Gabrielle Epstein is one talented woman

Australian model Gabrielle Epstein is an all-rounder: she has a degree in biomedical science (her goal is to one day become a doctor)—but she also models, and her social media followers approve. Epstein posted a photo of herself posing in the back of a truck wearing a green string bikini and white crop top, with the caption "Off road."

Epstein was a competitive swimmer until injury at 17 put paid to that dream, but still loves the water. "I started competitive swimming at a very young age and was state and national champion during my teen years and it was always my dream to compete at the Olympics," she says. "Unfortunately I tore my rotator cuff at 17 which put an end to that dream. After receiving an academic scholarship to study Biomedical Science straight out of high school I began modeling as a way to earn extra money (as I was currently working as a cashier supermarket at 17 and the only reason I started modeling is that I found out I could make much more money that way!)."

Epstein loves scuba diving, and says one of the best birthday gifts she ever received was a scuba diving trip to the Whitsunday Islands, Australia. Studies show scuba diving offers many mental as well as physical health benefits.

Epstein grew up on Australia's Gold Coast and is happiest at the beach. "I live close to the beach and love running along the broad walk or the sand early every morning," she says. "I always have an amazing group of friends who I love spending time with whenever I have the chance."

Epstein stays active as part of her overall lifestyle. "I've always been heavily involved in sports all through school and represented Queensland and Australia at a Junior level in swimming," she says. "These days I run, do Pilates and hit the gym regularly. I find preparing healthy snacks and eating a balanced (rather than restrictive) diet is easiest to maintain with a busy lifestyle."

Epstein has a very down-to-earth attitude to what counts in life. "My definition of happiness is living a meaningful life in both my work and personal life," she says. "Being proud of the work I do, being able to live comfortably, yet still have enough free-time to enjoy the wonders of the world with my family, friends and pets that I love most."

Laura Amy is off on a well-deserved vacation

The upload came from Queensland's Whitsunday Islands, as indicated by the geotag, and saw the 28-year-old model lounging on the floor of what appeared to be a pool cabin.

Laura wore a vibrant orange swimsuit complete with a chic sarong. Her holiday attire included a halterneck bikini top that was clearly too small for her generous curves. It featured tiny ruched cups made out of glossy satin and a plunging neckline that flattered her buxom figure. Despite being secured with spaghetti straps, the scanty piece caused her curves to spill out on all sides.

Although the sarong prevented viewers from taking a good look at her bikini bottoms, the item was just as revealing as the top. The only visible element was a thin side strap that stretched high on her waist and dipped extremely low in the front, hinting at a low-rise design with an incredible high cut.

Laura showed off the swimwear while sitting on her hip with her back perfectly straight and her waist elegantly arched. Her tight abs and chiseled midriff were in full view of the camera as she leaned on one hand for support. The sarong tied in the front with a coquettish knot, leaving her sculpted tummy on show.

Elyse Knowles works hard for her incredible figure

Model Elyse Knowles showed it off, stripping off into a bright blue swimsuit for a photoshoot in the idyllic Whitsunday Islands.

The 27 years old blonde bombshell took to Instagram to share some snaps of herself in her bathing suit, as she climbed into a small boat in the crystal blue water.

'When your job takes you to magical places,' she captioned the stunning snaps.

'Magical fish, stingrays and lemon sharks everywhere,' Elyse added.

Elyse sits down and smiles while looking off camera, showing off a deep golden tan.

Last year, Elyse told Marie Claire that she works out five days a week and enjoys personal training sessions and HIIT classes.

'I'm really loving working out with weights at the moment. My trainer works me hard and I can still feel the burn days later… which means it's paying off,' she told the publication.

She added that her day on a plate involves eggs, spinach and goats cheese for breakfast, salad for lunch and protein and vegetables for dinner, with healthy snacks in between.
