Golf influencer Karin Hart is making waves both on and off the course, where she's recently shared a video of herself hitting balls in stylish workout gear and her "MGGA" hat, captioned, "Making golf great again ??⛳️?." Known for her active lifestyle and dedication to health, Hart combines her passion for golf with a balanced approach to fitness and self-care. A cancer survivor, Hart has a resilient spirit that drives her to maintain a rigorous workout routine, including five sessions a week with Orangetheory, personal training, and running. She also enjoys tennis and long walks with her dog, showing that variety keeps her fitness engaging and enjoyable.
Hart was diagnosed with Papillary Thyroid Cancer when she was in college, on September 16, 2009. She underwent two surgeries, radioactive iodine treatment, and balanced her thyroid hormones post-thyroidectomy to beat cancer. During treatment, she played lacrosse for her Division I college, competing on her team all 4 seasons, she reveals on her website.
Karin works out 5 times a week. Her favorites are Orangetheory Fitness, training with her personal trainer, and using the Tone It Up app. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:
Develop strong bones
Manage your weight
Enhance your quality of life
Manage chronic conditions
Sharpen your thinking skills
She also enjoys going for runs and takes her dog on long walks in downtown St. Pete. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
Golf isn't the only country club sport Karin enjoys. She loves tennis. "How's my serve? ?? #tennis #gamesetmatch #tennisbabes," she captioned a post. According to ACE Fitness it blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.
Golf is Karin's go-to sport. A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.

Currently playing for the Santa Clarita Blue Heat, Sesselmann's fitness routine revolves around her passion for sports, particularly soccer and tennis. Recently, she shared a video by the pool on Instagram, quoting Marilyn Monroe: "Keep your head high, keep your chin up, and most importantly, keep smiling." Beyond the physical benefits of her athletic lifestyle, Sesselmann emphasizes mental wellness, taking time daily to count her blessings and stay grounded. She's also focused on self-care, sharing how small rituals and supplements have become essential in maintaining her health and happiness.
Soccer is the main way Sesselmann stays in shape. Better Health states that the sport has a lot of health benefits. "Soccer can be a great workout and lots of fun. The health benefits include that it: increases aerobic capacity and cardiovascular health, lowers body fat and improves muscle tone, builds strength, flexibility and endurance, increases muscle and bone strength, improves health due to shifts between walking, running and sprinting."
In her recent post's caption, Sesselmann revealed that she makes sure to count all the blessings in her life. "Taking time every day to appreciate the beautiful blessings I'm surrounded with. Things might not always turn out the way I want but learning to embrace what's not meant for me & realizing bigger & better things are right around the corner. Never lose faith that you are worthy of it all & in time it will all come together beautifully?☀️?"
Sesselmann also makes sure to take time for herself. She talked about this in the caption of her recent Instagram video. "Take a minute today to stop, take a breath & take it all in. Each day is a gift…you're alive, people love you & you bring so much light into this world..believe that!!! Have a blessed day everyone??"
Sesselmann is making her wellness a priority in her life. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post from last year. Sesselmann wrote, "This past year I made a New Years resolution to prioritize my own health and wellness. After learning about my concussions and depression I've been slowly working my way back to a routine and instilling habits that help me start my day the best I can on a positive note. Enter…my personalized multivitamin with Rootine which has been instrumental in making me feel better❤️"
Soccer isn't the only sport that Sesselmann likes to play. She also enjoys playing tennis. Sesselmann shared this video on Instagram of herself on the court. Tennis has a lot of health benefits. The Columbia Association states, "Whatever your age or level of athleticism, tennis is an excellent full-body workout that releases feel-good endorphins to help you relax and relieve tension. Its low-impact nature also means your joints and bones will thank you. Because tennis includes short bursts of activity, it offers the same conditioning benefits of interval training, which has an unparalleled positive effect on the heart and lungs, slashing your risk of heart disease by 56% (!). Just an hour of play burns between 400 to 600 calories."

Gale, 29, shares a video of herself wearing a gray one-piece workout outfit, going through a routine that includes yoga, journaling, stretching, and meditation. "Morning in Oslo ??♀️✨❤️," she captioned the post. "I love love love videos like this! It's cool to get to know you a little ✨", a fan commented.
Gale meditates every day and walks to destress. "I'm probably impossible to get hold of when I'm stressed," she told Body+Soul. "The only thing that works for me when I'm stressed and need to get things done is to take time first to do my meditation and go on a long 2 to 3-hour power walk and clear my head. After that, I can deal with stress related stuff."
Gale's mother influenced her health and wellness philosophy and approach. "Growing up she would only feed us homemade healthy meals and encouraged my brothers and I to exercise by being very active with us," she told ELLE. "Everything from teaching us yoga to signing us all up to join a soccer team and to play tennis. I think by simply feeling the benefits from that upbringing, I have taken on my philosophy from my mum."
Gale always dry-brushes before work, and uses coconut oil on her skin and hair. "Sometimes I put it in my hair and sleep with it in, it makes your hair super soft and nourishes the scalp," she told ELLE. "I also use coconut oil as my makeup remover because my skin is sensitive and I find coconut oil to be very gentle. It's such a versatile product, I really do use it for everything."
Gale is strict about getting enough sleep. "It's my number one priority along with nourishing my body with good foods and avoiding unhealthy or processed foods," she told ELLE. "Other than that, I am a firm believer in how spreading kindness and positivity affects your inner beauty which shines on the outside also. To be kind and positive is what makes me feel the most beautiful and when you feel beautiful that will shine through."
Gale wants people to embrace a more diverse idea of what healthy looks like. "There's A LOT of people out there who are going to give you health advice and tell you what to do and nobody agrees with each other," she told Body+Soul. "But there isn't one correct way of being healthy."

Recently, she gave fans a glimpse into her fitness routine by sharing a video of a hurdle drill on Instagram. From hitting the padel court to eating a balanced diet, Levchenko maintains her athletic edge. In an interview with Oh Lala Magazine, she emphasized the importance of healthy eating, hard training, and personal growth.
In an Instagram video, Levchenko is seen hitting the padel course. The sport has a lot of health benefits. LTA states, "It's a full-body workout that keeps you moving from beginning to end – helping to improve your endurance, cardiovascular health and prevent health risk factors in the future. It involves plenty of running, movement from side-to-side and quick changes of direction and will help you build your speed and strength. Like tennis, while improving your overall aerobic fitness so you can run for longer, padel also helps you build muscle with short and explosive movements to benefit your anaerobic fitness."
Levchenko makes sure to eat healthy. She talked about this in an interview with Oh Lala Magazine. "Sportsmen need to have a good diet and it is important to keep the balance. It is all about the different types of food that you have to eat – sometimes you even have to eat chocolates because we burn a lot of calories in our profession and we need to keep that balance too. Fitness isn't a professional sport; fitness is a special diet and training. I believe it is a hobby but, for professional sportsmen, it's your life. It isn't as difficult for me because I just need to know what calorie intake is normal for me so I can keep my portions balanced. I know my normal weight and I try to stay within the same range."
Levchenko talked about her desires to improve in her Oh Lala Magazine interview. "I want to continue my work and keep getting better. I want to train hard and achieve even more goals. My friends and family only support me, they help me stay humble and I feel like I haven't had any success. For our parents, I feel like we're always the best, irrespective of how high I jump, they're always telling me they're proud of me. Support is a big part of sports!"
Levchenko loves to go for hikes to stay in shape. She shared a set of photos of herself on a hike in the desert on Instagram. The Cleveland Clinic states that hiking has a lot of benefits, including helping people with their sleep. "If you struggle to get a good night's sleep, then a hike might be beneficial. Exposure to vitamin D can help control your wake-sleep cycle. And being outside and exercising will also raise your body's temperature, so when your internal temperature goes back down, it can lull you into sleep."
Levchenko shared a video on Instagram of herself doing squats with a barbell. Piedmont states that this exercise has a lot of benefits. "Whether you're hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do…Squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back."

"Been so excited for this," she captioned the Instagram stories, loving the Costa Mesa, California–based clothing company owned by Authentic Brands Group.
Alexis loves to dance. "Ballet has been so many things for me. It's been heaven and an escape. Hell and a prison. Through hours of pouring sweat and soul onto the dance floor, I have found a work ethic and a determination I wouldn't trade for the world. The ability to look resistance square in the eyes and keep going," she says. Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

Alexis prioritizes her mental health and self-care. "In the mornings, I journal," Alexis told Grazia. "I think journaling is one of the most important things to build into your morning routine. Journaling is an important tool because the days and years pass by so quickly, but journaling stays forever. Looking back, you get to see yourself grow in your writing. When I look back on my journals from even five years ago, it makes me proud to see how much I've grown and evolved."
Alexis makes sure to get plenty of sleep. "My bedtime varies, although lately, it's been around 11:30 pm," she told Grazia. "The time I wake up varies by the day, but if I have a few days off, I try to let myself sleep in (which means 9 am latest). I like to listen to my body and tune in to what it's telling me, even if that means waking up at 6 am daily, or 9 am from time to time. As of lately, I feel more creative towards the evening, so I have been staying up a little later to work on projects and brainstorm." What are the health benefits of sleep? According to the Sleep Foundation, getting enough z's is a mood booster, promotes heart health, regulates blood sugar, improves mental function, restores your immune system, helps relieve stress, and aids in weight loss.
"I love surfing," Alexis told Grazia. "Lots and lots of practice," she captioned a recent post. In a new social media post the Riverdale star flaunts her flat abs in an exercise set during an intense session at the gym. "My MOTU training journey begins ? @risemovement," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps and videos.
Camila maintains that "creating a routine in the morning" is key for her mental health. "My current routine is very soothing in the morning, and it gets me excited to start my day. Once I've done that routine, I feel like I can do anything. Usually, I wake up, I make my coffee, I write in my five-minute journal," she tells SELF.
Camila also gets her zen on. "I've been trying to meditate whenever I feel like I need it," she told SELF. Whenever I feel like my heart rate's kind of high, and I'm a little anxious and on edge and unable to focus, I try to set out 10 minutes to meditate in that moment and reset and ground myself again. I use an app, Balance. I think that's really what it is—just learning the tools that you need and moments when you need them.
"My relationship with food was very weird for a while—I had an eating disorder," she told Health. "I got through it by seeing [my] therapist and working with a nutritionist who was very adamant about me overcoming my fear of carbs. I used to not eat carbs—but that would just lead me to binge on them after avoiding them for a while. I tried all the diets—I was always on a diet. But I eventually learned they weren't helping me at all."
Camila nourishes her body with food. "As soon as I started listening to my body and eating what my body needed—which sometimes is eating the things I used to think were bad, like sugar and bread—I noticed a big change," she dished to Health. "The crazy lesson was that your body tells you what it wants and needs; you just have to learn how to listen to it. It takes a while to learn that—it's hard. And what one woman needs isn't going to be the same as what another woman needs. We're all different."
"I strive to be super consistent — as consistent as I can be. Whenever I have a day off, I will make a point to work out in the morning," she added to Shape. Even when she can't get a full workout in, she makes sure to stay active, "I definitely move my body every day," she added Health. "I go through phases when it comes to what I like to do—I've taken lots of different classes and all that," she said. She also works with a trainer and during their workouts "does a lot of circuit training, she added to Shape. She also plays tennis.

Posing in a sunny courtyard, Liz is seen beaming into the camera and showed off her toned abs. She penned alongside her post: "Fun in the sun," with three heart emojis.
Many of her 3 million followers flooded the comments section with compliments. One person replied: "Damn what a Body that just never ages Elizabeth."
A second person commented: "Beautiful and lovely images, you have the most beautiful smile!", as a third typed: "I read the explanation of a timeless beauty and it said Elizabeth Hurley."
Despite showing off her incredible body, Liz recently confessed that she covers up in public because today's high-definition cameras are so "unflattering."
Liz admitted: "I only show very small bits of me now. Because, you know, it is obviously when you're older, your skin isn't so good on your body. And I do find myself covering up quite a lot when I'm in public because unfortunately, you know, cameras now are high def and they're really unflattering."
She added: "And in real life, you know, people tended to cover up. If you look at the red carpet now, people are covered. They cover their arms, they cover their legs. Paris understands the importance of resting. "Sleep is so important," the heiress explained to Well+Good. "I notice such a huge difference from when I used to have nightmares and not get sleep, because it would affect my entire day and I would be exhausted and not in a good mood. When I do get [good] sleep, I feel awake and energized and happy and in a way better mood." She elaborated to the Wall Street Journal that she used to suffer from "very bad insomnia" but that after "healing" her nightmares ended. "For sleep, I probably need eight to 10 hours to feel really great the next day. My hours have changed so much; I used to be up so late at night and traveling 250 days out of the year and deejaying very late-night sets, so I used to wake up a lot later," she said.
Paris recommends eating a big breakfast. "I get up around 7 a.m., it's the first day of the week, so I like to be on top of everything since I have so much to do. The first thing I do when I wake up is play with my puppies…. Then I'll go down to the kitchen and make breakfast for my puppies and myself," she told the Wall Street Journal. "I love cooking breakfast. It's one of my favorite meals. One of my favorite things to cook is banana French toast, so that with fresh-squeezed orange juice and Rice Krispies or Lucky Charms. It's my favorite breakfast."
Paris is a fan of taking supplements to get all the nutrients she needs. "I like taking vitamin A, E and B, and biotin," she told the Wall Street Journal.
If you aren't a fan of gyms, head outdoors, Paris recommends. "I've never been a gym person," she told the Wall Street Journal. "My workout used to be just dancing, from being a deejay and having to go out at night and go to music festivals and things like that. But obviously with the world being shut down, it's different. So I like to do things that are fun, just being outdoors; I take my dogs for walks. I love going on hikes, playing tennis, going swimming, surfing, horseback riding, really just getting outside. Or shopping. That's my favorite workout."
Self-care is key, says Paris. "I don't really have a lot of downtime, but [when I do], I wanna spend all of it with my family. Taking Phoenix to the park and just hanging out with him at the house, the puppies and my husband. I love sitting with them and playing games and reading books. My sister always says you don't want to miss those moments. All my free time, I'm doing that. And then also my music and my art. I love to paint and cook and just be with my husband and my baby boy," she told Us.

Lorenze loves to play tennis. She shared this reel on Instagram of herself and her boyfriend going to the court. Lorenze captioned the post, "D8 night." In the first photo in this carousel post, she is seen with a racket. Lee Health states that tennis has a lot of health benefits. "Tennis utilizes upper, core, and lower body muscles – but it's also one of the best cardiovascular and aerobic exercises you can do. Playing a few sets increases oxygen flow, circulation, and helps you fight back heart disease. That kind of physical workout also decreases lipids, which helps lower cholesterol."
Lorenze spends a lot of time by the water, as you can see from her recent post. She celebrated her birthday at the beach. In this set of photos and videos she posted on Instagram from the day, she is seen in the water. The Cleveland Clinic reports that swimming has a lot of benefits. "Like other forms of cardio, swimming can help you burn calories and lose weight. According to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), a 154-pound person who swims slow freestyle laps for 30 minutes burns 255 calories. But that amount varies depending on your weight, speed and stroke. Swim England reports that butterfly stroke burns the most calories, but because it can be so hard to learn and to maintain — especially for beginners — it's not recommended as a weight loss go-to. Freestyle is the better option, and only after you've learned how to do it the right way."
Lorenze loves to ski to stay in shape. She shared this reel on Instagram of herself on the slopes, captioning it, "First run in a year." The University of Rochester reports that skiing is a great workout. "Skiing and snowboarding are thrilling activities and great workouts. Both sports are excellent cardiovascular exercises that strengthen the heart. They are also weight-bearing exercises. So hey strengthen your bones as they tone your muscles. Cardiovascular or aerobic exercises also work to reduce your risk for ongoing (chronic) diseases. They lower your blood pressure. And they help you maintain a healthy body weight. Through regular aerobic exercise like skiing and snowboarding, you lower your risk of developing conditions like diabetes and heart disease, having a stroke, and perhaps even getting cancer."
Lorenze shared some of her favorite exercises in this YouTube video. One thing she likes to do is squats. "To start, I just do bodyweight squats," she says. "These are one of my favorites, just because you can do them anywhere. Bodyweight squats do make a difference." Piedmont reports that squats have a lot of benefits. "Squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscles groups. When you perform a squat, you're working your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back."
In her YouTube video, Lorenze is seen doing core workouts. The Mayo Clinic reports that having a strongcore is important. "Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes. Strong core muscles help athletes, such as runners. That's because weak core muscles can lead to more fatigue, less endurance and injuries. Weak core muscles can leave you more prone to poor posture, lower back pain and muscle injuries. Strengthening your core muscles may help back pain get better and lower the risk of falls."

"Splashing the day away," she captioned the Instagram post. "So beautiful ???" commented her mom, Kim Zolciak. "Hottieeeee ?" added another follower.
Brielle does intermittent fasting. "I only eat between 3-8 every day!" the star in a 2020 Q&A session on Instagram. She eats her breakfast/lunch around and dinner later in the day. Intermittent fasting works by "prolonging the period when your body has burned through the calories consumed during your last meal and begins burning fat," explains Johns Hopkins Medicine.
When it's time to break her fast, she heads to the drive-thru for some fast food. "I go to [Chick-fil-A] EVERY DAY (except Sunday) around 3 for my breakfast/lunch," she revealed."Every day I have to have a cheeseburger or chicken tenders at some point throughout my day, and if I don't have a little something sweet—whether it's a peanut butter cup, a small brownie or anything chocolate—after dinner, I don't feel like I ate," she added People in 2017.
Brielle follows the "everything in moderation" approach to diet. Unlike her mom, Kim Zolciak-Biermann, she's "not a fan" of salads. "I love to eat, and I eat anything and everything I want, just in moderation."
Brielle keeps her body toned by working out with a trainer and cycling. "I love spin class," she told People. "I'm addicted to it." The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.
Brielle also surfs. "Swerve, surfing all in this good, good," she captioned a post. According to the Australian government's Better Health, surfing provides many health benefits including cardiovascular fitness from paddling, shoulder and back strength, which also strengthens from the paddling, and leg and core strength. "Once you're standing up on the board, strong legs and a strong core will keep you up," they say.
You can also find Brielle on the tennis court. ACE Fitness explains that tennis is a mixture of cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.
When on vacation, Brielle enjoys standup paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and also a great form of cardio. The water sport can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140 pound male and 436 for a female the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

"Girls trip," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps taken while on the trip. Her followers went wild. "Sexybomb," captioned one, while many others added fire emojis.
Iliana is a big fan of racquet sports. "Tennis mode ON!" she captioned a post. "Get inspired and try a new activity to find what suits you!" ACE Fitness explains that tennis blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.
Iliana also enjoys swimming, a great form of aerobic physical activity, according to the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.
Iliana takes a lot of baths, which have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.
While on vacation in sunny spots, you can find Iliana standup paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and also a great form of cardio. Refaeli, 38, posted pictures of herself posing next to a tennis net, wearing leggings and an oversized sweatshirt as she performed stretches on the court. "I am a tennis player now ? almost," she captioned the post. Refaeli has modeled since she was a teenager and shows no sign of slowing down—here's what her diet and workouts look like.
Refaeli believes working out encourages a healthy diet and vice versa. "I work out a lot," she told Cosmopolitan. "I like to look good and feel good. I do Pilates and TRX four times a week for an hour each time. I'm not very careful with my diet but when you work out a lot you want to keep healthy. Eating healthily makes you want to work out more because your body is more alive. If I'm craving something I'll have it, but I don't really crave bad things."
Refaeli frequently posts videos of her workouts, which are strongly focused on strength training with weights and resistance bands. "The benefits of using resistance bands for strength training are endless," Aaptiv trainer and owner of Trainers in Transit Jennifer Giamo tells Aaptiv.com. "You can perform exercises for every major muscle group, challenge your existing routine ([for example], add them to push-ups for increased difficulty). You can also increase your range of motion, flexibility and muscular endurance."
Refaeli has learned what works for her when it comes to beauty. "I now know my face – what looks good and what doesn't look good," she told Cosmopolitan. "I let makeup artists do their job because they know best but I know my face more than they do, so if they're good they usually ask me what I like, but it's also learning what works for you or doesn't. Makeup artists have taught me to use a tinted cream blush (I like NARS, Shiseido and Chanel) on the cheekbones, eyelids and lips, applied using fingers. It looks like a touch of light."
Refaeli goes into character when she's working. "I feel like my job is my alter ego; it's a different me and I love it," she told Hello!. "I'm a Gemini! Behind the camera, I'm totally different. I don't wear make-up, I don't wear heels and I'm very basic. But I love the fact I have this job and it gives me the opportunity to dress up."
Refaeli learned to pose by studying other models in magazines. "It's a matter of experience," she told Cosmopolitan. "I've done a lot of learning. I used to buy a lot of fashion magazines and see all the poses of the girls. I'd buy Sports Illustrated and see the specific poses and how girls look better and the best angles – it's like reading up on material for a test and learning what's good."
