Amy Childs shows off her toned figure in a busty bikini and a plunging swimsuit after body transformation

Amy Childs showed off her toned figure in as she posed for a series of swimwear photos on Friday after undergoing a body transformation.

The TOWIE star, 34, slipped into a bright yellow busty bikini and flashed her toned tummy for the update.

She later changed into a black one piece with a plunging neckline that laced up down the front.

Admitting that she hadn't worn a bikini in seven years, Amy detailed how she 'completely changed' her body over the past few months.

The TV personality wrote: 'Girls I’m Walking into 2025 feeling amazing haven’t worn a bikini for 7 years and now 4 kids later I can say I feel great.

'I’ve got to be honest, after years of searching for the next ‘quick fix’… it is such a nice change to be on holiday with my family and know I will look back on these photos and love them.'

She added: 'After having 4 kids, I needed a plan that wasn’t time consuming and that could work around Mum life and filming but also still allowed me to have a date night, or glass of Prosecco if I wanted one (trust me I love my Prosecco).

'After being recommended @PotentiaCoaching by a friend, I had a phone call with Freya in July and got set up on my plan which gave me exactly what I wanted, this is not an ad! Just an appreciation post to Freya as she has completely changed my body!!

'And no !!! this wasn’t done by using jabs or pills. It has been a few months of dedication with good food and exercise and I am ready to feel confident this year, I still need to tone up a tad more but I am feeling so happy with my body at last!'

Amy recently claimed she has been subjected to online abuse from social media trolls after losing two stone in weight following the birth of her twins.

The former reality TV personality welcomed daughter Milly, and son Billy, 17-months, with partner Billy Delbosq in April 2023.

Amy has since embarked on a rigorous diet and fitness plan in a bid to lose her residual baby weight and recently admitted she feeling 'the best she's ever felt' since giving birth.

But the mother-of-four - she is also a parent to Polly, seven, with builder Bradley Wright, and Ritchie, five, with a businessman ex-boyfriend of the same name - admitted she received vile comments on social media after shedding two stone.

Addressing Instagram followers during a question and answer session on Thursday, she wrote: 'I have been really focusing on eating healthy, being in a calorie deficit and training 4/5 times a week!'

She added: 'I still enjoy my Prosecco on a weekend but just really watching what I'm eating. I was the biggest I have ever been after having the twins!

'I didn't want to diet as I was in a complete baby bubble and the last thing I wanted to do was to be on a diet and train!

'Fast forward... Twins are now 19-months old and it's the best I have ever felt! I still need to do more toning up.

'I have also had some really horrible messages about my weight loss, it's sad the world we live in sometimes, so much negativity. If you haven't got anything nice to say don't say it at all.'

Kylie Rae Hall shows off her amazing body

Kylie Rae Hall is rock climbing – in her two-piece exercise set. In a new social media post the activewear blogger shows off her amazing body in workout gear while at a rock climbing gym with a friend. “Get ready to monkey around with @KylieRae on #IRL,” the Instagram video is captioned.

In a video Kylie goes rock climbing. According to the NHS, rock climbing boasts mental and physical health benefits. It can improve stamina while working multiple muscle groups at once. “Climbing involves concentration and thought, as well as physical exercise, which helps to keep you focused, clear your mind of outside worries, and build your confidence and self-esteem,” they add. “This may help to alleviate the symptoms of some mental health problems.”

Kylie likes to unwind in the sauna. “Hot, literally,” she captioned a post from inside. Should you take a dry sauna? While some claim the health benefits of saunas are plentiful, including detoxification, increased metabolism, weight loss, increased blood circulation, pain reduction, antiaging, skin rejuvenation, improved cardiovascular function, improved immune function, improved sleep, stress management, and relaxation, there isn’t a lot of research backing up the claims.

She is also a fan of baths and soaking in the hot tub. Here she is on a mountain vacation enjoying the hot water and cold air. “I never want to leave ?❄️,” she captioned the post. How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Kylie enjoys boot camp fitness. “Saturday sweat sesh/ boot camp with @inanna & @matthew_noszka ???☀️ (ps i know today is Sunday but it was yesterday ?) 15 stations 2 rounds each. I was dead after this but it’s so fun getting a group together & all motivating each other to keep going,” she captioned a post.

Kylie loves books and uses reading as a way to unwind. Here she is reading one. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

Olivia Rodrigo shows off her fit figure

Olivia Rodrigo is jumping on the trampoline – in her workout gear. In a new social media post the Songwriter of the Year recipient shows off her bounce and her fit figure in a two-piece exercise set during an outdoor sweat session. “LOL,” she wrote across the Instagram Stories image.

Olivia enjoys pounding the pavement. Though she confessed to being “a terrible runner” it’s “the thought that counts,” she told Teen Vogue in an interview. Running is a great workout for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. “For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories,” explains Mayo Clinic.

During an interview with Vogue, Olivia revealed a few of her favorite foods, starting with bacon, which is part of her self-care routine. “I wake up and make my little matcha and I make bacon for myself, and then I sit at the piano and try to write something, even if it’s s**t,” she told the magazine. She added that “almost every night before a show” she has a turkey sandwich and she loves baking banana bread and whipping up Cacio e Pepe.

And her fast food orders? “I love a good McDonald's oatmeal. I also love an In-N-Out double-double cheeseburger with a Neapolitan shake,” she said.

Olivia prioritizes her mental health. During an interview with CBS Sunday Morning for Mental Illness Awareness Week, she revealed that therapy has been "life-changing" for her. "I hadn't really started going till I was like, 16," she said. "That was a really big, life-changing moment. I've learned so much about myself." She continued: "Sometimes people are like, 'Oh, you don't need that. You have so much. Your life is so great. What are your problems?'" Olivia said. "I think that's definitely a thing that sometimes older people can do to younger people, too — kind of trivialize what they're going through just because, you know, 'Ah, they're fine, they're just kids. They'll get through it.' But it feels so real when you're in it. It's so valid."

Roxy Jacenko shows off her very ripped abs in a bikini

Roxy Jacenko turned up the heat on Friday when she shared a jaw-dropping photo to social media which captured her flaunting her ripped abs in a very skimpy outfit.

The PR queen, 44, shared the photo to Instagram, which captured her showcasing her fit figure and flawless skin while having a pamper in a barely-there red bikini at a Sydney health spa.

The blonde bombshell exuded confidence and style as she flaunted her gym-toned figure which didn't have an inch to pinch the camera, while chatting to a female friend.

Roxy also shared a photo of some of the nutritious food she eats which helps her maintain her physique.

It comprised of a bowl of strawberries and grapes, olives and sliced fruit.

'Vegan lunch with a drink,' Roxy wrote next to the photo.

Roxy recently revealed to Daily Mail Australia her updated day on a plate and everything she eats in a day following her drastic 18kg weight loss.

Every day, she enjoys two skim piccolo lattes and one peeled grapefruit.

She eats one meal per day at dinner time, fasting all day until the evening from Monday to Friday, though finds more balance on the weekends when socialising.

'I don't do breakfast or lunch, instead I do dinner at 7pm each day which is focused on protein only and salad,' she said previously.

She only drinks alcohol on the weekend if she has an occasion and limits herself to two drinks.

In terms of fitness and staying in shape, Roxy undergoes 'contrast therapy' every other day, which involves alternating between ice bath plunges and sweaty sauna sessions.

This method is believed to help to improve blood circulation throughout your body.

She also attends the gym three to four times per week and focuses on weightlifting and cardio on the treadmill.

Roxy says spending seven years on tamoxifen, a hormone therapy drug to treat breast cancer, was a huge contributor to her weight gain.

When she finally stopped taking it in February 2023, she weighed 68kg.

Speaking with Daily Mail Australia, Roxy said she has 'been on a mission to shed the weight the cancer medication put on'.

She has since dropped an impressive 18kg, making her current weigh-in at 50kg.

The entrepreneur recently spoke about the terrifying moment she overdosed on Ozempic in an effort to lose weight.

She revealed she'd taken four times the recommended dosage before she suffered from severe vomiting and non-stop shaking.

'I put so much weight on. I would have to undo my jeans when I sat in the car so I got sucked in by it,' she explained on The Lazy CEO Podcast with Jane Lu.

Earlier this year, Roxy documented her weight loss journey over the past year, amid her lavish lifestyle and relocation to Singapore.

Addison Rae shows off her amazing body

Addison Rae is getting her sweat on in her workout gear. In a new social media post the influencer and singer shows off her amazing body in a cropped exercise top and shiny shorts, driving her followers wild. "Miss Aqua, you need her like water," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. "QUEEEEEEEEEEE," commented one of her followers. "Yes I'm hella thirsty," added another.

Addison tries to sweat a little every day for her physical and mental health. "I've been trying to workout every day for at least 15 minutes. That doesn't entail a crazy workout every day, but it's 15 minutes of some type of exercise like walking or running or stretching, yoga, things like that. I feel like you never see results until you start and that's what's been motivating me. Exercise helps you so much more than just externally. It opens your mind," she told StyleCaster.

Addison has a "list of things" she does to stay healthy. Hydration, "drinking a gallon of water a day," is at the top, she told StyleCaster. "It's really hard." She recommends large b bottles that show you how much you need to drink. "It has motivational sayings to keep you on track," she said about the bottle, which she discovered on TikTok. "A lot of fitness stuff I've gotten is from TikTok," she noted. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Addison also likes to do Pilates. She shared a TikTok in August 2022 of herself taking a Pilates reformer class and using a Pilates ring. Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health." It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Addison maintains an active lifestyle. Some of her favorite activities are skateboarding, surfing, kayaking, kickboxing, and hiking, all of which are great for the body and mind.

Dancing is one of her main workouts. "That's my main thing: I love to perform. I love to creative-direct. I started off dancing, but I think a huge part of that was simply storytelling. I always want to be telling stories through everything I do," she told HighSnobiety. Dancing helps build strength and promotes flexibility and even aids in weight loss and supports heart health. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

Casimere Jollette shows off her fantastic physique

Casimere Jollette is dancing in New York – in her two-piece workout gear. In a new social media post the dancer shows off her fantastic physique in an Alo workout set, driving her followers wild. "Literally a DREAM," one of them commented. "Gorgeous," added another.

Casimere prioritizes getting her rest. "I am a heavy sleeper and can fall asleep at any given moment. So I don't necessarily have to set myself a bedtime. I fall asleep at a decent time on my own at about midnight or so," she told Vogue. What are the health benefits of sleep? According to the Sleep Foundation, getting enough z's is a mood booster, promotes heart health, regulates blood sugar, improves mental function, restores your immune system, helps relieve stress, and aids in weight loss.

How does Casimere unwind at the end of a long day? "I can typically fall asleep very easily, but on nights when I am having trouble, a nice hot Epsom salt bath with lavender essential oil relaxes me and puts me right to sleep," she says. How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

What's the first thing she does upon waking? "C.O.F.F.E.E. I am and have always been addicted. I cannot start my morning without a cup of hot coffee. It not only wakes me up but having that routine and something to look forward to upon waking is just great," she says. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Casimere's diet is clean and healthy. She loves fruit smoothies, which she makes with flax seed, protein and glutamine powder. She tries to eat organic, gluten free, and paleo, she told Energetiks.

How does she cope with auditions and nerves? "I never get nervous. I meditate before the audition and then treat it as a job interview," she says. "When you meditate, you may clear away the information overload that builds up every day and contributes to your stress," says the Mayo Clinic. Benefits include:

Gaining a new perspective on stressful situations

Building skills to manage your stress

Increasing self-awareness

Focusing on the present

Reducing negative emotions

Increasing imagination and creativity

Increasing patience and tolerance

Lowering resting heart rate

Lowering resting blood pressure

Improving sleep quality

Dance is Casimere's main form of fitness. "I started dancing when I was two years old so I honestly don't ever remember a time without dance in my life. It was my passion ever since I was little, and my goal was to become a professional dancer," she told Glitter Magazine. "It's taught me to believe in myself and to fight for the things I love. It's also given me my competitive edge to help me survive in this industry. It's a rough world out there."

Fitness Model Natacha Oceane shows off her famous figure

Natascha Oceane is doing a kneeling jump while on vacay in her workout gear. In a new social media post the fitness model takes a break from sightseeing in Japan to get her sweat on, showing off her famous figure in a two-piece exercise set. "Happy you are enjoying life ?" commented one of her followers.

In her new post, Natascha hikes Mount Fuji. "Found a big, old volcano so ofc we had to go take a little look inside the crater and you'll never guess what we found ??????," she captioned the post. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

Building stronger muscles and bones

Improving your sense of balance

Improving your heart health

Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems

Natacha is one of the many fitness experts who relies on cold plunging to help with muscle recovery. There is limited research supporting the benefits of cold plunges, which may include easing sore muscles, bringing body temperature down, increased focus, improved sleep, and decreased inflammation, per the Cleveland Clinic. However, a 2021 study found that cold water immersion therapy promotes basic post-sport recovery.

When it comes to cardio, cycling is one of Oceane's main forms of fitness. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

Oceane is also a runner. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.

In one post Natacha discusses how plyometric workouts are super effective. "Plyometric (v low ground contact time) and explosive (near maximal force in *every* rep) exercises are huge for moving more like an athlete: more power, fast twitch muscle fibres, better running economy, stronger bones, fewer injuries etc etc ?? So they're always staples for functional development, alongside all ya classics like squats, lunges + hip hinges ofc," she says, revealing some of her "fave, more accessible movements to sprinkle into lower body days!"

Snap step-up and knee drive (10 reps/side x 3): pause between reps if it helps you maintain your balance: all that matters is that we're really *snapping* forcefully downwards+upwards together

Multidirectional skater hops (30s x 3): stay up on your toes to minimise ground contact time. Slow it all down to start and once you've found your rhythm you'll be unstoppable ?

Weighted snap step-up and knee drive (8-12 reps/side x 3): just like before but on a smith so we can focus a little less on stabilisation and instead max out our power generation. A light weight works: we still want <1 second knee drives

Pogo hops to box jump (30s x 3): quick, low pogo hops (staying up on the toes and without much knee flexion) straight into a box jump

Explosive quarter squats (15 x 3): full-range barbell squats are king but explosive low-range squats all the way up into a calf extension can really help with sprinting, accelerating, vertical jump and just becoming ✨dynamic✨

Rapid single leg calf raises (10-15 per side x 3): speedy down, speedy up! I do mine with my non-working knee up to help minimise knee flexion ?️‍♀️

DB hang power clean (15 x 3): extend at the hips (drive them forwards) quickly and snap up. Land with slightly bent knees if you're going for heavier weight!

Sprints: >80% sprints (so generally <30seconds) with +1min of rest to really target your power.

She gave an update during week 4, revealing that the "process is moving along well. Im not going to say it's easy, but I'm going to tell you the things I have noticed since being on a whole food metabolic balance diet," she said. "My sleep is so much better! As part of her "sunday reset," Desi alternates between soaking in the hot tub and cold plunging. Soaking in hot water helps improve sleep, minimizes anxiety and depression, and one recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Desi also takes saunas. "Spa dates," she captioned this post. Should you take a dry sauna? Fitness Model Katie Chung Hua flaunts her shape figure

Katie Chung Hua, a fitness influencer known for her disciplined approach to health and wellness, recently celebrated a friend's birthday with a series of social media photos, including a few showcasing her in stylish workout gear. Katie's fitness philosophy is rooted in planning, consistency, and smart nutrition. "Set a goal, then create a map of how to get there," she advises. Katie incorporates HIIT workouts, challenging her muscles with every rep, and relies on a go-to list of exercises like planks, lunges, and push-ups to stay fit. Her diet tips focus on balance, protein-packed meals, and counting macros over calories. Katie's lifestyle proves that staying in shape is all about preparation and finding what works for you.

If you want to get in shape, it takes planning says Katie. "The first thing is to set a goal then create a map of how to get there. Having something to follow every day will keep you on track. Then, take a look at your nutrition, immediately cut out soda, sugars, and alcohol," she told Squat Wolf.

Katie recommends high intensity interval training for weight loss. "HIIT workouts are the quickest way to put fat over steady cardio so implement that around 4x a week," she says. There is lots of research backing up the benefits of HIIT workouts, including body fat reduction, improved cardiovascular function, and mental health. It is also time effective.

"Continue to push yourself in the gym. The last 5 reps of every exercise should be a challenge," Katie tells Squat Wolf. "Don't lift just to reach the rep number, use it as a baseline and push yourself. For those of you trying to lean, keep your reps around 12-15. Take before and after photos weekly."

Here are Katie's go-to exercises:

Bench Mountain Climber

Bench Push Up

Bench V Up

Side Lunge

Plank Hip Dips

Ski Jump

Leg Lift

Katie also shared the following diet tips with Squat Wolf:

Counts macros over calories, when you count calories you don't know how nutrient dense or deficient you are.

Eat protein with every meal

Hydrate

Read the labels and cut out all processed foods and ingredients

Be prepared, meal prep

Add greens for fiber and other crucial nutrients

Don't skip breakfast

Eat every 3-4 hours to keep the metabolism working

Shop organic

Find a balance and something that works for your lifestyle. If you have an unattainable diet regimen you won't stick to it.

Golf Influencer Karin Hart shows off stunning body

Golf influencer Karin Hart is making waves both on and off the course, where she's recently shared a video of herself hitting balls in stylish workout gear and her "MGGA" hat, captioned, "Making golf great again ??⛳️?." Known for her active lifestyle and dedication to health, Hart combines her passion for golf with a balanced approach to fitness and self-care. A cancer survivor, Hart has a resilient spirit that drives her to maintain a rigorous workout routine, including five sessions a week with Orangetheory, personal training, and running. She also enjoys tennis and long walks with her dog, showing that variety keeps her fitness engaging and enjoyable.

Hart was diagnosed with Papillary Thyroid Cancer when she was in college, on September 16, 2009. She underwent two surgeries, radioactive iodine treatment, and balanced her thyroid hormones post-thyroidectomy to beat cancer. During treatment, she played lacrosse for her Division I college, competing on her team all 4 seasons, she reveals on her website.

Karin works out 5 times a week. Her favorites are Orangetheory Fitness, training with her personal trainer, and using the Tone It Up app. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

Develop strong bones

Manage your weight

Enhance your quality of life

Manage chronic conditions

Sharpen your thinking skills

She also enjoys going for runs and takes her dog on long walks in downtown St. Pete. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Golf isn't the only country club sport Karin enjoys. She loves tennis. "How's my serve? ?? #tennis #gamesetmatch #tennisbabes," she captioned a post. According to ACE Fitness it blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

Golf is Karin's go-to sport. A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.

Soccer Stunner Jordyn Huitema "Always Beautiful"

Jordyn Huitema is on the soccer field – in her workout gear. In a new social media post the stunning athlete shows off her beautiful body in a two-piece uniform, driving her followers wild. "You are stunning beautiful ?," commented one. "Always beautiful and magnificent ?❤️," added another.

As a soccer player Jordyn spends a good amount of time running up and down the field. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.

Jordyn hits the gym at night for strength training exercises. She lifts weights, uses Bosu balls, and does bodyweight workouts. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

Develop strong bones

Manage your weight

Enhance your quality of life

Manage chronic conditions

Sharpen your thinking skills

While in Portugal, Jordyn went hiking. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

Building stronger muscles and bones

Improving your sense of balance

Improving your heart health

Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems

Jordyn makes sure to get enough protein. She enjoys a strawberry whey protein smoothie daily, which she calls a "recovery strategy" as she drinks it after a hard workout, she explains in a YouTube video. According to clinical trials, consuming more protein than the recommended dietary allowance not only reduces body weight (BW), but also enhances body composition by decreasing fat mass while preserving fat-free mass (FFM) in both low-calorie and standard-calorie diets.

Jordyn has been playing soccer since she was a kid. Mercedes Carnethon, MD, told the American Heart Association that soccer is a great workout for many reasons. "It is a game of continuous running and with very little stopping," said Carnethon, an associate professor of preventive medicine at Northwestern University in Chicago. "It also has anaerobic elements – that high intensity where you're sprinting and then resting – you're constantly moving." Sports researcher Peter Krustrup, who has spent more than 15 years studying the health benefits of soccer, added that recreational-level play and soccer-related exercise drills can help reduce cholesterol and blood pressure. Soccer also can help shift body composition by decreasing fat and increasing lean muscle.

Morena Beltrán in Bikini is "Absolutely Stunning"

Morena Beltrán is getting lots of attention for her latest swimsuit photos on social media. The ESPN personality shows off her incredible figure in a bathing suit via one of her latest Instagram posts. "Absolutely stunning," commented one of her followers, while many others added fire and heart emojis.

Morena keeps her body fit with the help of regular high intensity interval training (HIIT) mostly focusing on strength and weight training exercises. "Training that will take you to the stars," she captioned a photo. There is lots of Research backing up the benefits of HIIT workouts, including body fat reduction, improved cardiovascular function, and mental health. It is also time effective.

Morena also prioritizes hydration. "Training is my cable to ground. My little place to escape the routine, unload and continue the day with better energy. And always well accompanied with original Gatorade to rehydrate and replenish the sodium I lose. This is my formula. Which one is yours?" she captained a post. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.

Morena also goes for runs. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.

You can often find Morena going for a swim, a great way to get regular aerobic physical activity, according to the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.

Morena, who regularly covers soccer, can be found kicking the ball around, like in this Instagram reel. Not only are there physical benefits to engaging in team sports, but it can also help you "fend off depression," says the Mayo Clinic.

Josie Canseco is heating things up this autumn

Josie Canseco is heating things up this autumn – and doing it in style. In a recent social media post, the model and influencer showed off her toned abs in a two-piece Alo exercise set, captioning the photos, "hot girl fall or something @alo." But her fitness journey is about more than just looking good. "I grew up playing sports and being very active," Josie told Us Weekly, adding, "It's kind of a routine thing that just helps me feel better about myself, about my life, and my confidence." From boxing to spin classes, Josie embraces a variety of workouts, while balancing it all with a pescatarian diet and a healthy dose of self-care. Here's how she keeps it all in check.

Josie understands the mental health benefits of exercise. "I grew up playing sports and being very active," Josie told Us. "So for me, it's kind of a routine thing that just helps me feel better about myself, about my life and my confidence. And I feel like that shines through when you feel good about what you've done."

Josie also takes "Rumble classes" and boxes. "Boxing training one-on-one, like really focused and in my zone," she added to Us. According to Harvard Health, boxing is a great way to build strength, improve balance, posture, hand-eye coordination, boost mood and endurance, and helps increase alertness.

When Josie is on vacation, you can find her staying active by snorkeling. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Josie takes spin classes. "I love cycling, I do it all the time. It's a good cardio mix. I'm all about cardio and high intensity music," Canseco told Us Weekly. She cycled "maybe like two or three times a week" to prep for the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

Josie feels her best "when I've really been on a good routine of eating right and eating a lot of vegetables and good proteins and balancing my diet — and it's not all about going full-in and being, like, cold-turkey, cutting things out and being like a health freak. It's all about balance for me," she told Us. "I've been slowly transitioning to be pescatarian. "I just kind of have a soft spot for animals and down the line, I'd like to work with them and have my own nonprofit one day. So not eating red meats and chicken obviously, and slowly transitioning into [not eating fish]," she continued. "It's just balance. It's OK to have pizza and stuff like that, but [weight loss] should be hard work, it shouldn't be easy."

Maja Kravarusic flaunts her famous figure

Maja Kravarusic is modeling exercise clothes. In a new social media post the model and influencer flaunts her famous figure in a variety of looks from her new collection with Israeli clothing line TFS. "Come dress with me in my new capsule," she captioned the Instagram video, driving her followers wild. "She is beautiful," commented one of them. "?❤️?," added another.

Maja loves to dance and even competed on Dancing with the Stars. "Half a year of intensive work training for this moment. When the heart is on 200 and doesn't believe it's over in a moment. And how much it was all worth it. Ups and downs, trips in the table, technique, give a show, feel every bit and bit in the body! Everyday, all day, 24/7. With each other, until the end," she captioned a video.

Maja enjoys doing yoga. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

Maja is a Pilates girl. "We're pushing it @juvisrael @hila_pilates," she captioned a photo of herself on a reformer.

Maja loves to relax by taking a hot bubble bath. "Only now and then ?," she captioned a series of snaps of her taking baths. How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Maja also runs. "Shawty go jogging every morning," she captioned a post. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.

Anfisa Nava shows off her fit figure

Anfisa Nava is launching a sculpting program in her workout gear. In a new social media post the 90 Day Fiancé star shows off her fit figure in a two-piece exercise set while announcing a 6 week fitness challenge. "I'm so excited to announce that sign ups for my 6 Week Body Sculpting Program 2.0 are officially open! ? You all loved the first version of the program that I launched in January so I decided to make it even better!" she writes in the post.

Anfisa enjoys hiking, a great workout per the National Parks Service. Physical benefits of hiking include:

Building stronger muscles and bones

Improving your sense of balance

Improving your heart health

Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems

When it comes to diet, she follows a single rule. "I just reduced my portion size," Anfisa told E! News. "I've actually been skinny my whole life, but when I moved to the United States I gained about 15 to 20 pounds. The food here is different from the way I used to eat in Russia. In Russia, I would eat home-cooked meals but here I would go out to eat a lot. And I wasn't really controlling it, I was eating everything."

Cardio is the key to weight loss, says Anfisa. "I was doing the elliptical or the treadmill five or six times a week for 30-40 minutes," she told E! News. Going for a daily walk – outside or on the treadmill – is a great form of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Anfisa enjoys jet skiing, a surprisingly effective form of fitness. Health Fitness Revolution maintains that the average 150-pound rider will burn a surprising 238 calories during a half-hour ride. The sport is also great for cardiovascular endurance.

Anfisa's main form of fitness is strength training. She is a certified personal trainer and is now competing in bodybuilding competitions. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

Develop strong bones

Manage your weight

Enhance your quality of life

Manage chronic conditions

Sharpen your thinking skills

Adriana Lima shows off her amazing body

driana Lima is breaking a sweat in her exercise gear. In a new social media post the Brazilian model shows off her amazing body and impressive moves during a workout session with celebrity trainer Kirk Myers. "Crushing It: Getting Vs. Ready," he wrote on the Instagram Stories video of the former Victoria's Secret Angel, who returned to the runway for this year's show.

Longevity is the end goal and motivator for Adriana when it comes to her diet and exercise goals. "I plan to live a long time," she told Elle. "Keeping your body healthy with workouts, it's important what you put into your body. Eating this way gives you energy so you can have a long day of work and not feel exhausted."

Lima relies on meal delivery services to ensure healthy eating. She even travels with a cooler filled with pre-made meals from Perfecting Athletes, a South Florida-based nutrition service used by pro boxers and UFC fighters, which she microwaves in her hotel room. Most of the meals are plant based, like chickpeas, brown rice, and edamame. Can't afford a meal delivery service? Meal prepping will help keep you on track.

Lima avoids vitamins and supplements, nourishing her body with food instead. "You can have these types of results and instead of having vitamins, you can use food as energy," says Lima. "Traveling and being at photo shoots, it's kind of hard to find healthy food. I have these two girls I'm very lucky to have, Michelle [Ingels] and Paulina [Indara]. They are nutritionists and certified in Chinese medicine so they design my meals depending on what I'm doing at the gym. It keeps me moving." What does she like to eat? "I love smoothies, fresh fruit, and veggies. I also take a daily vitamin and drink lots of different herbal teas to help purify my body," she told CR Fashion Book. She also drinks "lots of water."

Lima is a fan of 54D—a "human transformation program" that involves high-intensity training workouts, she revealed on Instagram. "Breathless today. It was so tough," she captioned a post.. "But I enjoyed [it]!" There is lots of research backing up the benefits of HIIT workouts, including body fat reduction, improved cardiovascular function, and mental health. It is also time effective.

She also loves to run. "If I have a gym at my hotel, I'll wake up and do a quick workout, or I'll run outside as a way to see the place that I'm visiting," Lima told CR Fashion Book. "Another good trick of mine is packing a jump rope and doing ten minutes in my room first thing in the morning to get my heart rate up." According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.

Adriana boxes with Michael Olajide Jr. of Aerospace, and says throwing punches is her favorite workout. Harvard Health maintains that boxing is a great way to build strength, improve balance, posture, hand-eye coordination, boost mood and endurance, and helps increase alertness.

Alexis Ren shows off her amazing body

Alexis Ren is doing yoga – in her workout clothes. In a new social media post the influencer shows off her amazing body in a two-piece exercise set during a RVCA yoga session. "Been so excited for this," she captioned the Instagram stories, loving the Costa Mesa, California–based clothing company owned by Authentic Brands Group.

Alexis loves to dance. "Ballet has been so many things for me. It's been heaven and an escape. Hell and a prison. Through hours of pouring sweat and soul onto the dance floor, I have found a work ethic and a determination I wouldn't trade for the world. The ability to look resistance square in the eyes and keep going," she says. Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function.

Alexis is a fan of tennis tennis – and the cardio-meets-aerobic workout is great for your health, says ACE Fitness. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

Alexis prioritizes her mental health and self-care. "In the mornings, I journal," Alexis told Grazia. "I think journaling is one of the most important things to build into your morning routine. Journaling is an important tool because the days and years pass by so quickly, but journaling stays forever. Looking back, you get to see yourself grow in your writing. When I look back on my journals from even five years ago, it makes me proud to see how much I've grown and evolved."

Alexis makes sure to get plenty of sleep. "My bedtime varies, although lately, it's been around 11:30 pm," she told Grazia. "The time I wake up varies by the day, but if I have a few days off, I try to let myself sleep in (which means 9 am latest). I like to listen to my body and tune in to what it's telling me, even if that means waking up at 6 am daily, or 9 am from time to time. As of lately, I feel more creative towards the evening, so I have been staying up a little later to work on projects and brainstorm." What are the health benefits of sleep? According to the Sleep Foundation, getting enough z's is a mood booster, promotes heart health, regulates blood sugar, improves mental function, restores your immune system, helps relieve stress, and aids in weight loss.

"I love surfing," Alexis told Grazia. "Lots and lots of practice," she captioned a recent post. According to the Australian government's Better Health, surfing provides many health benefits including cardiovascular fitness from paddling, shoulder and back strength, which also strengthens from the paddling, and leg and core strength. "Once you're standing up on the board, strong legs and a strong core will keep you up," they say.

Alexis enjoys pilates, which "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health," says the Mayo Clinic. It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Sydney Sweeney looks amazing in bikini

Sydney Sweeney is getting into character in workout clothes. In a new social media post the actress flexes her guns while revealing to her followers that her next role is as Christy Martin, a former boxer. "Over the past few months, I've been immersed in training to bring to life the story of an incredible woman—a true champion who fought battles both inside and outside the ring. Her journey is a testament to resilience, strength, and hope, and I'm honored to step into her shoes to share her powerful story with you all," she captioned the Instagram photos.

Water skiing has been a hobby of Sydney's since the "moment I could walk," she told Women's Health. "It's my favorite." In terms of physical benefits, "It's a lot of upper body strength, it's balance, it's core, it's legs—you get tired really fast," she says. "I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun," she said.

Sweeney told the Hollywood Reporter that she only drinks water and that she has never even tried coffee and doesn't drink alcohol. "If I'm celebrating, or it's a very rare occasion, I'll have a Shirley Temple," she said. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

"I'm trained in mixed martial arts," Sydney told Marie Claire. "I started when I was 14 and did my first competition at 18. It was a grappling competition against all guys a weight category above me, and I got first place. Those guys were probably saying, 'Oh, we didn't want to hurt her,' but they were definitely trying. Everyone broke a sweat!" Studies confirm that the practice helps with balance, cognitive function and psychological health in addition to weight loss and physical fitness.

"I love to paint, and I love to read," she said. "Those are the activities that are just for me." Why should you pick up a book? According to a Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine, people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

Sydney also enjoys dabbling in new workouts. In a recent post she reveals that she has been doing the solidcore workout, calling it "the most insane workout ever." The pilates-based method is a low-impact, high intensity workout.

Fitness Model Bruna Lima shared her workout routines and fitness tips

Bruna Lima is a well-known fitness model and a prominent ambassador for the brand FashionNova. With a large social media following, Lima regularly shares her workout routines and fitness tips on Instagram. Recently, she posted a gym selfie on her Instagram story, where she posed in a white cropped hoodie and tan shorts, showcasing her dedication to fitness. Lima's social media is filled with posts about her lifestyle, including her daily supplement intake, workouts, and overall health journey. She offers insight into her routine, like her commitment to lifting weights and building strength post-pregnancy, without the pressure of rapid weight loss. Lima encourages her followers to give themselves grace as they work toward their fitness goals.

Lima likes to take supplements. She shared her favorites in the caption of this Instagram post. "Supplements that I take daily ⬇️@keforma_america is all about quality & so I know I'm getting the best?1️⃣Collagen- I usually take this first thing in the morning as a shot or in my coffee ? 2️⃣Pre-workout- The CGT Explosion has creatine & glutamine & gives me such clean energy for my workout. 3️⃣Recovery Mass 2.0 in my water at all times. Helps me recover & build muscle mass. 4️⃣Whey Protein- I have a shake at least once everyday! This powder is sooo tasty and blends perfectly."

When it comes to losing the baby weight, Lima is being consistent. However, that doesn't mean she's pressuring herself. Lima shared this video on Instagram of herself in the gym. She captioned the post, "Give yourself grace. Give yourself time ??11 months and I'm finally starting to notice changes. It takes a lot of consistency, following a structured workout plan, and proper nutrition. Make yourself a priority ?"

In the previous blurb's Instagram video, Lima is seen using weights. In it, she is seen doing squats with a dumbbell and weighted machine and using the leg press machine with a weight. According to The Mayo Clinic, using weights has a lot of benefits. "Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age."

Lima has amazing legs. Naturally, this means that she doesn't skip leg day. Lima shared some of her favorite lower body workouts in this Instagram video. In it, she is seen doing leg extensions and leg presses. Lima captioned the post, "The last exercises from today's lower body day with @treinadorkaka KILLED ME? Technique is everythingggg I've been putting in work and eating to grow. Can't wait to see my progress in a few months!"

Lima has an impressive figure. She shared some of her favorite core workouts in this Instagram video. Lima is seen doing plank single leg crunches, plank dips, bicycle crunches, leg drops, and single leg crunches in a glute bridge. She captioned the post, "The truth is recovering from pregnancy is way harder than I anticipated. These are the moves that helped restore my core. Try each move for a minute & repeat 3x ?" Doing core workouts is extremely important. The Mayo Clinic states, "Core exercises train the muscles in your core to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and steadiness, also called stability. Stability is important whether you're on the playing field or doing regular activities. In fact, most sports and other physical activities depend on stable core muscles."

Roxy Jacenko shows off her very slender frame in skimpy bikini

PR Queen Roxy Jacenko took to social media on Saturday to show off the results of her recent weight loss.

The 44-year-old mother-of-two posted a sultry selfie in which she can be seen posing in a skimpy red bikini.

The revealing two-piece showed off her flat and toned tummy.

Roxy wore her hair out for the Instagram snap and accessorised with a gold necklace, matching bangles and what appeared to be diamond earrings.

The PR maven's followers were quick to send messages of support for Roxy's style, with one writing, 'You look amazing gushed'.

'Wow you look gorgeous Roxy' said someone else with one more admirer chiming in, 'You hot thing'.

In April, the star revealed she had reached her goal weight after shedding 15 kilograms.

In the post, the Sweaty Betty owner showed a picture of her scales revealing her current weight of 51.9kg.

A subsequent update showed a picture of a bag of Krispy Kreme doughnuts, along with a claim she would be eating them as a treat for reaching her goal.

Prior to that, Roxy unveiled her astonishing weight loss to social media, along with details of the strict diet she used to shrink her frame.

That plan included a lunch which consisted of grilled chicken, quinoa and vegetables covered in balsamic vinegar.

She then revealed what she has for breakfast - one cup of coffee and a container of powdered vitamins from a trendy supplement powder company.

In her caption, Roxy claimed she 'hasn't felt sluggish in four months' after taking the vitamin blend on a daily basis.

For dinner, Roxy said she eats just a plate of broccoli smothered in garlic and oyster sauce, and for a sweet snack she treats herself to two passionfruits.

The mother-of-two, who is now based in Singapore, shared a photo of herself looking very svelte in black shorts and a sports bra while working out at the gym.

Roxy also gave her fans an update on her alcohol consumption, revealing she had finally ditched the booze altogether.
