Jennifer Aniston is paying homage to the women in her life in her swimsuit. The 54-year-old actress shows off her forever young figure in a bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts, a video compilation of moments with her BBFs. "Thank god for girlfriends," she captioned the Instagram tribute.
Jennifer loves drinking shakes. During a recent interview with Allure to blended up a mix of powders, nuts, ground-up things, bananas, "chocolate things," and shavings. "Whoa, I hope you like sweet things," she said to the journalist. "Cheers."
Aniston is embracing aging. "I feel the best in who I am today, better than I ever did in my 20s or 30s even, or my mid-40s. We needed to stop saying bad shit to ourselves," she told Allure. "You're going to be 65 one day and think, I looked fucking great at 53," she then said to herself.
Aniston told Allure "It's important," to not hold a grudge. "It's toxic to have that resentment, that anger. I learned that by watching my mom never let go of it. I remember saying, 'Thank you for showing me what never to be.' So that's what I mean about taking the darker things that happen in our lives, the not-so-happy moments, and trying to find places to honor them because of what they have given to us."
Jennifer sticks to a cardio routine: The 15-15-15 workout. "I had an injury last fall and I was only able to do Pilates, which I absolutely love. But I was missing that kind of sweat when you just go for it," she recently told InStyle. "I'm going back to my 15-15-15, which is a 15-minute spin, elliptical, run. And then just old school: I can chase myself around a gym. I need some kind of movement, even if it's just 10 minutes a day on a trampoline."
Jennifer is famous for her healthy diet devotion. "I don't let eating habits get out of control where I need a reset button," she told Yahoo Food. "My general philosophy is to eat healthy. It's pretty clear: eat as much organic fruits and veggies as you can, keep sugar [intake] low, drink tons and tons of water, and get good sleep."
Aniston drinks a whopping 100 ounces of water per day. "But occasionally I just have to have a Diet Coke—there's nothing like it!" According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.
Aniston adds collagen peptides to her coffee. "I've always been an advocate for finding wellness from the inside out – and I'm so happy to share the importance of collagen," she revealed. "Though we may not all be blessed with the genetics of Jennifer Aniston, we can still reap the potential benefits of collagen peptides, which she swears by. The star has said she puts a scoop in her smoothie each morning to keep her skin youthful and her body limber," says the Cleveland Clinic. "Taking collagen peptides — also known as hydrolyzed collagen or collagen hydrolysate — can help prevent unwelcome health woes by replenishing some of your body's collagen supply."

"The clarity, focus and discipline this practice has given me to stay in the moment has hugely transformed my life. I rarely skip a morning and, if I do, I really feel it. I love the Ten Percent Happier app – it's meditation for sceptics like me."
Bosworth makes sure to stay hydrated. Especially when she travels. "I consume a lot of herbal tea (like peppermint) and tons of water," she says to Net-A-Porter.com. "Rather than too much caffeine. The goal is to stay hydrated for more energy rather than relying on a quick fix."
Bosworth shared some of her diet secrets to Net-A-Porter.com. She says that she likes to put herself on a schedule when it comes to meals. Specifically, she eats certain foods at certain times. "I also try to eat the right meal at the right time," Bosworth explains. "Even though my stomach may be craving breakfast for dinner. Getting your body on a schedule right away helps."
Bosworth tells Net-A-Porter.com that she believes in balance when it comes to food. She says that she still indulges from time to time. "I'm pretty easy and instinctive with food," she explains. Bosworth says that she makes sure to do what she can and what she feels is best. "I had a hard time with my exercise routine," she says. Janelle Monáe hit the red carpet of The Met Gala in her swimsuit. The singer showed off her incredible body at the annual soiree on Monday night, wearing a Karl Lagerfeld look, which included a black bathing suit. "Once upon a time," she captioned an Instagram post of images from the evening.
The primary way Janelle burns calories is by dancing. "I do a lot of heavy sweating up on stage," she told Black Doctor. "We do 90-minute shows — I'm moving around and it's very high-energy. That often becomes my workout, just performing and being onstage. I guess you can say I exercise a lot, but really, I don't realize I'm getting a workout while I'm dancing onstage because I'm always having so much fun."
Healthy eating is another way Janelle prioritizes her health. "I try to keep a healthy, balanced diet on the road, though it can sometimes be hard. I try to eat a lot of salads while I'm traveling, but when I need a light, fluffy snack, I reach for my pita chips and hummus," she told Black Doctor.
Janelle understands that hydration is crucial for a variety of reasons. "I also drink a lot of water to stay healthy and preserve my voice on the road. I sip a lot, especially when I'm flying, since airplane travel can dry out your voice like crazy," she told Black Doctor. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.
Janelle maintains that "in terms of staying fit and healthy, a lot comes from within. The happier you are, the more your beauty comes out. When you have a good heart and positive energy, you and the people around you are better. And that's the best beauty and health advice you'll find anywhere," she told Black Doctor.
"I think self-care is important, and it shifts with your growth," she told Shape. "It used to be making sure that I take a vacation because I had been working 11 months out of the year. I needed time to play, to let my hair down, and run around naked. All of that is still important. And if I also want to drink, I'm drinking. You know what I'm saying?"

Alix is all about indulging on occasion. One of her favorite cheat foods is ice cream. She regularly indulges in a cone or cup, sharing the photos on her Instagram Stories.
Alix makes sure to include a lot of fresh produce in her diet."Farmer's Market Wednesday," is a regular part of her week, when she stocks up on healthy fruits and veggies and eats acai bowls loaded with antioxidants.
Alix is a fan of cycling. Since she lives in Miami she often gets around with a bike. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

"Now, I try to maintain myself as best as I can, but I don't suffer so much anymore because before I was a bit obsessed with maintaining myself and, in addition to strict diets, used many other alternatives to achieve the goal."
Geithner is all about being natural. She opened up about this in an interview. "People think it's free, but actually this has been a change in consciousness since about 20 years ago when I turned to natural medicine. No drugs, no alcohol, no cigarettes, all of that adds up to a good attitude."

"Sunlight exposure impacts how much melatonin your brain produces, which is what tells your brain when it is time to sleep. When it gets dark, you start producing melatonin so you are ready to sleep in about two hours. With more sunlight in the summer, you are likely to feel more awake. Dr. Bligard points out that modern technology has allowed us to change our light exposure artificially with lights, TV screens and computer screens (including tablets and cell phones). Consequently, the incidence of insomnia is much higher now than it was before these devices were invented," says Unity Point Health.

Charli D'Amelio is celebrating her birthday in her bathing suit. The influencer shows off her incredible figure in a black bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts. "Thank you all for the birthday wishes!!! i love you," she captioned the Instagram post.
Charli engages in the occasional cheat meal. Her go-to? Dunkin Donuts, who she ended up partnering with. "The Dunkin Donuts collaboration came about after a lot of free promotion. For a while, everyone thought I was getting paid. But I was not. I just shamelessly promoted and promoted because I really wanted to work with them. And then they finally gave me the opportunity and I immediately took it. And since then, we've come out with two of my own drinks on the menu and sold-out cold brew nationwide. It was a really big hit for me. And it was a really great feeling seeing all of that come together. It was definitely a lot of my determination to work with Dunkin Donuts," she told Forbes.
Charli is an eating disorder survivor, which she opened up about on her reality show. "Whenever I first started TikTok … I was very unhealthy," she says. "I would lose a bunch of weight, and then gain a bunch of weight, and then lose it, and my comments would switch up with that," she said. She confessed that after binge sessions she would make herself sick and then starve herself. "It was really bad," she said. "You could see it because I'm short, so when I put on weight people would be like, 'Oh, you gained weight,' and then they're like, 'Oh, she lost so much weight, she looks so good.'" At her thinnest, she was trolled for being "skin and bones." "I let it get to me and I wish I didn't," she added.
"It's extremely hard to go from having a very unhealthy mindset with food to a healthy one, especially when you've dealt with it alone for so long," she added, revealing that she ended up meeting other influencers and having an open discussion about it all. "At least now I have friends that I can talk to and that made me work so much harder to get a healthy relationship with food again."

Portuguese model and ex-girlfriend of F1 star Lando Norris Luisinha Oliveira is enjoying a magical vacation in Tulum, Mexico. Oliveira shared pictures of herself posing in a rust-colored bathing suit on a gorgeous beach, with blue skies and palm trees in the background. "Tulum ?," she captioned the post.
Oliveira does yoga as part of her wellness routine. "One of the wonderful things about yoga is accepting yourself and your body just as you are today," says Corinna Keenmon, MD, FAPA. "This is the mindfulness aspect of yoga — simply appreciating your body for the things that it can do right now in the present moment."
Oliveira focused on completing her education before becoming a model. "Only after finishing my degree did I start to dedicate myself to modeling," she says. "I took Marketing Management at IPAM Porto, and one semester at Metropolitan University in Budapest, three amazing years."
Oliveira has a mark on her left cheekbone she never hides, saying it's part of who she is. "It's not sun damage, I'm actually really careful with my skin," she says. "It's a birthmark, and I think there's no reason to hide it. Quite the opposite, I think birthmarks are beautiful, special, and make you even more unique."
Oliveira enjoys plenty of carbohydrates as part of her regular diet. "Whole grains are better sources than refined grains of fiber and other important nutrients, such as B vitamins," says the Mayo Clinic. "Refined grains go through a process that strips out parts of the grain — along with some of the nutrients and fiber."
Oliveira is happiest and feels most grounded when she is surrounded by her loved ones. Spending time with my friends and family is one of the things I value the most," she says. "I believe we should define our priorities and try to find a balance between them, and I think it also depends on the phase of your life you're going through."

Model Sailor Brinkley Cook is thrilled with the return of sunny weather to Los Angeles, and is taking full advantage of the beautiful climate. Cook, 24, shared pictures and video of herself enjoying the city, including one of her drinking from a cup while wearing a black bathing suit and denim shorts. "LA has really been LA-ing recently," she captioned the post.
Cook mixes up her workouts between high and lower intensity exercises. "In general, I try to work out every day," she says. "A normal workout would start with cardio. I'm a big runner—I try to run two miles a day. Then I work out with my trainer at Work Train Fight, doing HIIT workouts like burpees and lunges. If I need a day off, I'll do yoga or something low-intensity."
Cook enjoys a healthy diet with plenty of vegetables. "I eat as clean as possible," she says. "Lots of lean protein. I'm vegan so I can't have grilled chicken or salmon, but I go for salads with quinoa and beans and fresh vegetables and then something light, like a sautéed vegetable dish, for dinner."
Cook has been dairy-free since age 13. "My mom raised me vegetarian, and I've gone in and out of eating seafood only for health purposes, but pretty much 95% of my diet is vegan and has been my entire life," she says. "I've literally never had a hamburger, never had a hot dog, never had a piece of steak. So these alternatives are very important to my life." "It's what makes my body feel the best," she adds. "The more that I've looked into living a plant-based lifestyle, the more I realize that it not only benefits myself, but it benefits the world."
Cook ramps up her workouts before a modeling shoot. "I work out like an athlete. I add on weight training, I box, and really push my muscles," she says. "At swim shoots it's a lot about definition, no matter what size or shape you are. So when you're about to be in a bikini, weight work is best. I always try and appreciate however my body is at the moment, but I love when I see the little line down the side—that's always great."
Cook loves cheesy pasta dishes—made with vegan ingredients, of course. "I love mac and cheese," she says. "I am a massive pasta person. I eat pasta four times a week which is a little terrifying but it's what I do to enjoy my life. I have always been obsessed with mac and cheese. I make a really delicious mac and cheese and I add Silk Nextmilk into it that just makes it even creamier and delicious."

Roselyn Sánchez is currently starring in the FOX series, Fantasy Island, a reimagining of the classic show. She isn't afraid of showing off her body on social media. Sánchez shared an old photo from her work on Devious Maids this week on her Instagram story. In it, she and a co-star posed in matching red swimsuits.
Sánchez opened up about her healthy habits in an interview with HOLA! Magazine. "I've never been a drinker or a smoker. I don't know for sure if this is the reason why I look younger. Doctors claim that leading a healthy life consisting of good habits like eating healthy and getting enough rest is fundamental to good health. I've never gone to bed with my makeup on, but I'm not a big fan of beauty products and I've never had plastic surgery. I practice a bit of discipline and I'm good to myself."
Sánchez tells The A.V. Club that she wants to give opportunities to other Hispanic and Latino actors and workers in the film and TV industry. "I have an immense passion to produce and to direct, especially Latino content. I take it as a responsibility. I've been so lucky that it's time to pay it forward, [especially] if I can do it in Puerto Rico and employ Puerto Ricans. This country is so unique in terms of our history. It's a Commonwealth with an ever-evolving relationship with the States. Puerto Ricans are very divided when it comes to our political status. And as a place to shoot, it's paradise. We have a little bit of everything. We have rainforests! So in terms of production value and history, we have so much to offer. So with HSI: Puerto Rico, there's so many cop procedural franchises that do so well, [so] how is it possible that there's not one here? That was the whole idea behind it."
Sánchez opened up to HOLA! Magazine about how she approaches her career. She says that she wants to be honest and true to herself. "I've never had terrible problems on a personal or professional level, and I've always made an effort to keep my career intact," Sánchez explained. "I had a very normal upbringing, from good and humble people in Puerto Rico. My mother taught me to be of strong character, but never mischievous. I've always had a good head on my shoulders and made sure my career was nice and clean so it can serve as an inspiration to others. I dislike people who have successful careers based on gossip and scandals."
Sánchez tells HOLA! Magazine that she's extremely grateful for her career. "I can't complain. That would be ungrateful of me. I thought that it would be easier than it actually was. I've lived through so much happiness but also lots of tears. But it's like anything in life, if I were to retire tomorrow and write a book about my life, it would be 90% gratitude. Gratitude towards God, life, my angels…Because I've worked consistently for 25 years."
Sánchez shared some of her favorite exercises to HOLA! Magazine. She says that she likes to practice ballet to keep herself in shape. "I exercise a lot. I've been dancing ballet since I was four, and have been practicing it constantly throughout the years. It's very important for me to keep moving and stay active."
