Paige Lorenze is looking amazing

Paige Lorenze is known for her strong presence on social media and her work on YouTube. She shares a lot of stunning photos on Instagram. Lorenze recently enjoyed a beach day, and shared some swimsuit photos on her page this week.

Lorenze loves to play tennis. She shared this reel on Instagram of herself and her boyfriend going to the court. Lorenze captioned the post, "D8 night." In the first photo in this carousel post, she is seen with a racket. Lee Health states that tennis has a lot of health benefits. "Tennis utilizes upper, core, and lower body muscles – but it's also one of the best cardiovascular and aerobic exercises you can do. Playing a few sets increases oxygen flow, circulation, and helps you fight back heart disease. That kind of physical workout also decreases lipids, which helps lower cholesterol."

Lorenze spends a lot of time by the water, as you can see from her recent post. She celebrated her birthday at the beach. In this set of photos and videos she posted on Instagram from the day, she is seen in the water. The Cleveland Clinic reports that swimming has a lot of benefits. "Like other forms of cardio, swimming can help you burn calories and lose weight. According to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), a 154-pound person who swims slow freestyle laps for 30 minutes burns 255 calories. But that amount varies depending on your weight, speed and stroke. Swim England reports that butterfly stroke burns the most calories, but because it can be so hard to learn and to maintain — especially for beginners — it's not recommended as a weight loss go-to. Freestyle is the better option, and only after you've learned how to do it the right way."

Lorenze loves to ski to stay in shape. She shared this reel on Instagram of herself on the slopes, captioning it, "First run in a year." The University of Rochester reports that skiing is a great workout. "Skiing and snowboarding are thrilling activities and great workouts. Both sports are excellent cardiovascular exercises that strengthen the heart. They are also weight-bearing exercises. So hey strengthen your bones as they tone your muscles. Cardiovascular or aerobic exercises also work to reduce your risk for ongoing (chronic) diseases. They lower your blood pressure. And they help you maintain a healthy body weight. Through regular aerobic exercise like skiing and snowboarding, you lower your risk of developing conditions like diabetes and heart disease, having a stroke, and perhaps even getting cancer."

Lorenze shared some of her favorite exercises in this YouTube video. One thing she likes to do is squats. "To start, I just do bodyweight squats," she says. "These are one of my favorites, just because you can do them anywhere. Bodyweight squats do make a difference." Piedmont reports that squats have a lot of benefits. "Squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscles groups. When you perform a squat, you're working your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back."

In her YouTube video, Lorenze is seen doing core workouts. The Mayo Clinic reports that having a strongcore is important. "Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes. Strong core muscles help athletes, such as runners. That's because weak core muscles can lead to more fatigue, less endurance and injuries. Weak core muscles can leave you more prone to poor posture, lower back pain and muscle injuries. Strengthening your core muscles may help back pain get better and lower the risk of falls."

Jessica Simpson shows off her famously fit figure while vacationing with her family in Cabo San Lucas

Jessica Simpson is heating up Mexico – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the singer shows off her famously fit figure while vacationing with her family in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. "2024 Spring Breakin' with the fam was EPIC! After Jessica welcomed Birdie in 2019, she was left with a lot of excess weight, which she attributes to a poor diet. "I went to a nutritionist, and I needed to get my eating habits right," she recently told Extra. She follows Harley Pasternak's The Body Reset diet, eating three healthy, protein-packed meals a day and two snacks, such as almonds.

Harley Pasternak, Jessica's trainer, doesn't like to use scales. "I never work with scales. My work with her is more about the habits she's created and kept up. And as a byproduct of doing these habits, she lost 100 pounds," he told People. "I have no idea how much I weigh," she added to Today. "I just want to feel good and be able to zip my pants up. If I don't, I have another size. I have every size."

Jessica exercises with Pasternak regularly. At one point she was doing 45-minute strength and weight training sessions three days a week. Walking is a huge part of their program. At first, Pasternak had her walking 6,000 steps per day, eventually building up to 14,000, per E! News. "It's a social thing that she can do with her kids," Pasternak said about walking.

Jessica also loves yoga. What makes the zen practice great for losing weight? "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," says Harvard Health. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

In a new interview with Bustle, Jessica confronted weight loss drug rumors "Oh Lord. I mean, it is not (Ozempic)," she said, referring to how she's lost weight. "It's willpower. I'm like, do people want me to be drinking again? Because that's when I was heavier. Or they want me to be having another baby? My body can't do it."

Sabrina Carpenter shows off her amazing body

Sabrina Carpenter is in vacation mode in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the singer and actress shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while lounging on the beach. "On vacation," she captioned the Instagram Stories image.

"I'm a little [casual] with exercise. It's not an every day thing by any means, but I try to balance it out however I can, and at least once or twice a week do something a little bit more disciplined. I will take a class of some sort, or do a workout at home. I'll go to Pilates sometimes with friends of mine. I love working out with friends, because it makes me feel like I'm not working out," Sabrina told Marie Claire.

Sabrina has a go-to self-care routine. "I do love a bath. I think baths have been a life-saver to me," she told Marie Claire. How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Sabrina takes breaks from social media. "I think everyone gets to that point where it's like, 'You know what? I'm gonna touch grass and go for a walk.' So I got to that point. Now it feels a bit more vague and atmospheric," she told Flaunt. "We don't realize how much we depend on it, and how much we consume it. We're consuming things we don't want to see, but it pops up in front of us, and it's there, and we're stuck with our feelings. But I think the best thing for me, sometimes, is to just not look at it."

Sabrina dances and regularly shares videos on social media. Dancing helps build strength and promotes flexibility, aids in weight loss, and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

Sabrina maintains that "drinking ice cold water with lemon every morning" is her go-to morning ritual. It "has been a very very big staple in my life to make me feel like I'm awake, I'm alert, to wake up my skin, kind of get the blood pumping and flowing," she told Vogue.

Gizele Oliveira shares a full-body workout

Victoria's Secret model Gizele Oliveira knows it's much more fun to work out with a friend—so she brought one along for her personal trainer session at the gym. Oliveira, 30, shared a video of herself wearing a green Alo Yoga onesie, doing a full-body workout with her pal. The pair did a series of strength conditioning exercises, including squats and lunges. "Bring your friend to workout day ?️‍♀️," she captioned the post.

Oliveira exercises with a trainer to avoid skipping workouts. "To me it's very hard to work out by myself, so having a trainer helped me a lot with that because I feel a little pressure to keep moving," she told Hollywood Life. "I also feel happier and that I'm doing something good while I'm stuck at home. I saw a very funny meme that said: 'If you want any motivation to workout at home, put a swimsuit on while at home instead of pajamas!'"

Oliveira is a big fan of online workouts. "Now is an amazing time to follow gyms and fitness bloggers on Instagram, every day they do lives and lately they've been posting lots of good workouts you can do at home without any machines!" she told Hollywood Life. "I have a personal trainer that trains me via FaceTime, but it's always super simple functional stuff. Using chairs and couches to do lower body workouts, your own body weight for abs, stuff like that… Stretches for sure!"

Oliveira says she doesn't really follow any diet rules apart from being a pescatarian. "We all need protein, but not all protein sources are healthy," Anthony DiMarino, RD, tells Cleveland Clinic Health Essentials. "If you go pescatarian, you eat the healthiest protein sources available. Choosing these lean proteins over high-fat meat could help support weight loss. Most healthy adults should eat two servings of fish per week. If you're not pregnant or nursing, you can eat high-mercury fish on occasion. But focus on the low-mercury types for most of your fish intake."

Oliveira loves to relax at the end of the day by enjoying the sunset. "My favorite time of the day is sunset," she told Modeliste. "My hometown is known to have one of the most beautiful sunsets in Brazil so I started being obsessed with them when I was little. It is the one moment of the day I always look forward to!"

Oliveira is always prepared when she hits the beach. "Sunglasses, for sure! I love Miu Miu sunglasses, Gentle Monster, Ray Ban, and some vintage Chanel sunglasses," she told W Magazine. "I always put on some sunblock! Especially on my face. And I always try to move my swimsuit while I'm in the sun because I hate tan lines."

"The day the album cover came out⭐️ I was having a very nice conversation with incredible women and my family.@spotifymexicofor #equal ?♥️ and take these little photossssss," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. Paola consumes a lot of liquids. "I also love to hydrate myself – I drink lots of water, chlorophyll, and green tea," she told the Evening Standard when asked about her routine. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Paola gets her zen on daily. "I always have 'me' time. I have learned to balance my personal life and my career, so I make time for myself. I dedicate five minutes to meditate or I can give myself moments alone, writing, doing exercise, listening to music, and poetry," she told Evening Standard. Eva Marcille is looking wild on the beach – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the Real Housewives of Atlanta star shows off her amazing body in a cheetah-print swimsuit while frolicking on the shoreline while vacationing at The St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort, Puerto Rico. "Life is for the living!!!!!" she captioned the series of Instagram snaps.

Eva starts her day with coffee. "I don't eat breakfast. . .I drink breakfast, it's coffee. There's creamer in there, there's extra coffee, and then I go get more coffee," she told BravoTV.com. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Eva skips breakfast but makes up for it with a big lunch. "Lunch looks like the average person's Thanksgiving dinner. That's usually my largest meal," she explained. "I will go to Houston's [restaurant] and have a whole Hawaiian rib eye at 11:15 in the morning. I open up with the restaurant." She also has a baked potato and salad. "[I] try to get some greens on there, you know," she said. "As long as there's some bacon in the salad we can get that down at lunch." For her "post-lunch, pre-dinner meal," Eva eats "whatever's available," ranging from "crab fingers and dirty rice" to a Subway sandwich.

Eva is a runner. "Feeling good after my run today," she captioned a post. Eva credits her husband, Mike Sterling, for inspiring her to get out and moving. "Motivated by my amazing husband @miketsterling who leads by example and dedication." According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.

Christie Brinkley is one of the most legendary supermodels of all time. Her career has spanned decades. Brinkley is still looking amazing today, and recently celebrated her 70th birthday. She shared a set of photos on Instagram for the occasion. Brinkley captioned the post, "Looking in the mirror on my 70th Birthday and what do I see, I'm finally happy with the person looking back back at me. I'm no longer critical and demanding now I'm grateful and understanding. I've put this body thru it. I've broken every bone, in tiny miracles I'm all healed, in my heart and soul I'm home. Brinkley is open about having work done. She talked about why she chose to have it done to People. "When I look in the mirror, I want to feel like I look as good as I feel. And if you can have something done to feel more confident and better about yourself, then you feel like your face matches your spirit—and my spirit is enthusiastic and energetic."

Brinkley tells People that she doesn't care what people think about her. Especially when it comes to the people who critique her plastic surgery. "There are always going to be the people who build themselves up by pulling you down. But then there are the women who are supporting women. And if there are little things that I can do that are going to make me feel great, make me look good for my job and that would be selfish of me not to share it."

Brinkley has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared her secrets in an interview with Byrdie. "I start every day by exfoliating my face. That's something I've done for the past 40 years. I feel like it's really contributed to my skin feeling fresh and smooth. Forty years ago, I read an article that said men always look five years younger than women who are their same age. They contributed that to them shaving every day, and the daily exfoliating with shaving their skin makes them look younger. I was like, I'm not going to let them get away with that!"

Brinkley is open about being a vegetarian. She tells Byrdie that she eats a lot of fruits and vegetables. "My diet is plant-based. I've raised my kids on what I call the 'rainbow diet.' I want as many colors as possible. These are all the ingredients that do wonderful things to your skin. The deep green, the leafy greens, the purples in the skin of the grapes, which produce all the antioxidants and vitamins you get from a colorful, rich diet like that."

Brinkley makes sure to eat healthy. She tells Byrdie that she avoids certain unhealthy foods. "I would say avoid sugar as much as possible. It causes inflammation…And can cause all kinds of problems… I think avoiding artificial sugar, avoiding white bread, and going for deep, rich, plant-based foods is best."

The radio titan opted to flaunt her new killer curves on Thursday when she hit Clovelly Beach in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.

The 49-year-old looked fighting fit at the seaside playground favoured by influencers and former reality stars.

Jackie donned a navy ensemble for her fun in the sun, which consisted of a low-cut bikini top with white piping that showed off her ample bust.

She completed the look with a modest skirt, and wore a white knit vest over the top.

The petite blonde accessorised with a pink bucket hat and black sandal-type slides.

Jackie ensured all eyes were on her when she slipped off her vest, threw her headwear to the wind and stepped into the water for a refreshing dip.

She appeared to be enjoying her solo time as she paddled about in the ocean.

Model Devin Brugman shows off her beautiful figure

Devin Brugman is a model and fitness influencer. She is also one of the creators of Monday Swimwear, alongside Natasha Oakley. Brugman and Oakley are celebrating ten years of the company, and shared an Instagram collaboration for it. In them, they posed on the beach in white swimsuits. Brugman captioned the post, "10 years of this."

Brugman shared some of her wellness secrets on Molly Sims' Lipstick On The Rim podcast. She shared how she treats her IBS. "It comes on when I get anxious and flying makes me anxious, so when I fly, I cleanse. I eat really healthy and clean before a flight. The only part that sucks is that the best part of flying is drinking, so I try to balance every drink with extra water, and I always bring my own food on a flight, usually a salad."

Brugman said on the Lipstick On The Rim podcast that she intermittent fasts. "I do what works for me, and what works for me is intermittent fasting. I wake up in the morning and I'm truly not hungry. First thing in the morning, I have my espresso with iced almond milk. I eat around 1 PM and I'll either make or order a Sweetgreen or Fresh Corn Grill. For dinner, I love salmon, veggies, or a salad."

Brugman shared some of her favorite workouts in her Lipstick On The Rim interview. She says that she likes to do lower impact workouts. "Food controls weight, not fitness," Brugman explained. "I do pilates 4 times a week and I take my dog, Walter on a walk 1-2 times a day. I don't like high-intensity workouts."

Keyshia Ka'oir shows off her amazing body while posing on the shoreline

Keyshia Ka'oir is heating up the beach – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, Gucci Mane's wife shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while posing on the shoreline. "Steppin on necks while standing on bidnezzz," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps, taken while vacationing in the tropics.

According to Keyshia, one of the main things responsible for her tiny waistline is her waist trainers. She started Ka'oir Fitness with own line of waist trainers, which she calls Waist Erasers ($69.99), "because she found corsets and girdles too painful and wanted something she could work out in, something that would help her lose water weight while cinching her waist," she explained to The Cut. "I'm acting bad all summer Chile so I done got my mind & body right," she captioned one post. "I work out 5-6 times a week," she added.

Tiffiny Hall shares some weight loss secrets

Tiffiny Hall is sharing her "secret" to getting into the best shape of her life – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the Australian personal trainer gives her followers an update on her health journey, showing off the proof of her weight loss and transformation by posing in a bathing suit. "My intention last January was to enjoy the journey back to fitness and feeling strong. I feels amazing to be here, a year later having had so much fun with the love and support of my friends, family, trainers and the beautiful TXO community. It really is about the journey, not the destination," she writes in the post.

"My secret was not focusing on the scales but rather aiming for non-scale victories – running my first KM, keeping up with my kids at the park, learning to squat again after my knee procedure, fitting into an old pair of jeans," Tiffiny reveals about the secret to weight loss.

Another secret? She meal preps. "My day on a plate – if I do say myself – is straight-up delicious. It's all about balance for me," she told Us. "I've been slowly transitioning to be pescatarian. "I just kind of have a soft spot for animals and down the line, I'd like to work with them and have my own nonprofit one day. So not eating red meats and chicken obviously, and slowly transitioning into [not eating fish]," she continued. "It's just balance. It's OK to have pizza and stuff like that, but [weight loss] should be hard work, it shouldn't be easy."

In a recent post, Josie revealed went for a snorkel while on vacation. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. Vanessa Villela was not one to give up on her health and fitness goals over the holidays

Selling Sunset star Vanessa Villela, 45, shared a picture of herself posing with friends in a blue workout outfit and orange sneakers, flexing her bicep to show off her strong, toned physique. "Happy Monday! Do you want to end the year feeling amazing?" she captioned the post. Villela is not only a star real estate agent, she's a talented and accomplished actress—here's what her diet and exercise looks like.

Villela practices intermittent fasting and a healthy diet. "Intermittent fasting has been the key to everything, it helps with metabolism, skin, gut health, and my energy levels," she tells Healthista. "I don't follow anything too specific, so there's no 11am to 8pm schedule. If I finish my last meal at 9pm let's say, then I just wait 14 or 15 hours to eat the next day. Sometimes I will have a planet-based protein shake that has superfoods with fruit and oat milk, or if I feel like I want to have a burger, I just have the burger without the bun – I follow what my body wants but do that in a healthy way."

Villela does Pilates and online workouts. "I do [reformer Pilates] about five or six days a week," she tells Healthiest. "For me moderate is something my body tolerates better. It strengthens the body and muscles in a different way – it elongates the muscles and I was in very good shape because of that. I combine it with weights, boxing, running 3k and other workouts, sometimes in person and sometimes online, called Strong Confident Living or Karen Lord for if you don't have much time because they are about 10-20 minutes long. Find a workout that you enjoy the most and use it as something fun that you enjoy doing for yourself. No one else is going to benefit from the workout but you and it will always make you feel good when you finish."

Villela is thrilled to have been a fan favorite on Selling Sunset. "I never really imagined that I'd be a fan favorite, especially in my first season!" she told Now Magazine LA. "It's been so overwhelming, but in a good way. My heart is overflowing with gratitude, especially because it has given me the opportunity to fulfill my passion for helping other people. I also love that it really helps me feel more connected with people because they know me more as Vanessa, and not just as an actress. It makes me so happy, especially after all the grief and the chaos of the pandemic. I get to start a new era of helping people with what they're going through by sharing what I went through and how I cope with day to day struggles. It's been the best thing that could happen to me."

Villela says that at one point, the stress of trying to lose weight spiked her cortisol levels and made weight loss even harder. "I would look in the mirror and I wouldn't recognise myself," she told Healthista. "My face is the first thing that gains weight. I think that the stress of wanting to lose weight was not allowing me to lose weight and recover my health. I was extremely tired with work and the energy with the [soap opera] characters was so intense that my cortisol levels, the stress hormone, went super high and created a lot of problems with my hormones and the thyroid – everything… I think that sometimes we don't prioritize ourselves. We all have very busy lifestyles and sometimes it's hard to say 'ok I'm going to wake up 30 minutes before' but I think it's important for any person to live a healthy life."

Villela is guided by her mother's example and work ethic. "Well, my first role model was my mom, for sure," she told Now Magazine LA. "My parents got divorced when I was seven, and I always saw my mom working non-stop and being a supermom and cooking and everything. She was sensational. She has been my inspiration since I was little because I always wanted to make her proud."

Sophie Kasaei Shares Photo From the Caribbean

Sophie Kasaei is living her best life in the tropics in her swimsuit. In a new social media post shared from the Caribbean, the Geordie Shore star shows off her insane body in a bathing suit. Sophie lost a lot of weight in 2018, which she attributes to coming to terms with her disillusionment about eating. "When I look back, I just remember how indulged I used to be with food. My whole life revolved around food, I'd be eating breakfast and thinking about what I was going to have for dinner, I was just food obsessed," she told Fabulous. "I thought I could eat what I wanted. Looking back, I never ever thought I was big. I had one of those mindsets where I thought I was smaller than I actually was. I don't know if I had body dysmorphia, but the other way round. I genuinely thought I was a lot smaller. I think that's probably why I was unhealthy for all those years, because I genuinely thought I was normal."

Eliminating takeout can make a huge difference with weight loss, according to Sophie. "I've lost about 10lb during lockdown – that's in two months, so a pound a week," she told Fabulous. "That's just because I'm not eating takeaways and I'm not traveling up and down the country for work, stopping at services for meals. I've been cooking really healthy meals for myself."

Rise and exercise, says Sophie. "When I get up, I workout straightaway with my dad for an hour, because that makes me feel great," she told Fabulous. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

Weight gain and loss is "easy come, easy go," according to Sophie, so the occasional cheat meal is totally fine. "I don't worry about gaining a couple of pounds, if I do put weight on I know I can easily lose it, because I know exactly how my body works," she told Fabulous. "If I over indulge, I don't put myself down about putting weight on. That's not me at all."

Sophie's diet involves little carbs. "Breakfast is two chicken sausages with scrambled or poached eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes and a slice of gluten-free bread. I'm a sucker for a Starbucks sugar-free caramel latte with coconut milk," she told Closer UK. "For lunch, I'll always have some sort of seafood – maybe prawns. If I'm out, I'll get a protein box of chicken, broccoli and eggs, or a soup. I'll usually end up eating dinner late, around 9pm, which isn't great as it'll just sit on my stomach. I'll have fish, roast vegetables and microwaveable rice. I snack on chicken Fridge Raiders, Quavers, Wotsits or popcorn. I really prefer savory foods – I think most Northerners do, which is why there's a Greggs on every corner in Newcastle!"

Josie's favorite workout is spinning. "I love cycling, I do it all the time. It's a good cardio mix. I'm all about cardio and high intensity music," Canseco told Us Weekly. "Anything with music really," helps Josie during her sweat sessions. "Music is really like my therapy. So anything that's pretty much music-involved gets your head in the game," she told Us. "OMG I listen to literally everything. So if I'm working out it's a mix of, like, Eminem is definitely my pump-up song," said the Playboy model. "He's the best, he's one of my favorite rappers ever. And 50 Cent — like, definitely more hardcore things that get me into that kind of, like, ego-driven mind space, you know what I mean? Like, 'Go hard, I can do this, I'm the best, I can do this,' blah blah blah."

"I grew up playing sports and being very active," Josie told Us. "So for me, it's kind of a routine thing that just helps me feel better about myself, about my life and my confidence. And I feel like that shines through when you feel good about what you've done."

Josie feels the most confident "when I've really been on a good routine of eating right and eating a lot of vegetables and good proteins and balancing my diet — and it's not all about going full-in and being, like, cold-turkey, cutting things out and being like a health freak. It's all about balance for me," she told Us. "I've been slowly transitioning to be pescatarian. "I just kind of have a soft spot for animals and down the line, I'd like to work with them and have my own nonprofit one day. So not eating red meats and chicken obviously, and slowly transitioning into [not eating fish]," she continued. "It's just balance. It's OK to have pizza and stuff like that, but [weight loss] should be hard work, it shouldn't be easy."

In her most recent post, Josie revealed that she is a fan of snorkeling. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

"My mum got breast cancer for the first time at 36, so really high chance of getting it while I'm still quite young."

Brooke Burke is revealing the secret to her abs – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the television personality-slash-exercise queen looks incredible in a rainbow two-piece as she gives her followers a tutorial on a key exercise. "Morning moves ??? @brookeburkebody #stretch #yoga," she captioned the post with her followers.

In the video, Brooke lays on her side, propping herself up on her arm with her legs bent and does "what is essentially a variation of a side crunch," says Philadelphia-based trainer Kendra Gamble of HIT Fitness. The low impact exercise is a great way to strengthen the entire tummy.

"So here's what it is going to look like," Brooke says in the clip. "You are going to crunch and straighten and crunch," she says, recommending "15 on each leg." She adds: "Point your toes and reach, make sure you are engaging your core."

What muscles does it work? "The way she's doing it specifically works the internal and external obliques, which are core muscles," says Gamble. She does note that side crunches aren't going to be the miracle move to get rid of love handles. "Only diet does that," she reminds. "You can't spot reduce fat."

Gamble says it is a great exercise for beginners, "who don't work out much," because it can help them learn how to activate their core to get stronger core muscles and help them understand what's really working. However, she wouldn't recommend side crunches to a person with a spinal injury like a herniated disc.

As for the early morning workout, Brooke is definitely onto something. A 2023 study published in the journal Obesity found that early morning sweat sessions — between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. — could help with weight loss. According to their research, people who did moderate to vigorous exercise in the morning had lower body mass indexes than people who exercised at midday or in the evening. "Working out in the morning is beneficial because you are rested and refreshed and your body is full of energy," Gamble adds. "If you work out in the morning it sets the tone for the day giving you more energy." And, "most people when they save a workout for after work they end up not doing it because they are tired."
