Zendaya The Superstar Who Does It All and How She Stays in Bikini Shape

Zendaya is a powerhouse in the entertainment industry. From her early days as a Disney star to becoming a Hollywood A-lister, fashion icon, and fitness inspiration, she has conquered television, film, music, and even the world of high fashion. But beyond her impressive résumé, fans often wonder—how does she stay in such incredible shape?

A Career That Keeps Rising

At just 27 years old, Zendaya has already accomplished more than most do in a lifetime. She first gained fame starring in Disney Channel’s Shake It Up before transitioning into a more mature acting career. Her breakout role in Euphoria as Rue Bennett earned her two Emmy Awards, making her the youngest actress to ever win Best Lead Actress in a Drama Series.

Her big-screen success skyrocketed when she joined the Marvel Cinematic Universe as MJ in Spider-Man, starring alongside her now-fiancé Tom Holland. The couple, a fan-favorite duo, is expected to return for another Spider-Man installment soon.

But Zendaya isn’t just an actress—she’s a fashion and beauty icon, often making headlines for her stunning red carpet looks and daring fashion choices. Her work with luxury brands like Louis Vuitton and Valentino has made her a fixture in the fashion world.

And as if that weren’t enough, she’s also stepping into new territory—sports films. Her upcoming role in Challengers, where she plays a tennis player, has required her to train like an athlete, further showcasing her dedication to fitness.

How Zendaya Stays Bikini-Ready

Zendaya has always been naturally slim, but she works hard to maintain her toned and athleticphysique. She doesn’t follow a rigid workout routine like many Hollywood stars but instead focuses on staying active in ways that she enjoys.

1. Dancing is Her Secret Weapon

Zendaya has been dancing since childhood and even competed on Dancing with the Stars in 2013. She credits dance as one of the best ways to stay in shape while having fun. From hip-hop to ballet-inspired workouts, movement plays a huge role in keeping her body bikini-ready.

2. Strength Training and Bodyweight Exercise's

While she isn’t a fan of the gym, Zendaya does strength and resistance training when needed for her roles. In preparation for Challengers, she worked with professional trainers to build endurance and muscle definition through a mix of bodyweight exercises, tennis drills, and functional strength training.

3. Plant-Based Diet for Energy

Zendaya has followed a mostly vegetarian diet for years. She loves plant-based foods but admits she isn’t the best cook. She focuses on simple, whole foods that give her energy, such as fresh vegetables, grains, and smoothies. She also enjoys pasta and indulgences like ice cream but believes in balance rather than restriction.

4. Staying Active Every Day

Instead of following an intense workout schedule, Zendaya prefers to stay active throughout her daily routine. Whether she’s walking her dog, rehearsing for a role, or playing sports on set, she keeps moving, which helps her stay lean without over-exercising.

Confidence is Key

One of the most striking things about Zendaya is her confidence. Whether she’s on the red carpet, acting in a major film, or rocking a bikini on vacation, she always carries herself with grace and self-assurance.

She has often spoken about embracing body positivity and wants to inspire young women to feel good about themselves. Her message? Health and beauty come in all shapes and sizes, and self-love is the most important part of feeling good in your skin.

What’s Next for Zendaya?

With upcoming films, brand collaborations, and potential wedding plans with Tom Holland, Zendaya shows no signs of slowing down. Whether she’s dazzling in high fashion, training for a physically demanding role, or inspiring millions with her style and confidence, one thing is clear—she’s a true icon.

As fans eagerly wait to see what she does next, one thing remains certain—Zendaya is a force to be reckoned with, both on-screen and off.

Stefanie Williams dazzles on the beach

Stefanie Williams is an influencer and fitness expert. She is the founder of Sefi Fit and the We Glow app. Williams is known for her Pilates workouts. She recently shared a carousel post on Instagram. In it, she is seen enjoying a night out, watching a tennis game, going to the beach, and cloud watching. Williams is seen wearing workout clothes in the post, showing off her figure.

Pilates is the main thing that Williams does to keep herself in shape. The Cleveland Clinic states that it has a lot of benefits. “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength…Having a strong, aligned core makes it easier to have good posture — a seemingly small change that can positively impact many areas of your life.”

Williams is all about practicing gratitude in life. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram video. “Just so grateful for life rn ✨As we are coming to the end of the year I’m looking back with gratitude & forward was so much focus. What’s something your working on to finish the year feeling proud ✨”

In the previous Instagram video, Williams shared highlights of a ski trip she took with her friends. According to The University of Rochester, skiing is very beneficial. “Skiing and snowboarding are thrilling activities and great workouts. Both sports are excellent cardiovascular exercises that strengthen the heart. They are also weight-bearing exercises. So hey strengthen your bones as they tone your muscles.”

Williams does a lot of core workouts to stay in shape. She shared some of her favorites in this Instagram video. Williams captioned it, “Workout below >>> when I’m teaching in the app I go though how to perform the exercises & we go of counts, but if you wanted to try this out then do around 30 seconds each exercise with minimal rest & you’ll have a total core workout that you will want to do on repeat ? ?Lying crunch ?knee to elbow lifts both sides ?single leg knee drive ?single leg knee to elbow lift ? bicycle ?lying single leg raises ?leg raises with lift ?plank oblique twist ?arm extended side lifts - into pulses.”

Williams also does a lot of strength training to keep herself in shape. She explained why in this Instagram post’s caption. “I feel like is getting over looked recently, which is wild when is key to your health, especially as we get older, longevity is a buzz word right now & if you want to set yourself up to live a long, active & healthy life you need to be lifting weights. Doesn’t mean lift super heavy or train like a body builder (also not for me) but it will build & help maintain muscle mass, boost bone density as well as improve joints health, & not to mention leave you feeling powerful & looking juicy ???”

Golfer Nelly Korda waves as a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model

Nelly Korda, a professional golfer with an illustrious career, has won 14 WPGA Tour titles and a gold medal at the 2020 Olympics. Known for her skill and determination on the course, Korda also made waves as a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model. A few weeks ago, she shared highlights of her November on Instagram, featuring moments with friends, her dog, and coffee breaks.

Ahead of the Le Golf National, Korda talked about why she took a break in a press conference. “My parents have always said, it’s very important to put your head down, grind, go to the gym but it’s also important to recharge your battery because sometimes with all the obligations that you maybe have off the golf course, and then all the emotions that you feel on the golf course that you go through, all the adrenaline, it tears at you a little bit. So it’s good to kind of step away and to recharge your batteries and to come back a little bit more fresh.”

Korda shared a video on Instagram of herself doing different exercises. One thing she is seen doing is lunges. The Mayo Clinic states that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

Korda is also seen doing squats with a barbell and resistance band in the previous Instagram video. Squats have a lot of benefits. Allina Health says, “The squat is one of the all-around best exercises to do for your lower body. It strengthens and tones muscles in your thighs, butt and calves and improves posture, balance, flexibility and inner core strength. Squatting also improves bone mineral density to keep your bones strong. Include squats in your exercise routine two to three days a week to reap the benefits from this dynamite move. Rest at least one day to allow muscle recovery.”

Korda is also seen doing hip thrusts with a weight in the previous Instagram video. Gymless states that the exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Hip thrusts are more than a fitness trend; they’re a critical element of a well-rounded fitness regimen. With consistent practice and attention to form, you can tap into the significant benefits of this exercise for improved athletic performance, posture, and injury prevention.”

Korda likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. In the previous Instagram video, she is seen using weights. Korda is seen using weighted machines in an Instagram video. According to The Mayo Clinic, strength training is very beneficial. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories.”

Katya Elise Henry flaunts her flawless figure

Katya Elise Henry, a fitness model and influencer, is dedicated to maintaining her strength and health. She recently shared a gym video on Instagram, captioned, "Everyday hustle," showcasing exercises like deadlifts and lunges with weights. From lifting heavy to enjoying outdoor activities like swimming, Henry demonstrates how consistency and variety can keep workouts effective and enjoyable.

In her Instagram video, Henry is seen using heavy weights to workout. This has a lot of benefits. ACE Fitness states, "Using heavy weights increases intramuscular coordination, the number of type II motor units and the amount of muscle fibers engaged within a specific muscle. Have you ever felt your muscles shaking while lifting heavy weights? This is because you are recruiting and activating the larger type II muscle fibers, which are only stimulated to work when a muscle is challenged with heavy resistance or working to fatigue."

Henry is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram video. The exercise has a lot of benefits. According to ACE Fitness, "When done correctly, the RDL is an effective exercise that helps strengthen both the core and the lower body with one move. Unlike the traditional barbell deadlift and other quad-dominant exercises such as leg presses, which place significant loads on the anterior portion of the knees, the RDL focuses most of the physical work on the muscles responsible for extending the hip and the knee from the posterior."

Henry is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The lunge has a lot of health benefits. The Mayo Clinic reports, "The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer."

It strengthens and tones muscles in your thighs, butt and calves and improves posture, balance, flexibility and inner core strength. Squatting also improves bone mineral density to keep your bones strong."

Henry spends a lot of time at the beach. She shares a lot of posts of herself there on Instagram. Naturally, Henry likes to swim to keep herself in shape. She included some photos of herself in the water in this carousel post. Better Health states that swimming has a lot of benefits. "Swimming is a great workout because you need to move your whole body against the resistance of the water. Swimming is a good all-round activity because it: keeps your heart rate up but takes some of the impact stress off your body, builds endurance, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness."

Tennis Star Donna Vekić amazes with her flawless figure

Tennis is the main thing that keeps Donna Vekić in shape. According to Lee Health, the sport has a lot of health benefits. "Paul Zavala, an occupational therapist at Lee Health, says tennis contributes to fitness, strength, agility, flexibility, reflexes, and overall health. Tennis helps you learn better footwork and balance since mobility is a key to properly hitting the ball.

Tennis utilizes upper, core, and lower body muscles – but it's also one of the best cardiovascular and aerobic exercises you can do. Playing a few sets increases oxygen flow, circulation, and helps you fight back heart disease. That kind of physical workout also decreases lipids, which helps lower cholesterol."

Since she's a professional athlete, Vekić has to eat a healthy diet. She talked about her approach to eating in an interview with Tennis.com. Vekić says that balance is a big factor in her diet. "Nutrition is very important—up to 70 percent of helping you play your best—but we can also get away with taking a few liberties here and there. It all comes down to timing, and when you're eating right."

Vekić revealed in her Tennis.com interview that she decided to work with a nutritionist to help her plan meals and eat better. "I started working with a nutritionist in the last off-season, so I had a set meal plan, but it's a bit trickier to follow it when I'm on the road. I have to eat a lot in restaurants, which can make it harder to plan ahead, as opposed to when I'm able to cook at home."

When Vekić is on the court, she has to stay fueled. She revealed her pre, during, and post game foods in her Tennis.com interview. "I try to eat about two hours before a match, but if the match before mine goes longer than planned, I will have a small snack, like an energy bar or a banana. Afterward, I try not to eat carbs for dinner, and I try to eat my dinner early because I think it helps me sleep better."

Vekić had a great competitive year, and she's extremely proud of it. She revealed that she nearly quit tennis after knee surgery in an interview with AP News, which is why she's so proud of herself. "Those couple of years were very tough. I didn't think I was ever going to come back to the level that I even had last year. So this now, reaching my best result ever at a Slam, I'm really proud of myself, of the work that I've done, of the work that my team has done. I'm very thankful to them for believing in me when I didn't."

Cinthya Carmona shows off her beautiful body

Cinthya Carmona is giving her followers a glimpse into her trip home. In a new social media post the actress shows off her beautiful body in a two-piece workout set (and swimsuit) while enjoying a visit with family and friends. "A summer well spent in my beautiful #Colombia #Barranquilla ❤️ ?? ?," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps.

"I have a full life outside of acting, and that is so important. I'm not always on set and as actors that can make us a little stir crazy. I love to stay active and work out, really obsessed with pilates," she told Session Mag.According to research, Pilates exercises are designed to increase muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility, and to improve posture and balance. Experts maintain that it is a great workout for leaning out.

She is also obsessed with "tennis at the moment," she added. "Not only is it great for my physical but also my mental health. I never stop moving," she said. According to ACE Fitness it blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

"One of my favorite hobbies is cooking," she says. "I see it as an incredibly creative activity, buying the ingredients and planning, the preparation and sitting down to eat a meal and feed the people I care about. I treat it with the same care I use when preparing for a role! It's so meditative and sacred for me."

"I always share the products I'm obsessed with on TikTok! I'm a skincare queen so I cannot live without a Vitamin C Serum, Hyaluronic Acid, Mandelic Acid, a solid moisturizer, an eye cream and a tinted sunscreen! Heavy on the sunscreen! At night, I'll use retinol a few days a week. A double cleanse is a must! I could talk about this for days!" she told Session.

Cinthya is a yogi. In her recent series of snaps, she sits on a yoga mat on the beach. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

Golf Influencer Karin Hart shows off stunning body

Golf influencer Karin Hart is making waves both on and off the course, where she's recently shared a video of herself hitting balls in stylish workout gear and her "MGGA" hat, captioned, "Making golf great again ??⛳️?." Known for her active lifestyle and dedication to health, Hart combines her passion for golf with a balanced approach to fitness and self-care. A cancer survivor, Hart has a resilient spirit that drives her to maintain a rigorous workout routine, including five sessions a week with Orangetheory, personal training, and running. She also enjoys tennis and long walks with her dog, showing that variety keeps her fitness engaging and enjoyable.

Hart was diagnosed with Papillary Thyroid Cancer when she was in college, on September 16, 2009. She underwent two surgeries, radioactive iodine treatment, and balanced her thyroid hormones post-thyroidectomy to beat cancer. During treatment, she played lacrosse for her Division I college, competing on her team all 4 seasons, she reveals on her website.

Karin works out 5 times a week. Her favorites are Orangetheory Fitness, training with her personal trainer, and using the Tone It Up app. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

Develop strong bones

Manage your weight

Enhance your quality of life

Manage chronic conditions

Sharpen your thinking skills

She also enjoys going for runs and takes her dog on long walks in downtown St. Pete. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Golf isn't the only country club sport Karin enjoys. She loves tennis. "How's my serve? ?? #tennis #gamesetmatch #tennisbabes," she captioned a post.

Golf is Karin's go-to sport. A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.

Hottest soccer Lauren Sesselmann flaunts her amazing body

Lauren Sesselmann, an accomplished soccer player and Olympic bronze medalist, continues to inspire with her positive outlook and dedication to wellness. Currently playing for the Santa Clarita Blue Heat, Sesselmann's fitness routine revolves around her passion for sports, particularly soccer and tennis. Recently, she shared a video by the pool on Instagram, quoting Marilyn Monroe: "Keep your head high, keep your chin up, and most importantly, keep smiling." Beyond the physical benefits of her athletic lifestyle, Sesselmann emphasizes mental wellness, taking time daily to count her blessings and stay grounded. She's also focused on self-care, sharing how small rituals and supplements have become essential in maintaining her health and happiness.

Soccer is the main way Sesselmann stays in shape. Better Health states that the sport has a lot of health benefits. "Soccer can be a great workout and lots of fun. The health benefits include that it: increases aerobic capacity and cardiovascular health, lowers body fat and improves muscle tone, builds strength, flexibility and endurance, increases muscle and bone strength, improves health due to shifts between walking, running and sprinting."

In her recent post's caption, Sesselmann revealed that she makes sure to count all the blessings in her life. "Taking time every day to appreciate the beautiful blessings I'm surrounded with. Things might not always turn out the way I want but learning to embrace what's not meant for me & realizing bigger & better things are right around the corner. Never lose faith that you are worthy of it all & in time it will all come together beautifully?☀️?"

Sesselmann also makes sure to take time for herself. She talked about this in the caption of her recent Instagram video. "Take a minute today to stop, take a breath & take it all in. Each day is a gift…you're alive, people love you & you bring so much light into this world..believe that!!! Have a blessed day everyone??"

Sesselmann is making her wellness a priority in her life. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post from last year. Sesselmann wrote, "This past year I made a New Years resolution to prioritize my own health and wellness. After learning about my concussions and depression I've been slowly working my way back to a routine and instilling habits that help me start my day the best I can on a positive note. Enter…my personalized multivitamin with Rootine which has been instrumental in making me feel better❤️"

Soccer isn't the only sport that Sesselmann likes to play. She also enjoys playing tennis. Sesselmann shared this video on Instagram of herself on the court. Tennis has a lot of health benefits. The Columbia Association states, "Whatever your age or level of athleticism, tennis is an excellent full-body workout that releases feel-good endorphins to help you relax and relieve tension. Model Kelly Gale shares her morning routine

Model Kelly Gale is showing fans what a typical morning looks like for the Victoria's Secret star. Gale, 29, shares a video of herself wearing a gray one-piece workout outfit, going through a routine that includes yoga, journaling, stretching, and meditation. "Morning in Oslo ??‍♀️✨❤️," she captioned the post. "I love love love videos like this! It's cool to get to know you a little ✨", a fan commented.

Gale meditates every day and walks to destress. "I'm probably impossible to get hold of when I'm stressed," she told Body+Soul. "The only thing that works for me when I'm stressed and need to get things done is to take time first to do my meditation and go on a long 2 to 3-hour power walk and clear my head. After that, I can deal with stress related stuff."

Gale's mother influenced her health and wellness philosophy and approach. "Growing up she would only feed us homemade healthy meals and encouraged my brothers and I to exercise by being very active with us," she told ELLE. "Everything from teaching us yoga to signing us all up to join a soccer team and to play tennis. I think by simply feeling the benefits from that upbringing, I have taken on my philosophy from my mum."

Gale always dry-brushes before work, and uses coconut oil on her skin and hair. "Sometimes I put it in my hair and sleep with it in, it makes your hair super soft and nourishes the scalp," she told ELLE. "I also use coconut oil as my makeup remover because my skin is sensitive and I find coconut oil to be very gentle. It's such a versatile product, I really do use it for everything."

Gale is strict about getting enough sleep. "It's my number one priority along with nourishing my body with good foods and avoiding unhealthy or processed foods," she told ELLE. "Other than that, I am a firm believer in how spreading kindness and positivity affects your inner beauty which shines on the outside also. To be kind and positive is what makes me feel the most beautiful and when you feel beautiful that will shine through."

Gale wants people to embrace a more diverse idea of what healthy looks like. "There's A LOT of people out there who are going to give you health advice and tell you what to do and nobody agrees with each other," she told Body+Soul. "But there isn't one correct way of being healthy."

Yuliia Levchenko, a Ukrainian high jump star, has been a force in track and field since her teenage years, with notable wins like her gold at the 2014 Youth Olympic Games. Recently, she gave fans a glimpse into her fitness routine by sharing a video of a hurdle drill on Instagram. From hitting the padel court to eating a balanced diet, Levchenko maintains her athletic edge. In an interview with Oh Lala Magazine, she emphasized the importance of healthy eating, hard training, and personal growth.

In an Instagram video, Levchenko is seen hitting the padel course. The sport has a lot of health benefits. LTA states, "It's a full-body workout that keeps you moving from beginning to end – helping to improve your endurance, cardiovascular health and prevent health risk factors in the future. It involves plenty of running, movement from side-to-side and quick changes of direction and will help you build your speed and strength. Like tennis, while improving your overall aerobic fitness so you can run for longer, padel also helps you build muscle with short and explosive movements to benefit your anaerobic fitness."

Levchenko makes sure to eat healthy. She talked about this in an interview with Oh Lala Magazine. "Sportsmen need to have a good diet and it is important to keep the balance. It is all about the different types of food that you have to eat – sometimes you even have to eat chocolates because we burn a lot of calories in our profession and we need to keep that balance too. Fitness isn't a professional sport; fitness is a special diet and training. I believe it is a hobby but, for professional sportsmen, it's your life. It isn't as difficult for me because I just need to know what calorie intake is normal for me so I can keep my portions balanced. I know my normal weight and I try to stay within the same range."

Levchenko talked about her desires to improve in her Oh Lala Magazine interview. "I want to continue my work and keep getting better. I want to train hard and achieve even more goals. My friends and family only support me, they help me stay humble and I feel like I haven't had any success. For our parents, I feel like we're always the best, irrespective of how high I jump, they're always telling me they're proud of me. Support is a big part of sports!"

Levchenko loves to go for hikes to stay in shape. She shared a set of photos of herself on a hike in the desert on Instagram. The Cleveland Clinic states that hiking has a lot of benefits, including helping people with their sleep. "If you struggle to get a good night's sleep, then a hike might be beneficial. Exposure to vitamin D can help control your wake-sleep cycle. And being outside and exercising will also raise your body's temperature, so when your internal temperature goes back down, it can lull you into sleep."

Levchenko shared a video on Instagram of herself doing squats with a barbell. Piedmont states that this exercise has a lot of benefits. "Whether you're hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do…Squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back."

Camila has been playing tennis since she was a kid. In 2021 she competed in the Tokyo Olympics.

She is also an experienced equestrian, and rides horses whenever she can. "#nature ??," she captioned one post. "My Passion #horses," she wrote in another. It is also great for your mental health as it helps relax you.

Camila enjoys strength training, which helps get her body ready for competition. "My favorite place to be #gym ?," she captioned a video of her workout. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

Enhance your quality of life

Manage chronic conditions

Sharpen your thinking skills

Camila also fights for her body. You can often find her at the boxing gym. "#boxing #training ?," she captioned a post. Harvard Health maintains that boxing is a great way to build strength, improve balance, posture, hand-eye coordination, boost mood and endurance, and helps increase alertness.

In her recent post, Camila gets her zen on doing yoga. Harvard Health reveals there are so many reasons to do yoga.

NFL Broadcaster Ashley Haas shows off her famous physique

Ashley Haas is living her best life in her workout gear. In a new social media post the model and sports influencer shows off her famous physique in a two-piece exercise set. "I've been trying to live life in the moment and post later so…. Hello later! ? ???," she captioned the Instagram photos and videos.

Ashley loves to golf. "After my last 2 slides I'm now a golf girl! Takes 1 epic shot and you're sucked back in! It wasn't my first time hosting a charity golf tournament, but it was my first time playing in one. Couldn't have asked for a better group of humans to play/WIN The Golf Classic's 19th year Tournament benefiting #uclachildrenshospital – yeah that's right we won and by "we" I mean them lol ? Special thanks to @zevnorotsky and @alilasky for organizing such a wonderful event for an even better cause! ?," she captioned a post. A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.

Ashley loves water sports. She went jet skiing on her birthday and shared the photos on social media. According to Health Fitness Revolution, the average 150-pound rider will burn a surprising 238 calories during a half-hour ride. The sport is also great for cardiovascular endurance.

Ashley enjoys pickleball. "I'm in search for a pickleball partner!" she captioned a post. According to the Cleveland Clinic, the racquet sport helps improve heart health, enhances muscle and bone strength, increases balance and coordination, boosts brain health, and lengthens lifespan.

When it comes to her diet, Ashley makes sure to fuel up with healthy food. "Models eat! We eat a lot and often that's how to keep your metabolism fast. I don't want young girls watching my videos and thinking you need to starve yourselves to be skinny or a model. Everyone's body is different, but we all need food to survive. Find your balance, but promise me you will never not eat because food is too delicious," she captioned a video.

In her recent post, Ashley shows off her body in tennis clothes while on the court.

Christine Quinn shows off her amazing body

Christine Quinn is doing Pilates – in her workout gear. In a new social media post the former Selling Sunset star shows off her amazing body and impressive moves while executing a sweat session on a Cadillac reformer. "Never trying to be Demure & Mindful. I'm always in my Town Tramp Era," she captioned the Instagram video.

Christine is a yogi. "Christine's workout plan," she captioned a video of herself striking a pose in front of the Eiffel Tower.

Christine is a coffee drinker. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Christine is extremely active. She was "quite a tomboy" growing up, she revealed to Us Weekly. "I grew up playing sports," she said. "I was really athletic growing up," she added. One of her favorite leisure activities is tennis.

Christine dished to Us Weekly that her approach to eating changed during pregnancy. "My biggest cravings so far are definitely pizza [and] chocolate sweets. I mean, a lot of the stuff that I already loved before, but now it's amped up and I'm like, 'I must have this now. I'm a big soda drinker now, which I know isn't the best, but I love Dr. Pepper and I love pineapple juice and orange juice. So, definitely a lot of sugar cravings for sure," she said. Normally she loves eggs and steak, but during pregnancy she couldn't even smell eggs without getting sick.

Christine does Pilates in her recent post. Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health." It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Alexis Ren shows off her amazing body

Alexis Ren is doing yoga – in her workout clothes. In a new social media post the influencer shows off her amazing body in a two-piece exercise set during a RVCA yoga session. "Been so excited for this," she captioned the Instagram stories, loving the Costa Mesa, California–based clothing company owned by Authentic Brands Group.

Alexis loves to dance. "Ballet has been so many things for me. It's been heaven and an escape. Hell and a prison. Through hours of pouring sweat and soul onto the dance floor, I have found a work ethic and a determination I wouldn't trade for the world. The ability to look resistance square in the eyes and keep going," she says. Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

Alexis is a fan of tennis tennis – and the cardio-meets-aerobic workout is great for your health, says ACE Fitness. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

Alexis prioritizes her mental health and self-care. "In the mornings, I journal," Alexis told Grazia. "I think journaling is one of the most important things to build into your morning routine. Journaling is an important tool because the days and years pass by so quickly, but journaling stays forever. Looking back, you get to see yourself grow in your writing. When I look back on my journals from even five years ago, it makes me proud to see how much I've grown and evolved."

Alexis makes sure to get plenty of sleep. "My bedtime varies, although lately, it's been around 11:30 pm," she told Grazia. "The time I wake up varies by the day, but if I have a few days off, I try to let myself sleep in (which means 9 am latest). I like to listen to my body and tune in to what it's telling me, even if that means waking up at 6 am daily, or 9 am from time to time. As of lately, I feel more creative towards the evening, so I have been staying up a little later to work on projects and brainstorm." What are the health benefits of sleep? According to the Sleep Foundation, getting enough z's is a mood booster, promotes heart health, regulates blood sugar, improves mental function, restores your immune system, helps relieve stress, and aids in weight loss.

"I love surfing," Alexis told Grazia. "Lots and lots of practice," she captioned a recent post. According to the Australian government's Better Health, surfing provides many health benefits including cardiovascular fitness from paddling, shoulder and back strength, which also strengthens from the paddling, and leg and core strength. "Once you're standing up on the board, strong legs and a strong core will keep you up," they say.

Alexis enjoys pilates, which "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health," says the Mayo Clinic. It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Camila Mendes flaunts her flat abs and amazing body

Camila Mendes is giving her followers a glimpse into her Rise Movement workout routine – in her two-piece workout gear. In a new social media post the Riverdale star flaunts her flat abs in an exercise set during an intense session at the gym. "My MOTU training journey begins ? @risemovement," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps and videos.

Camila maintains that "creating a routine in the morning" is key for her mental health. "My current routine is very soothing in the morning, and it gets me excited to start my day. Once I've done that routine, I feel like I can do anything. Usually, I wake up, I make my coffee, I write in my five-minute journal," she tells SELF.

Camila also gets her zen on. "I've been trying to meditate whenever I feel like I need it," she told SELF. Whenever I feel like my heart rate's kind of high, and I'm a little anxious and on edge and unable to focus, I try to set out 10 minutes to meditate in that moment and reset and ground myself again. I use an app, Balance. I think that's really what it is—just learning the tools that you need and moments when you need them.

"My relationship with food was very weird for a while—I had an eating disorder," she told Health. "I got through it by seeing [my] therapist and working with a nutritionist who was very adamant about me overcoming my fear of carbs. I used to not eat carbs—but that would just lead me to binge on them after avoiding them for a while. I tried all the diets—I was always on a diet. But I eventually learned they weren't helping me at all."

Camila nourishes her body with food. "As soon as I started listening to my body and eating what my body needed—which sometimes is eating the things I used to think were bad, like sugar and bread—I noticed a big change," she dished to Health. "The crazy lesson was that your body tells you what it wants and needs; you just have to learn how to listen to it. It takes a while to learn that—it's hard. And what one woman needs isn't going to be the same as what another woman needs. We're all different."

"I strive to be super consistent — as consistent as I can be. Whenever I have a day off, I will make a point to work out in the morning," she added to Shape. Even when she can't get a full workout in, she makes sure to stay active, "I definitely move my body every day," she added Health. "I go through phases when it comes to what I like to do—I've taken lots of different classes and all that," she said. She also works with a trainer and during their workouts "does a lot of circuit training, she added to Shape. She also plays tennis.

One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Morgan is a tennis player. Here she is hitting the courts in her tennis whites. According to ACE Fitness it blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. Liz Hurley, 59, shows off incredible body as she poses in a bikini

Liz Hurley showed off her age-defying appearance as she paraded her incredible body in a black bikini. Taking to Instagram, the 59-year-old Hollywood star left her fans gobsmacked as she left very little to the imagination.

Posing in a sunny courtyard, Liz is seen beaming into the camera and showed off her toned abs. She penned alongside her post: "Fun in the sun," with three heart emojis.

Many of her 3 million followers flooded the comments section with compliments. One person replied: "Damn what a Body that just never ages Elizabeth."

A second person commented: "Beautiful and lovely images, you have the most beautiful smile!", as a third typed: "I read the explanation of a timeless beauty and it said Elizabeth Hurley."

Despite showing off her incredible body, Liz recently confessed that she covers up in public because today's high-definition cameras are so "unflattering."

Liz admitted: "I only show very small bits of me now. Because, you know, it is obviously when you're older, your skin isn't so good on your body. And I do find myself covering up quite a lot when I'm in public because unfortunately, you know, cameras now are high def and they're really unflattering."

She added: "And in real life, you know, people tended to cover up. If you look at the red carpet now, people are covered. They cover their arms, they cover their legs. They just show a little bit because it's deeply unflattering. No matter how old you are. And people don't like it. Why would they? No one likes it."

Liz lives with her son Damian in a massive property featuring 13 bedrooms, 12 stables, five bathrooms, a coach house and a tennis court.

She disclosed to Hello! Magazine during the pandemic: "Secretly, I'd much rather be gardening than doing anything else. I've been outside doing things for at least five hours a day."

"My brother bought me a set of what he calls 'lady tools,' which are lightweight. I have my own shed with all my tools in it, and woe betide anyone else who uses them. Otherwise, I think I'm okay with everything."
