Lucifer star Aimee Garcia wrapped up her summer with a trip to the beach and a dip in the ocean. Garcia, who plays Ella Lopez on the show, shared a stunning picture of herself standing in the surf, posing in a dark blue bikini. "Last days of summer ?," she captioned the post.
Garcia swears by regular exercise for her youthful looks. "I work out every day or at least I try to," she says. "I believe that exercise preserves youth more than anything else. Sometimes if I'm at home watching TV I do weight-lifting moves with cans during commercials. It really is that easy! Trust me, if you do that and throw in squats and a couple of push-ups during commercial breaks you will see a change in your body."
Garcia eats an avocado a day for health and beauty. "I swear by avocado," she says. "It's excellent for your hair and skin, so I eat one daily. I also love Thayers Original Witch Hazel Astringent, which I pick up at Whole Foods. I use it after washing my face, and I even remove my makeup with it. I also get facials twice a year with the incredible Shani Darden, who I found through Jessica Alba. I trust Jessica—she's built an empire on her face."
Garcia washes her hair every three days to maintain health and moisture. "I have kind of frizzy hair because I am half Puerto Rican so I really like Jonathan products," she says. "When I use his conditioner I don't have to put any sort of balm afterwards because it just smoothes away any unruly hairs… I'm a big eyebrows girl. I like to keep things really natural and I think eyebrows really frame your face."
Garcia is inspired by Natalie Portman's looks and style. "I love that she always looks like herself," she says. "She's classy, chic and yet relatable. She's the face of Dior, but can also be girl-next-door. She's managed to navigate between being a beauty icon, Oscar-winning actresses, Ivy League graduate and down-to-earth humanitarian."
Garcia is proud to represent her community on screen. "I feel a big responsibility to represent what it means to be a Latina to a global audience," she says. "I'll never forget when a group of young girls [Latinas] came up to me and said, 'Oh my God, we love Veronica on the George Lopez show! She's so funny and stylish, and we love that she's a Latina millionaire.' And I thought, Wow, the roles that I pick aren't just to pay rent but they're also to represent my community. It's bigger than me."

Ravassa, who voices Taliana Martinez on the game, shared a very sweet reel of herself having a great time on the island, including a scene where she's dancing on the beach in an orange bikini. "Thank you @aliasentertainmentexpo for the best experience in #Trinidad! What beautiful people, culture, food, music! Loved experiencing @djprivateryan in his home country!" she captioned the post.
Ravassa has been involved in entertainment since she was a child. "I was born and raised in Cali, Colombia and was lucky enough to have incredibly artistic parents who encouraged and nurtured our artistic side," she says. "Me and my two sisters loved painting, acting, being crafty and doing things a little bit differently. Because of this, I started acting when I was five years old, and I've never stopped. I didn't act professionally, but I knew it was what I was most passionate about so I kept auditioning for all the school plays and loved being a part of them. I like to say I didn't choose acting, it chose me. I moved on to study theater at Boston College and started really understanding what it was all about. I then moved to NYC to continue my studies in film and TV, and ended up staying for ten years!"
Ravassa is thrilled at how videogames have become so popular worldwide. "Video games have expanded, they've become more mainstream: we have 30 million players all over the world thanks to the internet," she says. "We are diverse, so people in the Middle East and Australia are playing the same game you guys are playing here. I think that because it's become a world phenomenon, that's why it's blown up. This is my personal take on it — I haven't done studies on gaming or anything, and I'm very new to the gaming industry — but we're all [saying], how the heck did this happen? We didn't expect any of this."
Ravassa was inspired by legendary actors to go into voice work. "Since I was young I fell in love with Robin Williams because he did films and he also voiced animated characters," she says. "The Genie and Batty Koda were my absolute favorites. Somewhere along the way I forgot about cartoons and was just pursuing theater and on-camera work. I love that video games brought me back to voice acting because all of a sudden this whole voice career opened up for me and I feel so grateful for it. I have a knack for badass chicks with guns, so I have played quite a few of them for video games and now I understand that world so much better!"
Ravassa is proud of the cast diversity in the game Overwatch. "A lot of the voice actors are very close to their characters in ethnicity, nationality, or race, so I think that because we feel these characters represent such a variety of people in the world, we feel very proud to be a part of this game," she says. "I [also] think that as actors who are very interested in diversity and the importance of it in the media, we also have connected and shared this common goal."
Ravassa believes all the luck in the world can't replace hard work. "I've definitely been lucky to have met certain people along the way that have helped me or recommended me for future jobs," she says. "But I also believe that luck has to be met with talent, hard work and timing. When these people have wanted to help me, I have a great voice demo to back up my talent, or it just happens to be the perfect time for that one role they were looking for. I think it's about being open to the possibilities of what the universe can offer you, and rolling with the punches."

The Brazilian model and girlfriend of racecar driver Max Emilian Verstappen celebrates her 35th birthday on December 7, and Celebwell is honoring her on the special day. She recently showed off her amazing body in a bathing suit, revealing that she had "a heart full of gratitude."
Kelly loves to hike. "Nothing beats a beautiful hike (even if you're carrying an extra 8kg for 2.5 hrs!)" she captioned a post. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:
Building stronger muscles and bones
Improving your sense of balance
Improving your heart health
Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems
Piquet loves to dance, sharing lots of videos – like this one – of herself dancing with her boyfriend. "I'll dance my life away with you. Happy Valentine's Day ados," she captioned it. In another dancing video she wrote, "Can you teach me how to dance real slow." Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.
Piquet hits the gym hard. In one video she revealed her workout, which included leg exercises like squat jumps with TRX cables, leg curls with rings, and tricep dips, and ab exercises like v-sit crunches, and arm exercises like lifting a weighted ball.
When Kelly is on vacation you can find her paddleboarding, a great workout for the core and also a great form of cardio, claims The American Council on Exercise. The water sport can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140 pound male and 436 for a female the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.
During a trip to Croatia she went for a ride. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.
Kelly is a coffee drinker. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

more...Cassandra Dawn is living her best life in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post, the Selling Sunset beauty shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while giving fans an update on her mental health status. "In my era of deeply embracing change & things are gooood," she captioned the post.
Cassandra loves to hike. During a recent bachelorette party she went hiking in Saint Barts. "No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between," says the National Parks Service. Physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.
Cassandra has a dog and you can often find her taking it for walks. "A girl & her pup," she captioned a post. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
Cassandra loves the water and going for swims. Swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity, according to the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.
Cassandra's drink of choice? "I'm not a cocktail person, but I drink a lot of wine. Ever since visiting Paris, I have loved rosé," the former Playmate told Playboy. "Red wine, in moderation, has long been thought of as heart healthy," says the Mayo Clinic. "The alcohol and certain substances in red wine called antioxidants may help prevent coronary artery disease, the condition that leads to heart attacks." While red wine is slightly healthier than white, the lighter shade of vino generally has fewer calories than the darker shade.
Cassandra loves two cuisines. "I also adore Italian food, but because I lead a healthy lifestyle, I eat a lot of sushi," she told Playboy. "The seafood used in sushi is generally low in calories and high in protein. Fatty fishes used in sushi—such as salmon, mackerel, herring & tuna—are high in omega‐3 fatty acids, which have neurological, anti‐inflammatory, and cardio‐protective benefits," says New Christiana Care.

Waisglass, who plays Maxine Baker on the show, shared a picture of herself wearing a red swimsuit as she climbed out of a boat, plus another snap of her posing in a brown bikini as she looked out over the water. "Stunning!" a fan commented.
Waisglass loves how brave the character of Maxine is. "The thing that immediately drew me to Max was how brave she was and how unafraid she is to speak her mind," she says. "Degrassi does an incredible job making characters that they write for us once we're on the show. It felt a lot more normal. But is very, very out there. That was a huge challenge [for me] and super fun. Every single day [getting to play Max] was just the best day of my life."

Waisglass practices gratitude every day, and reminds herself how lucky she is. "I've been incredibly fortunate with the roles I've booked and the career I've had so far," she says. "I find it difficult to pick favorites because every role has given me something different, something new that I've gotten to carry with me in future work and also in my personal life. I'd say Max from Ginny and Georgia is the role I'm most proud of. That character unlocked me and gave me a freedom I've never known before. And the way the world embraced her, and in turn the show (which I'm incredibly proud of), makes me swell with pride!"

more...It might be fall, but Lucifer star Lesley-Ann Brandt has no plans to stop hitting the beach—and she's taking plenty of selfies. Brandt, who plays Mazikeen on the show, shared a picture of herself posing on a beach towel in a tan bikini, glowing in the sun. "Apparently, it's fall. ?????♀️," she captioned the post. Brandt works incredibly hard to maintain her strong physique.
Brandt loves doing her own stunts. "When I do something, I give it my all," she says. "I do about ninety percent of all the stunts you see on screen. I've always been an athlete. Being physically active is a huge part of my personal life — and I think a big part of Maze as a character is her physicality and the way she moves… I'm such a huge action fan. So, from the very beginning, I've worked on giving as many usable takes of me doing a variety of stunts so that the fighting scenes look and feel real. I want people to believe that Maze can do some damage — and it's easier to bring that to life when you can see real sweat on my face."
Brandt works out with personal trainer Paolo Mascitti, who switches up her routine every four to six weeks. "We do a lot of plyometric exercises combined with strength training to accommodate her need to move quickly and for long periods of time while she's shooting," he says. "To mix things up, we usually focus two or three sessions on resistance training, and two to three sessions of high-intensity interval training."
Sugar is Brandt's dietary weakness. "I do have a sweet tooth; it is my kryptonite," she says. "It is like French macaroons; I love ice cream and to add almond nuts. I love the crunch. I weaned myself off of chocolate because of veganism, but there is a vegan chocolate I love made with cashew milk. What I'm trying to do is have raspberry tea, but if I need something else, I have a small piece of chocolate. It is a weakness and I have to have it under control."
Brandt enjoys a plant-based diet. "I always have a fridge full of vegetables," she says. Quinoa, lentils, and beans also make up a larger portion of what she eats, and she says she tries to steer clear of meat substitute products — at least most of the time. "I'll be honest, I do love an Impossible Burger, but I honestly just fell in love with trying different cuisines, new recipes, and finding new ways to fuel my body and keep me energized."
Brandt never skips a workout because she truly loves how it makes her feel. "It's hard for me to go a week without working out and breaking a sweat, but whether that be in the pool doing laps, I was so athletic growing up and my father was a lifeguard, so it was easy for me to be athletic," she says. "It makes me feel like I achieve something throughout the day."

In a new social media post the former beauty queen shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit in a promo for her Netflix series. "This looks amazing baby girl I'm excited," commented one of her followers, while Chrishell Stause commented with a bunch of fire emojis.
"I work out at a place called Cardio Barre with Molly Burnett (Melanie). I try to go four or five times a week. There's a ballet bar, and they play music. What you're doing is fast ballet movements. So it's a lot of cardio work and ballet form, which I love," Shelley told Soap Opera Digest about her favorite workout. "It's an hour long, and there are 30 people in the room. We all have our own space working at the ballet bar. You get to stretch at the end. If I ever decided to start dancing professionally again, I could do it in a heartbeat, thanks to this class. I have my strength back now, as well as my flexibility."
Shelley maintains that she is forced to workout due to her love of eating. "I do [laughs]! I love to eat. I'm from New Orleans. I eat like nobody's business. So to find a workout that I actually look forward to is a lifesaver," she told the publication.
Shelley is a big proponent of the workout buddy system, as it makes sweat sessions more enjoyable. "It's always fun to work out with someone," she told Soap Opera Digest.
Hennig loves to dance. "I'm a dancer," she told Buddy TV. "I was always teaching younger girls dancing, and I've always had so many younger girls look up to me. That's also been my motivation. I just want everyone to be safe, and happy, and do the right things, and go for what they believe in, and shoot for the stars."
Shelley enjoys kayaking. In this photo she goes for a row. "If you stop rowing you can relax," she captioned the Instagram snaps. Kayaking is a great workout. Not only is it great for building upper body strength and helps reduce stress, but can burn up to 400 calories per hour, translating to 1,600 calories in four hours of paddling.

Corberó, who plays Tokyo on the show, shared gorgeous pictures of her getaway, including ones of her posing in a stunning lime green one-piece swimsuit. "Roll like this forever," she captioned the post.
Corbero doesn't have a strict workout routine, but loves dancing to stay in shape. "I burn a lot of energy, so my body asks me to eat constantly," she says. "I eat everything but good and rich. I like quality raw materials, but I don't follow any particular diet."
Corbero's perfect day off is either action packed or incredibly lazy and relaxed. "For me there are two perfect Sunday plans: one would be the active plan, getting up early, preparing an incredible fresh orange juice, toast with avocado, then going to the trail, enjoying the sun, going to the movies," she says. "And then there is the Sunday plan of doing nothing at all; I stay at home and that's it."
Corbero is honest about her worries related to aging in the entertainment industry, especially for actresses. "I would be lying to you if I said no; It is a fear that I believe, among actresses, is transmitted from generation to generation," she says. "There are many actresses who suffer from crisis when they start to age. There is nothing I like more than a [real] face, but if I'm honest, I don't know if I'll like it on me."
Corbero is not interested in restrictive diets, but enjoys many Spanish delicacies and snacks. "I really like to eat, eat delicious food," she says. "I have a weakness for Asturian cachopos with their melted cheese, but a good cachopo—don't give me a defrosted one because I have a very fine palate. Recently a magazine suggested that I had gotten pregnant because I had a tummy in a photo and I answered yes, from a hamburger and some fries."
Corbero is learning to accept the rough with the smooth when it comes to her social media, and responds to comments on her own terms. "There are days when I respond to harsh comments, and I have come to the conclusion that if I feel like responding, I am going to do it because I feel comfortable with it," she says. "I must say that there are comments from haters that I find very funny; there are very brilliant people and I suppose you have to take it with humor."

"Had the best 2 days in Hawaii! I think I underestimate how little time (when spent right) it takes to relax and re-energize," she captioned the series of snaps, which included many of herself on the beach.
In her recent social media post, Danica revealed that self-care is crucial. "For me that's… nature, walking, slow mornings, massage, music, sunrises/sunsets, laughing…. And all of that leads to me feeling really grateful, which is a powerful emotion," she said.
"The only reliable way to change your reality is to change your perception. Happiness is not outside of you, it's the way you see things," Danica captioned a recent post of herself doing yoga. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."
Danica is a fan of green juice. On her Instagram Stories, she shared her version of St. Patrick's Day spirits, a cup of "drs orders" green juice, and an "immunity shot with oil of oregano." As for her diet, Danica eats incredibly clean, consuming lots of plants with lean meats, like salmon, bison, or ground beef sprinkled in. She also loves healthy fats like avocado, and eats a lot of eggs.
Danica makes her workouts count. She lifts incredibly heavy weights instead of doing several reps of lighter ones. On the fitness tab of her Instagram accounts she shares lots of her workouts. In one of them, she deadlifts 255 pounds. She also planks.

Harmon, who played Jane Rizzoli on the show, posted a throwback bikini snap from a photoshoot. The picture shows Harmon posing in a brightly patterned bikini with matching necklaces, for what looks like an advertisement in a Swedish magazine. "This girl is gorgeous," a fan commented.
Harmon focuses more on diet than structured exercise, preferring to stay active throughout her day. "I don't have [a fitness regimen] except for running to the gate at the airport," she says. "I do have a very healthy diet and try to be mostly sugar-free, and now I'm also trying to be gluten-free."
Harmon prefers a low-key look when it comes to beauty. "I don't like to wear a lot of makeup, but when I do, I try to keep it minimal," she says. "Bobbi Brown Tinted Moisturizer: The coverage is amazing, but still light, and the smell is fantastic. Clinique High Lengths Mascara: The wand is my favorite because it really separates and lengthens my lashes. Armani eyeliner, any color. And bareMinerals Stroke of Light Eye Brightener is a necessity."
Harmon never found it difficult to focus on her family after having children. "I had a job and career, but then I became a mom and that became my top priority," she says. "After Rizzoli & Isles ended in 2016, I told the girls I wouldn't work on a show that took me away from them like that. And I haven't. I never really saw myself as a mom. But my girls are the coolest people I've ever met — hilarious, beautiful, all three of them. They are at the age — teenagers — where everyone else goes, 'Ugh.' And I think to myself, mine are kind of amazing."
Harmon's beautiful hair is the result of minimal processing. "My hairdresser, David Garner, who is all about vitamins and hair masks, has always told me to use as little heat as possible, which helps keep my hair in good condition," she says. "I've learned how to get a lot out of my hair without having to use much heat. For years, I've used really solid hair conditioners and masks and I always wait as long as possible to wash it. My hair has definitely changed as I've gotten older, but it looked and felt the absolute best when I was pregnant with my daughters. It was so thick—I had so much hair then. It was just glorious."
Harmon has no interest in Botox, but understands why others choose to have it. "We are all here fighting to be the best version of ourselves," she says. "Personally, I don't want to look dramatically different or like I've had anything done. I just want to always look myself, and natural. It's not that I'm opposed to any of this, and I know that it can be done so that you still look like you and pretty. It's just that I'm not quite there yet… I believe in getting a lot of sleep, eating healthy, drinking water—things like that. I know when I'm tired and haven't been able to take care of myself that I don't look my best."

Mastrov shared a picture of herself posing in a dark blue bikini in front of a pool, against a background of lush ferns. "Swipe for a kiss ?," she playfully captioned the post.
Mastrov became a social media influencer seemingly by accident. "I honestly was just doing it for fun," she says. "I remember in high school just putting some things on there, there wasn't any pattern as to what would go viral per se. My teammates who aren't necessarily wanting to build up their socials and start out I always tell them, I'm always on their heads like 'why aren't you posting more, why aren't you posting more,' like why not?"
Mastrov enjoys playing pickleball for a fun workout. "Since pickleball is a low-impact sport and easy on the body, it's a great way to get movement in and maintain healthy bones, joints and muscles," says Kaitlyn Jacobson, Physician Assistant at Renown Urgent Care – Ryland. "By playing pickleball, you'll reduce the rate of bone loss and help conserve bone tissue."
Mastrov is thoughtful about the brands she teams up with. "I try to stay true to myself in that sense, and pair and partner with brands that I think reflect my beliefs as a student-athlete, as a woman, as an entrepreneur," she says. "It's tough to figure out which brands I want to work with because it could be in other people's eyes, a great brand or great company, but because it doesn't match me and my brand, it's something that I might have to pass up."
Mastrov loves running outdoors on hiking trails. "I tell patients that I'd much rather you wear out your knees than wear out your heart and lungs, because your knees are much easier to replace than your vital organs," says Dr. Carlos Uquillas, an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in injury prevention at the Cedars-Sinai Kerlan-Jobe Institute. "If you really love running and you can't imagine not doing it, then it's obvious the benefit outweighs the risk."
Mastrov works hard to balance her work and student life. "There's times when I'm up super late just finishing a homework assignment or forgetting that I had content due that my agency's reminding me about," she says. "So I'm still figuring it out, and I think every student-athlete is going through it just trying to figure it out together, so we're kind of all in the same boat just navigating it since it's still so recent and new."

"You look amazing!" commented makeup artist Ash K Holm. You star Shay Mitchell took a trip to Italy in September and shared the highlights on her social media. Mitchell, who plays Peach Salinger on the show, posted pictures from the vacation, including snaps of her posing in a brown bikini, soaking up the sun while enjoying the gorgeous scenery. "You look amazing!" commented makeup artist Ash K Holm.
Mitchell is a creature of habit when it comes to breakfast. "My food philosophy is everything in moderation," she says. "Truly, I'm not one who believes in diets. I make the same breakfast every day. I'm the biggest fan of this egg quesadilla I saw on TikTok. I never get sick of it. I know you didn't ask me how to make it, but I'm going to tell you! You scramble the eggs, you put them in a pan, and then you put the tortilla on top of it. You flip it and it's perfectly even, and then you can get crazy with what else you put in it. I'll usually add spinach, cheese, and mushrooms on top. With a smoothie after a workout, it's super filling."
Mitchell enjoys plant-based bread replacements. "For lunch, I'll get these cauliflower or broccoli crusts that are frozen," she says. "I'll make my own pizza with it. I'll dump some spinach and arugula on it, and then a little bit of Ranch. I'll usually have vegetables cut up with hummus. I love hummus with anything; I mean everything with hummus just tastes better, you know? I also have, like, meals for snacks. I love Beyond Meat. I'll have a Beyond meat lettuce wrap with sweet potato fries for a snack."
Mitchell's favorite dessert is ice cream. "Dinner is, like, a fish, maybe a sweet potato or a pasta, and then l always have a salad there too," she says. "I've found healthy recipes that I can do that are super simple because I'm not a chef by any means, but I do love food… I love ice cream. There's this female-founded company called Wanderlust Creamery, and they have the best ice cream. I'm half-Filipino, and I love other Asian foods. They have this one called Ube Crunch, another called Mango Sticky Rice, and another flavored like Matcha Tea."
Mitchell teamed up with Openfit and trainer Kelsey Heenan to create Four Weeks of Focus. "It's 30 minutes a day, five days a week—for four weeks only," she says. "It's a very realistic commitment and that in and of itself makes it exciting and easier to stick to."
Mitchell believes in balance and realism when it comes to health and fitness. "If it doesn't feel good don't do it," she says. "It's okay to take a day off, it's okay to cheat. We're all people and while it's essential that we challenge ourselves, some days you just have to give yourself a break. But on the days you don't need a break, hit it hard. Once you rip off the band-aid you will start reaping the benefits of your hard work and will be more motivated as a result."

Shaffer can't get enough of watching other people act. "I go to the cinema as much as possible, often at the old Renoir in Bloomsbury, now a Curzon, which is close to another of my favorite restaurants, Ciao Bella," she says. "They can accommodate huge tables, and it feels quite cheap and cheerful. Jimmy and I are attempting to work our way through the whole pasta menu by the end of the year. Back in town, the Prince Charles is also a great cinema – last time I saw Midnight Cowboy – and I love going to the BFI for a seasonal showing of It's a Wonderful Life."
Shaffer is a big fan of 1960s fashion. "I love Mad Men," she says. "If I could dress like Joan every day I absolutely would! I think the French dress fabulously too, they keep silhouettes sleek and simple and use accessories as a way of standing out. In terms of people, I take huge inspiration from Jessica Alba and Diane Kruger. They are always flawless and look effortless. Their style is timeless but they always have a modern twist which I think is really interesting. And it helps that they're stunning too!"
Shaffer is a born and bred Londoner, and loves her home. "London is a real renaissance city, a place where you can constantly reinvent yourself and find different things to do," she says. "It's also a place where no one is ever free: if you make a plan, it's in three months' time, so it becomes a celebration when you eventually meet up. And when you do it's always fun and exaggerated – we're not going to a café, we're going out and having Martinis."

And when you do it's always fun and exaggerated – we're not going to a café, we're going out and having Martinis."
Shaffer has learned to embrace her own style and be confident with herself as she gets older. "I think I have quite a simple but classic style," she says. "Lately I've been experimenting with more patterns and prints, especially as we move into summer. It's so important to have fun with fashion too, I think the older I get the less I care about what other people think and I'm much more willing to give new things a try… even if they end up a bit of a disaster!"
Shaffer is someone who always plans ahead and is organized, especially when it comes to big events. "There is nothing worse than feeling rushed before an event as you will make rash decisions about your makeup that you will totally regret later," she says. "And looking flustered and clammy on the red carpet because you had to get ready in 5 minutes is never a good look! I think a strong lip is always fabulous. Red literally goes with ANYTHING and can transform an outfit. Also less is more. If you're having a heavy Eye go easy on the lips and vice versa… oh and check your teeth for lipstick!!! That's definitely something I've learnt!"

Stefani, 54, shared a picture of herself posing next to Shelton on a boat, the singer looking incredible in a stripy one-piece swimsuit. "You guys look so cute!" a fan commented.
Stefani doesn't agree that strong women can't be glamorous. "You know how certain things just are and you don't really know why?" she says. "I was always into anything quite girly. It's weird because nowadays I feel like people don't want to say that—like, it's not cool and you're not a strong woman if you like to play with Barbies. I don't get that. I always played dress-up. I always played with glamor and makeup. I guess it's just part of my DNA."
Stefani credits good habits with her ageless looks. "Besides exercise and eating right, one skincare secret is hydration. I like my skin to look super dewy," she says. "I just want to look as good as I can at any age, like we all do, and share that quality makeup truly does make a big difference in how you feel. The magic is in the makeup."
Stefani does her own makeup, which is a soothing ritual before each show. "For every show I've ever played live, I've done my own makeup," she says. "That's part of the ritual to [become] the person that needs to be out there. Getting ready is my favorite part. Coming up with looks and hair and makeup is why I love being on The Voice. Now, I love coaching as well and I love being able to access my history and share that with people—but being in the glam chair? Maybe that's why I got this far, because I love it and a lot of people just can't tolerate sitting in the chair [laughs]."
Stefani started her own GXVE makeup line despite advice to the contrary. "My dad told me not to do it," she says. "Everyone was saying, 'Don't do it, Gwen! Just go sail away to Oklahoma and make out with Blake. Don't work anymore.' But I feel if I'm not creative in some way, that's my purpose. I have to do that."
Stefani is famous for her bold red lip. "I think that's what happens when you grow up next to Disneyland and you see princesses," she says of her Anaheim upbringing. "I've always been inspired by old movies and Hollywood starlets. When I was in high school, I can remember the moment that I first saw James Dean. It's probably how you are discovering the '80s and '90s now. My mom grew up in the '50s and '60s, so I was seeing pictures of her when she was young, and seeing my grandmas in the '40s. It was a fascination with those generations—how they were glamorous during the war, with their hair and the red lips. So, red lipstick was something that I always thought was glamorous and made you stand out and look so feminine. It's your mouth, it's your voice.

Thompson just shared a highlight reel on Instagram. She captioned the post, "Yes it has certainly been a year!!! I'm not normally one to post the cliche montage videos but after the year I had, I wanted to celebrate! Because Lord knows the year before wasn't so great. In short, I am looking back on this year and with a tremendous amount of gratitude. Thank you to everyone who picked me up off the floor and helped me get out of the dark place I was in & made me whole again. You know who you are and I thank you."
Thompson shared how she stays in shape in an interview with New Beauty. "I've always been a runner. I always said this about running: All you need is a pair of sneakers. Being able to put on shoes and get outside the walls of your home was a good escape during COVID—so even with the closing down of gyms and the yoga studio, there's still always the outdoors."
In her New Beauty interview, Thompson shared her skincare tips. She says that she needs to keep it hydrated due to all the traveling. "I forgot how flying airplanes and air-conditioned hotel rooms are tough on everything, so I tried to make sure that I stayed hydrated with my hair, my skin, my nails, all of those things. That's definitely something that is a big part of my routine: Hydration, in all facets."
Thompson shared one of her biggest skincare tips in her New Beauty interview. "I always make sure to bring my own products! Do not use the hotel soap! I recently did that and was like, 'Charissa, amateur hour here.' With all due respect to hotel products, they're not the greatest. Besides that, I've gotten pretty good at doing my own hair and makeup on the road…the makeup part I'm still not an expert in it, but I would hope I've gotten better. I think I've gotten better!"
Thompson has a lot of go-to skin products, and shared them with New Beauty. "I cannot leave anywhere without my Fresh Rose Petal Lip Balm. I have it with me at all times; I even have backups. I also love the Burt's Bees lip balms. It always goes a long way. I'm the person who buys all the products and then forgets to use any of them, so I like a good all-in-one—especially anything that combines an SPF lotion and makeup. Lune+Aster makes an awesome CC Cream that's a tinted moisturizer and sunscreen. I pretty much use that as my foundation. Dior mascaras are a staple for me. Then, in line with the all-in-one thing, I love the Nivea lotion that that almond oil in it. It also gives a good sheen and shine."
Thompson is best friends with fellow sports journalist, Erin Andrews. The two talked about their relationship to People. "It's been amazing to have our journeys sort of intersect and be intertwined and still, we came here to do a job that we really, truly love," Thompson says. "To be able to, as girlfriends, best friends, talk about the job and understand what one another needs."

In a new social media post the Filipino actress and model shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit during a tropical getaway. "Do Not Disturb … I'm in Paradise," she captioned the Instagram post, driving her followers wild. "Wow," commented one. "MASTERPIECE," added another.
Heart dished about her diet to Manilla Times, revealing that the bone broth diet, which involves eating two meals and a daily serving of 200 ml broth that can serve as a snack or replacement for dinner, helped her lose lots of weight. "The composition is all-organic, hormone-free ingredients and produce. It's packed with amino acid, it has glycine, it's great for the gut, and it's nutrient-dense especially if you have nutrient deficiency, which is common because of the type of food we eat. It's like a cup of minerals you'll need," she said.
If you want a body like Heart's plan on exercising daily. "I workout once a day, in the morning before anything else," she told Philippine Entertainment Portal. "I think the best way to lose fat is before you even put fat or eat anything is you have to burn what's already stuck there. So, you workout before you eat breakfast in the morning for 30 minutes."
Heart does a few different types of workouts. "Treadmill, sometimes brisk walk or I run, sit-ups," she told PEP. She also takes classes at Plana Forma studio. "It's a combination of core yoga and Pilates," she said. "It's not really the weight loss, but you become really firm especially in the areas that you want to concentrate on like your butt, your thighs, your stomach, a little bit of your arms."
Heart told PEP that supplements are an important part of her healthy regimen, as they help keep her body from being deficient in important nutrients.
"It's not because I want to be thin, that's just a bonus. I really work out because I want my blood circulation to be good," Heart told GMA about why she exercises. Heart didn't deny that it was difficult for her at first, but making her health her motivation instead of just her physical appearance helped her put things in perspective. Heart continued," It takes just a hard week to start and after that, it will be easy."

In a new social media post the Made in Chelsea star shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while vacationing in the tropics. "How to plan your perfect Maldives trip," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps, driving her followers wild. "Gorgeous!" commented one. "Knockout," added another.
Georgia isn't much of a drinker. "We were always photographed with glasses of champagne in our hands, but mine was normally a non-alcoholic version," she told Independent. "I am a mindful drinker. I have been drinking since I was 18, but over the past three years, I have really tried to be more mindful."
In general, Georgia takes a moderate approach to health. "My attitude to wellbeing has changed hugely. I try to get balance and moderation, which is a constant battle, whether I am looking at how I eat, drink, work, or exercise. In my early 20s, it was so manic and I tried to work all the hours God sent, so the theme of my mid-20s has been trying to find moderation," she told Independent.
Georgia is all about hydration. "I drink loads and loads of water, feel super hydrated and feel great the next day. I spruce it up with a bit of basil or elderflower," she told the publication. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.
Georgia takes her dog for lots of walks.
Georgia loves to read, devoting an entire Instagram video to her healthy habit. "My current favourite books; I've absolutely adored each and every one of these, and all in such different ways!" she captioned the post. Her favorites? The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald, Gratitude by Oliver Sacks, English Pastoral by James Rebanks, and The Dam Busters by Paul Brickhill. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

Cooper posts pics of herself in bathing suits, relaxing in the water. Swimming two and a half hours per week can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses, improve the health of people with diabetes and heart disease and halve the risk of death compared with inactive people, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Cooper shares photos of herself traveling to different places around the world. Travel benefits emotional, mental and physical health, according to the Yale University Tribune.
Cooper eats favorite foods such as pasta while traveling. He also loves hot dogs and french fries. Pasta, a staple in many diets, offers various health benefits when consumed in moderation. It's a good source of carbohydrates, essential for energy, and often enriched with vital nutrients like fiber, iron, and B vitamins. Whole-grain pasta, in particular, supports digestive health and helps in maintaining steady blood sugar levels.
Cooper has a fitness routine and works out on a regular basis. Regular physical activity can improve muscle strength and boost endurance, according to the Mayo Clinic. Regular workouts yield a multitude of benefits for both physical and mental health. Physically, exercise strengthens muscles, enhances cardiovascular health, and aids in maintaining a healthy weight. It boosts endurance and improves overall bodily functions, including better metabolic rates and immune system performance. Mentally, working out is a potent stress reliever, releasing endorphins that elevate mood and reduce feelings of anxiety and depression. It also enhances cognitive function, including memory and concentration.
Cooper will drink a glass of wine while relaxing in the evening. Antioxidants in red wine called polyphenols may help protect the lining of blood vessels in the heart, according to the Mayo Clinic.

In a new social media post the Teen Mom alum shows off her famous figure while frolicking on the beach during her tropical Thanksgiving vacation. "IT'S GIVING," she captioned an Instagram video. "I'm happy for you!! It's definitely giving!!! Good vibes hun," commented a follower, while several others tried to guess the identity of her mystery man.
Farrah does a lot of tunny work. "Core workouts are the best. I go a personal trainer four times a week. I'm always about inner thigh, don't lose all of that. Toning the outer parts of our body and strengthening the core," she told OKMagazine.com.
"When it comes to dieting. FODMAPS Diet. My family's health regimen that's been the best," Farrah said. "It keeps my energy up." According to Johns Hopkins, FODMAP stands for fermentable oligosaccharides, disaccharides, monosaccharides and polyols, "which are short-chain carbohydrates (sugars) that the small intestine absorbs poorly," they explain. "Some people experience digestive distress after eating them." No-nos on the diet include dairy-based milk, yogurt and ice cream, wheat-based products such as cereal, bread and crackers, beans and lentils, some vegetables, such as artichokes, asparagus, onions and garlic, and some fruits, such as apples, cherries, pears and peaches. Instead, you should eat eggs and meat, certain cheeses such as brie, Camembert, cheddar and feta, almond milk, grains like rice, quinoa and oats, vegetables like eggplant, potatoes, tomatoes, cucumbers and zucchini, and fruits such as grapes, oranges, strawberries, blueberries and pineapple.
Farrah revealed to Life & Style that she is seriously committed to fitness. "There have been a lot of good new workouts. So, I am kind of like doing two-a-days, but [with] a different workout regimen," she said.
Another one of her favorite workouts? "Boxing is always great," she says. "I am not going to lie, but I have been mixing [it] up." Harvard Health maintains that boxing is a great way to build strength, improve balance, posture, hand-eye coordination, boost mood and endurance, and helps increase alertness.
One of her favorite workouts? Pilates. "I have been doing Pilates. I have been doing just stretching — just pure stretching classes — nothing else," she told Life & Style. Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health. It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

In a new social media post the Love Island beauty shows off her amazing body in a swimsuit while vacationing at the City of Dreams Mediterranean resort. "Dolce & Cabana," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. "Stunning," commented one of her followers. "Absolutely gorgeous I can't cope with you," added another.
Kendall told Glamour UK that she felt pressured into getting Botox after being told she was "old looking" during a photo shoot. "I was on a shoot – I won't say what for – but the photographer and the client who had booked me were sat at the laptop screen and kept saying over and over again: 'she's quite old, we will have to airbrush her around her eyes, we maybe needed someone with a fresher face', so I did actually go out and get Botox," she said. "It will wear off so I'm not bothered but I don't think I would get anything permanent; I think I would be a bit stronger now."
Kendall confessed that her diet "isn't the best" to Glamour UK. "I just eat a little bit of anything I want. I have a real sweet tooth," she said.
Kendall loves burning calories while on vacation. During a recent vacation in Ibiza, she went paddleboarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and also a great form of cardio. The water sport can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140 pound male and 436 for a female the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.
Kendall understands the importance of hydration. Here she is drinking out of a coconut. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.
Oral hygiene is important to Kendall. She explained to Glamour UK that while she has been accused of having veneers, her bright whites are the result of her routine. "I just use a gel from my dentist to keep them looking white, and I brush twice a day."
