on natural makeup.

There was also an image of her in a mustard-colored macramé bikini top.

The star was at the vacation spot to take promotional photos for her brand, Uncommon James Jewelry.

The Colorado native rose to fame in 2004 when she starred in MTV's Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County as a junior in high school.

Since, she has starred in CSI: NY, Spring Breakdown, and The League.

Kristin dedicated herself to charity work post acting.

As a representative of the children's nonprofit organization OneKid OneWorld, she built schools in El Salvador.

The star then designed shoes whose sales funds went to Kenyan charities.

Cavallari wed Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler in June 2013 but divorced.

The pair had three children together: Camden, 11 and Jaxon, nine, as well as Saylor, eight.

In 2017, Cavallari founded Uncommon James Jewelry which expanded to sell home and beauty products.

Due to her success, E! gave Cavallari her own reality show - Very Cavallari - that ran from 2018 to 2020.

Cavallari's ex-husband Jay Cutler confirmed his relationship girlfriend Samantha Robertson back in September.

Cavallari said on the Call Her Daddy podcast that 'it stung a little' when he started dating again.

'It was toxic,' she shared.

This comes after she looked radiant in a promotional video for her jewelry range Uncommon James in mid February.

The entrepreneur — who opened up about Sean 'Diddy' Combs on her podcast — modeled new silver necklaces in sultry clips.

Cavallari went topless underneath a pinstripe black blazer in some scenes.

Other shots featured her in a plunging, long-sleeved bodysuit as she went pantless.

The mother-of-three's flirty blonde bob was arranged in an off-center part and tousled waves that grazed her collarbone.

Her locks were windswept as she posed in front of the camera, incorporating a black stool in some outtakes.

Simone Biles looking great on her Hawaiian vacation

Simone Biles appears to be having the time of her life while on vacation with husband Jonathan Owens as she posted some glamorous pictures on Instagram on Sunday night.

The Olympic gold medalist wowed in a tiny yellow bikini and a cowboy hat as she soaked up the sun in Oahu, Hawaii.

Biles was sat on top of a sun lounger at their luxurious hotel in one picture before sitting up and covering her face with the hat in a second picture.

They are currently in Hawaii enjoying a vacation after the conclusion of Owens' NFL season with the Green Bay Packers. They were beaten in the divisional round of the playoffs by the San Francisco 49ers.

Biles announced the trip in another social media post on Thursday, warning her fans 'prepare to be sick of me' as she posed on their flight.

Biles and Owens tied the knot in an intimate Texas wedding in April 2023. They also held another lavish ceremony in Mexico shortly after.

Two years on from the day he got down on one knee, the Packers safety gushed over his wife in a post on Instagram, describing her as his 'rock' alongside photos of his proposal.

'Happy Valentine's Day to my best friend,' Owens wrote. 'I can't believe that it's been 2 years since this amazing day, man does time fly.

Dixie D'Amelio shows off her amazing body while vacationing in Cabo San Lucas

Dixie D'Amelio is heating up Mexico – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the influencer shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while vacationing in Cabo San Lucas, kissing hockey player Trevor Zegras on a boat. Dixie maintains that exercise is beneficial for her physical and mental health. "Even though I would love to work out every day and be in the best shape of my life, I don't always have the time," she told People. The D'Amelio clan – including her sister, Charlie and mother, Heidi – work out with trainer-to-the-stars Ben Bruno.

Dixie maintains that "breathing" exercises, help relax her. "I need to breathe, and breathing has really helped me a lot with everything I've done. For a long time, I thought it was kind of silly and a waste of time, but now it's a huge part of my life," she told People. Sometimes she uses the app Breathwrk. "I love using it to help control my breathing when I'm in a really anxious moment," she said.

Dixie prioritizes her mental health. "Being able to focus on my mental health and feel better that way, I've seen such a huge change in my life and just how I am as a person," she told People.

Dixie, along with her sister, skyrocketed to fame for her dancing skills. Why should you start dancing? Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but aerobic exercise helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

Dixie understands the physical health benefits of biking, which, according to the Cleveland Clinic is a a low-impact aerobic exercise that is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis. In a recent post she showed off her cycling moves.

Mariazel Olle just shared new photos saying hi from Cancun

Mariazel Olle is an extremely successful model, TV host, and actress. She's known for her work on TV Azteca and More Sport. Casals recently enjoyed time in Cancun, Mexico. She shared a poolside photo on Instagram from the trip. She captioned the post, "I'm not always good… but right now I tell you no, yes yes! ? ? Olle does a lot of things to stay in shape. One thing she enjoys doing is going on runs. Casals likes to go on charity runs. She shared some photos on Instagram of herself after one of them. According to Better Health, running is a great way to stay in shape. "Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Olle loves to swim to stay in shape. She shares a lot of photos on Instagram of herself in the water. She shared some photos of herself in the pool on New Year's Day. Casals captioned the post, "January 1st in Lima." The CDC states that swimming has a lot of benefits. "Swimming can improve mood in both men and women. For people with fibromyalgia, swimming can decrease anxiety, and exercise therapy in warm water can decrease depression and improve mood. Water-based exercise can improve the health of pregnant people and has a positive effect on the pregnant person's mental health. Parents of children with developmental disabilities find that recreational activities, such as swimming, improve family connections."

Another thing Olle does to stay in shape is going on hikes. She shares a lot of photos on Instagram of herself on hikes. In some photos, she and her family hiked in Machu Picchu. She also shared a hiking photo from Tamaulipas. Piedmont Health reports that hiking has a lot of health benefits. "Hiking can help you manage your weight. It is a joint-friendly form of exercise that can keep arthritis sufferers more limber and mobile. Being outside in the sunshine provides the body with vitamin D."

Olle is an adrenaline junkie. She loves doing exciting things. One thing she likes to do is riding motorbikes and motorcycles. Casals even has an Instagram story highlight dedicated to motorbiking. RoadGuardians.org states, "When you ride a motorcycle, your body is triggered to produce adrenaline, which then causes the release of endorphins – or mood-elevating hormones. Endorphins are known to increase pleasure and minimize pain. Research has shown that long rides can have the same benefit as mindful meditation because you are fully engaged in the present moment, focusing on your body position, speed, road position, and surroundings. This helps to clear your mind and relieve stress."

Sophie Nélisse in bathing suit says hi from Mexico

Sophie Nélisse is enjoying time on vacation—and deservedly so, after the success of her hit show Yellowjackets. Rather than fighting for survival in the frozen woods, as her character does, her current activities include lounging by the pool, reading a book, snapping photos, and looking stunning. Nélisse posted a photo of herself in a black bathing suit, perched on a chair poolside. She had a camera in her hand and a book by her side. She captioned the photo, "Currently at page 287 of my book and picture 16 of my roll."

While Nélisse is currently a successful actress, she is also a student, and makes sure that she has a backup plan for the future. Nélisse told Made In, "I'm a film student. I don't necessarily do it because I'm an actress but because I want to have a plan B. As part of my course, I'm taking math classes and could continue on to study finance or communications in university."

While getting one of your projects reviewed can be good for an actress, it can also be a toll on your self-esteem. Nélisse says that this is the reason she avoids reading comments and reviews on her projects. She tells Made In, "I also get sent reviews, but I never read them. Everyone has a different opinion and I prefer not to read negative comments."

Nélisse says to Made In that she doesn't feel the need to change her personality or persona in public or on social media. "Of course, I'm careful with what I publish on my social channels but I stay myself. Actually, I can't not be myself in life and it's funny since my job is to become someone else. But I think it would be so taxing to try and be someone else online and it would feel strange since I meet a lot of people who see the real Sophie."

Being an actress can be very difficult. It comes with a lot of rejection and negativity. However, Nélisse tells Made In, that a big part of her success is staying positive. "I have a positive energy and I'm an extrovert, which are traits that are important to succeed in my job."

Nélisse tells Made In that she is a very persistent person, and encourages others to have that same attitude. "If I had to give one piece of advice, I would say: don't give up. There are times that feel more difficult, but you should never throw the towel in and listen to those who say you should do something else. In my industry, it's about timing and chance circumstances. When I'm not selected for a part, it feels like a blow on the spot, but I believe everything happens for a reason."

Kourtney Kardashian posts bikini selfie from Cabo San Lucas

Kourtney Kardashian is currently vacationing in Cabo San Lucas with her love, Travis Barker, mom, Kris Jenner, and her boyfriend, Corey Gamble — and the reality star, 42, is steaming up the vacation spot with her fabulously fit bikini body. Over the last few days, Kourt has shared a bunch of photos of herself in various bikinis, showcasing her hard work in the gym.

Kourtney maintains a strict diet, eating organic only and keeping gluten and dairy to a minimum. She has also dabbled in keto and intermittent fasting, in which she would fast from 7 pm until 11am, after her morning workout. And, once a week she would do a 24-hour fast drinking just water and bone broth. Usually, her diet consists of whole foods like avocado, oatmeal, fish, fruits and veggies and other whole grains.

In her Instagram stories from Mexico, Kourtney revealed that she was eating cheese, grapes, wine, and bread. "What not to eat, metabolism edition," she wrote. Later, she shared an image of smores. In a blog post she revealed that her indulgences are inspired by travel. "I don't want to throw my body off by eating whatever I want when I travel and then be really strict other times," she explained. So, she eats pizza or ice cream "in moderation," but refuses to use the word cheat because it is negative, "which doesn't make sense for all the hard work and eating healthy I do most of the time."

Kourtney makes exercise one of her top priorities. "I think I take time for myself to work out every day, which I never did—especially having three young kids," she tells E! News. "I just never made it a priority, and now it just makes me feel so much better—mentally and physically."

Kourtney's workouts usually begin with a jump roping or running session followed by strength training. Sometimes she will use a stairmaster or Pilates reformer or floor exercises like leg kick-backs with a resistance band or kettlebell squats.

Kourtney revealed to E! News that her go-to workout buddy is her sister Khloe. "I know for my body, I need four to five days a week of working out. Khloe and I really push each other to do that," she said.

"Even though I like to relax on vacation, getting a workout in is still important to me," she told E! News about why she exercises during her vacations, adding that they also help her fight off jet lag and make it easier to get back to her routine once she gets home.

Kourtney is a big fan of supplements. "Every morning, when I wake up, I take collagen supplements on an empty stomach," she wrote in a blog post, adding that she follows it up with a glass of water mixed with one tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar. "Both of these habits have a ton of health benefits that affect everything from your skin to the way your body processes nutrients," she wrote. After a vegan probiotic shot she makes avocado pudding with the fruit and E3Live blue-green algae, bone broth protein powder and MCT oil. "It only takes a few minutes to make," she says, "and it provides healthy fats to give me energy before a workout."

Kyle Richards celebrates her 55th birthday in a bikini on vacation

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards turned 55 years old on Jan. 11, and she marked the occasion with a fun trip with friends to Punta Mita, Mexico.

Making memories, Richards shared some of the fun moments with fans in a cute video montage on Instagram. She revealed a bit of the beautiful resort she stayed at with friends, with moody lights everywhere, fantastic room decor and even a huge fire pit they all gathered around.

Richards also showed off the gorgeous sunsets along with plenty of bikini moments, including a trendy black and white triangle swimsuit that stole the show. In a couple of photos, Richards stunned in a bright pink dress and purse, with one of her friends matching the color scheme perfectly.

She wrote of the trip, "This is my new favorite Mexico getaway and I just wanted to share! Everything about my birthday trip to @susurrosauberge was perfection, from the villa to the food, and the staff. The vibe is so relaxing."

The reality TV star went on to heap praise on the service at the resort while giving a special callout to the spa, before proclaiming that "late nights up laughing with friends are just good for the soul. ♥️ ?."

While Richards' friend Morgan Wade was photographed in Mexico with the birthday girl and her other friends, via Page Six, Richards decided not to include her in the montage video.

Fans wished the 55-year-old a happy birthday and praised her positive attitude. One wrote to Richards, "You live your life unapologetic and free? full of happiness and attract the right people that vibrate to your soul."

"Peace looks amazing on you!" said another, as a third noted, "You look like you have no worries at all here. Leave your troubles behind ?."

Gracie Hunt is revealing her 2024 health goals – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the Kansas City Chiefs heiress shows off her incredible body in a bathing suit during a Cabo San Lucas, Mexico getaway. "New Year = better habits??? If you're like me and resolved to level up this year, swipe through the post for some simple things that have positively impacted my life and/or that I want to incorporate more of in 2024," she captioned the post. "Remember, progress takes time, so be patient with yourself. Celebrate even the smallest victories and keep pushing forward. Good luck with your healthy habits."

"Exercise consistently," Gracie suggests in her first tip. "Set a realistic exercise schedule starting with shorter workouts and gradually increasing duration and intensity over time," is one of her suggestions. Another? "Take the stairs," she writes. "Choose stairs over elevators or escalators whenever possible. It adds up to significant calorie burn and increases cardiovascular fitness."

Gracie also says to "Eat cleaner," in 2024. "Focus on whole foods like fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins. Limit processed foods and sugary snacks. She also suggests experimenting with cooking methods of vegetables to "make veggies more enjoyable."

Hydration is also key, according to Gracie. "Drink more water. Carry a water bottle and set goals to drink a certain amount each day. Track your progress," she writes. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

"Start yoga," suggests Gracie as another way to prioritize health in the new year. "Try beginner-friendly yoga videos or join a beginner's class. Focus on proper form and gradually increase difficulty." There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

Another important health aspect that Gracie touches upon. "Manage stress," she writes. "Practice deep breathing, meditation, or engaging in activities you enjoy. Prioritize self-care and don't let setbacks derail you," she says. A good way to do this is to "Disconnect and meditate," she writes. "Start each day away from electronics with 15 minutes of quiet time. It improves mood, reduces anxiety and fosters kindness." Gracie is spot-on about meditation. "When you meditate, you may clear away the information overload that builds up every day and contributes to your stress," says the Mayo Clinic. Benefits include:

Building skills to manage your stress

Increasing self-awareness

Focusing on the present

Tate McRae shows off her amazing body while vacationing in Mexico

Tate McRae is heating up Cabo – in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post the Greedy singer shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while vacationing in Mexico. "Just a tad burnt," she captioned the series of snaps. "The crush of all timeee," commented one of her followers. "Girl has been on fire so much she got burnt," added another.

Tate is such an advocate about hydration that she partnered with Essentia water. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Tate's main form of fitness is something she has been doing her whole life. "I love to dance. I've been dancing all my life," Tate told Refinery 29. "I started dancing around the age of 6. It began as a hobby that I was definitely not seriously interested in. I loved performing, but hated when I actually had to do what I was told," she added to Everly. "I only started getting serious when my mom took me to New York at age 8. I was extremely inspired and motivated! It gave me something to work toward and was the moment when I realized I wanted to dance for the rest of my life. From then on, I have been training nonstop and am always pushing myself to my greatest potential." She also slips in dance-inspired workout classes when she can. "Sometimes i reminisce on my ballet days," she captioned a recent Instagram post. Dancing is a great workout for many reasons.

Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

In early 2024, Tate revealed that she recently started taking care of her skin. "I am very new to skin care. I've basically just been using water my whole life," she told Vogue. She starts her routine with Augustinus Bader's serum, followed by rose-pink eye patches—"so I don't look dead," she said. Then she uses a jade roller. "I just do this to bring circulation back into my skin." Next up she slathers Augustinus Bader face cream on her face, explaining that her hometown of Calgary, Canada "is probably the driest place on earth," and"You have to make sure you're using a deep moisturizer."

Tate is an avid coffee drinker. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

In her latest post shared while on vacation, Tate goes jet skiing with her friends. According to Health Fitness Revolution, the average 150-pound rider will burn a surprising 238 calories during a half-hour ride. The sport is also great for cardiovascular endurance.

Kyle Richards is heating up Mexico with Faye Resnick – in her swimsuit. In some new social media posts the Halloween star shows off her incredible body in a bathing suit while vacationing at Auberge Resort Susurros del Corazón in Punta Mita, Mexico. She shared the images via her Instagram Stories.

At 54, Kyle is in the best shape of her life. In a recent interview with The Feast, per Bravo Kyle claimed she was working out every single day of the week but Sunday. While on vacation she even hit the resort's gym, running 5 miles on the treadmill.

Kyle is all about workout buddies. She recently shared a photo of herself and a group of pals, including Teddi Mellencamp, at a workout class. "The girls… we all have different goals, different dreams, but the one thing we have in common is that we want to see each other succeed. That's friendship but it's also accountability. Because there's always going to be a time where you want to give up, want to make excuses, want to quit. But accountability won't let you. Accountability also means posting this pic despite so many things. Kyle has a very active lifestyle. One of her favorite activities is biking. "Went mountain bike riding through one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen," she captioned this photo. She also takes SoulCycle classes and rides her Peloton. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

Living in Southern California makes it convenient for Kyle to hit the trails. "I love hiking, going on walks with my friends on steep hills, inclines. I just like to be outdoors mainly," she told E! News. "Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between," says the National Parks Service. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.

Richards recently revealed her diet secrets to one of her followers on Instagram. "NO alcohol, bread, pasta, sugar. I eat protein, fruit and vegetables," she wrote. "Now that I am the weight I want to be, I will have the occasional small amount of pasta etc once in a while. But no alcohol since July 15."

Adrienne Bailon is heating up Mexico in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post The Cheetah Girls singer shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while at a swim up bar with a pal. The star is currently vacationing in Los Cabos with family and friends.

Adrienne has learned a few things about life since becoming a mother. Adrienne is also a fan of Pilates. Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health. It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

When Adrienne was 15, she was diagnosed with the autoimmune condition Hashimoto's disease, which impacts the thyroid. "I deal with feeling super sluggish and not having energy while at the same time being absolutely starving and experiencing weight gain," she says. "I definitely think that having a healthy lifestyle for me has really been key to combating Hashimoto's."

Maintaining a plant-based diet helps with inflammation. ."But I've gotta be honest: there were times when I didn't have control of [my symptoms] and I felt exhausted and so hungry and lethargic all day long," she says. "There was definitely a time where I even was trying to eat better and I was trying to work out and I wouldn't see any changes because of the Hashimoto's, you know, my metabolism was super slowed down."

Basketball Star Mia Mastrov shows off her fit body

California Golden Bears basketball star Mia Mastrov is using her well-earned down time to get some rest and relaxation in Tulum, Mexico. Mastrov shared a picture of herself posing in a dark blue bikini in front of a pool, against a background of lush ferns. "Swipe for a kiss ?," she playfully captioned the post.

Mastrov became a social media influencer seemingly by accident. "I honestly was just doing it for fun," she says. "I remember in high school just putting some things on there, there wasn't any pattern as to what would go viral per se. My teammates who aren't necessarily wanting to build up their socials and start out I always tell them, I'm always on their heads like 'why aren't you posting more, why aren't you posting more,' like why not?"

Mastrov enjoys playing pickleball for a fun workout. "Since pickleball is a low-impact sport and easy on the body, it's a great way to get movement in and maintain healthy bones, joints and muscles," says Kaitlyn Jacobson, Physician Assistant at Renown Urgent Care – Ryland. "By playing pickleball, you'll reduce the rate of bone loss and help conserve bone tissue."

Mastrov is thoughtful about the brands she teams up with. "I try to stay true to myself in that sense, and pair and partner with brands that I think reflect my beliefs as a student-athlete, as a woman, as an entrepreneur," she says. "It's tough to figure out which brands I want to work with because it could be in other people's eyes, a great brand or great company, but because it doesn't match me and my brand, it's something that I might have to pass up."

Mastrov loves running outdoors on hiking trails. "I tell patients that I'd much rather you wear out your knees than wear out your heart and lungs, because your knees are much easier to replace than your vital organs," says Dr. Carlos Uquillas, an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in injury prevention at the Cedars-Sinai Kerlan-Jobe Institute. "If you really love running and you can't imagine not doing it, then it's obvious the benefit outweighs the risk."

Mastrov works hard to balance her work and student life. "There's times when I'm up super late just finishing a homework assignment or forgetting that I had content due that my agency's reminding me about," she says. "So I'm still figuring it out, and I think every student-athlete is going through it just trying to figure it out together, so we're kind of all in the same boat just navigating it since it's still so recent and new."

Scheana Shay shares photos vacationing in Mexico

Scheana Shay is best known for being a cast member on all ten seasons of Vanderpump Rules. She is also a singer, actress, and podcast host. Shay is currently vacationing in Mexico. She shared highlights on Instagram this week. In one photo uploaded to her stories, Shay enjoyed a drink while wearing a blue swimsuit.

In an interview with Life & Style, Shay shared her daily routine. She says that she is prioritizing her health a lot more these days, and that becoming a mom has given her this outlook. "Pre baby, I wasn't on a strict schedule," Shay says. "Now I'm on Summer's schedule, which has forced me to get into a healthier routine with my eating habits, workouts and overall health."

Shay makes sure to workout on a regular basis. "At least 3 times a week, I make sure to go down to the gym and get a full workout in," she said to Life & Style. Shay also does a variety of workouts. "Including weight training, EMS (electrical muscle stimulation) and cardio."

Shay does a lot of walking to get some cardio exercise. She tells Life & Style that taking her daughter on walks is a big part of her day. "Rather than always walking on a treadmill in the gym, I like to get my cardio in by taking Summer for walks around town." Better Health states, "Walking for 30 minutes a day or more on most days of the week is a great way to improve or maintain your overall health."

Shay notably lost a lot of weight, leaving many wondering what her secret was. She told Life & Style that she did a carb cycling diet, and explained it. "When we first started I was doing three days of no carbs and one day of healthy carbs-and that helped kick my body into shape." Shay says that when she wasn't eating carbs, she liked to eat, "Salmon with lots of grilled vegetables."

Shay tells Life & Style that she and her husband, Brock, like to cook healthy meals together. Shay also shared some of her favorite lunches. Melissa Barrera shows off her amazing body during a Cancun vacation

Melissa Barrera is keeping things hot south of the border in her bathing suit. In a social media post shared earlier this year, the Scream 6 star shows off her amazing body in a swimsuit during a Mexico vacation. "Sister trip 2023," she captioned the series of social media snaps taken at the Live Aqua Beach Resort in Cancun. "Hermosa," commented one of her followers. "U are amazing," added another.

"I think that you look the way you feel. So if you feel like you're able to move because you've made it a point to be active all your life, to keep your body healthy and strong, then you're going to stay strong and healthy, and that's going to make you look, feel, and act younger automatically," Melissa told Byrdie about her motivation to exercise.

"I think it's important to maintain a positive mindset. … Like the actress Rita Moreno—she is a goddess. She is way older than she looks," Melissa said. "Have you seen One Day at a Time? It's this fantastic sitcom on Netflix that she's on. She is just so youthful. She moves, and she dances, and she looks beautiful, but it's her energy—it's so much younger. She's maintained that. She hasn't let herself get jaded by the industry. She's just active and happy."

Melissa mixes up her workouts. "I have always been a fitness person and loved exercise ever since I was little. I played basketball all my life since I was four years old. I danced most of my life, too. And I love being active and trying new things. Extreme things. I love to rock climb. I love to water ski. If someone has a random idea, I'm always the first to be like; I'll do that even if it's jumping out of a plane or hot air ballooning. I like to get out of my routine. Like today, my routine is going to the gym and taking a boxing class or cardio core class or a Bang Ball class, which is a really cool class that I've been taking," she told Byrdie.

"I need to feel like there's a purpose to my workouts. I'm not the kind of person who can go to the gym and do a weights routine myself. I need to feel motivated by people around me, so I love taking classes and getting out of my comfort zone," Melissa added about exercise. "I love this one called Bang Ball: It sounds awful, but it's amazing. It's this class that this guy at my gym invented. It's basically with a weighted American football. Not a round ball. The one with that long shape—you can do so much with it, and it's comfortable to have in your hand. It doesn't fall. We do arms; we do abs. It's a class exclusive to the gym I go to in L.A.—it's called Built—but I think he's going to do a workout video and start selling it for people to do at home. It's cool. I really like it."

Melissa isn't afraid of fast food. "I will order McDonald's," she says. "Whenever I have a really, really hard day on set, I always just crave fast food," she told Women's Health . "You gotta indulge.

Melissa prioritizes rest. She loves spending a day in bed with dogs watching reality television. "That, to me, is resting and is gonna allow me to be able to get up the next day and work," she says. She also doesn't feel guilty sleeping in. "I don't get FOMO…I know what I need, and what I need is to rest and to sleep and I love sleeping. The only reason I leave my room sometimes is to walk my dogs."

Camille Hyde shows off her amazing body while enjoying a warm weather vacation

Camille Hyde is heating up the tropics. In a new social media post the All American: Homecoming star shows off her amazing body while enjoying a warm weather vacation in her bathing suit. "Don't even get me started on the rum punch," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. "THRIVINGGGG," one of her followers commented. "So beautiful," another wrote.

Camille maintains an animal product free diet. "As I got older, I realized I didn't want to eat animals anymore, so when I was probably in the ninth or 10th grade, I stopped eating meat, and I was vegetarian for the better part of my life," Hyde said in a 2020 YouTube video. She added: "And then in 2015 I decided that I didn't want to continue eating or using any animal products because we just don't need to, and there's so many ways and options for us to sustain ourselves."

Camille loves riding horses. On a recent trip to Mexico, she went on a ride in her bathing suit. "Didn't have my boots, still a cowgirl nonetheless," she captioned the post. According to the American Heart Association, riding horses is great for your health. Not only does it boost cardiovascular health, but builds core strength, burns calories, and lowers blood pressure. It is also great for your mental health as it helps relax you.

Camille indulges in self-care. "I mean…. I could do this everyday Honestly my self-care standards now include bubbly bubble baths, massages and reflexology," she captioned a post. How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Camille enjoys hiking. "Low maintenance," she captioned a now-deleted photo taken from a hike with her dog. "Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between," says the National Parks Service. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.

Camille bikes. "If you wanna go and take a ride wit me, 3-wheelin in the fo' with the golddeeez," she captioned a now-deleted post from one of her rides, quoting Nelly. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.
