The actress has repeatedly proved that she can slay any outfit with her style. Each time Esha drops a photo on her Instagram handle, she leaves everyone gasping for breath. This time too, she is setting fire to the internet with her latest photo.

On Friday, Esha took to her Instagram account and dropped a picture in which she was seen posing in a bikini.

Soon after the picture was shared online, fans rushed to the comment section to compliment the actress. While many dropped fire emojis, one of the fans wrote, “Hotness meter went into a fever." Another user shared, “trust me, no one is looking at the background view." One of the users revealed, “You were the reason that I joined Instagram 6 years ago."

Meanwhile, on the work front, Esha Gupta was last seen in Prakash Jha’s Aashram 3 which also starred Bobby Deol in the lead. Talking about her role in the series, the actress earlier told The Free Press Journal, “I think I manifested it unknowingly when I saw ‘Aashram’ during the lockdown and I wished to be a part of the show. Getting this series was more of a gift from the universe.”

Jilly Anaist shows off her incredible body posing by the pool

Jilly Anaist is wowing her followers in her swimsuit. The singer shows off her incredible body in a bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts, posing by a pool. "It's like I know you're a real human but I still question it in my head ! Hahah you are perfect !!!!" commented a follower. "In love with you," added another.

Jilly breaks a sweat in order to stay fit. "I definitely love working out!" she told Women Fitness. "My work out routine consists of 45 minute cardio, a lot of ab exercises, squats, leg and arm exercises. I always follow my workouts with going into the sauna for about 15 minutes, which is a great ending to all my work outs."

When it comes to her diet, it's all about moderation for Jilly. "I just always watch what I eat. I don't necessarily have a diet that I stick to but I'm very cautious. I eat a lot of fruit and vegetables," she told Women Fitness. "I rarely eat junk food, and maintain a healthy lifestyle."

Jilly also prioritizes hydration and avoids sugary drinks. "I only drink water I don't drink any juice," she told Women Fitness.

Another way Jilly likes to work out? "Girl, the Peloton. I'm a really big Peloton freak. Here I am, Peloton every day," she told Sheen. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

Jilly has faither. "I absolutely believe that God plays a huge role in all my success. If it wasn't for him, none of this is possible. And I continue to pray no matter what! Good day I pray and bad day I continue to pray, because I know that without God none of this is possible. I give all my thanks and worship to God each and every day. Walking by faith is the best thing I have ever done. I can only know that God will lead me to much greater paths in my life," she told Women Fitness.

Jessie Wynter is ready for warm weather, sunshine, and blue skies

Love Island star Jessie Wynter is ready for warm weather, sunshine, and blue skies. Wynter shared pictures of herself wearing a black and white polka dot bikini, posing next to a luxury indoor pool in a gorgeous spa. "The countdown to bikini weather is on ☀️," she captioned the post. "Looking gorgeous, drop the workout routine!" commented a fan.

Wynter follows a balanced, healthy diet with room for treats. "For breakfast I always like to have a high protein and high fiber meal," she says. "It's my biggest meal of the day, so I'll have a big bowl of oats with Greek yogurt, blueberries and honey on top. I usually go for a lighter lunch, so I'll whip up a chicken salad. I'll either have chicken prepared in the fridge or just buy some from the store and chuck it together with salad ingredients. I love to get my veggies in at dinner time. I'll have carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, sweet potato and then my main protein source will be chicken, steak or salmon."

Wynter makes sure to stay active as much as possible, especially when actual workouts aren't possible. "I think getting outside and moving your body is so important," she says. "I don't think you need to be doing hectic workouts all the time, but sometimes something like just a long walk outside is the perfect thing for your mind. I love to chuck a podcast on and listen to some good music."

Wynter loves making her own smoothies at home. "I love a good muesli bar and making smoothies," she says. "I'd have banana, a nice chocolate protein powder, yogurt and I usually use oatmeal and chuck in chia seeds and peanut butter as well."

Wynter swears by Pilates, even if it's just a 10-minute session. "Obviously keeping active is huge for me, even in the villa, I would always find time on my own to go do a little mini workout," she says. "Obviously working out releases endorphins, it's just so good for de-stressing. So I think incorporating little bits of that in your day, every day is just so important. You don't have to be like working out for two hours, it could literally be like 10 minutes of Pilates or a little 10-minute workout on the floor. Five minutes of journaling – it doesn't have to be anything extreme. But it's just taking those small amounts of time out of your day, to make sure that you stay grounded, and you've got that time to think for yourself."

Wynter makes a point to relax and enjoy herself at least once a week. "I am all about self-care," she says. "I think it's so important to take the time to wind down and have a moment to yourself. So my ultimate self-care Sunday would start off with getting enough sleep, having a bit of a lay-in, and relaxing in the morning. I think starting your day off in a relaxed state of mind is so important.

The Little Mermaid star Halle Bailey celebrated July 4th—and her own independent spirit—in a bathing suit that perfectly showcased her strong physique. Bailey, 23, shared pictures of herself wearing a white bikini, posing in the perfect light of a summer sunset. "Girl of your dreams ?," she captioned the post. "The people's mermaid," a fan commented.

Bailey worked out with personal trainer Sana Shirvani for her role in The Little Mermaid. "Core strength is very different to a visible set of abs," Shirvani says. "It was important for the cast to look the part, but also be able to film for hours on a rig. As the Mermaids have no legs, they are heavily relying on their core and back strength to hold them up. This required a huge amount of abdominal strength as well as a huge amount of strength through their back extensors."

Bailey has followed a vegan diet for years. "Being vegan started from our mother," she says. "One day she was like, 'I'm gonna try to be vegetarian for a week. You can join me if you'd like.' We started the week with her and just never went back." Sister Chloe Bailey is also vegan. "When we moved to L.A., it really became easy. So many vegan restaurants and vegan aisles in the grocery store are like heaven for us!" she adds.

Bailey did full-body strength training for The Little Mermaid, including neck-strengthening exercises on a GHD (Glute Ham Developer) machine. "Being on the rigs and being horizontal, they've got to be able to swim like a mermaid, move like a mermaid, and also be able to sing, act, and dance pretty much with a straight face without being in pain," Shirvani says. "We put them on the GHD with a neck brace which had a chain on it, and we would put 1.5 to 2.25 kilograms (3.3 to 5 pounds) on that chain and they would just isometrically hold for anything between 30 to 90 seconds."

Bailey and her sister love working out in the fresh air as much as possible. "Well, we've always loved to be outdoors in nature," she says. "My sister and I, when we're together, we love hiking and going to the beach. We used to run track in Atlanta for real when we were younger. We just love to kind of sweat things out. For me especially, I'm an Aries, so I hold a lot of like my fire and passion inside, so sometimes running will just help me get all that steam off of my chest and I feel better."

Bailey has learned to tune out criticism and embrace her imperfections. "Being in this industry and everything, it's a lot to deal with," she says. "But at the same time, I love taking a step back and looking at the big picture and saying, 'You know what? Maybe this thing that I'm overanalyzing about myself doesn't matter. Maybe my flaw today is something that's beautiful.' So, I'm just constantly reminding myself that my imperfections are what make me me."

Mya Azzopardi shows off her amazing body

Mya Azzopardi is heating up social media in her swimsuit. The swimmer shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts, eliciting a response from her followers. "Wow!! beautiful bella!!" commented one. "Beautyyyy," added another. "So beautiful," said another.

Obviously, one of the main ways Mya stays in shape is via swimming. Swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity, according to the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.

Mya indulges in self-care. One of her go-to methods? Soaking in hot water. "Spa day," she captioned a recent post. Soaking in hot water helps preomote better sleep and has even been found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that it may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Mya loves taking walks. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Mya also jet skis. "Throwback to warmer days and swimsuit tans," she captioned a post. According to Health Fitness Revolution, the average 150-pound rider will burn a surprising 238 calories during a half-hour ride. The sport is also great for cardiovascular endurance.

Mya enjoys coffee. "Daily dose of ☕️," she captioned a post. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Roxy Horner is 7 months pregnant and enjoying a gorgeous babymoon in Mykonos, Greece

British model Roxy Horner is 7 months pregnant and enjoying a gorgeous babymoon in Mykonos, Greece. The 32-year-old girlfriend of comedian Jack Whitehall shared pictures of her luxurious vacation, including ones of her posing in a silver bikini against a background of blue skies and palm trees. "7 months of growing you??," she captioned the post. "Auntie can't wait ?," commented her sister Riana Horner.

Spending time outdoors benefits Horner both physically and mentally. "I find that getting out to a park, the woods or a beach really helps me when I'm having days when I'm not feeling my best mentally or physically," she says. "I've definitely been outdoors and taking in my surroundings a lot more since I've been pregnant but I've always needed that time for my mental wellbeing, having a dog also forces me to get outside even on days when I don't feel like it."

Horner was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in 2021 and has learned to live with the condition. "Aside from the daily injection and checking my glucose levels, I have tried to do everything that I used to do before I was diagnosed, like traveling and going to work events," she says. "I never want diabetes to stop me from doing anything I've ever wanted. I knew straight away that I wasn't going to let diabetes take over my life."

Horner's favorite drink is green tea, which is high in polyphenols. "Polyphenols are the chemicals in the tea plant that protect it from disease and bacterial invasion," says M. Elizabeth Swenor, D.O., medical director of lifestyle, integrative and functional medicine at Henry Ford Health. "When we drink the tea, those chemicals work the same way in us, feeding the healthy bacteria in our gut and starving the unhealthy bacteria that's associated with chronic diseases."

Horner loves swimming and snorkeling in the ocean. "There's a relaxing, meditative side to swimming," says Harvard Health. "It can come with letting your mind drift as, bathed by soothing water, you focus on your breathing and your movements. This stress-busting aspect could contribute to the cardiovascular benefits of swimming."

Horner might look perfect in pictures, but she admits pregnancy has not been easy. "I've been quite envious of women who have these amazingly easy pregnancies where they feel great all the time as that's definitely not been me – I'm still waiting for that pregnancy glow up when I wake up feeling fabulous!" she says. "I had an older woman recently say to me 'oh I loved being pregnant, I would do it all over again' and whilst I love those magical moments where I can feel my baby move I've not loved throwing up all the time."

Ariel Frenkel first entered the pop-culture world this year. She appeared on the most recent season of The Bachelor, featuring Zach Shallcross. Frenkel was considered a fan-favorite and breakout star of that season, and now has a strong following on social media.

Frenkel recently took a trip to Greece, and shared some highlights on Instagram. In them, she posed in a dark blue swimsuit. Frenkel captioned the post, "Toula made me do it."

Frenkel shares her dating advice on her Instagram stories. She even has a highlight dedicated to answering questions. In one, she was asked what she values in a partner. Frenkel answered, "Generosity." She explained, "When my father immigrated to this country, he gave whatever he could to others, and I always found this to be an underrated and essential personality trait."

Frenkel also shared her secrets for building confidence in her Q&A Instagram story highlight. "Fake it till you make it," she wrote. Frenkel talked about how she moves on from things on her Instagram story highlight. "Put less pressure on yourself," she advised. "Don't focus on putting a timeline on moving on. Focus on finding small ways to motivate yourself and find stability. You will naturally move on when your mind is elsewhere."

Frenkel always wants to grow as a person. She talked about this in her Instagram Q&A story highlight. "No matter how much progress you make, you should always be evolving," she writes. "Since self-growth isn't linear (it never stops!) There's no problem with dating while working on yourself, just remember no one will be able to do the work for you."

Izabel Goulart is enjoying a sun-soaked vacation in Ibiza

Brazilian model Izabel Goulart is enjoying a sun-soaked vacation in Ibiza, Spain. Goulart, 38, shared pictures of herself wearing a tiny orange bathing suit, while posing against a gorgeous ocean background at a private resort. "Verano ??," she captioned the post. "Perfect," a fan commented.

Goulart loves to cook and make green juices at home. "I travel a lot, but when I'm home, I cook every day," she says. "In the mornings, I'll make juices with fruits, vegetables and protein. I try to keep the foods I put in my body as basic as possible: protein, carbs and vegetables. When I go out, I just try to make the healthiest choices on the menu."

Goulart genuinely enjoys sports and exercise. "Health is one of the biggest treasures we have in life and has always been my priority," she says. "Sports have always been a big part of my life. At school I played a lot of different sports and I was competing with other schools. I did everything: running, volleyball, basketball, soccer, Olympic-style gymnastics, and more! My history with sports gave me good concentration, focus, strength, and motivation to stay healthy."

Goulart's exercise regimen consists of kickboxing, running, Pilates, and weight training. "I am a model professionally but I'm also an athlete, a friend, a daughter, a sister and many other things," she says. "Training has helped me overcome stress and fears to be successful in other aspects of my life. I tell my trainers… to train me like I will become a professional in that sport. If you have focus, motivation [and] dedication, you can accomplish your goals."

Goulart always finds a way to work out while traveling. "Often, I'll do a quick workout in my hotel room consisting of exercises for the legs, glutes, abs, and arms with my own body weight," she says. "Also, I always have a jump rope, a medicine ball I can inflate, and a band in my suitcase. It's a great kit to have for travel. If you don't have a gym at your destination, no problem!"

Goulart focuses on how she feels over how she looks. "I don't wake up everyday thinking I have to look good, but I wake up everyday thinking I want to feel happy," she says. "I want to walk in a room and be able to make people smile and laugh. It's all about confidence."

Cameron Brink is taking surfing lessons

American college basketball star Cameron Brink is taking surfing lessons from boyfriend Ben Felter, and giving him a shout out on social media. Brink, 21, shared pictures of herself wearing a red and white checked bikini at the beach with Felter. She also posted a snap of the two of them wearing matching black wetsuits. "The best teacher ??‍♀️?," she captioned the post.

Brink shares her workouts online. All that's needed is a basketball and space to move around. Her basketball core workout consists of the following moves:

Crunches (30 seconds)

Ball toe taps (30 seconds)

Ball pass throughs (30 seconds)

Ball twists (30 seconds)

Ball plank (30 seconds or until failure)

A typical breakfast for Brink consists of oatmeal, berries, and scrambled eggs. "There are many varieties of porridge oats, including rolled, quick and instant," says registered dietitian Victoria Taylor. "Regardless of the type, shape or size, all porridge oats are wholegrains and they all contain a soluble fiber called beta-glucan, which can help lower your cholesterol level if you have 3g or more of it daily, as part of a healthy diet."

Brink loves coffee for both socializing and the energy boost. Coffee is shown to benefit athletes when it comes to their performance. "There is a lot of research to say that a moderate dose of caffeine, equivalent to around 3mg/kg body weight can improve a variety of sports such as endurance activities and high intensity sports," says Dr. Neil Clarke, Principal Lecturer, School of Life Sciences, Coventry University. "There is also evidence to show that caffeine can reduce muscle pain during exercise and reduce perceived exertion during exercise."

Brink thrives under the right type of pressure, as it keeps her competitive and focused. "There's always pressure," she says. "I'm good at putting more on myself. Even last year, I was so afraid to lose and I think that was the wrong kind of motivation. This year, I'm putting it into wanting to win and finding the right kind of pressure."

Brink is honest about struggling with mental health, and sees a therapist twice a week. "Everyone has their way of coping," she says. "I'm really good about being vulnerable. Whenever I'm in a bad mood or not having a good day, people around me will know. Mental health should be seen as hygiene, like brushing your teeth every day; you should be checking in with yourself, so I haven't been afraid to share that I've struggled mentally."

Lorin Gutierrez is heating up th tropics in her swimsuit. The influencer shows off her incredible body in a bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts, shared from Crimson Resort and Spa Boracay in the Philippines. "Happiest here," she captioned the series of snaps.

Lorin is one of the many stars who follows a time restrictive eating schedule. "For everyone dming me about my diet/workout, i dont workout but i do practice intermittent fasting so i try to eat from 12 noon – 6pm only," she revealed to her followers via Twitter. Intermittent fasting works by "prolonging the period when your body has burned through the calories consumed during your last meal and begins burning fat," explains Johns Hopkins Medicine.

Another way that Lorin manages her diet is by allowing herself to eat almost anything but not eating too much of it. "I eat whatever i want pretty much, just in controlled portions," she said in the same post.

While you might not find Lorin slaving away at the gym, she gets her steps in. "I try staying active through other things like walking around my village," she added on Twitter. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Lorin also enjoys hiking. "Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between," says the National Parks Service. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.

Another workout Lorin likes? "Swimming," she revealed on Twitter. "Just find a type of exercise that suits you, it doesnt have to be super high intensity if thats not your comfort zone," she concluded in her tweet. Swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity, according to the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.

Billie Faiers recently enjoyed a vacation, and she made sure to look stunning

Billie Faiers shared some highlights from the trip on her Instagram this week. In them, she is seen wearing different gorgeous outfits. Faiers wore a tan one-piece swimsuit and a black two-piece with a silver net dress. She captioned the post, "Work trip. What a wonderful time we had."

Before her wedding, Faiers made sure to get in shape. "The best thing I did was train in the morning," she told HELLO!. "I was never and have never been a gym person but I really did get into it because it made me feel so much better mentally to get up and do it first thing…By the time it got to the evenings and the children were home, I couldn't go anyway. They've got homework to do, I've got to get their dinners ready, I've got to get their uniform ready. So, if anyone's struggling to fit in training for a wedding, just get up and get it out of the way in the morning – it'll make things a lot easier."

Faiers shared some of her favorite at-home workouts with HELLO!. "I've never been one of those people who likes to go to the gym, but there are always bits I want to tone like my belly, arms and legs, so I do regular squats around the house and sit-ups. I also run up and down my stairs about 200 times a day for Nelly, I just think I've been lucky because I stay really active with her."

Faiers also shared some of her diet secrets with HELLO!. She says that she is limiting the amount of alcohol she drinks. "Before I had children I was out eating all the time, drinking alcohol. Don't get me wrong, I love a prosecco or a white wine. I'll still have a few drinks, but nothing like what I used to."

Faiers tells Closer Online that she wants to set a good example for her kids, especially when it comes to body image. "In our house, we don't talk about body hang-ups or diets. Nelly sometimes sees me eating something healthy and asks, 'Mummy, are you on that diet?', so I know she just thinks a diet is a type of food! I'd never say, 'I look fat' in front of the kids. My mum was never like that with us. We would never obsess over putting on a pound – that is the opposite of what we are like in our house."

After having her daughter, Faiers shared some of her workout secrets with The Sun in 2016. "This will sound weird, but I've got a hula hoop indoors. I'm really good at hula hooping, and it's great for your waist. I keep it going for a good five minutes. It sounds mad but I've always done it since I was younger. I've got one in my garden, and Nelly loves it as it makes her laugh. Afterwards – I'm not just saying this, you really feel it in your waist and hips!"

Actress Madison Pettis is enjoying what she calls an endless vacation in Punta Mita, Mexico. Pettis, 24, shared pictures of herself wearing a stunning red bikini and matching skirt, posing against a background of herself of beautiful greenery and palm trees. Pettis grew up dancing, and loves how it makes her feel. "Dancing was my first love before acting," she says. "I started competitive dancing when I was four years old, but there wasn't enough time to compete once I started acting full time. A few years ago, I was missing dance and decided to get back into it. Dance makes me so happy, and the environment in my classes is so incredible and supportive. We all hype each other up. I love watching everyone perform and shine at the end of a class."

Pettis makes sure to get enough sleep every night for optimum health and energy. She also swears by regular Pilates sessions for physical and mental benefits. "I'm really big on getting 10 hours of sleep if it's possible," she says. "I also do a lot of Pilates, and I feel like that's a big part of my wellness routine because I just feel so good afterward, it's like a mood booster."

Pettis is diligent about removing makeup and nurturing her skin health. "Everything you do ends up on your face and it's such a simple lesson that took me a while to truly understand," she says. "Mistakes you make with your skin when you're young can last so long, like picking at your skin, getting too much sun exposure, etc. From late nights, to wearing heavy makeup, to everyday stress, you don't realize how all of that is affecting your skin and how it affects it as you grow up. If you take care of your skin now, you'll thank yourself later!"

Pettis makes a point of carving out time for herself. "Every night I play some music and unwind while I take off my makeup and do my nighttime routine," she says. The actress also makes sure to do fun things that she enjoys. "Self-care is watching a basketball game, ordering food, and drinking a glass of wine," she says.

Pettis has simplified her skincare routine, and the results speak for themselves. "My skin is really sensitive—I have combination skin, and I'm acne-prone—so I've always had a hard time figuring out what products are right for me," she says. "I've seen some people have skincare routines that are 10 steps long, and it seems so fun, but I've learned less is more with my skin."

Lola Marandel is vacationing in the South of France – in her swimsuit. The tennis star shows off her famously fit figure in a bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts, posing on a boat. The main way Lola stays in shape is by playing tennis, which she does pretty much all day, every day of her life. Lola also enjoys running. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.

You can find Lola getting around on her bike, a great low-impact aerobic exercise that helps build muscle, improves strength and flexibility, and improves balance, according to the Cleveland Clinic. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

Lola understands the importance of stretching. Before a match, she stretches out her entire body, from her wrists to her legs. "Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints," says Harvard Health. "Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. Gabrielle Epstein is channeling her inner cowgirl – in her swimsuit. "I try and follow the 80/20 rule, which is my approach to maintaining a healthy lifestyle rather than a diet philosophy. It's pretty simple, I try and eat well 80% of the time, and then 20% of the time I let myself enjoy a bit of indulgence," Gabby told Galore about her approach to diet. "It isn't about counting calories, denying myself certain foods or cutting out entire food groups, and allows me to enjoy life without feeling guilty about breaking my 'diet.'" She also avoids crash diets, explaining that "cutting out whole food groups to lose weight" is a no-no in her book. "Healthy eating is all about balance, and your body needs a mix of proteins, healthy fats, fruits, vegetables and complex carbohydrates to function and work to its full potential. I think any diet that cuts out a whole food group is dangerous and can't be sustainable long-term. Eating healthy, nutritious food and exercising regularly is the best diet for a healthy lifestyle."

Gayy's "number 1 tip" is "staying hydrated." She told Galore: "Water also helps to flush out all the toxins in your system, especially with a bit of freshly squeezed lemon it. Coconut water and green tea are great for detoxing as well."

While Gabrielle spends a lot of her time traveling, "when I'm at home I usually mix up my training with running, reformer Pilates, boxing, and yoga," she told Galore. "When I'm away I have 20-30 minute circuit programs that I can do in my hotel room or at a park if I don't have time to get to a gym – a short workout is always better than no workout at all."

Gabby tries to set aside "at least 45 minutes to an hour a day for some form of physical activity," she told Galore. "I also try and work physical activities into the itinerary – paddle boarding, surfing, hiking, and swimming are fun activities that will definitely help you keep fit! I also try and eat as healthy as I can on vacation and avoid consuming sugar, processed foods, alcohol and simple carbohydrates. No matter where you are there should be some kind of fresh high-protein, high-fiber food available."

Gabby rises and exercises. "I usually hit the gym by 5:30am/6am, and workout for an hour-1.5 hours, then I'll go home and eat breakfast and make a list of everything I need to do that day. Then usually work from home, or from my laptop at a coffee shop, and catch up with my family or my friends," she told Women Fitness. "I have always been a morning person, but I find I'm much more productive when I get up early and get everything I need to do out of the way as soon as possible to avoid procrastination and I'm a huge list person."

Mikayla Demaiter is declaring herself a queen – in her swimsuit. The hockey player-turned-model shows off her incredible body in a bathing suit while posing indoors. She captioned the post, "Do and always will hold the title of the reigning bikini queen."

You won't find Mikayla laying around on the beach while vacationing. She stays active during her dow time and loves jet skiing. Why should you try it? According to Health Fitness Revolution, the average 150-pound rider will burn a surprising 238 calories during a half-hour ride. The sport is also great for cardiovascular endurance.

Mikayla's booty didn't build itself – she worked for it in the form of endless hours of glute work. She shared an example of a glute set on her Instagram Stories. She does glute kickbacks, jump squats, and glute rainbows.

Mikayla also plays hockey, which keeps her body strong. Picking up a hockey stick as little as once a week, is great for your health, one study found. Physically active males age 35 or over who play ice hockey regularly experienced enhanced health more so than other physically active males. "While these players are larger in body size, they have significantly lower rates of diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease and report significantly higher rates of self-assessed health," the study found.

Michelle Keegan is soaking up the sun in Ibiza

British actress Michelle Keegan is soaking up the sun in gorgeous Ibiza, Spain. The Coronation Street star, 36, shared pictures from her getaway, including snaps of her posing in a strapless rust-colored bikini with a white knit skirt and matching white hat. "A little bit of Ibiza magic," she captioned the post.

Keegan starts her day with oatmeal or avocado toast. "Then for lunch, I normally have a protein base, whether it's chicken or a fish with veg," she says. "I tend to stay away from potatoes around midday because I crash around 3pm if I have loads of carbs, and I get really tired…and then for tea or dinner, I always make sea bass or salmon with soy sauce and a bit of honey on there, and then I have asparagus and broccoli."

Keegan works out several times a week, but isn't the biggest fan of treadmill sessions. "I try and exercise on average about three times a week, but this can vary depending on my work schedule," she says. "My routine in the gym is usually a 20-minute HIIT workout. I like The Body Coach workouts, followed by a weight session. I really don't enjoy cardio – just running on a treadmill doesn't appeal to me."

Keegan is enthusiastic about enjoying her food but also using common sense. "When it comes to diet, I believe in everything in moderation," she says. "I don't eat red meat and at the moment, I am trying to cut down the amount of dairy I have, but I don't believe in beating yourself up or stopping yourself having anything you really want. I try to avoid having carbs late at night when I am preparing for a photo shoot, but one of my favorite foods is cheese and I love having a Chinese on a Saturday night. I think it's healthy to have a relaxed approach and balanced outlook."

Keegan incorporates weight training into her workouts, which is essential for building muscle and strength while staying toned and fit. "I mix up my weight training, focusing on legs in one session, arms in the next and then core, giving me a full-body workout across the week," she says. "I really believe in living a balanced life, so I don't beat myself up if I don't make it to the gym."

Keegan loves working out first thing and getting lots of walks in. "I would definitely exercise first because that just sets me up for the day, and if I've already got that exercise done, I can tick it off a list, and I'll feel a lot better for the day," she says. "I've really got into walking in lockdown. I love going for walks with my dogs, getting a bit of fresh air, and getting coffee on the way round. With the dogs, in the sunshine, that for me is a big treat."

Brittan makes sure to drink plenty of water. You can often find the island girl sipping out of a coconut. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.

Valeria Piazza is currently on vacation in Italy's Amalfi Coast

Valeria Piazza is best known for winning the Miss Peru pageant in 2016. She would later finish in the semifinals of that year's Miss Universe pageant. Piazza is currently on vacation in Italy's Amalfi Coast. She shared some photos and one video on Instagram of herself spending a day on a boat. She captioned the post, "Sailing along the Amalfi coast ?Today we went around the Island of Capri and I was speechless."

Piazza opened up about her life and career in an interview with Trome.com. She says that she makes sure to eat healthy, but she also believes in indulging once in a while. Piazza is all about self-love. In her Trome.com interview, she was asked if she considered herself pretty. Piazza answered, "Yes." She also said, "I think it depends a lot on our attitude to qualify how good we look. I try to be happy with what I have. I accept myself as I am."

Piazza loves to swim to stay in shape. She shares a bunch of posts on Instagram of herself by the water. Piazza shared photos and one video of herself in the water in the Seychelles. She captioned the post, "Day dreamer. Look at the color of the sea in the last video at Petit Anse Kerlan beach ?? Ker." Piazza also posted photos of herself at the ocean in the Maldives, captioning it, "Since the gray sky has been accompanying us for a few days a #tb to this paradise."

Piazza makes sure to eat healthy. She and her husband, Pierre Catierano, like to cook meals together. Catierano shared a video on Instagram of the two of them making a salad. In it, they include garbanzo beans, quinoa, chicken, onions, and other veggies. Catierano captioned the post, "Hello ! We leave you the recipe for our quinoa and chickpea salad with chicken."
