Fitness Model Natacha Oceane shows off her famous figure

Natascha Oceane is doing a kneeling jump while on vacay in her workout gear. In a new social media post the fitness model takes a break from sightseeing in Japan to get her sweat on, showing off her famous figure in a two-piece exercise set. "Happy you are enjoying life ?" commented one of her followers.

In her new post, Natascha hikes Mount Fuji. "Found a big, old volcano so ofc we had to go take a little look inside the crater and you'll never guess what we found ??????," she captioned the post. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

Building stronger muscles and bones

Improving your sense of balance

Improving your heart health

Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems

Natacha is one of the many fitness experts who relies on cold plunging to help with muscle recovery. There is limited research supporting the benefits of cold plunges, which may include easing sore muscles, bringing body temperature down, increased focus, improved sleep, and decreased inflammation, per the Cleveland Clinic. However, a 2021 study found that cold water immersion therapy promotes basic post-sport recovery.

When it comes to cardio, cycling is one of Oceane's main forms of fitness. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

Oceane is also a runner. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.

In one post Natacha discusses how plyometric workouts are super effective. "Plyometric (v low ground contact time) and explosive (near maximal force in *every* rep) exercises are huge for moving more like an athlete: more power, fast twitch muscle fibres, better running economy, stronger bones, fewer injuries etc etc ?? So they're always staples for functional development, alongside all ya classics like squats, lunges + hip hinges ofc," she says, revealing some of her "fave, more accessible movements to sprinkle into lower body days!"

Multidirectional skater hops (30s x 3): stay up on your toes to minimise ground contact time. Slow it all down to start and once you've found your rhythm you'll be unstoppable ?

Weighted snap step-up and knee drive (8-12 reps/side x 3): just like before but on a smith so we can focus a little less on stabilisation and instead max out our power generation. A light weight works: we still want <1 second knee drives

Pogo hops to box jump (30s x 3): quick, low pogo hops (staying up on the toes and without much knee flexion) straight into a box jump

Explosive quarter squats (15 x 3): full-range barbell squats are king but explosive low-range squats all the way up into a calf extension can really help with sprinting, accelerating, vertical jump and just becoming ✨dynamic✨

Rapid single leg calf raises (10-15 per side x 3): speedy down, speedy up! I do mine with my non-working knee up to help minimise knee flexion ?️‍♀️

DB hang power clean (15 x 3): extend at the hips (drive them forwards) quickly and snap up. Land with slightly bent knees if you're going for heavier weight!

Sprints: >80% sprints (so generally <30seconds) with +1min of rest to really target your power.

Desi Johnson is getting her body ready to perform – in her workout gear. In a new social media post the bobsledding babe shows off her strong body in a sports bra and shorts while on the track. "Summer prep for a winter sport," she writes in the Instagram caption. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Desi diets – not just to lose weight but to feel better. "I need to lose over 6kgs so we are going on a cut. This is to get at comp weight for competing overseas. I'm not only doing the diet for weight loss but to clear my acne, clean my gut and fix allergies! I haven't dieted in a while due to having such an unhealthy relationship with dieting & coaches in the past. That's why I will document my whole journey for you guys!" she wrote in a post. She gave an update during week 4, revealing that the "process is moving along well. Im not going to say it's easy, but I'm going to tell you the things I have noticed since being on a whole food metabolic balance diet," she said. "My sleep is so much better! I can fall asleep quicker and stay asleep all night. My skin and allergies are starting to improve.

I feel like my body is not holding as much inflammation," she continued. "Now I'm not only just on the diet to loose weight. Even though the main objective is to get to a specific weight for my sport. I am also doing it for my overall health. Think of it as a reset for my gut and body."

Josie Canseco is heating things up this autumn

Josie Canseco is heating things up this autumn – and doing it in style. In a recent social media post, the model and influencer showed off her toned abs in a two-piece Alo exercise set, captioning the photos, "hot girl fall or something @alo." But her fitness journey is about more than just looking good. "I grew up playing sports and being very active," Josie told Us Weekly, adding, "It's kind of a routine thing that just helps me feel better about myself, about my life, and my confidence." From boxing to spin classes, Josie embraces a variety of workouts, while balancing it all with a pescatarian diet and a healthy dose of self-care. Here's how she keeps it all in check.

Josie understands the mental health benefits of exercise. "I grew up playing sports and being very active," Josie told Us. "So for me, it's kind of a routine thing that just helps me feel better about myself, about my life and my confidence. And I feel like that shines through when you feel good about what you've done."

Josie also takes "Rumble classes" and boxes. "Boxing training one-on-one, like really focused and in my zone," she added to Us. According to Harvard Health, boxing is a great way to build strength, improve balance, posture, hand-eye coordination, boost mood and endurance, and helps increase alertness.

When Josie is on vacation, you can find her staying active by snorkeling. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. It's OK to have pizza and stuff like that, but [weight loss] should be hard work, it shouldn't be easy."

Maja Kravarusic is modeling exercise clothes. In a new social media post the model and influencer flaunts her famous figure in a variety of looks from her new collection with Israeli clothing line TFS. Adriana Lima shows off her amazing body

driana Lima is breaking a sweat in her exercise gear. In a new social media post the Brazilian model shows off her amazing body and impressive moves during a workout session with celebrity trainer Kirk Myers. "Crushing It: Getting Vs. Ready," he wrote on the Instagram Stories video of the former Victoria's Secret Angel, who returned to the runway for this year's show.

Longevity is the end goal and motivator for Adriana when it comes to her diet and exercise goals. "I plan to live a long time," she told Elle. "Keeping your body healthy with workouts, it's important what you put into your body. Eating this way gives you energy so you can have a long day of work and not feel exhausted."

Lima relies on meal delivery services to ensure healthy eating. She even travels with a cooler filled with pre-made meals from Perfecting Athletes, a South Florida-based nutrition service used by pro boxers and UFC fighters, which she microwaves in her hotel room. Most of the meals are plant based, like chickpeas, brown rice, and edamame. Can't afford a meal delivery service? Meal prepping will help keep you on track.

Lima avoids vitamins and supplements, nourishing her body with food instead. "You can have these types of results and instead of having vitamins, you can use food as energy," says Lima. "Traveling and being at photo shoots, it's kind of hard to find healthy food. I have these two girls I'm very lucky to have, Michelle [Ingels] and Paulina [Indara]. They are nutritionists and certified in Chinese medicine so they design my meals depending on what I'm doing at the gym. It keeps me moving." What does she like to eat? "I love smoothies, fresh fruit, and veggies. I also take a daily vitamin and drink lots of different herbal teas to help purify my body," she told CR Fashion Book. She also drinks "lots of water."

Lima is a fan of 54D—a "human transformation program" that involves high-intensity training workouts, she revealed on Instagram. "Breathless today. It was so tough," she captioned a post.. "But I enjoyed [it]!" There is lots of research backing up the benefits of HIIT workouts, including body fat reduction, improved cardiovascular function, and mental health. It is also time effective.

She also loves to run. "If I have a gym at my hotel, I'll wake up and do a quick workout, or I'll run outside as a way to see the place that I'm visiting," Lima told CR Fashion Book. "Another good trick of mine is packing a jump rope and doing ten minutes in my room first thing in the morning to get my heart rate up." According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.

Adriana boxes with Michael Olajide Jr. of Aerospace, and says throwing punches is her favorite workout. Harvard Health maintains that boxing is a great way to build strength, improve balance, posture, hand-eye coordination, boost mood and endurance, and helps increase alertness.

Alexis Ren is doing yoga – in her workout clothes. In a new social media post the influencer shows off her amazing body in a two-piece exercise set during a RVCA yoga session. Alexis loves to dance. "Ballet has been so many things for me. It's been heaven and an escape. Hell and a prison. Alexis prioritizes her mental health and self-care. "In the mornings, I journal," Alexis told Grazia. "I think journaling is one of the most important things to build into your morning routine. Journaling is an important tool because the days and years pass by so quickly, but journaling stays forever. Looking back, you get to see yourself grow in your writing. When I look back on my journals from even five years ago, it makes me proud to see how much I've grown and evolved."

Alexis makes sure to get plenty of sleep. "My bedtime varies, although lately, it's been around 11:30 pm," she told Grazia. "The time I wake up varies by the day, but if I have a few days off, I try to let myself sleep in (which means 9 am latest). I like to listen to my body and tune in to what it's telling me, even if that means waking up at 6 am daily, or 9 am from time to time. As of lately, I feel more creative towards the evening, so I have been staying up a little later to work on projects and brainstorm." What are the health benefits of sleep? According to the Sleep Foundation, getting enough z's is a mood booster, promotes heart health, regulates blood sugar, improves mental function, restores your immune system, helps relieve stress, and aids in weight loss.

"I love surfing," Alexis told Grazia. "Lots and lots of practice," she captioned a recent post. According to the Australian government's Better Health, surfing provides many health benefits including cardiovascular fitness from paddling, shoulder and back strength, which also strengthens from the paddling, and leg and core strength. "Once you're standing up on the board, strong legs and a strong core will keep you up," they say.

Alexis enjoys pilates, which "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health," says the Mayo Clinic. In a new social media post the actress flexes her guns while revealing to her followers that her next role is as Christy Martin, a former boxer. "Over the past few months, I've been immersed in training to bring to life the story of an incredible woman—a true champion who fought battles both inside and outside the ring. Her journey is a testament to resilience, strength, and hope, and I'm honored to step into her shoes to share her powerful story with you all," she captioned the Instagram photos.

Water skiing has been a hobby of Sydney's since the "moment I could walk," she told Women's Health. "It's my favorite." In terms of physical benefits, "It's a lot of upper body strength, it's balance, it's core, it's legs—you get tired really fast," she says. "I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun," she said.

Sweeney told the Hollywood Reporter that she only drinks water and that she has never even tried coffee and doesn't drink alcohol. The 44-year-old mother-of-two posted a sultry selfie in which she can be seen posing in a skimpy red bikini.

The revealing two-piece showed off her flat and toned tummy.

Roxy wore her hair out for the Instagram snap and accessorised with a gold necklace, matching bangles and what appeared to be diamond earrings.

In April, the star revealed she had reached her goal weight after shedding 15 kilograms.

A subsequent update showed a picture of a bag of Krispy Kreme doughnuts, along with a claim she would be eating them as a treat for reaching her goal.

Prior to that, Roxy unveiled her astonishing weight loss to social media, along with details of the strict diet she used to shrink her frame.

That plan included a lunch which consisted of grilled chicken, quinoa and vegetables covered in balsamic vinegar.

She then revealed what she has for breakfast - one cup of coffee and a container of powdered vitamins from a trendy supplement powder company.

In her caption, Roxy claimed she 'hasn't felt sluggish in four months' after taking the vitamin blend on a daily basis.

For dinner, Roxy said she eats just a plate of broccoli smothered in garlic and oyster sauce, and for a sweet snack she treats herself to two passionfruits.

Fitness trainer Chontel Duncan is sharing her exercise routine

Australian fitness trainer and influencer Chontel Duncan is sharing her go-to back and bicep exercise routine with fans and followers. "I put my phone down and sit on the couch for some much needed zen time. The weekends are my time for family playing outside or swimming in the pool. Scheduling in personal time or self-improvement time ensures I take time out for myself and can recharge my batteries."

Duncan is sensible about her diet, especially when she's on vacation. "I never sacrifice an opportunity to enjoy local foods because of how 'unhealthy' it might be," she told Health and Fitness Travel. "However, I do take some steps to ensure I am able to enjoy without overindulging and abandoning my healthy habits. Before you order your main, try ordering an entree of vegetables or salad. Once you have some food in your tummy, then make a decision on your main course. With every main meal that you order, try and add an additional serving of vegetables or salad for added fiber which will assist with digestion and help to prevent you from overindulging."

Duncan has good advice for anyone trying to lose weight. "The foremost key to achieving successful weight loss lies in the harmonious integration of nutrition and training," she told Nine Coach. "It's imperative to invest equal amounts of energy, time, and dedication into both facets. My second tip, if I were to offer another, underscores the importance of considering the sustainability of your approach. Ask yourself whether the path you're on is one you can envision yourself following consistently, even two years down the line. Sustainability ensures adherence, and this, in turn, leads to a more enjoyable and fulfilling journey toward your fitness goals."

Here is the exact back and bicep routine Duncan shares:

"First 2 sets: Choose a weight I can just hit 12 reps with, followed by a 60-second rest between every set.

Set 3: Increase weight to hit 8 reps.

Set 4: Push for 6-8 reps with an even heavier load.

This approach is perfect when I'm feeling strong and have a trusty spotter for those last few reps! I powered through three back exercises and two bicep moves before the kiddos decided the workout was over! ???"

Jess Harding shares her weight loss secrets

Love Island star Jess Harding shared the secrets to her weight loss as she showed off her stunning figure in a new bikini snap.

The TV personality, who won the ITV2 dating programme with her ex Sammy Root, was asked by many fans about her transformation. She took to her Instagram Stories to showcase a before and after shot of her figure and revealed: "For everyone asking about my weight loss I've been using @coachedby_georgia and she is honestly the best."

She went through an eight-week exercise transformation before heading off on holiday. She also posted a video of herself sitting on a bed as she rocked a light yellow bikini. The star zoomed in on her figure in the mirror and tagged her fitness coach. Jess wrote: "@coachedby_georgia getting me that snatched waist."

Jess previously revealed the nasty comments she had received from trolls. Back in February, she shared a series of vile remarks she had received about her weight. She posted a screenshot of comments responding to her bikini snap which read: "Fat s**t," and another comment read: "Mucky cow."

Argentine model Zaira Nara flaunts her amazing body

Zaira Nara is heating up social media in her workout clothes. In a new post the Argentine model flaunts her amazing body in a crop top and leggings while heading to the gym. Her followers went wild over the Instagram video. "Me gusta," one of them commented. "Preciosa❤️," added another.

Zaira sticks to a healthy and clean diet. "I usually eat quite a variety. I prefer healthy options, although I don't impose restrictions on myself. My diet includes meats, vegetables, fruits and pasta," she tells Bettina Frumboli. "I try to eat well and not skip any food. Also, now that I feel a little older, I have learned not to allow myself any taste."

Zaira allows herself the occasional cheat meal. She told Bettina Frumboli, "there is never a shortage of chocolates or ice creams or, if friends come over, a cake or croissants," she says. "I like to dedicate time to meals and take advantage of that moment to share with the family."

Zaira makes sure to get enough rest. "Sleep well. Resting seems fundamental to me," she tells Bettina Frumboli. Why is sleep so important? The Sleep Foundation explains that it is a mood booster, promotes heart health, regulates blood sugar, improves mental function, restores your immune system, helps relieve stress, and aids in weight loss.

Zaira exercises "Twice a week I do functional training and gymnastics classes. This is how I stay in shape," she reveals to Bettina Frumboli. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

Zaira tries to get her steps in. "At one point, I wasn't very keen to train and I started to go for a walk. I swear it worked for me. Now, whenever I can and even during the week, I implement it. Always with music. It is a good method to disconnect," she dishes to Bettina Frumboli. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Maya Jama showcases her jaw-dropping figure

Maya Jama has been living it up in St. Tropez at a detox sanctuary ahead of hosting the new series of Love Island.

The TV presenter, 29, recently enjoyed a four-day stay at the Shape Club, part of the luxurious Lily of the Valley hotel in the French Riviera.

Maya showcased her jaw-dropping figure as she shared a stunning bikini snap from the trip where she donned a blue two-piece with a cherry print.

The host shared her itenierary with fans, which encouraged her and other guests to 'take time for yourself and rethink your lifestyle'.

The program reads: 'This program focuses on a light diet combined with yoga, gentle and outdoor exercise, and treatments that promote relaxation, to bring you a feeling of lightness and well-being, ideal for an escape from daily life and to reset your body and mind.'

As part of her retreat, Maya enjoyed nutritional monitoring throughout her stay along with a personalised eating plan.

The star also worked on her fitness with four one-to-one sessions with a coach along with a fitness assessment and group training sessions.

There was also be plenty of time for relaxation as Maya availed of a detox treatment and several massage treatments.

During her stay, she also had access to saunas, a snow shower, an ice fountain, a sports pool and a sunbathing area.

A stay at the Lily of the Valley retreat comes in at 400 euros per night in low season and around 900 euros per night in high season.

Weight loss programs are 2,500 euros for four days and 4,500 euros for seven days, excluding accomodation.

In one snap from her stay, Maya looked on cloud nine as she reclined in a white bikini while enjoying the spring sunshine.

The beauty also gave her followers a look at the breathtaking view from the resort as she enjoyed a glass of wine.

Maya looked radiant in one shot where she slipped into a brown mini dress while enjoying a stroll around the grounds of the resort.

Alongside the post which she shared on Instagram, Maya wrote: 'The most wholesome week of wellness & wine.'

ITV recently announced Love Island will return to screens on Monday June 3 for the new series with Maya returning as host.

The broadcaster will launch the dating show simultaneously across ITV1, ITV2 and ITVX for the first time ever. It will continue on ITV2 and ITVX for the rest of the series.

The channel used a similar launch strategy for Big Brother when it was rebooted last October which achieved an impressive 2.5million overnight viewers.

Love Island: Aftersun will also return to screens live from London every Sunday on ITV2 and ITVX hosted by Maya alongside an array of regular panellists.
